Pakistan court frees rapist after he agrees to marry his victim

Dawlat Khan, 25, was sentenced to life in prison by a lower court in Buner district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in beautiful Pakistan [pronounced "Pahkeestaaan" as per former President Barack Hussein Obama, and he should know] for raping a deaf woman. Apparently, that helped him sneak up behind her before his attack.

Well, as it turned out, a Pakistan court freed the scumbag after he married the victim in a settlement arranged by a council of horny elders in the northwest of the country, Khan's lawyer said last week. 

Sure the decision angered, and one can even say outraged, rights activists who claim it legitimizes sexual violence against women, [in a country where most rapes go unreported due to the almost impossible barriers imposed by sharia law to prove it was rape, as opposed to a promiscuous woman forcing a man to have sex with her which would result in her stoning to death if she cannot prove it].

Khan was released from prison Monday afterr the Peshawar High Court accepted an out-of-court- settlement agreed by the rape survivor's family. See, if a woman gets raped, the family blames her and often will kill her to protect their "honor." It's called an honor killing for that reason.

"The rapist and the victim are from the same extended family," Amjad Ali, Khan's lawyer, told AFP. So not only did this POS rape a deaf woman, he raped a family member and all he had to do was marry her and get away with it.

"Both families have patched up after an agreement was reached with the help of local jirga (traditional council)," he added.

Khan was arrested after his unmarried victim delivered a baby earlier this year, and a paternity test proved he was the child's biological father. 

According to the Asma Jahangir Legal Aid Cell -- a group providing legal assistance to vulnerable women -- the conviction rate is lower than three percent of cases that go to trial. This is mainly due to the sparsity of reporting the crime and the social stigma attached to it.

The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan said it was "appalled" by the court's ruling.

"Rape is a non-compoundable offense that cannot be resolved through a feeble 'compromise' marriage," the group tweeted without being censored, now that Musk owns Twitter.

Trump's tax returns reveals a lot about the Democrats

The Democrats on the House Ways and Means Committee loaded their guns and shot their load in the final days they remain in the majority to release six years of tax returns connected to former president Donald J. Trump. It turns out, their guns were loaded with blanks, unlike that of Alec Baldwin.

The committee Republicans condemned this unprecedented move because that's what they do in banana-republics, but the Democrats are as shameless as Whoopi Goldberg at a bar mitzvah.

Dick Neal (D-MA) the committee chairman put most of the blame on the IRS for failing to audit Trump enough when he was president. As hard as the Democrats tried to illegally leak Trump's tax returns [a felony] it took them this long to get their felonious-like wish granted and now the returns are public and this sets a terrible precedent which should, therefore, allow the public to see Joe and Hunter Biden's tax returns. All is fair in love and politics.

Regarding Trump's tax returns, according to expert auditors, his return is incredibly complicated, and that is totally understandable. But in order to show fraud, one needs a full audit, not a mere tax return and that doesn't even show net worth, just tax income or loss in a given year.

Ryan Ellis wrote in the National Review, "[T]ax returns are supposed to be secret, and revealed only voluntarily. Reading tax returns forcibly extracted from any taxpayer made me feel dirty, and a little sad for the integrity of the tax system going forward. But there is no smoking gun here, nothing that will finally “get Trump.” Nonetheless, below is a report of what I found."

Ellis then goes on to describe what he saw: dozens of individual ventures organized as its own LLC such as the "old Trump hotel in D.C., each Trump golf course, etc."

Other revelations show that Trump gave a lot of money to charity, [unlike Joe Biden]. He also loaned money to his children and they paid him back with interest that was rounded off. Terrible--he should go to prison for that and serve a life sentence, unlike Sam Bankman-Fried, who you might imagine will get a legal slap on the wrist because of his huge donations to the Democratic Party.

It turns out that Trump's tax returns easily adds up to over 1,000 pages of annual filed tax returns, not even including the LLCs.

But it's fake news to think that Trump was getting away with paying no taxes.

Ellis explains that from 2015 to 2020, Trump paid federal profit and "other" (e.g. self-employment, household employer, etc.) taxes every single year. In those years, Trump had a cumulative "total tax" of $4.4 million, ranging from $285 thousand in 2017 to a high of $2.1 million in 2018. The best indicator of tax liability, Ellis says, is the "total tax" line, which accounts for federal income tax and "all the things that proxy for federal income tax on a 1040.

Suffice it to say that Trump did not do anything anyone else in a similar situation would not do. Ellis describes him as a man who likes to create new ventures, perhaps make a profit, and then move on to another venture.

To the utter dismay of the Democrats, his returns were not fraudulent. Trump, over the years, created myriad businesses, some of which had lost money, cancelling out those that made profit. The tax burdens all fall upon the shoulders of the business owner. If you think Trump should pay more, than you must also think that a person's business losses should offset his business profits, and that is totally unfair.

So, like the "fine people" hoax and the "drink bleach" hoax, this entire exercise by the party of the jackass was another total fake news hoax.

Trump's dilemma for RNC chair

Just a quick thought: who will former President Trump endorse for RNC chair?

Well, he has two people to choose from and both of them are in his good graces: Harmeet Dhillon and Mike Lindell, the My Pillow guy. Both are vying for the chairperson's position for the Republican National Committee, but both have done Trump 'solids'. 

Harmeet basically dismembered the Jan. 6 Committee to the point where they're taking their balls and going home. Trump is no longer in the spotlight for the behavior of others, especially since he told the crowd that day to protest peacefully.

Mike Lindell, in spite of his incessant My Pillow commercials of Fox News, is a hug Trump supporter and is also a known entity.

