Pro-Life activist Mark Houck wins 7-figure settlement against Biden DOJ

A pro-life activist has received a seven-figure settlement nearly four years after an early morning FBI raid on his home generated outrage and concern about the federal government’s treatment of pro-life advocates outside abortion clinics.

In a statement published Thursday, the pro-life advocacy group 40 Days for Life Institute of Law & Justice announced that pro-life activist Mark Houck won a settlement of over $1 million nearly four years after the early morning FBI raid on his home generated outrage. Houck, a devout Catholic father of seven, was charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act by the Biden administration in 2022.

The FACE Act subjects anyone who “intentionally injures, intimidates, or interferes with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person” who provides or assists in the provision of abortions to federal charges. The charges against Houck stemmed from an incident that took place as Houck and his son prayed outside an abortion clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in October 2021.

While the U.S. Department of Justice alleged that Houck “twice assaulted a man because he was a volunteer reproductive health care clinic escort,” requiring the escort to receive “medical attention,” a fundraiser set up to pay for Houck’s legal expenses told a different story: “Last year, Mark and his son were praying in front of the PP at 12th and Locust. When one of the escorts began harassing Mark’s son they walked down the street away from the entrance to the building. When one of the escorts began harassing Mark’s son they walked down the street away from the entrance to the building. The escort followed them, and when he continued yelling at Mark’s son, Mark pushed him away.”

While a jury acquitted Houck in early 2023, Houck and his wife filed a lawsuit later that year alleging that the DOJ engaged in malicious and retaliatory prosecution, abuse of process, false arrest and assault.

In a video message last Thursday, 40 Days for Life CEO Shawn Carney described the settlement as “a bigger victory for the pro-life movement at large” as well as “a huge victory for free speech” and “a huge victory for all Americans who want our right to speak our minds peacefully in a law-abiding way without fear of our own government.”

Carney maintained that the charges against Houck came as the pro-life movement and 40 Days for Life, in particular, received “so much persecution from the DOJ under Biden” and expressed gratitude that “President Trump has corrected that.”

“It has been absolutely night and day. Under Biden, at one point, we were getting one to two inquiries from the FBI per week at different 40 Days for Life locations,” he added.

News of Houck’s settlement comes as MS NOW has reported that the DOJ is scheduled to release a report concluding that the Biden administration “shattered the public’s trust by weaponizing the FACE Act to advance a pro-abortion agenda.”

In an interview with The Christian Post, pro-life activists Terrisa Bukovinac and Randall Terry identified DOJ prosecutor Sanjay Patel as a key figure in the targeting of pro-life activists under the Biden administration.

Terry named Patel as the DOJ official responsible for orchestrating the raid on Houck’s home. The Houck raid sparked calls from Bukovinac, Terry and others to impeach then-U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and repeal the FACE Act. Terry has insisted, both four years ago and today, that the law “broke the back” of the pro-life movement by subjecting those who engage in abortion clinic blockades to federal charges rather than local trespass charges. “It was always designed to isolate people of faith who wanted to defend the unborn,” Terry told CP in an earlier interview.

Hegseth retires Army chief of staff as Pentagon gets house-cleaning

War Secretary Pete Hegseth asked Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George to step down and take immediate retirement Thursday in a sweeping leadership house cleaning as the U.S. military remains engaged in combat with Iran.

A senior War Department official told Fox News that the War Secretary called George Thursday and asked for his immediate retirement, saying, "It was time for a leadership change in the Army."

Chief spokesperson Sean Parnell said in a statement on X, "General Randy A. George will be retiring from his position as the 41st Chief of Staff of the Army effective immediately. The Department of War is grateful for General George’s decades of service to our nation. We wish him well in his retirement."

An Army official told Fox News Hegseth did not give George any reason for asking him to step down, but naturally, our hearts go out for him.

George, the Army’s top uniformed officer and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was nominated by alleged former President Joe Biden and confirmed by the Senate in 2023. He had been expected to serve a four-year term through roughly 2027.

Prior to becoming Army chief, George, a career infantry officer with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, served as senior military assistant to former sissy Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin from 2021 to 2022, according to his official biography.

Gen. Christopher LaNeve, the Army’s vice chief of staff, will serve as acting chief, according to a senior War Department official.

Look, this move underscores growing tensions between Hegseth and Army Secretary Dan Driscoll.

Hegseth recently intervened to remove multiple Army officers from a promotion list after Driscoll refused to do so, an unusual step, and probably a fireable offense.

The disagreement caught the attention of the White House, which reviews senior military promotion lists before they are sent to the Senate, the official said.

And this abrupt removal also marks the latest in a series of high-level military leadership changes under Hegseth, who has moved aggressively to reshape senior ranks for a change where high testosterone men will lead the military.

The shakeups have included the removal or sidelining of several top uniformed leaders across the services, such as former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr. and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti, both of whom were pushed out earlier in the second Trump administration.

Other moves have reached deep into the military’s senior leadership pipeline. Hegseth replaced the Army’s vice chief of staff earlier in 2026 and removed Lt. Gen. Jennifer Short from her role as senior military assistant, installing close allies in key advisory positions.

