Guess who's the suspect for the murder in Portland ICE facility shooting

Believe it or not, the suspect arrested in connection with the fatal shooting outside of the Portland U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility earlier this week is a Somali immigrant, according to online records.

Mahmoud Said Ali, a 42-year-old Muslim, was taken into custody on Saturday morning and booked into the Multnomah County Jail. The charges are second-degree murder, a felony, and unlawful use of a weapon, according to jail records.Portland Police said in a press release that detectives learned of Ali's presence in the 13100 block of Northeast Glisan Street on Friday evening.

Investigators requested assistance from the bureau's Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) and the crisis negotiation team. Ali was arrested at about 3:30 am on Saturday, police said.Authorities identified the victim as 42-year-old Anwar A. Osman, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene. The pair reportedly knew each other, according to police, but they weren't very good friends at the time of the shooting.

The killing occurred on Tuesday at approximately 4:10 am. PPB said in a press release: "A sergeant assigned to the Portland Police Bureau's Central Precinct was on routine patrol in the South Waterfront when he spotted a vehicle that had crashed into a building in the 4000 block of South Macadam Avenue.
Simultaneously, community members were calling 911 to report shots fired in the area."

"The sergeant and responding officers approached the vehicle and found the adult male driver unconscious and suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers pulled the individual out of the vehicle and performed lifesaving measures. Unfortunately, the adult male was pronounced deceased at the scene," said PPB.

Authorities said the shooting appears to have occurred at the traffic light at South Bancroft Street and South Macadam Avenue, which is located near the front of the ICE facility at the top of a hill. The victim's vehicle rolled down the hill and crashed into a building. Ali fled the scene, according to police.Ali lists his hometown Mogadishu, Somalia, on his Facebook account. Police said Portland is his primary residence.

UPDATE: Montreal police officer, suspect, and civilian confirmed dead in Côte-des-Neiges shooting in a gun-free zone

Canada got another grim reminder Monday that violent crime does not stop at the border.

A deadly shooting in the highly Jewish area in Montreal's Côte-des-Neiges district left three people dead, including a police officer and a civilian, after a gunman opened fire from a hotel. Authorities say the suspect, armed with a long gun, was also killed during the incident.

Montreal Police Chief Fady Dagher confirmed that a second officer suffered serious injuries but remains in stable condition. Officials have not yet determined who fired the shot that killed the civilian.

The chaos began around 11:35 a.m. when someone called 911 to report a man sticking a firearm out of a window at the Hilton hotel. Responding officers quickly came under fire upon arrival.

"It’s a very, very sad day," Dagher told reporters. "It’s a nightmare."

The police chief noted that it has been 24 years since a Montreal police officer was killed in the line of duty. It isn't known exactly how many years or hours have gone by since Jews were targeted.

Authorities issued a citywide emergency alert urging residents to shelter in place, lock their doors, and stay away from windows while police secured the area. The alert remained active for several hours before being lifted shortly after 3 p.m.

Witnesses described a scene that rapidly descended into panic.

"When the first round of shots went off, we thought it was construction because there’s two big construction sites in the area," said local resident Brandon Benchimol-Elkaim. "In the park that’s in between the complex, parents were yanking their kids off of the park play structure and running. So something didn’t feel right."

Moments later, he said, the true nature of the situation became impossible to ignore.

"Right outside our window, we saw them going into the grocery store, guns drawn, hiding behind cars and SWAT team arrived shortly after. And since then, it’s been a ghost town out here."

The neighborhood, known for its dense mix of residential buildings, businesses, and diverse communities, was effectively locked down as police conducted their operation. Quebec transportation officials closed portions of the Décarie Expressway and other major routes, while significant sections of two Montreal metro lines were also shut down.

Public Security Minister Ian Lafrenière expressed sympathy for the victims and their families but declined to comment further on the police response, citing his previous service with the Montreal police force.

Investigators are still working to determine what motivated the attack. Officials believe the suspect acted alone and have found no evidence suggesting a second shooter was involved.

The investigation remains ongoing.

The identity of the now dead shooter has not been made public.

Update: The killed civilian was identified as Rabbi Michael Moshe Mizrahi, a Jewish local and member of the local Chabad center, the Jewish organization announced.

San Diego Sunni Mosque shooting: both shooting suspects deader than the Ayatollah

San Diego Police rolled out Monday afternoon after reports of an active shooter at the Islamic Center of San Diego. That kicked off a massive law enforcement response and evacuations around the mosque.

The San Diego Police Department said officers were on scene at the Islamic Center in the 7000 block of Eckstrom Avenue and told everyone to stay the hell away while they locked the place down.

Police Chief Scott Wahl said Monday that both suspects involved in the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego are dead and that all children connected to nearby schools are safe.

Wahl said police received the initial call reporting an active shooter at 11:43 a.m. Officers arrived within four minutes and immediately encountered what appeared to be three deceased victims outside the mosque.

As officers set up a SWAT response for a nearby school campus, they also got reports of gunfire a couple blocks away. That brought more cops rushing to a second scene at the same time.

At least three adult victims, including a security guard, were killed following an active shooter incident near the Islamic Center of San Diego in the Clairemont area on Monday.

The security guard shot to death “played a pivotal role” in stopping more casualties, San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl said at a press conference.

Police confirmed two male suspects, aged 17 and 19, died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. On Monday, the San Diego Police Department said officers responded to the center located at 7050 Eckstrom Avenue following reports of gunfire.

