Activist lefty judge blocks Trump's defunding of Planned Parenthood

"I've noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born." -- Ronald Reagan

Well look who’s at it again. A federal judge in Massachusetts, an Obama appointee, naturally, decided to play superhero for Planned Parenthood, slapping a restraining order on a key provision in what Trump called his “big, beautiful bill.” This provision would’ve yanked Medicaid funding from the abortion factory for a year, but U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani said, “Not so fast.” She likes dead babies.

In her ruling, the far leftist didn’t mince words: “Defendants shall take all steps necessary to ensure that Medicaid funding continues to be disbursed in the customary manner.”

Translation: keep the cash flowing to Planned Parenthood like it’s just another Tuesday. Her order, which lasts two weeks, also bans the Trump administration, their agents, employees, or anyone else in cahoots with them from “enforcing, retroactively enforcing, or otherwise applying” the funding cut.

Judicial overreach, at its worst, of course.

The Hill points out, “Talwani’s ruling still allows the administration to enforce the provision against other providers, but Planned Parenthood says it comprises almost the entirety of the impacted entities.”

So, basically, this is a tailor-made carveout for the baby terrorist giant.

Let’s talk numbers. Planned Parenthood’s 2024 annual report bragged about performing 392,715 abortions from October 2021 to September 2022, a 5% jump from the 374,155 the year prior. This, despite Roe v. Wade getting the boot from the Supreme Court in June 2022. The Catholic News Agency noted, “[T]he document says that locations in states ‘where abortion is protected’ saw a 700% increase in demand.” Oh, and they helped coordinate travel for over 33,000 abortions. Because nothing says “healthcare” like a cross-state abortion road trip.

Just last month, the Supreme Court reminded everyone that lower courts don’t get to play emperor over the Executive Branch. Justice Amy Coney Barrett put it bluntly: “federal courts do not exercise general oversight of the Executive Branch; they resolve cases and controversies consistent with the authority Congress has given them.”

Apparently, Judge Talwani didn’t get the memo, but more likely disregarded the ruling.

So, for now, Planned Parenthood keeps its taxpayer-funded gravy train, courtesy of a leftist judge with a pen, a vendetta, and no love for the unborn.

This is just the beginning and we need to wait and see how it pans out for our future children.

Harvard revokes tenure of prof. over data manipulation allegations

Harvard University just yanked the tenure of Francesca Gino, a big-shot business administration professor, after she got tangled up in accusations of cooking the books on her data. This isn’t some minor slap on the wrist. Harvard’s pulling rank, and it’s a rare move. “This is the first time it has occurred in recent decades,” a Harvard spokesperson spilled to Fox News Digital, sounding about as thrilled as a bureaucrat at a tax audit.

Losing tenure is like getting your VIP pass yanked; it’s a big deal and usually only happens if the institution thinks you’ve crossed a major line, like fudging research or breaking ethical codes. Even then, it’s a slog to strip it away, which is why Gino fought for years to keep hers.

Gino’s been slugging it out against these claims for nearly four years, according to The Harvard Crimson. Before the data fraud stink hit, she was a rockstar in the ivory tower, diving deep into the irony of studying honesty and ethics. Her whole gig was preaching integrity while allegedly fudging numbers to make her theories pop. The Crimson says she was raking in serious cash too, pulling over a million bucks a year in 2018 and 2019, making her the fifth-highest-paid suit at Harvard.

Hypocrisy much?

The trouble started when some eagle-eyed scholars sniffed something off in her work and aired it out on Data Colada, a blog that checks out the veracity of studies and doesn’t mess around.

“In 2021, we and a team of anonymous researchers examined a number of studies co-authored by Gino, because we had concerns that they contained fraudulent data,” the blog’s authors wrote, dropping a bombshell. They claimed to have found evidence of Gino playing fast and loose with data across a decade, including as recently as 2020. They took their findings to Harvard Business School in fall 2021, and you can bet that lit a fire under the administration.

Gino, not one to go down quietly, slapped a lawsuit on both the Data Colada crew and Harvard itself, per The Hill. Parts of that legal brawl are still grinding through the courts.

Meanwhile, she’s shouting her innocence from the rooftops—or at least her website. “I did not commit academic fraud. I did not manipulate data to produce a particular result. I did not falsify data to bolster any result. I did not commit the offense I am accused of. Period,” she declared.

