200 Marines deploy to support ICE in Florida

Two hundred Marines from North Carolina’s Marine Support Squadron 272 are headed to Florida to back ICE, U.S. Northern Command says. They’re part of 700 troops, active duty, Guard, Reserves, tapped by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth after DHS begged for help May 9.

Florida’s first up, with Texas and Louisiana next. The Marines will handle “critical administrative and logistical capabilities at locations as directed by ICE,” per Thursday’s release. Think paperwork and transport, not handcuffs.

“Their roles will focus on administrative and logistical tasks, and they are specifically prohibited from direct contact with individuals in ICE custody or involvement in any aspect of the custody chain,” the news release hammers home.

This isn’t new. The military’s been law enforcement’s wingman for ages. The FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin in ’91 said it best: “Contrary to what many police officers believe, the Posse Comitatus Act permits civilian law enforcement agencies to seek military assistance under some specific circumstances.”

Guard units, for example, regularly sling “training, technical support, services, intelligence analysis, surveillance, communications towers, vehicle barriers, and pedestrian fences,” per a 2010 report.

The Pentagon’s doubling down on border security, with four new military zones in Texas and Arizona to curb illegal migration and drugs. Pentagon flack Sean Parnell says 8,500 Joint Task Force Southern Border troops have run 3,500 patrols, some with Mexican forces, and Marines have backed 170+ missions across 130 spots for nine agencies, including DHS and DEA.

Where in Florida? NORTHCOM’s lips are sealed. Rumors point to Alligator Alcatraz, ICE’s new Everglades lockup, but they ain’t confirming. Details? Forget it—NORTHCOM’s clamming up. Marines are coming to stack boxes, not to kick butt and take names.

Venezuelan illegal alien gang leader arrested in Calif. on immigration charges

Yonaiker Gallegos

The border mess just keeps delivering gut punches, and this one’s a doozy. According to the Trump administration, as told to Fox News on Monday, a Venezuelan illegal alien—alleged big shot in the ultra-violent Tren de Aragua gang—got nabbed in Los Angeles last week.

Yonaiker [rhymes with yarmulka] Gallegos, who was slinking around under the alias “Yoniaker Rafel Martinez-Ramos” (nice try, pal), was already cooling his heels in LA County lockup on misdemeanor charges for blank checks and toting a fake government ID.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) sniffed him out on April 22, per a senior Trump official. They got wise to his “Martinez-Ramos” charade after eyeballing the junk he had on him when local cops scooped him up.

By April 23, HSI’s National Gang Unit had the goods—tattoo pics and booking photos that screamed, “Yup, this is Gallegos.” They even dug up his social media, where this genius was apparently dumb enough to post his real face. Facial recognition tech sealed the deal, confirming he’s Yonaiker Gallegos, not some wannabe with a bad alias.

They always catch the dumb ones.

And get this: Fox News got a video from his social media where he’s allegedly flexing grenades and a rifle like he’s auditioning for a cartel flick [see photo above].

Real brain trust, this guy. You won't run into him at any Mensa meeting.

HSI Los Angeles teamed up with state and local badges to haul Gallegos into federal custody on April 25 for Title 8 immigration violations. The senior official didn’t mince words: he was “identified as a leader of TDA based in California.” ICE backed it up, confirming the arrest.

So, here we are—another day, another dangerous thug who shouldn’t be here in the first place, allegedly running a gang show in our backyard. If this doesn’t scream “fix the damn border,” I don’t know what does.

Meanwhile, the Democrats still want to impeach Trump. Maybe it's because they're hiding something.

Illegal alien allegedly kidnaps, rapes 13-year-old girl

A 24-year-old illegal alien from Honduras is suspected of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in Louisiana. The coward surrendered to the Kenner Police Department on Wednesday.

The scumcrumpet, Diego Rodriguez-Salvador is accused of holding the child at knifepoint while driving her to his trailer park abode and raping her, WDSU reported

Before Rodriguez-Salvador turned himself in to authorities in New Orleans, the police had requested the public's assistance in locating him. WDSU reported that the authorities initially faced challenges in tracking down the suspect because he is "undocumented," with Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley referring to him as "a ghost." By undocumented, it means that he entered the country illegally due to the current administration's failure to close the border or build a wall that former President Donald Trump promised and begun. In fact, the Biden-Harris administration removed part of the wall that was erected and sold it for parts.

“I’ve said it over and over again, it is a challenge for law enforcement across the whole country. When [illegal aliens] come into this country, they’re basically ghosts,” Chief Conley said at a news conference. “They disappear. We have no identifiers. It’s challenging to even identify them through any of our databases.”

This is exactly how the Democrats want it--they hope these illegal aliens will vote Democratic.

The 13-year-old victim told police that she previously knew Rodriguez-Salvador since he was one of her brother's friends. The girl said that Rodriguez-Salvador told her he was driving her to the store, but when she noticed he was driving in the wrong direction, she told authorities that the suspect pulled out a knife. After arriving at his trailer park home, Rodriguez-Salvador allegedly forced himself on the girl.

“Anybody that uses a knife and overpowers a 13-year-old girl to rape them and then flees, that’s a coward,” Conley said. He also said that it is unknown as to when this POS entered the United States.

The fairly useless Department of Homeland Security is involved in the investigation.

Earlier this year, two men from Venezuela who were in the U.S. illegally were charged with the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston. Prosecutors claim that 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos "tricked" Nungaray into going "under a bridge." There, they reportedly "stayed with her for over two hours, took her pants off, tied her up, and killed her," then "threw her body into the bayou.

