A newly uncovered Biden White House memo from the administration's final days revealed plans that could have expanded Temporary Protected Status to more than 3 million illegal aliens while acknowledging that previous court challenges had blocked many of President Donald Trump's efforts to end the protections.

TPS is meant for foreign populations experiencing crises like political unrest or natural disasters and while Trump has tried to end the temporary provisions for Haitians, Nepalese, Salvadorans, and Sudanese people lawsuits from pro migrant advocates have halted most attempts.

"My investigation uncovered that the Lame Duck Biden White House tried to keep millions of illegal aliens in our country by abusing the 'Temporary' Protected Status program," Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) who acquired the memo told Fox News Digital on Friday. "After the American people voted for President Trump’s promise to end the TPS scam, the Biden administration tried to subvert the will of the American people. This was mass amnesty-by-decree. America is for Americans, and it is our home—it is not a permanent refugee camp," he said.

The memo argued that "granting TPS will potentially protect many vulnerable people from President-elect Trump's planned mass deportations... They argue that these protections are likely to hold in court, and they are prepared to litigate efforts to terminate or slow down the implementation of TPS for specified nations by the Trump Administration."

In other words the outgoing team decided the best parting gift for the nation that just rejected them was to load up the country with millions more people and then dare the new president to try cleaning it up through years of activist court battles.

"[P]rior federal litigation brought by advocates during the first Trump administration was successful in halting [its] efforts to terminate TPS, though that was due in large part to [its] failure to produce a factual record in support of termination, which is something that could be rectified," the memo went on. Schmitt said he obtained the memo from Archivist of the United States Edward Forst through his authority as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution.

"Biden tried to turn TPS into a 3.1-million-person deportation shield, protect Tren de Aragua members, and trap President Trump in years of litigation," he said, adding the move directly betrayed the will of the people who ousted liberal Democrats from power the prior election."

The most disturbing part, Biden's ‘Senior Advisors’ recommended "he create 2.1 million NEW TPS designees in the last few weeks of his presidency, despite admitting TPS applications take 6 months," Schmitt added. "Luckily, that never happened and we have been deporting Ecuadorians and Guatemalans."

Schmitt noted that one week after the January 2025 memo which he said was erroneously dated 2024, Biden extended TPS protections for nearly 1 million noncitizens meaning its transmission still led to a concrete mass migration action. Because when the American people demand an end to the scam, if you're on the left, you simply ignore them and stamp another million temporary forever statuses just for good measure.

The memo reminded Biden he gave TPS protections to Afghans, Cameroonians ,Ethiopians, people from Burma, Lebanese, Ukrainians, and Venezuelan, nationals and repeatedly extended protections for Haitians. Apparently temporary means until the next Democrat is ready to extend it again.

"The previous Administration unsuccessfully attempted to terminate TPS designations for Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti, El Salvador, Nepal, and Honduras. Courts issued preliminary injunctions blocking the Trump Administration's actions," it read. "Your administration took actions to resolve this litigation by either re-designating Haiti or rescinding the terminations."

The memo noted that Trump had said during the 2024 campaign he intended to revoke TPS protections for Haitians and predicted his incoming administration would likely seek to rescind additional TPS designations. How dare Trump try to enforce the temporary part of Temporary Protected Status.

A chart in the memo estimated potential new TPS eligibility for roughly 1.5 million Guatemalans 600,000 Ecuadorians 464,000 Nicaraguans 455,000 Venezuelans and smaller populations from Ukraine Sudan and Afghanistan figures Schmitt said totaled more than 3.1 million people. Just a modest little expansion of the permanent temporary refugee program.

The memo said Biden’s senior team had also received requests for varying types of new TPS related actions before Trump would take office from Sens. Michael Bennet (D-CO), Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Richard "Dick" Durbin (D-IL), Mazie Hirono (D-HA), Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM), Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), and Alex Padilla (D CA).

"In addition, some stakeholders are requesting that your Administration designate nationals from new countries, most notably Ecuador and Guatemala, for TPS," it stated. While the proposals outlined in the memo were never fully implemented the document offers a rare glimpse into the immigration options Biden advisers presented as Trump prepared to return to the White House promising mass deportations.

