Cotton and McConnell promote act to fight convicted 911 terrorists plea deals

“These monsters should have faced justice decades ago; instead, Joe Biden has set the stage to let them go free.” --President-elect Donald Trump in reference to Biden administration plea deals for the terrorists convicted of the Sept. 11, 2001 attack on U.S. soil

On Wednesday, GOP Senators Tom Cotton (R-AR), Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and Jerry Moran (R-KS) reintroduced the Justice for 9/11 Act, originally introduced by Cotton and McConnell last August, to cancel any plea deals made between the Biden administration and the Guantanamo Bay inmates who planned the 9/11/2001 attacks. Rep. Mike Lawler (R-N.Y.) is introducing companion legislation in the House.

Three detainees at Guantanamo Bay, including alleged 9/11 architect Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, had filed plea deals. Last week, a military appeals court ruled that the Pentagon could not reverse the deals reached by military prosecutors and defense attorneys.

The Act states:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 949h of title 10, United States Code, any plea agreement entered into by Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi for actions involving the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, and its related judgment, shall not preclude the trial of such individual under chapter 47A of such title or any other provision of law for that terrorist attack. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in any trial of Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi under chapter 47A of title 10, United States Code, or any other provision of law for the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, a sentence of death shall be available.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in the case of any sentence imposed on Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, such individual shall be held at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in solitary confinement; provided no contact with foreign nationals; and provided no psychological treatment except that specifically authorized by medical authorities at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay; and shall not be transferred to the continental United States or any other country.
"Giving a plea deal to the terrorist masterminds behind 9/11 is disgraceful and an insult to the victims of the attacks, as well as those who served to avenge them," Cotton stated. "These monsters should have faced justice decades ago; instead, Joe Biden has set the stage to let them go free. My bill will stop this travesty and prevent the Biden administration from replenishing the ranks of our terrorist enemies any further on his way out the door."

Khalid Sheikh Mohammad--he also beheaded Jewish journalist Daniel Pearl

"In the wake of terrorist savagery, our obligation is to deliver justice," McConnell echoed. "However long it takes, those responsible for September 11 deserve nothing more, and the families of their victims deserve nothing less."

"The court’s decision to uphold the plea deal for three 9/11 conspirators is alarming," Moran added. "In addition to the plea deal, the Biden administration continues to use its final days in power to release some of the world's most violent terrorists from Guantanamo Bay. These men should face trial for their crimes, and Congress must act quickly to pass this important legislation."

"September 11th is a date that will forever be seared in our national memory, especially for New Yorkers," Lawler stated. "For the Biden-Harris Administration to have offered a plea deal without the death penalty to the very people who planned the attacks that took the lives of almost 3,000 is a betrayal of our cops, firefighters, and 9/11 victims and their families. The Justice for 9/11 Act will nullify this horrendous plea deal and prevent any future ones from being offered to those who perpetrated this heinous attack."

"A hearing is scheduled for later this week at Guantanamo Bay, where Mohammad and two other defendants could plead guilty in separate hearings, with the death penalty removed as a possible punishment," Fox News noted, adding, "The administration announced on Monday 11 Yemeni detainees, including two alleged bodyguards for Usama bin Laden, would be resettled in Oman, after being held for two decades without charges."

BREAKING: Pelosi's injuries in Luxembourg actually quite serious

Rep. Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi (D-CA) is currently recovering in a hospital in Luxembourg after an accident on a congressional trip. According to initial reports, the California Democrat was injured while participating in events for a delegation. It appears that the injuries were significant enough to prevent the former House Speaker from attending further events on the trip.

"While traveling with a bipartisan Congressional delegation in Luxembourg to mark the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi sustained an injury during an official engagement and was admitted to the hospital for evaluation,” a spokesperson for Pelosi said.

"Speaker Emerita Pelosi is currently receiving excellent treatment from doctors and medical professionals. She continues to work and regrets that she is unable to attend the remainder of the CODEL engagements to honor the courage of our servicemembers during one of the greatest acts of American heroism in our nation's history. Speaker Emerita Pelosi conveys her thanks and praise to our veterans and gratitude to people of Luxembourg and Bastogne for their service in World War II and their role in bringing peace to Europe,” the statement went on to say.

It has been revealed that Pelosi's injury was a hip fracture, which is not unusual for someone 84-years-old but is quite serious.

Here's what happened:

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi was hospitalized on Friday after being injured while traveling abroad on a bipartisan congressional delegation to Luxembourg, a spokesman said on Friday.

Ms. Pelosi, 84, “sustained an injury during an official engagement,” the spokesman, Ian Krager, said in a brief statement that provided no details on the nature of the injury or how it occurred. He said she was admitted to a hospital for evaluation.

Ms. Pelosi tripped going down marble stairs at the Grand Ducal Palace and took a hard fall, according to a person familiar with the incident who was not authorized to comment and spoke on condition of anonymity.

People close to Ms. Pelosi in California and Washington, D.C., speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak for her, said the former speaker fractured her hip when she fell. They said doctors were confident the damage could be repaired with a routine operation, but it was not yet clear whether that would be done in Luxembourg or in the United States.

So now with Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) having fallen and experiencing brain freezes, and Pelosi going butt-over-tea-kettle on stairs, we need to ask ourselves, who's next?

Let's hope it isn't going to be Bernie and let's pray for Pelosi, like her or not. We can attack her words hopefully when she recovers but not while recovering.

Biden-Harris admin. dance backwards over plea deal for 911 mass murderers

First, you say, you do
And then you don't
And then you say, you will
And then you won't
You're undecided now
So what are you gonna do?

Those are some of the words to a song titled "Undecided," sung by the immortal Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong. It seems like this should be the theme song for the Biden-Harris administration. They change their mind more often than Biden changes his skivvies.

