Milwaukee cop shooting suspect was out on bond

A member of the victim class and a suspect in the Thursday shooting of a Milwaukee Police Officer had a number of felony cases and an active warrant out against him, at the time he allegedly shot MPD Officer Herbert Davis, 26.

The alleged shooter, Jetrin Rodthong, 23, is charged with resisting or obstructing officers, bail jumping, driving or operating a vehicle without the owner's consent [aka stealing the freaking car], and drug possession, along with a few side dishes thrown in for flavor. He had been released on bond because our society is screwed up.

Officer Davis was hospitalized after being shot and has since been released.

"As much as we help the community, they’ll help us as well. It really means a lot," Davis said after he was released Friday, according to FOX 6 Milwaukee. "You expect that from your brothers and sisters, but you don’t know what you’re getting in certain situations."

Davis was responding to reports of an injured or sick person Thursday on the 2100 block of W. St. Paul Avenue. He arrived at the location to discover a person slumped over in a vehicle, a press release states.

Once Davis approached the individual later identified as Rodthong, the suspect allegedly attempted to flee the vehicle and exchanged gunfire with Davis.

Rodthong then apparently wanting to become a police officer one day, entered Davis' police vehicle, used the car to flee the scene, crashed into another motorist and attempted to evade officers on foot. Officers eventually caught up to him and apprehended him without incident.

Thankfully, Rodthong is not black so Antifa and BLM were elsewhere ruining other communities.

Davis, Rodthong and the driver of the vehicle Rodthong crashed into were transported to a hospital for treatment. Sadly, Rodthong has also been released with non-life-threatening injuries.

"The Milwaukee Police Department would like to thank the community members that stopped and remained at scene to help our wounded officer," MPD said in the press release. "We would also like to thank the Milwaukee Fire Department for providing prompt medical attention to our officer."

The MPD is leading an investigation into the case along with a load of other cases of violence against police officers. It's the latest trend sweeping the nation.

On Wednesday, a Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Deputy was shot multiple times by a fleeing suspect. On Jan. 21, two New York Police Department officers, Rivera and Mora, were fatally shot while responding to a domestic dispute. Two days later, Harris County Precinct 5 Corporal Charles Galloway was fatally shot during a traffic stop in Houston. Four days after that, three Houston officers were shot and wounded while pursuing a suspect.

And then we saw Jacqueline Guzman, a former actress in New York City, complain about the memorial of Officer Rivera that had a "Sea of Blue" attend the memorial along the city's Fifth Avenue. She was fired from her acting job before ever getting the chance to be someone else.

Milwaukee recorded 23 murders — a 155% increase compared to nine homicides recorded during the same period last year — as of Monday, according to the medical examiner.

Nova Scotia outlaws freedom of expression with "freedom" truckers demonstration after huge protest

America, take note, this could be us if we allow it. 

The Canadian province of Nova Scotia is outlawing freedom of speech and expression days after an incredibly massive protest that saw people gathered along a highway to cheer on and support the "Freedom Convoy" of truckers who drove across Canada from Vancouver to Ottawa, to protest the vaccine mandates.

The province issued "a directive under the Emergency Management Act prohibiting people from blockading Highway 104 near the Nova Scotia-New Brunswick border." Except they weren't blocking anything--they were standing alongside the road waving Canadian flags and cheering, eh.

The directive specifically states supporters of the Freedom Convoy and another protest, the Atlantic Hold the Line event, can’t gather along Highway 104, on the Nova Scotia-New Brunswick border. The directive states that "allowing people to gather in those areas would put themselves and others at risk." 

Bullcrap. It puts freedom of speech at risk.

"My message to anyone planning a blockade of a highway is — don’t do it," Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston said last week, according to the Toronto Star. "Nova Scotians have no patience for highway blockades and, personally ... I have even less, so just don’t do it."

Houston, we have a problem.

Those who disobey and refuse to fall into lockstep face fines between $3,000 to $10,000, while corporations face fines between $20,000 and $100,000. Thankfully, the Canadian dollar is even worse than ours so there's that.

The order remains active under the province’s state of emergency, which has been extended every two weeks and currently runs until Feb. 6, CBC News reported. State of emergency? Now that's an overused term they got from the Biden administration. It has become a tool for dictators and we are allowing this garbage to continue.

The Freedom Convoy set out last Sunday to protest the vaccine mandate for cross-border truckers that was imposed on the ides of January. Somehow truckers, who work alone, confined in their closed vehicles, and not involved with unloading their truck, are magically able to spread the dreaded omicron scourge. It is estimated that about 15% of Canadian truckers [around 16,000] are not fully vaccinated for whatever reasons. Some have already had Covid and have better protection than the vaccine offers and therefore don't need the jab; others have medical issues making the jab risky; and still others want to decide for themselves whether they want to put a foreign substance into their Canadian body.

Canadian Prime Minister and pretty boy Justin Trudeau doesn't have the gonads to support the free speech of protesters, so he has said nothing about the Nova Scotia dictate. 

The organizers of the trucker protest have called for getting rid of all COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine mandates and others called for getting rid of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, as PM. He really is kind of an idiot but that seems to be the level of our leaders nowadays.

The spokesman of the convoy called the protest "impressive" last week, claiming it was more than 40 miles long. Guinness World Records show that the longest convoy recorded took place in Egypt in 2020, coming in at nearly 5 miles long. [They were protesting cruelty to camels.]

Trudeau denounced the protest last week as composed of a "small fringe minority who are on the way to Ottawa who are holding unacceptable views." 

Unacceptable views? In other words, if you don't do as we say, you will pay. 

"What we are hearing from some people associated with this convoy is completely unacceptable," the wannabe dictator [the 'tator' is silent] added.

The convoy made it to Ottawa, the Canadian capital on Saturday, when thousands of people were seen joining the protest there.