"Illegal immigration has become a top concern for voters heading into the 2024 election as Customs and Border Protection has reported record numbers of migrant encounters at the southern border under the Biden administration.

DHS "deep sixes" 2 border wall contracts

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Friday that it has cancelled two contracts for wall construction on the U.S.-Mexico border.

These are the first cancellations under DHS's month-old plan for unobligated border wall funds.

DHS’s Customs and Border Protection is terminating the contracts for the Laredo, Texas, sector of the border which spans 31 miles and would have used 2020 appropriated funds. The excuse being used is that they  “are not necessary to address any life, safety, environmental or other remediation requirements, as described in the DHS border wall plan implementing President Biden’s proclamation," according to a DHS press release.

Biden was told that he ordered a pause on border wall construction upon coming into office and the Biden-Harris-Obama-Jarrett-Klain-Sanders-AOC administration announced in April that it was cancelling the wall contracts because Trump.

These are merely the first cancellations since DHS made its plan public for unobligated border wall funds in June.

“Construction has not yet started on the two Laredo sector projects, and no land acquisition has begun,” Homeland Security stated. “CBP intends to engage in environmental planning concerning these barrier projects, including taking certain actions consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act and other statutes.”

The department is continuing to review the other border barrier projects paused by Biden and his covert presidential team and looking at what projects might be needed to address safety, environmental or other remediation concerns.

“The administration also continues to call on Congress to cancel remaining border wall funding and instead fund smarter border security measures, like border technology and modernization of land ports of entry, that are proven to be more effective at improving safety and security at the border,” DHS said.

The money might instead be used to pay the travel, medical, clothing, hotel and spa expenses for undocumented travelers into the U.S.

Why is it that this administration treats illegal aliens better than Americans?

pResident Bidex claims migrant surge started under Trump

Have they tried turning him off then turning him on again?

President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., says the surge of migrants to the southern border started under the Trump administration, not the Biden-Harris administration, as he wants it to be called.

"This new surge we are dealing with now started with the last administration, but it’s our responsibility to deal with it humanely," Biden mush-mouthed as he met with his Secretary of Homeland Security Xavier Becerra and other incompetent immigration advisers who apparently don't care that there is more than an 800% overflow of children in border facilities sleeping in cages on the floor.

The cages are so overcrowded that the kids have to sleep on their sides to make room for others, and the press is barred from going in to see what's going on.

"There was a serious spike in people heading to the southern border even in the midst of that [the Trump administration]. That was because there were serious natural disasters" in Latin America, Biden mumbled.

Let's pretend Biden is correct [which he is not] and that the surge began under Trump. What is Biden doing about it other than lying about the problem not being a crisis, and allowing it to grow? The answer is simple: he is allowing it to grow by opening the border. He says that he isn't opening it, but that tactic is called "gaslighting."

Biden has recently announced that he was tapping Vice President Kamala Harris [aka The Laughing Cow] to lead the White House effort to tackle migration challenges at the border. Although she laughed several days ago when asked if she would be visiting the border, it now seems like she has no choice, if Biden really is in charge [Hint: he might be in charge if he could find what he did with his Denny's coupon for the Lunch Special.]

Biden, evidently thinking Harris is a Latinx, [rhymes with Kleenex] thought that she is the most qualified person to work with Mexico and Central America, for some reason.

Meanwhile, illegal aliens are coming into the country like a fire sale at John's Bargain Store. One Border Patrol Agent (who needed to remain anonymous for fear of losing his job) reported, as per the Epoch Times:
"The family-unit holding cells smell like urine and vomit. Fights break out in the unaccompanied-minor cells. Scabies, like, the flu and COVID-19 run rampant." He added that: "Up to 80 individuals are squeezed into each 24 by 30-foot cell and that any diseases that are in there, it's being kept in there, like a petri dish. The smell is overwhelming."

"One or two agents are left to control 300 to 500 people during a shift," the agent added.
Sexual assault, other violence and theft cannot be effectively prevented. As reported,
"Of those interviewed, 57.35 had been exposed to some kind of violence along the migration route through Mexico."
This did not happen under the Trump administration and Biden needs to be held accountable.

Biden isn't just a liar--he's a damn liar.

Mazie Hirono destroys the stereotype that Asians are intelligent

Single handedly Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI)  made an outlandish claim on Wednesday saying that the Trump administration "sits around every single day thinking of ways to be cruel to these migrants." Yes, they brainstorm on new and exciting ways to spread harm and evil on illegal immigrants and therefore, they should all be killed along with their supporters.

Okay, I added the last part because that's sort of what her words imply. If Trump and his cronies are doing bad things, that makes them bad people. Bad people need to be punished for being bad. People who support bad Trump conspirators in evil, need to be stopped. Antifa sounds like a good idea now, doesn't it?

“I think that the Trump Administration people sit around every single day thinking of new ways to be cruel to these migrants,” Crazy Mazie told host MSNBC's androgynous host Chris Hayes. “That’s what they do and tomorrow they will probably come up with something else.”

Picture Trump and Steve Mnuchin sitting in the Oval Office; Steve is hunched over the table, rubbing his evil hands together and sneering. "The aliens just keep coming over the border, Mr. President. What can we do to put a real hurt on them?"

