Illegal Immigrants at NJ ICE Facility Launch Bold Hunger Strike Demanding Better Food, Faster Release, And Perhaps A Participation Trophy

NEWARK, NJ—In a shocking display of intestinal fortitude (or lack thereof), roughly 300 illegal immigrants at Delaney Hall, a private ICE detention center, have bravely refused to eat since Saturday, May 23, to protest such unimaginable horrors as spoiled food, inadequate medical care, overcrowding, and the soul-crushing inconvenience of being detained after entering the country illegally.

Sources say the courageous strikers are demanding better treatment, speedier hearings, or immediate release so they can get back to the important business of whatever it was they came here to do. Organizers described the conditions as "basically Auschwitz with worse Wi-Fi," though witnesses noted the facility still provides three meals a day, meals that are apparently not quite up to the standards of a Michelin-starred sanctuary city restaurant.

Border Czar Tom Homan, unfazed as usual, offered the following compassionate, empathetic response:"Look, I've done this since 1984. Hunger strikes never work," Homan said. "We're not going to change what we do because someone goes on a hunger strike. As a matter of fact, if it gets bad enough and the physicians feel like they're putting themselves in extreme danger, medical danger, then we'll force-feed them. We'll get a court order and force-feed them."

"Hunger strikes do not work. So they can put themselves in a position where they're not eating, but it's not going to cause them to be released," he said. "We are going to continue to arrest people. We'll continue to detain people. As far as complaining about ICE contract facilities, well, guess what? We're building our own warehouse facilities. We will have the federally-owned detention facilities by the thousands of beds. So look for the future."

"And I've said from day one, we need to own more of these facilities when we operate them on federal land," he added. "And that way, we're not dealing with all this crap from the local politicians and the state and the governors because this is a federal facility on federal land. That's the direction we need to go to. And that's the direction we're heading in."

At press time, the hunger strikers were reportedly considering escalating their protest by dramatically sighing and rolling their eyes, while Homan reminded everyone that the border is secure, deportations are happening, and maybe next time just don't get caught.

Trump goes bigly to keep us safe

The Trump administration is overhauling the immigration court system and cranking up the deportation machine to levels that actually get results.

In its latest flex, the Department of Justice just hired 82 immigration judges, the most in a single year, the agency announced Thursday. The United States now has nearly 700 immigration judges on the bench.

“The Trump administration is committed to reestablishing an immigration judge corps that is dedicated to restoring the rule [of] law in our nation’s immigration system,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “Today, we are onboarding the largest immigration judge class in agency history.”

“This could only happen thanks to President Trump’s decisive leadership and commitment to securing our borders. I also applaud EOIR’s [Executive Office of Immigration Review] leadership team for helping facilitate these hiring efforts and recruiting highly qualified and talented personnel in record time.”

The new class includes 77 permanent judges and 5 temporary ones.

When President Donald Trump came back to the White House and launched his mass deportation operation, officials started cleaning house by firing immigration judges who had been rubber-stamping asylum claims at suspiciously high rates.

Since then, more than 100 of those judges—who granted asylum in 46 percent of cases, according to The New York Times—have been shown the door.

Immigration judges have now knocked out more than one million cases since Trump’s second inauguration, slashing the backlog by more than 447,000 cases. The Justice Department reports roughly 3.53 million pending cases right now, down from about four million.

This is the sharpest drop in the court’s history.

The latest hiring surge is all part of fixing the absolute mess the Biden administration’s open-border disaster left behind, with those years-long backlogs that turned the system into a joke. Sirce Owen, then acting director of EOIR, dropped a memo back in April 2025 telling judges to start tossing out asylum claims faster and without the usual song and dance hearing. In June 2025, he followed up with another memo warning of “disciplinary action” for any judge showing “bias” toward illegal immigrants.

“Judges who would prefer to be policy advocates favoring either aliens or DHS should consider transitioning to alternate career paths,” Owen wrote in the memo.

In a recent chat with the Washington Examiner, White House border czar Tom Homan bragged on the Trump team’s deportation numbers.

“Total of 800,000 [have been removed] out of the country,” Homan said. “If you take 60% of that, criminals, hundreds of thousands of public safety threats, have been removed from this country. Name another president who’s done that.”

Homan admitted things have slowed a bit lately, but made it clear the pause is temporary.“There’s a lot of argument within the world that, ‘Are we keeping our promise?’” Homan said. “Numbers are slightly down, but there’s a plan. Get them back up and even higher.”

It Gets Worse for Swalwell: Nannygate Much?

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just confirmed on Sunday that a federal investigation into the malodorous Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) now includes reports that the California Democrat, best known for his public flatulence and for sleeping with an alleged Chinese spy, hired and then lied about a Brazilian nanny who was living in the United States illegally.

POLITICO’s Dan Lippman broke the story, reporting that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) had referred the allegations to law enforcement at DHS. The department fired back with a blunt response from its official X account:

“USCIS has been collecting information on the allegations involving Congressman Eric Swalwell hiring of a Brazilian national as a nanny without lawful work authorization.
@USCIS has referred this matter to DHS law enforcement for investigation. No one is above the law, including a member of Congress.” 

Sources say this bombshell lands as multiple other investigations are already circling the wagons around Swalwell and as the embattled California congressman and former would-be gubernatorial candidate faces a growing pile of accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior, ranging from unwanted attention to at least one claim of rape from a former staffer. 

The Manhattan district attorney opened an investigation into Swalwell on Saturday after learning that one of the women accusing him of sexual misconduct lived in New York. Weeks earlier, the Justice Department had opened an unrelated probe into the gubernatorial hopeful, alleging mortgage fraud.

Since the accusations started dropping on Friday, Swalwell’s friends and colleagues have deserted him faster than rats fleeing a taxpayer-funded cruise ship. Democrats in Congress yanked their support for his gubernatorial run, publicly withdrawing endorsements and demanding he drop out of the race. Some went further, calling for him to resign his congressional seat and a few have openly said that, if given the chance, they’d vote to expel him from the House.