Before this mess, Gino was a prolific name, churning out over 140 scholarly papers and scooping up awards like they were going out of style. But now, with her tenure gone and her reputation under fire, she’s fighting to clear her name in a world where trust is harder to earn than a Harvard degree.

Pro-Hamasshole who rolled her eyes at Hamas rapes fired from "The Hill"

Briahna Joy Gray [why are so many stupid leftists named Joy?] a pundit formerly of "The Hill" likes Hamas. It may be the green rags they wear on their heads, or the sexy masks that may women wonder what's beneath the covering, but in Gray's case, it doesn't matter. She didn't see what all the fuss was about when it was learned that Hamas not only killed Israelis but raped them first, or kept them and raped them in captivity.

The former jihad sympathizer of The Hill’s morning YouTube program "Rising" went viral after an interview on Tuesday in which she rolled her eyes at Yarden Gonen, the sister of a hostage in Gaza, after Gonen urged her to believe Israel women who had been raped. After all, the captured Hamassholes admitted they raped their captives and even bragged about it, and freed hostages reported that it did, in fact, occur.

Gray announced her firing on X, saying that The Hill “has a clear pattern of suppressing speech—particularly when it’s critical of the state of Israel.”

Gray, who served as press secretary to atheist Sen. Bernie Sanders (Communist-VT) during his 2020 presidential campaign, has denied reports that Hamas engaged in mass rape of Israeli women. “‘Believe all women’ was always an absurd overreach: woman should be heard, claims should be investigated, but evidence is required. … But also, this isn’t a ‘believe women’ scenario bc no female victims have offered testimony,” the anti-Semitic creep wrote in December.

During a debate on the war in Israel at the “Dissident Dialogues” summit last month, Gray denounced the audience as “racist” and “disgusting,” called the moderator “anti-black,” and said she hoped “someone drops a bomb on this entire building.”

She is clearly mentally ill.

Congressman Ritchie Torres (D-NY) responded to the news of her firing on X, saying, “I have as much sympathy for Briahna Joy Gray as she has for the hostages. None.”

Georgie Santos vows to file 'sour grapes' ethics complaint against several lawmakers after he got the boot

Former Rep. George Santos (R-NY) had a hissy-fit on X and vowed to file a number of ethics complaints next week against several of his former colleagues. This comes just hours after the lying former congressman was kicked out of the House of Representatives.

On Friday night the ex-congressman went on social media and said he would be filing ethics complaints Monday against four House members: Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), Mike Lawler (R-NY). Nick LaLota (R-NY) and the son of Bob Menendez, Rob Menendez (D-NJ). Santos alleges they committed campaign finance violations (as he is alleged to have committed), stock trading, and other sundry alleged ethics violations.

Santos was expelled from the House by a vote 311-114. He has not yet been convicted of a crime, but there is a boatload of evidence and he has been indicted on 23 counts related to wire fraud, identity theft, falsification of records, credit card fraud, and he even is accused of using campaign funds to purchase luxury goods and botox treatments.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Still, he has not yet gone to trial but it looks as if Congress is fed up with him and his lies.

As for the complaint against Malliotakis, Santos said it will prioritize "her questionable stock trading since joining the Ways and Means committee this Congress."

"Let’s talk about hypocrisy. Can someone ask Nicole MalioStockTips when did she become a savant in stock trading?" Santos wrote in a post on X.

"The signature bank trades she did REEKS of insider trading much like Paul Pelosi’s every trade!" he added, referring to the husband of Rep. Nancy Pelosi, (D-CA).

"Before joining the committee the congresswoman didn’t have an active trading habit or a high volume stake," Santos continued in remarks about Malliotakis. "The question is, what set of information is she trading with?"

The complaint against Lawler, according to Santos, deals with the congressman "engaging in laundering money" by funneling campaign funds through a company he owns stake in. Lawler was closely involved in the resolution process to get Santos out of the House.

"The concerning questions are; is Mr Lawler engaging in laundering money from his campaign to his firm then into his own pocket?" Santos wrote in one post. "I will let the Office of Congressional Ethics be the judge of that."

As for LaLota, Santos questioned whether the Empire State lawmaker was a "no-show" at his local board of elections position during his tenure in law school. Of course LaLota was paramount in writing the resolution that finally got Santos booted from the Hill, so there seems to be a bunch of sour grapes involved in the attack.

"Did Rep Lalota no-show to his tax pay funded job while going to school and if so he can potential have stolen public funds form the tax payers of NY," Santos wrote in another post. "I will let the Office of Congressional Ethics determine the validity of this grave allegation raised in his local media."