Donald LeMon may be in deep poo over disrupting church services

The Justice Department under the new administration isn't messing around when it comes to defending houses of worship from disruption — and former CNN host Don Lemon has found himself squarely in the crosshairs.

A top DOJ official is signaling that federal charges could be coming for those who stormed a church service in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Sunday, including Lemon for his embedded role with the anti-ICE protesters.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon laid it out plainly in an interview with podcaster Benny Johnson on Monday, warning of serious consequences and pointing to statutes that could bring lengthy prison time.

“I see various crimes that have occurred,” she told Johnson. “Exactly what they are I’m not going to flag, but the FACE Act has been mentioned as one of the predicates there. In other cases, the Biden DOJ used the Klan Act conspiracy charges tacked onto the FACE Act in the case of protests outside abortion clinics to bring much longer sentences.”

Dhillon didn't hold back when turning to Lemon's involvement, dismissing any notion that "committing journalism" provides immunity.

“Don Lemon himself has come out and said he knew exactly what was going to happen inside that facility. He went into the facility, and then he began ‘committing journalism,’ as if that’s sort of a shield from being a part, an embedded part of a criminal conspiracy, it isn’t,” she said.

The potential charges could invoke the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act — which protects access to religious services just as it does abortion facilities — and the Ku Klux Klan Act (the Enforcement Act of 1871), which targets conspiracies to deprive people of their civil rights, including religious liberty. Violations can carry more than a decade behind bars and steep fines.

Dhillon noted that these same tools were once deployed against peaceful pro-life demonstrators outside clinics, a reminder that civil-rights enforcement cuts both ways, depending on who's in charge.

"The FACE Act is just the start," she continued. "Like I said, you have material support for disruptive activities, you have conspiracy to violate civil rights, you have potentially the use of other instrumentalities to commit crimes."

The incident stemmed from protesters targeting the Cities Church because one pastor reportedly works with a local ICE field office. Demonstrators entered the sanctuary, shouted at worshippers, and disrupted the service.

The DOJ, Dhillon said, is still putting its "ducks in a row," but the message is unmistakable. "Come next Sunday, nobody should think in the United States that they're going to be able to get away with this. Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long, long time," she added.

This is the Trump-era DOJ making clear: Houses of worship aren't protest zones, and claiming press credentials doesn't grant a free pass to join the fray. So sorry, Donny boy. Deal with it.

Trump Cheers as Minnesota Judge Refuses to Hamstring “Highly Successful” ICE Operations

President Trump is singing the praises of a "highly respected" Minnesota federal judge after she shot down the state's desperate bid to slap a temporary restraining order on I.C.E. operations in the heavily Democratic-controlled state.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Kate Menendez, a Biden autopen appointee, flat-out rejected Minnesota's request to freeze I.C.E.'s work while the state's lawsuit against the Trump administration crawls through the courts.

"A highly respected judge declined to block I.C.E. operations in the very politically corrupt State of Minnesota. I.C.E. will therefore be allowed to continue its highly successful operation of removing some of the most violent and vicious criminals anywhere in the World, many of them murderers, from the State," Trump declared. "The great patriots of Law Enforcement will continue to make our Country safe. RECORD LOW CRIME NUMBERS!!!"

Judge Menendez was careful to note that her ruling on the emergency motion wasn't a preview of how she’ll ultimately decide the bigger case. As CBS News reported, she said: "I think the issues are really important and I don't want to suggest by not acting immediately one way or the other that I think they are unimportant. To the contrary, I understand this is important to everybody."

Minnesota had begged for a quick two-week timeout, claiming the state needed breathing room to prepare its legal challenge and insisting that the 3,000 federal agents flooding Minneapolis and the surrounding areas were somehow trampling on citizens' rights.

The feds are required to respond to the lawsuit by January 19. Menendez also turned down a federal prosecutor’s request to push back that deadline because of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, telling both sides the matter was simply too urgent for any delay.

The whole circus kicked off Monday when radical Minnesota AG Keith Ellison announced the state was suing the Trump administration to halt what he dramatically called an "invasion" of federal agents. The timing was no coincidence: the lawsuit dropped just days after Minneapolis resident Renee Good was fatally shot by an I.C.E. agent following a confrontation in which she drove her vehicle toward him. That incident has fueled nonstop protests for more than a week now, prompting the administration to pour even more agents into the city.

Then, on Wednesday night, another I.C.E. shooting sent Minneapolis spiraling further into outrage. According to DHS, a federal agent was ambushed and attacked by three individuals while attempting to take a suspected Venezuelan illegal immigrant into custody on the city’s Northside.President Trump isn’t backing down.

On Thursday he fired off a warning shot on Truth Social, threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act if Minnesota's "corrupt politicians" don't rein in the chaos: "If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State. Thank you for you [sic] attention to this matter!"

Bottom line: Trump is thrilled, I..C.E. keeps rolling, and the left’s attempt to kneecap federal immigration enforcement in Minnesota just hit a brick wall.

Iran Protests Heat Up as Trump Draws a Red Line, and the Regime Feels the Heat

The Wall Street Journal dropped a bombshell on Saturday: "Admin officials have had preliminary discussions about how to carry out an attack on Iran if needed to follow up on Trump's threats." One option is reportedly on the table-- a large-scale aerial strike targeting multiple Iranian military sites.

