FBI Nabs Four Nutjobs from Radical Pro-Palestinian Group Plotting New Year's Eve Bombings in LA

In a major win for common sense, the FBI busted a serious terror plot over the weekend, hauling in four alleged members of a far-left extremist group that was gearing up for coordinated bombings across Los Angeles on New Year's Eve. These clowns apparently call themselves part of the Turtle Island Liberation Front.

Sources tell us these individuals identified as belonging to a violent splinter of the Turtle Island Liberation Front (TILF), a bunch driven by pro-Palestinian rage mixed with hatred for cops, and the government itself.

The feds say the suspects were scheming to hit five different spots in LA with homemade IEDs on the big night.

The arrests went down in Lucerne Valley, where the geniuses were reportedly prepping to test their explosives. All four are now facing charges of conspiracy and possession of destructive devices.

Defender of the Island of Turtle

On Monday, the FBI announced they also collared a fifth suspect tied to the same TILF crew in New Orleans, who was allegedly plotting his own separate attack.

A TILF Instagram account said its founding chapter is in Los Angeles, and its goal is to free "Turtle Island," an Indigenous name used to refer to North America, from the "illegal American empire." Who they planned to give it to is unclear.

"Free Palestine. Free Hawaii. Free Puerto Rico," the account posted."Freeing the world from American imperialism is the only way to a safe and peaceful future," it continued.

Just another reminder that the real threats often come wrapped in "liberation" rhetoric while plotting mass murder. Good riddance to these scumcrumpets. I hope they enjoy their new accommodations courtesy of the taxpayers they despise.

What more we know about the alleged gunman Routh at Trump golf club

We now know the alleged gunman who is accused of pointing an AK-47 rifle at former President Trump on Sunday is 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh and has an extensive police record spanning several decades.

Routh was arrested shortly after the incident at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. The original reporting of the incident said that Routh fired toward Trump but now we know that he didn't fire off any rounds but the Secret Service saw him pointing his weapon through a chain-link fence in Trump's direction and it was the Secret Service who fired at Routh when they saw the muzzle of the rifle, located one hole ahead of where Trump was at on the course.

Authorities are treating the episode as an apparent assassination attempt on Trump, which doesn't make most of us feel that he's any safer with the new D.E.I. agency.

A background check on the name given by officials, Ryan Wesley Routh, shows that he currently lives in Hawaii and has had dozens of run-ins with police, starting as far back as to at least the 1990s.

Routh is a native of North Carolina where he had been arrested for simple drug possession, driving without a license, expired inspection and operating a vehicle with no insurance. The dude is a real rebel it seems and I wouldn't be surprised if we find out that he's a sovereign citizen.

In another arrest, the Greensboro News & Record reported in 2002 that Routh was arrested after barricading himself in his roofing company's office. It created a three-hour standoff that followed a traffic stop in which he place his hand on a gun before fleeing.

Rough, who is apparently a Harris-Walz supporter, moved to the Aloha State in 2017 and has since opened another construction company that builds housing structures for homeless people, according to his own LinkedIn page.

"This does not appear to be some random guy with an AK-47 walking outside Trump's club," an official said after the Sunday afternoon incident. [H/T Fox News.com.]

News of the incident broke shortly after Trump was safely escorted off of the golf course, both ears intact.

A Secret Service agent spotted the would-be gunman while Trump was playing the course's fifth hole. Officials say Routh abandoned an AK-47, a Go-Pro camera and two backpacks along a chain-link fence that borders the sixth hole of the course.

Routh fled like a coward in an SUV after a member of the Secret Service fired on him, but was soon arrested, according to authorities on I 95.

Trump's campaign quickly issued a statement that the 45th president was safe, with Trump following up in a message to supporters that he will "never surrender."

What has happened to America?