"I’m locked into my own country right now," Tom Pappin, who is unvaccinated and joined the protest from just outside Ottawa, said. "I can’t go on a holiday. I can’t go to a restaurant, I can’t go bowling. I can’t go to a movie. You know, these are things that it’s just gotten out of control."

Trudeau’s itinerary for the day usually says he is in Ottawa if he's at home, but on Saturday it said "National Capital Region" amid a report he's been moved to an undisclosed location, the Associated Press reported. He was last seen wearing his pink "Pussy Hat" and no mask.

San Francisco Leftist DA accused of withholding evidence in cop misconduct case

San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin is the son of Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert, who were members of the Weather Underground. When Chesa was 14 months old his parents were arrested and convicted of murder for driving the getaway car in the Brink's robbery of 1981 in Rockland County, New York. 

Chesa's mom was sentenced to only 20 years to life in prison and pop to 75 years to life for felony murders of two police officers and a security guard. 

After his parents were imprisoned, Chesa was raised in Chicago by none other than two other members of the Weather Underground, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, Boudin said that he didn't learn to read until the age of 9. You may remember Ayers as a Barack Obama buddy along with Dohrn. They mostly blew up government buildings.

Chesa's great-grandfather, Louis B. Boudin, was a Marxist theoretician, and grandpa was Leonard Boudin, a far-left attorney who represented controversial clients such as Fidel Castro.

Suffice it to say, Chesa Boudin viewed right and wrong from a pink lens just like his family.

On Friday, a whistleblower accused Boudin of withholding evidence in a case whereby a police officer is accused of using unnecessary force against a civilian.

Comrade Boudin first announced charges against San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) Officer Terrance Stangle in December 2020. The officer is accused of unnecessarily beating a man named Dacari Spiers with a baton in October 2019, breaking Spires' wrist and leg, while responding to a domestic violence call.

Magen Hayashi, an investigator for the DA's office, testified Friday that she believed she would be fired if she did not withhold certain evidence in the case against Stangle, according to NBC Bay Area, a damning claim against Boudin's office.

Hayashi told a San Francisco Superior Court judge that she never disclosed information from a female witness who claimed to see Spiers beating a woman before Stangle hit him with a baton and that she feared she would be fired if she did, the outlet reported.

See, the Left hates police as much as they hate the victims of crime. You can burn down small businesses in a city, and the Vice President of the United States will help raise money for your bail, while CNN will report that everything burning behind them and the violence in the streets is mostly peaceful.

Anyway, the judge, an apparent progressive, reportedly said no significant evidence appeared to have been withheld, and Hayashi's testimony likely would not impact the case, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. But how can the judge know this in advance of testimony unless that's what the judge foresees an outcome?

Stangle's attorney, Nicole Pifair, filed a motion to dismiss the case on Jan. 24, citing "prosecutorial misconduct" and "deceptive" methods by the DA's office. 

Fat chance that'll work.

"The DA’s deceit and concealment of real evidence is disturbing, it is corrupt, and it is a violation of public trust," the motion states. "Most importantly, however, it is illegal."

The memo in support of the motion to dismiss filed by Pifair includes a transcript from the witness to 911, which is what initially led police to respond to the 2019 incident.

The call transcript reads as follows: "I would like to report…I think it's called domestic violence or something because, um, there's this guy who is beating up on this girl. … He's like, um, holding her like by the neck, like draggin' her by the neck. … She was trying to get away, then he grabbed, and then he got her again."

A second witness described similar details in a statement including in Pifair's motion.

N. Korea fires 2 missiles at East Sea, South Korea says

"I kill you long time"

A South Korean military official claimed that North Korea has fired a pair of missiles into the waters off its eastern shore on Thursday. Perhaps this is a test to see whether US alleged President Joe Biden will do something about it beyond mumbled stuff.

The announcement was made by SoKo's Joint Chiefs of Staff on Thursday morning but no more details were released about the launch. It is also unclear as to whether the alleged President and his party will label this latest act as 'racist' but sources who wish to remain anonymous due to personal reasons say they are working to find a way of slanting that rhetoric with the midterm elections coming up and currently have no other ideas.

If the latest test-fire is not a fib by SoKo, and is confirmed, it will make it the sixth round of weapons launches just this month, and this would be a record as it matches all the launches of last year when Kim Jong Un wasn't sure whether or not Biden was sentient. Now that Kim is aware of Biden's flatline mental status, he's having a blast and is out to launch.

Earlier in the week, the South Korean military announced the North had test-fired two suspected cruise missiles. And to make matters worse, North Korea also test-fired short-range ballistic missiles and a hypersonic, super-duper, bat out of hell [RIP Meatloaf] missiles this month.

Since the Trump administration, when "Rocket Man" and his boys conducted 16 missile tests, the number has dwindled yearly.

The North Koreans have blatantly increased testing recently due to nuclear talks that were apparently going nowhere with the current administration, which has since imposed five NoKo officials with sanctions over the tests in the region.

The current pressure comes amid the China virus which is messing up the economy of the hermit kingdom, which was hurting even before as the US imposed crippling U.S.-led sanctions over its weapons program.

Last week, North Korea issued a veiled threat to resume the testing of nuclear explosives and long-range missiles targeting the American homeland, which dictator Kim Jong Un suspended in 2018 while initiating diplomacy with the United States.

The Biden administration has offered open-ended talks, with no conditions because Biden is a houseplant. On the plus side, the US has refused at present to ease sanctions unless "Rocket Man" shows us that he is willing to abandon his nuclear weapons and missiles. If he does, North Korea would have an idiot for a dictator because without nukes, Kim is no stronger than a nonbinary male in a pussy hat.

Let's keep an eye on this situation because it ain't over until a Republican is in the White House.

Soros-backed St. Louis DA Kim Gardner GUILTY on 141 counts

St. Louis DA Kim Gardner lost her appeal for refusing to hand over communications she had with operatives of George "I'm Not a Nazi" Soros along with others regarding her prosecution of former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens. She is in big trouble but whether or not justice will be served in today's progressive climate of lawlessness, is anybody's guess. But the court has found Gardner guilty of committing 62 acts of misconduct and 79 cases of misrepresentation in wrongly convicting Greitens of crimes he did not commit.

