Trump's Iran deal 'largely negotiated' while GOP hawks start losing their minds

As Washington celebrated the latest draft of a Middle East peace deal, sources confirmed Thursday that President Donald Trump had nearly completed negotiations between the United States, Iran, Israel, several Gulf states, and apparently every other person on Earth except the people who would eventually have to follow the agreement.

Trump announced on Truth Social that an agreement with Iran had been “largely negotiated,” prompting immediate concern among foreign policy experts, Senate hawks, and several thousand Washington think tank employees whose job descriptions depend on perpetual regional instability.

“I am in the Oval Office at the White House where we just had a very good call,” Trump wrote, explaining that leaders across the Middle East had discussed “all things related to a Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to PEACE,” a phrase reportedly causing three defense contractors to faint simultaneously.

The president added, “An Agreement has been largely negotiated, subject to finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the various other Countries, as listed.”

Sources confirmed that nobody was entirely sure what “the various other Countries, as listed” meant, but negotiators nodded enthusiastically anyway.

The proposed agreement would reportedly reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a vital oil shipping route that Iran has largely disrupted throughout the conflict. Analysts estimate this could allow millions of barrels of oil to move freely again, while depriving cable news panels of at least six months of apocalyptic predictions.

Meanwhile, Israeli officials reportedly gathered for emergency meetings after learning that Trump had once again attempted to solve a decades-old geopolitical crisis by making phone calls and declaring victory before dessert.

Still, President Trump insisted everything was proceeding smoothly, and let's face it, most of the time he's correct.

“Separately, I had a call with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, of Israel, which, likewise, went very well,” he wrote. “Final aspects and details of the Deal are currently being discussed, and will be announced shortly. In addition to many other elements of the Agreement, the Strait of Hormuz will be opened.”

According to White House insiders, Trump spent several minutes reminding attendees that he literally wrote The Art of the Deal, while Middle Eastern diplomats quietly wondered whether that qualified as binding international law.

Not everyone was celebrating.

Republican senators immediately emerged from their underground network of strategic briefing rooms to warn that peace itself could pose a grave threat to regional stability.

Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina expressed alarm that any arrangement allowing Iran’s government to continue existing might create a “nightmare for Israel.”

“If a deal is struck to end the Iranian conflict because it is believed that the Strait of Hormuz cannot be protected from Iranian terrorism and Iran still possesses the capability to destroy major Gulf oil infrastructure, then Iran will be perceived as being a dominate [sic] force requiring a diplomatic solution,” Graham posted on X.

The war hawk added, “This combination of Iran being perceived as having the ability to terrorize the Strait in perpetuity and the ability [to] inflict massive damage to Gulf oil infrastructure is a major shift of the balance of power in the region and over time will be a nightmare for Israel.”

Experts translated Graham’s statement as: “Have we considered bombing something first and negotiating later?”

Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi was equally skeptical.

“The rumored 60-day ceasefire, with the belief that Iran will ever engage in good faith, would be a disaster. Everything accomplished by Operation Epic Fury would be for naught!” he posted.

Pentagon officials reportedly spent the afternoon explaining to Americans that “Operation Epic Fury” was, in fact, the actual name of a military campaign and not a rejected Xbox game title.

At press time, Washington hawks were warning that a negotiated settlement could dangerously undermine decades of bipartisan consensus that every Middle Eastern conflict is exactly three airstrikes away from permanent peace.

President Trump to sign executive order to get TSA agents paid

President Donald Trump said he will sign an executive order to address airport disruptions, announcing the move in a Truth Social post Thursday that framed the situation as a national emergency. And if you have been in line at any international airport lately, you would likely agree.

"Because the Democrats have recklessly created a true National Crisis, I am using my authorities under the Law to protect our Great Country," Trump wrote.

"Therefore, I am going to sign an Order . . . to immediately pay our TSA Agents in order to address this Emergency Situation."

The White House said funding from legislation backed by Trump will be used to ensure TSA agents are paid during the disruption.

"Not unlike actions taken during the first Democrat-shutdown (i.e., paying the troops), President Trump has determined that congressional Democrats have created an emergency situation that cannot be allowed to continue," White House Office of Management and Budget Communications Director Rachel Cauley said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin praised the move, writing on X that he "want[s] to thank
@POTUS for his leadership in finding a way to pay our TSA officers to end this chaos at our airports."