Biden's brilliant response to questions about Maui devastation

"Ugh! I think it's coming from me"

So called President Joe Biden is finally being sent, by whoever controls him, to Hawaii in the wake of the Maui fire that has killed over a hundred people while more than a thousand are still unaccounted for. It is expected that Biden will read a speech and hopefully not screw it up by telling the families of victims that he shares their pain after his son Beau died fighting fires in firefights in Iraq or some such nonsense.

When Biden was originally asked on August 11th after his 371 days of vacation since taking office to comment on the Maui devastation and if he planned to visit the island he said "we're looking at it." But when he was asked about his thoughts regarding the death toll that had reached 93 at that time he said, "no comment." What kind of a person answers that question with that non answer?

He obviously couldn't be bothered to comment about the people in Maui when he was on yet another one of his many vacations.

But it gets worse. In a video [seen in the tweet below] you see Biden being asked about the death toll and when he answers with "No comment" he smirks and flashes a big wide grin as he responds. I blame it on the remaining brain cell in his head that is on its last breath of life.
Biden’s on vacation, so he’s not taking any questions. pic.twitter.com/SZPZZv1ZDA— Townhall.com (@townhallcom) August 14, 2023
The reporters try to get him to come to talk with them about the Hawaii response, but he gets into his car and takes off, doing as he was likely instructed to do by his unelected handlers.

He has to be more demented than originally believed to think that his signature denture exposure was the appropriate response to the reporters. Clearly his brain is running on empty. Having no notes to rely on, he had to be coached to just say the magic words and the smile was reflexive.

The response "No comment" was a terrible reply to such a question but you got to believe that his handlers told him that whenever he's uncertain how to answer real questions that go beyond his favorite ice cream flavor, he should simply use those two magic words.

For her part, Vice President Kamala Hahaharris gave an answer to that tough question saying that she was "deeply concerned" but didn't go into further detail as she was off to the beach too in Martha's Vineyard.

Joe Biden also spent his weekend at the beach but plans to get back to doing the work of the people as soon as he remembers.

2 Democratic Hawaii lawmakers took bribes to steer bills

J. Kalani English

Honolulu, HI -- The Associated Press reported Tuesday that a Hawaii Democratic state senator and Democratic state representative accepted bribes, including cash, Las Vegas hotel rooms and New Orleans casino chips, all for shaping cesspool legislation, according to the federal allegations.

Cesspool legislation: how pleasant.

Former Senate majority leader J. Kalani English (D) tried to hide a $5,000 bribe when his vehicle was stopped by FBI agents in January of last year. He had just met with a business owner who benefitted from a law that deals with cesspools.

English's entire take overall was more than $18,000, according to prosecutors; this included the Las Vegas hotel rooms and cash for a crab dinner for his pals and family visiting from Tahiti.

English, 54, announced his retirement in May 2021, claiming that he was suffering from long-term effects of COVID-19 and a strong allergy to leis.  The Democrat represented east Maui, Molokai and Lanai, and he can do the hula hula like you've never seen if you grease his palm.

“Kalani is extremely remorseful and deeply sorry for his actions [now that he has been caught],” his attorney, Richard Sing, said in a statement. “He has cooperated fully with the Federal Government and will be taking formal responsibility in the form of a guilty plea to be completed in the coming days.”

A spokesperson for the state senate, Jacob Aki, said the senate was “unaware of these allegations.” He declined further comment and is nowhere to be found.

A charging document against state Rep. Ty Cullen, 41, (also a D) indicated that bribes he gladly took included casino chips and four cash payments totaling $23,000. It isn't known if the representative is being legally represented--what irony.

House Speaker Scott Saiki said Cullen submitted his resignation Tuesday. Saiki said the Hawaii Democratic Party will now need to begin the process of nominating another lawehala to replace Cullen.

Cullen represented Waipahu and West Loch on Oahu and was last seen at a local restaurant eating the famous humuhumunukunukuapua 'a fish special.

It was not clear if Cullen and English received the alleged bribes from the same person but one thing for certain, both situations stank.

humuhumunukunukuapua 'a

Separate charging documents for each lawmaker said the bribe payer was someone having a business “well positioned to avail itself of publicly financed cesspool conversion projects.”