"Well, we've used teargas when they breached the wall and attacked the guards. So they shed a couple of tears. So what? That was nothing," Trump says with an evil grin as he tosses back his preternatural hair. "That was nothing," he repeats. "Nothing. We need to do more. We need to make them pay. Is mustard gas legal? Is it made from mustard?"

"No sir, I don't believe so," Mnuchin says. "I don't think it's legal either but what if we could disguise it with maybe an actual mustard flavor so those f***ing [*] Democrats don't know what we're doing. Hey, I like that. What do you think. Mr Trump?"

"Okay. I like it. Let's go with the mustard flavored mustard gas and really give it to them at the border. They'll never know what hit 'em."

Chorus of "Heh, heh, heh . . . heh, heh, heh."

"Okay," Mnuchin begins, "what about those damn kids in cages. What if we electrify the bars? That'll teach those little beggars that they can't just come here and get free stuff. It'll also really teach them that escape is impossible unless we say so."

"I like it. I like it. Let's go with the electrified cages. We'll use just enough electricity to knock them on their butts, but not enough to kill them. That'll come in my second term."

Chorus of "Heh, heh, heh . . . heh, heh, heh."

And that is how Mazie Hirono sees Trump and his administration because somewhere in Hawaii there is a village missing an idiot.

Twice deported and charged with three murders--two were children

Illegal alien altered photo
A piece of human debris blew in from Guatemala illegally and was sent back twice. Unfortunately, this misunderstood crap pile came back a third time and was arrested on Tuesday in connection to the Iowa murders of a woman and her two children.

The alleged killer, 31, was arrested after he allegedly shot the family with which he lived in Des Moines, Iowa, and called 911 on himself, but lied to the 911 operator about what happened.

The suspect allegedly murdered 29-year-old Rossibeth Flores-Rodriguez and her two children, Grecia Daniela Alvarado-Flores, 11, and Ever Jose Mejia-Flores, 5, according an Associated Press report.

The illegal alien was deported in both 2010 and 2011, and convicted of illegal entry. He crossed the border around Laredo, Texas, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered not to return — but even though he crossed his fingers and hoped to die if he was lying, it turns out he was lying, ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer confirmed with the AP.

The ungrateful illegal alien allegedly killed the family after an argument ensued in their shared home, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. He then dialed 911 and allegedly fabricated a story about Rodriguez killing the two children, saying he had to kill her in self-defense.

Investigators are uncertain about why the murders occurred, but they did not believe the illegal alien's story.

“That’s probably one of the harder parts for the families and sometimes the first responders is, everybody wants to know why. The community wants to know why this happened, particularly the two precious little kids and the sad part is we may never know why,” Des Moines Police Spokesman Paul Parizek told local NBC 13.

The suspect was booked in the Polk County Jail on three counts of first degree murder, authorities say. He gave deputies a fake name: Marvin Esquivel Lopez, [the long-lost brother of Trini] hoping to evade deportation yet again.

His bail is set at $3 million.

ICE filed for an arrest warrant on him Wednesday and he could face up to 20 years in prison for disobeying the do-not-enter order issued in 2011, not to mention how long he'd get if convicted of a triple homicide.

The "Squad" comprised of Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Ayanna Pressley and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez may soon be fighting for his release back into the wild.

U.S. sets another record: most family apprehensions illegally crossing border

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) set a new record in the arrest of family units at the southern border in the month of December. This comes in spite of the Trump administration's to slow the flow of migrants by tightening asylum restrictions and confronting aggressive caravans before they cross onto American soil.

CBP agents apprehended 27,518 members of family units in December, according to data released by the CBP on Wednesday. Those migrants, most of whom entered the already-strained asylum system upon capture, were among a total of 60,728 individuals caught trying to enter the country illegally last month.

President Trump is declaring the situation at our southern border a crisis, but what has changed since he first took office and Republicans had the House and Senate? He had the ability to build the wall as he promised during his campaign, but when it came down to it, he waited. [He also had the power to defund Planned Parenthood, as he promised. What happened?]

The number of migrants claiming membership in a family unit has risen steadily over the past five months as the Trump administration labors to find a legal way of reducing the population of migrants eligible to apply for asylum after crossing the border illegally.

The government shutdown is now in its third week and Trump has called on Congress Tuesday evening to pass a spending bill that includes the $5.7 billion [government pocket change] for the "steel-slat barrier" at the southern border. He also wants $800,000 for migrant housing as they await a ruling on their asylum applications.

President Trump on Thursday alluded to the probability of his taking executive action and calling the border situation a national emergency and in which, he believes, he is in the right to take action. Hopefully it doesn't come to that because it will have long-term consequences once the GOP is out of power, as is inevitable with both parties.

The Democrats see how the Harry Reid nuclear option came back to bite them on the buns, and the same will happen if Trump uses his office to declare a national emergency.

It's a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.

I hope that you will follow Brain Flushings throughout the year and feel free to comment on any issues of concern. Please subscribe and check out the sponsors on these pages too.

Pelosi rejects border-security facts with her delusions

House Speaker Nancy "Hyper Hands" Pelosi got into a verbal kerfuffle with Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

Pelosi kept interrupting Nielsen's presentation on border security and illegal immigration, saying "I reject your facts." Ironically, the facts don't belong to anyone--they simply exist--and Pelosi's facts only exist in her mind. Meanwhile, President Trump is not budging on his demand for funding a border wall.

At one point during Nielsen's presentation, according to the Wall Street Journal, Pelosi interrupted her as she was citing statistics related to the border, including how many criminal illegal immigrants attempted to enter the U.S. last year.

