Holy Swalwell! Alleged Chinese Spy in Kathy Hochul’s Inner Circle Was Forging Signatures Like It Was No Big Deal?

You seriously can’t make this stuff up, folks.

Linda Sun, a high-flying New York Democrat insider who served under both Andrew "Love Gov" Cuomo and current Governor Kathy Hochul, has been indicted for allegedly acting as a straight-up Chinese agent. We're talking fraud, bribery, money laundering, and, just imagine this, failing to register as a foreign agent for the Chinese Communist Party.

But the juiciest part is how this woman was apparently so brazen that she was forging Kathy Hochul's 'Jane Hancock' on love letters to Chinese officials, like it was just another Tuesday in Albany. The New York Post dropped the bombshell details from the ongoing trial:
Alleged Chinese mole Linda Sun brazenly forged then-Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul’s signature in glowing missives sent to dignitaries from the Henan province, according to the feds and documents presented at her bombshell trial.

Jurors in Brooklyn federal court were shown copies of letters purportedly sent by Hochul on March 26, 2018, inviting a six-member delegation from the province in central China to a meeting with then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
But the letters bore clearly forged versions of Hochul's signature, that featured "overly loopy" handwriting, her former chief of staff Jeff Lewis testified.

"From my experience, this is not how she would sign her name," Lewis told jurors last week. That’s federal-prosecutor speak for "we caught your butt red-handed."

Prosecutors say Sun was running a full-on influence op: cozying up to Beijing, pushing their talking points inside New York government, blocking Taiwanese reps from events, and even trying to get Hochul to parrot CCP propaganda. All while her husband's business raked in millions from Chinese-connected deals and the family got gifted everything from fancy meals to a pet hamster [really].

This wasn't some low-level staffer. She was a top aide with the keys to the governor’s office; first Cuomo's, then Hochul's. A literal alleged Chinese mole burrowed deep inside New York’s power structure that would make even Eric Swalwell and Dianne Feinstein proud.

And somehow this isn't 24/7 wall-to-wall national news? I cannot imagine why.

We have Chinese spies popping up in California, in our universities, on military bases, and now allegedly forging signatures in the lieutenant governor’s office.

Wake up, America! But sure, keep telling me the real national security threat is parents at school board meetings and those pesky MAGA Republicans.

Unbelievable.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex may replace late Sen, Dianne Feinstein: will King Charles III replace Joe Biden?

Both Oprah Winfrey and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex are possibly being considered to replace the late Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

Oprah’s name is being floated according to Newsmax and The Desert Sun, but the billionaire TV host and book publishing entrepreneur had already said that she  "is not considering the seat should it become vacant," according to the Los Angeles Times.

No such rejection has been forthcoming from Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) who would be more than willing to assume any political seat that would come along.

However, since Feinstein passed at age 90 on Friday, it will be up to slick-haired Democratic Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, to appoint her successor to finish out the 13 remaining months. Newsom had stated that he will appoint an affirmative action person in the form of a black woman, and alas, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex's [that’s in England] name came up because she, like all politicians is an actor—not a very good one, but an actor nevertheless.

Newsom has his own political agenda and would one day like to run the nation into the ground as president. And he might just be able to pull it off because voters generally are clueless as to who they pull the lever for other than the way they look, and entertain them.

If Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex should get the appointment to the U.S. Senate, she will be the first Duchess of Sussex, or duchess of anywhere to get the job.

“Meghan [the Duchess of Sussex] is definitely a long-shot but in the craziness that is US politics these days it's not an impossibility. Crazier things have happened," a major Democratic donor told the Mail.

Other rumors swirl that imply King Charles III is hoping to replace the alleged current president of the United States, Joe Biden, or if that’s impossible due to birth restrictions that the annoying document known as the U.S. Constitution mentions, he is hoping to land a role in a Netflix series.

Sen. Fetterman [aka 'The Riddler'] is verbally incoherent and confused

When a person suffers a life-threatening, life-altering stroke, or cerebral vascular accident, it's time to retire, relax and enjoy life to your best ability. It is certainly no time to be sitting as a U.S. senator for your state, but that's what Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman is doing, and his cognitive disability is obvious.

Fetterman was the last person at a hearing on the Silicon Valley Bank collapse to ask probing questions on Tuesday at the Senate Banking Committee hearing.

His questions led the committee to silently ask their own questions about Fetterman's questions, such as, "What the hell did he just say?"

Fetterman addressed the witness noting that some of his colleagues "went to go to Hawaiis after there was a crash of your bank" and that he "couldn’t believe it."

Well, if a person with a severe cognitive impairment can allegedly run a country, be a U.S. senator, both in Pennsylvania and California [as in Dianne Feinstein] then what's the big deal? In Fetterman's case, he had been hospitalized for a stroke from mid-February to mid-April this year and admittedly also suffers from major depression.

"So I went up on the Internet and it’s like, it did happen. It did happen. It did happen," Fetterman repeatedly said, holding up a cutout of a New York Post headline titled "Ex-Silicon Valley Bank CEO Greg Becker jets to Hawaii after collapse."

"And it’s in Fortune, the second biggest bank in U.S. history collapsed and chose to go to Hawaii on that," the cognitively impaired Fetterman continued. "You know, I’ve never been to Hawaii and neither has my family. I guess I’ve never cranked, excuse me, crashed a bank."

So his way of thinking seems to be that only if you crash a bank can you go to Hawaii.

Fetterman then asked the witness if he believed it to be a "running joke" in the banking community that the federal government will bail them out whenever trouble struck. The witness, Breg Becker, the former Silicon Valley Bank CEO respectfully said that he didn't "believe that's the case."

"Really? Because every bank you seemingly that crashed, it’s like, ‘we can bail him out. This one crashed, we’ll bail them out,’" Fetterman replied. "So far, everything’s been true. So doesn’t it feel that now if a bank really believed that they wouldn’t be bailed out, now after bailing them out, these couple of bailouts, they are going to."

