Illegal alien charged with brutal murder just one day after California judge set him loose

California’s revolving door criminal justice system appears to have produced another horrifying result.

Marcos Iriarte-Valdez, a Venezuelan illegal alien with a prior criminal record, was facing burglary charges when a judge in Democratic-majority Contra Costa County released him on his own recognizance, a pledge to return to court when scheduled, much like illegal aliens who came into the country illegally promised to show up in court for immigration purposes. Didn't work then; didn't work with this scumcrumpet, but judges aren't judged for their poor judgment.

Just one day later, he allegedly stabbed 68-year-old retiree Todd Stewart to death during an attempted burglary, prosecutors said.

The Department of Homeland Security is now demanding answers, and it is not being particularly subtle about who it believes should be held accountable.

DHS told media outlet Fox News Digital that it had placed an immigration detainer on Iriarte-Valdez on Sept. 23, 2025. The department said he is from Venezuela and holds Spanish citizenship [and is a horrible human being].

"Valdez is charged with murder, inflicting corporal injury on spouse, three counts of burglary, receiving known stolen property, trespassing, entering non-commercial dwelling, loitering, as well as convicted of violation of court ordered protective order," the department said in a statement.

Then DHS had a message for failed Democratic California Gov. Gavin 'Crazy Hands' Newsom.

"CA Governor Gavin Newsom must not release this murderer from jail and turn him over to us so we can REMOVE him from our nation," the department later tweeted about Iriarte-Valdez.

DHS also took aim at the socialist-inspired sanctuary policies that routinely put immigration enforcement at odds with local authorities.

"Sanctuary politicians must stop putting politics above public safety. This type of insanity leads to more crimes and more innocent victims," DHS said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

That last part is becoming increasingly difficult to dismiss as mere political rhetoric when someone accused of serious crimes is released and allegedly kills a man the next day.

Iriarte-Valdez is accused of murdering Stewart, 68, in Martinez during an attempted burglary. Stewart had reportedly lived on his quiet neighborhood street for about 40 years.

According to prosecutors, Stewart encountered Iriarte-Valdez in his garage. The suspect allegedly attempted to flee before stabbing Stewart. Obviously, the POS didn't need to kill him if all he wanted was money or whatever. But this blot of human excrement had to kill the man.

Investigators eventually used automated license plate recognition technology, along with tips from members of the community, to identify and track Iriarte-Valdez.

But the real troubling question is how this guy was on the streets in the first place.

Contra Costa prosecutors had already charged Iriarte-Valdez in connection with alleged burglaries at occupied residences in April. He was on pretrial release in that case when he was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating a home detention condition.

Then, on Wednesday, the court released him on his own recognizance.

Stewart was killed the following day.

Iriarte-Valdez will probably get what is equivalent to a slap on the hand.

Anti ICE Protester Brings "Peaceful" Fire, Axes, Machete, And Manifesto To Federal Building

The modern activist has become remarkably efficient. Why settle for chanting slogans when you can arrive with fireworks, gasoline, axes, a machete, multiple knives, pellet guns, and a manifesto? Somewhere along the way, "mostly peaceful protest" apparently became an Olympic event.

The suspect accused of setting off an incendiary device outside New York City's federal immigration office has been identified by multiple news outlets as 43 year old military veteran Andrew Arrabaca. Witnesses reportedly saw him pushing a cart bearing the familiar activist slogan, "ICE off our streets." Apparently he interpreted that message less as a policy preference and more as an item on his daily to do list. In any case, he and his cart blended right in with the city's homeless so nobody paid much attention to him at first.

Authorities say Arrabaca poured what is believed to be gasoline outside 26 Federal Plaza, stacked fireworks on top of it, and lit the whole thing. The resulting incendiary device sparked a fire outside the building.

"At approximately 8:20 AM, an anti ICE rioter launched fireworks outside of 26 Federal Plaza, grazing a bystander and poured what is believed to be gasoline on the stairs of the entrance of the building and set it on fire," the Department of Homeland Security said Monday.

"Officers quickly recovered the suspect's bag, which contained what appeared to be two pellet guns and a manifesto," the agency added.

Nothing says "my argument is well reasoned" quite like carrying a manifesto. History has been unkind to people who decide to publish their political philosophy one explosive device at a time.

According to authorities, the suspect was also carrying two axes, a hammer, a machete, and multiple knives. At this point the only thing missing was a partridge in a pear tree.

"When he was being arrested, he yelled derogatory terms to ICE, used bad words, obviously. He is an anti American, anti government extremist. We know that from what he said, we know that from what he has said post arrest, and we know that from his actions that he tried to take today," FBI New York Assistant Director in Charge James Barnacle Jr. said.

The New York Post reported that Arrabaca is a former U.S. Army and National Guardsman from Poughkeepsie, NY, home of the CIA [Culinary Institute of America]. 

Two federal employees and one civilian suffered minor injuries during the attack and were treated and released, according to Barnacle.

A Federal Protective Service officer "swiftly tackled and detained" the suspect while sustaining minor injuries, according to DHS.

The Jacob K. Javits Federal Office Building houses ICE's New York field office and an immigration court. During the Trump administration it has become a frequent destination for anti ICE demonstrations. Most protesters, of course, limit themselves to signs and slogans. This suspect apparently felt that wasn't dramatic enough.

The FBI's New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the incident. Which seems appropriate, because when your political statement involves gasoline, fireworks, edged weapons, and a manifesto, you've wandered a very long way from civic engagement.

Violence Against Institutions Is Still Violence

There is a revealing tendency in modern politics to excuse intimidation when it is directed at the "right" targets. The latest incident outside New York City's ICE office is another reminder that political extremism rarely begins with grand acts of terror. It begins with the steady normalization of threats, harassment, and the belief that ideological opponents deserve fear rather than debate.