“The threat at the Islamic center has been neutralized,” the police department said on social media. “Media staging has been established as the Northwest Corner of Lindbergh Park.”

An eyewitness told CBS he called 911 after hearing what he believed were about 30 gunshots.“We were concerned and putting out heads down inside the house,” the man said to a local reporter.

BREAKING: US Secret Service officers shoot armed person near White House

An armed individual was shot by U.S. Secret Service near the White House on Monday afternoon.

U.S. Secret Service officers shot an armed person Monday near the White House, according to a federal source familiar with the incident.

The shooting happened near 15th Street and Independence Avenue, a little over a half mile from the White House and close to the Washington Monument.

Secret Service Uniformed Division officers engaged the individual after the person pulled a gun, a federal source told Fox News Digital.

The suspect was believed to be alive and taken to a hospital, the source said. The situation appeared to be quickly contained, with no immediate indication of a broader threat, they said. The Secret Service said in a post on X that one individual was shot by law enforcement.

The Metropolitan Police Department said it is on the scene investigating and that the area has been secured.

Authorities urged the public to avoid the area as road closures were expected to last for several hours.

White House Correspondence Dinner: what we know about the shooter

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Cole Tomas Allen (aka Cole Thomas Allen, aka Cole Allen) 31, is from Torrence, California and is, of course, the "suspect" in the shooting incident at the White House Correspondence Dinner at the Washington Hilton, historically remembered as the same hotel where in 1981, then-President Ronald Reagan was the target of an attempted assassination.

Allen was a guest staying at the hotel. He was armed with a shotgun, handgun and several knives when he charged a security checkpoint outside the ballroom where the event was to take place and guests had gathered.

He exchanged gunfire with Secret Service and other law enforcement and fired at least once (some say several times). He struck a Secret Service agent in his bulletproof vest and the agent was hospitalized and expected to recover. There were no other injuries reported. Allen was quickly subdued and taken into custody--he was not shot--and was transported to Howard University Hospital for evaluation.

President Trump, Melania Trump, JD Vance and other officials were immediately evacuated. The President later called the shooter a "lone wolf" and praised the Secret Service.

The dinner will be rescheduled.

Allen, we know, worked as a part-time teacher/tutor at C2 Education, a test-prep and tutoring center in Torrence, CA, where he was named "Teacher of the Month" in December 2024. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Caltech and master's in computer science from California State University-Dominguez Hills (around 2024-2025).

Public records reveal that he donated $25 to a Kamala Harris supporting PAC in October 2024, and although California voting records do not show a party affiliation, it's unlikely that he votes Republican.

Allen appears to have acted alone and the motive is currently being investigated. It's possible that he doesn't like President Trump, but that's only speculation based on his behavior. How he was able to access the area is also being investigated and is probably related to him being a guest of the hotel.

FBI agents have been at his Torrence home.

He is being charged with using a firearm during a crime of violence and assault on a federal officer, but more charges are expected.

Six shot at Union, NJ Chick-fil-A

Police are investigating a mass shooting at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in New Jersey that left multiple people injured Saturday evening, according to reports.

The shooting took place at a Chick-fil-A in Union, New Jersey, according to NJ.com.

It was not immediately known by the media as to how many people were shot or the extent of their injuries, but RLS Media reported at least six people were shot.

"This is an active and ongoing investigation," a spokesperson for the Union County Prosecutor’s Office said. "More information will be released as it becomes available."

Officers responded to a reported shooting around 8:45 p.m. on Route 22 near Gelb Avenue, CBS New York reported.

A man who said his girlfriend works at the restaurant told the outlet that she said a group of men entered the store, went behind the counter and allegedly fired multiple shots.

Authorities remained at the restaurant that serves delicious chicken late Saturday, with officers and employees seen inside the restaurant while additional officers canvassed the parking lot.

New Jersey Democrat Gov. Mikie Sherill said she had been briefed on the shooting.

"As local law enforcement continues their investigation, we remain in close contact with officials on the ground," Sherrill wrote on X. "My thoughts are with those who were injured in the shooting, and with their families. I am grateful to our first responders for their swift action and continued efforts to keep the community safe."

At this time, the condition of the victims is not yet known, nor what the situation is with the shooter.

Minnesota's BCA removes itself from the ICE involved shooting

In a move that may involve a federal power grab, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has pulled out of investigating the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good by an ICE officer during an enforcement operation in south Minneapolis.

The state agency announced it had "reluctantly withdrawn" after being shut out by the FBI from accessing crucial evidence needed for a "thorough and independent" probe.

Superintendent Drew Evans laid it out plainly in his statement. Just the day before, "after consultation with the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI, it was decided that the BCA Force Investigations Unit would conduct a joint investigation with the FBI" into Good's death.

But then the rug was pulled. "Later that afternoon, the FBI informed the BCA that the U.S. Attorney’s Office had reversed course: the investigation would now be led solely by the FBI, and the BCA would no longer have access to the case materials, scene evidence or investigative interviews necessary to complete a thorough and independent investigation," Evans said.

"Without complete access to the evidence, witnesses and information collected, we cannot meet the investigative standards that Minnesota law and the public demands," he added. "As a result, the BCA has reluctantly withdrawn from the investigation. The BCA Force Investigations Unit was designed to ensure consistency, accountability and public confidence, none of which can be achieved without full cooperation and jurisdictional clarity."

This comes as DHS Secretary Kristi Noem unloaded on local authorities while speaking to reporters. "I'd like to know where they've been and why they're not out on the streets investigating all of these people that are harassing and inciting violence on law enforcement officers right now."

