Sheldon Whitehouse Suddenly Became Mr. Due Process: here's why

There are few things more reliable in Washington than a Democrat discovering the importance of due process the moment the accused has a "D" next to his name. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse apparently decided it was time to audition for the role of America's foremost legal philosopher during an appearance with the Compromised News Network's Jake Tapper.

Asked about the implosion of Graham Platner's Maine Senate campaign, Whitehouse [who will never live in his namesake residence] suddenly spoke with the solemn wisdom of a man who had just wandered out of a constitutional law seminar. Funny how that works when you're one step above plankton. 

Platner resigned only after rape allegations from Jenny Raciot became public, despite Democrats somehow managing to overlook the rather noticeable issue of the alleged Nazi oyster farmer's SS tattoo. Apparently, for some people, that was not quite enough to raise concerns. Better late than never, we suppose.

The real tell came when Whitehouse brushed aside the first accuser, Lyndsey Fifield, who happened to be a Republican. Quite the coincidence. Fifield, who for some reason was Platner's former girlfriend, alleged emotional and domestic abuse, but those accusations apparently failed the Whitehouse Test for Credibility, which seems to involve checking voter registration before listening. Forget about Platner admitted to choking the chicken in an outhouse, the left didn't care because he was their 'man.'



Even more amusing is that birdcage liner known as The New York Times managed to produce a story that centered on Fifield while somehow glossing over additional allegations and evidence she had provided. CNN later corroborated Fifield's claims, and Politico reported what the Times somehow missed, namely that Platner had also allegedly sexually assaulted other women. It turns out there was quite a bit more to the story than progressive media gatekeepers initially cared to acknowledge.

Then came Whitehouse's favorite line. As a former prosecutor, he assured viewers that due process matters.

That's almost as believable as a box of used car salesmen.


This is the same Sheldon Whitehouse who enthusiastically joined the political demolition derby against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, complete with endless theater about "boofing," lurid insinuations, and accusations that never produced evidence sufficient to support the central claims. The media spectacle rolled on anyway, because due process apparently takes an extended vacation whenever the target is a conservative.

To this day, there remains no evidence that Christine Blasey Ford ever met Kavanaugh.

Amazing how Whitehouse's legal standards can stretch farther than a campaign promise.

The Babylon Bee is reportedly considering naming Whitehouse its 2026 "Selective Outrage Lifetime Achievement Award" winner after judges praised his remarkable ability to discover principles only when they become politically convenient.

Small standards. Small consistency. Same old Washington.

Swalwell gets the Dem hook for sexual misconduct allegations

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) just dropped a political grenade on Monday, announcing he would resign his congressional seat in the wake of multiple bombshell reports from last Friday that kneecapped his already-flailing bid to become the next governor of California.

"I am deeply sorry to my family, staff, and constituents for mistakes in judgment I've made in my past," Swalwell said in a statement. "I will fight the serious, false allegations made against me. However, I must take responsibility and ownership for the mistakes I did make."

Mistake in judgment? His behavior [allegedly] was not a 'mistake,' it was on purpose [allegedly] and an ongoing behavior [allegedly].

"I am aware of efforts to bring an immediate expulsion vote against me and other members. Expelling anyone in Congress without due process, within days of an allegation being made, is wrong," he continued. "But it's also wrong for my constituents to have me distracted from my duties. Therefore, I plan to resign my seat in Congress."

Funny, but isn't that exactly what he wanted to happen to Justice Kavanaugh during the hearings for his appointment to SCOTUS?

At least four women have accused Swalwell [aka Swell-well] of sexual misconduct, including a former aide who alleged he raped her when she was intoxicated and could not consent, according to reporting from the Compromised News Network (CNN) and The San Francisco Chronicle.

Swalwell’s abrupt resignation announcement looks like a desperate sprint to the exits, potentially short-circuiting a bipartisan push to expel him from the House that was set to ramp up as early as this week.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, the no-nonsense Florida Republican, was gearing up to introduce a resolution to boot Swalwell on Tuesday and had been pressing House GOP leadership to hold a vote on Wednesday.

Luna called on lawmakers from both parties to set aside "ideological differences" and back her measure alongside a separate expulsion effort targeting embattled Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-Texas) led by Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez (D-NM).

"It is our responsibility, according to the Constitution and House rules, to hold one another accountable, especially when it brings dishonor upon the institution," Luna wrote to her House colleagues Tuesday in a letter reviewed by Fox News Digital. "We as Members of Congress need to stand together in publicly condemning this behavior and restore the trust we have lost with the American people."

The Florida Republican had warned over the weekend that she’d draft the expulsion papers if Swalwell didn’t resign by the time lawmakers returned to Washington on Tuesday. Luna’s resolution was on track to pick up serious bipartisan backing.

Even Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), a leading progressive voice, was among the Democrats voicing support for the expulsion drive.

Other Democrats urged Swalwell to step down but stopped short of endorsing Luna’s hard-line resolution.

The Democratic backlash following the San Francisco Chronicle’s gut-wrenching reporting triggered a stampede of Swalwell’s colleagues and longtime allies yanking their endorsements for his now-suspended gubernatorial campaign — including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi herself.

Swalwell bailed on the 2026 primary to succeed Gov. Gavin Newsom on Sunday, despite polling that had him looking like a top-tier contender just days earlier.

Swalwell first entered the House in 2013. Prior to that, he worked as a prosecutor in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office and served on the Dublin, California, city council starting in 2010.

In Congress, he was a key player in the 2019 impeachment push against President Donald Trump and, before that, helmed investigations into whether Russian meddling actually swung the 2016 election.

Whether this resignation spells the final chapter of Swalwell’s political career remains to be seen.

The Chronicle’s Friday bombshell laid out graphic details from a woman accusing Swalwell of targeting intoxicated women, pressuring staffers into compromising situations, and soliciting explicit images from female contacts.