His own employees piled on, with a group of senior staffers from both his congressional office and gubernatorial campaign issuing a joint memo and resigning en masse. They also urged voters to pull their support from Swalwell.

Swalwell has denied the accusations, calling them “flat false” and vowing to fight back with everything he has which, at this point, appears to be nothing but a collection of strongly-worded denials, a Brazilian nanny, and whatever scraps of dignity he has left after the whole Fang Fang incident.

He has since bowed out of the gubernatorial race and if he's lucky, he might remain in Congress.

SCOTUS Gives Trump a 'W' on Scrapping Parole for 500K Migrants, Sotomayor and Jackson Aren’t Thrilled

The Supreme Court just tossed President Donald Trump a huge win in his border crackdown saga. On Friday, the justices put a hold on a lower court’s attempt to stop the President from deporting roughly 500,000 migrants from Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. This is a short-term victory for Trump as he doubles down on his immigration hardline in round two of his presidency.

The White House was ready to rumble. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt didn’t mince words on Tuesday, saying, “The White House will ‘fight this in a court of law’” after a judge tried to block Trump’s move to end a parole program for folks from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. 

What’s at stake here? Glad you asked.

The court’s order temporarily halts a ruling that stopped Trump from yanking Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for these migrants. TPS is like a legal shield that lets people live and work in the U.S. if their home countries are a hot mess, such as  disasters, wars, or other “extraordinary and temporary conditions.” 

Trump’s team wants to rip that shield away, and for now, the Supreme Court’s got their back.

The decision, like most of the court’s emergency orders, came without a signature or explanation. Classic Supreme Court move to simply drop the ruling and let everyone else figure out why.

But leftist Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson had plenty to say, and it wasn’t pretty. In a fiery dissent, they tore into the court’s call. Jackson, who doesn't know what a woman is, didn’t hold back, saying the court “plainly botched” its assessment and ignored the “devastating consequences of allowing the government to precipitously upend the lives and livelihoods of nearly half a million noncitizens [aka illegal aliens] while their legal claims are pending.” 

She went on: “While it is apparent that the government seeks a stay to enable it to inflict maximum pre-decision damage, court-ordered stays exist to minimize, not maximize, harm to litigating parties.” 

The TPS program’s been a lifeline for migrants, especially illegal ones. It is to be renewed every 18 months like clockwork, most recently under former alleged President Joe Biden, before he wandered out of office. 

Illegal migrant flipping off police

But Trump’s crew, led by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, came in hot this February, trying to pull the plug on protections for a chunk of Venezuelan nationals. Their reasoning? It’s not in the “national interest.” Noem’s been out here signing executive orders alongside Trump, who’s clearly not slowing down, and this scares the crap out of Democrats.

U.S. Solicitor General John Sauer wasn’t playing with his toes either. He told the justices earlier this month to let the administration do its thing, accusing U.S. District Judge Edward Chen of overstepping. “The district court’s reasoning is untenable,” Sauer argued, saying the TPS program involves “particularly discretionary, sensitive, and foreign-policy-laden judgments of the Executive Branch regarding immigration policy.” 

In other words, back off, judge—Trump’s got this.

This isn’t the first time the Supreme Court’s given Trump a green light lately. Earlier this month, they okayed his plan to revoke protected status for 350,000 Venezuelan illegal alien migrants, clearing the path for deportations. 

So, what’s next? The White House is gearing up for a legal brawl, and with Sotomayor and Brown-Jackson, throwing punches in dissent, this fight’s far from over.

Wisconsin high court suspends rogue leftist judge who allegedly helped illegal alien evade immigration authorities

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has hoisted Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan from her judicial perch, suspending her amid accusations that she played cloak-and-dagger with a man sought by immigration authorities. 

The FBI, not known for dawdling, swept into the county courthouse on Friday morning, bundling Dugan off to face federal charges. These are no trifling matters: concealing an individual to thwart his arrest and obstructing a proceeding. Grave, indeed and if found guilty, needs to face legal consequences.

The state Supreme Court, with a brisk two-page edict on Tuesday, declared it “in the public interest” to sideline Dugan temporarily, noting the weight of the charges against her. Her attorney, perhaps wisely, has kept quiet for now—no immediate comment, no stirring defense. 

Silence, in such moments, can speak louder than words.

And yet, the Democrats, ever quick to scent a conspiracy, or at best to pretend to, cry foul. 

They accuse the Trump administration of orchestrating a grand plot to “chill the nation’s judiciary.” One might pause here, eyebrow arched, and ask: is this truly a chilling of justice, or merely the law catching up with a judge who, if the charges hold, mistook her gavel for a scepter? Who does she think she is, anyway?

The public, one suspects, will not be so easily swayed by partisan vapors. 

Let's hope that justice is served.

Dem with alleged ethical misconduct and more, questions Musk's loyalty to US as an immigrant

One can only wonder how Rep. Marcy Kaptur (Dummy-OH) deals with the taste of her foot in her mouth. On Wednesday made comments questioning Elon Musk's allegiance to the United States since he has been a citizen [that is, he consciously chose to be a US citizen rather than having it happen to him] for "only" 22 years.

"Mr. Musk has just been here 22 years," Kaptur said outside the Capitol on Wednesday. "And he’s a citizen of three countries. I always ask myself the question, with the damage he’s doing here, when push comes to shove, which country is his loyalty to? South Africa? Canada? Or the United States? And he’s only been a citizen, I’ll say again, 22 years."

Had Elon chose to misuse money slated for, say, Trump's campaign contributions, as Kaptur allegedly did, that wouldn't have been a problem for her. 

See, in 2009, the oxymoronically named Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) referred a case to the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct regarding Kaptur. The referral focused on earmarks she wrote for clients of a lobbying firm, PMA Group, during the 2008 and 2010 campaign cycles. She received contributions from PMA's political action committee (PAC), its employees, and PACs of PMA clients for whom she secured earmarks. Hmm, very interesting.

The question was whether Kaptur solicited or accepted these contributions in exchange for official acts, potentially violating federal law (18 U.S.C.). It was ultimately dismissed without charging her but it raises questions about her ethics.