"They're allowing the situation to be volatile," Noem also said. "They're not doing their work. They haven't for years. And maybe they should get to work a little bit on the unprecedented fraud that we've seen in Minnesota and in Minneapolis by people that stole from American citizens and diverted funds away from vulnerable people and programs and services that they needed and put it into their own pockets. Minnesota is a train wreck."

[In truth, the left in general has demonized ICE and the feds to where they are seen as "Nazis" and "anarchists," so it's no wonder that agents are being violently attacked. I blame the left for Good's death and I believe from what was shown on the videos that the ICE officer was within the law to defend himself. It matters not what Ms. Good's intentions were when she began to drive toward the officer; it's the officer's perception of danger that legally matters.]

Anyway, Evans pushed back, insisting "We expect the FBI to conduct a thorough and complete investigation and that the full investigative file will be shared with the appropriate prosecutorial authorities at both the state and federal levels."

"The BCA remains fully committed to our partnerships to build public trust in use of deadly force investigations. If the U.S. Attorney's Office and the FBI were to reconsider this approach and express a willingness to resume a joint investigation, the BCA is prepared to reengage in support of our shared goal of public safety in Minnesota," he added.

The shooting went down amid an ICE operation, with DHS claiming agents were making arrests when Good had been impeding the arrests ICE was making on illegal alien Somalis and others, and then she attempted to use her vehicle as a weapon, forcing an agent to fire in self-defense.

Good was hit in the head and pronounced dead, while the agent involved remains unidentified.

I don't particularly like the idea of BCA being pushed out of the investigation, and I hope the FBI will make a full and honest assessment and conclusion of the case. I believe they will, but they need to be as transparent as possible.

BREAKING: Brown U. shooter, linked MIT professor murder, found dead in storage facility by suicide

A split image shows Claudio Neves-Valente, wearing the same jacket as a man identified earlier as a person of interest in the case. (Providence Police Department)

Authorities in Rhode Island and Massachusetts announced late Thursday that the manhunt for the gunman responsible for last Saturday's deadly shooting at Brown University, and the subsequent murder of an MIT nuclear physics professor, has come to a grim end.

The suspect, identified as 48-year-old Portuguese national Claudio Manuel Neves-Valente, was found dead in a Salem, New Hampshire storage unit from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Providence police named Neves-Valente as the shooter who killed two students and wounded nine others during a finals-week economics review session in the Barus and Holley Building on Brown's campus.

Neves-Valente had a brief and troubled history at Brown, enrolling as a physics Ph.D. student in fall 2000 before taking a leave of absence and withdrawing in 2003, according to university president Christina Paxson.

"I think it's safe to assume that this man, when he was a student, spent a great deal of time in that building for classes and other activities as a Ph.D. student in physics," Paxson said. "He has no current active affiliation with the university or campus presence."

The building, which houses physics and engineering departments, was the site of the attack around 4 p.m. on December 13.

Investigators later connected Neves-Valente to the fatal shooting of MIT professor Nuno Loureiro at his Brookline home on Monday, about 50 miles from Providence. Both men had attended Portugal's Instituto Superior Técnico around the same time, with Neves-Valente reportedly terminated from a monitor position there in 2000.

U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Leah B. Foley confirmed the link in a separate briefing: "This evening at approximately 9 p.m., federal agents breached a storage locker in Salem, New Hampshire, in search of Claudio Neves-Valente, a Portuguese national we believed shot and killed two Brown University students and an MIT professor in Brookline, Massachusetts," she told reporters in a separate news briefing. "Federal agents found Neves-Valente dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound."

A split image showing multiple still frames from the surveillance video taken near Brown University of a person of interest before and after a school shooting Saturday. (FBI Boston) Early leads included surveillance footage of a stocky, masked figure with a distinctive gait, as noted by body language expert Susan Constantine. Police also briefly questioned and cleared another individual.

The victims killed at Brown were Ella Cook of Alabama and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov of Virginia. Six survivors remained hospitalized in stable condition as of Thursday. The case broke open thanks to tips on a rental car seen near campus, leading to images of Neves-Valente and eventually the New Hampshire storage unit.

With the suspect dead, questions about motive linger, and the investigation continues. The communities around both elite institutions, already on edge after the attacks, can at least breathe a sigh of relief that the immediate threat has ended.

Dallas ICE Shooting: Who Was Joshua Jahn, the Gunman Behind the Deadly Atatack?

Well here we go again —another grim chapter in the ongoing saga of violence targeting our law enforcement. Sources have fingered 29-year-old Joshua Jahn as the shooter who unleashed hell on a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility, leaving one dead, two wounded, and a whole lot of questions.

Here's the rundown: Jahn, allegedly perched on a nearby rooftop, opened fire on the ICE building, spraying bullets "indiscriminately," according to the Department of Homeland Security.

He didn't stop there. The leftist also targeted an unmarked van in the sally port, where three detainees got caught in the crossfire. One didn't make it. Around 7 a.m., Jahn, an obvious coward, turned the gun on himself, leaving behind a rifle and a chilling message. FBI Director Kash Patel shared a photo on X of rifle ammo clipped together, etched with an "anti-ICE" slogan that says it all. We can thank the leftstream media for the latest violence.

The scene was pure chaos. Law enforcement swarmed the area, and the FBI is now digging into what drove the socialist to this. Records suggest he might've been staying in Durant, Oklahoma, but as Dallas Police Chief David Comeaux told FOX 4, "That's what we are looking into."