Whispers of misconduct had started bubbling earlier this month when Cheyenne Hunt, a former Capitol Hill staffer turned political commentator, began sharing testimony from women claiming they were sexually assaulted by the congressman.

"The Democratic candidate currently leading in the California governor’s race has a known history of being predatory towards women," Hunt posted on social media.

Swalwell’s team initially went radio silent before pushing back in comments to the New York Post earlier this week.

"This false, outrageous rumor is being spread 27 days before an election begins by flailing opponents who have sadly teamed up with MAGA conspiracy theorists because they know Eric Swalwell is the frontrunner in this race," spokesperson Micah Beasley said.

Swalwell’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment because to do so would be a political blunder.

Unhinged Dem Senate Wannabe Fantasizes About Assaulting SCOTUS Justices With Beer — And This Is the Party of "Decorum"?



Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow, [aka 3M] the Democrat eyeing a 2026 U.S. Senate run, just couldn't hold it together in a viral clip that's making the rounds. The Notre Dame alum, who's risen to majority whip while crusading hard for abortion rights post-Roe, admitted she'd straight-up lose control if she bumped into Justices Amy Coney Barrett or Brett Kavanaugh out in the wild.

In the undated video, blasted out on X by Townhall, McMorrow's fielding a question on the Court's conservative tilt when she drops this gem, fuming that Barrett sharing her alma mater makes her "furious" on a "personal level."

"I talked to somebody yesterday who said they saw her with Brett Kavanaugh at a tailgate last weekend. I was like, 'I would not be able to control myself,'" McMorrow said. "That would be a bad— there would be beers thrown in people’s faces."

A sitting state lawmaker and Senate hopeful casually joking about hurling beers at Supreme Court justices. Because nothing says "mature leadership" like fantasizing about battery over policy disagreements. Would she also moon them on Capitol Hill and maybe stick her tongue out at them?

McMorrow's office and campaign went radio silent when conservative outlet The Daily Wire pressed for comment. Shocker, now she had nothing to say.

This isn't some isolated hot take,  it's part of a pattern. Remember Chuck 'Nostrils' Schumer in 2020, name-checking Kavanaugh and Gorsuch on the steps of the Court: "You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions." 

Chief Justice Roberts rightly called it out as "dangerous." Then, post-Dobbs in 2022, that armed nut-job showed up at Kavanaugh's house ready to assassinate him.

Fast-forward: McMorrow's one of the Dems jockeying to replace retiring Sen. Gary Peters in a race Republicans are salivating over. At 39, she's been in the state Senate since 2019, laser-focused on advocating for the killing the unborn.

And let's not forget, earlier this year, she cozied up at a fundraiser with far-left blogger Rebecca Schoenkopf, who dropped a piece titled "Second Amendment Comes for Charlie Kirk" just a day after the conservative activist's assassination. Classy crowd.

Look, if this is the "resistance" vibe Dems are riding into 2026, good luck selling that to swing-state voters tired of the rage machine. Threatening justices, even "jokingly," isn't edgy; it's reckless, especially when real attempts have already happened. Time for some self-control lessons, Senator, and get someone to hold your beer.

Family of Would-Be Kavanaugh Assassin Pleads for Leniency Because He’s Now ‘Sophie’



Well here's another example of progressive logic. Nicholas Roske, the guy who rolled up to Justice Brett Kavanaugh's house in 2022 with a gun and some seriously bad intentions, is now begging for a lighter sentence because, well, he's transgender. 

Yes, the man who allegedly plotted to assassinate a Supreme Court justice is now "Sophie," and his family, for some crazy reason, thinks that's a get-out-of-jail-free card. Because nothing screams "leniency" like trying to murder a judge, right?

According to court documents, Roske’s mom found a hospital discharge paper in his suitcase labeled “Sophie Roske.” She told the judge, “This is when several of the pieces of the puzzle started coming together.” Puzzle? Lady, your son showed up armed outside a justice’s home. The only puzzle here is why anyone thinks a new name changes the crime.

The government is pushing for 30 years behind bars, but Roske's defense team, in a September 19 filing, made sure to note he's using female pronouns now. His family is out here writing character references, arguing his new-found "transgender identity" should score him a softer sentence. His mom told the judge, "Since her incarceration, we have been able to have open and honest conversations about her gender identity and how that evolved." Oh, great, so now it’s a therapy session instead of a felony. Aren't women who try to murder people sent to prison?

Roske himself chimed in with a letter to Judge Deborah Boardman, a Biden appointee who, by the way, once blocked parents from opting their kids out of LGBTQ storybook lessons (a ruling the Supreme Court slapped down in July). Roske's excuse is that he was "in the closet" when he planned the hit, so naturally, that makes it less bad. "I am also sorry for contributing to a trend of political violence in American politics," he wrote, adding he was "raised by conservative Christian parents who loved me and still love me." 

So he's implying that we should blame Mom and Dad’s Bible-thumping for my assassination attempt.

He claims he was suicidal, off his meds, and skipping therapy during COVID because virtual sessions weren't his vibe. Then the Dobbs leak happened, and apparently, his "self-esteem was at rock bottom," so he figured, why not take a shot at a Supreme Court justice? Solid logic there, Sophie.

Roske's dad told the judge his kid struggled during COVID, ditched a master's program, and bounced around like a pinball. "One day, she suddenly said she was moving out of the house and into a communal living space,” he wrote. Then it was off to Seattle with "no job or prospects," only to slink back home to substitute teach. His friends say he started dabbling in "nihilistic worldviews" and Googling gems like "Nietzsche quotes" and "nothing is true, everything is permitted." 

Deep stuff for a guy plotting murder.

A friend named John told the judge, "Both of us, on our individual quests for moral truth, have had to confront the ugly hypocrisy that is the American church." He added, "But what I think counts is what she did not do." 