Both Democrats are charged with honest services wire fraud. If convicted, each faces a sentence of up to 20 years imprisonment, and a fine of up to $250,000.

Like that's going to happen.

Girls volleyball coach rejects school district's boys inclusion policy

Hawaii -- a girls volleyball coach in sunny Hawaii is finally standing up to the lunacy of the left and the LGBTQR2D2 yadda yadda community by refusing to go along with the Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA) policy of allowing dudes to play in female sports as long as they call themselves girls.

By the same token, the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is allowing male athletes who identify as discuses to be thrown at track and field competitions by both male and female discus throwers. The same is true with thin females who identify as javelins.

According to LifeSiteNews, the HHSAA adopted a policy in 2017 declaring that students are "presumed eligible to participate in HHSAA activities in a manner consistent with their school registration records, even if that differs from the sex assigned at birth."

Sex that is "assigned at birth" is actually assigned by a higher authority, if you know what I mean. You don't become a woman or a man because you believe you are if you're not--sadly, you are delusional and might benefit from psychiatric intervention, which is much less trouble than surgically cutting away your genitalia and reshaping it to give it that "look" you want. And hormones don't change your gender.

Men [of the XY chromosome variety] are on average significantly stronger than YY females. That is a phenomenon known as basic biology. And it isn't fair to young women who are hoping to gain a sports scholarship in their sport who have to compete with transgender women [aka biological guys] and lose to them.

This poor coach chose to remain anonymous because the media is crazy and will do what they can to assist their colleagues on the left to destroy him or her.

"In my opinion, it's very irresponsible for the league to place these young women, who are minors, in an elevated level of risk," the coach told the Maui News. "They all sign off on an assumption of risk form for an understandable amount of risk. Now, there's an elevated level of risk their daughters are going through and being put through without any notification to the parents at all."

But the worst part, aside from injury, is that the transgender "girls" that compete and win were generally very mediocre as boys.

An under-15 boys soccer team bet U.S. Women's National Team in a scrimmage prep for the women. The score was 5 - 2.

Tiare Sua, a man who thinks he's a woman and who works at the Maui AIDS Foundation, told Maui News that it's ultimately sexist to believe that men are inherently stronger than women.

No, moron, it's biological-ist.

It used to be considered a mental illness known as gender dysphoria or gender identity disorder, but the American Psychological Association bowed to political pressure from the left and now it's simply fashionable to have the disorder.

You can't even watch a Netflix movie or series without at least one gay or lesbian scene that often has nothing to do with advancing the plot.

Mazie Hirono destroys the stereotype that Asians are intelligent

Single handedly Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI)  made an outlandish claim on Wednesday saying that the Trump administration "sits around every single day thinking of ways to be cruel to these migrants." Yes, they brainstorm on new and exciting ways to spread harm and evil on illegal immigrants and therefore, they should all be killed along with their supporters.

Okay, I added the last part because that's sort of what her words imply. If Trump and his cronies are doing bad things, that makes them bad people. Bad people need to be punished for being bad. People who support bad Trump conspirators in evil, need to be stopped. Antifa sounds like a good idea now, doesn't it?

“I think that the Trump Administration people sit around every single day thinking of new ways to be cruel to these migrants,” Crazy Mazie told host MSNBC's androgynous host Chris Hayes. “That’s what they do and tomorrow they will probably come up with something else.”

Picture Trump and Steve Mnuchin sitting in the Oval Office; Steve is hunched over the table, rubbing his evil hands together and sneering. "The aliens just keep coming over the border, Mr. President. What can we do to put a real hurt on them?"

"Well, we've used teargas when they breached the wall and attacked the guards. So they shed a couple of tears. So what? That was nothing," Trump says with an evil grin as he tosses back his preternatural hair. "That was nothing," he repeats. "Nothing. We need to do more. We need to make them pay. Is mustard gas legal? Is it made from mustard?"

