Alexandria Obviously-Comatose wants Chuck Schumer to have Senate declare Gorsuch & Kavanaugh Liars

Congresscommie Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Dumb-NY) and Rep. Ted Lieu (Dumber-CA) have joined forces to issue a letter calling on Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (Douche-NY) to say that SCOTUS Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh are liars and while doing so, he should wag his finger at them. 

Obviously-Comatose, you may recall, had barely escaped the insurrection on Capitol Hill on January 6th when a man in horns, and others went into the Capitol and walked around. AOC was merely four blocks away and felt her life was in danger for some reason, and she is not a liar when she said that she almost died on that hill.

Anyway, the letter which was addressed to Schumer claimed that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, [both who were threatened with retaliation by Schumer] had lied to the Senate when they said during their respective confirmation hearings that Roe v. Wade was settled precedent.

“Our Constitutional Republic cannot tolerate Supreme Court Justices who lied in order to get confirmed. The legitimacy of the Court is at stake,” Lieu tweeted, sharing a screenshot of the letter. “Letter from @AOC and me requesting the Senate to make a finding on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied to the American people.”

AOC shared Lieu’s lie and added her own, saying, “We cannot allow Supreme Court nominees lying and/or misleading the Senate under oath to go unanswered. Both GOP & Dem Senators stated SCOTUS justices misled them. This cannot be accepted as precedent. Doing so erodes rule of law, delegitimizes the court, and imperils democracy.”

“We request that the Senate make its position clear on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied under oath during their confirmation hearings,” Obviously-Comatose and Lieu wrote in the letter, adding, “We must call out their actions for what they were before the moment passes so that we can prevent such a mendacious denigration of our fundamental rights and the rule of law from ever happening again.”

But neither Justice lied in their confirmation hearings. Here is Kavanaugh's response regarding the standing of both Roe and Casey. Nowhere did he mention of the decisions being irreversible:

Roe v. Wade “is important precedent of the Supreme Court that has been reaffirmed many times. But then Planned — and this is the point that I want to make that I think is important. Planned Parenthood v. Casey reaffirmed Roe and did so by considering the stare decisis factors,” he said in 2018. “So Casey now becomes a precedent on precedent. It is not as if it is just a run-of-the-mill case that was decided and never been reconsidered, but Casey specifically reconsidered it, applied the stare decisis factors, and decided to reaffirm it. That makes Casey a precedent on precedent.”

And here is what Gorsuch said when recognizing the precedent of Roe and the role Casey played in reaffirming the earlier opinion:

“Roe v. Wade, decided in 1973, is a precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court. It has been reaffirmed. The reliance interest considerations are important there, and all of the other factors that go into analyzing precedent have to be considered,” he told senators in March 2017. “It is a precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court. It was reaffirmed in Casey in 1992 and in several other cases. So a good judge will consider it as precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court worthy as treatment of precedent like any other.”

Gorsuch added, “For a judge to start tipping his or her hand about whether they like or dislike this or that precedent would send the wrong signal. It would send the signal to the American people that the judge’s personal views have something to do with the judge’s job.”

So it's clear that the liars are AOC and Lieu because neither Kavanaugh or Gorsuch lied and didn't even mislead. They simply followed the precedent set by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and then followed the law and the SCOTUS's larger precedent for righting wrongly-decided cases once they were confirmed.

Holy Bat chip Crazy, Batman! Blinken refutes Dems' SCOTUS packing plan: it's how 'democracies come undone'

Secretary of State Antony Blinken was in Quito, Ecuador this week where he delivered a speech on "Making Democracy Deliver for the Americas." The speech turned out to be critical of the subject of packing the Supreme Court with like-minded additional justices who would support the ideology of the Democrat in power. This, of course, undermines the goals of President Biden and his party proponents at the same time it undermines democracy.

Blinken met with Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso [who may have been at the end of his rope] prior to his speech. “Consider a country," he said, "where a leader is elected in a free and fair election and then sets about chipping away slowly but surely, at the pillars of democracy – attacking the free press, undermining the independence of the courts, threatening political opponents. Now, imagine that leader then seeks to use the levers of democracy to pass anti-democratic reforms, eliminating term limits, packing courts, firing legislators.