Oh, so we're handing out medals for not killing someone now? Roske's sister, who is gay, of course, says their parents have evolved, attending PFLAG meetings and embracing the rainbow. "While transgenderism is not the same as a gay identity, I have actively see this growth mindset that my parents demonstrated in their relationship with me--transfer over to their acceptance of Sophie," she wrote. She's also worried "Sophie" might end up in a men's prison with “"limited access to gender-affirming care." Because that's the real tragedy here, not the whole assassination plot.

Roske has been on hormones in detention, thanks to a Bureau of Prisons memo green-lighting hormone therapy after a judge blocked a Trump executive order. He says his "whole perspective shifted" when he got to Kavanaugh's neighborhood and realized, oops, judges are "real people too." So he called 911 on himself, standing outside Kavanaugh’s house with a gun, ready to end it all. "I’m out to my entire family now and they have been very accepting," he wrote.

Heartwarming.

Roske pleaded guilty in April, and his sentencing is set for Friday.  

This is the state of our justice system, where a guy can try to kill a Supreme Court justice, then play the trans card and expect a pat on the back. If Judge Boardman buys this sob story, we're in deeper trouble than I thought.

Kavanaugh accuser lied, faces criminal charges

One of the three lying women who accused now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault was found to have lied through her feminist teeth during a congressional investigation. Judy Monro-Leighton is being charged with making false statements and obstruction and could face a serious slap on the wrist if the Democrats have anything to say about it.

According to The Beltway Report, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck "Hang 'em High" Grassley (R-IA), made a criminal referral against Monro-Leighton, after she admitted that she "just wanted to get attention."

Imagine that--a person would ruin the career of another individual just to get attention. It says a lot about the "Believe All Women" movement, which only pertained to Democratic women in the first place.

The scumcrumpet also admitted that an anonymous letter she sent to then-Sen. Kamala Harris describing a graphic sexual assault by Kavanaugh and a friend was not written by her, despite her original claim of being “Jane Doe from Oceanside, California.”

When questioned by investigators of the Committee on the Judiciary, she admitted, “No, no, no. I did that as a way to grab attention.  I am not Jane Doe… but I did read Jane Doe’s letter. I read the transcript of the call to your committee… I saw it online. It was news.”

In her statements, she also admitted that she never even met Judge Kavanaugh.

“In short, during the Committee’s time-sensitive investigation of allegations against Judge Kavanaugh, Ms. Munro-Leighton submitted a fabricated allegation, which diverted Committee resources,” Grassley’s letter reads. “When questioned by Committee investigators she admitted it was false, a ‘ploy’ and a ‘tactic.’”

Harris, who was acting [as in make-believe] as a senator at the time, went on to become the vice president without any discipline for bringing the false letter forward without bothering to check its veracity. In fact, not one Democratic senator on the committee took the trouble to investigate when they saw blood in the water.

The good thing is, however, under President Joe Biden, the country is once again coming together . . . except for White people who enjoy watching Black people getting hanged, if you believe that crap.

Alexandria Obviously-Comatose wants Chuck Schumer to have Senate declare Gorsuch & Kavanaugh Liars

Congresscommie Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Dumb-NY) and Rep. Ted Lieu (Dumber-CA) have joined forces to issue a letter calling on Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (Douche-NY) to say that SCOTUS Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh are liars and while doing so, he should wag his finger at them. 

Obviously-Comatose, you may recall, had barely escaped the insurrection on Capitol Hill on January 6th when a man in horns, and others went into the Capitol and walked around. AOC was merely four blocks away and felt her life was in danger for some reason, and she is not a liar when she said that she almost died on that hill.

Anyway, the letter which was addressed to Schumer claimed that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, [both who were threatened with retaliation by Schumer] had lied to the Senate when they said during their respective confirmation hearings that Roe v. Wade was settled precedent.

“Our Constitutional Republic cannot tolerate Supreme Court Justices who lied in order to get confirmed. The legitimacy of the Court is at stake,” Lieu tweeted, sharing a screenshot of the letter. “Letter from @AOC and me requesting the Senate to make a finding on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied to the American people.”

AOC shared Lieu’s lie and added her own, saying, “We cannot allow Supreme Court nominees lying and/or misleading the Senate under oath to go unanswered. Both GOP & Dem Senators stated SCOTUS justices misled them. This cannot be accepted as precedent. Doing so erodes rule of law, delegitimizes the court, and imperils democracy.”

“We request that the Senate make its position clear on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied under oath during their confirmation hearings,” Obviously-Comatose and Lieu wrote in the letter, adding, “We must call out their actions for what they were before the moment passes so that we can prevent such a mendacious denigration of our fundamental rights and the rule of law from ever happening again.”


But neither Justice lied in their confirmation hearings. Here is Kavanaugh's response regarding the standing of both Roe and Casey. Nowhere did he mention of the decisions being irreversible:
Roe v. Wade “is important precedent of the Supreme Court that has been reaffirmed many times. But then Planned — and this is the point that I want to make that I think is important. Planned Parenthood v. Casey reaffirmed Roe and did so by considering the stare decisis factors,” he said in 2018. “So Casey now becomes a precedent on precedent. It is not as if it is just a run-of-the-mill case that was decided and never been reconsidered, but Casey specifically reconsidered it, applied the stare decisis factors, and decided to reaffirm it. That makes Casey a precedent on precedent.”
And here is what Gorsuch said when recognizing the precedent of Roe and the role Casey played in reaffirming the earlier opinion:
“Roe v. Wade, decided in 1973, is a precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court. It has been reaffirmed. The reliance interest considerations are important there, and all of the other factors that go into analyzing precedent have to be considered,” he told senators in March 2017. “It is a precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court. It was reaffirmed in Casey in 1992 and in several other cases. So a good judge will consider it as precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court worthy as treatment of precedent like any other.”
Gorsuch added, “For a judge to start tipping his or her hand about whether they like or dislike this or that precedent would send the wrong signal. It would send the signal to the American people that the judge’s personal views have something to do with the judge’s job.”