Will Kiley, a LoLota spokesperson, told The Hill that Santos "is just mad the congressman has three actual degrees, while he lied about one."

George Santos in drag

Santos also called into question Rob Menendez's relationship with his father, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), who has been federally charged for allegedly participating in a bribery scheme. Santos specifically raised concerns over what Menendez may have known about his father's crimes, asking "what did he know and when did he know it."

"I think it’s a fair point to make sure we weed out the doubt surrounding Rep. Menendez and his business associations with his father," Santos added.

In a statement to The Hill, Menendez spokesman Michael Zhadanovsky poo-pooed Santos' threat.

"George Santos is neither Rep. Menendez’s colleague nor a constituent, so we will not expend any energy responding to his Botox-fueled fits of rage," Zhadanovsky said.

The House's vote against Santos made him the first House lawmaker to be expelled in more than 20 years and the first gay Republican to get the boot.

Expelling a member of Congress takes a two-thirds majority vote.

Iraq Presidential Palace Breached but US Denies Embassy Evacuation

Haydar Karaalp/Anadolu Agency/Getty Images

Iraq's presidential palace was breached Monday in response to a Shi'ite cleric announcing his resignation from politics to pursue a career as a standup comic at a Gaza Strip club. [He has been working on an opening line joke: "A Jewish guy walks into a mosque."]

A video appears to show U.S. Embassy employees in Baghdad being airlifted by a helicopter.

John Kirby, the empty-suit coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council, later claimed that there was no evacuation of U.S. Embassy personnel, in contrast with earlier reports.

“There’s no evacuation going on at the embassy and no indication that’s going to be required at this time,” Kirby told Democrat note-takers, [aka reporters] according to The Hill.

Concerns of unrest have grown recently, with the U.S. Embassy in Iraq releasing a statement last week urging calm among all parties.

“We are closely monitoring reports of unrest in Baghdad today at the Supreme Judicial Council,” an embassy spokesperson said.

“We urge all parties to remain calm, abstain from violence, and resolve any political differences through a peaceful process guided by the Iraqi constitution. We also call for those demonstrating to respect the proceedings and property of Iraq’s governmental institutions which belong to and serve the Iraqi people,” the spokesperson added, tongue-in-cheek.

The Iraqi government has been in controversy since October when cleric Muqtada al-Sadr’s party won the most seats in the election but failed to reach the number needed to form a majority government, kind of like what happened in Canada with Trudeau. The Shi'ite leader refused to negotiate with Iran-backed Shi'ites to create a consensus government because only no good can come from that.

Al-Sadr’s supporters staged a government sit-in over the past four weeks to prevent political/religious rivals from forming an opposing coalition government. His party members have also announced their resignations, with al-Sadr joining in solidarity. "I will do comedy now," said al-Sadr.

The leaders’ statement was in response to the retirement of the Shia spiritual leader Ayatollah Kadhim al-Haeri, who counts many of al-Sadr’s supporters as followers. The Ayatollah plans to open a university in Italy calling it "Ayatollah U." It will specialize in Critical Racist Theory and chemical engineering.

On Sunday, al-Haeri announced he was stepping down and called on his followers to support Iran’s main Shi'ite leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei instead of the Shia spiritual center in Najaf, Iraq.

In response, several hundred crazed protesters breached the concrete barriers outside the palace gates and stormed the building. Iraq’s military issued a curfew and has called on protesters to leave immediately.

Some protesters have decided to stay despite the warning, with video surfacing of intruders enjoying the palace swimming pool, much like the Jan. 6 "insurrectionists," in which Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed female "insurrectionist" climbed through a window and was shot and killed by a Capitol Police officer, with a questionable history regarding his use of his firearm.

Outside of the palace, other protesters ran from gunfire The Jerusalem Post reported .The gunfire was believed to be from the Iran-backed Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) firing to stop demonstrators dead in their tracks.

Iraq’s Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has reportedly been evacuated as a safety precaution.

As of this posting, some outlets are reporting that the U.S. Embassy is evacuating the building via helicopter, proving just how empty John Kirby's suit really is. Also, Reuters reports that thus far, 10 people have been killed and dozens injured in clashes, and various groups are throwing rocks at each other.

Judge rules Biden's gas and oil order violated the law and issues permanent injunction in states that sued

A federal judge on Thursday disagreed with alleged President Biden's order that banned new gas and oil leases on federal lands and issued a permanent injunction opposing it.