On Monday morning, a man believed by law enforcement sources to be an anti ICE activist allegedly deployed an incendiary device outside 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan while armed with two airsoft rifles, triggering a federal terrorism investigation.

At least two people were injured after the suspect allegedly "menaced" bystanders with the airsoft rifles, according to MS NOW. Five law enforcement sources told the outlet the suspect appeared to be an anti ICE radical.

Video from the scene showed smoke billowing near the entrance of the federal building as ICE agents, FBI personnel, and other officers rushed outside with weapons drawn. Federal Protective Service officers quickly took the suspect into custody. Authorities shut down the surrounding sidewalk and evacuated the building while investigators secured the area.

According to the FBI, the incident unfolded at approximately 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

"This morning an individual deployed an incendiary device outside of 26 Federal Plaza. The individual has been taken into custody and the FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the incident," the FBI said.

FBI Director Kash Patel later confirmed that there were "two minor injuries reported thus far."

Law enforcement sources told MS NOW that the incendiary device consisted of fireworks placed inside a shopping cart, soaked with an accelerant, and then set ablaze.

The New York Police Department also confirmed that a firearm was recovered in connection with the incident, although investigators have not yet established whether it belonged to the suspect or whether it was separate from the reported airsoft rifles.

The choice of location was hardly accidental. Twenty six Federal Plaza houses the New York City Field Office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement as well as a federal immigration court. It serves as the operational center for ICE enforcement activities across New York City's five boroughs and numerous surrounding counties.

The attack arrives against the backdrop of increasingly hostile rhetoric surrounding immigration enforcement. The Department of Homeland Security has previously warned of a dramatic rise in attacks targeting ICE officers, reporting a 3,300 percent increase in vehicle assaults during a recent period compared with the previous year.

Whether this case ultimately results in terrorism charges remains for investigators to determine. What is already beyond dispute is that attempts to intimidate public servants through violence represent an assault on the rule of law itself. A society that tolerates politically motivated intimidation because it is directed at unfashionable institutions soon discovers that violence rarely confines itself to one target. Once ideological fanaticism is excused, it has an unfortunate habit of expanding its ambitions.

Canadian Illegal Alien Allegedly Slaps MAGA Teen, Suddenly Discovers Immigration Laws Still Exist

For years Americans were assured that immigration laws were more of a "suggestion" than an actual legal concept. Then, in an unexpected plot twist, a Canadian woman allegedly assaulted a teenager wearing Trump gear and discovered that visa expiration dates are, in fact, real.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, 33 year old Canadian national Kaitlyn Tracey is in the United States illegally after overstaying a visa that expired in September 2024. DHS says the redheaded visitor allegedly slapped a teenage girl on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk during Fourth of July weekend, proving once again that nothing says "tolerance" quite like allegedly hitting a kid over her political clothing.

Authorities say Tracey filmed herself confronting a group of four girls on July 3 because two of the minors had the audacity to wear patriotic sweatpants featuring the words “Trump” and “ICE.” After the confrontation escalated, Tracey allegedly struck one of the girls across the face and body.

Police tracked her down using security footage and charged her with endangering the welfare of a child, assault, harassment, and obstruction. ICE later took her into custody and transferred her to the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark.

“She entered the United States on April 14, 2024, on a visa set to expire on September 6, 2024. In violation of our nation’s laws, she overstayed her visa and failed to depart,” DHS said in a statement.

Naturally, the media's favorite immigration standard immediately kicked in. When an illegal immigrant commits an alleged assault, the real victim is apparently the illegal immigrant.

Tracey's husband, Matthew Geroni, who proudly brands himself the “Clown of Asbury Park,” rushed to TikTok to rally his 140,000 followers after a GoFundMe campaign for her legal expenses was removed following reports from conservative users.

“This whole situation has been blown out of proportion, and a person like Kate does not belong in any facility,” Geroni, who acknowledged he was not present during the incident, told NJ.com.

That is certainly one way to describe allegedly assaulting a minor while living in the country unlawfully.

“My wife has never been in trouble in her entire life. She’s never had any kind of situation like this. This one little situation that was really a nothingburger when it happened has been blown so out of control by conservatives online that it has caused my wife to be put in a detention center,” Geroni added.

Apparently, conservatives have now achieved the remarkable feat of forcing someone to overstay a visa, allegedly hit a teenager, get arrested, and then blame everyone else.

Imagine the headlines if a Trump supporter who was in the country illegally allegedly slapped a teenager wearing a Harris shirt. Cable news panels would still be holding emergency roundtables, psychologists would be explaining the dangers of MAGA extremism, and Congress would probably schedule hearings before lunch.

Instead, Americans are told this is merely a "nothingburger," because when the alleged victim is a conservative teenager, standards suddenly become as flexible as the border itself.

Tracey is scheduled to return to court on August 4, where everyone will learn whether "nothingburger" has become an officially recognized legal defense.

Trump Slams the Brakes on Weak-Kneed Bureaucrats: Orders ICE to Get Back to Work Nabbing Criminals

President Trump wasted no time telling the Department of Homeland Security to cut the nonsense. One day after DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin hit the brakes on ICE vehicle stops, Trump ordered the agency to reverse course and resume one of its most effective tools for catching illegal aliens and criminals.

In a blunt social media post, Trump made his position crystal clear. "We CANNOT give up one of ICE's most important and effective Crime fighting tools, THE TRAFFIC STOP!" He added that pausing the tactic would only play right into the criminals' hands.