The Biden Administration made a significant U-turn in the plea deal for the accused 911 terrorists on Friday, a group of scumbags responsible for killing 2,977 people in New York City's Twin Towers on that clear, sunny Tuesday morning.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed [aka KSM] was the principal architect behind the attacks that day. He played a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing the plot.

He is credited with presenting the idea of a large-scale attack using hijacked commercial airlines, to Osama bin Laden and after getting the go-ahead from that scumbag, began to plan the operation.

KSM oversaw the target selection, logistics, recruitment of Muslims who believe by killing non-Muslims in a suicide event, they would go to Paradise (Jannah), and he also trained them and dealt with the financing and operational support of the evil mission known as Islamic jihad.

KSM was also the person who beheaded US journalist Daniel Pearl in Pakistan in 2002. If anyone on the planet deserves to be put down like a dog, it's KSM.

KSM's arrest was a significant event in the U.S.-led War on Terror. He was captured on March 1, 2003, in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and subsequently held in U.S. custody. Later, he was transferred to the Guantanamo Bay detention camp, where he faces charges for his role in the attacks. His trial has been delayed multiple times due to legal and procedural issues.

He was facing the death penalty, along with Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi who have been held in Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp [aka Gitmo]. But the Biden-Harris administration had a plea deal with the terrorists that would remove the death penalty if they plead guilty to myriad charges.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin fell on the proverbial sword for the Biden-Harris administration, a walked back the plea deal for the 911 mastermind, and allowed Biden to pretend he only heard about the plea deal just a day before it was offered, and Harris to avoid dealing with the administration's involvement.

The only reason Austin rejected the plea deal was due to the blowback the administration received by the families of the dead.

Austin also relieved Brigadier General Susan K Escallier, the Biden DEI official overseeing the case, from her duties.

So, the death penalty is still on the table for the accused jihadi scum.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) castigated the Biden-Harris administration's "cowardice," and said it was a disgrace. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) was astounded that this administration has "done the unthinkable."

I personally hope to hear Escallier's explanation as to what the hell she was thinking.

Finally, why did Biden allegedly learn about the plea deal just one day prior to it being considered? Oh wait--it's because he's senile and forgot that he knew about it, along with his VP Chuckles the Clown--and it only got walked back when they discovered how it would cause the Party to lose millions of American votes.

Republicans warn ICC prosecutor: If you target Israel, we'll target you

It's too bad they didn't do it for former President Donald Trump in his current case, but a dozen Republican senators on Monday warned the International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Karim Khan not to issue arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials, just a few days after Khan cautioned against attempting to sway the court.

That was red meat for the senators led by Tom Cotton (R-AR) who said in a letter, "Target Israel, and we will target you. Such actions are illegitimate and lack legal basis, and, if carried out, will result in severe sanctions against you and your institution.”

Sens. Mitch McConnell (minority leader), Rick Scott, Tim Scott, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio also signed the letter, amid increasing concern in Israel that the Muslim-dominated UN court could issue arrest warrants for senior political and military officials over their defense of Hamas in Gaza after they invaded Israel. Rather than allowing Hamas to continue killing Israelis, Israel fought back and killed Hamas terrorists, and did so with aplomb.

But as the war approaches seven months, the ICC is looking to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi.

While the US and Israel officials tried to dissuade the ICC from issuing arrest orders, Khan said the ICC "welcomes open communication" with government officials and non-government bodies, but they will only engage with them if they stick to the script, that is, as long as it's “consistent with its mandate under the Rome Statute to act independently and impartially.”

“That independence and impartiality are undermined, however, when individuals threaten to retaliate… should the office, in fulfillment of its mandate, make decisions about investigations or cases falling within its jurisdiction,” he added, demanding that “all attempts to impede, intimidate or improperly influence its officials cease immediately.”

In spite of the symbolic crotch-protecting and shoulder rolling by the ICC, the senators wrote that the ICC “is attempting to punish Israel for taking legitimate actions of self-defense against their Iranian-backed aggressors. In fact, in your own words, you witnessed ‘scenes of calculated cruelty’ conducted by Hamas in Israel following the October 7 attacks.”

Khan, who is no fan of the, you know, Jews, visited the Jewish State last December at the request of the families of the hostages Hamas kidnapped on October 7. During his visit, he toured some of the communities  the terrorist scumbags attacked during the October 7 massacre of the innocent. He saw Kibbutz Be'eri and Kibbutz Kfar Aza, among others, and heard testimonies from survivors of the Hamas slaughter of men, women, children and babies.

“These arrest warrants would align the ICC with the largest state sponsor of terrorism and its proxy. To be clear, there is no moral equivalence between Hamas’s terrorism and Israel’s justified response,” the senators wrote.

The mere fact that Khan and the ICC is even considering to arrest these Israeli leaders, is without doubt of their alignment and anti-Semitism.

It's only the Jews that are judged by a different standard.

McConnell moonwalks backwards from border bill

Suddenly, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is urging Senate Republicans to vote against a border bill that was unveiled in the Democrat-controlled chamber on Monday, now that the bill has been read and exposed for the piece of Democrat crap that it is.

The garbage heap $118,000,000,000 package is not about border security--it's about Democrat's election security in 2024. It's designed to get our demented President re-elected.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said the bill "legalizes illegal immigration." Many other GOP senators have already voiced strong opposition to the steaming dung heap and now McConnell, realizing his political career hangs in the balance, is urging remaining GOPers to block the bill.

“McConnell recommended to GOP senators behind closed doors that they BLOCK the border bill on Wednesday, per multiple sources, bc it’s clear that most Republicans are preparing to vote no — either because they oppose the bill or want more time,” reporter Andrew Desiderio wrote on X.