“I reject your facts,” Pelosi told Nielsen.

“These aren’t my facts," Nielsen shot back. "These are the facts.” But Pelosi's feelings were hurt and that's all that matters to liberals.

Following the episode, Nielsen went to social media to criticize Pelosi and the Democrats for not wanting to hear about the issue of illegal immigration. She tweeted:
“I am disappointed that Dems did not want to hear from @DHSgov about the security & humanitarian crisis we are facing at the border. They didn’t want to hear about criminal aliens, drug smugglers, smuggled & abused children or violent caravans trying to breach the border wall.”

“The crisis is not going away-it is getting worse. The status quo in funding & authorities for #DHS is irresponsible & makes our country less secure. Kicking the can down the road is not the answer. I look forward to engaging w Members who want to.”
It isn't about border security, Kirstjen--it's all about politics, nothing more. To give Trump a victory on a campaign promise, in spite of the good it does for the country and that the voters elected him on that promise, does not matter to Democrats.

Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois, the second-ranking Senate Democrat, also criticized Nielsen’s presentation, telling Bloomberg that it “was not a credible presentation.”

“It was preposterous,” Durbin said. “At a time when we have the lowest level of apprehensions at the border — stopping people from coming in illegally — the lowest level historically, she is saying that we have all these terrorists and criminals and all these people on their way in.”

The lowest level of apprehension is due to the fact that under the Obama administration, whenever an illegal alien was immediately turned back, they counted it as an apprehension. The Trump administration is being honest about the situation--what a novel idea.

Nielsen reportedly told the Democrats at the meeting that border officials along the U.S.-Mexico border had apprehended about 3,000 people with terrorist ties and 17,000 criminals last year. Whether that number is accurate is less important than the fact that terrorists are among the migrants, and the fact that we have a constitutional obligation to preserve the sanctity of our nation.

However, to be clear, the number may very well be accurate.

"Hyper Hands" also asked the DHS head whether she was counting anyone crossing the border illegally as having a criminal record, with the administration denying that’s how the figure was devised.

Wednesday’s meeting didn’t resolve the government shutdown as both sides continue to stick to their principles and refuse to concede.

On Friday, following another contentious meeting in the White House with congressional leaders, Trump warned that the partial government shutdown could last “years” and saying he could even declare a “national emergency” to bypass Congress if necessary to build the wall.

What he also needs to do, is make it clear that the government shutdown would end if the Democrats would simply fund the wall like they advocated in the past. What has changed[?] he needs to ask.

“We can call a national emergency [to build a border wall] because of the security of our country,” Trump told reporters in the Rose Garden, during a lengthy and impromptu press conference on Friday.

“I may do it,” he said, before adding, “If we can do it through a negotiated process, we’re giving it a shot.”

Well here we are in the beginning of a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.

Border authorities use tear gas to stop migrant charge at southern border

"Migrants run as tear gas is thrown by U.S. Border Protection officers to the Mexican side of the border fence after they climbed the fence to get to San Diego from on Tuesday. Discouraged by the long wait to apply for asylum through official ports of entry, many migrants from recent caravans are choosing to cross the U.S. border wall and hand themselves over to agents."
They don't want to wait in line. They don't want to follow the law. They want to enter the U.S. by charging the border.

They put the lives of their children in danger because they know it's easier on them if they drag a child along. So far, two of the children didn't make it and died. So far, over 250 children are ill and of these, about half are under the age of five.

The U.S. Border Protection has its hands full and that's what the illegal aliens are counting on--overwhelming the agents who guard our borders and charge into the country as if it is their right to do so.

Now U.S. Border Protection had to use tear gas to keep the illegal aliens out and on the Mexican side of the border.

The new year brought continued tensions along the U.S.-Mexico border as U.S. authorities fired tear gas at migrants from the Central American caravan that has gathered there with about 150 illegal aliens, to keep them from breaching the border fence with Tijuana, Mexico.

An Associated Press photographer witnessed at least three volleys of gas launched onto the Mexican side of the border near Tijuana’s beach early Tuesday. It affected the migrants, including women and children, as well as members of the press. This is what tear gas was designed to do--affect people who would otherwise break the law, especially the rock-throwers on the Mexican side who tried to prevent agents from helping children being passed over the concertina barb wire, as per U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP). Agents said 25 migrants were detained.

Migrants who spoke with AP said they arrived last month with the caravan from Honduras.

Such clashes have been common as the migrants, who have put their names on a waiting list that is thousands of names long, have grown restless, with some opting to force their way across the border, unlike the rest of the U.S. immigrants who legally applied for citizenship and waited their turn.

USCBP Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said last year that the Border Patrol’s use-of-force policy allows agents to use tear gas and other nonlethal methods. Rubber bullets would do a better job, but that's not allowed.

In November, after a group of migrants tried to rush the border, McAleenan defended the use of tear gas: “As the events unfolded, quick, decisive and effective action prevented an extremely dangerous situation.”

President Trump is trying to get Democrats to negotiate over building a border wall. After all, John Kerry has a wall around a family home in France and is doing his best to keep it there while the residents want it down.

Happy New Year fellow conservatives. Health and happiness to all. I hope that you follow Brain Flushings throughout the New Year and comment on any issues within. Please feel free to check out the sponsors on these pages too.