Judge Terry Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana made the ruling just one day after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals kicked back to him the injunction he had issued last year to accomplish the same goal, as reported by The Hill. The ruling permanently blocks Biden's January 2021 executive order that halted lease sales on federal lands.

The order applies [alphabetically] to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and West Virginia, which sued the brain addled Biden.

Doughty, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, ruled that Biden’s January 2021 order violated the Mineral Leasing Act and Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act by leaving Congress out of the loop. But that's what dictators often do, and this administration is no exception.

“Both statutes require Government Defendants’ agencies to sell oil and gas leases. The OCSLA has a Five-Year Plan in effect that requires eligible leases to be sold. Government Defendants’ agencies have no authority to make significant revisions in the OCSLA Five-Year Plan without going through the procedure mandated by Congress,” Doughty wrote.

“The MLA requires the [Interior Department] to hold lease sales, where eligible lands are available at lease quarterly. By stopping the process, the agencies are in effect amending two Congressional statutes. Neither the OCSLA nor the MLA gives the Government Defendants’ agencies the authority to implement a Stop of lease sales,” the judge ruled.

As noted on jurist.org, the appellate court ruling said the initial injunction did not comply with rules requiring very specific terms and reasons for an injunction.

As such, the case was sent back to Doughty on that technicality and Biden symbolically received a bilateral orchiectomy.

We shall see how this plays out but for now, the Biden administration must reinstate $192,000,000 in leases for the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, the law requires two lease sales in the Gulf of Mexico and one in Alaska before October 2023.

The law also links renewable energy leases from wind or solar projects to a requirement that the Department of Interior offer oil and gas leases for a minimum of 60 million offshore acres and 2 million onshore acres, just in case the wind dies down and clouds cover the sun--like what are the chances of that?

Puppeteer Ron Klain may have caught dementia from his own puppet Joe Brandon

His body language speaks volumes

Ron Klain, Biden’s chief of staff, sat quietly at his secure White House computer [unlike Hunter's] and rather than acting like a CNN legal analyst, he went on social media instead, where he is famous for attracting negative attention, which gives him a tingle up his leg.

Klain retweeted an column by Albert Hunt, the former executive editor of Bloomberg News. The article had been published by The Hill, a very left leaning outlet. The title of the fake news piece was "Let's Be Honest: 2021 Wasn't All Bad."

Klain, who, if he actually believed that claptrap, might be suffering from an early onset of dementia like his puppet in chief. He retweeted the post and wrote: "A look back at 2021."

Of course 2021 wasn't all that bad. Babies were born; a significant number of Democrats came out of their mental fog and became conservatives; Russia is backing off their Ukraine aspirations; the James Webb telescope was launched; Greta Thunberg turned 18 and now her silly ideas can be publicly challenged; and transgender "women" are beating the crap out of women's records and women MMA fighters. Okay, the last one isn't such a good thing, but sarcasm, like certain other things, sometimes happens.

While Hunt's column was painted an optimistic picture, he admitted that the Biden administration faced tough issues such as COVID-19. However, he failed to mention the tough issue faced by the White House regarding President Biden's increasingly obvious dementia and his recent bowel evacuation in front of the Pope.

But I digress.

Without being able to nail down a real positive outcome for the year, Hunt had to hunt and scratch to come up with a "Orange Man Bad" reason in which he said that for some people, "the most positive development" was that Donald Trump is no longer residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

In other words, Hunt's positive development for the nation had nothing to do with anything the administration has done other than become the do-nothing administration it has been this year.

Hunt said the "economy is humming" with an unemployment rate at 4.2 percent and "total wages, including extra hours of work, are slightly outpacing inflation." Speaking of rates, the crime rate in Democrat-run cities has skyrocketed, and suicide rates among the young due to lockdowns, has done the same.

Hunt pointed out that the Biden administration has been "scandal-free," before comparing the Trump administration to the Corleone family in "The Godfather," only "without the skill."

Hunt lied.

The only "scandal-free" thing about the Biden administration is that the media is so in the bag for Biden that they refuse to report on any scandals, such as his son's drug-prostitution-China-Russia scandals. They also never call Joe out for his lies, such as the one most recent when he told a reporter that he never rejected a proposal for "free rapid tests" for Covid. A Vanity Fair article in October suggested otherwise. Just one of myriad lies Biden tells when he's caught in a bind.