"No sir, I don't believe so," Mnuchin says. "I don't think it's legal either but what if we could disguise it with maybe an actual mustard flavor so those f***ing [*] Democrats don't know what we're doing. Hey, I like that. What do you think. Mr Trump?"

"Okay. I like it. Let's go with the mustard flavored mustard gas and really give it to them at the border. They'll never know what hit 'em."

Chorus of "Heh, heh, heh . . . heh, heh, heh."

"Okay," Mnuchin begins, "what about those damn kids in cages. What if we electrify the bars? That'll teach those little beggars that they can't just come here and get free stuff. It'll also really teach them that escape is impossible unless we say so."

"I like it. I like it. Let's go with the electrified cages. We'll use just enough electricity to knock them on their butts, but not enough to kill them. That'll come in my second term."

Chorus of "Heh, heh, heh . . . heh, heh, heh."

And that is how Mazie Hirono sees Trump and his administration because somewhere in Hawaii there is a village missing an idiot.

Tulsi Gabbard has a pro-LGBTQsilentP epiphany: 'I've evolved

Tulsi Gabbard Leied
Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) announced that she is running for president in 2020 and before she practically got home to watch CNN, the spotlight quickly shifted to anti-gay comments and actions from her past.

Gabbard, a 37-year-old Democratic is known for being politically unpredictable, something she has publicly said that she takes pride in, but not gay pride.

Some of her fiery statements against same-sex marriage in years past, as well as her active campaign to promote “traditional marriage” legislation, have drawn closer scrutiny but her party's virtue-signalers since she made her announcement Friday.

FUN FACT: "Tulsi" means "basil" in Hindi, an herb that's sacred to Hindus because of its medicinal properties.

Several times in the past, Gabbard  referred to LGBTQ activists as “homosexual extremists,” a view that echoes that of her father, Mike Gabbard. In a New Yorker profile of the congresswoman  Mike was described as having long been “Hawaii’s leading opponent of the gay-rights movement, an energetic and often brusque activist who stood ever ready to denounce what he called ‘the radical homosexual agenda.’”

Like how you can't watch a Netflix series without gay sexual behavior taking place, or swing a dead chicken without hitting a ten-year-old boy in drag at a gay bar singing like Judy Garland.

Gabbard was a visible force against same-sex marriage, and in 2004 spearheaded a fight in the state against a same-sex union measure. “To try to act as if there is a difference between ‘civil unions’ and same-sex marriage is dishonest, cowardly and extremely disrespectful to the people of Hawaii,” she said at the time. “As Democrats, we should be representing the views of the people, not a small number of homosexual extremists.”

But this all took place before she decided to run for president. Now she would have to sell out to the leftists who believe that sending their ten-year-old boys onstage in drag with naked drag queen dudes is okay.

Gabbard then also spoke out against Massachusetts’ passage of same-sex marriage legislation, making it the first in the nation to recognize gay marriage. Speaking on behalf of the Alliance for Traditional Marriage and Values, a group headed by her father, she said the Massachusetts marriage law would cause a ripple effect across the country.

“It is highly likely that federal judges will soon be tearing apart our U.S. Constitution in order to force same-sex marriage down the throats [yuck] of the people of Hawaii and America,” Gabbard said. “The only way to protect traditional marriage in Hawaii and throughout our country, the only way to stop activist federal judges from rewriting our constitution, is by the passage of the Federal Marriage Amendment.”

The Alliance for Traditional Marriage and Values also drew controversy for supporting so-called conversion gay therapy, which views homosexuality as a mental illness. More than a dozen states in the country have since outlawed or restricted the controversial practice. Homosexuality may or may not be a mental illness, the jury is still out on that, but transgenderism definitely. It is a mental illness to believe that you can mutilate your genitals and voila, change your gender.

Biology doesn't agree.

But Gabbard has in recent years said she has evolved in her views about gay rights, and has actively helped further LGBTQ interests in Congress. This is technically known as selling out in the service of the election.