So it's clear that the liars are AOC and Lieu because neither Kavanaugh or Gorsuch lied and didn't even mislead. They simply followed the precedent set by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and then followed the law and the SCOTUS's larger precedent for righting wrongly-decided cases once they were confirmed.

'Ruth Sent Us' pro-abortion group might target SCOTUS Justice Barrett's Children, Church



Ruth Sent Us, a group that believes it's a woman's right to kill her baby in the womb and even thereafter, has hinted that they might go after Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett's children. This threat comes after a mentally ill liberal attempted to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The failed assassin said he wanted to give his [miserable] life meaning. That act of attempted violence comes after a call from Senate Majority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer said regarding abortion:
“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions!”
The Ruth Sent Us baby-killers posted a call for demonstrations at Barrett's home and church in response to speculation that she will concur with a previously leaked draft court opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade.

Protesting in front of the homes of judges, SCOTUS justices, and jury members to intimidate them to do what you demand is illegal, but not if the crime is committed by a leftist. 

So far, even Schumer has gotten away with his call for violence--or at least a call that clearly sounds stronger for the act than anything Donald Trump said on January 6th.  Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) has also called for intimidation of conservatives, if not actual violence, and she hasn't been charged for violence. 

And let's not forget how the legacy media, like CNN, has minimized violence when it's committed for their ideology--like the "mostly peaceful protest" remark they made as the city burned behind the reporter.

But I digress.

A Department of Homeland Security report said the recent opinion leaked about the Roe v. Wade controversy has unleashed a wave of threats against officials and others and has increased the probability of extremist violence by the left, not Trump supporters.

"If you’re in the DC metro area, join us. Our protests at Barrett’s home moved the needle to this coverage," Ruth Sent Us said on Twitter. This is blatant flipping off of the law and nobody was held responsible.

The group specifically noted the Barrett family's daily schedule and the school her children attend. This should immediately spark an investigation because it clearly creates a real danger for Barrett's kids as it did for Kavanaugh.

The group also tweeted on June 8th: "Falls Church is a People of Praise stronghold. She sends her seven kids to a People of Praise school that she sat on the Board of Directors for. She attends church DAILY." This came after the same day, early morning arrest of the failed assassin of Brett Kavanaugh just prior to the report going public.

A small group of pro-baby killers gathered at Barrett's home Thursday and were not arrested because we have a brain-dead president and a leftist congress who approves of their message.

There will likely come a day, even if it's a hundred years from now, when we are going to look back at these times and wonder what the hell were we thinking to kill our own unborn.

FBI raids home of admitted [failed] assassin of Brett Kavanaugh: NY Times buries the story



Federal agents raided the home of the 26-year-old loser liberal who attempted to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh at his home.

The agents broke down the door of his family home Wednesday evening in Simi Valley, California, a 78.54% white, 10.42% Asian; 4.99% two or more races; and 4.19% other, community. About 1.2% of Simi Valley is black but the liberal suspect in this case is white.

Agents seized boxes of evidence as part of a federal search warrant, CBS Los Angeles reported. The suspect had been arrested earlier in the day outside of Justice Kavanaugh's home and he allegedly told authorities that he intended to kill Kavanaugh [to prevent him from voting to give the authority on whether a baby can be killed  back to the states] by overturning the Roe v. Wade decision.

“Threats of violence and actual violence against the justices strike at the heart of our democracy,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said following the arrest. But Garland is fine with protesters doing their thing outside of the homes of judges and SCOTUS justices as long as these officials are thought to be conservative leaning.

The suspect, whose name doesn't deserve mentioning, arrived via cab outside Kavanaugh's home carrying a backpack and a suitcase. He was surprised to see that the justice's home was being guarded by two U.S. deputy marshals and he immediately fell apart like a pussy willow in the wind of destiny and walked down the street before calling a Montgomery County, Maryland, police hotline, saying that he was thinking of killing himself, which doesn't seem plausible if he retreated so quickly.

Police took him into custody and began interviewing the scumcrumpet, who allegedly admitted to planning Kavanaugh’s murder because he evidently didn't want to be nobody his entire life.

Special Agent Ian Montijo wrote in the criminal complaint against the wanna-be assassin, whose will be referred to as Booger, just because I want to.

“Booger then told the detective that he was upset about the leak of a recent Supreme Court draft decision regarding the right to abortion as well as the recent school shooting in Uvalde, Texas,” Montijo wrote in the complaint. “Booger indicated that the Justice that he intended to kill would side with Second Amendment decisions that would loosen gun control laws.”

Booger is obviously too stupid to see the irony of bringing a gun to be use as a tool to get that tool banned.

“Booger stated that he began thinking about how to give his life a purpose and decided that he would kill the Supreme Court Justice after finding the Justice’s Montgomery County address on the Internet. Booger further indicated that he had purchased the Glock pistol and the other items for the purpose of breaking into the Justice’s residence and killing the Justice as well as himself,” Montijo added.

Montijo noted that a search of the alleged assassin's backpack and suitcase “revealed a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, and other items.” 

And a partridge in a pear tree.

Booger was charged with “Attempts to kidnap or murder, or threatens to assault, kidnap or murder a United States Judge, to wit: a current Justice of the United States Supreme Court.” If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison but if Democrats have their way, he would receive 20 "attaboys" and a tour of the Oval Office.

The New York Times, a canary cage crap catcher, has buried the story as has the legacy media. Had the failed assassin gone after Sonia Sotomayor, for example, this would be on page one for at least until the midterm elections.