"Do you not believe that that is not outrageous, that, no matter how deplorable your performance is, you are made as whole and all by… taxpapers [sic]," the Pennsylvania senator continued. "So what do yous believe?"

Okay, that should make anyone who cares about the disabled to cringe and feel sympathy.

Fetterman then asked what would’ve happened if Silicon Valley Bank had not been bailed out before moving on to say, "Is it staggering? Is it a staggering… it’s a responsibility that the head of a bank could literally, could literally crash our economy."

"It’s astonishing. That’s like if you have, I mean like, and they also realize is that now they have… a guaranteed way to be saved by, again, by no matter, by how?" Fetterman babbled. "Isn’t it appropriate that this kind of control should be more stricter to prevent this kind of thing from going, or should we go on bailing and sailing whoever bank regardless of how… their conduct is?"

After a long pause with no answer, Fetterman said he would give "an example" before attacking Republicans for wanting to introduce food stamp work requirements and asking if Silicon Valley Bank should have a "working requirement" after the bailout.

"Because they seem more preoccupied when then SNAP requirements for works for hungry people but not about protecting the taxpapers [sic] that will bail no matter whatever does about a bank to crash it," Fetterman said, before for what seemed to be an eternity before turning control back over to committee chairman Sherrod Brown (D-OH).

And while Joe Calvello, Fetterman's spokesperson tries to cover for his boss' cognitive problems, it's clear to even a casual observer that John Fetterman, just like Joe Biden and Dianne Feinstein, are not up for the jobs they have.

It's time for them to retire and enjoy the remainder of their lives, because life is more than just political power.

CA Dem running for Porter's House seat arrested for a DUI

A California Democrat running for Rep. Katie Porter's seat in the House apologized Wednesday for getting caught driving drunk. Porter (D-CA) is vying for a Senate seat.

“Last night I was cited for a misdemeanor for driving under the influence,” state Sen. Dave Min said in a post on Facebook. “My decision to drive last night was irresponsible. I accept full responsibility and there is no excuse for my actions.” [So elect me because I'm a Democrat.]

“To my family, constituents and supporters, I am so deeply sorry,” he added. “I know I need to do better. I will not let this personal failure distract from our work in California and in Washington.”

Fortunately, Min did not kill anyone when he was driving under the influence, but he could have.

The Los Angeles Times reported the Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the California Highway Patrol arrested Min, and records show he was released from Sacramento County jail on Wednesday. So he wasn't just 'cited' as he said, he was arrested like a common criminal.

Min is a former business law professor at UC Irvine. He ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018 and lost to Porter. He then ran and got elected to the state Senate in 2020.

In January, Porter announced her campaign to succeed the brain withered Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), who recently discovered that she does not plan to seek re-election. So with that, Min declared his candidacy for Porter's seat in Orange County, and to celebrate, he got commode-hugging drunk and drove his vehicle until he got caught.

Min’s campaign website touts the state senator’s leftist lunatic legislative record featuring bills focused on “bold and aggressive gun violence prevention,” the climate, and more woke agenda nonsense.

“A first-generation Korean-American, Dave is running for Congress to create a better California for the children of Orange County — one that reflects our core values of diversity, tolerance, and opportunity that drew his parents and millions of others like them to this country in search of a better life,” the website notes. “Dave isn’t afraid to take on Trumpian Republicans and their dangerous policies, and works tirelessly every day to create an economy and community that uplift Orange County families.”

By "Trumpian Republicans" he means anyone who believes in the virtues of the U.S. Constitution, the right of the unborn to get born, and the importance of law and order. Trump has nothing to do with this insofar as what conservatives believe as these beliefs came before Trump got elected.

Porter endorsed Min to replace her, saying Min has “proven that he can win in this area while delivering on a progressive agenda with real results.” Just as long as he doesn't deliver it by automobile.

Besides Porter, two other execrable House Democrats — Reps. Adam Schiff and Barbara Lee — have announced campaigns to replace Feinstein in the Senate. A victory by Schiff or Lee would validate the theory that California Democrats would vote for a cow plop if it was shaped in a "D."

Dianne Feinstein forgot she announced her 2024 retirement

The Democrats used to say that the GOP was the party of old White men. Joe Biden. Joe Biden.

California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein is 89 years old and that's even older than our alleged President. She made her retirement announcement Tuesday but just hours later told alleged reporters that she hadn't made her decision if she is going to retire in 2024 when she hits the big nine-oh.

According to a lot of anonymous sources, a Feinstein staffer quickly told the forgetful senator that she already made the statement that she'll be retiring, so Feinstein "made a save" by claiming she didn't know the information had already been released.

Reporters, as some refer to them, present for the interaction immediately took to Twitter to report on the aging Feinstein's Biden-like confusion.

"Asked by reporters about her announcement to resign, [Feinstein] says 'If I haven't made that decision, I haven't released anything.' A staffer then told the senator that a statement had been released. Feinstein responded saying ‘I didn’t know they put it out,’" one reporter wrote, later clarifying he meant "retire" instead of "resign."

"Feinstein on her retirement: 'I haven’t made that decision. I haven't released anything.' Staffer: ‘We put out the statement.’ Feinstein: 'You put out the statement? I didn't know they put it out,'" another reporter reported.

The second Democratic reporter later corrected her accurate reporting, saying it sounded like Feinstein said "I should have known they put it out," rather than "I didn't know they put it out."

According to another report from Raw Story, which included an audio clip of Feinstein speaking to a reporter, she wasn't aware that she was retiring at all.

"Oh, no, I'm not announcing anything. I will one day," Feinstein told the outlet in an interview only an hour after her retirement was announced.

Feinstein's memory and cognitive abilities have previously been described Biden-like, but not in those terms, of course.

Last year, a number of her Senate colleagues anonymously expressed concern that her memory was fading and that she no longer had the ability to serve.