In 2022 during her campaign against Republican J.R. Majewski, Kaptur's campaign highlighted Majewski's misrepresentation of his military service. This led the National Republican Congressional Committee to pull nearly one million dollars in ad funding for his race. But posts on X alleged that Kaptur had facilitated the theft of a veteran's military records to discredit Majewski, and again, no concrete evidence supports this claim, just as no evidence supports Kaptur's claim that Elon Musk's loyalties are not with the United States.

Kaptur's shifting loyalty to her Democrat then- President Joe Biden seems somewhat hypocritical when she has the audacity to label Musk as disloyal to his chosen nation. In mid-2022, she praised Biden during his visit to Ohio tied to the American Rescue plan. By August, her loyalty was a thing of the past. Her campaign ads said she "doesn't work for Joe Biden" and was "fighting back" against the Biden administration, particularly regarding trade issues with China.

This pivot, coming amid Biden’s disasterous approval ratings, was seen by many as opportunistic distancing from an unpopular president, despite her earlier support, highlighting tensions within the Democratic Party ahead of the midterms and her lack of spine and courage.

Kaptur has served in Congress since 1983, and drew immediate criticism on social media from conservatives pointing out her hypocrisy and using language that Republicans would be attacked for using.

"Just like @elonmusk, I immigrated LEGALLY and pledged my full loyalty to America," Ohio GOP Sen. Bernie Moreno posted on X. "But Democrats just see us as cheap labor who pick their crops and mow their lawns. If you step out of line & question their liberal narrative, they say you don’t belong here. It’s disgusting."

"Rep Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) is now a nativist when it comes to Elon Musk," Greg Price of the White House Rapid Response team posted on X.

The White House’s official rapid response account also posted on X, saying, "@RepMarcyKaptur is now questioning the loyalty of American citizens. This is a new low."

Kaptur's hypocrisy is almost laughable when it comes to Musk. Her own Polish immigrant heritage should advise her but her self-serving ambitions seem to cloud her judgment.

"A really bad thing for Marcy Kaptur to say," Taxpayers Protection Alliance President David Williams posted on X. "Is she really saying this about immigrants?

"Marcy Kaptur’s disgusting remark questioning Elon Musk’s loyalty based on his immigrant background exposes the Democrat Party’s descent into nativist rhetoric – the very thing they claim to oppose," NRCC spokesman Mike Marinella told Fox News Digital in a statement.

"Their hypocrisy is clear: they champion open borders when it benefits them but resort to xenophobic attacks when an immigrant doesn’t align with their political agenda."

"Only immigrant the Democrats aren’t for," National Review editor Ramesh Ponnuru posted on X.

"This is the attack they want to make?!" Republican communicator Matt Whitlock posted on X. "That Elon has only been a citizen for 22 years? The Trump administration continues to be blessed with the absolute dumbest opposition I’ve ever seen."

Kaptur, 78, apparently with a matching IQ, previously signed onto a House resolution in 2019 condemning President Trump for alleged xenophobic comments.

"This resolution states that immigrants and their descendants have made America stronger and naturalized citizens are just as American as those whose families have been in the United States for generations," the resolution stated.

"It also expresses a commitment to keep America open to those who lawfully seek refuge from violence and oppression and those willing to work hard to achieve the American Dream, regardless of race, ethnicity, faith, or country of origin."

It's obvious that the only immigrants Democrats support are the ones who cross the border illegally.

Ilhan Omar faces deportation efforts

Rep[ulsive] Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is facing growing concerns that not only does she hate Israel and the Jews, she also hates America, a country that has only done good things for her and her brother-ex-husband. The Somali-born congresswoman is facing a growing petition to deport her back to her native land, because she broke the law getting her brother citizenship, her controversial rhetoric, her actions to impede law enforcement efforts, and besides, she kind of sucks.

Many normal people are signing the petition, which calls for her to be removed from the United States, citing her obvious disloyalty to American values and repeated criticisms of the country that did so much for her.

As calls for accountability pile up, many folks are questioning how she, with her outspoken, often anti-Semitic/anti-Israel views, was allowed to hold public office in the first place.

Emerging Republican lawmaker, Texas Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) sent out a petition, calling for Omar to be arrested and deported to her birth country. He added that the U.S. “would be a much better place if she were to be sent back.” Omar has lived in the U.S. since 1995 and became a naturalized citizen in 2000.

Gill accused Omar of advising illegal Somali immigrants on how to avoid Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids after leaked video footage revealed the Squad member instructing Somali-born constituents on what actions to take if confronted by ICE officials.

“Friend, we should have never let Ilhan Omar into our country. And frankly, America would be a much better place if she were to be sent back to Somalia,” Gill wrote in a fundraising email. She is “more loyal to illegal Somalians” than U.S. citizens, adding that Omar is “facilitating a full-scale invasion of our country.”

He suggested that she could be found guilty of treason and stated that the "time has come to arrest and deport Ilhan Omar.”

“I have had my fill of foreigners storming our border, complaining about and disparaging our country, and then helping more and more of them invade our lands… And I know the American people are too,” Gill wrote. “If you’re as sick and tired of it as I am, sign my petition, and let’s send her back to Somalia, where she belongs.”

In a video released on February 4, Omar, speaking in Arabic, advised illegal Somali immigrants that if approached by ICE officers, they should inform the agents that a lawyer had instructed them not to answer questions or provide their name, immigration status, or information about their mode of entry.

Sounds like something a criminal would advise to their fellow criminals.  

Several reports have raised questions about Omar's immigrant background, with one alleging that she married her second husband, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, a British citizen rumored to be her brother, for him to gain a green card. She dismissed such claims after the FBI opened an investigation, calling them “disgusting lies.”

In response to Gill’s remarks, Omar declared him to be a “racist” and a “fascist,” which is her go-to response when anyone who confronts her because she has no other resource to counter truth.