This comes as the mullahs' grip is slipping fast and he's evidently in hiding because that "[W]e prefer death over life" doesn't apply to leaders. 

Protesters are out in force across Iran, with vehicles burning amid the anti-government unrest that kicked off on December 28th. What started as rage over skyrocketing inflation has morphed into full-throated demands to end the Islamic regime. Of course, the regime, predictably, is pointing fingers at the US and Israel for "fomenting unrest." Classic deflection from a government that's been bleeding legitimacy for years.

In the middle of all this chaos, President Trump made it crystal clear where America stands. On Truth Social Saturday, the President posted that the United States "stands ready to help" since Iran "is looking at freedom." 

You always know what Trump is thinking.

Trump has been consistent. Just days earlier, during his Thursday interview on the Hugh Hewitt Show, he laid down the law: if the Iranian regime starts "killing people," the US will "hit them really hard."

The ayatoilets aren't helping their case. On the same day the WSJ report hit, Iran's Revolutionary Guards' intelligence wing bragged about arresting a foreigner accused of spying for Israel, according to Tasnim news agency. 

Paranoia is running high in Tehran, and for good reason.

Bottom line: The Iranian people are rising up, the regime is cracking down, and President Trump is signaling that America isn't going to sit idly by if the killing continues, because as of this posting, there have been reportedly 200 Iranian freedom fighters killed.

US Dropped $10 Billion and 42 American Lives into the Somali Black Hole

If you want a masterclass in how Washington turns a fake crisis into an endless money pit and graveyard for American heroes, look no further than Somalia.

A phony famine [yes seriously] sucked us into the Horn of Africa mess, and decades later, we still can't seem to find the exit door.

Back in 2024, the Biden crew was actually bragging that "the U.S. government is the single largest donor of humanitarian assistance to Somalia." 

Shocker. The year before that we sent $1.1 billion down the drain. And the pattern goes way back. Spending jumped from a modest $103 million under a Republican House to $300 million once Pelosi's Democrats took the wheel. By 2017 we were past half a billion, 2018 topped $800 million, and by 2020, right around the time Rep. Ilhan Omar settled into her congressional seat, we blew past the $1 billion annual mark.

Over the last decade alone we spent $9.3 billion, and since 9/11 we blew over $10 billion. 

Even with the second Trump administration trying to slam the brakes, another $150 million got earmarked for 2025. We've been shoveling "humanitarian" cash at Somalia’s never-ending (and highly questionable) famines, while also making it one of the top recipients of security aid in sub-Saharan Africa, despite plenty of other places being far more chaotic.

Here's the dirty little secret: the explosion in spending tracks perfectly with the rising political clout of Somali immigrants in key American states. And the whole disastrous saga traces straight back to Maine.

Democrat Sen. George Mitchell, partial Lebanese Arab heritage and all, became the chief cheerleader for intervention after the UN manufactured a famine scare, insisting millions of Somalis were "on the brink of starving to death." The former director of OFDA (USAID's predecessor) called it "the worst humanitarian disaster in the world today." 

Reality check: there was no mass famine. Food shortages were isolated to a few rural pockets, not Mogadishu, where we stupidly sent our troops. The real trigger was the fall of dictator Mohammed Siad Barre’s regime and the ensuing civil war. Somali elites, including Rep. Omar's father, one of Barre's colonels, fled to the U.S., landing in places like Minnesota and Maine. They built influence fast and lobbied hard: intervene now, or millions die!

Mitchell pushed the mission like someone pushing a rope as if it's a shopping cart with square wheels. He defended the growing Somali community against immigration restrictions, and refused to pull troops even as things went south. The intervention cost the lives of "thirty American soldiers, four marines, and eight Air Force personnel."

Here's a grim visual reminder of what that political pressure delivered:

Omar: her husband wants her to see other relatives

It quickly morphed into something far uglier: a proxy war pushed by Somali Darod exiles (the clan of Rep. Omar and much of the old ruling class) against Mohamed Farrah Aidid. "Warlord" for sure, but no more than the others. The difference is that he was systematically taking out the Darod power players, and they wanted him gone.

A reluctant President George H.W. Bush caved to the pressure and sent 26,000 troops. Original cost estimate: $200 million, while the actual bill came to $885 million (over $2 billion in today’s dollars). Bush funded it by slashing C-130 production and defense research, a move so stupid that the Democrats loved it.

Then came the UN tether: American forces got tied to Pakistani "peacekeepers" whose government backed Aidid's rivals. They picked a fight over a radio station, sparking a clash. We jumped in to back them up, and boom, the Battle of Mogadishu.

Eighteen Americans killed, bodies dragged through the streets, 84 wounded. The worst single-day loss since Vietnam. And yes, Al Qaeda operatives were right there on the ground. Bin Laden watched, concluded America was paper-tiger weak, and the path to 9/11 got shorter.

The supposed 4.5 million starving Somalis was pure codswallop, just like the UN's later fake-famine claims in Gaza, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen. By 1996 the population had actually grown by about 500,000 since the civil war started. Up nearly 20% by decade's end. Not exactly famine stats. The 300,000 "famine deaths" claim came mostly from malaria, according to aid workers on the ground.