So it's pretty clear that they're still piecing this mess together.

Inscribes bullets a la Tyler Robinson

Attacking ICE facilities isn't new. Just two months ago, miles away in Alvarado, Texas, another ICE facility got ambushed, with 16 people charged after an officer was shot responding to vandalism. Sound like a pattern? FBI Director Patel sure thinks so. "These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off," he said. "It has to end, and the FBI and our partners will lead these investigative efforts to ensure that those who target our law enforcement are pursued and brought to the fullest extent of justice."

Texas AG Ken Paxton called the Dallas attack "yet another despicable assault on law and order." He laid into the left, saying, "The epidemic of leftist political violence must end. Democrats have fostered an environment of evil, emboldening radicals to kill, steal, and destroy. But we will never surrender."

The gauntlet has been thrown.

Governor Greg Abbott doubled down, vowing that Texas won't back off immigration enforcement. "The shooter's actions will NOT slow our arrest, detention, & deportation of illegal immigrants," he said. "We will work with ICE & the Dallas Police Department to get to the bottom of the assassin’s motive."

It isn't just Texas officials sounding the alarm. Vice President JD Vance called for an end to "obsessive attacks" on law enforcement, particularly ICE.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem took it further, slamming the rhetoric that paints ICE as the bad guy. "These horrendous killings must serve as a wake-up call to the far left that their rhetoric about ICE has consequences," she wrote on X. "Comparing ICE day in and day out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences. The men and women of ICE are fathers and mothers, sons and daughters. They get up every morning to try and make our communities safer."

Former FBI special agent Nicole Parker broke it all down on Fox News' The Faulkner Focus, giving the latest on this tragedy. Meanwhile, the investigation is just getting started, and the nation is watching. One thing is clear: this isn't just about one shooter or one rooftop. It's about a deeper divide, and it's getting uglier by the day.

What's your prognosis for the nation?

State Dept, may revoke visas of foreigners who "glorify violence" after Charlie Kirk assassination

Let's cut through the crap with some cold, hard facts. The assassination of Charlie Kirk, a 31-year-old conservative youth influencer, father of two, and co-founder of Turning Point USA, has sent shockwaves through the nation. And now, the State Department is stepping up, signaling they're done playing nice with foreigners who cheer for violence on our soil. This is what happens when you let the woke left's obsession with "tolerance" fester unchecked, people die, and the government finally wakes up.

Bill Melugin, one of the few journalists still doing actual reporting, dropped a bombshell on Fox News about the Kirk assassin. We're talking messages scrawled on the gun and ammo, palm prints, and video surveillance capturing the moments after the shooting. The FBI is scrambling, releasing imagery and begging the public for help to ID the shooter, who's still on the loose. A high-powered bolt-action rifle, ditched in a wooded area, was used to fire a single shot from a rooftop 200 yards away, striking Kirk in the neck during his "American Comeback Tour" at Utah Valley University.

Ironically, Charlie was answering a question about mass shootings involving transgender individuals. ironic, It's sickeningly ironic that the left's sacred cows might be tied to this tragedy. The event drew 3,000 people, and now one of conservatism's brightest voices is silenced.

Enter Deputy Secretary of State Chris Landau, who has had enough of the X platform turning into a cesspool of violence-glorifying rhetoric. He posted, and I quote, "In light of yesterday’s horrific assassination of a leading political figure, I want to underscore that foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are not welcome visitors to our country." Landau is clearly "disgusted" by foreigners on visas praising or rationalizing Kirk's murder online.

Landau responded by directing consular officials to monitor social media and take "appropriate action." That's right, Big Brother is watching, and for once, it's watching the right target. Landau even invited people to snitch on foreigners posting this garbage, saying, "Please feel free to bring such comments by foreigners to my attention so that the @StateDept can protect the American people."

Good. It's about time we stopped coddling those who cheer for our destruction.

This isn't new territory for the State Department. They've already yanked over 6,000 student visas for overstays or crimes like assault, DUI, burglary, or even "support for terrorism." Apparently, that's what passes for "diversity" in the Biden era.

Back in June, they announced they'd be snooping on visa applicants' social media, demanding accounts be set to public. Now, Landau's doubling down, specifically targeting replies to his own X post for evidence of foreign nationals cheering Charlie Kirk's death. This is what happens when you let the left's "free speech for all, no matter how vile" mantra run amok; people start thinking they can glorify murder without consequences.

Let's be clear: Kirk's assassination isn't just a tragedy; it's a wake-up call. The left has spent years demonizing conservatives, painting us as the root of all evil while excusing every form of radicalism as "expression."

Now, a conservative leader is gunned down, and the same crowd that cries "hate speech" when you misgender someone is suddenly silent, or worse, celebrating. The State Department's move to crack down on visa-holding foreigners who applaud this madness is a start, but it's not enough. We need a cultural reckoning. We need to stop pretending that every opinion deserves a platform, especially when it's calling for blood.

As Landau put it, "foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are not welcome." Period. Maybe it's time we applied that standard to everyone, not just foreigners. Facts don't care about your feelings, as Ben Shapiro says, and neither should our national security.

BREAKING: Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk shot! Latest Update

UPDATE: It has been reported that Charlie Kirk has died. This is a very recent report and has not been confirmed.