“It is truly disgusting that members of the Republican party feel emboldened to engage in racist and quite frankly fascist remarks,” Omar said in a statement to Axios. “Representative Gill’s attempt to clout chase by threatening to deport a legal US citizen because you disagree with them is directly out of Donald Trump’s fascist playbook. I hope Representative Gill learns a thing or two about the value immigrants bring to this country and stop threatening Americans that disagree with `him.”

But remember, Omar is only a citizen because she wasn't caught lying on her application, which brings to mind a different application that a certain son of a demented politician lied on when applying for a gun permit.

Gov. DeSantis warns lawmakers that defying Trump's immigration policy will have consequences

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis urged his fellow Republican state lawmakers on Thursday to take immediate action on illegal immigration, emphasizing that he would fight like a "junkyard dog" and warning of political consequences if they resisted, so they better not blow their nose on Ron's cape, if you get my drift.

DeSantis was pressing the Florida legislature ahead of a special session set for next week, where he aims to get new laws passed that would align with President Donald Trump's federal immigration policies. However, GOP leaders have labeled the session "premature" and suggested they might end it without addressing DeSantis's proposals.

DeSantis warned that this would be a significant political error. "It would be very, very hazardous politically," he told reporters at a roundtable at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He also hinted at calling another special session if there was any delay in action from the GOP leaders.

"I have my constitutional authority to wield in this process and I will continue to wield it as appropriate so that we're able to get the job done," he said, adding that he would fight like a "junkyard dog" to get his immigration policies enacted. "You don't let go."

DeSantis wants the laws to mandate state and local officials follow the new immigration directives from the White House and to allocate funds for this purpose. He also seeks legislation to punish officials who don't adhere to Florida's "anti-sanctuary policies," according to WPTV.

Additionally, he asked lawmakers to look into more hurricane relief, tackle ballot initiative signature fraud, and deal with increasing HOA fees.

House Speaker Daniel Perez and Senate President Ben Albritton responded lukewarmly to DeSantis's call for the special session on Jan. 27. In a statement from Jan. 13, they called it "irresponsible" to act before Trump makes any immigration announcements, criticizing DeSantis for presenting only "fragmented ideas" without detailed bill language.

"Lawmakers 'will decide when and what legislation we consider,'" the leaders of the Florida House and Senate stated.

Trump has already started issuing executive orders for "mass deportations" of illegal immigrants. He declared an emergency at the southern border on Monday, sent 1,500 troops there, and terminated the CBP One app program which was used by the Biden administration to process migrants at entry points under humanitarian parole.

His administration then kicked off a widespread deportation effort, with ICE agents working across various U.S. cities and states.

The Department of Homeland Security has also reversed some restrictions on ICE set by the Biden administration, revisiting parole policies and broadening the use of expedited removals for new illegal immigrants.

Additionally, Trump's team has worked to resume building the border wall and bring back the Remain-in-Mexico policy, which keeps asylum-seekers in Mexico while their cases are processed.

These actions have led to a 35% decrease in illegal crossings at the southern border, according to multiple Department of Homeland Security sources cited by Fox News Digital.

DeSantis dismissed the legislature's reservations, saying, "we've been waiting years for this moment. It's not premature."

"We can't drag our feet. We can't wait for something to go into effect in July. We need something immediately and we need to get everything moving, and we need to do what we told the people that elected us that we would do."

Illegal alien who 'allegedly' immolated woman on NYC subway indicted

Illegal alien Sebastian Zapeta, 33, is accused of setting a woman on fire, killing her as he fanned the flames with his coat, has been indicted by a grand jury, which in New York, may be considered surprising since the woman was white.

The woman's name has not been confirmed by the NYPD but it was posted on X that her name is alleged to be Amelia Carter.

The horrific attack occurred on Sunday and people in the vicinity, including a police officer--I've been told--did nothing but look on to watch.

Zapeta was charged with murder and arson on Monday and the indictment was returned Friday.

Charges are issued when a prosecutor formally accuses someone of a crime, but an indictment happens when a grand jury decides there's enough evidence, presented by the prosecutor, to charge someone.

Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez announced to reporters that the indictment against Zapeta will be made public on January 7. If Zapeta is found guilty on the most serious charge, he could face life in prison without the possibility of parole.

"This was a malicious deed. A sleeping, vulnerable woman on our subway system," Gonzalez stated, as reported by the Associated Press.

The incident took place on a Sunday where Zapeta was seen on video surveillance watching an unidentified woman stand in a subway car while she was burning. The video also captured other passengers, including a police officer, passing by without intervening.

Investigators have stated that Zapeta and the woman had no prior relationship or interaction before Zapeta allegedly lit a lighter and threw it at her. She was a stranger, a victim of our empty-suited leaders who do nothing about our nation's sovereignty, 

“The suspect used what we believe to be a lighter to ignite the victim’s clothing, which became fully engulfed in a matter of seconds,” NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said Sunday at a press conference on CBS.

Finally, officers and a transit worker grabbed a fire extinguisher and attempted to save the woman, but she died on the scene, CBS reported.

“Unbeknownst to the officers who responded, the suspect had stayed on the scene and was seated on a bench on the platform just outside the train car, and the body worn cameras on the responding officers produced a very clear, detailed look at the killer,” Tisch said on Sunday. “Three high school age New Yorkers called 911 to say that they recognize the suspect. They saw something and they said something, and they did something.”

Big effing deal. At least the kids did something but no bystander had the guts to help her.

Zapeta, an obvious piece of human waste, reportedly entered the U.S. illegally in 2018 during the first Trump administration. He was deported within days but then re-entered the U.S. again and traveled to New York where he was living in a migrant shelter.

The New York Post reported that it is unknown how long he had been in New York, but law enforcement sources told the outlet that the man stayed at multiple taxpayer-funded migrant shelters around New York City. Those same sources told the Post that the suspect’s previous criminal history is “largely clean” except for entering the country illegally.

Again, big effing deal. Just because his previous record is "largely clean," suggesting that it wasn't "squeaky clean," doesn't mean it was okay for him to be in the country living off of taxpayer money. And the "largely clean" no longer seems to apply.