She said in a statement on Sunday, after her old remarks and actions came under fire, that she was sorry about her past views and comments and wished she was never caught saying those things.

“Over the past six years in Congress, I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to help work toward passing legislation that ensures equal rights and protections on LGBTQ+silentP issues,” Gabbard said. “Much work remains to ensure equality and civil rights protections for LGBTQ+silentP Americans and if elected president, I will continue to fight for equal rights for all.”

Now that she's running for president in 2020, she's evolved.

So there you have it. Nobody in politics is immune to being a hypocritical dirtbag. Nobody.

Will 2019 be the year you follow Brain Flushings and have a few laughs while you get a conservative viewpoint? Let's hope so, because politics is the new NFL without the mindless kneeling and this blog will both inform you and hopefully entertain you bigly.

SCOTUS Allows Travel Ban to Take Full, Immediate Effect

The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed the latest repeat of President Trump's travel ban to take full effect for now, as lower courts continue to try dealing with lawsuits opposing the ban by a vote of 7 to 2.

This means that the administration can enforce its September proclamation, suspending entry of foreign nationals from seven terror-spawning countries: Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Venezuela and Yemen.

Leftist border-hating justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor noted their dissent from the Court's decision.

The DOJ asked the Court to lift lower court orders by leftist Obama appointee judges opposing everything Trump and barring enforcement of the proclamation while legal challenges are adjudicated by the courts. Challenges are currently pending before the 4th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Although the Court agreed to lift those orders, they expressed no view on the merits of the case.

President Trump issued the proclamation late September when the second version of the travel ban expired after a 90-day enforcement period.

Federal courts in Hawaii and Maryland issued orders forbidding enforcement of key provisions of the proclamation. Those orders were partially upheld by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and concluded any person from six of the eight terror-spawning countries named in the order with a significant connection to the U.S., such as family, business or know someone who knows someone in a sleeper cell, may still enter the country.

Supremes back Trump on refugee ban for now

The U.S. Supreme Court has bigly backed President Trump's travel ban, saying he can stop thousands of unvetted refugees from entering the United States while the justices prepare to hear a broader challenge to the policy where liberals can hopefully allow the floodgates to open and all hell to break loose as illegal immigrants and so-called refugees to flood into the country.

The Supremes put on hold a federal appeals court ruling in which a judge, trying to make a name for himself in the progressive community, said that the President of the United States couldn't apply his travel ban to approximately 24,000 refugees once a resettlement agency promised they'd provide basic services for them.

The high court is scheduled to hear arguments October 10th on Trump's travel order, which imposes a 90-day ban on primarily unvetted Muslims entering the U.S. from six Islamic theocracies and a 120-day ban on refugees.

The whole purpose of the ban is simply to vet these people because vetting is smart and ISIS has promised us that some of their scum-crumpets will be among the innocent. Not vetting the refugees is stupidly suicidal, in spite of the lower courts with their leftist judges saying the President of the United States overstepped his authority and unconstitutionally target Muslims.

The small-time judges are trying to grab power over the president and make themselves more powerful among their leftist peers.

The high court cleared part of the ban on June 26th. It is to take place for now and ruled that the U.S. had to admit people with a "bona fide relationship with a person or entity."

In July, the Supreme Court ruled that those with grandparents and cousins in the U.S. are among those who must be admitted. Of course we're never certain of familial ties and basically have to take their word for it, but the administration said Monday it wouldn't ask the court to revisit that issue.

The Trump administration asked, in the same filing, to reinstate a broad version of the refugee ban because the so-called assurance agreements don't meet the "bona fide" test as those accords are between the resettlement agency and the government.

"An assurance agreement does not create any relationship whatsoever with the refugee," acting U.S. Solicitor General Jeffrey Wall argued.

Hawaii, where former president Obama was allegedly born, challenged the Trump policy. They urged the justices to allow the appeals court ruling to stand, saying assurance agreements require resettlement agencies to make large investments in preparing for the arrival of refugees. They also believe the refugees don't pose any true security threat, but obviously they're trying to blow smoke where the sun doesn't shine.