On a crisp September 10, 2025, in Orem, Utah, the unthinkable went down. Charlie Kirk, the firebrand conservative and founding leader of Turning Point USA, was gunned down during a speaking event at Utah Valley University. It was 12:10 PM, just 20 minutes into a heated Q&A, when a single shot rang out from the Losee Center, some 200 yards off, piercing the air like a cold blade.

Grainy videos hit the web fast, showing Kirk under a tent emblazoned with "The American Comeback" and "Prove Me Wrong," jolting back as the bullet struck. Bystanders reported that blood came from his neck. Chaos erupted as people immediately ran for cover.

Kirk crumpled from his chair, and was quickly whisked away by his security crew to a hospital, his fate still a question mark.

Police nabbed a suspect, but they're keeping tight-lipped on who or why. The FBI, under Director Kash Patel, is circling like hawks, backing up local badges. Utah Valley was locked down, cleared out the campus, and classes canceled for the day.

The outrage poured in from all corners. President Trump took to Truth Social, calling Charlie "a great guy" and begging for prayers. VP JD Vance, Utah's Governor Spencer Cox, and Senators Mike Lee and John Curtis piled on with support.

Even California's Gavin Newsom, no fan of Kirk's politics, slammed the attack as "disgusting, vile, and reprehensible," preaching against political bloodlust. Gabby Giffords, who survived a 2011 hit, chimed in, horrified, condemning the violence.

Thus far, nobody has blamed President Trump for the shooting, but it's early.

This isn't just a one-off. CNN's tally marks this as the 46th school shooting of 2025, another grim tick in America's rising tide of political mayhem. The motive is still a mystery, and the feds are digging.

For now, it's wait-and-see in a country that's feeling more like a powder keg by the day. A country where some who have fled their own dangerous country seeking asylum, have themselves ended up victims of crime and murder.

If you like my blog and want to Buy Me A Coffee, I wouldn't stop you--it supports my work and I really appreciate it. But no pressure.

Memory Lane: Mamdani promised to "disband" key police unit that handles mass shootings

Picture the scene: New York City is still shaking after a psycho gunman, Shane Tamura, stormed a Midtown office building, unloading a hail of bullets that left four dead, including an NYPD cop, before shooting himself in the chest. Blood on the pavement, chaos in the streets, and now the city is staring down the barrel of a mayoral race where the Democratic nominee, Zohran Mamdani, is catching heat for some wild anti-cop promises that sound like they were cooked up in a thug's fever dream.

Mamdani, who is currently off in Uganda tying the knot while the city mourns, has been flapping his gums about gutting the NYPD's Strategic Response Group (SRG). This isn’t some desk-jockey unit, the SRG’s the heavy hitters, the ones who roll out when riots, shootings, or straight-up anarchy hit the streets.

According to the NYPD's own site, these guys are "highly trained personnel" with "specialized equipment," tasked with handling "citywide mobilizations, civil disorders, and major events." They're the ones you call when the city's burning, or when crime spikes and you need boots on the ground to lock it down. They're also the crew that shows up for "shootings, bank robberies, missing persons, demonstrations, or other significant incidents." You know, the kind of stuff that just went down at 345 Park Ave, where Tamura turned a Monday into a slaughterhouse.

But Zohran Mamdani has a bone to pick. Back in December 2024, while already running for mayor, he took to X and swore he would "disband" the SRG. Why? He posted on X that they were out there to "harass + arrest striking @teamsters," and that they’ve "cost taxpayers millions in lawsuit settlements + brutalized countless New Yorkers exercising their first amendment rights."

Yeah, that’s his pitch: torch a unit that is literally built to stop the kind of chaos we just saw, all because this communist has a vendetta against cops. This is the same guy who’s been screaming "defund the police" for years, though he's tried to dial it back to a whisper now that he's got his eyes on City Hall.

Fast-forward to Monday's carnage. Tamura, an apparent psychi with a grudge against the NFL, something about CTE and too many hits to the head which can only be diagnosed post mortem, walks into the tower at 345 Park Ave, home to big companies like Blackstone Inc. and the NFL. He opens fire, dropping NYPD Officer Didarul Islam, Blackstone exec Wesley LePatner, security guard Aland Etienne, and Rudin Management associate Julia Hyman.

Four lives senselessly ended, and the city’s left picking up the pieces.

Mamdani, from halfway across the globe, chimes in with the standard politician's lament: "I’m heartbroken to learn of the horrific shooting in midtown and I am holding the victims, their families, and the NYPD officer in critical condition in my thoughts." Oh, and suddenly he's "grateful for all of our first responders on the ground." This butt-munch will say anything for votes but when it comes to what he'll do if elected, New York will become the Wild, Wild East.

Real noble, Zohran, but maybe check your own playbook, you freaking promised to gut the unit those first responders rely on.

Meanwhile, Mayor Eric Adams, who's running for re-election as an independent and doesn't shy away from swinging back, isn't letting this slide. He's ordered all city flags to half-staff "as a mark of respect for the memory of NYPD Officer Didarul Islam who died in the line of duty and the multiple victims of the mass shooting in Midtown Manhattan at 345 Park Avenue yesterday."

Adams didn’t mince words on X either: "Officer Didarul Islam died as he lived, a hero and protector of New York City. We will never forget you." That’s the kind of gut-punch clarity you get from a guy who's been in the trenches, not some ivory-tower type dreaming up ways to kneecap the NYPD.

So here’s the deal: NYC is bleeding, and Mamdani is out here playing revolutionary, vowing to dismantle the very units that keep the city from spiraling into a free-for-all. Does that sound like a guy ready to lead, or someone who’s gonna let the streets burn while he’s tweeting from a wedding in Uganda?