Man's body floating in ocean near U.S.-Mexico border

"Members of a migrant caravan from Central America and their supporters sit on the top of the U.S.-Mexico border wall at Border Field State Park before making an asylum request, in San Diego, California on April 29, 2018."
A man's body was found floating in the ocean just north of the U.S.-Mexico border in San Diego County, California, according to local police.

On Friday night, San Diego County Sheriff's deputies at the Imperial Beach substation were radio by U.S. Border Patrol for assistance with a body found in the water.

Deputies and members of the San Diego Fire Department arrived at approximately 6 p.m. local time, Friday and attempted to resuscitate the man. He was later declared dead.

Tijuana news outlet Frontera.info reported that the man was from Honduras, between 20 and 25 years old and attempting to cross into the United States. The media is currently scrambling to find ways of blaming the man's death on the Trump administration and specifically, the border agents.

The man's name and age have not been released.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner's office has opened an investigation into the death, hoping, as mentioned, to find a way to blame the cause of death directly on President Trump or someone close to the administration.

7 Illegal Aliens Arrested for Helping Illegal Alien Cop-Killer

California law enforcement agents arrested seven more suspects -- all of whom are illegal aliens -- connected to Gustavo Perez Arriaga, the alleged cop-killer, for helping him evade capture.

"Police say, in all, seven people are in custody, accused of assisting the suspect in evading police, including two of Arriaga's brothers and his girlfriend," ABC News reported on Saturday night, according to NewsBusters. "Authorities telling ABC News, all of them -- as well as Arriaga -- in the U.S. illegally."

Authorities arrested Bernabe Madrigal Castaneda, Adrian Virgen, Erik Quiroz,  Villegas, Maria Luisa Moreno, Ana Leyde Cervantes, and Conrado Virgen Mendoza.

Fox News reported late last week that authorities confirmed that Perez Arriaga, 33, was affiliated with the Surenos gang, a violent Mexican-American street gang that engages in "a number of crimes, including murder, extortion, narcotics trafficking, prostitution, human smuggling and robbery."

Democrats don't care if they remain in the U.S. as long as they vote Democratic.

"Illegal immigration doesn't serve our communities, especially criminals who victimize and exploit our communities," Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson said on Fox News last week. "Whether you hate the president or love the president, border security goes hand-in-hand with national security, the safety of our communities, and public safety. We need to know who is in our communities that shouldn't be. We should be focusing on criminal activity without political interference."

"We were prohibited — law enforcement was prohibited because of sanctuary laws and that led to the encounter with officer Singh," Christianson added at a news conference Friday. "The outcome could have been different if law enforcement wasn’t restricted, prohibited, or had their hands tied because of political interference."

President Trump kept in touch with the manhunt for the fat weasel late last week, tweeting:
"There is right now a full scale manhunt going on in California for an illegal immigrant accused of shooting and killing a police officer during a traffic stop. Time to get tough on Border Security. Build the Wall!"
Democrats are complaining that the GOP is "politicizing" the shooting. Gee, I'm surprised they didn't use the shooting to call for more gun control laws as is their wont.

Rest in peace, officer Ronil Singh.

Outgoing John Kelly defends Trump but not on border wall

Chief of Staff John Kelly will soon be leaving the White House and he gave his opinions about the president to "reporters/"

In an interview with the left leaning LA Times, Kelly told reporters that the President routinely consults multiple sources of information before making a decision, even if it often seems like Trump acts without regard for consequences, which is something the LA Times reporters didn't want to hear.

But while the outgoing White House Chief of Staff took aim at the president's border wall in his "exit interview" with the newspaper, he still defended Trump, countering empty claims by the media that the president often acts without knowing the consequences of his decisions. The media seems to make that stuff up as they go along in their hatred for Trump.

"It’s never been: The president just wants to make a decision based on no knowledge and ignorance,” Kelly said. “You may not like his decision, but at least he was fully informed on the impact.”

Kelly, however, took credit for whipping the White House into shape and imposing a sense of order on the Trump Administration's central organizational hub.  Kelly said that this was clearly missing when he first entered the job in 2017.

He added that he feels his tenure was successful because he helped the President view his actions through a lens that wasn't tainted by politics, a benefit, Kelly says, of his own military training.

Kelly also defended the President from claims that he's uncontrollable, because the President still Tweets, even amid political strife. Again, this pissed of the interviewer who was hoping Kelly would be angrier at Trump and say things that would berate him.

Being an honest broker, Kelly wasn't willing to defend every action of the Trump White House. He was critical of Trump's signature anti-illegal immigration effort, the border wall -- his biggest campaign promise and an issue currently at the forefront of national politics. It is also at the crux of Trump's current budget stalemate with Congress.

“To be honest, it’s not a wall,” Kelly told the LA Times, upending an ongoing talking point from the White House that billions are needed to construct a massive, physical wall on the border between the United States and Mexico.

“The president still says ‘wall’ — oftentimes frankly he’ll say ‘barrier’ or ‘fencing,’ now he’s tended toward steel slats. But we left a solid concrete wall early on in the administration, when we asked people what they needed and where they needed it," Kelly continued.

Members of the media, rubbing their hands together like witches around a cauldron, were quick to pounce on Kelly's comments, taking them as critical of the Administration's plan.

Bwah-ha-ha!
“To be honest, it’s not a wall,” John Kelly told the LA Times in an interview. The last time Kelly went on Fox and said the president was “uninformed” on the wall during the campaign, Trump shouted at him so loudly it could be heard outside Oval. This time, Kelly is out.— Josh Dawsey (@jdawsey1) December 30, 2018

But Kelly's assessment of the "wall" isn't nearly as critical as the left-leaning media, particularly on social media, might have readers believe.