Personally, I believe Harmeet Dhillon would better serve the GOP in the chair position. Sure, Lindell is probably bright enough to hold the position, but I suspect he would show greater support to MAGA Republicans whereas Dhillon is more politically astute and would make better choices over the electability of candidates running against the left.

So Trump is kind of in a bind. His ego must be wrestling with his brain. I hope his choice agrees with mine and that Mike Lindell sells more pillows, slippers, toppers, and Giza Dream Sheets, and doesn't appear in almost every commercial break when I have to shut off the sound and darken the screen, so I don't hear him hawking stuff and moving his arms and hands like a snake oil salesman. 

But at least his products are good.

TIME says exercise is racist: perhaps hoping people of color will die from lack of it

I first saw this article about TIME and exercise while working out at my local gym. I [who is white] was running on the treadmill and looked around. It was me and two other white guys working out, then there was my wife, who is from India and is brown, three black men, two Chinese men, a Chinese woman, four black women, and a man who looked to be Middle Eastern. So I wondered if all these people of non-white lineage were exercising to try emulating whiteness [whatever the hell that means] or because the theory in TIME is as racist a f***. 

The idea that someone can attribute an activity to racism clearly shows they are so focused on race that they have to be racist to be so focused. After all, a person with serious anxiety sees the world as a dangerous place; a person with depression sees the world as a sad place. It stands to reason that someone who sees racism in even the most mundane things is a closet racist him- or herself.

So fitness influencers along with Twitter twits blasted the TIME interview for claiming that exercise is an activity with roots in White supremacy. [Yeah, maybe in prison it does to a degree, but that's about it.]

"How did U.S. exercise trends go from reinforcing white supremacy to celebrating Richard Simmons?" the TIME article, titled "The White Supremacist Origins of Exercise, and 6 Other Surprising Facts about the History of U.S. Physical Fitness" asked.

The article was heavily mocked by normal Twitter users, with critics saying it was destroying the media's credibility.

Ed Latimore, a former heavyweight boxer, tweeted, "First math was a tool of white supremacy. Now it's exercise. Pretty soon, food is gonna be a tool to continue systemic racism oppression."

Latimore is correct, but it has gotten to the point where not allowing for the aborting of black babies is considered racist. 

"Honestly, I want them to keep pumping articles like this out to eviscerate every remaining shred of their credibility and perceived legitimacy," British rapper Zuby tweeted. "It doesn't anger me at all. It's so goofy I consider it satire."

Dr. Gad Saad, marketing professor at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, also jumped onto the fun bandwagon and said, "Precisely. The only way to fight against the white supremacy roots of exercise is by leading a sedentary life. Say no to exercise as a means of being an ally to people of color."

And of course, people of color should not exercise because it only feeds into the white supremacists' plan to get fit, while minorities become fat and sedentary or aborted.

Suspect in U. of Idaho slayings arrested: who is this guy

The suspect in the murders of University of Idaho students Ethan Chapin, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, has been arrested. He is Bryan Kohberger whose age has been listed both as 25 and 28, so it isn't clear, nor important how old he is.

Kohberger was taken into custody in Scranton, PA, NBC news reported Friday.

The bodies of the four students were discovered a week before Thanksgiving by a friend in the Kings Road rental home in Moscow, ID.

Local Moscow police had been joined by the FBI and State police in a huge investigation to find the killer since the brutal killings, that likely took place while they were asleep. There had been about 20 thousand tips and thousands of pieces of evidence but little information was released to the public during the entire investigation. Law enforcement sources told the media that the horrifying crime scene was “the worst they’ve seen.”

A Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) team entered the residence where Kohberger was staying and took him into custody at about 3:00 p.m. Friday. Cops seized a white Hyundai Elantra that matched the description of the vehicle that police had said they were seeking out from the scene.

The suspect appeared briefly in a Monroe County court a few hours after his arrest and he is being held without bail and due to be extradited after a January 3rd hearing.

According to online records, the suspect was pursuing a PhD in criminal justice at Washington State University in Pullman, which is less than 10 miles from Moscow. A man with the same name is also listed as having received a MA in criminal justice from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA, this year.

Police say the students were murdered sometime between 3 and 4 a.m. but they were not discovered by roommates Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke until much later that morning. Mortensen and Funke had become worried when they could not reach their friends and called police, who made the grim discovery on November 13th.

Hopefully, law enforcement has the right person in custody and he receives the justice he deserves.

Buttigieg in September: airline issues would "get better" by holidays

Transportation Secretary Peter Buttigieg said in September that he was increasing pressure on airlines. He told this to insomniacs who stay up late to watch "The Late Late Show with James Corden."

Well, that didn't work out so well for travelers over the Christmas holidays as many thousands were stranded at airports while Pete chest-fed his baby as his husband sat by proudly watching. [Just kidding--men can't chest-feed because they aren't women, the only gender who can.]

Now he's being blasted for his response to the airline clusterfrack after assuring Americans that air travel issues would improve before the holidays, proving talk is cheap and that he got the job mainly because he's gay.

In the September TV appearance Buttigieg said he was increasing pressure on U.S. airlines after travelers experienced an expensive and chaotic summer.

"I think it's gonna get better by the holidays," the incompetent clueless transportation secretary said at the time. "We’re really pressing the airlines to deliver better service. So many people have been delayed, been canceled, it happened to me several times this summer. And the fact is they need to be ready to service the tickets that they're selling."

"If you've ever been mistreated by an airline, if they haven't given you the refund they owe you, if they haven't lived up to their customer service obligations, we will have your back," he claimed. "We went from zero of the top 10 airlines committing that they're going to provide a meal or hotel, for example, to eight out of 10 doing it. So we're pushing them."

This week, Buttigieg called on Southwest Airlines to fully compensate customers for travel, meal and lodging expenses after thousands of flights were canceled and travelers were left stranded at airports over the holidays.