Trump says the 'infamous' Tren de Aragua honcho was blown to smithereens in US strike

President Donald Trump announced Friday night that the U.S. military had successfully introduced the leader of Tren de Aragua to the “find out” stage of foreign policy, proving once again that the “peace through strength” doctrine hits a little differently when the peace is delivered at Mach 2 with shock and awe.

According to Trump, the U.S. Southern Command “delivered a swift and lethal kinetic strike” that transformed Hector Rusthenford Guerrero Flores into kibbles and bits. He was also known as Niño Guerrero, the “infamous” leader of Tren de Aragua, a gang that somehow managed to make MS,13 look like a church softball league.

The U.S. Department of State had previously offered up to a $5 million reward for the Venezuelan gangster’s arrest or conviction, though apparently the Pentagon decided it was cheaper to skip the extradition paperwork and go straight to the fireworks finale.

"Before I returned to office, Joe Biden opened our Southern Border to millions of Illegal Criminals, and allowed this foreign army to rape, maim, and murder American Citizens with total impunity," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "During my Campaign, I pledged to expel these monsters from our Country, and bring Justice to the families of those they slaughtered, including the precious 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, 22-year-old Laken Reilly, and countless other beautiful souls."

Somewhere deep inside CNN headquarters, producers reportedly scrambled to locate an expert willing to explain why vaporizing cartel terrorists is actually problematic for democracy.

Trump said Friday’s strike delivered long overdue justice.

"With Friday's action, the U.S. military has brought retribution for them, their families, and their loved ones."

Translation: the “mostly peaceful transnational gang” narrative just took a direct hit.

"Early in my Administration, I delivered on my promise to designate Tren de Aragua as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, deport thousands of evil criminals, and wage war against the Cartels, who have long been waging war against our Citizens, while weak leaders left America helpless and defensive," Trump wrote.

The president also released video footage of the strike, giving Americans their first opportunity in years to watch the federal government target criminals instead of grandparents who wandered too close to the Capitol velvet ropes.

"This action was coordinated closely with our friends in Venezuela, with whom we are working very well," he continued. "As a result, Tren de Aragua terrorists no longer have safe haven in Venezuela or anywhere else and, under my leadership, we will find these vicious murderers and drugs lords anytime, anyplace, and send them to the depths of hell where they belong."

Progressives immediately condemned the operation as an outrageous escalation against an underserved cultural enrichment organization.

Tren de Aragua began as a prison gang in Venezuela before expanding into a sprawling criminal empire tied to extortion, trafficking, kidnapping, illegal mining, and enough brutality to make Gotham City look properly governed. U.S. officials say Guerrero expanded the gang’s influence while incarcerated in Tocorón Prison, where inmates apparently enjoyed amenities usually reserved for luxury resorts and California shoplifters.

Authorities said the gang eventually seized effective control over the prison, nearby gold mines, drug corridors along the Caribbean coast, and border crossings between Venezuela and Colombia. In other words, they built the kind of diversified operation most ESG consultants can only dream about.

Over 25 thugs in nationwide guns, drugs crackdown hooked and booked

Federal authorities charged more than 25 alleged members and associates of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, seizing more than 80 firearms, roughly 18 kilograms of drugs and more than $100,000 in cash in a major nationwide crackdown.

President Trump has helped unleash the full power of federal authorities by designating TdA a foreign terrorist organization last year. Now, more than 260 members and associates of TdA have been charged.

"This FBI and our interagency partners continue to break violent gang networks all over America, and today’s massive takedown of 25 Tren de Aragua members is just the latest example," FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox News Digital in a statement.

"Under President Trump’s leadership the historic Homeland Security Task Force model is making America safer than it’s been in generations – and we won’t stop until we root these criminal networks completely out of our communities."

The operation targeted alleged TdA activity tied to firearms trafficking, narcotics distribution and other violent criminal conduct, according to federal authorities. Investigators recovered fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy, ketamine, MDMA and tusi, a pink powder often containing ketamine and/or MDMA.

Charges have been filed across six U.S. Attorney's offices, including the Districts of Colorado, Southern Florida, Northern Indiana, Middle Tennessee, Western Tennessee and Eastern Washington.

The bust underscores the Trump administration’s push to dismantle foreign gang networks operating inside the United States, including TdA, which has drawn growing scrutiny from law enforcement over its alleged role in violent crime, drug trafficking and migrant-related criminal networks.