Dozens of American soldiers died for a lie sold by Somali clan operatives here at home.

Now they want us to fund the African Union peacekeeping mission. The UN's latest budget proposal is a "modest" $102.8 million, but costs always balloon.

We're supposedly there to help the Somali regime battle Al-Shabaab (local Al Qaeda flavor). Except it's all clan warfare dressed up as counterterrorism. Al-Shabaab gets Iranian backing; the regime gets Turkey and Qatar. Terrorists fighting terrorists. What could go wrong?

Meanwhile, Somali Christians live in hiding, underground churches, constant death threats. One Somali Christian put it bluntly: "Outwardly, all Somali Muslims must support attacks on Somali Christians because otherwise they may not be seen as Muslim." 

Their scripture dictates it and so they must obey.

Our troops aren't protecting them. They're propping up Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, the same guy who publicly declared "Hamas is not a terrorist outfit but rather a movement for the liberation of its territory and people" and praised the blood in Gaza as heralding the "forthcoming liberation of the Al-Aqsa Mosque."

Bottom line: America bled treasure and lives for a nonexistent famine, set the stage for 9/11, and got dragged into endless "stabilization" to counter Somali pirates, terrorists, and the very refugees whose communities have cost taxpayers billions through fraud schemes, from Minnesota welfare meal scams ($250 million alone) to housing and autism rackets. 

Somalia's officials got busted embezzling $21 million and branded "very corrupt." Meanwhile, Somalis in Minnesota and Ohio allegedly embezzled billions more, no wonder their foreign minister, UN ambassador, and deputy speaker have all been linked to shady health care companies here.

We gave Somalia billions. Then Somalis took billions from us. After 42 American lives and over $10 billion flushed away, it’s long past time to get Somalia out of America, and get America the hell out of Somalia.

Marco obliterates Left's narrative on Venezuela and targets Kamala Hahaharris too

Secretary of State Marco Rubio was all over the Sunday shows this weekend, breaking down the bold U.S. move that snatched illegitimate Venezuelan narco-dictator Nicolas Maduro on Saturday. The guy probably pulled an all-nighter prepping for the op, but he showed up sharp as ever, schooling the media on the facts.

Rubio absolutely torched the tired Democrat talking point on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker, shredding the nonsense that Trump was chasing Venezuelan oil. He turned the tables hard. We don't need their oil one bit. But we're sure not going to sit back while adversaries run the show down there. "Why does China need their oil? Why does Russia need their oil? Why does Iran need their oil?" We're drawing a line: no enemy bases in our backyard.

Rubio hammered home that oil revenues should go to Venezuelans, not line the pockets of Maduro's corrupt crew. That's why over eight million fled the hellhole his regime created, plenty landing right here in America. No way we're letting outsiders from across the globe waltz in and wreck the hemisphere.

Former VP and failed P candidate, Kamala Harris, slammed the whole thing as illegal, all about regime change or grabbing oil.

But Rubio ripped into the Biden-Harris crowd for their hypocrisy. They slapped a $25 million bounty on Maduro's head but never lifted a finger. Now Harris acts shocked there's actually a basis to haul him in?

"In the Biden administration, they had a $25 million reward for [Maduro's] capture," Rubio told NBC News' Kristen Welker Sunday.

"So, we have a reward for his capture, but we’re not going to enforce it?" Rubio asked, incredulously.

Talk is cheap with these folks, but Trump delivers. Rubio nailed it.

Like I said before, Biden and Harris were masters of empty words. Maduro played them like fools, promising fair elections in exchange for sanction relief. 

Guess how that ended? He reneged, clung to power anyway. And did Harris ever crack the code on those "root causes" of migration flooding our borders? Spoiler: Maduro's nightmare regime was a massive one.

Sean Duffy purges 3,000 trucker license training providers after illegal immigrant driver crashes

The adults are finally back in charge at the Department of Transportation.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy just dropped the hammer so hard on the "illegal trucking chain" that the Biden-era grifters are probably still hearing the echo.

In one glorious sweep, Duffy's team just booted nearly 3,000 sketchy CDL training providers off the federal registry because, low and behold, they were faking records, bribing examiners, and basically running a clown car college for people who have no business piloting an 80,000-pound death missile down the interstate.

Another 4,500 got the "you’re next" letter while the feds comb through the remaining 16,000 like it's an IRS audit on steroids.

And the best part is how FMCSA Administrator Derek D. Barrs responded saying that providers unwilling to follow the rules "have no place training America's commercial drivers." 

Secretary Duffy, never one to let a good house-cleaning go uncelebrated, lit up the previous administration like a Christmas tree on fire: "This administration is cracking down on every link in the illegal trucking chain. Under Joe Robinette Biden and Pete "What, Me Worry?" Buttigieg, bad actors were able to game the system and let unqualified drivers flood our roadways. Their negligence endangered every family on America's roadways, and it ends today. Under President Trump, we are reigning in illegal and reckless practices that let poorly trained drivers get behind the wheel of semi-trucks and school buses."

Meanwhile, Minnesota just got put on the 30-day clock to revoke a mountain of illegally issued commercial licenses or kiss $30 million in highway cash goodbye. That’s right, Gov. "Tampon Tim" Walz's utopia apparently handed out CDLs like participation trophies to non-domiciled drivers (read: a third of them were bogus). Tick-tock, boys and girls.