Buttigieg is taking heat from both sides of the political aisle over the situation and his inability to handle it.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told Sean Hannity that Buttigieg should increase pressure on Southwest Airlines and audit to see how billions in taxpayer-funded relief the company received was spent. She explained that her role on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee was a main reason to her need in finding answers to the problem as well as the fact that her own kids were stranded at BWI Airport in Baltimore on Christmas Eve.

"[T]his hit close to home, because my kids my teenage kids got stranded in Baltimore trying to make it home on Christmas Eve. And even today, five days later, we still don't know where their luggage is right now," she said. "And so we've been personally impacted by this."

Isn't it always most important to politicians when they are directly affected by the policies they voted for? Had this happened to Pete Buttigieg's husband, things would likely have been different.

Beth Van Duyne (R-TX), agreed with Mace's sentiments, asserting to Hannity that Buttigieg is unqualified to serve in his current role, pointing to the supply chain crisis early in his tenure, [and the unfilled potholes in South Bend, Indiana where he was mayor].

"Earlier this year, we had the rail strike potential looming over us," Van Duyne said. "We were going to have, again, I mean, a massive amount of hit to our economy. You're going to have municipalities that couldn't get chemicals to be able to treat their water supply. And where was Pete? Oh, that's right. He was on a family vacation in Portugal."

"This is a man who was not qualified for the job, has never really been on the job," she added. "And we've trusted him with $1.2 trillion worth of taxpayer dollars."

The Alfred E. Neuman 'what, me worry?' impersonator was warned by Democrats in his own party about concerns within the airline industry before Southwest’s mass cancelations. 

"The problems at Southwest Airlines over the last several days go beyond weather," Sen. Maria Cantwell, (D-WA) the chair of the Senate Commerce Committee on Commerce, said in a statement Tuesday. "The committee will be looking into the causes of these disruptions and its impact to consumers."

Cantwell, along with Democratic Sens. Ed Markey (D-MA) and stolen valor perpetrator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) filed a comment in November to the Department of Transportation on the need to hurry its process to finalize a rule to ensure that consumers are properly refunded for cancelations and get accommodations.

In August, a bipartisan group of 38 state attorneys general wrote to Congress saying that Buttigieg was failing to adequately respond to airline consumer complaints, and they asked for legislation to allow states to enforce federal consumer protection laws.

"Americans are justifiably frustrated that federal government agencies charged with overseeing airline consumer protection are unable or unwilling to hold the airline industry accountable and to swiftly investigate complaints submitted to the US DOT," read the letter signed by Arizona’s Mark Brnovic, New York’s Letitia James and others.

The Senate Commerce Committee stated that it would investigate Southwest for the cancelations, but not Pete Buttigieg because he falls into a victim status category.

Google deletes offensive definition for "Jew"

Google had to repair the search results for the word "Jew" from: to "bargain with someone in a miserly or petty way" to: "a member of the people and cultural community whose traditional religion is Judaism and who trace their origins through the ancient Hebrew people of Israel to Abraham."

Can you see the difference? The first one is a disgusting anti-Semitic trope while the second one is an actual definition. Google added the "offensive" label in all capital letters to their offensive definition, and wrote that the origins were in 19th Century stereotypes "associating Jewish people with trading and moneylending."

Google had the original 'definition' up until about 1 p.m. on Tuesday using a verb to define 'Jew' and credited Oxford Languages as the source for the anti-Semitic definition. It also presented the word in various "tenses" such as "jewed" and "jewing."

Google changed the definition after online users pointed out their offensive error.

Integrity First for America Executive Director Amy Spitalnick tweeted:

"So, if you Google the word 'Jew' - this is what comes up as the definition. 'Bargain with someone in a miserly or petty way.' Seriously, @Google?" 

She added in another tweet:

"I assume Google will fix this — but the real question is how something like this could happen in the first place. At the @WhiteHouse antisemitism roundtable this month, some of us raised how tech companies allow antisemitism to run rampant. This is an almost comical example."

The new accepted cocktail conversation

Google SearchLiason responded:

"Our apologies. Google licenses definitions from third-party dictionary experts. We only display offensive definitions by default if they are the main meaning of a term. As this is not the case here, we have blocked this & passed along feedback to the partner for further review."

Google confirmed that the derogatory definition was removed from its search engine results by 1:21 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

An Anti-Defamation League (ADL) spokesperson told CBS News that "there is no excuse" for "an obviously antisemitic result" to be displayed first on Google.

"We are thankful that Google removed the offensive definition of the word Jew from its initial dictionary definition today after ADL and the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported it," the spokesperson told CBS News.

It should have never happened on the first place.

Caryn Johnson [aka Whoopi Goldberg] apologizes yet again over anti-Semitic regurgitations she made

High school drop-out and thrice divorced former comedienne Caryn Elaine Johnson, [aka Whoopi Goldberg] does not know when to stop talking, especially when comments offend so many decent people who find anti-Semitism repugnant.

Goldberg [who dropped Johnson and appropriated the Jewish surname] was blasted by the Anti-Defamation League for making "deeply offensive" comments in an interview with The Sunday Times of London.

Goldberg suggested that Jews are not a race. “My best friend said, ‘Not for nothing is there no box on the census for the Jewish race.’ So that leads me to believe that we’re probably not a race,” the co-host of "The View" shared.

ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said in a statement that Goldberg’s comments “are deeply offensive and incredibly disappointing, especially given that this is not the first time she had made remarks like this. In a moment when antisemitic incidents have surged across the U.S., she should realize that making such ignorant statements can have real consequences.”