“That’s the story of more than one democracy in our hemisphere. And it’s one of the ways that democracies can come undone,” Blinken added before heading off to Bogotá, Colombia. 

The speech comes after the death on September 18, 2020 of the notorious Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the far-left Associate Supreme Court Justice who was revered by the left until she opposed kneeling for the National Anthem and thought Colin Kaepernick was an anal sphincter dipped in hot sauce. The Democrats worried that she would be replaced with a non-socialist justice and low and behold, Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed in October last year.

So the Left kept on threatening to pack the court now that they had a shrub going along with their decisions.

“Nothing’s off the table. Everything is on the table,” said then-Senate Minority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer.

Biden was too cowardly to discuss the idea of packing the Supreme Court during the last part of his basement campaign, but that's only because Americans with more than two brain cells to rub together knew it was undemocratic and wrong to do.

The Founding Fathers of our country knew about the "tyranny of the majority." That's why they implemented check and balances in the government. Let's face it, if the population of a jungle consisted of 2 lions and one sheep, how do you think they'd vote on "what's for dinner?"

A commission, composed of 36 people was appointed by Biden and was to report back to him within 180 days to discuss and decide the fate of the SCOTUS. Last week they ultimately decided that packing the court is a bad idea.

“As a legal matter, we conclude that Congress has broad power to structure the Supreme Court by expanding (or contracting) the number of Justices,” a 28-page draft report from the committee stated. “The prudential question is more difficult, and Commissioners are divided on whether Court expansion would be wise.”

The committee on page 27 of the draft argued that former leftist President Franklin Roosevelt’s 1937 scheme to pack the court with activist jurists who would help his New Deal legislation worked to intimidate the court. FDR wanted to be a dictator, which is why he ran for 4 terms and died in the last one. Had he lived, he would have probably been considered a dictator in our history of the nation.

In 1983, Biden, who was more lucid and just as corrupt, slammed FDR over the un-American court-packing scheme, calling it a "boneheaded idea," and a "terrible mistake."

Blinken seems to agree with more lucid Biden, but he may regret to have disagreed with the shrub.

Alleged journalist Katie Couric defends her strategic omission of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's remarks

Self-described journalist/reporter Katie Couric defended her selective editing out of an incredibly important statement made by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in an interview she had with RBG shortly before she died, much like Couric's journalistic credibility.

The fake news reporter appeared on the Today Show on Tuesday, saying that the media makes editorial decisions "all the time." This is especially the case with the legacy media when it comes to truths that conflict with their ideology, an ideology that is increasingly moving toward all out Marxism.

Couric admitted, in her new book that she selectively edited a 2016 interview with Ginsburg because she told her that she was critical of America hating scumbags like Colin Kaepernick who, while he still worked as a failed NFL quarterback, took "a knee" during the national anthem. The gesture, she said, showed “contempt for a government that has made it possible for their parents and grandparents to live a decent life.”

Ginsburg also did not approve of the protests against alleged police brutality and suggested they showed a lack of appreciation for the best America has to offer. 

So Couric edited those statements out of the book because, she claimed that she ‘wanted to protect’ Ginsburg and felt that the issue of racial justice was a ‘blind spot’ for her,” as the Daily Mail noted in their report.

Yeah, sure. Couric was covering for the Justice to protect her from their Marxist allies who didn't share those sentiments.

“Couric felt that when Ginsburg said that people like Kaepernick were ‘dumb and disrespectful’ they were comments that were ‘unworthy of a crusader for equality’ like the liberal Supreme Court justice,” the Daily Mail wrote. “The day after the sit-down, the head of public affairs for the Supreme Court emailed Couric to say the late justice had ‘misspoken’ and asked that it be removed from the story. Couric writes that she was ‘conflicted’ because she was a ‘big RBG fan’, referring to Ginsburg’s moniker.”

Ultimately, Couric says she contacted fellow journalist David Brooks, who suggested that Ginsburg “probably didn’t understand the question.” 