In fact, Kelly is clear that the White House -- particularly the Department of Homeland Security -- worked directly with members of the Customs and Border Protection force, to determine what the best design for a so-called "border wall" might be.

"When Kelly led Homeland Security in early 2017, one of his first steps was to seek advice from those who 'actually secure the border,; Customs and Border Protection agents who Kelly calls 'salt-of-the-earth, Joe-Six-Pack folks,' the LA Times reports.

“They said, ‘Well we need a physical barrier in certain places, we need technology across the board, and we need more people,’” he added.

The White House is still in the midst of a battle over funding for the border wall, which is expected to pick up Wednesday, when Congress returns to Washington, D.C. after their holiday. By then, Kelly will be gone.

He is due to depart from his position as Chief of Staff the same day, and I, for one, will miss him.

Getting past the wall by any means necessary

Shovel ready illegal migration
When President Trump went all out to hawk the border wall, a GoFundMe page was created to pay for it because the Democrats refused to go along with it which would allow him to succeed. But when the left saw that the public was digging into their pockets to fund it privately, they created a GoFundMe page to buy ladders to scale the wall.

Now Rigo Torres, a guy from Florida, created another GoFundMe page known as "Support Tunnels Under Trumps Wall" campaign to collect money to build a tunnel to go under the wall. It has been shared on social media over 300,000 times.

"To the thousands of people raising money for a wall...... I’m raising money to supply tunnel builders with shovels...... I’m sure we won’t need the $150,000,000 but In all reality who gives a shit..... let’s see how much I can raise...." he writes using a Tom Perez-like potty mouth style.

"The American Civil Liberties Union which is focused on defending the rights of immigrant families and says it 'won't stop fighting until families are reunited.' The organization already has raised over $1 million, thanks in part to donations from celebrities like musician John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen. Let’s help these kids and parents be together and spend time with family, and not in detention centers...." Torres writes on and on.

But by Dec. 28, the page had collected only $2,995 of a $15 million goal from 256 people.

Another new page recently popped up, created by Charlotte Clymer, a guy who thinks he's a woman. He is also an Army veteran and human rights activist from Texas. The GoFundMe page is titled "Ladders to Get Over Trump's Wall."

"We saw some folks are raising money for a border wall to keep out our migrant siblings and fellow human beings, who are fleeing violence and persecution and whose tragically-underpaid labor is essential to the U.S. economy. Seems like a bad idea on countless levels for everyone involved. Maybe we should focus on human rights and creating a community that reflects our supposed values," Clymer wrote on the page.

That page has raised $153,965 of $100 million goal in eight days from 6,854 contributors.

Both campaigns pale in comparison to the “We The People Will Fund The Wall” campaign started by Purple Heart veteran and triple amputee Brian Kolfage has raised $17,814,670 of $1 billion goal from 293,413 people in 11 days.

"Like a majority of those American citizens who voted to elect President Donald J Trump, we voted for him to Make America Great Again. President Trump’s main campaign promise was to BUILD THE WALL. And as he’s followed through on just about every promise so far, this wall project needs to be completed still," Kolfage wrote.

"As a veteran who has given so much, 3 limbs, I feel deeply invested to this nation to ensure future generations have everything we have today. Too many Americans have been murdered by illegal aliens and too many illegals are taking advantage of the United States taxpayers with no means of ever contributing to our society."

"I have grandparents who immigrated to America legally, they did it the correct way and it's time we uphold our laws, and get this wall BUILT! It’s up to Americans to help out and pitch in to get this project rolling," he said.

With the recent murder of a California police officer, Cpl. Ronil Singh, the public seems to be getting disgusted with the stagnation of the government to get things done as they would rather do anything that opposes the president--never mind those of us who elected him.

It's obvious the nation needs immigration reform and new ways of discouraging illegal border crossings. A wall would be a psychological deterrent and perhaps an actual physical barrier too. Ensuring that people who enter illegally are never allowed to work would clearly create a negative incentive and stop a large portion of migration.

Let the government figure it out, but we need our sovereignty as a country. The cost of a wall, say $5 billion or so, is like pizza money compared to our budget spending. It's obvious the Democrats are standing firm against immigration reform because it would be a Trump win.

But really, it would be a win for America.

Jim Carrey attacks every Trump voter as 'loyal zombies' over border security

Former actor and chronically unhappy comedian Jim Carrey draws like a mental patient, and uses his "art" to express his intense anger over President Trump and anyone who doesn't wish POTUS impeached or worse.

Sounding like a Kathy Griffin wannabe, Carrey unleashed his angry painting with millions of American voters [who voted for the other party] as his target, calling them "loyal zombies" over border security, but even he doesn't have any undocumented foreign born folks living in his house.

The man who once said he was nothing more than “energy” playing a “character” known as Jim Carrey while promoting the Netflix documentary “Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond” now says that Mr. Trump’s voters are “loyal zombies.”

“Remember Trump’s loyal zombies chanting, ‘Build That Fence’ at his rallies??? Me neither!” he tweeted to over 18 million followers Wednesday.

The message was released with a new painting of Mr. Trump at one of his campaign rallies.
Carrey's wall is white
“[Trump] thinks his followers are a bunch of nitwits,” Mr. Carrey added Thursday. “They — like that pile of empty portfolios — are just props to this never-was President.”