"Refugees with formal assurances are the category of foreign nationals least likely to implicate the national security rationales the government has pointed to in the past," Hawaii argued. "By the government's own admission, these refugees have already been approved by the Department of Homeland Security."

If government agencies were so great at risk analysis, why are there so many lawsuits against drug companies when we have the FDA?

Nikki Haley: NoKo is "begging for war"

U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley spoke Monday morning at an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council. Haley asked for the strongest possible sanctions against the rogue nation of North Korea after their most recent nuclear test in which they claimed to have tested a hydrogen bomb.

First, she made the case by laying out the history of past "half measures" that didn't change NoKo's behavior, then said "the time for half measures . . . is over," and "enough is enough."

Now North Korea is planning yet another nuclear test, which would be their seventh test thus far. They apparently are capable of launching an ICBM that could reach Alaska, Hawaii and Guam, as well as Japan and South Korea.

"We cannot kick this can down the road any longer," Haley said. Yesterday Haley said that North Korea is "begging for war."

President Trump did "an Obama" and condemned the test in the strongest possible terms.

But what are the strongest possible terms? Vulgarity? Calling Kim's mother a prostitute? Just words, and words have done nothing for over two decades to reel in the dictatorship.

"North Korea is a rogue nation which has become a great threat and embarrassment to China, which is trying to help out with little success," Trump said Sunday in the strongest possible terms.

The future does not look promising for a peaceful resolution to this situation, and while Trump inherited the problem from Clinton, Bush and Obama, you know the left is going to blame him for whatever happens and make it all his fault.

But the fault began with Bill Clinton.

Trump sets another tremendous record

Not only has President Trump passed a record number of legislative bills in his short term in office, and has created a record number of jobs in record time, and fulfilled a record number of campaign promises, more than any other president in the history of the United States, he has also experienced a continental record rainfall, greater than any other in the history of the United States.

The left leaning media was hoping that Trump would screw up so they could attack him as usual. Imagine that--the media would want to see the hurricane take a greater toll on Texas and Louisiana just so they could attack President Trump and perhaps become believable again.

Nearly 52 inches of rain has thus far been recorded in Cedar Bayou, Texas according to the National Weather Service.

That's more rain than Texas gets in a year and more rain than any other president has ever had to deal with, and Trump has been dealing with it very effectively.

Rains near the Mont Belvieu region topped up at 51.88 inches as of 3:30 p.m. CDT. That's a continental record but shy by 0.12 inches set by tropical cyclone Hiki in Kauai, Hawaii in 1950.

Kauai is a lush tropical island where the TV show "Fantasy Island" was filmed.

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner imposted a curfew on residents beginning at 10 p.m. Police Chief Arthur Acevedo said curfew violators would be stopped, questioned, searched and arrested.

But let's not forget that this incredible hurricane was supposed to ruin President Trump in the eyes of the nation. Instead it made him the Michael Phelps of record setting.

On a sad and serious note, hurricane deaths have thus far reached 15 souls. In one case, an entire family of six people perished.

Let us pray for the all those affected by Harvey in Texas and Louisiana.

US to test THAAD, an anti-missile missile system

Now that North Korea has launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of reaching Alaska and possibly Hawaii, our defense missile system has become significantly more significant.

We planned our Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile tests months ago. It's a system designed to intercept and blow up short-, medium- and intermediate-range ballistic missiles in their final approach to target. They used to be called 'anti-missile-missiles.'

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) said the THAAD test against a missile target would be conducted at the Pacific Spaceport Complex Alaska in Kodiak, Alaska.

THAAD "will detect, track and engage a target with a THAAD interceptor" rocket in "early July," the MDA wrote.

Lockheed Martin, the main contractor for THAAD said it has the capability to intercept incoming missiles both inside and outside the earth's atmosphere. Hopefully, they're not simply bragging.