All of this comes after a parade of horrific crashes involving illegal immigrant truckers with shiny new licenses they never should've gotten: Harjinder Singh, Partap Singh, Jashanpreet Singh, Rajinder Kumar… the Singh-sational tour of interstate carnage that the open border wokesters pretended wasn't happening.

Remember when the media swore these were just isolated incidents and anyone who noticed a pattern was a big meanie? Yeah, about that.

Sean Duffy and the Trump administration just said, "Hold my coffee," and started ripping out the entire rotten infrastructure that put these disasters on wheels.

Two West Virginia Guard members are fighting for their lives after getting ambushed just blocks from the White House by some guy named Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who somehow waltzed into America courtesy of Joe Biden’s "Operation Allies Welcome." You remember that one, the humanitarian clusterfrack where we airlifted tens of thousands of Afghans out of Kabul, slapped a participation trophies on them, and called it "vetting."

Former FBI Special Agent Nicole Parker, who actually worked the mess on the ground, just dropped the mic on Fox News Digital:

'They said it is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode because we've just allowed all of these people into our country… Initially, it was a free-for-all and no one was being vetted… Many times it felt like anyone was allowed to come into the United States from Afghanistan, regardless of who they were… What happened to our National Guard service members is a direct result of their lack of vetting… America is full of people we do not know. We don't know who they are, where they are, or what sleeper cells are here."

Free-for-all. Ticking time bomb. Sleeper cells. Merry freakin’ Christmas, America.

Parker says FBI agents and DoD contractors flagged people who absolutely should not have come here, only to watch the Biden State Department override them like it was a game of diplomatic Red Rover. "There were individuals that were not being recommended to come to the United States, yet they were being overridden by the Biden State Department," she said.

The DHS Inspector General basically wrote a 50-page "We told you so," documenting rushed "lily pad" staging bases, missing records, and vetting so sloppy it makes TSA look like the Mossad. A separate Pentagon IG report found at least 50 evacuees with "potentially serious security concerns" got waved through anyway, and officials lost track of dozens more who pinged the terror watchlist bingo card.

Even U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro (yes, that Jeanine Pirro) unloaded: "This is what happens in this country when people who are not properly vetted are let in."

And newly minted FBI Director Kash Patel said: "This individual is in this country for one reason and one reason alone, because of the disastrous withdrawal from the Biden administration and the failure to vet in any way, shape or form this individual and countless others."

Remember when Alejandro Mayorkas, with a straight face, swore up and down that "well over 99 percent" of evacuees were properly screened? Yeah, about that, when Lindsey Graham reminded him he was under oath and asked if he could guarantee no terrorists slipped through, Mayorkas mumbled, "No. No, I can’t speak to that."

Of course he can't. Because the directive straight from the top was "fill the planes, ask questions never." Senator Josh Hawley uncovered an August 2021 email literally telling officials to "err on the side of excess" and let people board even if their paperwork was, shall we say, creatively incomplete.

So here we are: two American heroes in critical condition, a suspected Afghan shooter who drove cross-country with his wife and five kids to allegedly play jihad near 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and a vetting process that was apparently run by the same people who designed Healthcare.gov.

Thank goodness there's a new sheriff in town.

‘Nothing To Hide’: Trump Fires Back at Dem Hoax, Demands Full Epstein Files Dump Now

President Trump isn't backing down from the Radical Left's latest witch hunt. On Sunday night, the man who just crushed the Democrats in a landslide victory lit a fire under House Republicans, demanding they vote to unleash every last page of Jeffrey Epstein's filthy files."It's time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics..." Trump blasted on Truth Social, calling out the desperate deflection for what it is: a pathetic attempt to smear the GOP's unstoppable momentum.

This comes hot on the heels of Trump's razor-sharp order to the Justice Department probe Epstein's sleazy ties to Big Dem players like Bill Clinton, the king of the Clinton crime family. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is gearing up for a vote this week on a bill that would force the full release. Pass it in the House, and it'll need 60 Senate votes to land on Trump's desk for the signature that buries this nonsense once and for all.

"As I said on Friday night aboard Air Force One to the Fake News Media, House Republicans should vote to release the Epstein files, because we have nothing to hide, and it’s time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics in order to deflect from the Great Success of the Republican Party, including our recent Victory on the Democrat 'Shutdown,'" Trump wrote, dropping truth bombs that have the swamp in full panic mode.

Trump laid it out plain: The DOJ's already coughed up tens of pages on Epstein, and the House Oversight Committee can grab whatever it's legally owed. No smoke, no fire—except the one burning the Democrats' bridges.

"Nobody cared about Jeffrey Epstein when he was alive and, if the Democrats had anything, they would have released it before our Landslide Election Victory," Trump hammered home. "Some 'members' of the Republican Party are being 'used,' and we can't let that happen. Let's start talking about the Republican Party’s Record Setting Achievements, and not fall into the Epstein 'TRAP,' which is actually a curse on the Democrats, not us."

Bingo. 