The Radical Left Dumocrats (sic) would love nothing more than to see ICE tied down, he noted, but that surrender would not happen on his watch.

Trump told the agents directly to be judicious, fair, and smart, then get right back to doing their important job. The White House confirmed the pause was dead. Nationwide instructions telling agents to stop most vehicle stops, except for the worst violent offenders, were scrapped.

The original plan had been to keep the pause going indefinitely until new training was rolled out. That idea lasted about 24 hours once Trump weighed in.The pause came after two fatal shootings during stops in Maine and Texas. Some inside ICE called the change "horrible but needed."

Trump saw it differently. He praised the men and women of ICE for doing a great job under tough conditions and pointed out that crime is way down across America, with numbers not seen in decades. He reminded everyone that Sleepy Joe Biden opened the border and let in roughly 25 million people, many unchecked and unvetted, including plenty of criminals. Getting them out requires strength, toughness, and smarts, Trump said, not timid pauses cooked up by nervous bureaucrats.

To the agents on the ground he sent a clear message: Keep those crime statistics coming. Remember, you are loved and respected in America. While sanctuary city politicians and their media allies try to make every enforcement action look like a crisis, Trump continues to back the officers who actually have to clean up the mess. Traffic stops remain on the table. The adults are back in charge.

Marco Rubio Cleans Up Tim Walz's Latest Gift to Criminal Illegal Aliens

If there were an award for making ICE's job as difficult as possible, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz would have to clear some shelf space for the awards he received as a fan dancer.

The governor who never seems to meet an illegal alien he doesn't want to protect found himself at the center of another stunning controversy after helping pardon a convicted child rapist just before he was set to be deported. Fortunately, Secretary of State Marco Rubio stepped in and did what Walz apparently would not, make sure the predator was sent packing.

In an exclusive report, Fox News Digital said that Rubio revoked the legal status of Tue Lue Vang, an illegal alien scumbag from Laos whose clemency from Walz and Minnesota's Board of Pardons threatened to derail his removal from the United States.

"Just weeks ago, a foreign child rapist was freed to once again endanger America's children after receiving a pardon from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz," Rubio said. "Tue Lue Vang admitted to committing heinous crimes against a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota. He attempted to pay his victim for her silence and dismissed his acts of child abuse as a 'minor thing.'"

That is the man Walz's pardon board decided deserved another chance. But another chance at what? Hunting for another innocent child to brutally assault? And this governor has a daughter of his own, so he obviously is incapable of having empathy for the child's parents, much less the child.

According to court records, Vang was convicted in 2006 of first-degree criminal sexual conduct after repeatedly raping a 10-year-old girl between 2002 and 2004. Following his arrest, he reportedly told investigators that "it is a cultural thing... to marry and have sex with girls as young as 12."

It's also a cultural thing for child rapists to be 'taken out' in American prisons.

Apparently, somewhere inside Minnesota's ever expanding progressive compassion manual, someone forgot to include a chapter titled "Don't pardon convicted child rapists."

Rubio continued his criticism of Walz's disgusting decision.

"Just days before he was scheduled to be deported, the Minnesota Governor pardoned him, setting him free to endanger American families once again," Rubio lamented.

Instead of accepting that outcome, Rubio took action.

"Americans should never have to live in fear that foreign sex predators shielded from deportation by their own elected officials could endanger them or their children."

"That's why I terminated his legal status in the United States," he continued. "Vang has now been removed from our country and will never pose a threat to any American ever again."

Let him get his culture on in Laos.

That statement sounds remarkably like what government is supposed to do.

Walz's anal retentive face

The pardon itself was not Walz acting alone. Minnesota's Board of Pardons, made up of Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Chief Justice Natalie Hudson, approved the clemency on June 10 after receiving a recommendation from the nine member Minnesota Clemency Review Commission.

The commission even congratulated Vang in writing.

"Being granted a pardon is a notable achievement and a reflection of the work you have done since your conviction," a CRC member said in a letter to Vang informing him of his clemency.

One has to wonder what exactly qualifies as a "notable achievement" these days. Evidently, in Minnesota's political class, serving time for repeatedly raping a child and avoiding deportation earns a congratulatory letter instead of a one way ticket home.

The Department of Homeland Security certainly was not impressed.

"Governor Tim Walz's decision to pardon an illegal alien convicted child rapist so he can remain in our country is disgusting," DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said. "These are the criminal illegal aliens he and his Minnesota sanctuary politicians are protecting."

The Democrats would vote for Hitler if he ran against a Republican.

Rubio ultimately ensured that Walz's pardon would not become a permanent shield against immigration enforcement. Vang has now been deported and barred from returning to the United States.

The episode also was not an isolated incident. In May, Walz and the same pardon board granted clemency to another illegal alien from Laos, this one a convicted armed robber, just before he too faced deportation.

Minnesota voters may eventually have to decide whether their governor's version of "mercy" is really just another word for putting criminals ahead of the safety of law abiding Americans, all for the sake of politics.

Tim Walz's Latest Act of "Compassion" Extends to Convicted Child Predator Facing Deportation

If there were an Olympic event for putting criminals ahead of law-abiding citizens, Democrat Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz would already be standing atop the podium collecting another gold medal waving at people who exist only in his mind.

The governor who never seems to meet a progressive cause he doesn't adore has now found yet another opportunity to demonstrate that, in modern left-wing politics, the criminal justice system is less about protecting victims and more about endlessly rehabilitating offenders, no matter how monstrous their crimes.

Walz is facing intense criticism after Minnesota's Board of Pardons approved clemency for Tou Lue Vang, a Laotian national piece of human garbage who was convicted of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the pardon may now interfere with federal efforts to deport him from the United States.