Greitens, who is very popular in the state, was later cleared and is now running for the US Senate from Missouri.

Gardner's hands-off crime policy has been a veritable clusterfrack for the state. The murder rate last year in St. Louis soared to a 50-year high and she refused to prosecute a huge number of murderers. The state's legislature had to pass a law limiting the time in which she had to file murder charges, limiting her to 90 days, after which the state Attorney General would take over the case.

She refused to prosecute clear cut cases involving drug dealing and child molesters. She used the excuse that police are racists and refused to accept cases from over 20 police who provided evidence to do so.

After a Missouri Appeals Court ruled unanimously against her, she is to face disciplinary charges and pay the small fine of a mere $5,000 that she had previously received.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported:

The Missouri Court of Appeals at St. Louis on Tuesday upheld a judge’s ruling against the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office for failing to respond to a lawsuit that alleged violations of the state’s open records law.

The appeals court’s unanimous ruling said Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner’s appeals had “no merit.” She had challenged St. Louis Circuit Judge Christopher McGraugh’s ruling and $5,000 penalty for refusing to produce records and respond in time to a January 2020 lawsuit filed by conservative journalist John Solomon.

Perhaps it's time for law enforcement to go after the remaining Soros-backed leftist, lawless, political operatives.

Coward(s) slash NYPD patrol cars at vigil honoring falling Officers Rivera and Mora

It takes a special kind of cowardly sneak to do what these scumcrumpets did: the tires were slashed on six vehicles, including those belonging to the NYPD. It happened on Wednesday during a vigil honoring two NYPD officers who died after they were shot by a domestic violence suspect earlier this month.

The cops who respond to these calls are brave. The sneak that slashes tires is a pussy hat wearing coward.

The tires on four New York Police Department patrol cars, an auxiliary van and a police vehicle from Darien, Connecticut, were slashed sometime around 6:30 p.m. local time Wednesday in Harlem, near a vigil at the NYPD’s 32 Precinct station house,  according to Fox News, who confirmed the report.

At the time, crowds had gathered at the station house around that time to honor Officers Jason Rivera and Wilbert Mora, who were assigned to the precinct.

Officers Rivera and Mora, ages 22 and 27, respectively, were shot Friday while responding to a report of a domestic violence incident in Harlem around 6:30 p.m. involving a mother and her thug adult son, Lashawn McNeil.

There was a third officer on the scene who met with the mother who made the call. The trio approached the back bedroom of the apartment where they were told McNeil was staying. As they approached, McNeil, without warning, opened fire striking Mora and Rivera. The third officer returned fire and critically shot McNeil, critically injuring him. 

He later died at the hospital on Monday but thus far, Al Sharptongue hasn't announced plans to celebrate McNeil's thug life and to mourn his death.

Officer Rivera died from his injuries on Friday and Mora, who suffered a gunshot wound to the head, died from his injuries on Tuesday and he donated five of his organs to save lives.

CNN's Acosta gets educated by VA's Attorney General about communism

Dear Diary: Why do I feel stupid sometimes?

The Compromised News Network's Jim Acosta is upset that Virginia elected Republicans who refuse to infuse the state with socialist policies. So like a good socialist-loving fake news "reporter" Acosta had something to say and called Virginia a "soviet-style state," under Gov. Glenn Youngkin.

Leftists can't stand when they lose to the voters, which is why they prefer dead ones and illegal immigrants who they believe will vote for them.

“I seem to remember Glenn Youngkin campaigning in a fleece vest in Virginia,” Acosta said on Tuesday night. “He was running as a different kind of Republican. I was told there was going to be a vest, not a Soviet-style police state across the Potomac from Washington.”

Acosta also accused Youngkin of “pitting citizen against citizen” after playing a clip of the governor promising to remove “inherently divisive teaching practices out of the schools.” 

In other words, Youngkin refused to allow teachers to promulgate Marxist-based critical race theory ideology in the classrooms because parents are against it, and it's racist because it's designed to make white children feel inferior and guilty about their skin color. It also vilifies America and while we aren't perfect, teaching both the good and bad is the way to go.

Acosta was pissed off by the removal of CRT curriculum from the taxpayer-funded schools even though that was one of the promises that got Youngkin elected by the people. In fact, it was a chief promise he made along with his Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears. But the fake news socialist said that it violates “the traditional conservative tenets of liberty, anti-censorship and freedom.” CRT, however, censors patriotism, for example, and other forms of free speech.

When a leftist makes a claim about something they are against, you can bet that they are the ones doing what they are attacking. The term is 'cancel culture.' Example: treating Black folks like they're not capable of getting ID in order to vote is racist, but they claim that voter ID itself is racist. Some call it the soft bigotry of low expectations, but it's really not soft at all. You can also see it in the classroom where grades are dismissed because grades are racist, math is racist, and words can be racist.

The same is true with their push for equity. The Left believes that all outcomes should be equal, which tends to eliminate individual excellence and promotes mediocrity. Equal opportunity makes sense, as outcomes are based on ability and effort made by the individual. If everyone gets a trophy, then trophies are meaningless. If everyone knows they can get a trophy, the outcomes all improve.

Acosta, who never met a Republican he liked, also slammed Youngkin for putting a process in place for parents to complain if public school teachers violate the law by teaching racially divisive concepts that stem from CRT.  For example, claiming all members of one race [aka the White race] inherently oppress all members of other races.

Acosta, who calls himself a journalist, compared the measure to the Texas Heartbeat law, a pro-life protection that allows citizens to sue abortionists who perform an abortion after a fetal heartbeat can be detected, usually around the sixth week of pregnancy. 

“How concerned should we be, about these laws that seem to be catching on of, citizens ratting each other out?” he asked Jong-Fast, adding they encourage “canceling your neighbor across the street or next door.”

