Man with gender dysphoria and a lawmaker pleads in federal court on sexual exploitation of children charges

A thing of beauty is a joy forever--he need not worry

Folks, here we go again with another "trailblazing" figure from the transgender activist class crashing spectacularly into reality. Stacie-Marie Laughton, a man who believes he's a woman, and who was hailed as the first openly transgender state lawmaker in New Hampshire history (and often falsely called the first in the entire country), just pleaded guilty in federal court to sexual exploitation of children.

Yes, this former Democratic representative, while serving in the New Hampshire House back in 2022, was scheming with his disgusting ex-girlfriend, Lindsay Groves, who worked at a Massachusetts daycare. Groves snapped nude photos of preschoolers, kids under the age of 5, and sent them straight to Laughton. According to court filings, "Groves took four photos of children under the age of 5." 

And it gets worse. 

The pair "exchanged thousands of text messages" where Laughton openly expressed his desire to sexually abuse these toddlers. Investigators say Laughton wasn't just passively receiving the images; he was actively pushing for them and even fantasizing about assaulting the children. He should receive life in the slammer, in my opinion.

This isn't some fringe nobody. Laughton was elected multiple times, celebrated by the media and the left as a historic pioneer. But his career has been one long string of scandals: felony credit card fraud convictions that forced a resignation in 2012, a bomb threat hoax, stalking charges that ended his last term in 2022. Now this—preying on the most vulnerable kids imaginable.

Of course, the same outlets that fawned over his "bravery" for wearing women's clothing and bathing in his delusion, are now quietly reporting the guilty plea, often still using feminine pronouns because apparently that's more important than the victims. 

But let's be clear: this case isn't about one bad apple spoiling the bunch. When you elevate people based on identity rather than character, when you ignore red flags because someone checks the right progressive boxes, this is what you get. A predator in power, exploiting innocent children. The left's obsession with forcing transgender ideology into every corner of society, including schools and daycares, creates blind spots exactly like this.

We need to protect kids first, always. No more pretending these stories are isolated. No more mandatory pronouns for child abusers. Justice for the victims, and a serious reckoning for the ideology that helped put this monster in a position of influence.

BREAKING: Brown U. shooter, linked MIT professor murder, found dead in storage facility by suicide

Authorities in Rhode Island and Massachusetts announced late Thursday that the manhunt for the gunman responsible for last Saturday's deadly shooting at Brown University, and the subsequent murder of an MIT nuclear physics professor, has come to a grim end. 

The suspect, identified as 48-year-old Portuguese national Claudio Manuel Neves-Valente, was found dead in a Salem, New Hampshire storage unit from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Providence police named Neves-Valente as the shooter who killed two students and wounded nine others during a finals-week economics review session in the Barus and Holley Building on Brown's campus.

Neves-Valente had a brief and troubled history at Brown, enrolling as a physics Ph.D. student in fall 2000 before taking a leave of absence and withdrawing in 2003, according to university president Christina Paxson.

"I think it's safe to assume that this man, when he was a student, spent a great deal of time in that building for classes and other activities as a Ph.D. student in physics," Paxson said. "He has no current active affiliation with the university or campus presence."

The building, which houses physics and engineering departments, was the site of the attack around 4 p.m. on December 13. 

Investigators later connected Neves-Valente to the fatal shooting of MIT professor Nuno Loureiro at his Brookline home on Monday, about 50 miles from Providence. Both men had attended Portugal's Instituto Superior Técnico around the same time, with Neves-Valente reportedly terminated from a monitor position there in 2000.

U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Leah B. Foley confirmed the link in a separate briefing: "This evening at approximately 9 p.m., federal agents breached a storage locker in Salem, New Hampshire, in search of Claudio Neves-Valente, a Portuguese national we believed shot and killed two Brown University students and an MIT professor in Brookline, Massachusetts," she told reporters in a separate news briefing. "Federal agents found Neves-Valente dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound."

The victims killed at Brown were Ella Cook of Alabama and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov of Virginia. Six survivors remained hospitalized in stable condition as of Thursday.The case broke open thanks to tips on a rental car seen near campus, leading to images of Neves-Valente and eventually the New Hampshire storage unit.

With the suspect dead, questions about motive linger, and the investigation continues. The communities around both elite institutions, already on edge after the attacks, can at least breathe a sigh of relief that the immediate threat has ended.