We elected Donald Trump to fix this problem among the many others the Biden administration has created. Let's hope he can do it--we know he will try his level best.

Woman suffers fractured skull by illegal alien who Harris let evade prison

And she has not been to Europe too

A woman was run down in an SUV by an illegal alien who had just stolen her purse. The illegal alien evaded prison because of VP  Kamala Harris.

It happened to Amanda Keifer in 2008 when she was 30-years-old in San Francisco. The illegal alien, Alexander Izaguirre, was part of Harris' "jobs program," a far-left brain child of Harris, who was San Francisco's District Attorney at the time.

Ms. Keifer spoke with ABC News and told them that it's "laughable" for the 2024 presumptive Democratic presidential candidate to label herself a "tough prosecutor," while calling former President Donald Trump a convicted felon. She was the fly fisherman's 'catch-and-release' maven of criminals.

Harris’ rhyming jobs program called “Back on Track,” was meant to keep illegal alien criminals out of jail by training them instead for jobs that they could not legally hold. 

Izaguirre was one of those criminals.

The illegal alien was selected for Harris’ ridiculous program following a felony drug charge. Fortunately for the public, the felon wasn't training as an aircraft technician or air traffic controller. 

Anyway, after evading jail time, the scumcrumpet stole Keifer’s purse and ran her down in an SUV. At the time, the Los Angeles Times, a far-left paper, described the attack:

A stranger, later identified as Alexander Izaguirre, snatched her purse and hopped into an SUV, police say. The driver sped forward to run Kiefer down. Terrified, she leaped onto the hood and saw Izaguirre and the driver laughing. The driver slammed on the brakes, propelling Kiefer to the pavement. Her skull fractured. Blood oozed from her ear.

That blood-ear thing is kind of normal with serious head injuries.

“If people who committed crimes were allowed to stay out of prison to train for jobs they couldn’t legally hold, I think most Americans would disapprove of that,” Ms. Kiefer said.

Harris said in 2019 that she does not want illegal immigrants criminally charged for entering our country illegally. She wants them registered as Democrats. As Biden's "Border Czar" she saw to it that she didn't see to stopping the hemorrhaging of illegal aliens coming through the porous border. She didn't even visit the border until June 2021 and still hasn't visited Europe or Russia.

Under the Biden-Harris regime, border crossing soared at an unprecedented rate, averaging about 2,000,000 unvetted people per year. Some are good people, many are average, and plenty enough are terrorists who plan bad things. And the number mentioned doesn't even count "gataways," or the more than one million parole migrants. Of these, 362 are on the terror watch list.

Unfortunately for the American people, the Biden-Harris administration thinks that this means we should watch, wait and see what they do.

The total number of encounters under the Biden-Harris administration is expected to reach 10 million by the end of this fiscal year.

Like Hamas is running out of heavenly virgins to offer their martyrs, the USA is running out of hotel space to house these people. Maybe Democrats should offer their extra rooms for them.

GOP Senators buck the bipartisan border deal bill that favors a dementia patient's power to suspend it.

We all knew there had to be a catch if the Democrats were in on the bipartisan "emergency authority" border bill. After all, it was part of the Biden administration's national security request, and it grants President Biden's handler[s] to effectively nullify the law whenever they want. How many times is the GOP going to fall for this crap?

According to words in the bill, it gives Biden's handler[s] the power to direct the secretary of Homeland Security to "temporarily suspend" the border emergency authority on an emergency basis. So if Biden wants to keep the border open to allow future Democrats in, but incompetent Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas does, whoever has their hand up Biden to pull his strings can suspend the border for 45 days at a time.

And you freaking know they will! 

"Senate GOP leadership screwed this up—and screwed us. Even while refusing to let us see the bill they claimed to be negotiating on our behalf—for MONTHS—they were never in doubt, insisting we’d be dumb and even unpatriotic NOT to support it. This is a disqualifying betrayal," Sen. Mike Lee, (R-UT) posted to X.

The legislation will need a 60-vote threshold to pass, and Republican lawmakers asked leaders to give them more time to offer amendments. Senate Majority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer, (D-NY) said last week the Senate could begin voting on it as soon as Wednesday.

According to the bill, the secretary of Homeland Security is involved in the identity verification process of migrants crossing the border and must ensure the migrant's identity is checked against all appropriate records and databases. If a migrant attains asylum, they'll immediately be given a work visa.

"I’ve reviewed the bill, I don’t think it will solve our border crisis, and might make it worse. I will oppose it," Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), posted to X on Monday. "The bill gives Secretary Mayorkas the right—for the first time—to grant asylum claims (and thus American citizenship) to illegal aliens at the border without review by the immigration courts, which will be a massive pathway to rubber-stamping amnesty."

More Democrats; more power, forever and ever,

Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN), labeled the bill "another Ukraine aid package that weakly addresses Biden's border crisis."

"I will be a 'No' vote," he wrote on X.

Another lawmaker who oppose this nonsense bill is Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), who called it more like an "immigration bill, not a border security bill."

Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN), criticized another portion of the bill that "includes an eye-popping $1.4B for NGOs to resettle illegal aliens in your communities via airplane tickets and hotel rooms (nearly double the record amount from FY23), including $933M available immediately without conditions."

"This is more of our tax dollars being used to buy off Democrat sanctuary city mayors. This is the 'border security' Democrats really want," Hagerty said.

Other GOPers who oppose the bill so far include Sens. Josh Hawley, Tommy Tuberville, Ron Johnson, Marsha Blackburn, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and JD Vance.

Meanwhile, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, (R-KY), Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer, and lead negotiator Sen. James Lankford, (RINO-OK), hope to get the bill across the finish line.

The bill is bull.

House advances articles of impeachment against DHS waste Alejandro Mayorkas

House Republicans revealed on Sunday two articles of impeachment against Alejandro Mayorkas, the incredibly incompetent Homeland Security Secretary. DHS is so impotent that it might as well be dismantled altogether.

Mayorkas the articles say, has failed to do his job by not only allowing thousands upon thousands of illegal aliens, record breaking numbers, to enter the country unvetted, but has all but welcomed them at taxpayer's expense and personal security.