"The Biden team is more honest, also more competent," Hunt added to his own ridiculous set of lies. If he believes his own words, then yes, he has a mental disorder.

Is he kidding? Biden lies whenever his lips move. Here are just a few:
In New Hampshire, Biden told a crowd of "having had a house burn down with my wife in it. She got out safely, God willing." It turned out to be a be a small kitchen fire with no visible damage from outside.
His chat with an Amtrak conductor while vice president when the man had retired 15 years before Biden became vice president and had died the year Biden spun the tale.
When speaking to Gold Star families, he enlists a story about his dead son Beau, as if he too died in combat when he actually died of a brain aneurism. Joe Biden is a con man.
Biden once claimed to have been offered a job at a lumber company in Idaho--they have no record of an interview. He also said that he "used to drive an 18-wheeler," but that was a lie.

In 2018, after the Pittsburgh's Tree of Life synagogue massacre, Biden said he visited and spoke with the rabbi, but the rabbi says he’s never even been there.

And there's more lies and more empty promises and claims, like the Afghan clusterfrack was describe as a "success and his generals didn't object to how he did it;" the border surge is just "seasonal;" and that inflation is merely temporary.Truth to Joe, is an inconvenient evil and the media doesn't bother to check him or challenge him.

Ron Klain couldn't have chosen a worse time to post the article, but why should he be anymore competent than anyone else in the administration.

To quote Kamala Harris: "Hahahahahahahahahahaha!"

NY Times: Soros & Hillary "paid women to accuse Trump of sexual attack"

The New York Times, the Gray Lady, the paper of record, the former newspaper, reported that money attached to Hillary Clinton and George Soros was used to pay women to lie and say that President Trump sexually attacked them.

John Solomon, a frequent Fox News contributor and analytical columnist, in a column for TheHill uncovered that payouts were made by attorney Lisa Bloom to women who were willing to lie and publicly claim they were sexually attacked by then-candidate Donald Trump.

The money was too good to turn down so they did it.

According to the report, one woman accuser had her home mortgage paid off in the deal; the others were offered $750,000.

Two of the women were outed by The NY Times and it was discovered that they were connected to both Soros and Hillary Clinton.

It was soon uncovered that Soros invested $3 million into The New York Times by taking up a lot of the organization’s stocks, a neat way to gain control over future reporting.

The New York Times named leftist weasel, David Brock, a George Soros "buck buddy," and Clinton’s long-term "companion" Susie Tompkins Buell, who controlled tons of money to fight Trump’s campaign before the 2016 presidential election.

Brock is a far-left operative with connections to both Clinton and Soros and he is also part of the "Resistance" not only against Trump and the GOP, but also against Fox News.

Make believe tough guy claims Mayor Pete has "Best shot" to oust "Piece of sh** Trump" in 2020

In spite of the fact that black people don't support him because he's gay and is married to a dude; in spite of the fact that his claim to fame is that he's mayor of a relatively small town and only received 11 thousand votes; in spite of the fact that many in his hometown think he's doing a crappy job; and in spite of the fact that he pretends to be a moderate but spouts far left policy ideas, the actor Robert De Niro believes Pete Buttigieg has the "best shot" at beating that "piece of s*** Trump" in the next election.

And De Niro should know because he's an actor and he watches CNN and stuff.

The make believe tough guy spoke with The Daily Beast and said that Buttigieg has “all the credentials” to beat that “piece of s***” Trump in November 2020. The credentials, in total, are mentioned above, but the fact that he served in the military was left out as well as his ability to speak a few languages and convince people that he isn't a flaming socialist, which he apparently is, as well as the idea that he believes that he is a spokesman for all of Christianity, which he is not.

“Buttigieg I like a lot,” De Niro said, using tough guy grammar, with a grimace, a shoulder roll and a pull at his groin. “He’s got all the credentials – Rhodes Scholar, Afghanistan veteran – even though he’s young, and if he could get a chance it could be something special, I think.”

De Niro added that Buttigieg’s LGBTQ+1.5LSMFT identity will most likely bolster minority support for him, but De Niro is oblivious to the reality that black voters and serious Christians do not support him.

“As a gay person, he’s someone who comes from a marginalized community, so people from other ethnic groups can identify with him, even if they’re not gay, because they know what it’s like,” De Niro said.