"The success of this operation is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our HSI special agents and the unwavering commitment of our federal, state, and local law enforcement partners," John Condon, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) acting executive associate director, wrote in a statement.

"The Homeland Security Task Force’s mission is to safeguard the United States from transnational threats by leveraging intelligence-driven investigations and robust interagency collaboration.

"This TdA takedown demonstrates the power of unified action in disrupting dangerous criminal networks and protecting our communities."

The Dem Narrative Is Falling Apart as DHS Exposes the Identities in CBP Shooting in Portland

The Dem narrative is falling apart like an Ikea bookcase yet again as the DHS exposes the real identities behind the so-called "married couple" in the CBP shooting incident in Portland.

No surprise, the two injured parties turn out to be suspected affiliates of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang. 

Fox News reported on how Portland leaders demand ICE shut down operations in the city following the shooting of two migrants linked to Tren de Aragua, [TdA] is a transnational criminal organization originating from Venezuela.

As fresh protests flare up and Democrats voice their predictable outrage over yet another shooting involving a federal immigration agent in Portland, the Department of Homeland Security is cutting through the noise to lay out the facts on the two individuals involved and their suspected gang ties.

In a Friday post on X, DHS identified the pair as Luis David Nico Moncada and Yorlenys Betzabeth Zambrano-Contreras, describing them as Venezuelan criminal illegal aliens and suspected members of the foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua. According to the agency, the two attempted to run over a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent and others with their vehicle, prompting the agent to open fire in self-defense.

The incident unfolded around 2:19 p.m. local time when Border Patrol agents stopped the vehicle and identified themselves as law enforcement, DHS explained.

"Yesterday, two suspected Tren de Aragua gang associates, let loose on American streets by Joe Biden, weaponized their vehicle against Border Patrol in Portland," DHS wrote, adding that "the agent took immediate action to defend himself and others, shooting them."

Sounds familiar, doesn't it?

Both suspects fled the scene but were later located by Portland Police, who provided first aid before transporting them to a hospital.

DHS noted that Moncada, the driver, entered the U.S. illegally in 2022 and was released into the country under the Biden administration. Beyond his suspected Tren de Aragua ties, he had prior arrests for driving under the influence and unauthorized use of a vehicle, and he faces a final order of removal.

Zambrano-Contreras, the passenger, entered illegally in the El Paso area in 2023 and was likewise released by the Biden administration. DHS stated she "played an active role in a Tren de Aragua prostitution ring" and had been involved in a previous shooting in Portland.

Pushing back hard against media portrayals, DHS labeled reports of the pair as an innocent "married couple" as "REVOLTING LIES," clarifying in another X post that "the two criminal illegal aliens who attacked Border Patrol in Portland are a gang member and his prostitute NOT an innocent ‘married couple.’"

Democrats, predictably mindless and reactionary, rushed to condemn federal law enforcement almost immediately after Thursday's shooting.

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson called for ICE to "halt all operations" in the city pending a full independent investigation. But Wilson has no authority to halt federal law enforcement operations and is whistling in the wind.

"We know what the federal government says happened here," Wilson said during a news conference Thursday. "There was a time when we could take them at their word. That time has long passed."

He went further, insisting that ICE agents and DHS leadership "must fully be investigated and held responsible for the violence inflicted on the American people in Minnesota, in Portland, and in all the communities across America."

Oregon Gov, Tina Kotek (D) weighed in, attributing the incident to the "reckless agenda of the Trump administration."

"While the details of the incident remain limited, one thing is very clear: when a president endorses tearing families apart and attempts to govern through fear and hate rather than shared values, you foster an environment of lawlessness and recklessness," she said.

Kotek highlighted concerns from Oregon's attorney general and others about excessive force by federal agents in Portland, arguing that "today's incident only heightens the need for transparency and accountability."

Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) took to X to blame the Trump administration for 'inflaming violence.'

"I'm monitoring the first awful reports of two people shot in Portland by federal law enforcement," Wyden wrote before knowing who these thugs are. "I'll keep you updated, but Trump's deployment of federal agents in my hometown is clearly inflaming violence, and must end."