“McConnell explicitly recommended a NO vote on cloture on the motion to proceed, according to several attendees,” he continued. “McConnell said the problem isn’t what Lankford negotiated, it’s that the political mood in the country has changed.”

Political mood has changed? The nation overwhelmingly never felt that illegal immigration was okay. It was only the far-left that held this belief.

Top House Republicans signaled shortly after the bill was unveiled that it would be dead on arrival if it made it to the lower chamber. Lankford lied to us.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN), and Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) killed the bill in a joint statement.

“House Republicans oppose the Senate immigration bill because it fails in every policy area needed to secure our border and would actually incentivize more illegal immigration,” the statement said. “Among its many flaws, the bill expands work authorizations for illegal aliens while failing to include critical asylum reforms. Even worse, its language allowing illegals to be ‘released from physical custody’ would effectively endorse the Biden ‘catch and release’ policy.”

“The so-called ‘shutdown’ authority in the bill is anything but, riddled with loopholes that grant far too much discretionary authority to Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas – who has proven he will exploit every measure possible, in defiance of the law, to keep the border open,” the statement continued. “The bill also fails to adequately stop the President’s abuse of parole authority and provides for taxpayer funds to fly and house illegal immigrants in hotels through the FEMA Shelter and Services Program.”

“America’s sovereignty is at stake,” the statement concluded. “Any consideration of this Senate bill in its current form is a waste of time. It is DEAD on arrival in the House. We encourage the U.S. Senate to reject it.”

As usual, the Democrats were hoping the Republicans wouldn't actually read the bill and just sign it first, like Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi once suggested.

Mitch McConnell condemns Tucker Carlson on Jan 6 videos: RINO much?

When Speaker Andrew McCarthy (R) provided Fox News host Tucker Carlson with 40,000 hours of video of the January 6, 2011 demonstration on Capitol Hill the Democrats had a cow. They knew their lies about the so called insurrection would be debunked and even the media had a lot to worry about.

In normal times one would expect the media to want the public to examine the evidence of what took place that day, just a couple of weeks before President Trump was about to leave office and a crusty old dementia candidate would lead the free world. But the media sided with the Democrats, mainly because their relationship with them is like wet on water, so the hoax continued up until now.

So you would imagine that all Republicans would be delighted that the truth of what really happened, at least as much as the J6 video  evidence can show now that it was in the hands of Tucker Carlson.

But not all Republicans felt that way.

One such RINO is our very own Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell (KY-Jelly).

McConnell condemned the release of the new, revealing footage. “With regard to the presentation on Fox News last night, I want to associate myself entirely with the opinion of the chief of the Capitol police about what happened on January 6.”

Say what? McConnell doesn't want the truth uncovered that Brian Sicknick didn't die from a hit over the head by a fire extinguisher? That Ashli Babbitt was somehow not an innocent victim of Lt. Michael Byrd of the U.S. Capitol Police who shot her in the throat and killed her, an unarmed U.S. military veteran?

Instead, McConnell sided with U.S. Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger who wrote a nasty letter to his troops decrying what he described as “offensive and misleading conclusions” made by Carlson.

Manger [aka "Mange"] continued, “The program conveniently cherry-picked from the calmer moments of our 41,000 hours of video. The commentary fails to provide context about the chaos and violence that happened before or during these less tense moments.”

Except that it showed in detail what happened and what didn't happen. Yes, there was some violence by a very small number of protesters who I would even refer to as rioters. But to categorize the protest as a violent insurrection when the same media called the George Floyd riots as "mostly peaceful protests" as buildings burned, police cars set on fire, people attacked on the streets, and businesses destroyed, it's time to stop taking these morons seriously, including so called Trump-hating RINOs who have a personal agenda.

Maybe Mitch is hoping to land a job at CNN where he can be Adam Kissinger's sidekick when he finally gets voted out of office in 2026, or retires. It's clear that McConnell isn't interested in truth, justice and the American way.

His lack of curiosity, veracity and tenacity is a tragedy.

We watched the House while McConnell makes quiet move against 2 GOP Senators

All eyes were on House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as he was kicking Ilhan Omar (D-MN) off the House Foreign Affairs Committee along with Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) off the House Intelligence Committee.

But while this was taking place, two prominent Republicans with excellent conservative credentials were losing their committee seats in the senate on orders from Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY)! [Yes, an exclamation point is proper in these circumstances.]

McConnell removed Sens. Rick Scott (FL) and Mike Lee (UT) both on the Senate Commerce Committee on Wednesday, as reported by Fox News. They are among some of McConnell's most vocal critics in the senate Republican caucus.

Scott spoke to CNN and gave his view as to why McConnell booted him off the committee.

“He didn’t like that I opposed him because I believe we have to have ideas — fight over ideas. And so, he took Mike Lee and I off the committee.”

Scott — who reportedly learned that he’d been removed from the powerful senate committee via text message — was apparently “furious” over McConnell’s act to remove him, according to the Hill.

Scott challenged McConnell for the minority leader position after the GOP failed to have a "red wave" victory in the 2022 midterms. This may have been the reason the old turtle used the committee as payback to Scott.

Meanwhile, Mike Lee also issued a tweet throwing shade at McConnell after his committee removal:
Mitch happens. 💅 https://t.co/fs3CVVgUmS

— Mike Lee (@BasedMikeLee) February 2, 2023
Charlie Kirk showed his support for Lee and Scott posting:
Mitch McConnell just booted Senators Mike Lee and Rick Scott from the Senate Commerce Committee. These are two of the best senators in the country.

Their crime? Challenging Mitch McConnell.

The DC swamp strikes again.