Actually, that would be Hillary Clinton and him.
Pelosi's wall goes all the way around
Carrey's acrimonious commentary comes against a political backdrop in which the government shutdown over border security funding has reached its seventh day.

Like Pelosi, Schumer and the rest of the Democrats, now that President Trump wants to build the wall, they don't want it. Carrey is no exception and merely pretends to welcome illegal aliens with open arms. He can pretend because they will never affect his life, and besides, he already has a wall, like Pelosi.

'Dancing Hands' Pelosi mocks Trump's manhood

President Trump had a fairly heated meeting on Tuesday with House Democratic Leader Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi and Senate minority leader Chuck "Mega-nostrils" Schumer in the Oval Office, where "real men" like Bill Clinton have sex with interns.

After the meeting, Pelosi threw a tantrum and mocked Trump using language that sounded like a child who needs a 'time out.'

According to The Hill, sources said Pelosi shouted, “It was so wild. It goes to show you: You get into a tinkle contest with a skunk, you get tinkle all over you.”

But tinkling wasn't enough for Pelosi, so she tried to emasculate POTUS about the funding for the wall along the southern border. She snapped, "It's a manhood thing for him. As if manhood could ever be associated with him. This wall thing."

Then Pelosi boasted as she gesticulated as her dentures almost flew from her mouth, “But the fact is we did get him to say, to fully own that the shutdown was his . . . that was an accomplishment."

The current situation is that Democrats are willing to allow $1.6 billion for border security in the funding bill, while Trump is asking for $5 billion, coffee money in terms of federal spending. Unless they soon agree on something, the government will shut down on Dec. 21 and Christmas will still arrive in spite of that.

Trump pulled no punches as he challenged the Democrats, "If we don't get what we want, I will shut down the government . . . I am proud to shut down the government for border security. I will take the mantle. I will be the one to shut it down. And I’m gonna shut it down for border security.”

Schumer sat on a sofa but he looked like an old man sitting on a toilet.

This wasn't the first time Pelosi has lost control of her temper. Last year in June she reminisced about former President George W. Bush. Although she often fought with him, she waxed nostalgic, "I wish he were president now. I wish Mitt Romney were president. I wish John McCain were president. As far as the Republicans, the people who voted for him it's almost like, 'any mammal will do.' They were just wrong."

No, Nancy. As far as many people, Republicans as well as independent voters who voted for Trump, any mammal was better than Hillary Clinton. She was the world's worst campaigner. Someone, I can't recall who, said that even a stuffed animal who campaigned in Pennsylvania could have beaten her.

As far as Pelosi is concerned, her assessment of the 9/11 terrorist attacks was that it was merely an "incident":
"We have a responsibility to protect our borders. All of our borders. Let’s make no mistake about that. Democrats have been strong on that point. All of our borders. In fact, I said to some of you before, when we had the 9/11 incident and the commission was formed — and they made their recommendations — they made recommendations to protect America, but the Republicans would never take them up. And some of it was about our borders. The Republicans would never take them up."
Pelosi reportedly told colleagues in private that President Trump insisted during an Oval Office meeting that Mexico will pay for the wall “one way or another.”

She told Trump that Mexico isn’t going to pay for it and he responded saying emphatically that Mexico would pay with money the U.S. will make from the revised North American Free Trade Deal, known as USMCA.

Pelosi told him “that’s terrible” and threatened to “go out and tell people that you think that Mexico is paying for it with money that should be going into our economy.”

Remember, the money that Trump wants for the wall, the $5 billion, is a drop in the proverbial bucket in terms of the federal spending budget. The real truth is that the Democrats do not want Trump to have a victory and don't really care about border security. They want open borders and they've basically said so.

Caravan Update: Faggedabowdit U.S., says Mexico

Aww how cute
When first we discussed the goings on with the migrant caravan heading toward the U.S.-Mexico border, we learned that we had a deal whereby the members of the caravan would wait in Mexico while their cases were waiting to be heard by the U.S. courts.

But that is not a fact.

Mexico's incoming foreign minister, Marcelo Ebrard, now says discussions over how to handle migrants traveling to the U.S. are continuing and nothing has yet been settled. He denied reaching an agreement that would have migrants wait patiently in Mexico while their claims were being processed.

Ebrard's words contradict President Donald Trump's latest tweet in which he claimed migrants would not be allowed to enter the U.S. until their claims were approved:
"Migrants at the Southern Border will not be allowed into the United States until their claims are individually approved in court. No 'releasing' into the U.S. All will stay in Mexico."
The conflicting statements emerged after the Washington Post reported Mexican officials agreed to allow migrants trying to enter the US stay in Mexico while their asylum claims were heard.

According to the Post, the plan was called "Remain in Mexico".

But Mr Ebrard, who will become foreign minister in December after Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador's administration takes power, said the US had yet to even send "a specific proposal" on how to deal with the issue, and said conversations are continuing to take place in Washington.

The incoming Interior Minister, Olga Sanchez Cordero, also told  Reuters that no agreement had been reached between the two countries, however, a Washington Post article initially quoted her as saying it was a "short term solution" to deal with the migrant caravan.

Thousands of migrants - including some women and children - are currently at the US-Mexico border after traveling over 2,500 miles from Central America.

They claim to be fleeing persecution, poverty and violence in their home countries of Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador, but instead of settling in the first country they came to, and one that speaks their language [Mexico], they chose to continue their journey to the U.S.