White House finally condemns "violence, threats, or vandalism' by protesters at SCOTUS justices' homes


It looks like Joe Biden woke up from his nap to discover that pro-baby killers have been protesting at the homes of several Supreme Court Justices over an early draft of a majority opinion was leaked indicating that Roe v. Wade is likely to be struck down. 

But it isn't really that our alleged President woke up, or is even cognizant enough to be woke, it's more likely that the White House looked at popular opinion and the impending midterm elections in November and decided the best political move would be to condemn the violence, vandalism and threats because taking the side of the lunatic protesters is not a good political choice. 

If you hear the soon-to-be MSNBC employee and current White House press secretary Jen Psaki respond to a question from Fox News' Peter Doocy about whether the President supports the protests outside the homes of conservative justices you heard her give implicit support for this illegal behavior by not condemning it and supporting American's right to protest.

But finally, in a statement, the White House did weigh in. However, it took a fire at a pro-life clinic in Wisconsin and a scrawling on the clinic wall: “If abortions aren’t safe, then you aren’t either,” for the administration to get its collective head out of its collective nether regions and condemn this behavior.

“President Biden strongly condemns this attack and political violence of any stripe,” the statement said, implying that Biden is cognitively capable of understanding the situation. “The President has made clear throughout his time in public life that Americans have the fundamental right to express themselves under the Constitution, whatever their point of view. But that expression must be peaceful and free of violence, vandalism, or attempts to intimidate.”

Except for that little Disinformation Governance thingy he wants to create to keep people from expressing themselves under the Constitution.

Psaki also tweeted that Biden “strongly believes in the Constitutional right to protest,” but emphasized that “should never include violence, threats, or vandalism.” I responded to her tweet below.



Over the weekend, pro-abortion rights activists marched to the homes of Supreme Court Justices John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh.

“Judges perform an incredibly important function in our society, and they must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety,” Psaki said.

Democratic Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers condemned “violence and hatred in all forms, including the actions at Wisconsin Family Action in Madison last night” in a Sunday Twitter thread. By using the word "at," [Wisconsin Family Action] instead of "against," it almost sounds as if it was the anti-abortion clinic committing the violence. But it was actually those who approve of the killing of babies that perpetrated the violence.

Joy Reid, over and out?



According to Jon Nicosia of News Cycle Media, MSNBC's Joy Reid, may be riding out toward the sunset on a horse named Racist Pride. 

Comcast and the network are finally done with her, at least it seems so, but this isn't yet official and we can only hope it's true. In the past, Nicosia has been spot on with his claims, so put your hands together people and bow your heads. [H/T Redstate.com]



“Joy Reid will lose her 7p show in the next round of reshuffling at MSNBC,” Nicosia tweeted quoting a source. “She does not have a show come mid Spring.” He said the “decision has been made, the only thing left is messaging on the move, which will be ratings. 

Reid, like Fredo Cuomo of the Children's Neverland Network (CNN), has friends at Comcast but she is currently seen as "unmanageable" by many of them, and as a racist by people who understand what constitutes being a racist. And according to Redstate.com, Reid, like Cuomo, has been "less than truthful about past incidents."

Evidently they may have finally realized that she was lying about her blog and her homophobic posts, specifically, that it wasn't hacked as she claimed. We don't know the reason(s) her pals abandoned her, but this is the most reasonable probability. 

It may also be true that her friends are uncomfortable with some of the racist comments she has made against White people, but the one thing that's clear is her lack of veracity on most things Joy-less.

In the past week, in light of the January 6th all-star insurrection extravaganza, she lied about Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, that is she said he died as a result of injuries inflicted on him on Jan. 6 during the riot. In truth, the only person who died as a direct result of the riot was Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by Michael Byrd, an incompetent Capitol cop. Sicknick died of a heart attack on Jan. 7 but that was the left's fake talking point at the time and Reid still pushes that lie.

Reid also pushed the "Ron DeSantis is missing" lie. In truth, Gov. DeSantis (R-FL) had been by his wife's side as she went for breast cancer treatment. He also maintained working contact with his office in spite of his not being there physically.

But the most recent racist statement this racist woman said was her disgusting rant about Kyle Rittenhouse and Brett Kavanaugh and their  “white male tears.”

Cuomo's former aide alleges he harassed her "for years"


Lindsey Boylan, a former aide to Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo, tweeted on Sunday that the Emmy Award winner "sexually harassed me for years."

#BelieveAllWomen was the Democrat's battle cry when Brett Kavanaugh was being accused of sexual misconduct, but so far, not a word has been uttered on the left about this woman's claim. Of course it's ridiculous to go along with this statement, but the hypocrisy is palpable.

Ms. Boylan describes herself as a progressive on her Twitter account. She worked for Cuomo's administration from 2015 to 2018, she posted to her LinkedIn profile.

Boylan worked for Empire State Development, New York's economic development public-benefit organization, until March 2018. She then became deputy secretary for economic development and special adviser to the senior Cuomo in the Cuomo Brothers' Comedy Team as featured on the Comedy News Network (CNN).

"Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years," Boylan tweeted. "Many saw it, and watched. I could never anticipate what to expect: would I be grilled on my work (which was very good) or harassed about my looks. Or would it be both in the same conversation? This was the way for years."

"Not knowing what to expect what’s the most upsetting part aside from knowing that no one would do a damn thing even when they saw it," Boylan continued. "No one. And I *know* I am not the only woman."

Boylan provided no details of any alleged incidents nor did she name witnesses, and hasn't responded to an inquiry from Fox News. She accused the governor's office of being a "toxic" work environment in the beginning of December.

Cuomo's office has not responded Sunday to a request for comment.

Boylan is running for Manhattan borough president next year and has also ran and lost against by over 40 points to the useless Rep. Jerold Nadler (D-NY) in New York's 10th Congressional District.