ICE deports MS-13 leader who tried to 'game our immigration system' under Biden, DHS says

Oh, look at this, another shining example of why the Biden-Harris open-border circus was the greatest gift ever handed to MS-13 on a silver platter.

Meet Wilmer Alexy Garcia-Manzanarez, proud MS-13 "terrorist gang leader" wanted for murderer back in El Salvador. He was deported three times before Biden's crew decided, "Nah, let’s keep this charmer around," because nothing says "compassionate immigration policy" like giving a violent gangbanger with an outstanding murder warrant yet another bite at the American apple.

Here's the DHS laying it out plain:

"The Biden administration let this MS-13 gang member and wanted murderer claim fear of returning to El Salvador despite having a final order of removal and three prior deportations. Of course, a wanted murderer does not want to return to his country to face justice for his crimes," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

And then the money line: "Thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem, this criminal illegal alien is OUT of our country," she added. "The days of the world’s criminals indefinitely remaining in our country are over."

Cue the angelic choir and harp strings.

This walking felony résumé illegally strolled across the Canadian border in 2001 (yes, the northern one, because why not make it a bipartisan border failure?), got caught, got released, got ordered removed, then treated our immigration laws like a revolving door at Macy's. Three deportations between 2007 and 2012, then he waltzes back in for a fourth illegal entry because, hey, fourth time’s the charm, right?

While he was here enjoying Biden's catch-and-release spa treatment, he racked up burglary, menacing with a weapon, DUI, property damage, driving without a license, basically the full Central American gangster starter kit.

But fear not, patriots. On November 3, 2025, this scumbag was finally stuffed onto a plane and shipped back to El Salvador, where I'm sure President Bukele has a lovely concrete suite waiting for him in CECOT with the rest of the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 alumni.

Moral of the story? Eight years of Democrat "asylum for everyone who can spell the word fear" nonsense almost turned us into the world’s largest halfway house for murderous illegal aliens. Thank God that nightmare is over.

Bahdahbing! US strikes another alleged drug-trafficking boat near Venezuela

On their way to poison Americans

In a bold move straight out of the America First playbook, President Donald Trump greenlit a U.S. military strike that obliterated a narco-trafficking vessel off Venezuela's coast, wiping out four suspected narco-terrorist scumbags. 

War Secretary Pete Hegseth broke the news Friday, confirming the operation was a direct hit on a boat tied to Designated Terrorist Organizations. "The strike was conducted in international waters just off the coast of Venezuela while the vessel was transporting substantial amounts of narcotics--headed to America to poison our people," Hegseth declared on X.

No U.S. forces were harmed in the Southern Command operation, which relied on rock-solid military intelligence that left "no doubt" the vessel was a drug-running operation manned by narco-terrorists on a well-known trafficking route. Trump himself took to Truth Social to underscore the stakes, blasting that the boat was "loaded with enough drugs to kill 25 TO 50 THOUSAND PEOPLE." That’s right, tens of thousands of American lives potentially saved by decisive action.

This isn't a one-off either. The strike is part of a relentless September campaign targeting drug smugglers. On Sept. 2, U.S. forces took out a vessel linked to the Tren de Aragua gang in the southern Caribbean, sending 11 suspected gang members to the great beyond. Follow-up strikes on Sept. 15 and 19 took out six more. Video footage from Trump’s Truth Social showed one of these boats moments before it was reduced to rubble on Sept. 2, 2025.

Hegseth declared that these operations will keep hammering away "until the attacks on the American people are over!!!!" 

The Trump administration's designation of cartels like Tren de Aragua and the Sinaloa Cartel as foreign terrorist organizations back in February set the stage for this no-nonsense approach. This is what leadership looks like—hitting the cartels where it hurts and protecting Americans from the poison they peddle.

Trump Orders Second Airstrike on Drug Boat, Slams Cartels as National Security Threat

WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump announced Monday that U.S. military forces, acting on his direct orders, carried out a second airstrike against a Venezuelan drug boat in the Caribbean Sea, killing three traffickers and torching a shipment of narcotics bound for American shores.

The operation, conducted in international waters within the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility, targeted what Trump described as "confirmed narcoterrorists" from Venezuela transporting "illegal narcotics (A DEADLY WEAPON POISONING AMERICANS!) headed to the U.S."