Yeah, those laws seemed to have been catching on now that science progressed enough to show that it isn't fetal tissue abortion kills, it's a baby. And insofar as Acosta mention 'canceling your neighbor,' it's laughable to hear a leftist say that when this is their default position whenever they hear something they don't like.

Virginia state Attorney General Jason Miyares responded to Acosta’s remarks during a Fox News interview with host Sean Hannity on Wednesday night, saying, “I think what Jim Acosta said — listen, my family fled Communist Cuba.”

“You want to talk about what ‘Soviet-style’ looks like? It’s the opposite of freedom,” he said.

“So clearly, Jim Acosta maybe needs to take some history classes of what Soviet-style communism actually looks like. And [Virginia is] the opposite.”

“What we have said is parents matter. Listen, if you’re a parent and you want to mask your child for six, seven, eight hours a day, you absolutely have that right. That’s your individual decision,” Miyares continued. “The great irony of all this, is in Soviet-style communist states like Cuba, the state diminishes parents. They say, ‘Your loyalty is to the state,’ and parents have less control. This is about parental empowerment.”

Kamala Hahaharris to attend inauguration of socialist anti-Semite Honduran president elsewhere

President Vice President Kamala Hahaharris is heading to Honduras because it isn't the United States and there's a party going on for the inauguration of the anti-Semitic socialist president-elect of Xiomara Castro on Thursday.

Castro, [aka Xi] won the country's highest office running on the socialist platform.

Since Castro won the election, Hahaharris  has been communicating with her on a regular basis, taking a call last December to "deepen the partnership between the United States and Honduras," according to her socialist spokesperson Sabrina Singh. 

The delegation will include U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Samantha Power and Rep. Raul Ruiz, (D-CA), among others, the Communist News Network (CNN) reported.

Castro is the first leader in Honduran history — a very conservative nation — to be elected on a socialist platform and will also be the first woman to hold the role. And as a person of XY chromosomes, she is viewed by Hahaharris as a victim as well as a president.

Also raising eyebrows is Castro’s husband, former Honduran President Mel Zelaya, a wealthy landowner in the country who was deposed from his presidency by a military coup in 2009. Ironically, as a socialist, Zelaya did not share his land nor his wealth with the proletariat--perhaps he forgot.

Zelaya was ousted after trying to mimic the policies of Venezuelan socialist President Hugo Chavez. He was also a close ally with Cuban dictator, Fidel Castro and while all were individually wealthy, they never shared their own fortunes but wanted everyone else to share theirs and be equally as poor as the next guy. That's how socialism works.

Zelaya was Castro’s campaign manager.

BREAKING: Justice Breyer retiring from SCOTUS

After 27 years on the Supreme Court, Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring, NBC News reported. “Justice Stephen Breyer will step down from the Supreme Court at the end of the current term, according to people familiar with his thinking.”

Justice Breyer is one of three liberal justices and shares that leftist ideology with Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. Now alleged President Joe Biden will have the chance to appoint a successor and the split between conservative and feelings-based will remain 6-3 respectively.

The Left has been calling for Breyer to retire by progressive activist Marxists and Democrats in Congress so that Biden can pick a replacement while he's still claiming to be lucid.

“Progressive group Demand Justice launched a new ‘Breyer Retire’ campaign Friday urging U.S. Supreme Court Stephen Breyer to ‘retire now’ from the high court, putting more pressure on the liberal-leaning justice to step down while Democrats narrowly have Senate control after Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death resulted in President Donald Trump choosing her successor,” Forbes reported in April, 2021.

Demand Justice Executive Director Brian Fallon said that Breyer's retirement is "the only responsible choice," and evidently Breyer now agrees.

“We are now firmly in the window when past justices have announced their retirement, so it’s officially worrisome that Justice Breyer has not yet said that he will step down,” Fallon had said in the past.

Justice Breyer, now 83, is a San Francisco-born liberal who has been reluctant to ride off into the sunset but has finally decided that it's time to go.

3 Biden negotiators jump ship due to the 'tough guy' being too soft

The face of confusion

Three negotiators on the Biden Build Back Better Bombs team who have tried to get Iran to negotiate, because that's what negotiators do, have left the team because they say Biden might as well have been wearing a pussy hat as he was being too soft on the terrorist nation.

“U.S. officials confirmed over the weekend that Richard [Dick] Nephew, the deputy special envoy for Iran, has left the team. Mr. Nephew, an architect of previous economic sanctions on Iran, had advocated a tougher posture in the current negotiations, and he hasn’t attended the talks in Vienna since early December,” The Wall Street Journal reported. They also said that two other team members, led by State Department Robert [Bobby] Malley also jumped ship because Biden talks tough but is actually as weak as roadkill and slightly less sentient.

The team cannot agree on how strictly existing sanctions should be enforced and at what point should the US walk away from the table. Some so-called "experts" warn that the terrorist nation of Iran is simply trying to prolong talks while they continue to build back a better bomb in their nuclear program.

“The divisions come at a pivotal time, with U.S. and European officials warning that only a few weeks remain to rescue the 2015 deal before Iran acquires the know-how and capability to quickly produce enough nuclear fuel for a bomb,” the report stated. “Under the agreement, the U.S. lifted most international sanctions on Tehran in exchange for strict but temporary limits on Iran’s nuclear work. The Trump administration exited the agreement, seeing it as insufficient to restrain Iran, and the Biden administration is trying to reverse course.”

Trump was correct to leave that crappy deal, which would only delay Iran's intentions of building back a better bomb and using it to destroy Israel and the United States, they think.

Last year, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett implied that his country was ready to move against Iran before it finished making a bigger, better, bomb as it was getting too close to obtaining enough fissile material to finish the job. Israel promised they would keep that from happening.