Biden blocked by judge from giving Obamacare to DACA recipients

A federal judge in North Dakota on Monday blocked the Biden administration from putting into action a new policy that would have made some illegal immigrants eligible for government-supported health care.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Traynor agreed to stop a new rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that would have let people with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status sign up for Obamacare. Traynor stated that Kansas and the 18 Republican attorneys general who challenged the policy were likely to win, so he issued a stay against it.

Traynor pointed out that CMS broke the law when it decided to include DACA recipients in the definition of "lawfully present" in the U.S. DACA recipients are people who entered the country illegally as children with their parents and were protected from deportation by an executive action from President Barack Obama.

“The authority granted to CMS by the ACA [Affordable Care Act] is to ascertain whether an individual meets the requirements for lawful status. It by no means allows the agency to circumvent congressional authority and redefine the term ‘lawfully present,’” Traynor wrote.

“As it currently stands, the ACA does not allow federal healthcare subsidies or coverage for aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States,” he added.

Traynor also agreed with the Republican attorneys general that the policy could encourage illegal immigrants to stay in their states because of the healthcare benefits.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, who led the lawsuit, celebrated the decision, saying, “Big win for the rule of law. Congress never intended that illegal aliens should receive Obama care benefits. Indeed, two laws prohibit them from receiving such benefits. The Biden administration tried to break those laws. But we fought back, and defeated the Justice Department.”

The states involved in the lawsuit were Ohio, Idaho, Nebraska, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, and Arkansas. They argued that the rule was arbitrary, capricious, and would encourage more illegal immigration.

In response, CMS mentioned they were reviewing the judge's decision but couldn't comment further.

This rule change was opposed by President-elect Donald Trump, whose campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt called it “unfair and unsustainable” back in May.

“Joe Biden's handouts for illegal immigrants are especially devastating to Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, and union workers who are forced to watch their jobs and public resources stolen by people who illegally entered our country,” Leavitt, Trump's incoming press secretary, said at the time.

Last month, another judge overturned a different Biden administration program that would have given legal status to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

Daughter of Red Sox great allegedly dumps baby in woods, faces charges

Dennis Eckersley's adopted daughter has been charged with allegedly dumping her newborn in New Hampshire woods in 18-degree weather, and has been hit with additional charges. [H/T NY Post] 

Alexandra Eckersley, 26, was initially charged with felony reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child. She now faces several counts of second-degree assault with extreme indifference as well as falsifying physical evidence.

Ms. Eckersley learned of the new charges at her phone arraignment Tuesday as she has been hospitalized after giving birth in a tent in the woods around 1:00 a.m. Monday, according to Manchester police. They found the exposed baby, who was struggling to breathe, near the Piscataquong River, officials said.

According to an affidavit cited by WCVB, Eckersley told police she did not know she was pregnant and admitted to using cocaine and marijuana in the days before the baby’s birth. The cocaine was evidently running all around her brain.

She also allegedly lied to police about the baby’s whereabouts and said she had given birth prematurely.

During the arraignment, prosecutors said the baby boy, who weighs just 4 pounds, was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, where he was intubated.

On Monday, Manchester police Chief Allen Aldenberg said the baby boy was improving, WCVB reported.

“There’s no excuse for this,” Aldenberg said.

“If you choose to live in the woods and choose to live your life a particular way, and you don’t want accept our outreach that goes every day in this city — and you want to live out there and do that with your life — fine,” he said.

“But you don’t get to do this, what we’re alleging here. You don’t get to do this to a child,” Aldenberg added.

And you don't get to throw the baby away as if it was garbage, like pro-abortionists advocate for.

Prosecutors said Eckersley’s mother, Nancy, told authorities that she and Dennis offered their homeless daughter drug treatment for years, but that she refused, WCVB reported.

“They had an open offer for her to come home on the condition that she go to treatment for drug use, and she obviously made the choice not to,” Assistant Hillsborough County Attorney Carl Olson reportedly said.

Judge Diane Nicolosi said Eckersley could be released on $3,000 cash bail, on the condition that she has no contact with the child or anyone under the age of 18.

Planned Parenthood might be interested in hiring her in the future if she can get clean and sober.

Kamala Harris' deafness of convenience

On Friday, during an outdoor town hall in Londonderry, New Hampshire, a man asked 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) about what she plans are "to diminish the mentally retarded actions" of President Trump. You can hear the question as it begins at around 36:30 on the video, but if you're inclined to watch Harris laugh and play with her hair, the entire town hall is on it.