Trump's zeroing in on the real dirt: His directive has the DOJ eyeing "various Democrat operatives (Bill Clinton, Reid Hoffman, Larry Summers, etc.) and their relationship to Epstein." And in a follow-up gut punch, Trump vowed to prosecute any Dems caught in "sleazy relationships" with the predator.

Enough with the Epstein sideshow, Trump says; time to roar about the real wins. Skyrocketing economy. Massive tax cuts for working Americans. Trillions pouring in from investors betting on America First. And Trump's iron-fisted crackdown on the Biden-era border invasion that's flooding our streets with chaos.

Trump's had it up to here with the Epstein obsession. Just last week, desperate Dems leaked a batch of emails where Epstein spewed lies, claiming Trump "knew about the girls" and "spent hours" at his creepy lair with one victim. Total bull frisbees. The House GOP Oversight Committee fired back with 20,000 pages of docs on Wednesday, and the White House slammed the door: Trump had zero involvement in Epstein's depravity.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt nailed it: The so-called "victim" in those emails was the late Virginia Giuffre, who never once pointed a finger at Trump. Another Dem dirty trick, exposed and eviscerated. 

As Trump might say, 'They should be ashamed of themselves.'

Trump's message is crystal: We've got nothing to hide, but the Democrats are sweating bullets. 

House GOP needs to step up and release the files, crush the hoax, and let's get back to Making America Great Again.

ICE busts illegal Moldovan alian convicted of torture, murder via fenestration from 9th floor

Oh, joy. In a plot twist that even M. Night Shyamalan couldn't dream up, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has finally rounded up Victoria Sorocean, a Moldovan illegal alien and convicted killer whose idea of a good time apparently involved turning someone into a human piñata before yeeting them out a ninth-floor window. 

Victoria Sorocean was taken into custody in Los Angeles on Nov. 4 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after authorities learned she had been convicted of premeditated murder with exceptional cruelty in 2013, ICE told Fox News on Tuesday.

According to DHS, Sorocean and an accomplice tortured their victim inside an apartment in Chisinau, Moldova, beating the person with a stick and electrical cable before throwing the victim out a ninth-floor window.

She was sentenced to 17 years in prison but fled the country to avoid serving her sentence. Smart move, Victoria, because nothing says "commitment issues" like dodging a Moldovan slammer by hopping a flight to the land of the free... and apparently the home of the thrown.

Sorocean was first arrested by ICE on Jan. 10, 2020, under the first Trump administration, but she later filed multiple legal appeals and asylum claims to delay removal, DHS said.Officials said she was ultimately released back into the U.S. in 2022 under the Biden administration. Ah, yes, the Biden era: where "catch and release" isn't just for fishermen, it's the official policy for folks who'd make Hannibal Lecter blush. Thanks to that genius stroke of compassion, our neighborhoods got an upgrade to "international fugitive flea market."

DHS said the case highlights the failures of the previous administration, which it said allowed millions of illegal aliens, including violent criminals and murderers like Sorocean, to roam free in American neighborhoods.

"These are the types of barbaric criminal illegal aliens ICE is targeting every single day," she added. "Seventy percent of all ICE arrests are of illegal aliens charged or convicted of a crime in the U.S."

"This does not even include foreign fugitives like this convicted murderer. Under President [Donald] Trump and Secretary [Kristi] Noem, the world’s criminals are no longer welcome in the U.S.," McLaughlin said.

Sorocean will remain in ICE custody pending deportation proceedings, DHS said. Fingers crossed she gets the express lane back to Moldova, Vmaybe with a complimentary parachute this time, just to keep things thematic. In the meantime, here's to the adults finally showing up to clean up the mess left by the folks who thought open borders were a feature, not a bug.

"Failed presidential candidate and former First Lady Crooked Hillary stole furniture from the White House on her way out until she was forced to return it," White House spokesman Davis Ingle spilled to Fox News Digital on Wednesday, with the relish of a gossip columnist at high tea. "Crooked Hillary is shameless and a total disgrace."

"Meanwhile, President Trump is restoring the White House to its proper glory for Americans to enjoy for generations to come — at no expense to the taxpayer — something we should all celebrate," Ingle added, because nothing says "unity" like dredging up old linen lists.Clinton, never one to let a renovation go unchallenged, had taken to the digital barricades earlier that October, rallying the masses against Trump's ballroom bonanza—a taxpayer-free extravaganza aimed at shoehorning a mega-entertaining space into the people's palace.

"And your husband who defiled the Oval Office during his presidency? President Trump’s funding a beautiful new ballroom out of his own pocket."

"A Clinton would never defile the White House," former White House staffer Alex Pfeiffer shot back in response, dripping sarcasm thicker than White House gravy.

Fox News Digital pinged Clinton's camp repeatedly for a encore on her ballroom beef and the furniture fiasco mockery, but crickets echoed louder than a empty State Dinner hall.

Meanwhile, over in the demolition derby, the White House had already swung the wrecking ball at the East Wing to make room for Trump's terpsichorean triumph. (The Associated Press) Trump himself broke the glittery ground on Monday, because why whisper when you can trumpet? 

"I am pleased to announce that ground has been broken on the White House grounds to build the new, big, beautiful White House Ballroom," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "Completely separate from the White House itself, the East Wing is being fully modernized as part of this process, and will be more beautiful than ever when it is complete!"