In a post on Truth Social accompanied by an unclassified video clip of the explosion—a vessel erupting in flames and thick black smoke amid several figures on deck, Trump wrote: "This morning, on my Orders, U.S. Military Forces conducted a SECOND Kinetic Strike against positively identified, extraordinarily violent drug trafficking cartels and narcoterrorists in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility."

The strike marked the latest escalation in Trump's aggressive campaign against drug cartels, coming just weeks after a similar operation earlier this month that the president said eliminated nearly a dozen members of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang.

No U.S. personnel were injured in Monday's action, according to the White House.Trump, fresh off boarding Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland for a trip to New York to attend a Yankees baseball game, used the post to issue a stark warning. "These extremely violent drug trafficking cartels POSE A THREAT to U.S. National Security, Foreign Policy, and vital U.S. Interests," he continued. "BE WARNED — IF YOU ARE TRANSPORTING DRUGS THAT CAN KILL AMERICANS, WE ARE HUNTING YOU!"

The move builds on heightened U.S. naval deployments in the Caribbean earlier this year, aimed at squeezing drug routes off Venezuela's coast while pressuring strongman Nicolas Maduro, whom the administration accuses of overseeing vast trafficking networks through proxies like Tren de Aragua, Mexico's Sinaloa cartel, and Venezuela's own Cartel of the Suns.

In August, the U.S. doubled its reward for information leading to Maduro's arrest to $50 million, citing his regime's role in flooding America with fentanyl and other poisons.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, speaking to reporters last week, laid out the scale of the problem: "Maduro uses foreign terrorist organizations like TDA, Sinaloa, and Cartel of the Suns to bring deadly drugs and violence into our country. To date, the DEA has seized 30 tons of cocaine linked to Maduro and his associates with nearly seven tons linked to Maduro himself."

The strikes underscore Trump's vow to treat cartels as terrorist entities, a designation his administration has pushed to unlock broader military tools against them. Critics, including some Democrats, have raised concerns about escalation risks in the region, but supporters hail the actions as a long-overdue crackdown on the opioid crisis claiming tens of thousands of American lives annually.

Venezuelan illegal alien gang leader arrested in Calif. on immigration charges

The border mess just keeps delivering gut punches, and this one’s a doozy. According to the Trump administration, as told to Fox News on Monday, a Venezuelan illegal alien—alleged big shot in the ultra-violent Tren de Aragua gang—got nabbed in Los Angeles last week. 

Yonaiker [rhymes with yarmulka] Gallegos, who was slinking around under the alias “Yoniaker Rafel Martinez-Ramos” (nice try, pal), was already cooling his heels in LA County lockup on misdemeanor charges for blank checks and toting a fake government ID. 

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) sniffed him out on April 22, per a senior Trump official. They got wise to his “Martinez-Ramos” charade after eyeballing the junk he had on him when local cops scooped him up. 

By April 23, HSI’s National Gang Unit had the goods—tattoo pics and booking photos that screamed, “Yup, this is Gallegos.” They even dug up his social media, where this genius was apparently dumb enough to post his real face. Facial recognition tech sealed the deal, confirming he’s Yonaiker Gallegos, not some wannabe with a bad alias.

They always catch the dumb ones.

And get this: Fox News got a video from his social media where he’s allegedly flexing grenades and a rifle like he’s auditioning for a cartel flick [see photo above].

Real brain trust, this guy. You won't run into him at any Mensa meeting.

HSI Los Angeles teamed up with state and local badges to haul Gallegos into federal custody on April 25 for Title 8 immigration violations. The senior official didn’t mince words: he was “identified as a leader of TDA based in California.” ICE backed it up, confirming the arrest.

So, here we are—another day, another dangerous thug who shouldn’t be here in the first place, allegedly running a gang show in our backyard. If this doesn’t scream “fix the damn border,” I don’t know what does.

N. Mexico Supreme Court bans judge after alleged TdA gangbanger arrested at his home

Alright, let’s dive into this mess with the kind of swagger only a disgraced judge and a shady Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gangbanger could inspire. 

Picture this: Joel Cano, once a big shot in New Mexico’s Doña Ana County Magistrate Court, got himself in a pickle so sour it cost him his gavel for good. Last month, the dude bailed on his judge gig after cops nabbed a suspected Tren de Aragua thug—yeah, that Venezuelan crime crew—right at his house. Now, the New Mexico Supreme Court’s dropped the hammer, banning Cano from ever sitting on a bench again. 