The articles accuse the arrogant and somewhat effeminate POS of willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law and breach of public trust.

We will know on Tuesday whether the House Homeland Security Committee approves of the charges that Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) vowed to hold a floor vote.

The first article says Mayorkas chose not to enforce the law, specifically a requirement that asylum seekers who illegally cross the border “shall be detained” until there is a decision on their status — with release into the US interior only allowed on a case-by-case basis.

 Mayorkas, 64. isn't the only Cabinet secretary to be impeached, but he's certainly the only one since 1876 when Secretary of War William Belknap received the dishonor.

Hopefully, this will be a clear message to the current clusterfrack of an administration that Americans are fed up with the border crisis and are not going to sit by and do nothing.

Sure 2023 recorded the highest number of illegal aliens come across the southern border to enter the United States. Some of them come here to get free benefits from off the taxpayers' backs; some come here to work; and some come here to plan and carry out acts of terrorism. 

But at least the Democrats are happy to have them because they believe that people who would do illegal things, would vote for their Party. If it were up to Democrats, the border patrol would be handing out free snacks, cell phones, and health care to the tired, the poor, and huddled masses yearning to get things free.

Why do they really come here? 

In a bizarre interview with the anti-American network known as MSNBC, the oxymoronically named Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was asked that very same question. Specifically, why are more illegal aliens entering the country than in any other month in the history of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the other oxymoron.

The idiot blamed "climate change" on the historic border invasion rather than the real reason--Biden's open border policies and the administration's refusal to secure the U.S. border. He even blamed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for a “remarkable failure of governance” relating to the ongoing border crisis. 

Actually, Abbott very niftily handled the situation in his non-sanctuary state--he sent the illegal aliens to sanctuary states where they would supposedly be welcomed with love, open arms, and free stuff.

Except when it became real to the so called sanctuary states. Now they had what they asked for in their own cities and states.

It was a brilliant move by Abbott. Places that claimed to welcome illegal aliens like New York City, found out that illegal aliens were kind of a pain in the butt to accommodate and provide services for.

The only climate that changed was the cold shoulder of nonacceptance sanctuary cities had for illegal aliens. 

Mayorkas is a pathetic political hack and, like his Democrat cronies, blames others and refuses to accept responsibility for his mistakes.

Kamala Harris upset media fails to focus on her strengths [LOL]

Vice President Kamala Hahaharris (D) is the person you hear about who goes on a job interview and when asked the question: "What is the one thing you would change about yourself?" answers with something like: "I try for perfection and the few times I don't get it, I get upset." Yes, Kamala Harris is a freaking joke as the second person in command of the nation.

Now the chronic giggler is complaining this week that the media is giving her poor coverage. She is saying with a straight face that the press doesn't focus on "the strength of [my] leadership." 

She really said that.

“There are things that I’ve done as vice president," she began, as the words flew from her nostrils, "that fully demonstrate the strength of my leadership as vice president that have not received the kind of coverage that I think Dobbs did receive." She was speaking about the June 24th Supreme Court decision 

overturning Roe v. Wade and returning the question of abortion to the states.

“What you’ve been able to see,” the veep honked, is “based on what gets covered.”

Like the southern border and her hard and difficult work there as the so-called "Border Czar." [Don't you just live the Russian terms the left uses to describe themselves. It's almost as if they wish they were born there.]

In his opinion piece, Washington Post's Jonathan Capehart argued that contrary to conventional wisdom, Harris, 58, has “had a most excellent year” and cited three supposed “tent poles” of her 2022. Unfortunately, Capehart failed to mention the actual tent poles up along the streets of her city of San Francisco, and all over Democrat-led American cities and towns as a result of homelessness and illegal immigration.

One of those tent poles, Capehart said, was Harris’ appearance at the Munich Security Conference in February just before Russia invaded Ukraine. Like the real tent poles, Capehart failed to mention that Hahaharris was mocked and ridiculed at that conference after telling reporters how much Europe enjoyed “peace and security” since the end of World War. 

Which Jim Carrey movie comes to mind when you see them together?

Somehow she failed to take into account the 40-year Soviet occupation of Eastern Europe, the 1990's violence in Yugoslavia and the Russian invasion of Georgia in 2008 as well as the annexation of Crimea in 2014.

Kamala Harris is a dunce who got to where she is now on her immutable characteristics and by using her body to advance politically. 

She either is too dense to understand that the SCOTUS decision on abortion merely left abortion laws up to the individual states and took away the federal power of deciding law, or she's a liar like her boss.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a job in which you don't have to do your job and still get to keep it? That's called being a politician--and both sides are guilty as hell.

DeSantis' office blasts Democrat Sheriff who cannot suck enough at his job

Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' office made a Democrat Texas sheriff sound like a Biden administration wannabe and a total scumcrumpet.

The Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar announced at a press conference, in front of cameras that likely needed polarizing lens filters to reduce the shine from his bald head, that he was opening an investigation into the 50 illegal immigrants that were sheltered, fed and who had volunteered to go to Martha's Vineyard last week.

Salazar said that he was "bother[ed]" by the flights “and so we are absolutely opening up an investigation into this,” in the hope of scoring political points with the left. In other words, he has a person who did what he doesn't like and so he's going to look for a crime. This is the opposite of what his job entails so you can imagine how good a sheriff he must be. In fact, it was his county where over 50 migrants died inside a truck carriage and instead of investigating the deaths, he simply blamed it on the GOP.

Salazar seems reminiscent of former Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel, an incompetent coward who mishandled the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in November 2018. Both of these sheriffs are obviously more interested in political opportunities than with actual law enforcement. 

Salazar even admitted that he could not name a single law that was broken and could not identify even one suspect. So he has a person and is looking to dump a crime on that person, much like NY Attorney General Letitia James wants to do with former President Trump.

A spokesperson for DeSantis responded to Salazar’s  political remarks by saying in a statement: “Immigrants have been more than willing to leave Bexar County after being abandoned, homeless, and ‘left to fend for themselves.'”