Federal Judge Just Smacked Down Biden's Transgender Overreach—Again

Will she get home in time to watch Judge Judy?

Oh, look, another day, another federal judge reminding the woke crowd that biology isn't a suggestion. On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola Jr. tossed out a Biden-era rule that tried to shoehorn gender identity into Title IX protections and strong-arm doctors into performing transgender procedures like it was just another flu shot.

Guirola backed Tennessee and a posse of 14 other red states that dragged the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to court over this nonsense. The judge basically said HHS went full rogue, twisting "sex discrimination" into something it was never meant to be.

"Congress only contemplated biological sex when it enacted Title IX in 1972," Guirola wrote, dropping truth bombs like it's 1972 all over again. "Therefore, the Court finds that HHS exceeded its authority by implementing regulations redefining sex discrimination and prohibiting gender-identity discrimination."

This gem of a rule dropped on May 6, 2024, back when Biden's crew was still pretending they could rewrite reality with a pen stroke. Fast-forward to the Trump era, and the states weren't taking any chances. They figured why wait for the next round of bureaucratic bullying? 

Trump's HHS lawyers tried to calm everyone down, swearing up and down that with the boss cracking down on transgender ideology, no one's getting sued over this. But Guirola wasn't buying the "trust us, bro" routine. He called the threat of enforcement "real" and said sorting this out now would finally give everyone the clarity they've been begging for.

Under this rule, states would've been stuck footing the bill for transgender surgeries through Medicaid and Medicare, while hospitals lost the right to keep bathrooms and locker rooms where they belong—segregated by actual biology. It would've nuked state health exchanges that dared to say no to the procedure parade.

Guirola laid it out plain: "When it enacted Title IX, Congress's concern was prohibiting sex discrimination in education. It was particularly concerned with inequality that female students experienced. It did not at that time contemplate gender identity, transgender status, or 'gender-affirming care,'" he wrote. In other words, Congress wasn't dreaming up a future where "sex" means whatever TikTok says it does.

Tennessee AG Jonathan Skrmetti was popping champagne over the win, and who could blame him?

"When Biden-era bureaucrats tried to illegally rewrite our laws to force radical gender ideology into every corner of American health care, Tennessee stood strong and stopped them," Skrmetti said. "This decision restores not just common sense but also constitutional limits on federal overreach, and I am proud of the team of excellent attorneys who fought this through to the finish."

Skrmetti hammered home how this would've forced hospitals into sex-segregated space chaos and made states subsidize the whole "gender-affirming" circus via Medicaid. 

The suit had the full Republican AG squad from Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, and West Virginia all piling on, because when it comes to fighting federal fairy tales, strength in numbers.Meanwhile, President Trump, never one to let Biden's legacy linger—is on a tear with executive orders to undo the transgender takeover. He's already kicked off a full audit of every Biden move on this front, making sure the madness gets the boot it deserves. 

Score one for sanity, zero for the ideologues.

Fired! Kash Patel Delivers the Pink Slips to the Deep State Spies Who Stalked GOP Senators

Folks, if you thought the FBI's hall of shame under the Biden regime was bad—and let's be honest, it was a non-stop circus of politicized persecutions—this week's fireworks from Director Kash Patel should have every red-blooded American cheering. As Susie Moore laid out over at RedState on Monday, the bureau just dropped a dossier of dynamite: former Special Counsel Jack Smith and his merry band of partisan hacks were caught red-handed spying on a baker's dozen of Republican heavy-hitters in what they dubbed the "Arctic Frost" probe into January 6 and the 2020 election steal. We're talking phone taps on Sens. Lindsay Graham (SC), Marsha Blackburn (TN), Ron Johnson (WI), Josh Hawley (MO), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Bill Hagerty (TN), Dan Sullivan (AK), Tommy Tuberville (AL), and even Rep. Mike Kelly (PA) for good measure.

Patel, that no-nonsense warrior Trump tapped to drain the swamp at the FBI, didn't just file a complaint or issue a tsk-tsk memo. Instead, he swung the axe like it was personal. By Tuesday, the entire crew was shown the door, and he made it crystal clear: this is just the appetizer. The FBI has already terminated employees and abolished the CR-15 squad just one day after it was revealed that several Republicans' private communications and phone calls had been tracked. 

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Patel stated: "We are cleaning up a diseased temple three decades in the making, identifying the rot, removing those who weaponized law enforcement for political purposes and those who do not meet the standards of this mission while restoring integrity to the FBI. I promised reform, and I intend to deliver it." 

He followed up in a tweet that read like a declaration of war on the weaponized bureaucracy: "As a result of our latest disclosure about the baseless monitoring of members of Congress by the prior leadership team of the FBI, we have already taken the following actions: We terminated employees, we abolished the weaponized CR-15 squad, and we initiated an ongoing investigation with more accountability measures ahead."

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino piled on in the replies, hitting all the right notes: "We promised you transparency and accountability. We will continue to deliver on those promises. You deserve better."

Is this what we voted for? Damn right we did.

One of the targets, Missouri's firebrand Sen. Josh Hawley, wasn't exactly sending thank-you notes to the Obama-Biden holdovers. But Patel shot back with the kind of reassurance that makes you believe in justice again: "We’re ON IT."