Good going, Tampon Timmy.

The Board of Pardons consists of comrades Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Natalie Hudson. The board signed off on the pardon after receiving a recommendation from the Minnesota Clemency Review Commission.

According to Fox News, the commission recommended the pardon by a narrow 4-2 vote, with three members absent, before forwarding it for final approval. In an astonishing letter to Vang, Clemency Review Commission Executive Director Carli Stark celebrated the decision by writing, "Being granted a pardon is a notable achievement and a reflection of the work you have done since your conviction."

One has to wonder whether anyone on the commission bothered to spare a thought for the little girl whose childhood was shattered.

Court records cited by DHS paint a horrifying picture. Prosecutors said Vang repeatedly sexually assaulted the 10-year-old victim between 2002 and 2004. On one occasion, he allegedly offered the child $10 to keep quiet.

His excuses proved no less revolting than his crimes.

According to court filings, Vang told investigators "it is a cultural thing...to marry and have sex with girls as young as 12." He also claimed the child was "just as guilty" and should be arrested alongside him.

Despite being convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, Vang avoided prison through a plea agreement.

An immigration judge later ordered his removal from the United States on October 31, 2006. DHS says he was expected to be deported before Walz and his fellow board members stepped in with their act of mercy, potentially removing the very conviction that made him eligible for deportation.

The Department of Homeland Security did not mince words.

"Governor Tim Walz's decision to pardon an illegal alien convicted child rapist so he can remain in our country is disgusting," Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said.

"These are the criminal illegal aliens he and his Minnesota sanctuary politicians are protecting. Tou Lue Vang lost his legal status following his conviction for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. Following the conviction, he was placed in removal proceedings and issued a final order of removal by a judge. This pardon will take away this child rapist's qualifying convictions that made him removable from the United States."

Federal officials say Vang entered the United States through California in 1994 and received legal status during the Clinton administration. That status was revoked after his conviction and removal order.

Ironically, Vang had recently been taken into custody during the Trump administration's Operation Metro Surge before the pardon arrived like an unexpected rescue mission from Minnesota's progressive establishment. In his clemency application, Vang argued that he had accepted responsibility for his crimes and had rehabilitated himself.

Whether the victim shares that glowing assessment is another question entirely.

Disturbingly, DHS says this is not an isolated incident.

In May, Minnesota also granted a pardon to Jai Vang, another Laotian national identified by DHS as an illegal immigrant. According to the department, his criminal record included robbery, armed robbery of a business, and driving under the influence.

For Walz and Minnesota's progressive leadership, the pattern is becoming difficult to ignore. While ordinary citizens expect government to protect victims, enforce immigration law, and remove dangerous criminals from the country, this administration seems increasingly determined to extend grace to the very people who forfeited it through their own actions.

For politicians who endlessly lecture Americans about "accountability," accountability appears to end precisely where progressive ideology begins.

Alleged UFC White House Terror Plot Exposes Yet Another Security Nightmare

Just when you thought the threat environment surrounding President Trump couldn't get any crazier, federal investigators say they disrupted an alleged terror plot targeting the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House that involved explosive-laden drones, sniper teams, and plans to storm the White House gates.

And here's the detail that's sure to reignite an already heated immigration debate: the alleged ringleader was reportedly an illegal immigrant who had received protection under the Obama-era DACA program.

According to Homeland Security information first obtained by Fox News Digital, Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, 31, allegedly orchestrated a plan to carry out a mass casualty attack during the June 14 UFC event held on White House grounds. Alvarez reportedly entered the United States as a child and remained in the country after his B2 visa expired in 2001. In 2014, he was granted deportation relief through Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals after failing to leave the country.

Federal authorities say Alvarez wasn't acting alone. Five co-conspirators have already been arrested, and investigators have identified a total of 23 individuals connected to the alleged planning network.

According to court documents and DOJ filings, the plot called for drones equipped with explosives to force an evacuation of the event. As crowds scrambled to escape, a sniper team allegedly planned to open fire. Authorities say Alvarez, who allegedly used the alias "Shepherd" in group communications, was "responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the planned attack."

When discussing weaponized drones in the group chat, Alvarez allegedly responded, "As many and as deadly as we can get." Investigators also claim he boasted of possessing a functioning drone capable of carrying out the attack.

The allegations don't stop there.

Federal authorities say the conspirators planned a "second wave" operation after the initial assault, allegedly intending to rush the White House gates amid the confusion. Prosecutors say the group hoped the violence would trigger a broader political uprising, citing grievances that ranged from government corruption and the Epstein files to data center water consumption and perceived Israeli influence over American politics.

ICE has lodged a detainer against Alvarez following his arrest by the FBI in Omaha, Nebraska, on the day of the event.

"This illegal alien from Mexico should never have been allowed in our country," DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said. "He was the ringleader of a failed terror attack targeting UFC Freedom 250 at the White House."

"He will face justice and swiftly be removed from our country," she added.

One question remains difficult to ignore: if investigators identified 23 individuals connected to the alleged plot, why was the event allowed to proceed while many of those suspects apparently remained unaccounted for?

Neither the White House nor the FBI offered additional details when Fox News Digital asked about the whereabouts of other participants allegedly involved in the planning.

Vice President JD Vance sought to reassure the public, arguing that the conspiracy never progressed very far.

"The FBI, our law enforcement partners and our U.S. Attorneys did what they do every day to make America Safe through quick response and vigilance in investigating, disrupting and dismantling this alleged plan before it could be carried out," Acting Attorney General Todd said in a DOJ statement. "We will take immediate and aggressive action to identify and prosecute those who incite and plan acts of violence."