Sure, a Supreme Court Justice with a hundred and fifteen years of experience on the bench and in the SCOTUS, didn't understand Couric's question. What does that say about Ginsburg's judicial prudence and her consistent leftist decisions?

One thing for sure, the media has earned the public's distrust and the polls show it. Below are the numbers from a Gallop poll:

The left controls the narrative and that's why they hate conservative media and are doing all they can to silence them. Fox News, the Daily Wire and more to the right media such as OAN, Breitbart News and Newsmax are in the crosshairs of the left.

BREAKING: Ruth Bader Ginsburg being treated for cancer on her pancreas

While the left gets all disgusting on Twitter over the death of David Koch today, it was just learned that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent another round of treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, as disclosed by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ginsburg's treatment began on August 5th shortly after a localized cancerous tumor was found on her pancreas. The court said the treatment included the insertion of a stent in Ginsburg's bile duct.

So far as is known, there have been no Twitter assaults on Ginsburg by conservatives, unlike the way progressives went after Koch.

Doctors at Sloan Kettering said that after further tests, there is no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body. Justice Ginsburg was operated on for lung cancer last December. The 86-year-old justice has battled various forms of cancer for over 20 years.

We all wish her well but it might be a good time for her to retire and allow the President to nominate someone to replace her; hopefully someone like Amy Coney Barrett. 

Pancreatic cancer or pancreatic adenocarcinoma (the most common form comprising about 85% of all pancreatic cancer) is a dreadful disease with a very poor prognosis [if this is the type of pancreatic cancer Ginsburg has]. After being diagnosed, about 25% of people survive one year and 5% live for five years. If diagnosed early, the five year survival rate increases to about 20%.

If Ginsburg were to leave the court, this would guarantee a 6-3 conservative majority and would be a significant gain for the country.

Former newspaper calls fetal heartbeat "embryonic pulsing'

One thing you gotta say about the far-Left, they sure know how to play with words--they make the killing of babies in the womb sound like the removal of an annoying cyst.

Several states have passed their own versions of heartbeat bills, each basically prohibiting abortions after a heartbeat is detected, which typically occurs around six weeks into a woman’s pregnancy. Louisiana is the latest state to take action. Gov. John Bel Edwards, the state’s pro-life Democrat governor, a rare breed, expressed his support for the legislation and signed it into law Thursday.

“In 2015, I ran for governor as a pro-life candidate after serving as a pro-life legislator for eight years,” Edwards said in a statement released Wednesday. “As governor, I have been true to my word and my beliefs on this issue.”

“I know there are many who feel just as strongly as I do on abortion and disagree with me — and I respect their opinions,” he continued. [I don't respect the opinions of anyone who would kill a baby in the womb--it's immoral, bordering on evil.] “As I prepare to sign this bill, I call on the overwhelming bipartisan majority of legislators who voted for it to join me in continuing to build a better Louisiana that cares for the least among us and provides more opportunity for everyone.”

The New York Times (NYT) a former newspaper, decided to use phrases that obviously dehumanizes the unborn, because everyone knows what abortion is, and everyone knows that a human life is taken in the process. That's why they talk about "terminating a pregnancy" rather than killing an unborn baby. Another way to terminate a pregnancy is to give birth.

Anyway, The Times referred to an unborn child’s heartbeat as “embryonic pulsing”:

A State House vote on Wednesday moved the abortion measure to the governor’s desk, after lawmakers rejected a series of amendments including an exception for cases of rape or incest [which still doesn't justify the killing of an unborn baby]. The measure would require an ultrasound test for any woman seeking to terminate a pregnancy, and forbid abortion if the test detects embryonic pulsing — which can occur before many women know they are pregnant. Abortions would be permitted only to save a woman’s life or to prevent a “serious risk” to her health.

LifeNews noted:

Rather than say the word “heartbeat,” The New York Times used the words “the pulsing of what becomes the fetus’s heart.” It also described the legislation as a “so-called fetal heartbeat bill” – as if it is questionable whether the unborn baby actually has a heart or a heartbeat.

The Times is obviously not the only outlet that has tried to discount the unique human being inside the mother's womb and struggled to find ways of expressing this false notion.