Border Patrol agent shot in face in NYC park, returns fire

An off-duty Border Patrol agent was shot in the face by an illegal alien inside a New York City park on Saturday night, according to law enforcement officials.

The incident took place just before midnight at Fort Washington Park in Manhattan, where a 42-year-old off-duty agent was approached by two men on a moped.

The men were reportedly attempting to rob the man, leading to a scuffle before one of the muggers fired a weapon, hitting the agent in the face and left forearm.

The off-duty agent then drew his pistol and fired back at the two men, hitting one of the suspects three times.

The border patrol agent has since undergone surgery and is expected to survive.

The suspect injured from the return gunfire is reportedly a 21-year-old Dominican national who has illegally lived in the United States since 2023, according to the New York Post.

The illegal alien has since been taken into custody after seeking treatment at a Bronx hospital.

Meanwhile, the second suspect accompanying the Dominican national remains at large.

“It’s just terrible to know someone’s out to kill… I’m just on my bike trying to get home from work. It’s a scary situation,” area resident Jack Clark told ABC 7.

An investigation into the shooting is currently underway.

Tragic Loss in D.C.: Congressional Intern Gunned Down in Senseless Shooting

In a heartbreaking, senseless turn of events, Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a 21-year-old University of Massachusetts Amherst student interning for Rep. Ron Estes (R-KS), was shot and killed Monday night in Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department reports the shooting occurred around 10:28 p.m. on the 1200 block of 7th Street, Northwest.

Tarpinian-Jachym, who succumbed to his injuries Tuesday, was not the intended target, police say, as multiple suspects exited a vehicle and opened fire on a group. An adult female and a 16-year-old male were also wounded and hospitalized.

This isn’t just another statistic in D.C.’s spiraling crime wave, it’s a gut-punch to a family, a community, and a nation that’s had enough of this senseless violence. Tarpinian-Jachym, a finance major with a political science minor, was a rising senior with a bright future. His parents, Tamara and Robert Jachym, shared their anguish in a statement to Fox News Digital:
"We are devastated by the tragic and senseless loss of our beloved Eric, a 21-year-old young man full of promise, purpose, and heart. Eric was an exceptionally bright and kind soul, with a deep love for the outdoors. He found joy and peace in nature, whether hiking through the woods or casting a line into a quiet stream while fishing."
They described a young man passionate about public service, thrilled by his internship with Estes, and driven to “make the world a better, more just place.” That dream was stolen in a hail of bullets. The Trump administration, through a White House spokesman, vowed to pursue justice:
"President Trump was elected to Make America Safe Again, and he’s empowering his Justice Department, federal, state, and local law enforcement, and prosecutors to hold violent criminals accountable and deliver justice to grieving families, like the family of Eric Tarpinian-Jachym. This Administration will ensure full justice is served and is working tirelessly to end the senseless killing of innocent lives."
Rep. Estes, mourning the loss, praised Eric’s warmth and dedication:
"I will remember his kind heart and how he always greeted anyone who entered our office with a cheerful smile. We are grateful to Eric for his service to Kansas’ 4th District and the country."

A friend, Phillip Peterson, told the outlet about their bond:

"We met in early January and we really started to hit things off. After the program we discussed becoming roommates, but I didn’t want to move back to D.C. because I despise the culture so much. Unfortunately that fell through. I legitimately do regret now not going back to D.C. just so I could have spent more time with my friend."

Peterson’s regret underscores the ripple effect of this tragedy; a life cut short, connections severed, potential unfulfilled. Tarpinian-Jachym, who also participated in a fellowship with The Fund for American Studies, leaves behind a legacy of kindness and ambition.

The Metropolitan Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with details should call (202) 727-9099.

But let’s be blunt: rewards and investigations won’t bring Eric back. This is a wake-up call. How many more bright young lives must be lost before we get serious about crushing the crime plaguing our cities? The Trump administration’s pledge to restore safety can’t come soon enough.

More on the FSU shooter suspect but motive still elusive

Not a fake smile, right?

The Florida State University shooting is unraveling like a bad movie, and the suspect, 20-year-old Phoenix Ikner, is at the center of a grim puzzle. Cops are scrambling to figure out why this political science major allegedly turned his campus into a war zone Thursday, leaving two dead and six wounded.

Tallahassee Police Chief Lawrence Revell says Ikner didn’t go quietly. He ignored commands, got shot up by responding officers, and is now laid up in a hospital bed with “serious but non-life-threatening injuries.” Here’s the kicker: Ikner’s mom, Jessica Ikner, is a Leon County Sheriff’s deputy with 18 years under her belt.

Word is, the kid used her old service handgun—kept for personal use after the department upgraded their arsenal—to carry out the campus carnage.

Rewind a few months, and Ikner was mouthing off in an FSU student newspaper about anti-Trump protests on campus, per WFLA. “These people are usually pretty entertaining, usually not for good reasons. I think it’s a little too late, he’s [Trump] already going to be inaugurated on Jan. 20 and there’s not really much you can do unless you outright revolt, and I don’t think anyone wants that,” he said. That quote got yanked from the article after the shooting, with editors citing “ethical journalistic standards” to avoid giving a megaphone to a gunman.

Ikner wasn’t just some random kid. Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil says the guy was practically raised in the sheriff’s office family, even sitting on their Youth Advisory Council. “He’s been steeped in the Leon County Sheriff’s Office family, engaged in a number of training programs that we have,” McNeil told The Associated Press.