Vance likewise noted that the alleged plans were "not that advanced" and said none of the suspects "weren’t in town" during the event itself.

Still, the case highlights the reality that Trump's public appearances continue to attract dangerous actors.

UFC CEO Dana White acknowledged as much, saying multiple threats had been directed at the event.

"These are the kind of events that bring the nuts out, this is normal stuff," White said.

Normal or not, that's a remarkable statement when discussing an event held on White House grounds.

The alleged conspiracy is merely the latest entry on a growing list of threats directed at Trump since he survived an assassination attempt during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July 2024. Since then, authorities have investigated a second assassination attempt at his Florida golf club, an alleged Iran-linked murder-for-hire scheme, an armed man who rushed the White House Correspondents' Dinner, and countless threats made online and through other channels.

The good news is that this alleged plot was stopped before anyone was harmed. The bad news is that it serves as yet another reminder that the people tasked with protecting America's leaders are confronting an increasingly relentless threat landscape.

Critical link in radicalization uncovered of the failed Trump assassin

The suspect who tried to storm the White House Correspondents’ Dinner with a plan to assassinate President Donald Trump and a bunch of top administration officials was potentially motivated by anger about the war in Iran, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

A DHS intelligence report obtained by Reuters on Wednesday concluded that the ongoing conflict between the United States and Iran “may have contributed” to Cole Allen’s “decision to conduct the attack.” Posts on a social media account linked to Allen raged against the U.S. government’s actions in Iran and recently called for Trump to be impeached over the president’s warning that “a whole civilization will die.”

A DHS spokesman told Reuters that the intelligence report was created to “notify our partners of the latest available information following significant incidents that have impacts to homeland security.”

Allen wrote out some of his motivations in a manifesto that he shared with family members minutes before he attempted to charge into the ballroom at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, according to federal prosecutors. In a 1,000-word document, the suspected would-be assassin referred to Trump as a “pedophile, rapist, and traitor” and wrote that his goal was to murder Trump administration officials at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, targeting them from “highest-ranking to lowest.”

While Allen did not mention any frustrations about the Iran war in his manifesto, in a criticism of the security at the Washington Hilton, the suspect wrote, “If I was an Iranian agent, instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a damn Ma Deuce in here and no one would have noticed sh*t.” [A 'Ma Deuce' is a .50-caliber heavy machine gun used by many militaries. Doesn't Allen sound like totally cool and macho.]

In the manifesto, Allen condemned other U.S. military action, highlighting strikes on suspected drug runners in the Caribbean. Allen said the suspected drug runners were “fisherman executed without trial.”

In the manifesto, the suspect called himself the “Friendly Federal Assassin” and invoked his Christian faith, arguing that “Turning the other cheek when someone else is oppressed is not Christian behavior; it is complicity in the oppressor’s crimes.”

Minutes after President Trump arrived at the Washington Hilton for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on April 25, Allen ran through a security checkpoint and fired one shot from his Mossberg 12-gauge pump-action shotgun that struck a Secret Service agent, according to the Justice Department. A Secret Service agent returned fire, and Allen was detained shortly after he got past the security checkpoint when he fell to the ground. Allen was not hit by any of the agent’s shots, and the agent who was shot by Allen was protected by a bulletproof vest.Allen was also carrying a fully-loaded Rock Island Armory 1911 .38 caliber pistol and multiple knives when he attacked, the Justice Department said. Allen was initially charged with attempting to assassinate the president of the United States, transportation of a firearm and ammunition in interstate commerce with intent to commit a felony, and discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence. On Tuesday, federal prosecutors added an additional charge of assault on a federal officer. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said Sunday that the Secret Service agent was “definitively” shot by Allen.

“He had every intention to kill him and anyone who got in his way on his way to killing the president of the United States,” Pirro said.

Earlier this week, the judge overseeing Allen’s case apologized to the suspect for the conditions he has faced in jail. Judge Zia Faruqui, who has a soft-on-crime record, grilled jail officials for placing Allen on a temporary suicide watch that required 24-hour isolation.

Anti-ICE clowns put on a show of incompetence

The anti-ICE crowd had a rough weekend, guys. 

One of their shiny new mobilization websites, tens of thousands of sign-ups strong, had all its data dumped out in the open like a costume design accident at a Super Bowl halftime. 

This was supposed to be their rapid-response force against those evil feds who insist on enforcing immigration law. You know how these leftists get when the bat-signal goes out: completely unhinged. And as we’ve seen, some of them, like Renee Good, end up getting shot in the face after trying to run over an ICE agent in Minneapolis.

The site, GTFO ICE, was the brainchild of professional Trump-era resistance cosplayer and former DHS official Miles Taylor. Naturally, pretty much everyone’s personal info got exposed faster than a leftist can say "racist."

Here’s some background on the whole thing (via Newsweek): "A new tool to 'crowd cancel' Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities before they open was launched by a former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official this week.

Miles Taylor, who was chief of staff at DHS during the first Trump administration and authored an anonymous 2018 op-ed that was sharply critical of the president, has launched GTFOICE.org, which stands for Get the Facilities Out, ICE, [as opposed to what you and I thought it meant] to help Americans find out about and protest proposed facilities amid DHS's expansion of detention centers to house immigrants.

'We want to make sure that the moment that ICE decides to open up a new prison camp, that local communities immediately have the chance to weigh in and to stop it,' Taylor told progressive magazine Newsweek.

The GTFO ICE tool, a collaboration between Taylor's nonprofit Defiance.org, the Save America Movement and Project Salt Box, allows people [who hate law and order unless it helps their cause] to sign up to join the network.

They will receive alerts if a facility is being planned in or near their community and be provided with organizing resources, legal guidance and other support.