Sure, the gays and transvestites are marginalized and victimized in this country now that they have been given the rights to sue people who refuse to go against their religious beliefs to cater to their weddings, or take children away from parents who refuse to go along with their child's belief that he or she is not the gender to which they were born.

The former “Taxi Driver” actor made his ridiculous statement despite the fact that Mayor Pete is polling at 0% among black voters in the key state of South Carolina where the black vote generally determines the primary in the state.

“I think he’s the best for what we need now. I have friends who really like him a lot, as I do,” De Niro continued, showing a photo of Mayor Pete that he removed from his wallet. “With Obama, he had the middle name ‘Hussein’ and a lot of things that people tried to use against him – including Trump with the whole stupid ‘birther’ thing – and he went right through it. It could happen with Buttigieg. And there’s Bloomberg.”

De Niro dismissed both Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) as being “too extreme,” while admitting that he'd still like to "punch Trump in his f***ing face."

Last week, Buttigieg's campaign got caught with their proverbial pants down after reports bubbled up from the bathwater about the horrible rollout of his proposed "Douglass Plan" for "black America." The plan not only claimed fake endorsements from prominent black leaders in the community, but the woman in the featured photo that advertised the plan was from Kenya.
To make matters worse, his motivation for the Douglass Plan rollout likely stems from Buttigieg's insidously shrinking support in the black community due to his firing of South Bend’s first black police chief, and his poor handling of race relations as mayor of the city.

So the genius make believe tough guy, Robert De Niro, seems to know as much about political punditry as Alexandria Obviously-Comatose knows about economics.

Shermichael Singleton at The Hill wrote:
“All the fundraising in the world cannot save the young politician from Indiana, and doing well in a state that more closely resembles Norway than the rest of the United States does not help his case. His trouble with black voters runs deep, and there are two issues that make it clear why an overwhelming majority of them will not support his bid for president.
“Attempting to deceive black voters like he did in South Carolina is an intellectual insult to African Americans and marks another reason why black voters will likely remain apprehensive of Buttigieg. For many black voters, the calculation is simple. If Buttigieg is poorly equipped to deal with matters of race in a place as small as South Bend, then he certainly is not capable of dealing with them across the entire United States.”
Can I get an 'Amen'?

CIA blasts CNN's "misguided" and "simply false" reporting about Trump and alleged spy's extraction

CNN needs to be cut down a bunch of pegs, not just two, for being the purveyors of fake news. The term fake news is one that shouldn't be used in normal conversation about journalism, but it seems as if CNN's acronym stands for Compromised Nonsense News. While we are blessed with the First Amendment in this country, there needs to be at least some oversight when the media outright lies, be it about the President of the United States, or any citizen.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) went after CNN and their report about President Trump, who the media outlet say "repeatedly mishandled classified intelligence and could contribute to exposing the covert source as a spy." The CNN national security "correspondent" wrote a hole-filled piece that said this but the CIA says that claim is "misguided" and "simply false." And it is entirely possible the story was leaked by John Brennan, who is now a CNN operative.

It's very out of character for the agency to chastise a so-called journalist, but even The New York Times published a powerful piece last night that contradicted the CNN fairy tale.

According to The Times, CIA officials  "made the arduous decision in late 2016 to offer to extract the source from Russia" -- weeks before Trump took office. Concerns about media reporting on Russian election interference drove the decision, according to the Times. Yes, it was the media that concerned the CIA over the safety of their asset.

"Former intelligence officials said there was no public evidence that Mr. Trump directly endangered the source, and other current American officials insisted that media scrutiny of the agency’s sources alone was the impetus for the extraction," The Times honestly wrote, in a change of pace for the former newspaper.

The purported spy refused the 2016 offer of Kremlin extraction, The Times reported, citing family concerns. However, the CIA "pressed again months later after more media inquiries" threatened the source, and he finally agreed.

The story deepened when NBC News exclusively reported that a possible Russia spy was currently living under U.S. protection and the idiots used his true identity and revealed that he lived in Washington, D.C., adding that his life could be in danger [no kidding].

An NBC News journalist knocked on the alleged spy's door and was soon confronted by several men presumed to be security personnel. Unfortunately, they did not punch the NBC News reporter in the face multiple times for doing what CNN claimed Trump had done.

"CNN's narrative that the Central Intelligence Agency makes life-or-death decisions based on anything other than objective analysis and sound collection is simply false," CIA Director for Public Affairs Brittany Bramell said in a statement not written in invisible ink.