At the time, President Biden responded to the cowardly claim, as he called it, and said "Dianne and Hunter are the two smartest people I know. I'm not kidding."

D.C. Dems can't hide Biden's dementia but they're desperate to hide Dianne Feinstein's

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is 88-years-very-old and it's becoming insidiously obvious that her cognitive decline has reached a point in which it cannot be hidden from the public. Even the former newspaper known as The New York Times is admitting the problem exists.

Feinstein — the Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member when the Democrats were in the minority party in the previous congress, then was forced by her caucus leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), to step down — has recently struggled to recall names of colleagues as well as meeting and conversations.

On Capitol Hill, among Democrats and Republicans, it has been “widely” but also “always privately” accepted that Feinstein is suffering from “acute short-term memory issues.”

The Time noted:
At 88, Ms. Feinstein sometimes struggles to recall the names of colleagues, frequently has little recollection of meetings or telephone conversations, and at times walks around in a state of befuddlement — including about why she is increasingly dogged by questions about whether she is fit to serve in the Senate representing the 40 million residents of California, according to half a dozen lawmakers and aides who spoke about the situation on the condition of anonymity.

On Capitol Hill, it is widely — though always privately — acknowledged that Ms. Feinstein suffers from acute short-term memory issues that on some days are ignorable, but on others raise concern among those who interact with her.
Ms. Feinstein is often engaged during meetings and phone conversations, usually coming prepared and taking notes. But hours later, she will often have forgotten those interactions, said the people familiar with the situation, who insisted that they not be named because they did not want to be quoted disparaging a figure they respect.

One Democrat lawmaker told the Times that being in close proximity with Feinstein was “akin to acting as a caregiver for a person in need of constant assistance.”  This anonymous person explained that they “recalled having to reintroduce themself to the senator multiple times, helping her locate her purse repeatedly, and answering the same set of basic, small-talk questions over and over again.”

US Royalty need not mask up

Another Democrat lawmaker at the same meeting as the anonymous Democrat lawmaker above told the Times that the conversation was actually on a plane and that the conversation was "pleasant and brief" with nothing "out of the ordinary."

Is it possible that the so-called "lawmaker" was actually our alleged President Joe Biden? If so, that would explain a positive assessment of the mental health of everyone else he meets.

It seems about time to put Feinstein out to pasture where she can live out the remainder of her days looking for her house keys and gum.

PINO Biden evaluates Dianne Feinstein's cognitive status, mumbles his assessment

PINO Joe Biden (Duh) performed a cognitive assessment Monday on Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) as there have been questions concerning recent reports that she appears to be mentally unfit for office and former Vice President Biden was told to decide that he would look into the situation, as reported by Brain Flushings.

First, he did a visual assessment and noticed Feinstein's gait was somewhat slow, but age appropriate, as she is even slightly older than our alleged president, at 88.

Think of it: Feinstein has lived as many years of her life as there are keys on a piano, and, as REO Speedwagon once said, "You can tune a piano but you can't tuna fish."

Second, Joe mumbled along with her in order to test her verbal skills. "Look, look, she's as fit as a, a, banjo, um vio, violin, I'm not joking. Why, she could run circles around me and, um, and, and talk stuff about things . . . anyway . . . merburkabung tasolemintic jassperisst, zzzzzzzzz."

After two hours had passed, Mr. Biden finished the interview, after he was prompted where he left off.

"Oh, yes. Okay, third. Third I tested her memory."

When asked how he went about testing Feinstein's memory he had to admit that he forgot the name of the method he used and the results he got, but he said he was confident Senator Feinstein is sound and "fine."

"Her name Feinstein tells you she's fine. Right? No joke. Her name has 'fine' in it."

Later that evening Senator Feinstein was seen as a followup. Brain Flushings asked her how the cognitive assessment went.

Her answer was simple, direct and to the point: "What assessment?"

Is Dianne Feinstein's "mental fitness" similar to PINO Biden's?

Would you hire an 88-year-old as an executive secretary as opposed to the position of Walmart greeter? In the case of Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), a similar scenario is at play.

Feinstein has been a US Senator since 1992 and had also been mayor of San Francisco from 1978 to 1988. She'll turn 89 on June 22nd, and in spite of that, she plans to run again in 2024, if she is still around.

When the founders penned the U.S. Constitution, while it wasn't addressed directly, they believed that Congressional service shouldn't be a lifetime job.

In the early days of the American republic, the idea of "rotation in office" was popular and term limits was viewed as a way to prevent corruption and entrenched interests from remaining permanently in power. A lack of change, they worried, would be destructive to a republican form of government.

Under the Articles of Confederation, term limits were set for representatives to three terms in any six-year period. This was debated at length and eventually abandoned when the Constitution was being constructed as many Founders were skeptical of its usefulness, in spite of many believing in favor of term limits.

Dianne Feinstein has been in office around the same time that Julius Caesar was first making a name for himself. She is old, very old, and Democrats on Capitol Hill are quietly acknowledging that she has grown too old for the job. “There’s a joke on the Hill,” a Democratic staffer told the San Francisco Chronicle. “We’ve got a great junior senator in Alex Padilla and an experienced staff in Feinstein’s office.”

There was an instance described in the article in which a California Congressional Democrat was speaking with Feinstein and thought they were going to have a deep policy conversation as there had been in the past, but the lawmaker explained that many times during the discussion, they had to reintroduce themself to her because she didn't recall their name.

And as the discussion unfolded, rather than talking about policy, Feinstein kept repeating the same small-talk questions with no obvious recognition that she had already asked it a number of times.

This same lawmaker raised concerns with colleagues to see if Feinstein could be persuaded to retire. However, these same concerns have yet to be addressed with PINO Joe Biden who is obviously suffering from severe cognitive decline on top of his long-term stupidity and ineptness.

Feinstein’s term runs through the end of 2024. She will be pushing 91 and if she wins--that's ridiculous, but so is Biden.

Feinstein's driver, a Chinese Communist spy, is no longer getting intel from the Senator as he was relieved of his job when his covert job description was revealed.