“Iran’s nuclear weapon program is at a critical point. All red lines have been crossed. Inspections — ignored. All wishful-thinking — proven false,” Bennett said at the anti-Semitic United Nations. “Iran is currently violating the IAEAs safeguard agreements — and it’s getting away with it. They harass inspectors and sabotage their investigations — and they’re getting away with it. They enrich Uranium to the level of 60 percent, which is only one step short of weapons-grade material — and they’re getting away with it.”

Bennett, not necessarily known for repetition, set a personal record in doing so at the UN.

“Evidence which clearly proves Iran’s intentions for nuclear weapons in secret sites in Turquzabad, Teheran & Marivan — is ignored,” he continued. “Iran’s nuclear program has hit a watershed moment. And so has our tolerance.” [But not for Biden.]

“Words do not stop centrifuges from spinning. There are those in the world who seem to view Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons as an inevitable reality, as a done deal, or they’ve just become tired of hearing about it,” Bennett added. “Israel doesn’t have that privilege. We cannot tire. We will not tire. Israel will not allow Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon.”

What happens from this point on in time is anybody's guess. Hopefully the US midterm elections will result in a GOP butt-kicking and the adults can take back the wheel before the car runs off the road.

Israel preparing to evacuate 75,000 Ukrainian Jews

As tensions mount and Biden naps, Israeli officials have started to prepare for the possible evacuation of Ukrainian Jews because if the Russians invade Ukraine, the Jews will be in immediate danger. If it should come down to an evacuation, it will be the largest one in 30 years.

According to a Haaretz report, representatives from the office of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, the foreign office, defense, diaspora affairs and transportation ministries, the National Security Council and the Jewish Agency met on Sunday. The discussion concerned the threat level currently being faced by Ukraine's Jewish communities. 

The meeting also included officials from Nativ, an organization that maintains ties between Israel and Jewish communities in the Former Soviet Union.

The groups assessed that approximately 75,000 Ukrainian Jews qualify for Israeli citizenship via the Law of Return. The largest concentrations of Jews are in and around the cities of Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk. It’s obviously not known how many Jews would choose to leave for Israel or move elsewhere, but those who decide to stay need to have their heads examined because there are signs that Putin is going to invade and heads will roll.

The problem is that at present Israel cannot know if evacuation would even be possible if war breaks out.

The report indicates that Israel had contingency plans in the late '80s for an emergency airlift of a large number of Jews from the Soviet Union, and these plans are being reconsidered and currently updated to suit the circumstances that now exist.

Unfortunately, Haaretz stressed that although there is an obvious threat of war, the Ukrainian Jews have not indicated a willingness to get out of Dodge, as it were.

The last time Israel had a major airlift was Operation Solomon, in May 1991. This was a covert operation that extracted 14,000 Ethiopian Jews within 36 hours during a civil war in the country.

The Ukrainian situation looks somewhat bleak. Russia has around 100,000 soldiers at their border and it's looking a lot like incursion as Putin clearly wants to seize large swaths of Ukraine and remove President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian President, and replace him with a comrade. Bernie Sanders has been considered for the job, but Putin decided he's too old and talks funny.

Due to pressure from the person behind the curtain, Biden has put 8,500 ground troops on high alert for possible deployment to Europe. Biden has also told families of diplomats to leave the country and has basically evacuated the US embassy in Ukraine, like he did in Afghanistan, all in less than a year.

Putin and China's dictator, Xi, no longer worry that the US has an unpredictable president to deal with while they slowly expand their power and dominance globally. Trump is gone and now they have an old, confused, mumbling, bumbling "Puppet POTUS" who considers himself blessed when he finds his way from bed to the White House bathroom and makes it all the way before it's too late.

Finding his way back to bed takes longer, but that's when he's most useful to the nation.

Avenatti has a fool for a lawyer in Stormy Daniels case

The View's and CNN's first choice for President

Former CNN contributor and Brian Stelter presidential hopeful, Michael Avenatti will be using the services of an idiot to represent him in court against pornography performer Stormy Daniels. In other words, Avenatti will be representing himself at his latest of several criminal trials.

By being his own lawyer, this allows him to set the stage to directly confront Daniels over her allegation that he stole some of the money she was owed for her steamy autobiography.

U.S. District Judge Jesse M. Furman granted Avenatti’s request at his Manhattan trial on wire fraud and aggravated identity theft charges after he cited a “breakdown” with his former lawyers over trial strategy, especially on how he wanted them to question a former longtime office worker of his who was testifying at the trial on video.

Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was expected to take the witness stand at the trial as early as Wednesday, if she isn't tied up.

It is not known whether Avenatti plans to use Brian Stelter as a character witness or anyone else at the Comedy News Network, but they are prepared to stand behind him if he calls on them, it is believed.

Avenatti, 50, has angrily asserted his innocence on the claims that he pocketed nearly $300,000 of the $800,000 advance paid to Daniels for her 2018 book “Full Disclosure.” He posits that his pockets are too small and in no way able to hold that much cash, and just because another person who happens to be a paraplegic made similar allegations about money he was owed, that is not proof he did anything wrong this time.

Although Judge Furman told Avenatti earlier that his right to represent himself was “sharply curtailed” once his trial began, the judge granted his request after the shyster insisted he wanted to act as his own lawyer, as he did at a trial in California for six weeks last year.

At that federal trial, Avenatti represented himself against criminal charges that he cheated clients of millions of dollars, and the proceedings ended in a mistrial. Hopefully a new trial will end in justice being served.

In early 2020, Avenatti was convicted of attempting to extort up to $25 million from sportswear giant Nike. He threatened to destroy the company's reputation if it didn't do exactly as he said. He was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison. Fortunately, he did not testify and was represented by good lawyers, for if he had represented himself and also testified, he might be serving five times the sentence he received.

Avenatti became a national hero to CNN in 2018 when he represented the porn performer in lawsuits against then-President Donald Trump. Daniels received $130,000 just before the 2016 presidential election to remain silent about her claim that she and Trump had a sexual tryst ten years prior. Trump denied that claim, using the "horse face" defense and stating that he would have never considered having sex with Daniels because, hey, look at who he is married to.