"These hours long lines and thousands of Americans missing their flights was caused solely by the Democrats reckless @DHSgov shutdown," Mullin added, calling on Democrats to "stop playing political games with our national security" and reopen the department.

Look, this is exactly the kind of mess you get when Democrats decide to play chicken with national security just to score cheap political points. The move comes as a 41-day partial government shutdown has disrupted the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), causing long lines at airports nationwide amid a standoff over DHS funding and immigration enforcement.

Folks, this is not complicated. Democrats own this chaos at the airports, and President Trump is stepping in, as he always does, to protect the American people while the left keeps playing their games.

Trump turns his back on NATO after they leave US waiting

President Trump just dropped a massive truth bomb on Tuesday, guys, basically telling NATO to pound sand because the United States doesn't need their so-called "help" in taking down the terrorist regime in Iran. And honestly, can you blame him?

After most of these alliance members chickened out and refused to join the military operation, Trump laid it out plain and simple.

"The United States has been informed by most of our NATO 'Allies' that they don't want to get involved with our Military Operation against the Terrorist Regime of Iran, in the Middle East, this, despite the fact that almost every Country strongly agreed with what we are doing, and that Iran cannot, in any way, shape, or form, be allowed to have a Nuclear Weapon," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

This comes right after he called on the world to step up and help secure the Strait of Hormuz — you know, that tiny little choke point where one-fifth of the planet's oil flows through. He warned on Sunday that if NATO didn't pitch in to open it up, they'd face a “very bad” future. Classic Trump: he tells it like it is.

"I am not surprised by their action, however, because I always considered NATO, where we spend Hundreds of Billions of Dollars per year protecting these same Countries, to be a one way street — We will protect them, but they will do nothing for us, in particular, in a time of need," Trump said.

Look, this is what we've been saying for years on the show. NATO's been a freeloader club for decades. We foot the bill, we provide the muscle, and when it's go-time against actual terrorists who want nukes, suddenly everyone's got excuses. Pathetic.

But here's the best part: despite zero backup from these "allies," Trump says we're done even asking. The U.S. has already crushed Iran's military: navy, air force, you name it,  they've been decimated.

"Because of the fact that we have had such Military Success, we no longer 'need,' or desire, the NATO Countries' assistance — WE NEVER DID! Likewise, Japan, Australia, or South Korea," Trump said. "In fact, speaking as President of the United States of America, by far the Most Powerful Country Anywhere in the World, WE DO NOT NEED THE HELP OF ANYONE!"

BOOM! That's American strength right there. We're the most powerful nation on Earth, and we don't beg for handouts from countries we've been carrying on our backs.

Meanwhile, Iran's mullahs are still whining about keeping the Strait closed, so Trump even floated asking China to help police it. And get this: European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said Monday they're "discussing" potential actions because, surprise, it's in Europe's interest to keep the oil flowing.

Too little, too late, Kaja.

Oil prices spiked since Operation Epic Fury kicked off on February 28. Brent crude blew past $100 a barrel Tuesday, and the national average for gas hit $3.79 a gallon, up from $2.91 a month ago. But Trump already addressed that: destroying Iran's nuclear program is worth every penny at the pump.

This is what winning looks like, folks. America first, no apologies, and no more getting played by so-called allies who disappear when the going gets tough.

Trump says Ilhan Omar should be jailed or deported to "Make Somalia Great Again"

If you thought the Minnesota progressive squad couldn't get any more unhinged, Rep. Ilhan Omar just raised the bar to stratospheric levels.

During a Democratic field hearing in St. Paul on Friday, Omar didn’t mince words. She expressed outright horror at what she called the “U.S. god---- states.” Yes, you read that correctly. That’s the sitting congresswoman from Minnesota casually dropping an f-bomb on the entire country she was elected to serve.

Meanwhile, President Trump lit up Truth Social Sunday night with a flamethrower. "There is 19 Billion Dollars in Minnesota Somalia Fraud. Fake ‘Congresswoman' Ilhan Omar, a constant complainer who hates the USA, knows everything there is to know. She should be in jail, or even a worse punishment, sent back to Somalia, considered one of the absolutely worst countries in the World. She could help to MAKE SOMALIA GREAT AGAIN!"

Boom. Mic drop.