ABC opinion hack and science-denier, Steve Osunsami, described those who supported Louisiana’s pro-life law as people who “believe that a fetal heartbeat can be detected.”

Well Steve, ultrasound detecting an absence of cardiac activity [aka pulsations], even in very small embryos, indicates pregnancy demise regardless of the size of the embryo, so you and other leftists may not call it a heartbeat, but without it, there can be no life inside the mother's uterus.

And yes, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the lady with the fetus/embryo/unborn child in her womb is not the superintendent of the life inside her--she's the mother.

And furthermore Steve Osunsami,, an unborn child’s detectable heartbeat is not a matter of opinion, which makes you sound like a deadbeat guy on an abortion mission. Maybe you got a woman pregnant and it's inconvenient for you to let her go through with it. I'm not saying that's true, but there is no evidence to say that it is not the case.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's brain is still asleep: thinks pregnant women aren't 'mothers'

A face that only a mother could love

According to the Free Dictionary, the definition of "mother" is:

a. A woman who gives birth to a child.
b. A woman whose egg unites with a sperm, producing an embryo.
c. A woman who adopts a child.
d. A woman who raises a child.

But according to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a pregnant woman is not a mother [see b above, and give praise to a, c, and especially d.]

Ginsburg, who has made a name for herself for being the most relaxed SCOTUS justice, being able to drop off into a deep sleep at the drop of hat, made a point of saying that pregnant women are not mothers, particularly those pregnant women that kill their offspring in an abortion.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of an Indiana abortion law requiring medical facilities to provide dignified burials or cremation to children aborted at their establishment.

However, conservative Justice Clarence Thomas concurred with the court's opinion, but argued that his colleagues made a mistake by choosing not to rule on whether or not Indiana could ban abortions for sex-selective or eugenic purposes. It was his use of the word "mother" in his dissent that Justice Ginsburg took most issue with because she is a cold-blooded leftist who squeaked by the abortionist's scalpel by a pubic hair.

"Enshrining a constitutional right to an abortion based solely on the race, sex, or disability of an unborn child, as Planned Parenthood advocates, would constitutionalize the views of the 20th-century eugenics movement," Thomas wrote. "In other contexts, the Court has been zealous in vindicating the rights of people even potentially subjected to race, sex, and disability discrimination."

Ginsburg took issue: "(A) woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother,’" she wrote, according to LifeNews. 

If she is not a mother of the child inside her, what is her relationship with her son or daughter who awaits slaughter?

Ginsburg added that Thomas' opinion carried "more heat than light," prompting him to say her opinion "makes little sense," [because she is crazy.]

Not only is Ginsburg what leftists refer to as a science-denier, she insults the millions of women who have suffered the harsh pain of a miscarriage. They did not suffer a loss of a cluster of cells, but Ginsburg is too cold to understand that.

In an op-ed for LifeNews, Brian Kemper spoke about the horrific time when he and his wife suffered a miscarriage. They opted to have a funeral for their son, and explained that abortion advocates have a stake in completely severing any and all dignified language that could be bestowed upon a pregnancy of an unborn child.

The doctor pointed to the container holding our son and said he would “take care of that.” I told him, “No, we are going to have a funeral.”

They even named their son Benjamin Davis Kemper and Brian explained that Benjamin Davis Kemper "is as much my child as any of our living children. Benjamin Davis is buried in a cemetery in Troy, Ohio where he was given the dignity he deserved with a funeral and burial."

His wife visits the gravesite regularly.

Planned Parenthood and the rest of the abortion industrial complex has to push lies on people to make the killing of the unborn a palatable situation. They use terms like "terminating a pregnancy," to obfuscate the truth. 

You want to terminate a pregnancy, the best way to do it is give birth.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg misses 3rd day at court

The Supreme Court has given no indication when Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will return to the bench. She missed her third straight day of oral arguments on Wednesday while recuperating from cancer surgery. This is the first time that she had missed oral arguments since joining the court in 1993.

Chief Justice John Roberts announced from the bench that Ginsburg is continuing to participate from home, just as the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist also did and even authored opinions while undergoing cancer treatment from 2004-2005.