In opening statements Monday, Andrew Dalack, Avenatti's lawyer, said that Avenatti and Daniels had an agreement to share the proceeds of any book deal. Whether that is true or not, no contract was produced in court, and Avenatti, who believes he's a good lawyer, would have insisted Daniels sign one if this assertion was true, one would think. 

Dalack stated that Avenatti loaned Daniels hundreds of thousands of dollars while he represented her. Was this in writing? If not, why not?

A prosecution witness, Judy Regnier, testified Tuesday that she did not believe Avenatti had sent any of his law firm’s money to Daniels between July 2018 and February 2019 because the firm was financially hurting.

Regnier, who worked as a paralegal and office manager for Avenatti for about 11 years, said the firm’s finances were in bad shape during that span.

“I was checking bank accounts to see if there were enough funds to make it through the week, or the day,” she said.

Meanwhile, Avenatti's cellmate was unavailable for comment, as was Brian Stelter.

New York Supreme Court strikes down state's mask mandate by unelected Gov.

"You will obey, my pretties"

A New York state Supreme Court judge struck down Governor Kathy Hochul's (D) mask mandate for public schools and public locations. 

Hochul replaced former Governor Andrew (aka Handy Andy) Cuomo as governor after he resigned in shame due to several sexual harassment allegations and his role in the murder of thousands of New Yorkers with COVID who were sent into nursing homes where they spread the deadly virus to the vulnerable. 

The point is, Hochul was not elected as governor but she is certainly going forward with unpopular policy attempts that are being shot down due to their incompatibility with law and human rights.

“There can be no question that every person in this State wishes, wants and prays that this era of COVID ends soon and they will surely do their part to see that is accomplished,” Judge Thomas Rademaker said in his ruling. “However, enacting any laws to this end is entrusted solely to the State Legislature. While the intentions of Commissioner Bassett and Governor Hochul appear to be well aimed squarely at doing what they believe is right to protect the citizens of New York State, they must take their case to the State Legislature.”

BLM complains police casualties treated as "heroes" in "tear jerker press conference"

The Black Lives Matter chapter in Washington, D.C. are upset and expressed their indignation over police officers who are shot in the line of duty and then treated as "heroes." The hero that was shot and wounded on Sunday in Northwest D.C. was the catalyst that brought the disgusting comment.

Police have been targeted throughout the nation as the media and the Democratic Party have vilified them and covertly gave scumbags the green light to go after them.

The suspect in the D.C. shooting is still at large after opening fire on cops in the Petworth neighborhood, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. You know those cops; they're the guys who were heroes on Jan. 6 because an unarmed woman protester named Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by one of their own, Michael Byrd.

As the scene was still unfolding, Black Lives Matter D.C. took the opportunity to promote its #StopMPD campaign and warn against the spread of "copaganda." That's apparently any rhetoric that refuses to see law enforcement as the enemy who deprive them of "free shopping sprees."

They can say whatever they want, but once the left is no longer allowing BLM and antifa free range to roam and violate civility and people's property, they need to be held accountable for their crimes.

"This is the point we’ve been making for months," the group tweeted Sunday night. "Look at the reaction and coverage tonight. Tear jerker press conferences and proclamations of heroes coming soon. Imagine if people knew these folks’ names. Being Black in DC is more dangerous than any job." But the reason for that is not because of cops, it's because of inter-racial violence. Statistically, more black people are shot by other black people. This is true for almost all racial violence in large cities and in general.

In the fight for black lives, one of the main concerns is how young black men are being killed by other black men while Democratic city leaders, particularly those backed by George Soros, have been decriminalizing many crimes, while doing all they can to point an accusing finger at police. Many have left because of this and many may leave, but that's exactly what the Left wants to happen.

BREAKING: Up to 8,500 US troops on alert over Ukraine crisis

As many as 8,500 US forces are on "heightened alert" for potential deployment to eastern Europe as 
growing tensions between Washington and Moscow over Ukraine, the Pentagon announced Monday.

Defense Department press secretary and Democratic puppet, John Kirby at his regular briefing made it clear that no final decision was yet made about whether to deploy our troops as part of a NATO response force (NRF) as part of the 40,000 that would constitute the NATO's military response to Russia should they invade Ukraine.

This appears to be Biden's way of distracting the American public from the consistently poor job he is doing here at home. The administration is calling for the evacuation of the US embassy in Ukraine, and those Americans not on the government payroll are asked to leave but they are on their own to find a way out.

Doesn't this embassy evacuation remind you a little bit of another one? Oh yeah, Afghanistan. That two evacuations by our embassies in one year. Great job, Joe.

It's horrible to think that Biden would get us into a shooting war with Russia just to help his poll numbers, but let's not put it past him.

Kirby clarified that the troops would likely be considered “ground forces,” [aka grunts]. The NRF can only be activated by NATO rather than President Biden who cannot be trusted to activate an Alka Seltzer tablet in a gallon of water.

“It is our contribution to the response force,” Kirby said, “and we want to make sure that they’re ready to go.”

Meanwhile, Putin is shaking in his shoes over Biden's threats, but let's not forget that while he's a scummy dictator, he's certainly no Corn Pop.

Comedy News Network guest bashes Fox News' invented POTUS dementia and existence of CRT

A Comedy News Network commentator and WaPo syndicated columnist Catherine Rampell, alleged on Sunday that Fox News is exaggerating claims that Joe Biden is a "senile president," and that critical race theory (CRT) is "brainwashing kids." She claims FNC had "invented" these stories "out of whole cloth." 

If Rampell honestly believes that alleged President Joe Biden is a fully functioning, cognitively intact person, who is leading the country rather than being led, and that CRT is not being foisted on our kids, she might be schizophrenic or have never actually heard Biden speak, nor read the board of education websites from any of the states that uses the precepts of CRT. Does she understand that CRT isn't a course of study, but rather a Marxist ideology, a tool that is used to mold young minds?