In a move to save her job, Goldberg has since apologized once again, in a statement to Variety. If you believe her this time, I would like to interest you in an investment property in Giza, where cotton is a My Pillow miracle.

“Recently while doing press in London, I was asked about my comments from earlier this year,” she said. “I tried to convey to the reporter what I had said and why, and attempted to recount that time. It was never my intention to appear as if I was doubling down on hurtful comments, especially after talking with and hearing people like rabbis and old and new friends weighing in. I’m still learning a lot and believe me, I heard everything everyone said to me. I believe that the Holocaust was about race, and I am still as sorry now as I was then that I upset, hurt and angered people. My sincere apologies again, especially to everyone who thought this was a fresh rehash of the subject. I promise it was not. In this time of rising antisemitism, I want to be very clear when I say that I always stood with the Jewish people and always will. My support for them has not wavered and never will.”

Yeah, sure.

Goldberg was referring to the anti-Semitic comments she made earlier this year on The View, when she claimed the Holocaust was not racially motivated when the panel of semi-geniuses were discussing a Tennessee school district's decision to ban Art Spiegelman's novel about the Holocaust, Maus.

“Well also, if you’re going to do this, then let’s be truthful about it, because the Holocaust isn’t about race. It’s not about race,” Goldberg said in February.

She was suspended from the ABC show for a mere 2 weeks, which ABC News President Kin Godwin announced in a statement.

“Effective immediately, I am suspending Whoopi Goldberg for two weeks for her wrong and hurtful comments,” Godwin wrote. “While Whoopi has apologized, I’ve ask her to take time to reflect and learn about the impact of her comments. The entire ABC News organization stands in solidarity with our Jewish colleagues, friends, family and communities.”

But the semi-genius couldn't keep her thoughts to herself and like her high school experience, learned nothing from it.

Should she be fired from "The View"? 

It's her First Amendment right to say stupid crap and it might even reveal to some of her liberal audience just how biased their pundits are. It's like the old say that leftists want to shut conservatives up while conservatives want leftists to keep talking.

Daughter of Red Sox great allegedly dumps baby in woods, faces charges

Dennis Eckersley's adopted daughter has been charged with allegedly dumping her newborn in New Hampshire woods in 18-degree weather, and has been hit with additional charges. [H/T NY Post] 

Alexandra Eckersley, 26, was initially charged with felony reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child. She now faces several counts of second-degree assault with extreme indifference as well as falsifying physical evidence.

Ms. Eckersley learned of the new charges at her phone arraignment Tuesday as she has been hospitalized after giving birth in a tent in the woods around 1:00 a.m. Monday, according to Manchester police. They found the exposed baby, who was struggling to breathe, near the Piscataquong River, officials said.

According to an affidavit cited by WCVB, Eckersley told police she did not know she was pregnant and admitted to using cocaine and marijuana in the days before the baby’s birth. The cocaine was evidently running all around her brain.

She also allegedly lied to police about the baby’s whereabouts and said she had given birth prematurely.

During the arraignment, prosecutors said the baby boy, who weighs just 4 pounds, was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, where he was intubated.

On Monday, Manchester police Chief Allen Aldenberg said the baby boy was improving, WCVB reported.

“There’s no excuse for this,” Aldenberg said.

“If you choose to live in the woods and choose to live your life a particular way, and you don’t want accept our outreach that goes every day in this city — and you want to live out there and do that with your life — fine,” he said.

“But you don’t get to do this, what we’re alleging here. You don’t get to do this to a child,” Aldenberg added.

And you don't get to throw the baby away as if it was garbage, like pro-abortionists advocate for.

Prosecutors said Eckersley’s mother, Nancy, told authorities that she and Dennis offered their homeless daughter drug treatment for years, but that she refused, WCVB reported.

“They had an open offer for her to come home on the condition that she go to treatment for drug use, and she obviously made the choice not to,” Assistant Hillsborough County Attorney Carl Olson reportedly said.

Judge Diane Nicolosi said Eckersley could be released on $3,000 cash bail, on the condition that she has no contact with the child or anyone under the age of 18.

Planned Parenthood might be interested in hiring her in the future if she can get clean and sober.

'Sammy the Bull Thrower' Bankman-Fried's family pays $10 thousand/week for armed security

Palo Alto, CA -- Now I don't know if Sam Bankman-Fried is pro-gun control, but with all the money he gave to the Democratic campaigns and organizations, compared to the pittance he gave to the GOP, one can imagine that he's all "Pre Second Amendment for Me, but Not for Thee."

Since gaining sudden global infamy and death threats, accused FTX scammer, fraudster and overall scumcrumpet Sammy and his mommy and daddy have fortified their high-end Stanford home with armed guards and are forking out $10,000 every seven days to a private Bay Area security company who patrol the 3,000 square feet fortress with armed guards working 24/7. “They’re nervous,” one source the newspaper. “There have been death threats. They’re not taking any chances.”

Sammy would rather share a cell with a guy named "Slasher" for 115 years than possibly be attacked by a stranger.

Bankman-Fried (SBF) created crypto chaos with the collapse of this FTX exchange with the help of his girlfriend and winner of the "Olive Oyl Lookalike Contest," Caroline Ellison who was CEO of SBF's sister company, Alameda Research. She is apparently going to testify against him to save herself from a lifetime of roach racing and working out at the slammer gym.

Another Russian oligarch went flying from his hotel room window

Defenestration sucks, especially if you're the one being defenestrated. Yet another Russian businesman Pavel Antov, was at a luxury hotel in India in celebration of his 66th birthday. Somehow, Antov fell from the bedroom window and died, like at least four other Russian oligarchs who spoke out against Russian President Vladimir Putin. 

Antov was found extremely dead at the scene and local police [who have a global reputation of easily being bribed with as little a bribe as a banana] said that they didn't see anything suspicious.