The Democrats are having a conniption over Ginsburg's absence because if she is unable to continue in the capacity as a SCOTUS justice and must retire, or worse, President Trump will likely select another conservative person to fill her liberal shoes.

Everyone will be watching when public sessions resume Monday for indications of Ginsburg’s status. A court spokesperson said there has yet to be a date decided for when she will return to the bench.

The 85-year-old justice underwent lung surgery in New York City last month at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center to remove cancerous growths, and is continuing to recuperate.

The discovery came incidentally during tests after she fractured several ribs during a fall in November.

A court statement said both nodules removed during surgery were found to be malignant, but scans performed before surgery indicated no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body. No further treatment was planned.

Ginsburg is the oldest member on the Supreme Court and we wish her a full recovery and a speedy retirement.

It's a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg undergoes cancer surgery

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg fractured three ribs after a fall a little more than a month ago. Now the 85-year-old justice underwent surgery for lung cancer on Friday.

CNN reported that, "Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had two cancerous nodules removed from her left lung Friday at a New York hospital, the Supreme Court announced."

In a statement released by the SCOTUS, Justice Ginsburg was to have undergone a "pulmonary lobectomy" in New York City on Friday. Currently, no evidence exists that Ginsburg has any other complications. The full statement reads:

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent a pulmonary lobectomy today at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Two nodules in the lower lobe of her left lung were discovered incidentally during tests performed at George Washington University Hospital to diagnose and treat rib fractures sustained in a fall on November 7.

According to the thoracic surgeon, Valerie W. Rusch, MD, FACS, both nodules removed during surgery were found to be malignant on initial pathology evaluation. Post-surgery, there was no evidence of any remaining disease. Scans performed before surgery indicated no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body. Currently, no further treatment is planned. Justice Ginsburg is resting comfortably and is expected to remain in the hospital for a few days. Updates will be provided as they become available.

In November, Ginsburg, a Clinton appointee, was hospitalized from two fractured ribs she received in a nasty fall that occurred in her office at the Court. After the incident, she went home but experienced pain overnight and in the morning went to George Washington University Hospital. Tests revealed three fractured ribs and she was admitted for observation and treatment.

According to the Associated Press, Justice Ginsburg has a history of health problems that she has overcome in recent years. In 2012 she fractured two ribs and had two previous cancer bouts and had a stent implanted in 2014. In 2009 she was hospitalized due to a negative reaction to medication.

At 85, Justice Ginsburg has unfortunately made no plans to retire from her Supreme Court seat. That's too bad because if it were filled by another conservative justice, the country would be a better place.

I wish Justice Ginsburg a speedy recovery and a quick retirement.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg wants to sleep on the bench until she's 90

"They will have to pry my copy of the "Communist Manifesto" from my cold, dead hands before I give up my job on the Supreme Court," Ruth Bader Ginsburg told a group of confused liberal journalists after waking up from her nap.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, is hopeful she'll live to see 90, but watching her crap-out in the middle of public events, her head resting on her tired, boyish bosom, as her snoring keeps mosquitos at bay, makes one question her mental acuteness and her ability to even remain on the nation's highest court even one more day.

But Ginsburg would have us believe she has at least five more years on SCOTUS.

She spoke in New York after a play about the late Justice Antonin Scalia, "The Originalist" ended.

"I'm a young, vibrant 85," she said Sunday. "My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so I think I have about at least five more years before I hang up my shingle. Which reminds me . . . my shingles are killing me."

She even hired law clerks for her next two terms, if she lives that long, and hopefully she will . . . in retirement.

Director of "The Originalist," Molly Smith, asked her what keeps her "hopeful" [about the future of the country]. Ginsburg cited her late husband, Marty.

"My dear spouse would say that the true symbol of the United States is not the bald eagle--it's the pendulum," she began. "And when it goes very far in one direction you can count on its swinging back."

"I told Marty, 'Marty, you always say that. Get some new material--you're making me crazy.'"

Marty was wrong. Bald eagle is the correct answer.