Many are now waiting in temporary shelters in the border city of Tijuana, leading the mayor to declare a humanitarian crisis. There are fears as many as 9,000 may be stuck in the city for months.

President Trump has deployed about 5,800 troops to the border and has  described the migrant caravan as an "invasion". Mexico and liberals initially slammed him for that depiction, but now that the migrants have created havoc in Tijuana, the residents there agree with his description.

So to recap: Mexico is saying that no agreement to have migrants wait in Mexico while their cases are being processed in the U.S. has yet been reached, in spite of President Trump's tweet saying that the "Remain in Mexico" was a done deal.

Trump will use military to secure southern border until wall is built

President Trump said Tuesday that the U.S. will use a military unit at the southern border until a wall can be built, calling his plan a "big step."

POTUS made the remarks at a meeting with Baltic leaders. He said that he had discussed the matter with Defense Secretary James Mattis.

"Until we can have a wall and proper security, we're going to be guarding our border with the military," Trump said. "That's a big step, we really haven't done that before, or certainly not very much before."

He also spoke at a subsequent news conference and confirmed the plan. He said the border is unprotected by "our horrible, horrible [two horribles is quite horrible] and very unsafe laws."

[Can laws, per se, be 'unsafe' or are they simply ineffective?]

"We don't have laws, we have catch-and-release," he said, making reference to a fishing term. "You catch and then you immediately release and people come back years later for a court case, except they virtually never come back."

While the president didn't go into specifics, he apparently was strategically responding by a caravan with about 1,300 illegal aliens coming from Central America via Mexico.

The report of the caravan was first reported by Buzzfeed who said that Mexican officials did nothing to stop the flow.

When Trump first heard of the caravan's approach to our border, it angered him. He went on a tweet binge threatening to end the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and cut foreign aid to countries such as Hondura, where a majority of the illegal aliens originate.

"The big Caravan of People from Honduras, now coming across Mexica and heading to our "Weak Laws" Border, had better be stopped before it gets here," he threeted Tuesday. [A "threet" is a threatening tweet.] "Cash cow NAFTA is in play, as is foreign aid to Honduras and the countries that allow this to happen. Congress MUST ACT NOW!"

Trump said that NAFTA was an "embarrassing" deal and told reporters that he spoke with Mexican officials on Monday: "I hope you're going to tell that caravan not to get up to the border." He added that he believes the caravan was being broken up as a result. In other words, that the large mass of people broke up into smaller groups.

The Pentagon was falling all over itself trying to come up with a response to Trump's statement about the military guarding the border. But Fox News reported that they received a memo and discussed the military option with officials, and said that one area where the Pentagon could contribute right away is the Air Force's Barry Goldwater live-fire range. It shares a 35-mile border with Mexico in southern Arizona.

Currently, the Defense Department is helping provide some border security with U.S. Navy vessels patrolling the waters to seize drugs, and missions involving over 100 personnel from the U.S. northern command--this includes 8 aircraft and a drone.

Cartel Promises Violence If This Event Takes Place

There was going to be a protest today to block the ports of entry along the U.S. border but the event was called off by Stasyi Barth, one of the group's lead organizers. The event had its plugged pulled around 5:00 a.m., just hours before it was to take place.

Ms. Barth originally said that "an unsubstantiated threat of mass violence to attendees" would occur if the event took place.

Initially it was unclear who had made the threat but later more information revealed that it was a cartel that was threatening the carnage. "One of our organizers was being followed and was verbally told not to go," Ms. Barth told The Blaze.

The purpose of the protest was to show concern that elected officials in the U.S. and Mexico find solutions for the growing problem of illegal immigration. Barth, who is based in California, is concerned that the U.S. is losing its sovereignty and that our laws are being disregarded.

Law enforcement promised to deploy "whatever force is necessary" to keep the ports open during the protest, but it is by no means clear how they would go about investigating those threats of violence.

Of course it's obvious why the drug cartels want porous borders--it's good for business. But what about the influx of terrorism to the homeland? Right now it's easier getting into the U.S. from Mexico as an illegal alien than it is to get in as a U.S. Marine who admittedly made a wrong turn and had legal weapons in his car.

Insecurity and Our Borders

The US border is as effective at keeping illegal aliens out of the country as the VA is at expediting treatment for our veterans.

We have become a dumping ground for people who are looking for free stuff from our government, and a country that will care and educate their children on our dime. Where illegal aliens become recipients of US tax dollars, Democrats will become recipients of their votes--it's a win-win for both groups.

Now I sincerely feel empathy for the thousands upon thousands of children who have been sent here with the assurances that they will not be sent back to their home country, but it doesn't seem fair to those immigrants who have come here legally, gone through the application process, and became citizens.`

The Democrats and some RINOs say it's time for immigration reform while conservatives say that we need to secure our borders first and foremost. The Democrats said that our borders are secure. They lied like Jay Carney on steroids.

The administration, as is typical of them, is defying the First Amendment by not allowing the press to photograph or interview the kids. I guess they didn't want the public to photograph Obama on our side of the border with a checker flag as they came across in droves.

There are scant bathrooms, no showers, and many of the children are sick, but they come here because Obama has given them the signal that it's okay.

It isn't as if we have unlimited resources for these new arrivals. In 2012 about 251 thousand children went into foster care and the total number in the system that year was 400 thousand. It's outrageous to think we can continue along this line of human influx and serve the children effectively. Amnesty doesn't serve the children it serves the Democrats.

It isn't a humanitarian crisis we have here, it's a political ploy.