— Charlie Kirk (@charliekirk11) February 1, 2023
The Republican Party is failing their voters. The leadership is obviously more interested in their self-preservation and power than what's good for their constituents. This explains why there was no "red wave" and why the Democrats were able to increase their majority in the Senate in the midterm elections last year.

It's time to get rid of the dead wood and make some serious changes.

Do you agree?

Biden and McConnell to do a joint [appearance] together

Alleged President Joseph Robinette [not a joke] Biden's first trip of the year will hopefully not be up a flight of stairs but will be a joint appearance with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).

The get together is scheduled in McConnell's home state of Kentucky on Wednesday and is going to focus on the $1,200,000,000,000.59 drunken sailor in a whorehouse spending package the Democrats and 18 RINOs signed into law last year, according to CNN. It is laughingly called the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and is one of the administration's first legislative victories, Biden was told.

Joining the loving couple [Joey and Mitch] will be Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Gov. Andy Beshear (D-KY), and former Gov. Mikey DeWine (R-OH), the White House said.

The event, which will be on the Kentucky side of the Cincinnati area, follows a recent announcement that the Bluegrass State and Ohio will receive $1,600,000,000.43 to deal with the highly congested Brent Spence Bridge crossing the Ohio River. In an act of bipartisan cooperation, Sen. McConnell will supply "nose candy" for the President's son.

Our so called President Biden is wrapping up yet another vacation in the U.S. Virgin Islands with his doctor wife, Doctor Jill Biden, who looks nothing like Joe's sister. When he returns to Washington, D.C., he will be told that the House will be in control of the Republicans, and that he is a Democrat.

Vice President Kamala Hahaharris will visit Chicago while Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will say goodbye to his husband and their baby and head to New London, Connecticut where he will speak in riddles but sound plausible to his fellow Democrats.

Sen. Lindsey Graham caught on audio praising Biden on Jan. 6

The Compromised News Network (CNN) released an audio on Tuesday in which Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is heard singing the praises for Joe Biden on January 6, 2021, the day the Capitol was inundated with Republicans and undercover FBI agents egging them on, if you believe the rumors. Graham was telling an unidentified person that Biden was "the best person to have" at that time in history. “He’ll be maybe the best person to have, right? I mean, how mad can you get at Joe Biden?”

Turns out Graham was referring to a babbling house plant who can't even read a Teleprompter. Oh, how embarrassing that must be for Lindsey.

The audio, aired on “Anderson Cooper 360” Tuesday night, and was viewed by literally hundreds of air travelers. It was obtained by Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns, so-called 'reporters' for the New York Times. The pair collaborated on a book entitled "This Shall Not Pass," about the 2020 election and how certain GOPers turned on then-President Trump after the January 6th event, which was as much an insurrection as Biden is in control of the presidency.

Two top congressional Republicans -- House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) -- discussed the notion of getting Trump out of the political arena, and McCarthy even asked about invoking the 25th Amendment and evicting Trump from the White House even before his term in office expired.

Meanwhile "Cocaine Mitch" [a sobriquet given to McConnell  by a GOP  businessman Don Blankenship who was running for a US Senate seat for West Virginia and attacked him and his wife Elaine Chau with racial slurs] spoke of being "exhilarated" about Trump's loss to Biden.

In spite of the attacks on Trump, both McCarthy and McConnell had nothing to say about the guy who drove an 18-wheeler, put Corn Pop in his place, was congratulated by Angelo, a deceased Amtrak conductor, all while holding down a teaching position at a college.

Biden verbally assaults FOX NEWS reporter because she pressed him with a question

At least he didn't take her out in back of the schoolyard and fight Fox News White House reporter Jacqui Heinrich when she tried to press President Biden about his stupid remarks that implied Russia could invade Ukraine with a small incursion and he would discuss it with our allies.

This gave Putin carte blanche to do what he clearly wants to do and it sparked an international frenzy of worry to the point that Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky explained on social media that there is no such thing as a "small incursion.

"Russia will be held accountable if it invades," Biden said at the marathon press conference on Wednesday. "And it depends on what it does."

"It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do, et cetera," he mush-mouthed. "But if they actually do what they’re capable of doing with the forces amassed on the border, it is going to be a disaster for Russia if they further invade Ukraine."

The White House quickly walked backed his stupid comments, stating, "If any Russian military forces move across the Ukrainian border, that's a renewed invasion, and it will be met with a swift, severe, and united response from the United States and our Allies."

On Thursday, prior to his meeting with his infrastructure implementation task force, Heinrich shouted. a question to him because Biden is afraid to wander off the plantation and call on a Fox News reporter.

"Why are you waiting on Putin to make the first move, sir?" Heinrich asked.

Biden chuckled, did his best Joker smile and softly replied, "What a stupid question."

Of course, to his credit, Biden didn't act like a rude jerk only to a Fox News reporter; he was also a jerk to others. He lashed out at RealClearNews reporter Philip Wegmann who asked: "You campaigned, and you ran on a return to civility. And I know that you dispute the characterization that you called folks who would oppose those voting bills as being Bull Connor or George Wallace. But you said that there would be sort of in the same camp?"

"No, I didn't say that. Look what I said," Biden harshly told the reporter. "Go back and read what I said and tell me if you think I called anyone who voted on the side of the position taken by Bull Connor that they were Bull Connor? And that is an interesting reading of English. Yeah, I assume you got it in the journals because you like to write."

The video below clearly shows what he said.

"Do you want to be on the side of Doctor King [R], or George Wallace [D]? Do you want to be on the side of John Lewis, or Bull Connor[D]? Do you want to be on the side of Abraham Lincoln [R] or Jefferson Davis [D]?" Biden asked, making a case for the GOP.

House Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said that Biden's "rant" was incoherent, incorrect and beneath his office." It sure looks like Mitch has Biden's number.

Meanwhile, Jacqui Heinrich is doing okay and did not require a safe space nor counseling. In fact, she believes that if Biden did, indeed, take her in back of the schoolyard, she could kick his sorry old butt all over the place. Who does he think she is anyway, Corn Pop?

Socialist spending bill passed, thanks to 13 House GOPers and the Democrats

The House of [mis-] Representatives passed a $1.2 trillion bipartisan socialist "infrastructure" bill late on Friday following a compromise between moderate and progressive [i.e., Marxist] Democrats. Thanks to GOPers in the Senate, [the bill passed there 69 to 30] including Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and 13 House Republicans, the bill now only needs Co-President Joe Biden's shaky signature to pass.

The vote tally was 228 to 206 with six Marxist Democrats voting against the spending bill because it didn't call for even greater spending of taxpayer money. The 'nays' included:
Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Rashida Tlaib (Hamas-MI), Ilhan Omar (Anti-Semite-MN), Cori Bush (BLM-MO), Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), and of course, Alexandria Overtly-Commie (Duh-NY).
Then there were people who call themselves Republicans who voted in favor of the exorbitant spending bill. These RINOs included:
Don Bacon (NE), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA), Andrew Garbarino (NY), Anthony Gonzalez (OH), John Katko (NY), Adam Kinzinger (IL), Nicole Malliotakis (NY), David McKinley (WVA), Tom Reed (NY), Chris Smith (NJ), Fred Upton (MI), Jeff van Drew (NJ), and Don Young (AK).

Now the bill goes to the President's desk [whoever that really is] and Biden will obviously sign it as he is being directed.

Don Bacon

The House also passed a procedural vote soon after midnight to advance consideration of the Build Back Better Act.

Democrats plan to pass the second bill unilaterally through the budget reconciliation process, that doesn't need Republican support, but this may be difficult due to the divisions in the Democratic Party between the progressives and moderates.

For his part, Biden said in a statement that he looked forward to signing both bills if that's what he's supposed to do.

"Tonight, we took a monumental step forward as a nation," the alleged president's statement said, calling the legislation a "once-in-generation bipartisan infrastructure bill that will create millions of jobs, turn the climate crisis into an opportunity, and put us on a path to win the economic competition for the 21st Century."

The 13 Republicans who went along with this nonsense were met with harsh criticism.

For example, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) of Georgia's 14th congressional district called those GOP members "traitors." She then posted a list of the Republicans who voted along with the Democrats.

"But 6 Democrats did more than these 13 traitor Republicans to stop Biden's fake Infrastructure bill by voting NO," Greene wrote.

GOP puts brakes on Dems' attempt to "Tilt every election . . . permanently in their favor"

In an attempted political coup by the Democrats to pass a partisan election bill laughingly called "For the People Act," Republican senators were able to shoot it down avoiding a one-party nation.

“All 50 Democrats voted for the procedural measure, but it drew no GOP support, leaving it short of the 60 votes needed to overcome a Republican filibuster,” The Wall Street Journal reported

“Democratic centrists, most prominently Mr. Manchin and Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, have rejected ending the filibuster, though some have suggested ways to weaken it.” Perhaps forcing Republicans to only filibuster in Mandarin or Pig Latin.

Now that Democrats have the majority in Congress, they have sought to cast the filibuster as racist as well as all White people and people of color who did not vote for Joe Biden. The Democrats sang a different tune when they were in the minority. They would love to have the ability to push all of Biden's radical agenda to move the country to the far Left but the founding fathers saw this coming and put in the filibuster to keep the majority in check.

The GOP wanted to conserve the filibuster--that's why they're conservatives. They know that when something had always worked in the past, you don't ditch it simply for personal gain or simple change.

Democrats had repeatedly used the filibuster to stop the advancement of legislation under former President Trump and Republicans had to hold “time-sapping roll call votes to break a filibuster and end debate on nominees a whopping 314 times” under Trump, compared to a total of 244 times under all previous presidents combined, according to Politico. Funny, but they didn't want to end the filibuster back then.

“Republicans took issue with imposing federal standards on state elections that they said would weaken state ID requirements,” Fox News reported. “They also oppose starting a new public financing system for congressional elections and politicizing the Federal Elections Commission that enforces campaign finance laws.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that S-1, the election bill Democrats have been pushing for months, was “Democrats’ transparently partisan plan to tilt every election in America permanently in their favor.”

“We know that it would shatter a decades-old understanding that campaign law should have a bipartisan referee, and turn the Federal Election Commission into a partisan-majority cudgel for Democrats to wield against their political opponents,” McConnell said. “We know that it would let Washington bureaucrats direct federal dollars into politicians’ campaign accounts – government money for yard signs and attack ads. We know that it would let Democrats take a red pen to election laws in each of the 50 states, neutering popular precautions like voter I.D. while legalizing shady practices like ballot harvesting across the board.”

Senate Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) falsely claimed that Republicans are trying to promote voter suppression, which is somehow disproved by the record number of Black and minority turnout in the 2020 presidential election. In fact, calling voter ID a form of voter suppression is on its face, racist, implying that Blacks and minorities are incapable of getting personal ID to vote.

The truth is, Democrats were the party of Jim Crow, and are still the actual racists who call everything racist.

Fredo finds new villain now that Trump is temporarily gone

Serious coverage of the news

Now that Donald Trump is out of office, Fredo Cuomo has gone villain shopping and came up with Mitch McConnell to try renewing interest in his audience shrinkage--yes, Cuomo and all his dumbbell antics has shrinkage.