No judicial robes, no wedding gigs, nada. “Joel Cano can never hold a judicial office again, be a candidate for a judicial office, and cannot exercise any judicial authority in the state, including officiating at weddings,” an Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) spokesman told Fox News Digital. 

The guy is done. Finito.

The court was supposed to have a big disciplinary showdown this Thursday, but with Cano’s cases tied up, they’ve kicked that to the curb. Cano, who was slinging rulings in Las Cruces, sent his “peace out” letter on March 3, though the AOC says the Supreme Court and 3rd Judicial District Court didn’t get it until March 31. His last day? March 21. 

In his letter, he’s all warm and fuzzy, like he’s leaving for a beach vacation: “All the best to everyone of you. I wish all of you a happy retirement once you are ready yourself.” 

Bro, you’re not retiring—you’re running from a scandal. Your status is lower than whale poop.

Now, let’s get to the juicy part. 

Back in January, Homeland Security Investigations in Las Cruces started sniffing around Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, a Venezuelan who snuck across the border in December 2023 and was allegedly tied to a criminal gang. Court docs call him “an illegal alien from Venezuela and a suspected member of a criminal gang” living with other border-jumpers and flexing firearms like he’s auditioning for a cartel flick. 

On Feb. 28, the feds swooped in with two search warrants at a house owned by Cano’s wife, Nancy Cano. They hauled Ortega-Lopez and his crew out, snagging four guns from the place. Plot twist: the house belongs to Nancy, and the guns? Linked to their daughter, April Cano.

Ortega-Lopez was out here posing with weapons on social media, bragging that April let him “hold and sometimes shoot various firearms.” Classy. He told the feds he met Nancy Cano in El Paso while installing a glass door—real handyman vibes. After getting evicted from his apartment in April 2024, Nancy offered him the “casita” behind her and Joel’s place. 

Cozy setup, right? Until the feds rolled up.

So, Cano’s out, his rep’s trashed, and Ortega-Lopez is cooling his heels in custody. This is the kind of story that makes you wonder who’s vetting the help—and the judges. New Mexico’s courts are done with Cano, and honestly, it’s hard to blame them.

Illegal alien who pushed illegal border crossings and squatting, deported

Consider the case of Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan who slipped across the southern border and thought he’d stumbled into a land of limitless largesse. 

This illegal alien took to TikTok—where else?—to flaunt a fistful of dollar bills, crow about federal handouts, and urge his fellow border-jumpers to squat in America’s abandoned homes. “I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” he announced, as if the United States owed him a living for the mere act of showing up. 

Well, Moreno’s grand tour has come to an end—he’s been deported back to Venezuela, and not a moment too soon.

This 27-year-old exemplar of entitlement waltzed into Eagle Pass, Texas, on April 23, 2022, under the Biden administration’s porous watch. Released into the country’s interior, he promptly thumbed his nose at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, skipping check-ins like a man too busy to be bothered. 

It wasn’t until March 2024 that the authorities caught up with him in Columbus, Ohio—a full two years of free rein. Deportation was ordered on September 9, 2024, but there was a hitch: Venezuela’s dictator, Nicolas Maduro, had petulantly slammed the door on deportation flights earlier that year, peeved by economic sanctions. 

Only after President Trump took office in 2025 did Caracas relent, and Moreno was bundled onto a plane.

Even then, he couldn’t go quietly. 

This illegal alien kicked up such a fuss on the flight that he had to be cordoned off with extra security—details are murky, but one imagines a tantrum befitting his TikTok bravado. Back in Venezuela, Diosdado Cabell, the grandly titled Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, rolled out the welcome mat, saying Moreno was “welcome” home. 

One suspects the irony was lost on both men.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration is wrestling with a larger mess: deporting members of Tren de Aragua, a vicious Venezuelan gang-cum-terror outfit. The President dusted off the Alien Enemies Act to fast-track their removal—a rare bit of decisiveness—but the Left, predictably, cried foul. 

A federal judge, appointed by Obama and marinated in progressive sanctimony, slapped an injunction on the move. That ruling was recently upheld by another judge, this one a Democratic donor and Obama campaign volunteer. The pattern is as tiresome as it is transparent.