“So it’s not a surprise to us that he had access to weapons.” The council’s website paints a rosy picture, saying it’s all about giving teens a voice to tackle “youth issues” and advise the sheriff. Sounds like Ikner took that “voice” to a deadly extreme.

The scene was chaos. Five victims were shot, one got hurt fleeing, but all six are in fair condition, according to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.

Aidan Stickney, a 21-year-old business major, got a front-row seat to the horror. He told the AP he was late to class when he saw a guy—presumably Ikner—hop out of a car with a shotgun, aim at a dude in a white polo, only for the gun to jam. The shooter bolted back to his car, grabbed a handgun, and shot a woman. Stickney hauled butt, dialing 911 and warning others.

“I got lucky today. I really did. I really, really did,” he said, probably still shaking.

Jessica Ikner, the suspect’s mom, is a decorated deputy. “Her service to this community has been exceptional,” McNeil said at a presser. But that didn’t stop her son from getting his hands on her old service weapon, which was found at the scene. Cops are still digging into how it ended up in his grip.

The two who didn’t make it weren’t FSU students, and authorities think Ikner acted alone. FSU’s campus is on lockdown—no classes through Friday, no athletic events through the weekend. President Richard McCullough called it “a tragic and senseless act of violence” on X, summing up what everyone’s thinking.

This one’s gonna leave a mark.

Calif. suspect in Walgreens killing held "grudge" against pharmacies

It seems we've got another dangerous nutcase with a grudge making headlines. This time, it's an alleged gunman who decided to take out his pharmacy frustrations on a Walgreens in Madera, California.

According to the police, 30-year-old Narciso Gallardo Fernandez was caught on video waving a gun around like a lunatic before opening fire, leaving 34-year-old employee Erick Velazquez dead.

Madera Police Chief Giachino Chiaramonte, who’s probably seen his fair share of crazy, [after all, it's California] said they’re still piecing together the "why" behind this mess, but Fernandez apparently had some choice words about big pharmacies. "We're having difficulties because some of the statements show that he had anger towards pharmacies in general, not specifically Walgreens," Chiaramonte noted, adding that the guy even told some victims "this isn’t about you."

How thoughtful of him—rage with a side of courtesy.

Fernandez didn’t get far before he was captured and hauled his sorry self to Madera County Jail on homicide charges.

Meanwhile, Walgreens put out a statement that hits all the right PR notes: "We are deeply saddened by last night's tragic event, which resulted in the death of one of our team members. Our thoughts and prayers are with their loved ones during this difficult time."

Good ol' thoughts and prayers. Cliché much?

They’re also rolling out the corporate playbook—counseling services, cooperation with the authorities, the whole nine yards. "The safety of our customers and team members is our top priority," they added, because of course it is.

So, there you have it: one unhinged dude, a pharmacy vendetta, and a community left picking up the pieces. Just another Tuesday night in America, right? Stay classy, folks.

"I pour my heart into these posts, and if they’ve sparked something for you, I’d be thrilled if you’d treat me to a coffee over at Buy Me a Coffee – totally optional, of course!"

"Allahu Akbar!" he shouted after shooting a Jewish man in Chicago--had plans for future attacks on Jews

An illegal alien allegedly shot a Jewish man who was on his way to a Chicago synagogue last month. He then shot at police and paramedics. He had previously mapped out synagogues, Jewish schools and community centers in the area of West Rogers Park, a predominantly Jewish area, before the attack.

Guess the alleged shooter's name.

There was a detention hearing on Friday with Sidi Mohamed [yes, I said Mohamed] Abdallahi. He used his cellphone to find potential targets in the area before the shooting on October 26th. His target was a 39-year-old Jewish man who was guilty of walking to his synagogue to worship on the Sabbath, according to Yeshiva News World. In addition, he also searched for a gun store and a firing range in the area.

Assistant State’s Attorney Anne McCord Rodgers said, "This was not anything but a planned attack … an attempted assassination of these people. This was a calculated plan, on a public street… and an attempted slaughter of that person and law enforcement officers."

Abdallahi, a Muslim, has been in the US illegally for two years. He appeared in court on Friday for the first time since being hospitalized due to gunshot wounds he earned in a shootout with the police.

Law enforcement said that there was data on Abdallahi's phone of saved locations and synagogues. He also conducted internet searches for “Jewish Community Center” days before the attack. Prosecutors also stated that the phone contained hundreds of anti-Semitic and pro-Hamasshole videos.

After the attack, local officials failed to report it as a hate crime or terrorism because, after all, it was planned against, you know, Jews, despite Abdallahi yelling "Allahu Akbar," as the viral video of the shooting shows.

McCord Rodgers added, “This was a targeted attack against the Jewish community.”

The video [above] does not report that hate crime charges have been filed but as of today, they have.

The visibly Jewish victim [he wore a kippah or yarmulke and looked intelligent] was walking in the 2900 block of West Farwell Avenue when Abdallahi opened fire from behind him. The Jewish victim told investigators that he heard the gunshot and felt pain in his shoulder but didn’t realize he had been shot until noticing a hole in his jacket.

The shooting was captured on surveillance footage. Abdallahi was heard screaming “Allahu Akbar” and was seen running away while attempting to clear his semi-automatic pistol, which jammed because he probably didn't clean it. He returned to the scene on foot for his car and, according to prosecutors, Abdallahi fired two shots at police officers and paramedics who were tending to the victim at the scene. He then got into a firefight with officers and hit an ambulance twice before being shot by police.