California officials were quiet, but media personalities, academics and political operatives suggested it makes the case for term limits.

Four U.S. senators, including three Democrats, as well as three former Feinstein staffers and the California Democratic member of Congress told The Chronicle in recent interviews that her memory is rapidly deteriorating. They said it appears she can no longer fulfill her job duties without her staff doing much of the work required to represent the nearly 40 million people of California.

Many others familiar with Feinstein’s situation describe her as seriously struggling, and say it has been evident for several years. Speaking on background, and with respect for her accomplished career, they say her short-term memory has grown so poor that she often forgets she has been briefed on a topic, accusing her staff of failing to do so just after they have.

Feinstein’s staff has said that sometimes she seems herself, and other times unreachable, which may be what is known as "sundown syndrome" where the person become increasingly impaired as the day goes on and the sun goes down.

Feinstein rarely engages with the public outside her official duties as a member of Senate committees. nor does she do extended sit-down interviews with the media. She does, however, field questions from the press in the Senate hallways, but often responds by saying she doesn’t know enough to comment or gives nonspecific responses.

House Speaker Nancy "Hands of Fury" Pelosi, in a statement to The Chronicle said that she had not noticed a decline in Feinstein’s memory and noted her work on the recent reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act and the Supreme Court confirmation. But neither Pelosi nor Feinstein could give a definition as to what is a woman, and Pelosi is also gathering moss as she is 82-year-old and has lost some of her cognitive ability.

“Senator Feinstein is a workhorse for the people of California and a respected leader among her colleagues in the Senate,” Pelosi said, as her hands flew in all directions. “She is constantly traveling between California and the Capitol, working relentlessly to ensure Californians’ needs are met and voices are heard.”

“The staff is in such a bad position,” a former Senate aide who still has business in Congress said. “They have to defend her and make her seem normal.” [See also Joseph Robinette Biden.]

N.J. Rep. Tom Malinowski nailed for not disclosing his stock trades take

It's one thing to be exempt from trader insider laws as a member of Congress, but it's another thing to not disclose tens of thousands of dollars you made off the stock market.

Rep. Tommy "Sack o' Walnuts" Malinowski (D-NJ) actually had the cajones to campaign on "reforms to limit the role of money in politics.”  That being said, Tommy "forgot" to disclose dozens of stock trades he made in possible violation of the federal STOCK Act, according to a report. [H/T Breitbart News]

Malinowski's 2020 trades included over two dozen buys and sells in the first weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic, and was revealed in a 5-page spreadsheet his office disclosed Wednesday after he was asked by a reporter about his stock activity.

The data contains trading information he didn't reveal publicly on the House website, as the law requires.

Tommy cashed in no less than $671,000 and around $2,760,000 in his 2020 trades.

Members of Congress must report the value of their stock assets only in broad ranges, which makes a precise total elusive.

“Filing these disclosures late was an oversight that he is taking steps to correct,” Colston Reid, Malinowski’s chief of staff, and personal enforcer, said nervously.

“This was not an effort on the part of the congressman to conceal any trade activities,” Malinowski’s spokesperson, Amanda Osbourne, lied, separately.

The congressman did not make his own trades but instead “has a financial advisor that makes trading decisions on his behalf without his regular input.”

The Twitter-sphere went ballistic with calls for all congressional members to be banned from trading stocks while in office. Here are a few:

— Richard W. Painter (@RWPUSA) March 5, 2021
Have you noticed how our "civil servants" are cashing in on what they know that we don't know?

Federal records indicated that Malinowski also made dozens of other stock trades throughout 2019 but "forgot" to publicly disclose them within the legally required 30- to 45-day disclosure window — and "forgot" to file periodic transaction reports for them.

Malinowski disclosed these 2019 stock trades in August as part of an annual personal financial-disclosure report that all members of Congress must file.

Malinowski campaigned in 2019 on “reforms to limit the role of money in politics and increase transparency to ensure regular people — not corporations or special interests — have the strongest voices in Washington.” That's the pot-and-kettle strategy politicians have used even before the Ides of March.

Tommy "Sack o' Walnuts'

Et tu, Tommy?

But Malinowski isn't the loner miscreant caught in stock trade

Malinowski isn’t the only Democrat caught in a stock trade mess that only supports the notion that people in Congress and their immediate families, should not be allowed to trade stocks.

House Speaker Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi’s (D-CA) husband, Paul Pelosi, in December spent up to $1 million into call options for stock of the electric vehicle company Tesla. Nancy Pelosi has previously pushed for more electric vehicles and environmentally friendly transportation options. If that isn't a conflict of interest, you're not paying attention.

Pelosi shows off her designer ice cream stash in her
$22,000 freezer as people suffer from the pandemic

Rep. John Yarmuth (D-KY) bought cannabis industry stock while advocating for legislation that could increase its value, Judd Legum of Popular Information reported. Yarmouth has not yet gotten over the munchies.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) "failed" to disclose stock trades ahead of the coronavirus-related market collapse. On the plus side, California removed her name from a school as part of the cancel culture lunacy.

All the above are Democrats but that is not to claim Republicans in Congress are angels. It's just so much easier to find the left with their sticky fingers in the cookie jar, and overall, it's a lot more prevalent on the left.

Hypocrisy Alert: Dem. Gov. tells folks to stay home but gets caught at wine bar

Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo (D-Hypocrite) is yet another power grabbing political person on the left who believes the rules only apply to everyone else and not to her when it comes to COVID-19.  On December 7th, Pearl Harbor Day, she told the residents of the state to "stay home except for essential activities” and “wear a mask anytime you’re with people you don’t live with.”

Raimondo's "essential" activity is having a nice Chardonnay or perhaps a Merlot while people who don't live off the taxpayer's dime, are expected to stay home. On December 11th, the good gov was photographed enjoying a night out on that dime.