Look, the systematic sabotage of our institutions by the Biden White House and that sanctimonious hack Merrick Garland wasn't just incompetence, it was a full-throated assault on the Republic, the kind of banana-republic thuggery that makes Nixon's Watergate plumbers look like choirboys. They wiretapped, doxxed, and dragged their enemies through the courts like it was a blood sport, all while lecturing us about "democracy." In my book, and I suspect yours too, it eclipses any scandal in the postwar era for sheer audacity and rot.

Thank heaven (and about 75 million voters) that Donald Trump is back in the Oval, with lieutenants like Patel enforcing the kind of accountability the left only dreams of imposing on everyone else. No more kid gloves; we're talking real consequences, swift and severe. And brother, it's arriving fashionably late—but right on time.

Gov. Pritzker says actions will be met with a 'response' if National Guard is sent to Chicago

Illinois Democrat Gov. JB Pritzker is no fan of President Trump and the President is obviously not the least bit perturbed about it. 

President Trump is planning to send in the National Guard to Chicago to deal with the rampant crime. [Why, it's so bad that even actor Jussie Smollett was attacked by his own friends one cold night a few years ago.]

Anyway, the corpulent governor says that 'action will be met with a response' if Trump does what he says he'll do, which is generally what happens when he says things. Pritzker says the state will not allow the federal government 'intimidate Chicagoans' by going after criminals. "We love our criminals," the rotund governor said as he bit down decisively on a Subway ham and cheese with the works.

"Unlike Donald Trump, we keep our promises," the governor wrote Wednesday on X. "We will not stand idly by if he decides to send the National Guard to intimidate Chicagoans. Action will be met with a response," the big man said. 

Of course, President Trump is one of the few people in public office that actually does keep his promises. The only promise he didn't keep was to lock up Hillary Clinton.

Big Pritzker's comments are the latest in his recent feud with President DonaldTrump, as the federal government considers whether to send troops to the Windy city.

Last week, the governor said there is no crime emergency in Chicago and Trump is "attempting to manufacture a crisis, politicize Americans who serve in uniform, and continue abusing his power to distract from the pain he is causing working families." 

Evidently, the huge governor doesn't think that 262 murders so far this year is a crime emergency. Perhaps Pritzker needs to define the term 'crime.'

"The safety of the people of Illinois is always my top priority," full-figured Pritzker said on Saturday. "There is no emergency that warrants the President of the United States federalizing the Illinois National Guard, deploying the National Guard from other states, or sending active duty military within our own borders. We will continue to follow the law, stand up for the sovereignty of our state, and protect the people of Illinois."

I would say that the governor is shooting himself in the foot by taking this stance, but it's doubtful that he can actually see his feet. Trump said that Pritzker is a 'slob.'

On Monday, Pritzker said the potential federal deployment is "unconstitutional" and "un-American," unlike former and nearly dead POTUS, Joe Biden, who used two US Marine Corps members as a backdrop on September 1, 2022 outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia for a speech that focused on the "battle for the soul of the nation" and criticized "MAGA Republicans."

Not just shoulders

"Donald Trump wants to use the military to occupy a U.S. city, punish its dissidents and score political points," he said, as if Trump was going to run for a third term. "If this were happening in any other country, we would have no trouble calling it what it is — a dangerous power grab."

Chicago Democrat Mayor Brandon Johnson, has cited data showing that violent crime has declined in the last year, including homicides and robberies dipping by more than 30%, and shootings dropping by nearly 40%. Although, crime is still up compared to 2021, according to statistics posted by Chicago police.

It's obvious they manipulate the numbers like they do with the deficit: if the rate of deficit is lower than last year, that some how means we're saving money rather than continuing going into debt.

"The problem with the President's approach is that it is uncoordinated, uncalled for, and unsound," Johnson, who is clearly one of the dumbest American mayors, said on Friday. "Unlawfully deploying the National Guard to Chicago has the potential to inflame tensions between residents and law enforcement when we know that trust between police and residents is foundational to building safer communities."

The hypocrisy is palpable. 

For example, last year, Democratic NY Governor Kathy Hochul deployed 750 National Guard to New York City's subways to address the surge in subway crime. In 2020, Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser called for National Guard's assistance in June following the thug, George Floyd's death to deal with looting and violence. And in the same year, a number of additional cities were crime ridden and Democratic governors in Minnesota [Timmy Walz] and California [ Gavin Newsom] activated the National Guard to deal with crime and unrest. Over 30,000 Guard troops were deployed across more than 30 states, mostly under Democratic 'leadership' to assist local law enforcement.

"When we fight back against tyranny, the people united will always prevail," Johnson later said. No joke.

President Trump responded to big-boned Pritzker and dim witted Johnson on Tuesday, writing in a social media post that the governor is "incompetent" and the mayor is "no better."

"A really DEADLY weekend in Chicago," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "6 DEAD, 27 HURT IN CRIME SPREES ALLOVER THE CITY. Panic stricken Governor Pritzker says that crime is under control, when in fact it is just the opposite. He is an incompetent Governor who should call me for HELP. Mayor Johnson is no better. Make Chicago Great Again!"

Just another reminder: "Lock her up!"