Bader Ginsburg: help, she's talking and can't shut up

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg made a comment last year that there was "no doubt" sexism played a role in Hillary Clinton's election defeat and had nothing to do with the fact that Hillary was a horrible candidate and human being. 

This year, Ginsburg is doubling down and her comment.

Speaking at a Columbia University Women's Conference on Sunday, she was asked to clarify the remarks she made last September when she claimed that sexism was a "major, major factor" in how the election resulted.

"I think it was difficult for Hillary Clinton to get by even the macho atmosphere prevailing during that campaign, and she was criticized in a way I think no man would have been criticized," Ginsburg said.

"I think anyone who watched that campaign unfold would answer it the same way I did: Yes, sexism played a prominent part," she added.

I wonder what Ginsburg thought about the way the Democrats treated Sarah Palin and her family. Was that sexism on the part of the left, who use identity politics as a substitute for actual policy and new ideas.

The truth is, Clinton was the worst candidate the Democrats could have possibly come up with and she was so cocksure of herself that she didn't bother to campaign aggressively in states she was sure she would win. 

The truth is, Hillary and her mignons can't get over the fact that she lost to an obnoxious reality show TV star with no political experience.

In 2016 Trump responded to her by tweeting: 

"Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me. Her mind is shot--resign!"

Ginsburg admitted in a statement that "Judges should not talk about political candidates."

So why is it okay for Supreme Court judges to talk about the president?

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg confessed that she, like many other women, had her own brush with sexual harassment and gender inequality.

Of the #MeToo movement the 84-year-old Brooklynite said: "It's about time."

"Every woman of my vintage knows what sexual harassment is, although we didn't have a name for it," the elderly SCOTUS liberal told a crowd during a forum to promote her new documentary "RBG" at the Sundance Film Festival on Sunday. "The attitude toward sexual harassment was simply, 'Get past it. Boys will be boys.'"

Ginsburg told NPR's legal correspondent and longtime liberal friend Nina Totenberg, about an incident that she said occurred when she was a law student at Cornell University in the early 1950s, before most people were born.

Ginsburg spoke about her concerns with her chemistry teacher over her "abilities" ahead of an important exam. He comforted her and told her he'd give her a practice exam to make her more comfortable with the test.

"The next day--on the test--the test is the practice exam. And I knew exactly what he wanted in return," Ginsburg claimed. "That's just one of many examples," she added, without actually giving an example of what happened.

But Ginsburg refused to slough off the professor's inappropriate unexplained gesture. After the exam, she walked straight up to him and confronted him, she said.

"I went to his office and I said, 'How dare you! How dare you, you--" she said without clarifying what the end of her sentence was. "And that was the end of that."

When Ginsburg taught at Rutgers Law School in 1964, she quickly saw how she was treated differently than her male colleagues. 

Because Rutgers was a state school in New Jersey, she knew she'd be taking a pay cut, but when the dean told her how big a cut, she was mortified. She asked a male colleague who had graduated from law school about the same time as her what he was being paid and the difference was quite substantial.

"Ruth, he has a wife and two children to support. You have a husband with a good paying job in New York," the dean responded.

That was the very year the Equal Pay Act had passed," Ginsburg said. "That was the answer that I got."

So the Women's March on Saturday was never about equal pay and equal rights for women--it's now law, just like protection from harassment in the workplace is law. 

The Women's March was actually an anti-Trump march because that's the main issue women really care about.

SCOTUS Allows Travel Ban to Take Full, Immediate Effect

The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed the latest repeat of President Trump's travel ban to take full effect for now, as lower courts continue to try dealing with lawsuits opposing the ban by a vote of 7 to 2. 

This means that the administration can enforce its September proclamation, suspending entry of foreign nationals from seven terror-spawning countries: Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Venezuela and Yemen.

Leftist border-hating justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor noted their dissent from the Court's decision.

The DOJ asked the Court to lift lower court orders by leftist Obama appointee judges opposing everything Trump and barring enforcement of the proclamation while legal challenges are adjudicated by the courts. Challenges are currently pending before the 4th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Although the Court agreed to lift those orders, they expressed no view on the merits of the case.