ABC-6 reported: “Erica Oliveras, who took the photo, says she and Governor Raimondo were both at Barnaby’s Public House in Providence on Friday night for a wine and paint night,”

Oliveras defended the governor's hypocrisy, saying Raimondo “only took her mask off whenever she was drinking her wine,” while everyone else was expected to stay at home.

A spokesperson for Raimondo's office told ABC-6 that she didn’t do anything wrong. “The governor had dinner at a local restaurant with her husband, and had her mask on anytime she was not eating/drinking,” Josh Block said.

But she could have had the wine at home, like she expected Rhode Islanders to do.

So another Democrat proves that what they say and demand of us, they don't believe pertains to them. And if that's the case, this shows they don't even believe the things they say, and they are despicable people.

One day after Raimondo attended the wine bar, Rhode Island Department of Health Director Dr. Nicole Alexander-Scott tested positive for COVID-19. Raimondo had appeared with Alexander-Scott on Thursday night so she self-quarantined NBC 10 News reported, but she may have infected others at the wine bar when she had her mask off.

In a Twitter post on Dec. 7, Raimondo wrote: “It’s week two of our pause. I know it’s been hard, but I want to thank every Rhode Islander who’s following our guidance. Please, stay home except for essential activities & wear a mask anytime you’re with people you don’t live with. Together, we can turn our case numbers around.”

So Raimondo joins the list of Democrats who got caught blowing off their own demands. The most notable of these is California's Gov. Gavin Newsom who, along with his current wife, attended a birthday party on Nov. 6 after he locked down the entire state, then later went to the ritzy restaurant French Laundry with over a dozen non-family members and after getting caught gave a smirking apology to the public.

In September, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, an elderly California Democrat, was caught without wearing a mask while inside an airport, even though she has called for a mandatory rule to require all airline passengers to wear masks. "Do as I say, not as I do."

And on Aug. 31, California Rep. Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi (D-Dentures), who has long advocated for full lockdowns and a national mask policy, was caught going into a hair salon in California ordered closed by the governor and walking around without a mask.

The list goes on and on.

How can we take these jokers seriously?

Calif. Dems and others accused of hypocrisy over public health guidelines

His nostrils are COVID-free, he thinks

When political leaders don't follow the laws they impose on you, then you are living in a dictatorship.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has now issued a month-long curfew for most of the state and earlier this week said that authorities as "pulling the emergency brake" over the wearing of mask requirements to curb the spread of COVID-19, in spite of scientific proof masks are effective in doing so.

H/T The Daily Wire

About 37 million Californians live in counties under the strictest "purple" tier of his reopening plan while an economic disaster due to his stay-at-home-order is on the horizon for over ten million in Los Angeles County.

Perhaps if the law required all politicians to forgo their own salaries when forcing others to forgo theirs, lockdowns would not be considered an option.

The original reason for the lockdowns we were told, was to flatten the curve in order to not overwhelm hospitals. Now the reason to flatten the curve is to have lockdowns.

Recent events have caused a growing number of Californians and others with intact prefrontal cortexes to question the moral authority of elected officials who seem to ignore the same guidelines they push onto their constituents.

The hypocrisy is palpable.

GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel recently tweeted: “The list goes on and on with Democrat leaders from California and beyond saying: Lockdowns and restrictions for thee, but not for me!”

Here are seven times California Democrats got caught skirting COVID-19 protocols:

1. Governor Gavin Newsom

On Monday, Gov. Newsom apologized for attending a Nov. 6 dinner party with about a dozen other people at the French Laundry restaurant in Napa Valley. More than three households were present, a violation of the mandatory guidelines for social gatherings set forth by the California Department of Public Health at the time.

Newsom said the birthday celebration had taken place outdoors, but images obtained by an investigative reporter in L.A. called that claim into question. [Especially due to the fact that the outdoors don't have a roof with windows.]

EXCLUSIVE: We've obtained photos of Governor Gavin Newsom at the Napa dinner party he's in hot water over. The photos call into question just how outdoors the dinner was. A witness who took photos tells us his group was so loud, the sliding doors had to be closed. 10pm on @FOXLA pic.twitter.com/gtOVEwa864

An unidentified woman who said she recognized Newsom at the ritzy eatery shared the photos with FOX 11 News. The anonymous source said a waitress confirmed the governor was among the guests.

“I was able to document this, especially since nobody was wearing a mask,” she told FOX. “It was a very large group of people shoulder to shoulder, something that he’s always telling us not to do, so yeah, it was a bit annoying for sure.”

[The most disturbing thing was Newsom's smile when he "apologized" on camera.]

2. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti

Earlier this week, Garcetti warned the city, “L.A. is in a very dangerous situation.”

He instructed Angelenos to stay home as much as possible, avoid social gatherings, and “assume everyone you encounter outside of your home is infectious.”

In early June, however, media coverage captured a maskless mayor surrounded by protesters outside L.A. City Hall. [Perhaps the virus is woke.]

.@MayorOfLA Eric Garcetti, who wore a mask in the middle of an empty Dodger Stadium, showed up mask-free to the #BlackLivesMatter protest. Have these demagogues no shame? pic.twitter.com/xE22Nd9cUE

— Michael Knowles (@michaeljknowles) June 3, 2020

As the L.A. Times reported at the time:

It was the kind of scene that, it seems, only this tumultuous year of 2020 could produce.

With the National Guard patrolling the streets of Los Angeles after several nights of looting, violence and fires, hundreds of people gathered downtown to protest the death of George Floyd and police brutality against so many other black people. After weeks of calls for strict social distancing amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Mayor Eric Garcetti joined the crowd, took a knee and pulled down his blue Los Angeles Dodgers face mask to speak.

As he spoke, chants rang out: “Defund the police!”

Garcetti initially said that there was no evidence to support the conclusion that mass protests contributed to a spike in COVID-19 infections over the summer but later acknowledged a connection.