The website includes a tracker from Project Salt Box, an ICE watchdog that has been gathering information about planned ICE facilities."

‘Data Republican’ dropped a lengthy thread exposing the guts of this clown operation, while also roasting Taylor, who somehow oversaw election security, for building a sign-up form that was about as secure as a fart in outer space:

"Miles Taylor: 'Anonymous,' former DHS Chief of Staff, Google security executive launched a website called GTFO ICE that collects your full name, email, phone number, and zip code to join an anti-ICE 'rapid response network.' And publishes the user information via a public API.17,662 people have signed up.

The man who ran the third-largest federal department (250,000 employees, $60 billion budget) who oversaw election security architecture and led counterterrorism operations, then served as Google's Head of National Security Policy . . . can't secure a sign-up form. But he does milk hundreds of thousands of NGO dollars on these credentials. While freeloading off his fame as the person who wrote the infamous NYT article 'I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration.'"

Kash Patel flips Walz's script in response to viral tweet on MN fraud raids

Federal agents raided 22 businesses in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tuesday as part of a major federal fraud investigation. Brooke Taylor reported live that the operation ties directly to a viral YouTube video from Nick Shirley that blew the lid off alleged childcare funding fraud back in December. The Trump administration had already frozen the funding and demanded a full audit of suspect daycare centers.

Democrat Minnesota Governor [Tampon] Tim Walz immediately tried to take credit for the raids and got slapped down hard by FBI Director Kash Patel.

The episode highlights the deep political tensions surrounding this massive fraud probe. Critics note the scandal festered on Walz’s watch until federal authorities stepped in to clean house.

"Come again?" Patel posted on X in response to Walz, who claimed that Tuesday’s raids happened because Minnesota state agencies "caught irregular behavior and reported it."

"This FBI and DOJ with our DHS partners drafted and executed every search warrant today. But go ahead and take credit for our work while we smoke out the fraud plaguing Minnesota under your governorship."

Walz’s tweet racked up more than a million views in just hours. Conservatives roasted him, pointing out that the enormous fraud exploded under his leadership and that relentless public pressure finally forced him to abandon his re-election bid."Arsonist masquerading as a firefighter," Townhall columnist Dustin Grage posted on X.

"The main problem Tim Walz has now is that no one – Republican or Democrat – takes him seriously," Republican operative and Trump 2020 communications director Tim Murtaugh posted on X. "He’s proven that he’s that much of a boob."

"The same guy who spent a whole hearing dodging questions about $9 BILLION in fraud in Minnesota and talking about ICE instead is now praising fraud control," the Republican-led House Oversight Committee posted on X. "Tomorrow, we will pass legislation in the Committee to make sure it never happens again. Sit this one out, Tim."

"@GovTimWalz is a stolen valor POS," Rep. Derrick Van Orden, (R-WI), posted on X, referencing past criticisms of Walz’s military record that surfaced during the 2024 presidential campaign. "This is par for the course."

"Well, the American people know we can actually thank @nickshirleyy and @VP," Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) posted on X. Social media users also flagged an X post from the city of Minneapolis assuring residents it had nothing to do with the raids.

Federal authorities hit more than 20 locations, including childcare facilities, in Minneapolis on Tuesday in a sweeping fraud investigation targeting largely Somali-owned businesses, sources confirmed to Fox News.

"Today the FBI with federal, state and local law enforcement is involved in court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation," a Department of Justice spokesperson said.

Authorities executed 22 federal search warrants in Minnesota Tuesday morning. Sources stressed the operation is not immigration-related.

GOP ensures ICE funding through Trump's term in office

The GOP-led Senate wasted no time early Thursday morning, ramming through a budget plan that funds the Department of Homeland Security and pours another $70 billion into immigration enforcement for the rest of President Trump’s term in office. 

Democrats were livid that illegal aliens could not remain in their voter base.

The measure cleared the narrowly divided chamber on a 50-48 party-line vote, with every Republican in support and Democrats unified in opposition. For all Republicans to stand together on any issue is known as "The Miracle on Capitol Hill."

GOP leaders hailed the passage as a critical step to lock down the border [and level the voter playing field]. The resolution now heads to the House and sets up the reconciliation process, allowing Republicans to advance the funding bill without Democrats’ filibuster roadblocks.

“We have a multistep process ahead of us, but at the end, Republicans will have helped ensure that America’s borders are secure and prevented Democrats from defunding these important agencies,” said Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-ND).

Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) ripped into Democrats for blocking DHS funding 16 times. The department has gone without proper funding since February 14, 2026.

“Democrats are playing to the most radical members of their party. Through their actions, Democrats are putting the safety and security of our nation behind the safety and security of their own political careers,” he said from the Senate floor.

Democrats spent the debate pushing amendments they insisted would tackle housing, childcare, and health care costs.

“Instead of pumping hundreds of billions of dollars into ICE and Border Patrol, Republicans should be working with Democrats to lower out-of-pocket costs,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said.

Several Republican priorities fell short after moderate [aka RINO] GOP senators Susan Collins (R-ME) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) crossed the aisle to join Democrats. The pair helped kill a proposal from Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) to strip funding from Planned Parenthood.

“One recent study found that in three years alone, Planned Parenthood got a billion and a half dollars from Medicaid and Medicare. Money to be used on these risky surgeries and [transgender] procedures for our children. This is wrong,” Hawley said. “This is a terrible misuse of federal funds, and we should put a stop to it today.”

Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC), Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Murkowski, and Collins also teamed up with Democrats to block Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) from attaching the SAVE Act, which would require photo ID to vote in federal elections, to the budget measure.