President Trump issued the proclamation late September when the second version of the travel ban expired after a 90-day enforcement period.

Federal courts in Hawaii and Maryland issued orders forbidding enforcement of key provisions of the proclamation. Those orders were partially upheld by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and concluded any person from six of the eight terror-spawning countries named in the order with a significant connection to the U.S., such as family, business or know someone who knows someone in a sleeper cell, may still enter the country.

Bader-Ginsburg apologizes again

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was asked about San Francisco 'has-been' quarterback Colin Kaepernick's refusal to stand for the National Anthem. His unpatriotic behavior has since been copied by other football players and others who are seeking a little attention in their small lives.

Ginsburg in a rare moment of public honesty, called Kaepernick's behavior "dumb and disrespectful," adding that she would not, however, arrest him for it.

However, on Friday, the court released a statement from Ginsburg in which she claimed she was barely aware aware of the anthem protest and that her comments were "inappropriately dismissive and harsh." 

Ginsburg, an 83-year-old ultra-liberal, apologized recently about criticizing Donald Trump, saying her comments were "ill advised." This is because the Supreme Court is not supposed to be political as it is part of the checks and balances and supposedly unbiased (LOL).

Donald Trump will incarcerate Colin Kaepernick if he wins the presidency for insubordination to the nation .  .  .  just kidding.

Ginsburg spills her guts about Donald and her secret feelings

In an exclusive interview, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted that she is hopelessly attracted to Donald Trump and this is why she has spoken out so vehemently against him.

"It was a psychological defense," she said, referring to how she basically called the man with the golden hair a "faker." She admitted "What I really wanted to say about him is how much I want to run my 83-year-old naked body through his hair . . . wait, I mean my fingers."

But it took a big, little woman to admit that she was wrong to diss the Donald. 

"I said it and then I couldn't sleep at night," she said. "I tossed and turned and got the sheets all wet with my perspiration. It was hell."

Ginsburg, who was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1993, lost her husband in 2010. "Martin was a great guy," she said, referring to her late husband. "We had a wonderful life, but Donald, he may be a goy, but he's a smart, handsome goy and like me, he's a New Yorker. We New Yorkers have a special bond.

"I want to bond with the Donald, and I take back what I said about him. Sure, he may be a little meshuganah, but there's something about his punim that I can't get out of my head."

Erdogan demands Gulen be extradicted

The military coup in Turkey has ended, the smoke has cleared, and the dead will be buried while the wounded get tended to.  And there were plenty of wounded.

Now comes time for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to take President Obama's lunch money and give him an atomic wedgie.

In a televised speech Saturday, Erdogan called upon the U.S. to extradite the Muslim cleric who's responsible for the coup in the first place. He is living in Pennsylvania and goes by the name Fethullah Gulen. 

Obama, who tends to lead from behind, just might give the guy up to face the music-less consequences of Erdogan's brand of punishment. It will not be a pretty sight.

Secretary of State John Hairplugs Kerry said the Obama administration would entertain an extradition request but Turkey would need to show proof of wrongdoing by Gulen. Then it'll be all: "here, take him and do to him what you will . . . he's all yours."

"We would invite the government of Turkey, as we always do, to present us with any legitimate evidence that withstands scrutiny," Kerry said in that monotoned voice with which he was endowed.  "And the United States will accept that and look at it and make judgments about it appropriately." 

Like they make appropriate judgments about terrorism.

Erdogan and Gulan had been political allies, and had a personal brouhaha in recent years over Erdogan's relentless crackdown on domestic dissent and the freedom of the media, which is now nonexistent.

Gulen left "Birdland" back in 1999 now living in exile in beautiful Pennsylvania and is an avid Steelers fan, or not. His place of residence is an Islamic retreat owned by Turkish-Americans. Their brand of Islam is considered "haram" to other Muslims who consider all forms of Islam that differ from their form of Islam to be haram, which is why ISIS kills people etc.

Anyway, this brand of Islam advocates democracy, education, science and interfaith dialogue. Most other forms of Islam (excluding the Sufis) advocate Sharia which goes against democracy, and education for women. Insofar as science is concerned, most Islamic teachings regarding science can be taught by 6th graders with a "B-" average. 