“It’s not the act of protesting – that’s a great and American thing to do no matter what your opinion is,” he said. “But protesting without maintaining physical distancing, without wearing your mask, without having sanitizer, we just have to be smart.”

3 & 4. U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein

87-year-old Sen. Feinstein is the eldest member of the Senate. According to the CDC, “the greatest risk for severe illness from COVID-19 is among those aged 85 or older.”

On Tuesday, she was captured on video speaking in close proximity to two masked individuals without wearing a face covering herself. The discussion took place in a Senate hallway before a hearing with Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter’s Jack Dorsey.

Dems constantly tiptoe around Feinstein because they want to avoid what she's known for: harsh lectures

Yet here she is flouting all the guidelines. It's not the first time she's done it

I hope she'll get a lecture from the Dems who have been rightly calling out Republicans https://t.co/K1VUOH1pLe

— Yashar Ali 🐘 (@yashar) November 17, 2020

The day before the clip went viral, Feinstein’s Twitter account had posted, “We must continue doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.”

“Please wear a mask,” the tweet continued. “Maintain social distance.”

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, “Feinstein often has been seen in the Capitol without a mask, though she has voiced support for mask mandates, a political hotbutton in some states.”

Feinstein was also spotted walking through an airport in September without a face covering after saying the Federal Aviation Administration should require masks be worn inside airplanes and passenger terminals.

Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein is a total hypocrite.

Here she is pictured at Dulles Airport on Friday without at a mask.

5 & 6. U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi

As elected officials across the country discourage family get-togethers during the Thanksgiving holiday, House Speaker Pelosi recently planned an indoor banquet to celebrate newly elected Democratic members of Congress.

Pelosi, 80, told NBC News that there would be enhanced ventilation and said the Capitol physician had approved the event.

“It’s very spaced,” Pelosi said.

House Dem and GOP leaders are holding respective dinners for new members.

— Leigh Ann Caldwell (@LACaldwellDC) November 13, 2020

The affair had been scheduled for last Friday but was called off after a photograph of the indoor venue circulated on social media.

It wasn’t the first time the speaker had been accused of hypocrisy during the pandemic.

In September, Pelosi said she was set up to be videotaped not wearing a face covering. Security camera footage showed a mask-free Pelosi walking through a San Francisco hair salon in a robe after getting her hair washed, disobeying the city’s public health restrictions.

“I just thought about my staff and people not being able to work and make money and provide for their families,” eSalon owner Erica Kious told Tucker Carlson on FOX News. “And if she’s in there comfortably, without a mask and feeling safe, then why are we shut down?”

7. Several state lawmakers who recently traveled to Hawaii.

The L.A. Times reports at least five Democrats and four Republicans serving in the California State Legislature recently flew to Maui to attend a conference hosted by a San Diego-based group. The four-day event began Monday, three days after Gov. Newsom issued a travel advisory urging people to avoid non-essential travel.

According to the L.A. Times, the lawmakers drew “sharp criticism back in California, where observers say it sends the wrong message for legislators to leave the state and gather at a resort when COVID-19 cases are surging, leading to tougher restrictions on the movement of average residents.”

Some politicians defended the Hawaii trip, where one of the topics reportedly addressed at the conference was how to reopen states safely during the pandemic.

Facing increasing criticism, California legislators defend Hawaii trip during COVID-19 surge https://t.co/FvfOlSSCIw

— Los Angeles Times (@latimes) November 19, 2020

The outlet went on to identify elected officials who it had confirmed attended the conference. They include Democratic Sen. Bill Dodd of Napa, Democratic Assembly members Blanca Rubio of Baldwin Park, Mike Gipson of Carson, Wendy Carrillo of L.A., and Jose Medina of Riverside. Chad Mayes, a former Republican from Rancho Mirage who was re-elected last month with no party affiliation, also reportedly attended. GOP Assembly members Frank Bigelow of O’Neals, Heath Flora of Ripon, and Jordan Cunningham of Paso Robles were also there, the report said, along with Republican Sen. Andreas Borgeas of Modesto.

Newsom’s recent advisory asks them to quarantine for 14 days after re-entering California.

In addition to the 7 instances cite above, there are Democrats beyond California who are blatant hypocrites.

In Chicago, there's Mayor Lori Lightfoot who was photographed getting her hair done during her imposed lockdown. She even refused to apologize for it saying that as mayor, she needs to look good. But Lightfoot is fighting a losing battle if that is her goal.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) defied a court order to back off her lockdown mandates and is being considered for impeachment by Michigan Republicans.

Over the summer, Whitmer's husband defied lockdown orders from his wife [but she must have known] and tried to get his boat out of dry dock and into the water. While many believe that the governor was part of the Hitler Youth, she had not been born back then, so it is impossible for her chances now.

Feinstein & Harris go ape over Trump's 9th Circuit pick

It pays to have a Republican majority in the Senate. In a 52 to 45 vote along party-lines, the Senate confirmed President Trump's nominee to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday.

The confirmation of Kenneth Lee marked the first time that neither home-state senator had returned a blue slip, a Senate tradition in which the home-state senator gives their opinion of the nominee, the Hill reported.

Both California Democrats Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, did not return a blue slip on Lee’s nomination to the San Francisco-based court. Lee, 43, a native of South Korea, is a past special counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Feinstein and Harris therefore, must be racists to use their line of thinking.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has long drawn the ire of President Trump, who has called it "disgraceful," a word he uses at least twenty times a day.

The left wants the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to remain packed with leftists and didn't get their way this time.

Feinstein tweeted about Lee’s writings on race and civil rights as reasons for her opposition--not because he's a Republican and she's evidently a racist.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, (D-NY), another racist and mute on the anti-Semitism in his own party, agreed that Lee holds “shocking” positions on race and women’s reproductive rights.

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., called Lee “a man of high character” and a brilliant lawyer. The two attended law school together and ironically, both are Republicans.

“Lee’s record shows that he is far outside the legal mainstream,” Feinstein said, according to the Washington Times.