So here we are: Moreno is gone, but the system that let him linger remains. A nation that can’t control its borders or eject its freeloaders is a nation in name only. “I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” he said. Nor, it seems, to respect the country that took him in.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

New Resolution Allows Trump To Use ‘Full Force’ Of The Military Against Cartels

Their mothers would be proud

Congress is tossing President Trump a big, shiny green light to go full Chuck Norris on the Mexican drug cartels. 

Rep. Greg Steube (FL-R) with a knack for stirring the pot, dropped a resolution that would let Trump unleash the “full force” of Uncle Sam’s military might on nine of the nastiest criminal outfits south of the border. We’re talking the big dogs—MS-13, Tren de Aragua, the works.

Steube’s not mincing words here. He’s calling these cartels out for “violating the territorial integrity of the United States” and slapping a “clear and evident danger” label on ‘em. 

“Until such time that the Mexican government finally steps up and squashes the drug cartels who use Mexico as their home base, Congress must give President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth the green light to take a sledgehammer to these criminal networks and their supply chains.” Yeah, he said “sledgehammer.” 

The resolution’s got some teeth, too—it’s aiming to authorize Trump’s crew to hit these nine cartels where it hurts, claiming they “present an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.” The goal? Total wipeout. 

“It is the policy of the United States to ensure the total elimination of these organizations’ presence in the United States and their ability to threaten the territory, safety, and security of the United States through their extraterritorial command-and-control structures, thereby protecting the American people and the territorial integrity of the United States,” it reads. 

This isn’t coming out of left field, either. 

Trump’s State Department already tagged eight of these groups as foreign terrorist organizations, cutting them off from U.S. cash flow. “Terrorist designations expose and isolate entities and individuals, denying them access to the U.S. financial system and the resources they need to carry out attacks,” they said. Smart move—starve the beast, right?

But here’s the kicker: Trump’s team is already knee-deep in a legal slugfest over the Alien Enemies Act, trying to fast-track deportations of alleged Tren de Aragua goons. Some progressive judge—James Boasberg—threw a wrench in it, saying it’s “outside of the typical wartime context.” 

So now, while Trump’s fighting that courtroom mess, Steube’s resolution is basically handing him a bazooka to finish the job. Stay tuned—this one’s gonna get loud.

Trump has hundreds of Venezuelans deported against court orders

The absurdity of the modern world continues unabated. A plane carrying over 200 Venezuelans, unceremoniously deported by the United States, has touched down in El Salvador. This, we are told, is in apparent defiance of a US judge's order prohibiting the Trump administration from carrying out such an act. 

One can almost hear the collective tut-tutting of the liberal establishment from here.

El Salvador's president, Nayib Bukele, took to social media to announce the arrival of 238 members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua and 23 members of the Mexican gang MS-13 on Sunday morning. Their appearance in this Central American nation came mere hours after a federal judge blocked President Trump from invoking a wartime law dating back to 1798 to justify the deportations. Bukele, with a wry smirk no doubt, later posted: "Oopsie... Too late."

The detainees, Bukele informs us, were promptly whisked away to El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center "for a period of one year" - a stint that is, apparently, "renewable." One wonders if they will ever see the light of day again. "The United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us," he added, a statement dripping with implication.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed the alleged gang members' arrival and thanked Bukele, dubbing him "the strongest security leader in our region." High praise indeed. Yet hours before, on Saturday evening, US District Judge James Boasberg had ordered a halt to deportations covered by Trump's proclamation invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 - a law allowing the government to detain and deport those threatening the nation's safety without due process. After hearing planes with deportees were taking off, Judge Boasberg demanded they be turned back, according to the Washington Post.

A video accompanying one of Bukele's posts shows lines of shackled individuals, hands and feet bound, escorted by armed officials from the plane. Some are bundled into the back of armored vehicles. In January, Trump signed an executive order declaring Tren de Aragua and MS-13 foreign terrorist organisations. And so the great game of nations continues, with the lives of the wretched caught in the middle.

Venezuela flies out nearly 200 deportees to their country

Nearly 200 illegal aliens from Venezuela were flown back to their country in two planes sent here to do the job, in accordance with President Trump's mass deportation promise.