She joined alleged cis gender anchor Brian Stelter on his Sunday show with the oxymoron name "Reliable Sources" where she claimed that stories like those told by Fox News is aimed at a specific audience and designed to spike the blood pressure over issues that weren't "actually mortal threats." You know, like omicron being a threat to all human life on the planet. Oh wait . . . that's CNN and the rest of those legacy media networks.

Stelter started off with a list of Fox News chyrons, claiming that if a person watched the coverage on Fox News, they might get the impression that America had "gone to hell," and the quality of life in America was unbearable.

If one were to watch CNN, one would get the impression that they only cover negative news about Fox News, law enforcement, racism, the deadly coronavirus and more Fox News. They complain about Fox because they are being humiliated by their numbers.

“America as an ‘apocalyptic hellscape,’ that was one of the actual banners,” Stelter said effeminately, arguing that Fox News seemed intent on painting President Joe Biden’s administration as “a clown car driving off a cliff,” unlike CNN who actually did an attack ad on Mitt Romney when he ran for president in which his likeness drove an old granny off a cliff. It's obvious to anyone being honest that Joe Biden is cognitively impaired and being protected by the White House. 

Did anyone at CNN watch his press conference marathon?

Stelter continued: “Catherine, when we talk about polls showing most Americans think the country is on the wrong track, most Americans are filled with doom and gloom, we need to link it back to the media coverage.”  Certainly not anything having to do with the actual failures of the Biden administration--that would be political blasphemy.

“Obviously they’re getting that messaging from the media they consume. That set of headlines that you just scrolled through, I could feel my blood pressure rising just reading those. That’s the goal, right? The goal of this kind of coverage is to freak people out, to cause them to live in fear,” Rampell replied, proving that most Americans don't watch CNN but rather get their news from Fox News.

Although the legacy media asked some tough questions to Biden at the presser, they failed to touch upon the border crisis, Afghanistan, his failed COVID promise, Hunter's laptop, and China, just for starters. So while it looks like they're tough on him to some degree, they allow him to get away with avoiding other issues that are equally as important.

Rampell suggested that Fox focuses on promoting fear on issues that are less likely to be "mortal threats" [like going to war with Russia; China's increasing global threat; easy-peasy stuff like that] rather than things like climate change and COVID.

NY unelected Gov. blames the gun for killing NYPD officer, not the human

Stupid is as stupid does

New York Governor [inherited position] Kathy Hochul (D-what else?) used the shooting of two police officers Friday to make a political stance. Rather than blaming the scumbag who ambushed the cops, the leftist fool went after the inanimate object and asked for Congress to help "fight the scourge of illegal guns on our streets."

Fighting the scourge of illegal guns has little to do with the law--they're ILLEGAL guns used by lawbreakers who don't care what Congress has to say about them. This is so obvious that it's tiring to keep saying it. The only way to get illegal guns off the streets is to get the criminals who use them off the streets. Perhaps the Left needs to think about what they've done with their 'no bail' policies and the turnstile justice system that isn't a justice system for law abiding citizen victims.

Using the same, predictable worn out rhetoric, Hochul said at a press conference in Buffalo: "Our hearts and prayers are with the families and the members of the NYPD, but also, it's a resounding call to action." 

So far, the only call to action the Left has demanded was to defund the police. They always seem to get it backwards. She continued: "We have to do more to fight the scourge of illegal guns on our streets. And we need Washington teaming up with us, teaming up with locals, to get it done."

'Stop and frisk' was a way that law enforcement was able to get illegal guns off the street, but the Left put an end to that, and this led to more illegal guns on the street. 

The Left always get things backwards.

NYPD Officers Jason Rivera, 22, and Wilbert Mora, 27, were ambushed at a Harlem apartment Friday night in response to a domestic dispute between a woman and her adult son. Officer Rivera died from his wounds and Mora is fighting for his life with a serious head wound, officials said.

The shooter, a 47-year-old black man was critically wounded. He was on probation for a 2003 felony narcotics conviction and has a long rap sheet. 

A stolen Glock handgun from Baltimore in 2017 was recovered at the scene.

Mayor Eric Adams on Sunday called on federal authorities to do more to seize illegal guns.

"We're removing thousands of guns off the street, but there's an endless flow that continues to come through our city borders," Adams said. " I am encouraged by the president's acknowledgement that we need to collaborate with city, state, and federal entities the way we did during 9-11 to fight terrorism we have to fight the crimes on our street."

Hochul admitted that her state has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country but guns are coming in from other states where the Second Amendment is respected. [She didn't put it that way, of course.] She said that federal intervention is needed, but did not specify how that would get illegal guns off the street.restrictions and that federal action is needed.

"These guns, despite our tough laws here in the state of New York, and we're proud of them, they're coming in from other states," the unelected governor said. "They're flooding our streets, and I have pledged the resources of the New York State police to become embedded with NYPD and others to help them.

"In fact, we've tripled – just a week ago on our budget, tripled the funding for this gun interdiction effort because they're coming in from Virginia and Maryland and coming in from Pennsylvania to our very streets," she continued. "And we have to do whatever we can to protect our neighborhoods."

And more social workers isn't the answer. Stop and frisk, tougher jail sentences and a "broken windows" approach is a start. 

It has taken these recent tragedies in New York City in recent weeks to get leaders to call on Democratic lawmakers in Albany to repeal its bail reform law whereby criminals get to walk out the door of the police station before the arresting officer finishes the paperwork of the crime.

It's madness, perpetrated by lawmakers who never have the personal experience of being violated as a result of the laws they create.

Beto 'not interested' in help from a house plant or his vice president

Robert Francis O'Rourke is as genuine as Beto, the name he appropriated to imply his "Hispanic heritage." But the public is catching on because he doesn't seem to be able to win an election anymore, although he wants to be the governor of Texas to replace Greg Abbott.