Interfaith dialogue? Don't get me started on interfaith dialogue. Most Islamic teachings, especially where the Al Fathiha is prayed at the beginning of each session and many times in-between, basically hate the Jews, dislike the Christians and loath Hindus and all other religions that are not "of the book," meaning Christian or Jewish. 

Gulen doesn't interact with the media, but his sermons can be found online.

"Turkey will not be run from a house in Pennsylvania," Erdogan said. "Turkey is not a country that can be bought or sold cheaply."

Gulen made a statement in which he condemned "in the strongest terms, the attempted military coup in Turkey" and rejected any responsibility for it.

The words Gulen used: "strongest possible terms," made John Kerry melt. 

Gulen said that "Government should be won through a process of free and fair elections, not force. As someone who suffered under multiple military coups during the past five decades, it is especially insulting to be accused of having any link to such an attempt. I categorically deny such accusations."

Gulen's words: "I categorically deny such accusations" made Hillary Clinton melt.

Even before the coup attempt, over 2,000 Gulenites had been arrested in Turkey on various charges since their split in 2013. And in March, authorities seized control of Zaman (pronounced with a French accent as "the man"), one of Turkey's largest papers and which was associated with Gulen.

Gulen preached a moderate form of Islam and has powerfully condemned jihadist terror attacks, so it makes sense that the Obama administration sees him as a threat and will likely hand him over unless we make enough noise to stop his administration from doing that.

But who am I kidding? Nothing was done about Hillary, so why think anything will keep Obama from doing whatever he wants to do?

Certainly not the FBI or Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Allowing Gulen's extradition goes against our real values, not the values Obama says are ours. He believes in democracy, freedom, and the Pittsburg Steelers while Erdogan, who was elected democratically, believes in Sharia. We should not stand quietly by if the administration decides to send him back to Turkey. 

Okay, maybe not the Steelers.

Supreme's Ginsburg: no apology but regrets what she said of Trump

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg didn't really apologize to Donald Trump after making critical comments about him, but she said that she regrets her remarks after she received bipartisan backlash. 

So in Ginsburg's case, it's like saying "I regret that after I called you an idiot, I got in trouble."

Ginsburg, 83, said in a statement: "On reflection, my recent remarks in response to press inquiries were ill-advised and I regret making them. Judges should avoid commenting on a candidate for public office. In the future I will be more circumspect." 

In an interview with the far left rag New York Times, the aged and possibly senile lawmaker said that she didn't "even want to contemplate" the country and court under a President Trump.

And like Matt Damon, Lena Dunham, Al Sharpton, Rosie O'Donnell, Whoopie "Cushion" Goldberg, Jon Stewart and Samuel L. Jackson, perhaps Ginsburg should consider moving to Canada or some other country if he gets elected.

Ginsburg called Trump a "faker" in an interview with CNN. 

"He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego . . . How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that," she said as she totally discounted Hillary Clinton's inconsistent statements, not turning over all her emails from her private server, and how incredibly gentle the mainstream press is with liberal candidates.

And insofar as saying whatever comes into his head, isn't that what Ginsburg just did regarding Trump?

Trump didn't take Ginsburg's words lying down. "She's a disgrace to the Supreme Court," he said in his typical hyperbole adding, "this is all the more reason I hope I win, because I have 11 justices who are incredible justices, highly respected by all, including liberal people," he told Bret Baier on "Special Report."

"For her to come out and say [these] kinds of things, there's almost something wrong with her," Trump said.

On Twitter he responded: "Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me. Her mind is shot-resign!" he tweeted.

Even some Democrats were taken aback by Ginsburg's remarks. Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) told Politico: "We all know that the justices on the Supreme Court have political views. I'm not sure we're well served by them airing them out in the open."

Even the mainstream media sided with Trump. The New York Times wrote: "Washington is more than partisan enough without the spectacle of a Supreme Court justice flinging herself into the mosh pit."

When The New York Times tells a liberal they're wrong, the liberal better regret what they said or did.

But actually apologize? Never! That takes character.