Now Fredo is blaming McConnell, not Joe Biden, for the recent cyberattacks, in spite of the idiot having no personal information to even suggest, forget substantiate, the Senate Minority Leader having anything at all to do with the attacks.

The big joke came later when Fredo told viewers that they should be grateful for the Comedy News Network's coverage.

Just like guns are to blame for shootings rather than the people doing the shootings, this moron blames Congress for the recent attacks. Again, with no evidence to back up his balderdash.

All the same message. Nobody acts. Congress has failed to go after the perpetrators. Many of whom have been traced back to Russia. So either it's a troll farm related somehow to Russian intelligence or they are Russian actors that Russia is aware of even if they're not in control of them but they're allowing them to operate.

Specifically, for Fredo, that is McConnell's fault:
"Now when lawmakers did have a chance to pass real cyber security legislation back in 2012, guess who made it die? Mitch McConnell, led a filibuster in the Senate and also blocked a bipartisan denunciation of Russian interference in our election."
Cuomo put up the New York Times' headline on the subject at the time, but didn't actually read from the article because, like nobody has seen Superman and Clark Kent together, nobody has seen Fredo Cuomo read.

If he had read the piece, he would have found that McConnell accused Democrats of trying "to steamroll a bill" while not denying the need to boost cyber defenses. Even John McCain, who once he died earned the Left's "strange new respect," opposed that particular bill.

Fredo, clearly the dumber of the two brothers, also declared that McConnell, "ironically blocked an election security bill in 2019 and then rejected criticism he was aiding Russia." McConnell said at the time that Congress had already given money to states and passed other bills related to election security, making the bill in question unnecessary.

Still, because of people like McConnell, Fredo maintained that Putin is laughing at us.

I would hazard a guess that Fredo has the wrong guy causing Putin to ROTFLHAO. It has to be our House Plant in Chief, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.

"The White House says President Biden plans to bring up these hacks with Putin in two weeks at a summit in Geneva, but Putin is already doing what he does best, laughing off the obvious," Cuomo touted.

The only plans Biden has is for two chocolate chip cones followed later with a high colonic.

Race hustler Al Sharptongue threatens Manchin and Sinema on how they must vote

Race-baiting, White-hating, always agitating Al Sharptongue (Dickweed-MSNBC), who calls himself a reverend and civil rights leader, threatened to use the same tactics against Senators Joe Manchin(D-W.VA) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) that made him rich--he would accuse them of "supporting racism" if they voted to keep the filibuster.

If anyone is a racist in this conversation, it's Sharptongue. He is also a flaming anti-Semite and cannot hide that fact.

Sharptongue has instigated violence and riots in the past, as for example the 1991 Crown Heights riots that led to the death of a religious Jew named Yankel Rosenbaum. Then there was the Freddy's Fashion Mart violence in 1995 where people were shot and the store was set on fire and people died over Sharptongue's outrage over the Jewish storeowner who he called "a Jewish interloper."

There have been other incidents that can easily be researched, but you get the picture.

"The pressure that we are going to put on Sinema and Manchin is calling [the filibuster] racist and saying that they are, in effect, supporting racism," Sharpton told Politico. "Why would they be wedded to something that has those results? Their voters need to know that."

The filibuster is not racist; a process cannot really be racist because a process hasn't the ability to hate. And the Democrats used the filibuster recently to stop Sen. Tim Scott's (R-SC) bill that would reform the police. In fact, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) who says the filibuster is racist, just used the filibuster to stop Scott's bill from passing, thus declaring herself a racist. She also once said that the filibuster is a tool for standing up to bullies.

Fauxcahontas

Sharptongue is merely a part of a larger push from the left to eliminate the filibuster now that Democrats control both houses of Congress. By eliminating the GOP from having any political say, the left can pass Democrats' election and voting rights legislation known as S.1. This would make elections so corrupt and favoring the left, that it would keep them in power indefinitely.

Manchin said earlier in March that he would "never" stop supporting the filibuster. Sinema has said that she is not open to "changing her mind." It's unclear whether Sharptongue plans to do something to stop their votes.

Their views on the filibuster are important because the Senate is evenly split 50-50, with the deciding vote going to the laughing Vice President Harris. In most legislation, there is a 60-vote threshold to advance to President Biden’s desk.

Progressive [aka socialist] Democrats now that they are in power see the filibuster as an outdated relic that can be used by the minority Republican Party under Sen. Mitch McConnell to derail Biden’s socialist agenda and drive the country down the toilet of Lady Liberty.

At a news conference Wednesday, Senate Republicans said they are prepared to do whatever it takes to block the voting rights bill and predicted Democrats may get rid of the filibuster to usher in the landmark changes. Under this bill, 16-year-olds get to register to vote; write-in votes are fine and ballot harvesting is kosher.

Sen. Tom Cotton, (R-AR), agreed to stay on the Senate floor for long as it takes if Democrats implemented a new "talking filibuster" where the only way to block legislation would be to stand up and talk until the Second Coming.

"I join all my colleagues in saying there is no amount of time that I will not dedicate on the Senate floor to stopping the Democrats from passing this kind of radical legislation," Cotton said Wednesday, flanked by nearly a dozen Republicans at the Capitol.

Meanwhile, President Biden has lost another two-thousand brain cells and Al Sharptongue is still not in prison.

OMB nominee called out during confirmation hearing for her GOP hate tweets

It didn't take long into her confirmation hearing that Neera Tanden was confronted with her hostile and rather disgusting tweets she posted against several GOP lawmakers. Tanden is President Biden's nominee for the position of director of Office of Management and Budget.

Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) was the first Republican on the Senate Homeland Security Committee to question her and he immediately brought up the hater's posts, many of which she deleted last year to cover up what she really thinks about half the country's voters.