“Florida gave them an opportunity to seek greener pastures in a sanctuary jurisdiction that offered greater resources for them, as we expected,” the spokesperson continued. “Unless the MA national guard has abandoned these individuals, they have been provided accommodations, sustenance, clothing and more options to succeed following their unfair enticement into the United States, unlike the 53 immigrants who died in a truck found abandoned in Bexar County this June.”

Gov. DeSantis told the press that the people who were contracted to relocate the illegal immigrants to a "sanctuary" location, provided them with a release form to sign and a packet that included a map of Marth's Vineyard and information in Spanish and English. “So it was obvious that that’s where they were going and they gave that to them,” DeSantis added.

The information DeSantis provided was confirmed by Florida's Voice as they had obtained the brochures the illegal immigrants were given before the air conditioned jet flight to Martha's Vineyard.

Florida’s Voice said that the brochure contained information “directly from the Massachusetts government website.”

Biden will close gaps in wall now that Dems are worried about midterm elections

Alleged President Joe Biden is going to "do a Trump" by filling in the gaps in certain areas of the former president 's border wall along the U.S. southern border. It seems that the illegal immigrants are now showing up in Democratic-run cities, including Washington, D.C., and it's causing the mayors of these towns great consternation. 

The Associated Press noted that Biden “pledged during his campaign to cease all future wall construction,” as he wanted to undo everything Trump did because it was Trump who did it. However, now that the midterm elections are closing in, and illegal aliens are pouring into Democratic cities, the left is running scared and must stem the flow of migrants who want handouts from the taxpayers.

Controversial Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, a George Soros pick, reluctantly authorized the project that will close four massive gaps in the border wall near Yuma, Arizona, which has been decimated by Biden’s border crisis.

The reason for closing the gaps are purely political. For example, Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) is up for re-election and he has no chance because of the decisions his party has made at the expense of the American people.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) basically told Washington, D.C. Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser to pound sand Thursday afternoon when she complained that Texas was flooding her city with illegal aliens.

“With pledges from Texas and Arizona to continue these abhorrent operations indefinitely, the situation is dire, and we consider this a humanitarian crisis — one that could overwhelm our social support network without immediate and sustained federal intervention,” Bowser wrote in requesting help from the National Guard.

But Bowser never called in the National Guard when Black Lives Matter and Antifa were burning down the city during the George Floyd riots.

“We’ve had a number of discussions,” Bowser said. “We’ve facilitated FEMA’s involvement with a million dollar grant that has now been increased to work with a lead nonprofit agency. We’ve facilitated using those grant funds to set up respite center in a neighboring jurisdiction and I’ve also asked the Secretary of the Army to deploy the D.C. National Guard to help lead that effort.”

Abbott responded on Twitter, writing: “D.C. is experiencing a fraction of the disastrous impact the border crisis has caused Texas.”

“Mayor Bowser should stop attacking Texas for securing the border & demand Joe Biden do his job,” Abbott added.

Bowser said in her letter that she expects the “crisis” in D.C., a term that Democrats have resisted using when talking about Biden’s border crisis, “to escalate.” “The number of people crossing the border seeking asylum, we expect to only go up, we need to make sure that there is a national response, not an ad hoc city by city, state by state response,” she continued.

Gee, I wonder how this immigration crisis started in the first place.

Abbott spokesperson Renae Eze told The Washington Examiner that Washington, D.C., which is overwhelmingly Democrat, “finally understands what Texans have been dealing with every single day, as our communities are overrun and overwhelmed by thousands of illegal immigrants thanks to President Biden’s open border policies.”

Over the past three months, more than 150 buses have transported over 4,000 migrants to D.C. from Arizona and Texas. They weren't forced to go there, just as they aren't forced to go back home. But given the opportunity, the migrants elected to go to D.C. and were assisted in their endeavors.

And now New York City is getting what they deserve too as Mayor Eric Adams, who endorsed illegal immigration and open borders, is receiving the human results of that sentiment.

VP Hahaharris goes straight to politics on 51 illegal alien deaths: attacks Gov. Abbott, not Biden

"No, this is the one for the nose; the other is for the ear"

On Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Hahaharris used the deaths of 51 illegal U.S. border crossers to attack Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's despair and resentment of the Biden administration's ineptness of his mishandling of the border crisis. Specifically, the illegal aliens died after being left abandoned in a big rig in San Antonio, Texas this week.

"How the governor of that state responded really highlights part of the problem because his response when there are 50 dead bodies in his state is to go straight to politics," Harris said in a nasal sounding interview with NPR. "Instead of dealing with the realities of the issue."

The realities of the issue are clear: this administration wants open borders; cartel smugglers are making billions of dollars in delivering them without care for the condition in which they arrive; and besides these deaths, fentanyl is the leading cause of U.S. deaths among people 18 to 45 years of age, and it gets here by crossing our southern border.

Officials are still investigating one of the deadliest human smuggling cases in modern U.S. history and had our sovereignty been respected by Biden and his handler(s), this would have likely never happened because the incentive to come here would be gone.

"These deaths are on Biden," tweeted Abbott Monday night. "They are a result of his deadly open border policies. They show the deadly consequences of his refusal to enforce the law."

What about that statement isn't true?

President Biden mush-mouthed back at Abbott, accusing him of "political grandstanding" after several Republicans slammed the administration’s border policies by merely pointing them out. It's akin to pissing off an Islamist by quoting the Koran and pointing out that Muhammad married Ayisha when she was 6-years-old.

The truth is obvious: they wouldn't come if we didn't have open borders, provide assistance for the migrants, and give them benefits that even some of our military veterans don't get.

Hahaharris said the administration is taking "seriously" the issue of human smuggling which has increased in recent years as smugglers look to turn a profit on one of the most contested issues in the U.S.

Yes, they are taking it seriously, so much so that they hope to get some serious Democratic voters in the process.

"There have been over 2,000 arrests just in the last three months. I think there are at least eight indictments that have happened," she said. "We need to deal with that, right, in terms of the consequences of criminal behavior that results in death."