For those keeping score at home, Omar was born in Somalia, came to the United States as a refugee, and became a naturalized citizen in 2000. She's been in Congress since early 2019. Trump clearly believes that résumé should come with a one-way ticket back to Mogadishu. The president wasn't done.

"ICE is removing some of the most violent criminals in the World from our Country, and bring them back home, where they belong. Why is Minnesota fighting this? Do they really want murderers and drug dealers to be ensconced in their community? The thugs that are protesting include many highly paid professional agitators and anarchists. Is this really what Minnesota wants?"

And then, the cherry on top: "The crooked Governor and 'Congresswoman' Omar, who married her brother, don't mind because it keeps the focus of attention off the 18 Billion Dollar, Plus, FRAUD, that has taken place in the State! Don't worry, we're on it!"

Trump is basically running the table here: fraud allegations, deportation threats, the infamous "married her brother" line (which Omar has repeatedly denied), and a not-so-subtle suggestion that the congresswoman belongs anywhere but the U.S. Capitol.

Over on the Republican side, Utah Sen. Mike Lee was equally livid after seeing Omar's "U.S. Goddamn States" remark. "No member of Congress should ever refer to our country as the ‘U.S. Goddamn States,'" Lee posted on X. "What should be the consequence of saying that?"

Elon Musk, never shy about weighing in, had the perfect one-liner reply. "Whatever the penalty is for treason."

So there you have it. In the span of a weekend, Ilhan Omar managed to call the United States a godforsaken dumpster fire, trigger a full Trump Truth Social barrage, and get the world’s richest man to casually drop the t-word.

Just another relaxing Sunday in American politics, 2026 edition.

Trump Drops the Hammer on JPMorgan: Lawsuit Incoming, Dimon Edition

Look, the man never sleeps, never backs down, and apparently never forgets a grudge. President Trump just announced he's gearing up to sue JPMorgan Chase for what he calls the bank's "incorrect and inappropriate" de-banking of him in the wake of the January 6, 2021, Capitol protest

Because nothing says "welcome back to the Oval Office" like reminding the biggest bank on the block that actions have consequences.

It all kicked off with Trump torching a Wall Street Journal report claiming he dangled the Federal Reserve Chairman position in front of JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon. In a Truth Social post Saturday, the president shot that down faster than a bad tweet.

"A front page Article in The Fake News Wall Street Journal states, without any verification, that I offered Jamie Dimon, of JPMorgan Chase, the job of Fed Chairman. This statement is totally untrue, there was never such an offer," he wrote.

Then came the haymaker: "In fact, I'll be suing JPMorgan Chase over the next two weeks for incorrectly and inappropriately DEBANKING me after the January 6th Protest, a protest that turned out to be correct for those doing the protesting — The Election was RIGGED!"

Quick recap for the memory-challenged: On January 6, 2021, Trump told his supporters to protest peacefully while Congress certified the 2020 results. Things went sideways, tear gas flew, barricades vanished, and the media turned it into the next Reichstag fire

Trump told the crowd to "go home in peace" on video and Twitter. Meanwhile, leaked footage has Nancy "Hands-a-Fire" Pelosi owning the lack of National Guard prep. But sure, let's pretend it was all Trump's master plan.

As for Dimon? The JPMorgan boss has admitted the bank de-banks people, just not for politics or religion, he insists.

"We do not de-bank people because of religious or political affiliations," Dimon said.  "We de-bank people who are Democrats, we de-bank people who are Republicans, we de-bank different religious folks. Never was that for that reason.”

Trump, of course, isn't buying it. Back in August he signed an executive order cracking down on financial institutions that discriminate based on politics or faith, basically telling banks to stop playing woke hall monitor or face the music. At the time, he didn't mince words: "The banks discriminate against conservatives, they discriminate against religion, because they're afraid of the radical left, I suspect,"

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

Trump said in a White House statement. "We're going to get them. Nobody knows the banking industry better than me, and I’m not going to let them take advantage of you any longer."

So buckle up, folks. The president who turned "you're fired" into a national catchphrase is now aiming it at Wall Street's biggest player. Should be a fun couple of weeks.

Homan Vows to Expose Lefty Agitators: Reveals New Plan to 'Make Them Famous'

White House Border Czar Tom Homan just dropped the kind of line that makes red-meat conservatives want to stand up and cheer. He told Laura Ingraham on Fox that he's pushing the Trump team to build a database of the street radicals who think harassing ICE agents is a personality trait. His words? Straight fire.