So when it isn't about flying without a pilot's license, it's about not saying anything to upset Putin like Antov's buddy and travel companion Vladimir Budanov did. He mysteriously died of a stroke in his hotel room.

Now you might want to know just who Pavel Antov was before he wasn't. 

Antov was a member of Putin's United Russia party and since 2018 was a deputy of a regional parliament a little over 90 miles east of Moscow.

Antov founded a food manufacturing company Soylent Green Vladimirski Standart before he unfortunately got involved in politics. He was one of the wealthiest deputies and politicians in 2019 as listed in Russia's version of Forbes Magazine "Rubles Galore."

Antov and his comrades arrived in Odisha state in mid-December and since it wasn't March, decided not to worry about the ides of December. [Let's face it, Antov was no Caesar. and refused to beware.] He and his comrades visited various sites such as starving cows and crowds of people looking to make a rupi or two, before heading to their hotel in Rayagada, India last week. 

He was booked at the Hotel Sai International where he should have reserved a first floor suite but decided to get a better view of the town when he somehow fell to his death. Some claim his death was a suicide due to the death of his friend Budanov, just days prior to his fall, but unless he and Budenov were more than just friends, I would believe the chances that Antov offed himself are as likely as Meghan Markel being altruistic.

The one statement that may have caused Antov to partake in an early departing flight from his hotel room window was what he said in June. He spoke about a missile strike on a residential street in the Shevchenkivski district of Kyiv: "It's extremely difficult to call all this anything but terror." Of course he said it in Russia and Putin, who understood it, was obviously not a happy dick tater.

To cover his butt, Antov retracted the comment he made in a WhatsApp message. Evidently, the end-to-end encryption was on the fritz and Putin heard what was said. Antov claimed, like CNN's Joy Reid, that someone else may have sent it because when all is said and done, he was "a supporter of the president and [my] country's patriot."

Kamala Harris upset media fails to focus on her strengths [LOL]

Vice President Kamala Hahaharris (D) is the person you hear about who goes on a job interview and when asked the question: "What is the one thing you would change about yourself?" answers with something like: "I try for perfection and the few times I don't get it, I get upset." Yes, Kamala Harris is a freaking joke as the second person in command of the nation.

Now the chronic giggler is complaining this week that the media is giving her poor coverage. She is saying with a straight face that the press doesn't focus on "the strength of [my] leadership." 

She really said that.

“There are things that I’ve done as vice president," she began, as the words flew from her nostrils, "that fully demonstrate the strength of my leadership as vice president that have not received the kind of coverage that I think Dobbs did receive." She was speaking about the June 24th Supreme Court decision 

overturning Roe v. Wade and returning the question of abortion to the states.

“What you’ve been able to see,” the veep honked, is “based on what gets covered.”

Like the southern border and her hard and difficult work there as the so-called "Border Czar." [Don't you just live the Russian terms the left uses to describe themselves. It's almost as if they wish they were born there.]

In his opinion piece, Washington Post's Jonathan Capehart argued that contrary to conventional wisdom, Harris, 58, has “had a most excellent year” and cited three supposed “tent poles” of her 2022. Unfortunately, Capehart failed to mention the actual tent poles up along the streets of her city of San Francisco, and all over Democrat-led American cities and towns as a result of homelessness and illegal immigration.

One of those tent poles, Capehart said, was Harris’ appearance at the Munich Security Conference in February just before Russia invaded Ukraine. Like the real tent poles, Capehart failed to mention that Hahaharris was mocked and ridiculed at that conference after telling reporters how much Europe enjoyed “peace and security” since the end of World War. 

Which Jim Carrey movie comes to mind when you see them together?

Somehow she failed to take into account the 40-year Soviet occupation of Eastern Europe, the 1990's violence in Yugoslavia and the Russian invasion of Georgia in 2008 as well as the annexation of Crimea in 2014.

Kamala Harris is a dunce who got to where she is now on her immutable characteristics and by using her body to advance politically. 

She either is too dense to understand that the SCOTUS decision on abortion merely left abortion laws up to the individual states and took away the federal power of deciding law, or she's a liar like her boss.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a job in which you don't have to do your job and still get to keep it? That's called being a politician--and both sides are guilty as hell.

Caryn Johnson [aka Whoopi Goldberg] doubles down on her anti-Semitic remarks

Jewish community members and activists are demanding that Caryn Johnson who goes by Whoopi Goldberg be terminated from the Special Ed. show known as "The View" after the former comedienne doubled-down on a past Holocaust remark she made, which created an angry outcry on social media from Jews and Gentiles alike.

The adipose African-American woman got suspended about ten months ago after she bloviated that the Holocaust was "not about race," but she evidently didn't learn anything from the suspension. 

In an interview with the U.K.'s The Sunday Times, the low-information racist showed no remorse for her past sentiments about the targeted, systematic killing of six million Jews for the crime of being Jews.

She also claimed the Nazis targeted people of African descent in addition to Jews because they were physically different and went as far as to suggest that Jews had an easier time blending in with White people and hiding from the Nazis than Black people did at the time of the Holocaust.

"It doesn’t change the fact that you could not tell a Jew on a street. You could find me. You couldn’t find them. That was the point I was making," she ignorantly said. "But you would have thought that I’d taken a big old stinky dump on the table, butt naked." 

At which point the interviewer, Janice Turner, threw up in her mouth.

The Times of Israel called Goldberg's comments "incendiary" in an article Sunday, pointing out that while her real name is Caryn Elaine Johnson, the racist has no Jewish ancestry and adopted a more "Jewish-sounding" stage name.