When gently asked by supportive reporters on Friday whether he will reach out to alleged President Biden, O'Rourke dismissed the idea because as much of a goober as he is, O'Rourke knows having a brain addled failure to say good things about him would injure his chances of almost winning. He told reporters that he didn't want anyone in Washington, D.C., including President Biden, to get involved with his anti-Second Amendment campaign, as he explained to The Dallas Morning News.

"I’m not interested in any national politician — anyone outside of Texas — coming into this state to help decide the outcome of this,"  O'Rourke said as his armpits leaked water like the Titanic. "I think we all want to make sure that we’re working with, listening to, and voting with one another here in Texas."

"Where do you buy your shirts, Beto?"

Sure, he's listening to the people of Texas and he's flipping them off with his planned gun legislation and his willingness to kill the unborn.

"No one in Washington, D.C., right now can help us with the challenges that we have," he also said. "This one is on all of us."

Sounds profound but it's actually political yammering claptrap that says nothing and means less.

O'Rourke presented recent decisions from Congress and the Supreme Court regarding the U.S. election overhaul legislation and the Texas abortion law as evidence that Democrats in Texas have to go it on their own, "even if they have to break a few omelets," he said, unaware of his malapropism because he and Biden are cognitively on par with each other. 

O’Rourke's comments reportedly came during an Austin news conference in which he said his campaign would connect with 2 million voters in February to teach them about the new voting laws. These laws simply ask voters to prove who they are, eliminate potential voting fraud, and provide more opportunity for people to vote. This goes against the ideology of the Democratic Party because it eliminates potential fraud and voting from the cemetery.

O'Rourke, a former garbage congressman, announced his campaign to oust Abbott, a wheelchair-bound Republican. O'Rourke would like to push Abbott over the cliff. He tried to win a senate seat and a seat in the White House, but due his obvious lack of sensitivity to the American voter and his crappy YouTube videos of his changing a flat tire and getting his teeth worked on, he lost. However, he promises if he wins, he will make more entertaining videos depicting his interesting life.

O'Rourke's comments about not wanting Biden or anyone else in D.C. helping his campaign came less than two weeks after Fake Gov. Stacey Abrams (D-GA) did not attend the mumblings of Biden and the raucous laughter of Kamala Hahaharris in her home state of Georgia about voting rights. Abrams pretended she had a "schedule conflict," but the only conflict she had was with herself, wondering how she could get out of being with these two losers. The optics of her being anywhere near them would be horrible.

While Abrams pushed back against criticism of her not attending the event, everyone who follows politics knows exactly why she begged off.

I followed Jen Psaki's advice and now I'm screwed

Last week White House Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, gave advice to the American people. I'm an American person so I listened to her and she has changed my life.

I haven't been working because I can't get the vaccine as I have severe reactions to them and it also goes against my religion. So my boss at the trucking company I worked for fired me because he said he had to. Naturally, this upset my wife, Karen, who got the COVID-19 vaccine, got another one, and finally got a booster.

My daughter, Tatiana, is 17 and also got all three jabs and even drives triple masked even when she's alone, just to be safe and obedient to Dr. Anthony Fauci. He may talk like he's stupid, but he's a doctor and must be a very smart person.

Our dog, Fetch, is 4 and he too got vaccinated just to be safe.

But I didn't want to take the chance and I used to think that it's my body, so it should also be my choice, right? I mean, chicks have been saying that for years. 

I was home alone [Karen was at her job as a waitress at the Dew Drop Inn and Diner, and Tatiana was at her CRT class at the Community College of Hod Knox, and Fetch wouldn't come near me because I was unvaccinated and he could tell by my smell] as I sat on the sofa and watched a little tube.

Jen Psaki was being interviewed on my favorite TV show, "The View," with all those smart ladies with deep opinions and cool names like "Joy" and "Sonny" and "Whoopi." Jen gave advice for people who were pissed off because Democrats didn't pass their voting stuff that helps the blacks and other not so white people to vote no matter what, where, when and how often.

I was so impressed with her [she's my favorite ginger] that I recorded her words:

“My advice to everyone out there who’s frustrated, sad, angry, pissed off, feel those emotions, go to a kickboxing class, have a margarita, do whatever you need to do this weekend, and then wake up on Monday morning; we gotta keep fighting. What that means … is we have to keep talking to members about federal legislation, that’s essential, that’s something that can be permanent, that can make sure people’s rights are protected. But we also need to make sure people are educated in states across the country about what their rights are, how they can vote, when they can vote, how to request an absentee ballot. There’s a lot we need to do on that front, and that’s gonna rely on the energy and the anger of that activism as well.”

So I joined a kickboxing class and made enough margaritas to float a canoe with the little money I had one me.

And I started drinking those margaritas one after another, after another . . . 

When Karen got home, boy, was she angry when she saw me passed out on the sofa in a pool of my own vomit and what-have-you.

"What's the meaning of this?" she screamed, and it woke me up. 

I explained what the meaning of my being drunk and laying in my own vomit meant. That didn't bode well with Karen and she tried to throw me out of the house. That was when my kickboxing 'kicked in,' (no pun intended). 

When she grabbed me by the collar, I kicked her. She called the cops after I said I was sorry and it was just a knee-jerk reaction, literally. 

The rest of the week went poorly as I became homeless, hopeless, and had to find a job quick. But nobody wanted to hire an unvaccinated former truck driver with an estranged Karen for a wife and I scrounged up enough money to pay for an hour at an Internet Cafe and write this.

So take heed, my fellow Americans. First, do not listen to Jen Psaki when she gives advice on how to cope with her administration's failures. She's coming from a place of privilege and doesn't know what it's like to live paycheck to paycheck, hand to mouth.

Second, after a long, hard thinking session, I have come to the conclusion that Dr. Fauci is not the expert he poses as, but the fraud that Republicans say he is.

Third, you men can marry a woman named "Karen" if you love her, but don't marry a Karen.

Finally, don't blame your dog if it knows where its bread is buttered, so to speak.