"To be clear: I have no interest in talking to journalists," Boylan wrote on Twitter on Sunday. "I am about validating the experience of countless women and making sure abuse stops. My worst fear is that this continues."

"My second worst fear is having to talk about and relive this," she said.

But don't think for a minute that anything will become of this claim by Boylan. Gov. Cuomo is a protected entity--the left will not allow anything to happen to him and if you don't follow conservative news sources, you probably would never  had known about this allegation in the first place.

This is not to say that Cuomo is guilty, but it would be a miracle if it went any further than Boylan's claim and became an ethics issue. And let's never forget, Andrew Cuomo is an Emmy Award winning governor.

Alyssa Milano believes 'survivors' but only when politically expedient



One thing about leftists, you can always count on them to do the left thing, the thing that calls out their blatant hypocrisy. Alyssa Milano, a person paid handsomely for speaking words written by people a lot smarter than her, is one such hypocrite.

Milano spoke on a radio program called "Radio Andy" to "lady 'splain" as to why she has been hypocritically silent over the sexual assault allegation lodged against 2020 presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden, especially since she was all over the SCOTUS confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh. Of course, the host of the show, Andy Cohen, is also a progressive [aka socialist] and didn't actually call her out on her lack of consistency.

Milano tried to defend herself by comparing her behavior with the Harvey Weinstein case in which she claims that she waited "a long time to publicly say anything about Harvey [Weinstein] as well, because I believe that even though we should believe women, and that is an important thing, and what that statement really means is like, for so long, the go-to has been not to believe them. So really, we have to sort of societally change that mindset to believing women. But that does not mean at the expense of not giving men their due process." 

Cohen responding like a good sycophant said: “I like that.”

What is it about actors, actresses and singers who believe that they are the political and social opinion experts for the nation? Like our political leaders, they live in a protective bubble and are the least affected by world events.  

Milano wasn't done: “And investigate situations, and giving, you know, it’s gotta be, it’s gotta be, it’s gotta be fair in both directions. So I’ve been very vocal about Biden and my support for him. I’ve known him for a very long time, and I did do my due diligence because part of it was that, and the article that sort of stood out to me was that Time’s Up decided not to take the case.”

But she didn't know Kavanaugh and still attacked him and tried to destroy his reputation and destroy him professionally. She said she knew Biden for a long time so she should know how he behaves with women and young girls. 

After looking at all the evidence, Biden's accuser is more believable than Christine Blasey-Ford,  Kavanaugh's accuser. The latter couldn't even get her "closest friend" to agree with her story about Kavanaugh and everyone else also denied the event, where she alleged the misconduct took place, never happened.

In an op-ed from September 2018, Milano said:
So let me be as clear as possible: I believe Christine Blasey Ford and I demand that our Senators vote to reject Brett Kavanaugh as the next Justice on the Supreme Court. Every person who refuses to loudly and openly reject Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination is telling every generation of Americans that an alleged abuser’s career is more valuable than a survivor’s humanity. And the highest court in our land is no place for an alleged sexual offender to sit.
Several days later, Milano along with a group of anti-Kavanaugh leftists protested at the door of Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), which she pounded. She tweeted, “I’m in D.C. because I don’t believe any man’s misogyny should take precedence [sic] over a survivor’s humanity.”

Except for Joe Biden.

Motion to have Chuck Schumer censured for threatening 2 SCOTUS justices



Call it what you want, but Democratic Senate Minority Leader Charles "Flaring Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY) is facing strong backlash for threatening Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch on Wednesday.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) has indicated that he intends to introduce a measure to censure Chuck.

In a pro-abortion rally in front of the Supreme Court today, Senator Schumer threatened Justices by name shouting, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

And this is BEFORE the court voted.

Hawley tweeted:
Now @chuckschumer is threatening Supreme Court Justices personally, to the point of implying their physical safety is endangered. Disgusting, shameful, and frankly, WEAK.
I would call on Schumer to apologize, but we all know he has no shame. So tomorrow I will introduce a motion to censure Schumer for his pathetic attempt at intimidation of #SupremeCourt
Jimmy Williams, a senior adviser to Tom Steyer’s miserably failed presidential campaign, responded to Schumer’s threat, stating:
“Threatening a sitting Justice regardless of their politics is dangerous. What Schumer said is gross inappropriate and unacceptable. He should clarify his words immediately or step down from leadership. We must be better than this.

Even the leftist law professor Lawrence Tribe blasted Schumer and tweeted:
These remarks by @SenSchumer were inexcusable. Chief Justice Roberts was right to call him on his comments. I hope the Senator, whom I’ve long admired and consider a friend, apologizes and takes back his implicit threat. It’s beneath him and his office.
Democrat Jonathan Turley, Constitutional Law Professor at George Washington University, also criticized Schumer for his threat, saying:
“Schumer’s threat to the Court that ‘you will pay the price’ is a direct attack on the integrity of our courts,” Turley wrote “I criticized Trump for his reckless comments about the courts. Where is the chorus of condemnation of Schumer? Schumer sounded more like a stalker than a statesman.”
The most notable thing in this situation is the fact that the mainstream media is silent, and that's deplorable.

Fascist woman arrested for sending threatening letter to Susan Collins over Kavanaugh vote

Suzanne Muscara, 37,  [not to be confused with the stuff women use to create the look of parakeet eyes] was arrested Friday for allegedly sending, through the U.S. mail, a threatening letter to Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) several days after Collins voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, after giving an eloquent and brilliant speech on the Senate floor.

An affidavit filed in U.S. District Court and reviewed by the Associated Press says that Muscara, a Burlington native, sent powdered starch to Collins’s husband along with a letter that she said was covered in “ricin residue.”

Evidently Muscara believed that by threatening Collins and scaring her silly, she would either rescind her vote or die of shock, or both.