Lee wrote what appeared to be an inconvenient truth in 1994, saying that gay people have a higher incidence of AIDS because they are more “promiscuous” than straight people. “Nine out of 10 people with AIDS are gay or drug users,” he wrote. He later said he was “embarrassed” by that position during his confirmation hearing and that he had matured since then, according to the Hill.

Leftists, however, hold conservatives to everything they have ever said, unlike the standards they hold fellow Democrats like Joe Biden who made racist comments about former President Obama.

In another article, Lee questioned why a woman would continue working for a man who had assaulted her “just so she can hold on to a part-time job." In his confirmation hearing, he said at the time of the writing that he didn’t understand workplace dynamics, according to the Hill.

Lee’s nomination marks Trump’s 40th circuit judge appointment since taking office.

And while Lee may not have all the answers or even good ones to tough questions, he will be a hundred times fairer than any leftist judge the Democrats hold in esteem.

Former Dem staffer pleads guilty to doxxing Republicans during Kavanaugh hearing

Jackson Cosko
Photo: Tennessee Star
Jackson Cosko, the former Democrat House staffer accused of posting private information of GOP senators during then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh hearings for uncorroborated sexual assault that was alleged to have taken place over 30 years ago, has pleaded guilty to his crimes.

Cosko, at that time, was a fellow in Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s (D-TX) office. He pleaded guilty on Friday to doxxing the senators and threatening a senate staffer with whom he previously worked after the staffer witnessed him using one of the office’s computers to post the information.

The Washington Post reports that Cosko pleaded guilty to “two counts of making public restricted personal information and one count each of computer fraud, witness tampering and obstruction of justice.”

Jackson Pollock
Photo: Brain Pickings
Cosko, a veritable bottom-feeder, admitted to his crimes as part of a plea deal he reached with prosecutors a week earlier.

Cosko admitted in his plea agreement, according to the Post, to posting the private information of Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Mike Lee (R-UT), Rand Paul (R-KY) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). In October, Cosko contested the charges against him and faced up to 20 years in the slammer for his crimes.

In a statement to the Post, Cosko’s attorney Brian Stolarz blamed his client's actions on drugs rather than the fact that Cosko sucks.

“Mr. Cosko takes full responsibility for his actions [as if he has a choice] and is sincerely remorseful [due to the fact that he got caught.] Sadly, Mr. Cosko’s ongoing struggle with drugs contributed to a regrettable course of conduct. He is committed to rehabilitating his life, his reputation, and addressing his addiction,” Stolarz said.

Interesting that Cosko could work in government and get away with his alleged addiction.

As the Daily Wire previously reported, Cosko entered the office of his former boss, Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) in order to use a computer to publish the private information. A staffer in Hassan’s office recognized him and reported him. Cosko then sent that staffer a threatening email saying that if they told anyone he would “leak it all.”

But that wasn't him--it was the drugs talking.

“Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children’s health information and socials,” Cosko wrote while stoned out on drugs.

Cosko reportedly had terabytes of information stolen from the senate while he was stoned, some of which was sensitive. When investigators searched his home they found cocaine, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. They also found several computers, phones, tablets and senate letterhead he had taken from Hassan’s office. He had previously been dismissed by Hassan for unspecified reasons, but it's a good chance that it was for coming to work stoned and being mistaken for a socialist.

The Post reported that Cosko was “angry” for being fired from Hassan’s office last May, so he “engaged in an extraordinarily extensive data theft scheme.” He copied network drives, including sensitive information, to use in the future.

Jackson Browne
Photo: Billboard
But it wasn't like it was planned because it was really the fault of the drugs.

For admitting his guilt, Cosko will face only 46 to 57 months in prison, instead of the 20 years he was facing. Sentencing will take place on June 13. The Post reported Cosko has already served four months in jail.

Missing from the Post article is information regarding Cosko’s family connections.

Cosko’s daddy is the CEO of the hugely successful construction company, Hathaway Dinwiddie. His father also has ties to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), whose office was contacted by Christine Blasey Ford when she made the allegations against Kavanaugh.

It is not known whether Jackson Cosko tried to have intimate relations with Ms. Ford while on drugs, but if we wait 30 years, it's sure to come out in the wash.

AOC: Like people maybe kinda shouldn't reproduce onnaconna the climate and stuff

Socialist for the Democratic Party Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Communist (D-NY) while cooking veggies on Instagram suggested that due to the global climate crisis in the world, [in which she declared herself the boss in handling it], should maybe not, like, have children "onnaconna because there is, like, a 'scientific consensus' that life will be too hard for kids if they go outside to play."

The low-information millennial pontificated and bloviated while cutting up a head of some sort of veggie with a knife that looked like it came from the movie
"Psycho," and said:

"Our planet is going to hit disaster if we don't turn this ship around and so it's basically like, there's a scientific consensus that the lives of children are going to be very difficult, And it does lead, I think, young people to have a legitimate question, you know, 'Is it okay to still have children?'"

This coming from a person whose college degree was in economics and still doesn't understand how a tax deferment works, among other things. And let's remember, she's willing to kill babies right before they're born, maybe even after.

Unable to take any level of criticism, Obviously-Communist then took a shot at Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) over an incident that happened in Feinstein's office on Friday when a far-left fringe group tried to pressure Feinstein into supporting the Green New Deal. Actually, many people who saw those kids may have thought that she was amongst them, or was the teacher who was using them as props.

"You know what’s interesting about this group?" Feinstein told the group on Friday, in response to the group storming into her office. "I’ve been doing this for 30 years. I know what I’m doing."

"You come in here, and you say it has to be my way or the highway. I don’t respond to that," Feinstein continued. "I’ve gotten elected, I just ran. I was elected by almost a million-vote plurality. And I know what I’m doing. So you know, maybe people should listen a little bit."

Obviously-Communist said Feinstein's response was "like not good enough" because the legislation that the Democrats support is "frankly going to kill us," she said nonchalantly as she like butchered a head of something.