Goldberg's Holocaust comments in February, which led to her two-week suspension from the network and a subsequent apology, stunned many in the Jewish community. At the time, faith leaders, activists and online critics encouraged her to educate herself on the topic, but largely supported her return to the somewhat retarded show.

Now, with her obvious lack of remorse as seen in her latest interview, some are calling for her termination over her history of ignorant statements that categorize the Holocaust as a "white-on-white crime," rather than what it was.

Perhaps she unveiled her true anti-Semitic, anti-White racism after Kanye West [aka Ye] went public with his. As Boston Globe columnist Jeff Jacoby said of anti-Semitism in response to Goldberg, that . . . "history's oldest and most toxic hatred--is surging, but Whoopi is determined to trivialize it."

Lucy Lipiner, a Holocaust survivor and author of "Long Journey Home: A Young Girl's Memoir of Surviving the Holocaust" responded:

"Whoopi Goldberg continues to use the Holocaust as her punching bag. We told her that her comments harm us and she simply doesn’t care." 

"I survived the Nazis and the Holocaust," she added, "so I’ll be damned if I let a comedy has-been, peddling a fake Jewish name get the better of me."

Newsweek contributor Joel Petlin wrote: 

"Accepting apologies from some people who spew Antisemitic garbage is the triumph of hope over experience. We know that the Antisemitism will likely reoccur, but we still hope that they learned something along the way. Alas Whoopi just learned she could get away with it. Again."

In her write-up of the interview, the Times' Janice Turner revealed that, "Even now [Goldberg] does not understand why her remarks offended. She insists Jewish people themselves are divided about whether they are a race or a religion."

Stanford U. to allow 'harmful language' because they evidently don't care if we're harmed now

Stanford University, an elite school of lower learning, took only two days to walk back what they pointed out is "harmful language." If they truly believed that, why did they walk it back? Don't they care that words like "American" and "patriot" can cause harm upon the fragile psyches of their snowflakes students? Words like “freshman” and “mankind” were attacked for being “gender-based.” Terms such as “blind study” and “tone-deaf” were criticized as “ableist.” 

Seriously, these people are [can I say it?] morons.

But we all know that most people in academia are leftist cowards who are more comfortable grooming children and young adults than they are with free speech and when you come right down to it, the entire U.S. Constitution.

So Stanford is apparently walking back the rigid campus language code "Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative" and removing it from its website they put there just two days prior because it was blasted by people on both sides of the aisle, according to The Washington Free Beacon. 

The webpage for the woke tripe went live over the weekend, the Free Beacon reported. The proposed language policies were the subject of a critical Op-Ed published by The Wall Street Journal on Monday.

The university resource outlined a laundry list of “harmful” words and phrases that would be removed from Stanford websites and suggested politically correct alternatives to the objectionable language.

Imagine, they went after the word "American" and said it was harmful because it supposedly ascribes supremacy to the United States over other countries in the Americas. Well, lah-dee-dah. If that wasn't true in a certain sense, then why are people from other countries in the Americas hauling their butts to come here? 

No Virginia, not all countries and cultures are equal.

However, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a professor at Stanford's medical school rejected the proposed elimination of the word "American." He tweeted:

Steve Gallagher, Stanford’s chief information officer, released a statement on Tuesday distancing the school from its attack on the First Amendment.

“Over the last couple of days, there has been much discussion of a website that provides advice for the IT community at Stanford about word choices in Stanford websites and code,” Gallagher said.

“First and importantly, the website does not represent university policy. It also does not represent mandates or requirements,” he clarified.

Gallagher said the word “American” would not be banned by the university, but it isn't clear whether there will remain in place unconstitutional measures to ban the most basic freedom we have in the Bill of Rights.

“We have particularly heard concerns about the guide’s treatment of the term ‘American,'” Gallagher said. “We understand and appreciate those concerns. To be very clear, not only is the use of the term ‘American’ not banned at Stanford, it is absolutely welcomed.”

Yeah, well let me repeat myself: lah-dee-dah.

Gallagher indicated that the speech code was undergoing “continual review,” suggesting that it could return in an altered capacity.

Adam Kinzinger gets schooled on 5th Amendment

Ms. Adam Kinzinger (R Temp. - IL) is clueless about the principles of the U.S. Constitution. The 'Betsy Wetsy' on the Hill made a fool of himself in yet another tweet on Thursday night when he commented on the Fifth Amendment and the implications it suggests when anyone invokes it. We should all be concerned that people like Kinzinger represent us in Congress.

Kinzinger making that comment actually says a lot.

He obviously doesn't understand that the Fifth Amendment is our constitutional right that prevents us from being forced to testify and that invoking it cannot be used legally to incriminate us. This is a right that Kinzinger promised to uphold when he held up his right hand and swore to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Hard to believe that this crybaby is a lawmaker, [at least for now as he's been voted out of office, which I believe I mentioned]. 

Kinzinger doesn't even have a rudimentary understanding of the Fifth Amendment, which shows us why he became a 'transocrat' in the kangaroo Jan. 6 Committee clusterfrack.

Will SBF's GF [aka Olive Oyl] rat him out re: FTX collapse?

Alameda Research CEO and Popeye's girlfriend lookalike, Caroline Ellison, has the loyalty of the scorpion to the proverbial frog midstream. She was not present when Sam Bankman-Fried (aka: "Sammy The Bull Thrower") was indicted and she was seen in Manhattan's shopping district. This leads one to believe that her former boyfriend cut a deal with the DOJ. If so, Sammy's fat butt is fried.

If Ellison is not in custody, after her role in the Alameda Research part of the meltdown, it was very probable that she has agreed to a plea deal, and now we know it's true.