"These people who want to say 'follow ICE' and 'film ICE,' you know what, you can protest, they have that right," Homan said. "But when you cross that line ... if you interfere or impede (with) some ICE officer, you will be prosecuted."

"And one thing I'm preaching for right now, Laura, we're going to create a database," he continued. "People that are arrested for interference and impeding, assault, we're gonna make them famous."

"We're going to put their face on TV. We're going to let their employers and their neighborhoods and their schools know who these people are."

Inject that directly into my veins, please, we need more of this.

Here are a few of the fine upstanding citizens we're talking about, the ones who apparently think pointing cameras at federal officers is the height of civic engagement.

Homan chuckled as he pointed out the obvious: a lot of these heroes are probably calling in sick to their day jobs. "A lot of these people, they say they're taking time off work to protest—I betcha a lot of them are calling in sick," he said. "I bet you a lot of their employers don't know what they're doing."

"But we're going to make sure everybody knows who they are."

Can't wait for the moment these brave souls start scrambling to put their masks back on after spending years mocking law enforcement for wearing them. The irony is so thick you could spread it on toast.

Speaking of masks and hypocrisy, take a look at these masked marvels who suddenly discover the value of anonymity when the consequences come knocking.

This all kicked off because Tampon Tim Walz decided to pour more gasoline on the fire. The governor posted a video egging on the mob to "film ICE agents" so they "can create a database of these atrocities against Minnesotans ... to bank evidence for future prosecutions."Homan's response: two can play that game, Governor. And we're better at it.

And the man himself, Tom Homan, who clearly isn't in the mood for any more poppycock.

Whether the administration actually follows through on the "make them famous" plan remains to be seen. But why not? If you're getting arrested for impeding federal officers, your mug deserves the same viral treatment you tried to give ICE.

President Trump already warned Walz on Truth Social: "If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of ICE, who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT."

Homan called it "certainly an option. A viable option." He added, "I think it's something that needs to be on the table because this cannot continue. There is going to be more bloodshed. I'm telling you. I hope I'm wrong ... There's going to be more bloodshed if something isn't done."

The Democrats' outrage machine runs on exactly that: more chaos, more headlines, more fundraising, more calling those who disagree with them 'racists'. They don't want calm. They want blood and ballots.

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

So yeah, Homan will be meeting with Trump. Maybe they'll talk databases. Maybe Insurrection Act. Maybe both.

One thing is for sure: the lefty agitators who thought doxxing ICE was cute are about to find out how it feels when the spotlight swings the other way.

Famous? Oh, they're gonna be famous.

Trump Cheers as Minnesota Judge Refuses to Hamstring “Highly Successful” ICE Operations

President Trump is singing the praises of a "highly respected" Minnesota federal judge after she shot down the state's desperate bid to slap a temporary restraining order on I.C.E. operations in the heavily Democratic-controlled state.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Kate Menendez, a Biden autopen appointee, flat-out rejected Minnesota's request to freeze I.C.E.'s work while the state's lawsuit against the Trump administration crawls through the courts.

"A highly respected judge declined to block I.C.E. operations in the very politically corrupt State of Minnesota. I.C.E. will therefore be allowed to continue its highly successful operation of removing some of the most violent and vicious criminals anywhere in the World, many of them murderers, from the State," Trump declared. "The great patriots of Law Enforcement will continue to make our Country safe. RECORD LOW CRIME NUMBERS!!!"

Judge Menendez was careful to note that her ruling on the emergency motion wasn't a preview of how she’ll ultimately decide the bigger case. As CBS News reported, she said: "I think the issues are really important and I don't want to suggest by not acting immediately one way or the other that I think they are unimportant. To the contrary, I understand this is important to everybody."

Minnesota had begged for a quick two-week timeout, claiming the state needed breathing room to prepare its legal challenge and insisting that the 3,000 federal agents flooding Minneapolis and the surrounding areas were somehow trampling on citizens' rights.

The feds are required to respond to the lawsuit by January 19. Menendez also turned down a federal prosecutor’s request to push back that deadline because of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, telling both sides the matter was simply too urgent for any delay.