It Gets Worse for Swalwell: Nannygate Much?

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just confirmed on Sunday that a federal investigation into the malodorous Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) now includes reports that the California Democrat, best known for his public flatulence and for sleeping with an alleged Chinese spy, hired and then lied about a Brazilian nanny who was living in the United States illegally.

POLITICO’s Dan Lippman broke the story, reporting that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) had referred the allegations to law enforcement at DHS. The department fired back with a blunt response from its official X account:

“USCIS has been collecting information on the allegations involving Congressman Eric Swalwell hiring of a Brazilian national as a nanny without lawful work authorization.
@USCIS has referred this matter to DHS law enforcement for investigation. No one is above the law, including a member of Congress.” 

Sources say this bombshell lands as multiple other investigations are already circling the wagons around Swalwell and as the embattled California congressman and former would-be gubernatorial candidate faces a growing pile of accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior, ranging from unwanted attention to at least one claim of rape from a former staffer. 

The Manhattan district attorney opened an investigation into Swalwell on Saturday after learning that one of the women accusing him of sexual misconduct lived in New York. Weeks earlier, the Justice Department had opened an unrelated probe into the gubernatorial hopeful, alleging mortgage fraud.

Since the accusations started dropping on Friday, Swalwell’s friends and colleagues have deserted him faster than rats fleeing a taxpayer-funded cruise ship. Democrats in Congress yanked their support for his gubernatorial run, publicly withdrawing endorsements and demanding he drop out of the race. Some went further, calling for him to resign his congressional seat and a few have openly said that, if given the chance, they’d vote to expel him from the House.

His own employees piled on, with a group of senior staffers from both his congressional office and gubernatorial campaign issuing a joint memo and resigning en masse. They also urged voters to pull their support from Swalwell.

Swalwell has denied the accusations, calling them “flat false” and vowing to fight back with everything he has which, at this point, appears to be nothing but a collection of strongly-worded denials, a Brazilian nanny, and whatever scraps of dignity he has left after the whole Fang Fang incident.

He has since bowed out of the gubernatorial race and if he's lucky, he might remain in Congress.

ICE blames Dem. VA Gov. for another brutal murder by illegal alien

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) identified Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy, 38, who allegedly repeatedly stabbed a man to death in Fairfax County Sunday, as a "criminal illegal alien from Guatemala," according to ABC7.

Authorities found the victim inside a home with multiple stab wounds in his upper body Sunday, ABC7 reported. He later died at the hospital.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer with the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office, which has notoriously flouted the federal immigration agency’s demands to hand over illegal immigrant criminals.

Meanwhile, DHS has placed the blame on Democratic Governor Abigail Spanberger for the tragic killing, calling her out for another recent murder by an illegal immigrant.

Sierra Leone national Abdul Jalloh, 32, who had 30 prior arrests, allegedly murdered 41-year-old mother Stephanie Minter at a Fairfax County bus stop last month. Jalloh’s rap sheet included arrests for rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, identity theft, trespassing,
larceny, firing a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and pickpocketing, according to DHS.

Spanberger earlier said ICE’s detainer for Jalloh’s arrest wouldn’t be enough for local law enforcement to hand him over to immigration authorities for deportation.

"ICE is calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia’s sanctuary politicians to not release this murderer back into our communities," DHS Acting Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Lauren Bis told ABC7. "This incident comes just one month after an innocent woman was murdered by another criminal illegal alien at a bus stop in Democrat Spanberger’s state. Open-border policies yet again have caused another preventable tragedy."

When Spanberger entered office, she ended a cooperation agreement between state and local law enforcement and ICE. The day after Minter’s murder, the governor characterized ICE as "unaccountable agents" who "terrorize our communities" in the Democratic response to the State of the Union.

In almost every one of Jalloh’s previous cases, Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office dropped the charges, ABC7 previously reported.

Authorities also previously warned about the dangers he posed to the community.

An officer with the Fairfax County Police Department notified Descano’s office in November, cautioning that he could continue to commit crimes if he’s released, according to emails obtained by 7News.

Muy was charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bond, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

DHS said he snuck into the country as a "gotaway," which means he made it past border authorities without detection, according to ABC7.

Muy also had an assault and battery charge from November 2024, when he was accused of punching a woman and attempting to strangle her, the outlet reported. A judge later dismissed the charge.

The Arlington Commonwealth’s Attorney said the charge "was dismissed at the request of the victim pursuant to 19.2-151, an accord and satisfaction," in a statement to ABC7.

"Under that statute, the courts have discretion to dismiss a misdemeanor assault case (which this was charged as) when a defendant pays restitution to a victim. Here, the victim had expressed that the most important issue to them was restitution, which was paid. We try to honor the wishes of a victim, even though I do not favor resolution of cases by accord and satisfaction where violence is involved," the attorney said.

Old Dominion University shooter ID'd as likely jihadist

I posted about a reported shooter at Old Dominion University, here, that wounded two people and ended the shooter's life. We now know the identity of the shooter and yes, his first name begins with the letter "M."

The shooter, Mahamed Jalloh, was previously convicted of supporting ISIL [who the kids often refer to as ISIS].

Mohamed Bailor Jalloh was arrested back in 2016, per the Department of Justice press release, for "attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)." 

According to the complaint, Jalloh is alleged to have attempted to provide services by assisting in the procurement of weapons to be used in what he believed was going to be an attack on U.S. soil committed in the name of ISIL. In addition, the complaint alleges that Jalloh attempted to provide material support to ISIL by providing money to assist in the facilitation of individuals seeking to join ISIL.

This guy, a naturalized citizen from Sierra Leone, reportedly made multiple trips overseas trying to link up with ISIL directly. He ended up pleading guilty and getting slapped with an 11-year sentence in 2017.