Worse, the other partner in the now defunct triad of trash, Gary Wang, a founder of the crypto exchange FTX, is also part of a plea deal that will undoubtedly burn Sammy and maybe even his mommy and daddy, the New York Times reported late last night:

Two former top executives of Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto trading empire have pleaded guilty to federal charges and are cooperating in the criminal case against the disgraced crypto entrepreneur, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York said on Wednesday night.

The two are Caroline Ellison, who was the chief executive of Mr. Bankman-Fried’s crypto trading company, Alameda Research, and Gary Wang, a founder of the crypto exchange FTX.

The guilty pleas by two-thirds of the trio could force other former executives to spill their guts in the case against SBF. He has been charged with fraud, money laundering and campaign finance offenses, [which benefitted the Democrats in the midterm elections and other woke causes].

Wang's lawyer told the press that his client had "accepted responsibility for his actions" implying that the young scumcrumpet's plea. deal, and probably Ellison's, involve some jail time and hopefully restitution.

And while Sammy owned 90% of Alameda Research, Ellison ran it and the money disappeared into that company, suggesting she played a large role in the clusterfrack that destroyed billions in FTX depositor funds. She also probably knows where the money went [i.e., which drain it circled down into]. If she can't pay back depositors, then her testimony, for her sake, better force butter butt Bankman to do so.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed civil fraud charges against Ellison and Wang on Wednesday. The SEC said that Ellison, 28, misused FTX customer deposits to fund Alameda's trading activity [in other words she gambled with FTX investor's money] and that Wang, 29, created software that allowed the diversion of the funds to take place.

Based on what is known, both Ellison and Wang are going to do time, while "Sammy The Bull Thrower" may do as much as 115 years if convicted on all counts. That will make him 145 years old if he goes into the can today.

Notice how the Republicans are not attacking the Democrats over the campaign donations. That's because they're also involved in accepting Sammy's money. Sure, not as much by a long shot, but some.

Let's hope that what Bankman-Fried knows, gets to be told and that he doesn't get "Epsteined."

The drunken-sailor-in-a cat-house spending bill and the GOPers who voted with the Dems

Eighteen Republicans have gone along with the Democrats and passed an omnibus spending bill that is filled with woke pet projects and a pant load of LGBTQ+1~HQ projects as well. There are the usual "anti-racism" initiatives that with their bigotry of low expectations make them racist, and museums and pride centers.

The bill for the nation comes to a mere $1,700,000,000.54 [Okay, I was kidding about the $0.54] Fo perspective, it would take about 31,710 years just to count to one trillion if you count one number per second.

The bill was presented only hours before it was to be signed and was 4,155 pages long, which of course made it impossible to be reviewed in depth.

One such taxpayer-funded expense is a $750,000 is for LGBT and gender non-conforming housing in Albany, NY, because if you're confused about what to do with that stuff in your crotch, you need help to find a place to live. Makes perfect sense.

In Baltimore, Democrats and the 18 Republican cowards voted for a $2,000,000 "Great Blacks in Wax" museum and an $856,000 "LGBT Center" in New York, so there will be no mistaking who that woman is with the baritone voice hitting on a man without an Adam's Apple.

There was $1,200,000 for "LGBTQIA+ Pride Centers and the same amount to assist illegal aliens handle taxpayer money at San Diego Community College where silence is violence and so are many words.

There was $477,000 to be handed over to the Equity Institute in Rhode Island to be used to indoctrinate "teachers" with "antiracism virtual labs," where science goes to die.

Fully $1,000,000 will go to Zora's House in Ohio. Zora's House [not to confused with the Hispanic caped crusader with a sword who cuts a "Z" on the bellies of bad guys] is a "coworking and community space" for "women and gender-expansive people of color." It is still not known exactly what that means, but it has to do with the person being uncertain of what's going on 'down there' and how that person feels about it. Or maybe not.

A gender expansive they are

There is $3,000,000 is slated to go to The American LGBTQ+ Museum in New York City where visitors can view the latest in sex toys, butt plugs and many other interesting LGBTQ+ artifacts and equipment.

And speaking of Michelle Obama, there will be $3,600,000 to fund a Michelle Obama Trail to be constructed in Georgia. The trail will be decorated in BLM and rainbow flags along its path and only Democrats will be permitted to partake in the peripatetics.

The final vote on the ridiculous spending bill was 68 - 29. The Republican senators who voted for the bill were:

Jamie Lopez has died: all lifestyles are not equal

Jamie Lopez: born: Feb. 13, 1986 died: Dec. 19, 2022

Body positive influencer and obesity acceptance groundbreaker Jamie Lopez, who starred in We TV's "Super Sized Salon," has died on December 19. And while no details were released by her team other than she died of heart complications at the age of 37, it's safe to assume her life style played a large part.

Her heaviest weight reached 846 pounds and she had to remain confined in her bed while founding her company Babydoll Beauty Couture. The company celebrated obesity as body positive image, in spite of the health risks that morbid obesity poses. 

She referred to her obesity and that of other women as "beautiful," but she spent a year, prior to her untimely death, losing 400 pounds. Unfortunately, it was probably too late for her and likely was too much for her heart. I am speculating, but there is no doubt that morbid obesity contributes to myriad health concerns and Lopez may have finally admitted this to herself when she went on a strict diet. 

Her TV show never made it to the second season.

There is a group of people who support abortion, support assisted suicide and support fat acceptance. Many of these people believe that the world population needs to decrease in order to help the environment and this creates a sort of moribund mindset. Of course, these people have already been born and have no desire to personally help "the cause."

Note: Obesity is not beautiful and should not be advertised as such because it removes the impetus for people suffering from it to change their lifestyles. Jamie Lopez's death is really quite sad and we can only hope that other young people are not influenced by her glorification of her lifestyle.