The whole circus kicked off Monday when radical Minnesota AG Keith Ellison announced the state was suing the Trump administration to halt what he dramatically called an "invasion" of federal agents. The timing was no coincidence: the lawsuit dropped just days after Minneapolis resident Renee Good was fatally shot by an I.C.E. agent following a confrontation in which she drove her vehicle toward him. That incident has fueled nonstop protests for more than a week now, prompting the administration to pour even more agents into the city.

Then, on Wednesday night, another I.C.E. shooting sent Minneapolis spiraling further into outrage. According to DHS, a federal agent was ambushed and attacked by three individuals while attempting to take a suspected Venezuelan illegal immigrant into custody on the city’s Northside.President Trump isn’t backing down.

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

On Thursday he fired off a warning shot on Truth Social, threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act if Minnesota's "corrupt politicians" don't rein in the chaos: "If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State. Thank you for you [sic] attention to this matter!"

Bottom line: Trump is thrilled, I..C.E. keeps rolling, and the left’s attempt to kneecap federal immigration enforcement in Minnesota just hit a brick wall.

You can bet there's more to follow.

POTUS ready to hit Iran hard as regime kills a massive number of protesters

Retired General Jack Keane is telling President Trump that it's time to stop playing pat-a-cake with the mullahs in Tehran and drop one final, unmistakable warning before we start dropping the hammer on the butchers running the show.

Keane, a Fox News senior strategic analyst went on Life, Liberty & Levin show and basically said the Trump administration needs to quit with the polite diplomacy and get serious about the regime's ongoing murder spree against its own people.

"The president has told them, 'If you kill them, I'm coming for you,'" Keane said during the Saturday appearance.

According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), a U.S.-based group relying on Iranian networks in that country has reported that at least 538 deaths have occurred, including 490 protesters and 48 security forces members. Other groups, such as Iran International (opposition-aligned outlet) claim at least 2,000 protesters have been killed.

As the nationwide anti-regime protests hit the two-week mark and the streets of Iran continue to burn, Keane is calling on Trump to issue that last, crystal-clear warning, then follow through by taking out some of the top thugs responsible for the bloodshed.

"I think the president could give one more warning and then take down some of the leaders responsible for conducting violence against the Iranian population," he said.

"I believe that we have the leverage here to actually curtail this behavior."

Meanwhile, multiple Israeli sources are whispering to Reuters that the Trump team is actually weighing possible U.S. military intervention. No word yet on whether the Beltway geniuses will finally get out of the way.

The protesters themselves haven't lost hope — some are even carrying photos of exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, reminding everyone what Iran looked like before the ayatollahs turned it into a theocratic dumpster fire.

Trump himself has been loud and clear. On Truth Social he posted: "Iran is looking at FREEDOM, perhaps like never before. The USA stands ready to help!!!"

At Friday's news conference, he doubled down: "We’ll be hitting them very hard where it hurts. And that doesn’t mean boots on the ground, but it means hitting them very, very hard where it hurts."

Keane pointed out what should be obvious: this is the first president to openly stand with the Iranian people like this, and he gosh darn well better follow through, dadnabbit.

"This president has done that, and I think he will likely have to follow through on it," he added. Over on Fox & Friends Weekend, Retired Navy Vice Adm. Robert Harward went even further, calling regime change in Iran "inevitable."

"This president does what he says. He's made that very clear in Venezuela and other places, so it's going to happen," he said.

"We stand behind the people of Iran. And don't forget what Iran was in the '70s: a prosperous nation that enjoyed all the values and support of the West, so I believe this is four or five decades in the coming. It will happen."

If you enjoy Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

The clock is ticking, the body count is rising, and the Iranian people are begging for someone. anyone, to finally have their back. Looks like Trump might just be the guy to answer the call. Let's hope he doesn't blink.

Iran Protests Heat Up as Trump Draws a Red Line, and the Regime Feels the Heat

The Wall Street Journal dropped a bombshell on Saturday: "Admin officials have had preliminary discussions about how to carry out an attack on Iran if needed to follow up on Trump's threats." One option is reportedly on the table-- a large-scale aerial strike targeting multiple Iranian military sites.

This comes as the mullahs' grip is slipping fast and he's evidently in hiding because that "[W]e prefer death over life" doesn't apply to leaders.