The question is asked in a clear microphone and if you have any doubts that Harris might not have heard it, you must be smoking crack.

As the audience cheered and applauded, Harris laughed, obviously aware of what the guy said and she replied: "Well said. Well said. I plan to win this election, I'll tell you that."

Following a short video of the exchange ended up on social media, Harris received intense criticism over her lack of respect for the mentally impaired like she did with Joe Biden.

Self-described "disabled healthcare advocate" Kendally Brown, an apparent leftist, posted the short video to Twitter, and wrote:

During a rally, a voter referred to Trump's actions as "mentally retarded", prompting @KamalaHarris to laugh and say, "well said, well said." I hate amplifying content I know the right will seize on and twist for their own hypocritical gain, but this hurts my heart. #CripTheVote

Using "retarded" as a slur and an insult is never, EVER "well said", @KamalaHarris, no matter who it's against and no matter the larger point being made. It's ALWAYS a betrayal of the disability community. We need—and expect—better from you. #CripTheVote

Brown went on to slam "right-wing" reporters who would retweet the video, and targeted The Daily Wire specifically:

Some on Twitter echoed Brown's disappointment in Harris but still somehow managed to go after Trump as their preferred target, indicating how the Trump Derangement Syndrome is a mental disorder that appears to distract the individual from the current reality and cause him or her to exhibit a "tunnel vision" only on President Trump.

Sen. Kamala Harris is currently circling the bowl in the Democratic primary race. After jumping to the top-tier following her debate confrontation with former Vice President Joe Biden in June, when she excoriated him for the school busing issue to which she also had the same vote,  she tumbled back down to where she belongs at 7.2% support, according to the RealClearPolitics average of polls.

Harris is currently in the rear of the pack in fourth place behind Biden at 29.7%, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) at 18%, and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) at 17.5%.

De Blasio: 'Twenty folks are plenty; do the math'

Concord, N.H. -- New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio [whose real name is Warren Wilhelm Jr. but, like Robert Francis O'Rourke, changed it to sound electable] is considering running for president.

He spoke in Concord on Sunday where he drew a crowd of 20 lonely people, 14 of whom were on the panel, 6 in the actual audience--enough for a basketball team with one substitute.

To their credit, nobody in the "crowd" laughed at the turnout. 

The socialist mayor put his wife, Chirlane McCray, on center stage to show that he is an expert on interracial issues [McCray is black but refuses to take his fake last name].

“She’s my partner in everything I do and that is a phrase we say every opening and have said for years,” de Blasio bragged, showing his black bona fides. “They feel her humanity and they feel her compassion.”

He added: “What Chirlane says and does is very, very powerful.” In fact, she used to be a lesbian but couldn't resist his socialist charm.

The mayor’s tiny audience [it can hardly be considered a crowd] was similar to what some lower-tier candidates who have actually announced have gotten in the early primary state, such as New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, who changes her stance on every issue like a log-roller in the rapids.

When confronted by the media about the teeny-weeny group of people who heard him and his wife speak, de Blasio said, "Imagine when those six people each tell two people, who also tell two people, who also tell two people and so on. Everyone in America will know me and my beliefs and I will give them all free stuff."

Good guy with a gun stops drunken NYE destruction spree

Portsmouth, NH -- A good guy with a gun is being praised by police for taking the initiative to get involved and stop a drunk driver who tried to flee after crashing into a number of cars and a restaurant just before the clock struck midnight on New Year's Eve.

Aaron Marconi, 51, was arrested by Portsmouth Police on Monday night after he drove his car into several other vehicles, a Dunkin Donuts sign, and a sandwich shop. You don't even pretend to drive into a Donuts sign when police are in the area.

He allegedly attempted to flee the scene but was stopped by a bystander whose name was not released by police. The bystander blocked Marconi's car with his own but then the bystander was threatened by Marconi, he drew his weapon and told him to stop.

"The first Samaritan attempted to prevent the suspect from driving away by blocking the suspect's vehicle with his own car," Portsmouth police told the Portsmouth Patch in a statement. "The suspect threatened to kill that man and then attempted to back up. The second Good Samaritan seeing this aggressive action and hearing this threat, warned the first man and instructed him to retreat. The second man then challenged the suspect with his firearm while issuing commands to stop."

The bystander held Marconi at gun point until police arrived and took him into custody. Portsmouth Police officer Timothy McCain said he believed the bystander likely saved lives by intervening.