And yet there have been, and continue to be, record numbers of illegal aliens coming into the country, some of whom are likely to be terrorists since we know they are trying to get here.

Harris, who was appointed Biden's 'Border Czar'  has never visited the border, nor Europe, but tried to lay the blame on the shoulders of the Trump administration, because that's all they have left to say. Based on what Trump gets accused of even since being out of office this long, one would think he's capable of running the entire planet. 

The victims in Monday’s tragic deaths included at least 22 migrants from Mexico, seven from Guatemala and two from Honduras.

The not whipped illegal alien and fake news star sues US Gov't for blocking him at border and not feeding or sheltering him

Illegal aliens from Haiti, who have since been deported and not being permitted to live off the US taxpayer, are suing the Biden administration because they hope to get taxpayer money in the process.

The lawsuit was generated by the encounter near Del Rio, Texas, in September. Thousands of illegal aliens from Haiti attempted to illegally enter the United States, as reported by The New York Times, an excellent birdcage liner.

The lawsuit's main case is around incidents in which mounted Border Patrol agents did their job by controlling the illegal attempts at invading our country. This resulted in fake news claims that the illegal aliens were being whipped by our Border Patrol agents, but later proved to be a lie perpetrated by our socialist-loving, Trump-hating, anti-America media. It turns out that the agents were holding reins, not whips and shows that the mainstream media knows as much about horseback riding as they know about guns.

One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is Mirard Joseph, the illegal alien whose photo of him not being whipped by Border Patrol agents became famous.

“It was the most humiliating experience of my life,” the illegal alien said in the lawsuit. 

The lawsuit explains that Joseph left Haiti in 2017 to live in Chile but decided this year that he no longer liked living in Chile and wanted to seek asylum in the United States. He believed the rules of asylum-seeking didn't apply to him because he thinks that he is special and can just waltz right into the United States and collect welfare. 

So the guy was "seeking asylum" from the cruelty of Chile, if we are to take him seriously.

Revelles should be sued by Border Patrol, not the other way around. 

Other individuals named or for who pseudonyms are used were also living in the oppressive country of Chile before they decided to enter the United States illegally to seek asylum from the cruel conditions . . . supposedly.

The lawsuit claims the Haitians were a victim of the Biden administration’s “cruel Haitian Deterrence Policy.” By "cruel" they must be alluding to their failure to be included in the $450,000 our brain-addled President wants to give each illegal alien just for showing up.

Joseph and the 10 other illegal immigrants in the lawsuit are “asylum seekers who were victims of U.S. officials’ abusive treatment in the [Customs and Border Protection] Encampment and expelled without an opportunity to access the U.S. asylum system.”

They claim they were unfairly and wrongly deported.

Yeah, show us that in our laws about how they were unfairly deported and I will show you in our laws how those who were not deported should have been deported. Have they even read the laws?

The lawsuit states that conditions under which the illegal immigrants lived when they attempted to cross the border were inhumane, with too little food and water being provided for them, requiring them to buy their food and water in Mexico. 

It was their choice to come to the US because they knew Biden's handler(s) wouldn't stop them for the most part. The responsibility of the dangerous journey they took in order to collect the free gifts the government would give them, was their responsibility.

The lawsuit cites an illegal immigrant, with the pseudonym of Esther, who claims agents on horseback forced her into the Rio Grande and told her, “Go back to Mexico.” 

The lawsuit claims the illegal immigrants were sent back to Haiti where their lives were in danger. In the case of Joseph, it said he “is currently in Haiti, where he remains in hiding out of fear of being attacked or kidnapped if he ventures outside.”

We have a serious self-imposed immigration problem in the US. The irony is that the left constantly talks about how terrible our country is while people from all parts of the globe are trying to get into it, both legally and illegally.

Biden seems clueless over $450K migrant separation payments

The face you make when something is amiss in your skivvies

Alleged President Joe Biden may have been kept in the dark or slept through a DOJ briefing about the Brandon administration is trying to do for illegal aliens. 

According to the ACLU [an oxymoron] Biden “may not have been fully briefed about the actions of his very own Justice Department,” as evidenced by his labeling a news report as "garbage" that his administration is hoping to hand out $450,000 per person in payouts to families separated after illegally crossing the US-Mexico border.

ACLU Executive Director and big George Soros fan, Anthony Romero, warned the brain addled President that he risked “abandoning a core campaign promise to do justice for the thousands of separated families." This promise was to give each individual of illegal alien families who had been separated at the U.S.-Mexico border [in accordance with U.S. law that prohibits children from being place with their incarcerated parents who illegally crossed the border in order to reap the benefits of the taxpayer's labor] more money than the families of our dead military members who were killed in the line of duty. 

“We respectfully remind President Biden that he called these actions ‘criminal’ in a debate with then-President Trump, and campaigned on remedying and rectifying the lawlessness of the Trump administration,” Romero said. “We call on President Biden to right the wrongs of this national tragedy,” by paying off these miscreants for their crime.

Hours earlier, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy had asked Biden if the payments, which were first reported last week by the Wall Street Journal, could incentivize even more illegal immigration.

“If you guys keep sending that garbage out? Yeah. But it’s not true,” Biden shot back, sounding as if he had a clue about what he was saying.

“So this is a garbage report?” Doocy asked.

“Yeah. $450,000 per person — is that what you’re saying?” Biden replied. “That’s not gonna happen.”

See, the person behind the curtain forgot to tell him, or he forgot he was told.

When Doocy asked him about the reported plan several days ago at a G-20 press conference in Rome, Biden looked away and scratched his forehead and allegedly pooped his pants, according to anonymous sources.

However, the Journal reported last week that the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services “are considering payments [of your money] that could amount to close to $1 million a family” for migrants detained during the Trump administration. 

A million dollars to break the law!

The Journal reported that around 940 claims have already been filed by immigrant families who were separated at the border.

It pays to come to the US illegally with kids and allow yourself to get caught. The payout might turn out to be a lot better than "Wheel of Fortune." Who wouldn't take a shot at this move?