Protesters are out in force across Iran, with vehicles burning amid the anti-government unrest that kicked off on December 28th. What started as rage over skyrocketing inflation has morphed into full-throated demands to end the Islamic regime. Of course, the regime, predictably, is pointing fingers at the US and Israel for "fomenting unrest." Classic deflection from a government that's been bleeding legitimacy for years.

In the middle of all this chaos, President Trump made it crystal clear where America stands. On Truth Social Saturday, the President posted that the United States "stands ready to help" since Iran "is looking at freedom."

You always know what Trump is thinking.

Trump has been consistent. Just days earlier, during his Thursday interview on the Hugh Hewitt Show, he laid down the law: if the Iranian regime starts "killing people," the US will "hit them really hard."

The ayatoilets aren't helping their case. On the same day the WSJ report hit, Iran's Revolutionary Guards' intelligence wing bragged about arresting a foreigner accused of spying for Israel, according to Tasnim news agency

Paranoia is running high in Tehran, and for good reason.

Bottom line: The Iranian people are rising up, the regime is cracking down, and President Trump is signaling that America isn't going to sit idly by if the killing continues, because as of this posting, there have been reportedly 200 Iranian freedom fighters killed.

If you enjoy Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

The mullahs have spent decades poking the bear. Now they're finding out what happens when the bear has a leader who doesn't bluff, unlike Biden, who doesn't think.

Freedom might finally be knocking on Iran's door, and the regime knows it. Hoo boy, things just got interesting.

Trump Drops MTG's endorsement: From loyal sidekick to 'ranting lunatic'

Oh boy, the MAGA family feud just hit DEFCON 1. President Donald Trump, never a shrinking violet, torched Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Friday night via Truth Social, yanking his endorsement faster than a frog's tongue grabbing a fly.

The Georgia congresswoman has been complaining like a kid who didn't get the last Capri Sun, and Trump ain't here for the drama.

In a epic-length screed that could double as a greatest-hits album of his grievances, Trump branded Greene a "ranting lunatic" and accused her of ditching the conservative playbook for a joyride to the left, specifically, that infamous pit stop on ABC's The View. "She has gone Far Left," the President fumed, dubbing her "Wacky Marjorie" in the process.

Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark. And get this: He vowed "Complete and Unyielding Support" to any primary challenger gunning for her seat come 2026. Talk about a plot twist; Greene, the queen of Trump rallies and impeachment defenses, is now on the chopping block.

Trump laid it all out, claiming her meltdown kicked off when he hit her with a poll showing her bombing at 12% for a Senate or governor run. "It seemed to all begin when I sent her a Poll stating that she should not run for Senator, or Governor, she was at 12%, and didn't have a chance (unless, of course, she had my Endorsement, which she wasn't about to get!)," he wrote.

Bahdahbing!

But the real slap in the gourd was Trump painting himself as the world's busiest man, too swamped with "219 Congressmen/women, 53 U.S. Senators, 24 Cabinet Members, almost 200 countries, and an otherwise normal life to lead" to field calls from a daily dose of crazy. ""She has told many people that she is upset that I don't return her phone calls anymore, but with 219 Congressmen/women, 53 U.S. Senators, 24 Cabinet Members, almost 200 Countries, and an otherwise normal life to lead, I can’t take a ranting Lunatic’s call every day," Trump added. Classic Trump, part humblebrag, part mic drop.

Cue Greene's clapback on X, because nothing says "civil discourse" like a Twitter war with the boss. She fired off: "President Trump just attacked me and lied about me." And no, she insists, she hasn't been blowing up his phone. "I haven't called him at all, but I did send these text messages today," she added with screenshots of text messages. "Apparently this is what sent him over the edge. The Epstein files. And of course he's coming after me hard to make an example to scare all the other Republicans before next week's vote to release the Epstein files. It's astonishing really how hard he’s fighting to stop the Epstein files from coming out that he actually goes to this level."

Whoa, Epstein files? That's the grenade she lobbed?

Suddenly, this isn't just about hurt feelings, it's conspiracy central, with Greene positioning herself as the brave truth-teller Trump wants buried. She even slammed the door on any makeup tour, declaring independence in the most Bible-thumping way possible: "I have supported President Trump with too much of my precious time, too much of my own money, and fought harder for him even when almost all other Republicans turned their back and denounced him. But I don’t worship or serve Donald Trump," Greene wrote. "I worship God, Jesus is my savior, and I serve my district GA14 and the American people."