"This idea that 'I've been working on this for x-amount of years,' um, it's like not good enough," the idiot in lipstick said. "Like, we need a universal sense of urgency, and people are like trying to introduce watered-down proposals that are frankly going to kill us. A lack of urgency is going to kill us."

"The issue has gotten worse," the rich, power-hungry socialist blubbered. "So I don't think that working on an issue for 30 years alone is what qualifies as, as what someone qualified to solve an issue."

But being a 29-year-old former bartender, with no other real life experience other than living with her mother for the previous two years or so, and who obviously has a bad relationship with facts, numbers and morality, knows what's best for us: her being the boss and having the power to save the world from a climate that will kill us all in twelve years.

They wanted a BIGGER WALL before Trump was POTUS and it's on video

President Trump needs to hold off on declaring a national emergency at the border. All he needs to do is to show the American public the video [below] to make his case that he already mention: that the only reason the left doesn't want a wall along the southern border is because he is president and they don't want him having a win before the 2020 election.

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich shared the video on Thursday. It shows former President Obama asking for more security at the border in the form of fencing and more. It also shows Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin — a harsh critic of President Trump’s efforts to build a border wall — complaining in 2006 because border fencing legislation that year did not cover enough of the U.S.-Mexico border. He, along with a gaggle of other Democratic hypocrites such as Chuck Schumer (NY), Joe Biden (DE),  Dianne Feinstein (CA) voted to support Obama's efforts.

In fact, the Secure Fence Act of 2006 enjoyed strong bipartisan support, passing the House of Representatives on a 238-138 vote and the Senate 80-19. Overall,   Sixty-four House and 25 Senate Democrats voted for the measure. Dick Durbin was a hold out because he believed the fencing would be inadequate because it would not cover enough of the border--he apparently wanted fencing to run the entire length, based on his comments:
“Our border is more than 2,000 miles long, and we are building 300 or 700 miles worth of fencing and barriers.
“I would say that that leaves a lot of area uncovered,” he continued. “I guess it’s not a leap of the imagination to believe that people will find a way to go around this wall, around this fence, over or under it, it’s going to happen.”
And the only thing that's different today is that the situation along the southern border has gotten worse, not better.

The video uncovered by Pavlich clearly depicts the Democrats’ support.

Obama argued in favor of the bill saying, “It will authorize some badly needed funding for better fences and better security along our borders that should help stem the tide of illegal immigration in this country.”

Now the hypocrite Durbin, like most of his fellow hypocrite Democrats, opposes Trump’s push for funding for a border wall or barrier, describing the plan as “medieval.”

During an Oval Office meeting with Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi last month, the president said illegal alien traffic decreased by 92 percent in the San Diego sector, 95 percent in El Paso, Texas, and 92 percent and 95 percent in Tucson and Yuma, Arizona, respectively, after fencing and other barriers were added.

Pelosi called into question those figures; however, they are in line with statistics given by the Border Patrol to NPR in 2006 following the initial erection of double and triple fencing in the San Diego area. Feelings, not facts, matter to Pelosi and her ilk.

According to the Border Patrol, the number of apprehensions of those trying to cross the border illegally dropped from approximately 162,000 at its peak in 2008 to 26,000 in 2017.

Earlier this month, Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot told Fox News the fence also worked in his region.

As part of the Secure Fence Act, a 20-foot tall steel fence was built and the number of border patrol agents was tripled

“It was a 91 percent drop [in crime],” Wilmot said. “It obviously helped us curb some of the criminal activity that we unfortunately had to deal with.”

In 2005, apprehensions by Border Patrol was at 138,400. But in 2017, there was an enormous drop in apprehensions to about 12,900.

Walls work.

It's a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.

I hope that you will follow Brain Flushings throughout the year and feel free to comment on any issues of concern. Please subscribe and check out the sponsors on these pages too.

Outgoing Loser McCaskill gets it half right

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) lost her re-election shot in the midterm elections in November, and doesn't have the ability to understand, at least in part, as to why she lost.

She blames her loss on how her party tried to destroy Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's life over bull crap accusations, not one of which was corroborated, on sexual assault.

She doesn't see her own role in the hearing as to why normal people were disgusted with the Democrats.

"I don't think my vote [against Kavanaugh] hurt me as much as the spectacle that occurred," McCaskill told NPR host Rachel Martin last week.

The very fact that she didn't have the courage to vote against her party is why she lost her seat. There was no evidence but still she was ready to condemn a man to a ruined career.

"There were mistakes made by my party in terms of how that was handled. I don't think that communication [from Christine Ford] to the judiciary committee should have been kept private as long as it was. The FBI deals with a lot of confidential information, and that would have absolved [judiciary committee ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein] of the very real perception that this was an 11th-hour attempt to gut a guy."

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) received the allegations from Ford on July 30, 2018 – nearly a month after Kavanaugh had been nominated and before his confirmation hearings. Feinstein didn't share the letter with fellow liberals and didn't bring it, or its contents up, during the confirmation hearings. It wasn’t until the letter was leaked to certain members of the press that Feinstein acknowledged its existence.

It was a plan to "gut a guy," as McCaskill said, and still, she voted against his confirmation.

Kavanaugh's name was dragged through the mud over empty allegations that had no evidence to back them up. In fact, there is more evidence that points to the allegations being mistaken or flat out untrue.

But let us not forget that McCaskill paved the way for these types of accusations with her support of the Obama administration’s war on due process, something that all accused deserve. She is the freaking Queen of the "Believe Women" movement that insists due process is an impediment to justice.

It is truly excellent that she lost the election. She deserves to be put out to pasture in the field of politics. The American voters who refused to cast their trust in her have everything to be proud of because, by their vote, they support due process and our rule of law.

Now Missouri has Josh Hawley waiting to be seated in the U.S. Senate. I don't know much about him [and I plan to learn] but he has to be better than someone who has no regard for ethics, law and decency.