"The actions that [the bystander] took, I believe stopped further destruction and probably prevented a tragedy," McCain told WBZ-TV.

Cops told WBZ-TV they found heroin in Marconi's car and he is being charged with a variety of crimes including driving while intoxicated, criminal threatening, conduct after an accident, and felony possession of a narcotic drug.

Auntie Maxine still crazy after all these years

Every family seems to have at least one crazy aunt or uncle and the United States is no exception. 

Crazy "Auntie" Maxine Waters (Duh--Calif.) is going even more crazy opposing the Trump administration and incessantly calling for President Trump's impeachment on grounds that have yet to be determined.

At an annual New Hampshire picnic, Waters renewed her oath to "bring down" President Donald Trump and his administration.

The 78-year-old confused socialist was vehement.

"Mr. President, we are organizing. And we are organizing to bring you down . . . and bring your agenda down," Waters, the woman labeled one of the most corrupt members of congress" said.

"This man is deplorable, dishonest, a liar, a bully, and I want him impeached," she said, calling the kettle black.

Like Hillary Clinton, Waters shut out the press because she didn't want to be held accountable for her words.

WMUR reported that press had been blocked from covering the Democrats' annual picnic in Strafford County, NH. 

One of my anonymous sources (who goes by the pseudonym Vinny Boombots) said that he has reliable information that Maxine Waters is a black supremacist and goes to monthly meetings in the same woods that Hillary Clinton often frequents.

Ms. Waters recently denied her presidential ambitions, evidently realizing that she may be dead from geriatric medical complications before 2020. 

But Vinny Boombots also claims that Waters' mental capacities are rapidly deteriorating while her chronic explosive flatulence has caused quick exits from events or her limiting of press coverage to avoid embarrassment.

If she runs in 2020 she'll probably need a walker to help her because she'll be 81-years-very-old. But don't count Maxine Waters out yet--she's just crazy enough to run for the presidency and there are plenty of liberals crazy enough to vote for the California congresswoman.

I know she'll get the Antifa and Black Lives Matter vote.

"Auntie" Maxine appears to be speculating while expectorating and plans an appearance in the early presidential primary state of New Hampshire on Sunday.

Waters is the perfect liberal candidate for the Democrats. She has been labeled one of the most corrupt members of congress. So corrupt that even Hillary Clinton would be proud.

"According to an invitation obtained by WMUR from Democratic sources, Waters will be in the state on July 23 for the picnic to be held at the Miller Farm in New Durham," WMUR reported, where she will schmooze with the Strafford County Democratic Committee.

Waters is one of President Trump's harshest attackers with a new conspiracy theory every day it seems. She, like Hillary, have gone after Trump supporters and even called some of them "scumbags," a word that used to get one's mouth washed out with soap.

Like Al Sharpton, Waters plays the race card as a lazy substitute for thinking and coming up with actual policy ideas. Only in Sharpton's case, it has made him a rich racist. 

In Waters' case, corruption has made her a rich racist.

I sincerely hope she runs in 2020. She better soup up that walker.

Jill Stein is still a fraud

In a last-ditch effort to maintain some sort of political relevance and maybe make a few bucks in the process, Green Party candidate and pain in the butt loser, Jill Stein, has escalated her push for a presidential recount. Hillary Clinton, sore loser to the Nth power is on the Stein bandwagon.

What's interesting is the states Stein chose to have the votes recounted: Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. All three went to Donald Trump by fairly close margins, but what about others that went to Clinton by fairly close margins as well? 

New Hampshire went to Hillary with only a margin of 0.4%. Clinton got 47.6% and Trump got 47.2% What is Stein's rationale for leaving that state out of the recount?

Then there's Minnesota. The margin there was only 1.5% with Clinton at 46.4% over Trump at 44.9%. 

I could go on, with other states like Nevada and Maine, at 2.4% and 2.7% respectively, but I won't bore you with the details.

The count is already underway in Wisconsin--about 4.8 million ballots have to be hand-counted. 

What a moronic ploy by an irrelevant leftist whose tweet about the death of dictator Fidel Castro was: "Fidel Castro was a symbol of the struggle for justice in the shadow of empire. Presente!"

"A symbol of the struggle for justice in the shadow  of empire" implies that the US are the bullies and poor Fidel a conquering hero. What an incredibly stupid thing to believe, much less to say.

But I digress as usual.

Stein celebrated her decision to be a pain in our collective butts by bragging in front of Trump Tower about her concerns over "blank votes," adding that "We will not give in to intimidation." 