Trump, meanwhile, wasn't about to let her steal the spotlight without a victory lap. After rattling off his second-term wins, turning America from a "DEAD Country" into the "HOTTEST" one on the planet in just 12 months, he couldn't resist the dig: "having created the "HOTTEST" Country anywhere in the World from being a DEAD Country just 12 months ago (and so much more!), all I see "Wacky" Marjorie do is COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN!"

Look, Greene's been ride-or-die since Day 1 in Congress, stumping with Trump in red strongholds, staring down impeachments like they were bad hair days. Remember that kiss after his March address to Congress? Or the Oval Office photo-op with RFK Jr. getting sworn in?

But now, not so much. This spat could crack open her ruby-red district like a piñata for ambitious GOP hopefuls eyeing 2026. Will Trump really back a rando to boot her? Nobody knows, probably not even Trump.

If you like Brain Flushings and want to Buy Me a Coffee, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work. Obviously, there is no pressure but I certainly wouldn't stop you.

Jake Tapper taps out on big story . . . again

Earlier this year, CNN's Jake Tapper embarked on a book-promo joyride for a tome he co-authored about the juiciest yarn of his journo life, and somehow, he "missed" the whole gull-darn thing.

This might be the inaugural instance in the annals of ink-stained wretches where a guy monetizes a scoop he flat-out ignored when it was staring him in the face. Now that's journalism of a different color.

If that were you or me (minus the sweet royalties, naturally), wouldn't we pause and ponder: If we'd glimpsed the cognitive creaks in a sitting U.S. president's noggin and failed to link the dots, might we hustle a tad harder next time?

That's the rest of us mere mortals. But not our boy Jake, which probably accounts for yet another "Jake take" yesterday, when he roped in colleague Kaitlan Collins to dissect a Gaza peace deal on his show.

For the full scoop on the deal's big reveal from President Trump, swing by Matt Margolis's dispatch, where he unpacks the boss's Truth Social post. In it, Trump declared, "I am very proud to announce that Israel and Hamas have both signed off on the first Phase of our Peace Plan…This means that ALL of the Hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their Troops to an agreed upon line as the first steps toward a Strong, Durable, and Everlasting Peace."

Trump's laying it out plain: This is phase one of the grand scheme, but it's kicking off right now, with both sides on the hook to deliver on the basics. You know, like how actual peace deals tend to operate, baby steps toward not lobbing more rockets.

As Collins laid out the White House's "officially released" details for Tapper and his viewers: 20 points of accord, including a hostage-prisoner swap and a ceasefire, plus sundry other negotiated goodies, she noted it was premature to chase down every player's hot takes point by point.

Tapper, meanwhile, possesses this rare gift for contorting like a circus freak to sidestep the headline in plain sight, opting instead to reshape it into his preferred funhouse mirror version. He lobbed at Collins: "Obviously, blessed are the peacemakers, indeed, BUT it is worth pointing out, this is a ceasefire deal, right? This is not a larger peace deal about a Palestinian state of any sort, and who gets to rule a Palestinian state, and Israel gets security guarantees, how, and all that. That is still TBD (to be determined), right?"

The humorless Collins, ever the straight shooter, reined him in with a gentle course correction: "Yes, but. The 'yes but' part of that is that yes, this is the first phase of this deal, where the two key parts of that was a ceasefire and the release of the hostages, and also the release of Palestinian prisoners that are being held in Israel…"

Collins was politely nudging Tapper that, Trump antipathy aside, this is legit good news. Better yet, it's a bona fide peace deal by the dictionary's lights: The boom-boom stops, the body count freezes.

One has to wonder if Tapper's got a single soul in his orbit who could whisper, "Hey, champ, when you clock in daily, the pro move is to, y'know, excel at the gig?" In his world, perhaps a kindly editor, or a magic 8-ball, might remind him that the gig isn't about fumbling yarns, but spotting 'em square and serving 'em straight.

Maybe he needs to take up coding, if that's a thing anymore.

Trump orders airstrikes on ISIS leaders: "Don't" is now "We will find you and kill you"

So, President Trump, the man who loves to tweet more than a bird loves to chirp, decided to drop some bombs on ISIS leaders in Somalia. And where were these terrorists hiding? In caves, of course! Because apparently, Al-Qaeda's cave decor was all the rage this season.