Fast-forward, and under the Biden administration, he walks free in 2024.These are all excellent questions. Why wasn't he deported after serving time for trying to arm up for a domestic terror attack in the name of a foreign terrorist group? Why was this would-be jihadist released back into American society?

We do not have to live like this.

Meanwhile, Democrats continue to keep the Department of Homeland Security shut down in a push to defund the agency and abolish ICE, because apparently, securing the homeland and deporting threats like this is just too mean-spirited for the progressive playbook.

A lot of Trump insiders delighted Noem was canned

Joy, celebration, and even happy tears swept through Department of Homeland Security agency offices on Thursday afternoon as word came down that President Donald Trump had finally removed Secretary Kristi Noem from her post.

Trump administration insiders, including senior DHS officials, told the Washington Examiner they were stunned by the president's sudden decision to replace Noem at the helm of the third-largest federal department. This came after several months of scandal and relentlessly negative press.

But let's be real: the shock didn't last long. Relief and outright joy quickly took its place among those who had worked under Noem and even alongside her adviser, special government employee Corey Lewandowski.

“People in the office are actually crying out of happiness,” said one person.

Noem had served in her post for more than 13 months. She helped the White House carry out its mass deportation operation. She was frequently in front of the cameras, visiting DHS employees nationwide and starring in flashy social media videos. But behind closed doors, senior officials in Washington and in the field said her team made their jobs incredibly difficult.

“We’ve seen fake news and calls for resignation. I usually sympathize with the principle and instinctively, and actually, know the stories of their behavior are overstated or inaccurate. I cannot say that today,” a senior DHS official wrote in a text message Thursday afternoon. “Her actions have led to the reputational loss of the DHS. Her continued hobbling of the component heads leads to more negativity regarding law enforcement pros. I suspect this is hard for POTUS, he deserves better!”

Another source, a senior administration official, at first responded with an emoji of a smiling face with a halo, suggesting pure joy at the announcement.

That official pointed out that Lewandowski, though a special government employee legally bound to work fewer than 130 days per year, played a significant role in day-to-day operations across DHS. Lewandowski’s future remains to be seen, but all who spoke with the Washington Examiner were hopeful that he would depart along with Noem.

“The leaders of CBP and ICE will be able to do their job without constant interference and harassment by Corey Lewandowski,” the official wrote in a text message, optimistic that Lewandowski would also depart soon.

In January, the Washington Examiner was first to report that Noem and Lewandowski were waging an internal campaign to force Trump’s hand-picked commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Rodney Scott, to resign. This was because Scott had pushed back over the DHS’s aggressive approach to deportations and Lewandowski’s legal authority to continue working.

Sources said the lengths that the two took to push Scott toward the exit were “evil.” They even forced his top staff members to take random jobs across the department in various parts of the country to make his work unpleasant. Noem and Lewandowski were said to be eyeing Border Patrol Chief Mike Banks to replace Scott, though Scott has refused to resign.

Noem and Lewandowski had also tapped Border Patrol’s El Centro, California, chief Greg Bovino to singlehandedly lead Border Patrol operations in the interior of the country, assisting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

After descending on several cities in mid-2025 through early 2026, the operations had devolved into a chaotic state in Minneapolis. Noem was forced to remove Bovino from his job overseeing the at-large operations as public support in polls declined swiftly following the fatal shootings of two U.S. citizens.

White House border czar Tom Homan was dispatched to Minneapolis for several weeks. He has since steered the operation into a single, focused effort that targets specific violent illegal immigrants, not approaching or arresting illegal immigrants in public. Homan, the former acting director of ICE, also streamlined one chain of command for ICE operations, aided by other federal agencies.

Given Lewandowski’s heavy-handedness in immigration operations behind the scenes, the second person was doubtful that Lewandowski would depart.“Corey will endure, and he should be investigated and condemned for his malicious influence,” the official wrote.

A fourth person, a senior DHS official, said Lewandowski “should be gone too, but it wouldn’t hurt for some folks to ask openly and make sure that happens!”

A fifth person, a former senior official, stated in a text message, “Hopefully we have seen the last of Corey,” adding that “he is not a good person.”

In addition, Noem has accumulated a mountain of personal and professional problems in recent months. These ranged from her department’s issuance of noncompeted contracts, an alleged extramarital affair with Lewandowski, her portrayal of events of two police-involved shootings in Minnesota, and other concerns that lawmakers voiced in oversight hearings this week.Democrats, even some Republicans, on the House and Senate’s judiciary committees grilled Noem over the allotment of a $220 million DHS contract for advertisements that prominently featured the secretary.

Trump was upset Wednesday and Thursday over Noem’s claim on Capitol Hill that she had discussed the massive contract with him and had his support for moving forward with the expenditure, Punchbowl News reported. Hours later, Trump posted on Truth Social that Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) would replace Noem and that Noem would move into a new administration position.

The DHS did not respond to a request for comment on when Noem will officially depart the department, but Trump said Mullin will step in as her replacement on March 31.

Noem will lead a Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas, a new security initiative in the Western Hemisphere slated to be rolled out in Doral, Florida, this weekend, according to Trump.Look, this is the kind of shake-up that conservative voters have been waiting for in the second Trump term. Noem's tenure was a mess from the start, riddled with drama, alleged affairs, shady contracts, and internal sabotage that undermined the very border security mission the administration promised. The tears of joy in those DHS offices say it all: finally, someone is clearing out the dead weight so the real pros can get back to deporting criminals and securing the border without the constant interference. Trump deserves better, and so do the American people. This move is long overdue.