Another girl assaulted by trans student in HS bathroom: media mum

A male dressed as a woman got angry at a girl for not paying him attention. He followed her into the girls bathroom [where he is allowed to go because he wears girly things while still sporting a d**k] and asked her if she "wanted to fight." 

He proceeded to attack her with “clenched fists, pulled her hair and threw her on the ground.” A witness said the boy kicked the girl in the head and twice in the back. The witness tried to stop the male attacker but was punched in the face twice, resulting in a possible concussion.

CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, the NY Times and Washington Post forgot to report much about this story because of some reason they forgot to mention. The Washington Stand said that “no media outlet covered the altercation” that occurred in October until “the website Reduxx got a copy of the police report on December 12.”

“During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that one of the students involved in the fight is transgender and was using the women's restroom,” a spokesperson for the school wrote. 

The boy was new to the school and the faculty didn't know he had a penis, testosterone and other male attributes.

However, according to the Stand, Oklahoma Secretary of Education Ryan Walters (R) has cracked down on the trans bathroom policies in order to help prevent situations like this from happening again.

According to Walters, the attack is “unacceptable and will not be tolerated in the state of Oklahoma.” Other attacks that are unacceptable are: boys who identify as boys beating up on girls who identify as girls, transgender boys, who are really girls, being beaten up by transgender girls who are really boys, and gangs who beat up on individuals for their lunch money.

In a video on Twitter, Walters said that he would launch a state-level investigation about the high school where the attack took place and would require public schools in Oklahoma to keep bathroom policies transparent, but not the bathrooms themselves because that would be an invasion of privacy.

The Oklahoma governor and legislature passed a bill banning boys from going into girls' bathrooms to prevent these kinds of situations.

The pseudo-chick who attacked the girl has been charged with assault and battery, and disorderly conduct.

It's time for the woke who don't see the problem they've created, to remove their heads from their nether regions.

Sam Bankman-Fried FTX founder taken into US custody Wednesday

Sammy "The Bull Artist" Bankman-Fried, the disgraced founder of the crypto currency company FTX, was extradited from Nassau, Bahamas and flown to New York where he is facing criminal charges stemming from his scamming customers out of $1.8 billion after his company collapsed. He will be facing charges in the Justice Department's Southern District of New York.

The company, FTX, filed for bankruptcy in November after it was discovered that the company was intertwined with Alameda Research, a sister firm. Both companies were controlled [sort of] by Bankman-Fried along with a group of incompetent executives in a luxury penthouse in the Bahamas, where Bankman-Fried was arrested for fraud.

FTX was headquartered in Nassau.

Bankman-Fried’s attorneys have tried to negotiate a bail agreement that would allow him to be released pending trial while he was in custody in the Bahamas, but they failed as he is a likely flight risk and a known scum muffin.

A Manhattan federal grand jury charged him with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit commodities fraud, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and conspiracy to defraud the Federal Election Commission and commit campaign finance violations, the Department of Justice said in a statement.

If convicted on all counts, the porker faces up to 115 years in prison, where he will make new friends.

AZ Senator getting GOPers and Dem senators to head to border

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) is doing what Biden refuses to do: go to the southern border. But Sinema, who left the Democratic Party because she realizes that the country has a real crisis on our hands and her former colleagues are making it worse, is hoping to head there with both Republicans and Democrats to witness the failed immigration system under this brain-addled administration.

This has been her biggest political move since leaving the Democratic Party to become an Independent and the trip is planned for next month.

“Part of the problem is that many in Washington have never taken the time to really see our border up close,” Sinema said Tuesday, according to The Hill. “Without seeing it for all of its diversity and its challenges, it can be easy to rely on the partisan talking points instead of focusing on the meaningful, realistic solutions.”

Sinema is working with Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) in order to get senators on board “who are willing and committed to get something done” on immigration. 

“We’re gonna see what Arizonans see every day because a crisis this big should not and cannot be ignored,” Sinema added.

The problem is, however, the Democratic Party supports open borders because it's more important they have power than fairness. Open borders is unfair to those immigrants who stood in line to wait for their status approval and those who did, are not happy with the cheaters.

The Border Patrol has been inundated with illegal aliens crossing into the country since our alleged President was told he is the President and that the person he thought was his wife, was actually his sister and vice-versa. The estimated number of illegals who enter the country each day is around 8,000. That's crazy.

Perhaps Kyrsten Sinema has something going that both sides need observe--it's called bi-partisanship.

BREAKING: Sammy the Bull-thrower Bankman-Fried agrees to be extradited to US

Disgraced FTX founder and overall scumcrumpet Sam Bankman-Fried has done his extradition homework and is all set to be sent from the Bahamas to the US where his ass is grass over criminal charges that allege he defrauded $1,800,000,000 from investors. For reference purposes, there are only 3,544,000 seconds in a year, so we're talking mucho dinero that he screwed people out of with the help of various celebrities. [H/T NY Post]

SBF, as he is often called by his girlfriend Olive Oyl, consented to extradition because he alleges that he wants "to make the relevant customers whole," according to court papers. Of course, this is bull pucks--he initially fought extradition but now realizes that it's no use, so this is his last ploy to somehow get away with his scam by trying to con the judicial system.

The big-bosom bag of bull arrived in Magistrate Court in Nassau, Bahamas on Wednesday at around 11:00 a.m. and told the judge that he is waiving his rights to a long and lengthy extradition hearing. He is casting his fate to the wind, and that wind will not be pleasant.

Once he arrives back in the US, he will be remanded into custody but his departure from the Bahamas is still unknown.

If Bankman-Fried doesn’t get bail in New York, he is likely to be locked up Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial. Hopefully, he will come prepared with body wash rather than bar soap, which can cause problems if he drops it.