Seriously, she's an idiot. If, as she says, "We are here to verify the accuracy of the vote," then why isn't she verifying the accuracy of to vote in other states where the former Worst Lady won by slim margins?

Possibly because they're both in on it, whatever 'it' is.

Trump trumps Bill the stumper

Bill "I-Did-Not-Have-Sex-With-That-Woman" Clinton is stumping (you shouldn't take that the wrong way) for his "wife" and partner in politics, Hillary Rodham Clinton, on the campaign trail. 

The former "Philanderer in Chief" has been assuring voters that "nobody is better qualified" than Hillary, but he wasn't specific in mentioning exactly what she was better qualified at. We know what he was good at, but Hillary doesn't have the makings her so-called husband has.

Donald Trump, no shrinking violet from the Big Apple, has led the attacks against the woman whose vagina is her main voting issue. Trump asked how she can position herself as a champion of women while she uses Bill to campaign for her despite his adulterous past. 

The Donald, as his followers like to refer to him, tweeted Saturday: "I hope Bill Clinton starts talking about women's issues so that voters can see what a hypocrite he is and how Hillary abused those women."

Trump is referring to the way Hillary referred to Bill's sexual misconduct accusers as "trash." He also made reference to the Clinton Foundation and how it has accepted money from Islamic nations that treat its women like garbage. 

Trump made it clear that Hillary is not an "innocent victim" in her husband's extra-marital affairs. 

Let's be honest, if Hillary Rodham Clinton was just Hillary Rodham, she wouldn't have even made it to the Senate, much less have become an incompetent Secretary of State. She is known to be a liar and unethical--thrown off the Watergate Committee for unethical behavior by attempting to withhold discovery to the Nixon defense team.

The one word most associated with Hillary when questioning people is "liar."

The most astonishing thing, however, is that women still love her and think her the best thing since sliced cigars.

Hillary bars a reporter and our 1st Amendment rights

If Hillary Clinton is transparent, then I can see Russia from my office in North America.

The Hillary Clinton "Mystery Tour" was in New Hampshire where it denied a reporter, David Martosko, access to the event on Monday. 

Mr. Martosko is the U.S. political editor for the Daily Mail, a U.K.-based news outlet and has been critical of her lack of transparency and access. Her actions proved him correct.

Hillary's staff gave several reasons for barring the reporter from the press pool, none of which were honest and forthcoming. In fact, the presser was held at the Puritan Backroom in Manchester, and a backroom is the logical choice for the Clinton's based on their history of lies and deceit.

Meredith Thatcher, a Hillary staffer, told Martosko that he was not approved to work the pool. The First Amendment is in mourning.

The Daily Mail and Martosko had been designated by other media sources to attend the Clinton speech, where she is used to being paid over $200,000 per speech and making Marxist statements about the rich who earn 300 times what the average American earns.

Ms. Clinton earns only 500 times what the average American earns, but what difference does that make?

The more you learn about Hillary, the more you dislike her, and the more she has to hide.

Political Correctness v US Constitution

Robert Copeland, 82 year old Police Commissioner of Wolfeboro, NH, exercised his First Amendment Right and now is being asked to resign. He was at a local restaurant and "pulled a Donald Sterling." I do not know the words he used, however, he made a racial slur aimed at Barack Obama.

But Copeland has the right to say whatever stupid thing he wants to say. He will be judged for his honesty or stupidity by his peers. Yes, he was stupid to say it, and even more stupid to say it in a public place, but if all of us lost our source of employment for saying something insensitive, untrue, or stupid, most of us would be on the dole, and that would make Obama happy.

The town manager and board of selectmen joined with residents in demanding the resignation of Copeland, who held the post since March. 

Over 100 town residents were at the commission's meeting to demand the resignation., but Copeland said that he won't apologize for using the expletive slur, because he believes that Obama meets the criteria for it. Whether you believe that or not, we need to ask ourselves if Copeland has the right to say what he wants without jeopardizing his job. We need to consider the Constitution.

Here's a refresher on the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

We have this as part of the Bill of Rights not for speech that we agree with, but for speech that may offend us. To punish someone for exercising this right, is a way to put an end to having this right.

I have mixed feelings about the situation. On one hand, Copeland represents the town, but on the other, we are systematically eroding away our rights through Political Correctness. What might have been a tongue-lashing in the past for such behavior, has become a severe punishment by people who are just as fallible as the miscreant who perpetrated it.