"I believe that the tone, the content and the aggressive partisanship of some of your public statements have added to the troubling trend of more incivility and division in our public life, and in your case I'm concerned that your personal attacks about specific senators will make it more difficult for you to work with them," Sen. Portman said, noting that OMB directors must be able to work in a bipartisan fashion and she doesn't appear to make the cut.

Portman gave examples of "a few of the thousands of negative public statements" the hate-filled Tanden has made. She called Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) "the worst," and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AK) a "fraud," and even said that "vampires have more heart than Ted Cruz." And when it comes to vampires, Tanden ought to know. She referred to then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) as "Moscow Mitch" and "Voldemort," a Harry Potter villain.

The cowardly piece of work thought she was smart enough by deleting her tweets, but even so, Portman said that there were still nine pages of acrimonious posts still online. Evidently, she didn't think they were all that bad that it might present a problem for her in the future because, after all, the Democrats were in power and they had the media on their side.

"I wonder, specifically, how do you plan to mend fences and build relationships with members of Congress you have attacked through your public statements?" Portman asked of the leftist nominee.

"I recognize the concern," Tanden replied unconvincingly. "I deeply regret and apologize for my language — some of my past language. I recognize that this role is a bipartisan role, and I know I have to earn the trust of senators across the board. I will work very aggressively to meet that concern," she said in her most convincing voice, so much so that even M&Ms wouldn't melt in her mouth.

Tanden claimed that she hopes to work "in a bipartisan and nonpartisan manner," while acknowledging that "it’s upon me to prove that to this committee and to members."

Yeah, sure.

Tanden eventually offered a direct apology for her caustic and highly inflammatory remarks.

"For those concerned about my rhetoric and my language, you know, I'm sorry and I'm sorry for any hurt that they've caused," she lied.

Portman referred to a report that Tanden had deleted thousands, yes thousands of tweets and he asked if she did it because she knew about the impending job possibility she might be offered.

"I deleted tweets because I regretted my tone and I've deleted tweets over many months," Tanden said because she had to. She did not say she removed the posts with a job in mind.

But if that is true, why then did Tanden leave up nine pages of hate posts?

She'll get confirmed because the left doesn't care that she posted hateful anti-Republican rhetoric. In fact, they probably chuckle over it in private.

Cocaine Mitch McConnell reelected as Senate GOP Leader

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has been reelected to another Senate term. He was elected unanimously by Republican Senators as GOP leader Tuesday for the 117th Congress. It is his 8th term as the GOP's Senate head.

Meanwhile, Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY) has been picked as the Democrats' leader. All we need to know now is which one will be the Majority Leader and which will be the Minority Leader.

The Republican Senators elected the following members as reported by OAN News:
GOP Leader: Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
GOP Whip John Thune (R-SD)
Conference Chair John Barrasso (R-WY)
Policy CMTE Chair Roy Blunt (R-MO)
Conference Vice Chair Joni Ernst (R-IA)
NRSC Chair Rick Scott (R-FL)

— Jennifer Franco (@jennfranconews) November 10, 2020
McConnell spoke at a press conference and said that his Party's leadership is ready to grab the bull by the horns. He also spoke about President Trump's efforts over improprieties of the presidential election.

“Anyone who is running for office can exhaust concerns about counting in any court of appropriate jurisdiction, it’s not unusual should not be alarming,” he said. “At some point here, we’ll find out finally who was certified in each of a state snd the Electoral College will determine the winner.”

Schumer flares his nostrils and makes soft fists after McConnell moves to halt Senate but allow Barrett confirmation

Senate Minority Leader Chucky Schumer (D-NY) flared his already large nostrils and weakly clenched and manicured fingered fists up to shoulder height as he used fake anger and harsh words at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) after the latter moved to halt Senate activity except for that to confirm Amy Coney Barrett's SCOTUS nomination.

[Fun Fact: KY Jelly was invented in 1904 and does not come from Kentucky--its inventors were from the New York City.]

After three Republican senators tested positive for COVID-19 — Sens. Mike Lee (UT), Thom Tillis (NC), and Ron Johnson (WI) — Cocaine Mitch said on Saturday that he intends to "obtain a consent agreement for the Senate to meet in pro forma sessions for the next two weeks."

This caused Nancy Pelosi's hands to go all out choreoathetotic as her dentures did a moonwalk across her gums. Schumer's head nearly exploded and Mazie Hirono (D-HI) continued to be the dumbest member of the Senate.

If the Senate halts activity, McConnell said Barrett's confirmation process would not be affected, McConnell explained.

However, now that several senators have contracted the China virus, the Barrett confirmation may be delayed until the tail end of October, and hopefully no later than that.

Schumer fumed in a statement that Republicans are "turning an illegitimate process into a reckless and dangerous one" by moving full-steam ahead on Barrett's confirmation.

"The decision to recess the Senate for two weeks after at least three Republican Senators have tested positive for COVID-19 makes clear that the Senate cannot proceed with business as usual as the virus continues to run rampant," Schumer lied. "If it's too dangerous to have the Senate in session, it is also too dangerous for committee hearings to continue."

Meanwhile, the press is awaiting for informative comments from Mazie Hirono and Joy Behar.

NY Times typist warns Compromised Nonsense News of potential civil war if Trump wins

New York Times typist Tom Friedman thinks the country might be on the verge of a "potential second Civil War" over the Trump-Biden presidential election. Fortunately, Friedman generally has no idea what he's talking about so it would be wise not to take him seriously.

The hunt-and-peck typist said Trump's remarks from Wednesday whereby he danced around whether he'd commit to a peaceful transfer of power should he lose sounded like a "six-alarm fire" to him. However, the words of Hillary Clinton, in which she advised Biden not to concede in the election "no matter what," merely made his groin itch, or perhaps it was that gas station toilet seat.