The letter, which was delivered to the Collins’s home in Bangor, Maine, accused the Collins of having “betrayed the people of Maine” [by not believing Christine Blasey Ford's uncorroborated claim, which was also denied by her witnesses, that Kavanaugh was involved in sexual misconduct when he and Ford were teens.]

It was sent shortly after Collins voted to confirm Kavanaugh despite dramatic opposition by activists and Congressional Democrats convinced of the sexual assault allegations leveled against him without a smidgeon of proof.

Hopefully, Muscara will go to prison where orange is the new black, and upon her release, will go around the country and teach kids about the rule of law.

Former Dem staffer pleads guilty to doxxing Republicans during Kavanaugh hearing

Jackson Cosko, the former Democrat House staffer accused of posting private information of GOP senators during then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh hearings for uncorroborated sexual assault that was alleged to have taken place over 30 years ago, has pleaded guilty to his crimes.

Cosko, at that time, was a fellow in Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s (D-TX) office. He pleaded guilty on Friday to doxxing the senators and threatening a senate staffer with whom he previously worked after the staffer witnessed him using one of the office’s computers to post the information.

The Washington Post reports that Cosko pleaded guilty to “two counts of making public restricted personal information and one count each of computer fraud, witness tampering and obstruction of justice.”

Cosko, a veritable bottom-feeder, admitted to his crimes as part of a plea deal he reached with prosecutors a week earlier.

Cosko admitted in his plea agreement, according to the Post, to posting the private information of Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Mike Lee (R-UT), Rand Paul (R-KY) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). In October, Cosko contested the charges against him and faced up to 20 years in the slammer for his crimes.

In a statement to the Post, Cosko’s attorney Brian Stolarz blamed his client's actions on drugs rather than the fact that Cosko sucks.

“Mr. Cosko takes full responsibility for his actions [as if he has a choice] and is sincerely remorseful [due to the fact that he got caught.] Sadly, Mr. Cosko’s ongoing struggle with drugs contributed to a regrettable course of conduct. He is committed to rehabilitating his life, his reputation, and addressing his addiction,” Stolarz said. 

Interesting that Cosko could work in government and get away with his alleged addiction.

As the Daily Wire previously reported, Cosko entered the office of his former boss, Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) in order to use a computer to publish the private information. A staffer in Hassan’s office recognized him and reported him. Cosko then sent that staffer a threatening email saying that if they told anyone he would “leak it all.”

But that wasn't him--it was the drugs talking.

“Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children’s health information and socials,” Cosko wrote while stoned out on drugs.

Cosko reportedly had terabytes of information stolen from the senate while he was stoned, some of which was sensitive. When investigators searched his home they found cocaine, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. They also found several computers, phones, tablets and senate letterhead he had taken from Hassan’s office. He had previously been dismissed by Hassan for unspecified reasons, but it's a good chance that it was for coming to work stoned and being mistaken for a socialist.

The Post reported that Cosko was “angry” for being fired from Hassan’s office last May, so he “engaged in an extraordinarily extensive data theft scheme.” He copied network drives, including sensitive information, to use in the future.

But it wasn't like it was planned because it was really the fault of the drugs.

For admitting his guilt, Cosko will face only 46 to 57 months in prison, instead of the 20 years he was facing. Sentencing will take place on June 13. The Post reported Cosko has already served four months in jail.

Missing from the Post article is information regarding Cosko’s family connections. 

Cosko’s daddy is the CEO of the hugely successful construction company, Hathaway Dinwiddie. His father also has ties to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), whose office was contacted by Christine Blasey Ford when she made the allegations against Kavanaugh. 

It is not known whether Jackson Cosko tried to have intimate relations with Ms. Ford while on drugs, but if we wait 30 years, it's sure to come out in the wash.

Reuters admits they covered for Beto O'Rourke for 2 years

Reuters admitted on Friday night that the "reporter" who broke the story about Democrat Robert "Beto" O'Rourke being a member of a hacker group named "Cult of the Dead Cow," sat on the story for two years (about 730 days) and agreed to not publish it until after his Senate race against Ted Cruz (R-TX), because the mainstream media is a faction of the Democratic Party.

In addition to being a member of the hacker group, the report also published many of O'Rourke's past writings, some of which are quite "disturbing."

"After more than a year of reporting, [Joseph] Menn persuaded O’Rourke to talk on the record," Reuters reported. "In an interview in late 2017, O’Rourke acknowledged that he was a member of the group, on the understanding that the information would not be made public until after his Senate race against Ted Cruz in November 2018."

Menn says that he learned about O'Rourke's involvement in the "Cult of the Dead Cow" after he decided to write about the group, which he called "the most interesting and influential hacking group in history."

"While I was looking into the Cult of the Dead Cow, I found out that they had a member who was sitting in Congress. I didn’t know which one," Menn said. "And then I figured out which one it was. And the members of the group wouldn’t talk to me about who it was. They wouldn’t confirm that it was this person unless I promised that I wouldn’t write about it until after the November election."

Menn says that he approached O'Rourke for an interview about the book and told O'Rourke that the book was "going to publish after November and your Senate race is over," and that O'Rourke agreed to give the interview because it would put him in the spotlight.

Some of O'Rourke's early writings were discovered on an online discussion forum that he started called "TacoLand" because he is a racist, xenophobe, according to PC standards on cultural appropriation.

One particular piece of writing from O'Rourke was very troubling whereby he described mowing down children in a car. Reuters reports:
Another t-file from O’Rourke, written when he was 15, is a short and disturbing piece of fiction. “One day, as I was driving home from work, I noticed two children crossing the street. They were happy, happy to be free from their troubles…. This happiness was mine by right. I had earned it in my dreams. 
“As I neared the young ones, I put all my weight on my right foot, keeping the accelerator pedal on the floor until I heard the crashing of the two children on the hood, and then the sharp cry of pain from one of the two. I was so fascinated for a moment, that when after I had stopped my vehicle, I just sat in a daze, sweet visions filling my head.”
Late on Friday, Yahoo also reported on more of O'Rourke's old writings: "Archived versions of writings attributed to O’Rourke’s alias 'Psychedelic Warlord' include one that criticized some women as 'sluts,' mocked them for having 'violent boyfriends,' and suggested a way to deal with these women was to call them 'completely ugly,' or inform 'Nazi Skins in your area' that they had 'AIDS.'"