Trump, not one to miss a chance to toot his own horn, took to his favorite soapbox, Truth Social, to talk about how these airstrikes are like, totally dismantling ISIS's little hide-and-seek game in Africa. He's all about that aggressive counterterrorism life, folks.

He's out there, tweeting up a storm, making it crystal clear that under his watch, America isn't just sitting back sipping tea while terrorists play hide and seek. No, sir! We're on the offense, hunting them down like it's open season on cave-dwellers.

You gotta admit, Trump's administration is not letting these threats hide in the shadows. They're out there, making sure the world knows, "Hey, you mess with us, we'll find you, even if you're in a cave in Somalia!" Now, that's what I call making terrorism great... wait, no, that's not right. Making America safe again by not letting terrorists have a peaceful night's sleep.

“Our initial assessment is that multiple operatives were killed in the airstrikes, and no civilians were harmed. This action further degrades ISIS’s ability to plot and conduct terrorist attacks threatening U.S. citizens, our partners, and innocent civilians and sends a clear signal that the United States always stands ready to find and eliminate terrorists who threaten the United States and our allies, even as we conduct robust border-protection and many other operations under President Trump’s leadership,” a statement read.

Trump confirmed that the strikes killed the terrorists without harming civilians. It was a totally beautiful strike, a perfect strike, a strike like you've never seen before.

“These killers, who we found hiding in caves, threatened the United States and our Allies,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “The strikes destroyed the caves they live in and killed many terrorists without, in any way, harming civilians.”

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said the strikes by U.S. Africa Command were directed by the president and coordinated with the Somalian government.

“Our initial assessment is that multiple operatives were killed in the airstrikes, and no civilians were harmed,” Hegseth said in a statement.

U.S. military officials have frequently expressed concerns regarding ISIS cells in Somalia, cautioning that the terrorist group's leadership, now established in northern Somalia, has increasingly been orchestrating these cells with new tactics. These include

"Guidance on kidnapping Westerners for ransom."

"Improving military strategies,"

"Evasion of drone surveillance,"

"Constructing small quadcopters."

Trump has critiqued former alleged President Joe Biden stating that he and his "cronies wouldn’t act quickly enough to get the job done." Part of Trump's message included a stark warning to ISIS and other terrorist groups:

"WE WILL FIND YOU, AND WE WILL KILL YOU!"

Put that in your hookah and smoke it.

Gov. Youngkin responds to Trump's viral rant

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) was asked about a racist-sounding comment made by former President Trump [I don't think Trump is a racist, but the comment seemed to lean in that direction] that seemed to come out of the blue.

Specifically, Trump wrote on his social media site, Truth Social, “Young Kin (now that’s an interesting take. Sounds Chinese, doesn’t it?) in Virginia couldn’t have won without me.”

“I Endorsed him, did a very big Trump Rally for him telephonically, got MAGA to Vote for him – or he couldn’t have come close to winning. But he knows that, and admits it. Besides, having a hard time with the Dems in Virginia – But he’ll get it done!” Trump posted about Youngkin.

Youngkin refused to engage in the game when reporters tried to goad him later in the day.

“First of all I didn’t see it,” Youngkin said in a clip posted to Twitter by WRIC-TV reporter Jackie DeFusco.

Even if he did see Trump's post, he gave reporters the right reply. “Listen, you all know me. I do not call people names. I really work hard to bring people together and that’s what we’re working on,” he said.

Youngkin indicated he did not want to hear the post read because he's obviously too intelligent to get into the mud to wrestle with Trump and satisfy reporters looking to make big news.

“That’s not the way I roll, and not the way I behave,” he said. “This is a moment for us to come together.’

The grownups have entered the room, boys and girls.

Virginia came on Trump’s radar after a Thursday comment by Youngkin's Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, that Trump might be more a part of the GOP’s past than its future. Imagine how angry that must have made the former President.

“What we saw was, even though he wasn’t on the ballot, he was, because he stepped in and endorsed candidates,” Earle-Sears said, according to The Washington Post.

“And yet, it turns out that those he did not endorse on the same ticket did better than the ones he did endorse. That gives you a clue that the voters want to move on. And a true leader knows when they have become a liability to the mission,” she said.

So what do you think? Is Trump part of the GOP's past or will he still be part of its future? Feel free to comment.