The US began sending THAAD to South Korea, drawing criticism from China. They claim the deployment would further destabilize the Korean peninsula and that the system's powerful radar can probe into Chinese territory and see what sneaky stuff they're up to.

Just days ago, Moscow and Beijing called for the immediate halting of the THAAD deployment in South Korea. In other words, they would like to see us not provide any protection of our 28,500 Americans and South Koreans from a North Korea strike should Kim Jong Un wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

The Russian-Chinese joint statement claimed Washington was using North Korea as a pretext  to expand its military infrastructure in Asia.

They say this as China continues to build and militarize islands in the South China Sea and Russia teams up with Iran.

US THAAD systems were tested in 2006 and were 100 percent successful after 13 test flights. Maybe 13 is our lucky number after all.

Obama goes after the Donald

President [but not for long] Obama accused Donald Trump of using the administration's messed up economy and job growth to scare and frustrate those of us who already were and still are. Mustering more emotion on this topic than all the emotion he showed on San Bernadino, Paris, ISIS and all Islamic terrorist attacks, he gave the most direct criticism so far, to the Donald.

This can only mean one thing: the Democrats are worried.

Mr. Obama spoke on NPR radio, the taxpayer-funded radio station that overtly supports the Democratic party, but although that is illegal, nothing will be done about it because Congress lost it's testicular fortitude long ago.

And the media wonders why Trump is doing so well?

The president spoke on NPR as he began his highly expensive and lavish Hawaiian vacation. I believe the entire family flew on the same aircraft this time and will boast about how that is saving the environment, unlike the Paris agreement designed to save the world in spite of emitting about 300,000 tons of CO2, according to Wired.com

Obama said "particularly blue-collar men have had a lot of trouble in this new economy, where they are no longer getting the same bargain that they got when they were going to a factory and able to support their families on a single paycheck, you combine those things and it means that there is going to be potential anger, frustration, fear.

"Some of it justified but just misdirected," said the man who has never taken the blame for his incompetence as president. "I think somebody like Mr. Trump is taking advantage of that. That's what he's exploiting during the course of his campaign."

Much like Jonathan Gruber said he was exploiting the stupidity of the American voter when it came to Obamacare.

When asked to expand on his claims and talk about the concerns of those who believe Obama is trying to make unwelcome changes, the Divider in Chief got into a contentious exchange with Steve Inskeep of NPR that discussed the issue of .  .  .  wait for it .  .  .  race!

Big surprise.

This provided Obama with a perfect opportunity where he suggested there are "certain circumstance around being the first African-American president that might not have confronted a previous president," then pointing out about "specific strains in the Republican Party that suggest that somehow I'm different, I'm Muslim, I'm disloyal to the country, etc., which unfortunately is pretty far out there and gets some traction in certain pockets of the Republican Party."

He quickly added: "But that's not to suggest that everybody who objects to my policies may not have perfectly good reasons for it."

It's good to know that we are allowed to disagree with him without being labelled a racist.

He then pretended that the government isn't telling us about "the work we've been doing for more than a year now to defeat ISIL," as he then bragged about the 9,000 airstrikes we've carried out in over a year. That's like a piddle in the pool: 9,000 is nothing, especially when the rules of engagement are so strict. Over 75% of the sorties return with their ordnance load.

I may or may not vote for Donald Trump, but I certainly enjoy his lack of self-censorship. He says what he's thinking--not always the smart thing to do, but at least we know where he stands.

Some of his ideas are ludicrous, like not allowing Muslims into the country. It's not only unfeasible, it's unconstitutional.

You can't complain about Obama circumventing the Constitution and be okay with Donald Trump wanting to do the same thing. But at least he's changed his tune on that somewhat.

Tremendous.

Obama is the Big Kahuna

My fellow folks, I'm speaking ta you today from beautiful Hawaii, the state where I was allegedly born. I know the mainland, as we alleged Hawaiians call where most of you live, is being pummelled by snow and ice and tornadoes, I can assure you that no such problem exists here in Paradise.