But that was when he was a teenager. It isn't as if he's Brett Kavanaugh, right?

CNN New Year's Eve guest's resolution: 'make sure the Republican Party dies'


 On the Comedy News Network's New Year's Eve Profanity Fest, former funny person Jane Curtin, 71, was asked about her resolution for the new year. She was cutting edge and extremely brave for someone formerly in the entertainment industry and gave a brutal and highly thoughtful response, saying, "My New Year's resolution is to make sure that the Republican Party dies."

She evidently plans to do something about the existence of one of America's political parties because she has a different political viewpoint, but look at the sheer bravery to come out on CNN and say such a thing. It's amazing she wasn't immediately told to leave New York.

Still, it’s unclear exactly how she will accomplish her goal; she didn’t elaborate on the power she wields in order to guarantee that the GOP vanishes. Will she wait until baseball season and shoot GOP congressmen and women, like what happened to Rep. Steve Scalise, during practice? Will she "do a Jared Loughner" and shoot a politician she disagrees with over gun control?

Perhaps she'll use the 2017 Las Vegas shooter's tactic and wait for a crowd of Republicans to gather, like Stephen Paddock did at a country music event in which he knew the audience would be composed primarily of Republican Trump supporters.

However she decides to kill the Republican Party, it certainly sounds like it would be a bloodbath. But then again, she believes in the killing of unborn babies, the highest cause of death in the world last year at a number reaching about 42 million, according to Life News . So what's a little bloodbath of Republicans when you look at abortions?

In November 2017, Curtin joined 35 other women affiliated with "Saturday Night Live" to sign a letter countering sexual harassment allegations against former frog-face senator Al Franken (D-MN), who had performed on SNL. Apparently, if you are a Democratic Party member, especially in politics, you can be forgiven sexual misconduct that you have clearly committed as proven with photographic evidence. But if you're a Republican being accused of the same thing, in spite of evidence proving the contrary to the allegations, you are guilty and have no right to sit on the Supreme Court or have an intact career in law.

The letter signed by Curtin stated:
We feel compelled to stand up for Al Franken, whom we have all had the pleasure of working with over the years on Saturday Night Live (SNL). What Al did was stupid and foolish, and we think it was appropriate for him to apologize to Ms Tweeden, and to the public. In our experience, we know Al as a devoted and dedicated family man, a wonderful comedic performer, and an honorable public servant. That is why we are moved to quickly and directly affirm that after years of working with him, we would like to acknowledge that not one of us ever experienced any inappropriate behavior; and mention our sincere appreciation that he treated each of us with the utmost respect and regard.
Funny how that works for Franken but not for Kavanaugh.

But funnier still is how the left who is so anti-gun, is so pro-killing.

Gutless RINO Kasich vetoes fetal heartbeat abortion bill

Possibly the most punchable face in politics, a moral coward, weasel scumwafer, Ohio Gov. John Kasich did as I predicted. Had his mother decided what he agrees to, Kasich would not have been born and perhaps an actual conservative with a set of real morals would have gone ahead with allowing the bill to become law.

Kasich's cowardly amoral veto came on Friday. It would have banned abortions on unborn babies with detectable heartbeats.

According to LifeNews, Gov. Kasich vetoed the bill arguing that it would not survive in a court challenge, without even testing whether or not it was the case. He did the same in 2016 for similar fake reasons, but that was before Justice Kavanaugh sat on the Supreme Court.

Kasich, putting money ahead of the lives of the unborn, also argued that the legal challenges would cost taxpayers too much money, which is bull crap.

"As governor I have worked hard to strengthen Ohio’s protections for the sanctity of human life, and I have a deep respect for my fellow members of the pro-life community and their ongoing efforts in defense of unborn life," he said in a statement. "However, the central provision of Sub. H.B. 258, that an abortion cannot be performed if a heartbeat has been detected in the unborn child, is contrary to the Supreme Court of the United States’ current rulings on abortion."

Current rulings can become more current, especially with our current SCOTUS. He knows that but he isn't a real conservative.

"As the losing party, the state of Ohio will be forced to pay hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to cover the legal fees for the pro-choice activists’ lawyers," Kasich said, knowing what a loser he is.

State House Bill 258 passed in a 58-35 vote and sailed through the State Senate. Most abortions in Ohio would be effectively banned had Kasich signed it into law, but he is a gutless coward.

"The controversial legislation would ban most abortions in Ohio if it becomes law," reported LifeNews. in November. "An unborn baby’s heart begins beating around six weeks, though the latest research suggests that it may begin as early as 16 days after conception." 

Abortion providers could also be charged with a felony for breaking the law by killing a baby with a detected heartbeat. The reason for that is due to the fact that it is murder to kill a human being and what is a fetus, if not a human being?

Proponents of the new law said the potential legal challenges should not matter.

"The point is: it’s time. It doesn’t matter if the governor is with us or against us," said state Rep. Christina Hagan, a sponsor of the bill. "Motherhood isn’t easy but it’s necessary."

Other pro-life lawmakers (mostly female) have pushed similar arguments.

"(Abortion) is not a constitutional right," said Rep. Candice Keller (R-Middletown). "If you don’t know that, you need to read the Constitution."

"Today, let us stand up for the most innocent among us: the unborn," Rep. Kristina Roegner said.

Kasich doesn't agree--it costs too much. And this clown calls himself a conservative.