Despite his injuries, Abdallahi fired at officers again before collapsing, but the cops didn't kill him because jihads only work one way.

According to Fox 32, Judge Susana Ortiz ordered Abdallahi to remain in custody on multiple counts of attempted murder, hate crime, and terrorism.

Hate Crime Hoax of Palestinians as Victims

When three Palestinian-American college students were shot on November 25, of last year, the incident was painted as an "anti-Palestinian hate crime. Birdcage liner New York Times and other major news outlets had the public believing that lie, but as it turned out the shooter was pro-Hamas, making him a bloody Hamasshole and the leftist media anti-American information purveyors.

Whenever the meteoric rise in anti-Semitism was pointed out, Palestinian-Hamas advocates point to this Vermont shooting as proof that Arabs and Muslims are just as much victims as those, you know, Jews.

But it wasn't true.

It got to the point where some schools said they would form a committee to investigate anti-Semitism, and also investigate Islamophobia. Harvard naturally jumped on the bandwagon along with other prestigious universities. Even the Biden administration, announced its U.S. National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism immediately followed up with an announcement that it's also preparing a national strategy to counter Islamophobia, because you see how often bands of marauders go out into the night and attack Muslims.

But it turns out that Exhibit A of “anti-Palestinian hate” was just smoke and mirrors.

By December, local Vermont media reported that the alleged shooter's social media accounts showed pro-Hamas rhetoric.

Of course, the mainstream media ignored this news until now. In the March 3 edition of the New York Times Magazine, an essay by Rozina Ali, formerly a Cairo-based journalist who is writing a book about "the recent history of Islamophobia in the United States," ad is also an adjunct teacher at New York University, wrote about why we should be sympathetic for the three 20-year-old male victims.

Buried in the 41 paragraph article, in paragraph 30, Ali took a sudden change in direction. “Hate crimes are challenging to prove in court,” she wrote. "What made this case even more tricky was that the alleged shooter, Jason Eaton, said nothing out loud before, during or after the shooting.” There were no shouts of "death to Muslims," or "this is MAGA country," for example.

So it is obviously difficult to know whether this was a hate crime due to lack of evidence, even with the attacker's social media accounts.

But in this case, according to author Rozina Ali, it was the exact opposite.

With regard to the Oct. 7 pogrom perpetrated by Hamas in southern Israel that killed 1,200 men, women and children, here’s what the “anti-Palestinian” Eaton wrote on X on Nov. 16: “What if someone occupied your country? Wouldn’t you fight them?” [Hint: Easton might have been defending Hamas' October 7, massacre of Israelis.]

Ali only quoted on of Eaton's posts but on Oct, 17, a post that was quoted by by Seven Days, a Vermont-based news agency, on Dec. 6:  “The notion that Hamas is ‘evil’ for defending their state from occupation is absurd. They are owed a state. Pay up.”

So Eaton clearly is defending what Hamas did on that Sabbath day in October, destroying the left's narrative that the shooting was Islamophobia. This explains why he wasn't charged with a hate crime since his social media shows he supports, not hates Palestinians.

Ali and others have reported that Eaton has a long history of personal problems. That would seem to be what was behind this crazy shooting, but that doesn't fit the narrative that Hamasshole advocates push forward. However, the truth was only exposed at first by the Vermont press so the left kept pushing the "anti-Palestine hate" because they believed nobody would know the true story.

But now the word is out and even the New York Times had to admit that Eaton is a cretin.

Anti-Semitism is at an all-time high just a day after the October 7th blood bath of Israelis, once the public got over the initial horrors of Israeli children and adults being burned alive, mutilated, raped, beheaded and otherwise murdered.

By October 8, it was okay for closet anti-Semites to once again show their true colors when it came to, you know, the Jews. Somehow the world forgot what Hamas and other terrorist groups had done that day, and blamed the victims of their deranged massacre in order to justify their own hatred of one of the most successful and productive groups of individuals in the Middle East.

And when Israel began to successfully beat back Hamas and take control in the war, the West hated Israel for that. It's only when Jews are being mercilessly slaughtered that the West feels brief sympathy for the Jews.

Now Palestinians are using that fact to try pumping the public for sympathy. They show dead babies [sometimes the babies are fake and made of rubber] but they forget to say that the babies and others were used by Hamas as human shields for propaganda purposes and for some protection because they know Israel will not fire at them when they hide behind children and innocent adults when they see it happening.

Hamas is responsible for every single dead Palestinian. Every last one. And the West refuses to open their eyes.

Last November, an Ohio Muslim named Hesham Ayyad tried to perpetrate a jihadi hoax. He claimed a driver yelled “Kill all Palestinians!” and “Long live Israel!” at him and then ran him over. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and similar groups yelled “Hate crime!” It would have made Jussie Smollett proud, but security footage showed Ayyad and his brother in a street corner fistfight, which caused his injuries.

Surprisingly, Ayyad has been charged with lying about the incident, but CAIR still won’t admit that it was a hoax because CAIR is an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood. And there's no doubt they will fail to acknowledge the Vermont shooting as a media hoax.

Jason Eaton is pro-Hamas and his posts show it beyond a doubt. Reasonable people should be able to see the truth while extremists always believe feelings over facts and reality. Eaton's shooting of those men had nothing to do with anti-Muslim sentiments.

He is just another damn criminal much like those in the media who commit fraud when they refuse to write the truth when they know it. Sadly, they do this with impunity.