Trump told a possible reporter in a White House news conference that he'd have to "see what happens" after the election first, because he just can't bring himself to not be controversial--it isn't only how he rolls, it's how he persuades. "You know that I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster," he said.

CNN's host and son of the late Gloria Vanderbilt, Anderson Cooper, blew Friedman's mind by asking if he really meant what he asserted.

“Yeah,” Friedman answered with street lingo. “The president of the United States has told us, ‘Either I win the election or I delegitimize the election.’ Those are your choices, folks.” He added he was “surprised and shocked” by the remarks, which Friedman made up off the top of his semi-useless head.

Actually, the "reporter" asked Trump "Win, lose or draw in this election, will you commit today for a peaceful transfer of power after the election?" The reporter apparently assumed that Sleepy Joe would win the election based on how he worded the question. [start at about 8:35 of the video to see the entire conversation.]

"Well, we're going to have to see what happens," Trump responded. "As you know, I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster."

The "reporter" jumped on his answer and interrupted with, "I understand that, but people are rioting. Commit to make sure that there's a peaceful transfer of power."

"Get rid of the ballots and there will be a very peaceful, there won't be a transfer frankly, there will be a continuation . . . "

Friedman read Trump's mind and said he was also trying to “break people’s will” with the remarks, so voters might say “‘What the heck, he wants it so bad, just give it to him.'”

Actually, what he was telling the "reporter" was that he believes he's going to win the election and that if the election did not seem fair, he would see what he might do. That isn't a threat, it's a reasonable remark, unlike Hillary Clinton's to Biden about not abiding by the decision of the people.

He said he thinks Trump will inevitably dispute the election results unless he’s named the winner.

“If you’re not frightened now, if you are not terrified for what could happen, it’s not ‘We might have a disputed election.’ It is, ‘We are going to have a disputed election, almost certainly,’ unless Trump wins, in which case I shudder to think what four more years of this would be like,” he said in a scary Halloween voice, because fear is the best persuader, the best motivator--think COVID 19 and how the government has us jumping through fiery hoops.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on Thursday assured us that there would be "an orderly transfer of power" in January, just as it has been "every four years since Washington was elected for a second term in 1792."

Even Joe Biden should know that--he was there.

House of Scared Reps sheltering in place in fear of COVID-19

Frightened Democrats in the House of Representatives have changed their plans to do what is expected of them: represent their constituents and, um, legislate. They fear the Communist Chinese Wuhan Coronavirus will get them and kill them like pigs at a slaughterhouse.

Leading the brigade of cowardly pussycats is House Majority Leader Steny "Stay Back, Stay Back" Hoyer (D) who spoke on Tuesday about the plan to stay home and shelter in place. Hoyer, along with House Speaker Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi have concluded that it's more important for them to stay safe than to take a risk, proving clearly that Congress is a non-essential job.

On Monday, Hoyer’s office posted on Twitter that brave lawmakers would return on May 4, but some Democrats expressed fear and loathing with that decision and several even threatened to vote in line with the Trump administration.

Congress has not met in regular session since last month out of abject fear the Wuhan coronavirus could "get" them. In spite of their whining, the lawmakers on both sides of the aisle passed almost $3 trillion by using rules allowing bills to pass without having to count on the cowards being present.

Hoyer said the House still intends to return some day to complete a new coronavirus response bill. Democrats promised to use the bill as a vehicle for funneling hundreds of billions of dollars in federal assistance to state and local governments that have previously mismanaged spending by fattening the wallets of political leaders and gave them non-contributing pension funds for life on the backs of state taxpayers. [Hoyer didn't say the last part, I did.]

Earlier on Tuesday, Senate Democratic Minority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer warned that state and local governments will see “massive” layoffs without more money from Congress to keep police, firefighters, ambulance crews, Lincoln Center and other frontline workers on the job.

Have you noticed how easy it is for our politicians to spend other people's money while they hide out in the luxury of their homes and still get paid with the people's money?

WaPo issues correction after Jennifer Rubin's attack on McConnell was proven to be a lie

Left-leaning Washington Post made another correction that always seems to go in the same direction--against conservatives or President Trump. This time they corrected fake conservative columnist Jennifer Rubin--she's about as conservative as Karl Marx--after she attacked Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for taking his sweet time to pass financial aid during the national Wuhan virus crisis.

Her column published Tuesday trashed President Trump's handling of the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak and also took a swipe at McConnell, comparing him to a sloth for his inaction on a relief package.

If McConnell is a sloth, then Rubin is a frog, but a frog who has never been kissed. For if a handsome young prince should kiss that frog, she would turn into a bat and be served at a wet market in Wuhan, China.

"Finally, the Republican-led Senate is fiddling while Rome burns,". she wrote. "The failure to take an immediate vote on the House's relief package last week was emblematic of the sloth and irresponsibility of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell."

Naturally, Rubin's characterization of McConnell turned out to be false because when it comes to the truth, she tends to give it a lot of social distancing.

The Post explained in a correction at the top of Rubin's column the next day. The correction stated:
"An earlier version of this article incorrectly said that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) delayed a vote on the House’s coronavirus relief package. In fact, McConnell vowed to move at 'warp speed' on the bill and it was only delayed due to a demand from Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) for an amendment on the bill. This version has been updated."
I'm curious; I really am. Can anyone provide one example in which the left-stream media has made an error that was originally in favor of President Trump or the GOP in general? As I said, the mistakes only go in one direction, and after everyone on the left has read it, the corrections are usually buried away.

Trump is really correct--the fake news really does exist. In fact, it's legion.