This deportation of 190 illegal aliens may be a sign of tensions being relaxed between the US and Venezuela and it's certainly a win for Trump's administration as they begin to fulfill the promise they made to have countries take back their citizens who were in the U.S. illegally.

The Conviasa airline flights arrived in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas from Fort Bliss, a U.S. Army base in El Paso, Texas.

"Two planes of illegal immigrants left El Paso today headed to Venezuela - paid for by the Venezuelans," Trump envoy Ric Grennell, who oversaw the deportations, wrote on X.

Under the PINO Joe Biden's administration, deportation flights from the U.S. to Venezuela were halted for years, except for a brief time in October 2023.

In 2021, many Venezuelans started showing up at the U.S. southern border, and they've been among the top groups trying to enter the country without permission. Venezuela didn’t want to take them back, which caused a big problem.

However, after Ric Grenell visited Caracas a few weeks ago, Venezuela agreed to accept their returning citizens. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro commented, "This is the world we want, a world of peace, understanding, dialogue, and cooperation."

On Monday, Venezuela confirmed flights for deportees back home but criticized the U.S. for spreading what they called "ill-intentioned" and "false" stories about Venezuelan migrants, particularly about members of the Tren de Aragua gang. They emphasized that most Venezuelan migrants are honest, hardworking people.

These deportations happened shortly after some undocumented immigrants were sent to Guantanamo Detention Center in Cuba, where they are kept separate from other detainees, including those involved in the 9/11 attacks.

"Adiós para siempre."

A judge in New Mexico issued a temporary block on the Trump administration's plan to send three Venezuelan men to Guantánamo Bay. Their lawyers argued that these men were targeted because they fit the profile of those the administration wanted to detain there, accusing them wrongly of gang connections.

The deportations also followed agreements by Secretary of State Marco Rubio with El Salvador and Guatemala, where these countries agreed to accept their citizens and other deportees from the U.S.

After Grennell's visit, Trump announced that Venezuela had agreed to take back all their undocumented citizens in the U.S., including alleged gang members, and even cover the cost for their flights back. At the same time, six Americans were released from Venezuela.

CO Gov. calls gang takeovers of buildings "imagination"

There is a frightening situation going on in Aurora, Colorado. Illegal aliens who belong to Venezuela's Tren de Aragua gang have gone into buildings armed and potentially violent, ready to take over apartment complexes, beat the crap out of renters, and operate a retail theft ring. 

Unlike Denver down the road a bit, Aurora is not a sanctuary city and haven't provided resources to illegal alien care. The residents of the town have tried working with state law enforcement agencies but the Governor, Jared Polis (D-of course) doesn't seem to care nor take the situation seriously.

Polis recently scoffed at the Venezuelan gang stories calling them all to be a figment of one member of the Aurora City Council's imagination. (H/T NY Post) 

Never mind that it's on video of these gang members armed to the teeth with handguns, rifles with bipods, and battering rams breaking into apartments and terrorizing residents. Video is not imagination nor are the police reports that have been generated from these atrocious acts.

If Polis was forced to live in one of these apartments, there's no doubt he would react differently. But politicians are not affected directly by violence for the most part, and they couldn't care less about residents as long as they keep getting voted in.

Polis’ press office offered the snarky statement Wednesday night in response to Aurora City Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky — who told The Post the gang’s takeovers are tied to his policies.

“The Governor has already let the Mayor know that the State is ready to support the local police department with assistance from state troopers and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation if needed,” Shelby Wieman, a spokesperson for the Democratic governor, told The Post.

“But, according to police intelligence this purported invasion is largely a feature of Danielle Jurinsky’s imagination.”

So Polis pees on our legs and tells us it's just raining.

We know that one person has already been shot and critically wounded by these illegal aliens. Others were beaten and required hospitalization. Many had to flee their own homes and theft for the local Walmart at the apartment complex in question has soared and goods are being sold off on the black market. It sounds a lot like what Hamas has been doing with the aid coming into Gaza by truck--they commandeer it and sell it off or use if for themselves.

The local news ran videos of groups of men speaking Spanish and armed with handguns and rifles breaking into one of the apartments. What does Polis have to see to convince him that this isn't one person's imagination.

But stupid people don't know that they're stupid.