The lovely Ms. Bramwell continued: "Misguided speculation that the President's handling of our nation's most sensitive intelligence — which he has access to each and every day — drove an alleged exfiltration operation is inaccurate."

Upon hearing Bramwell's statement, CNN's Jim Acosta had to excuse himself and returned soon after with swollen, reddened eyes and runny nose.

According to CNN chief national correspondent and execrable former Obama administration official Jim Scuitto, the decision to carry out the extraction "occurred soon after a May 2017 meeting in the Oval Office in which Trump discussed highly classified intelligence with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and then-Russian Ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak. The intelligence, concerning ISIS in Syria, had been provided by Israel."

The disclosure "prompted intelligence officials to renew earlier discussions about the potential risk of exposure," CNN falsely reported.

It was not clear from the CNN piece how exactly Trump's comments in the Oval Office would have further compromised the Russian source, but when you make up negative stuff about a person your audience hates, details are less important than feelings.

Many other holes quickly surfaced in CNN's reporting. For one, commentator Aaron Mate pointed out in a Twitter thread that several major news organizations had previously cited a high-level source in the Russian government as a source -- suggesting that the intelligence community itself, not Trump, had compromised the spy.

Many media outlets who jump, before they check the water in the pool, at the chance to report on Trump's foibles and chaos, picked up the CNN fairy tale: The Hill, the Guardian and Vox never questioned CNN's report. Fox News didn't take the bait.

The developments led to speculation as to who had leaked the information to CNN -- especially in light of previous anti-Trump leaks that found their way to the organization -- and led commentators to again fault the accuracy of CNN's initial reporting. I believe that it was John Brennan, but that's only speculation.

If it was Brennan who leaked, he should be indicted.

Mueller key witness indicted on sex trafficking, child porn charges

George Aref Nader, a 60-year-old "wealthy Lebanese-American businessman and Middle East expert," was indicted "on charges of importing child pornography and traveling with a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity," Politico reported.

Nader was a key witness in former special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation has been indicted on child pornography and sex trafficking charges, according to a three-count indictment unsealed on Friday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

According to The Hill, Nader sat "for multiple interviews, including one that was conducted under a 'proffer agreement', — a potential signal that he believed he could be charged with crimes and spoke to prosecutors on the condition his statements wouldn’t be used against him."

Nader was arrested in January 2018 after arriving in the U.S. from Dubai. Federal law enforcement officials searched three iPhones they obtained with a search warrant, and allegedly found child porn.

Politico added that "prosecutors filed a criminal complaint against Nader over the images in April 2018 but kept the charges under seal and never told his attorneys about them even as he continued to cooperate with Mueller’s probe, lawyers said."

Nader was convicted on a child pornography charge in Virginia and served 6 months in prison in 1991. He faced "a similar charge in Washington, D.C. in 1985, but the case was dismissed due to an invalid search warrant, CNBC reported.

In March 2018, the Associated Press reported that "Nader was convicted by Prague’s Municipal Court of 10 cases of sexually abusing minors and sentenced to a one-year prison term in May 2003."

Court spokeswoman Marketa Puci told the Associated Press that the crimes reportedly happened between 1999 and 2002 and that he was convicted of "moral corruption of minors, sexual abuse and impairing morals."

Nader has served as an unofficial liaison between Capitol Hill politicians and the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He also was a lobbyist for the private security firm Blackwater. He is also an adviser to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE.

It was in January 2018 when former special counsel Robert Mueller's investigators questioned him in connection to suspicions that the UAE had been involved with President Trump's 2016 campaign.

But Nader didn't just work on the GOP side of the aisle, in 1993 to 2001, he tried unsuccessfully to broker an Israeli-Syrian peace agreement [which will evidently only happen when the Jews leave Israel to the Muslims and the Muslims kill every Jew on Earth]. He also helped to free the American hostages in Lebanon after the Iran–Contra affair. So Nader is happy to work for money, regardless of who pays him.

Feinstein & Harris go ape over Trump's 9th Circuit pick

It pays to have a Republican majority in the Senate. In a 52 to 45 vote along party-lines, the Senate confirmed President Trump's nominee to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday.

The confirmation of Kenneth Lee marked the first time that neither home-state senator had returned a blue slip, a Senate tradition in which the home-state senator gives their opinion of the nominee, the Hill reported.

Both California Democrats Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, did not return a blue slip on Lee’s nomination to the San Francisco-based court. Lee, 43, a native of South Korea, is a past special counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Feinstein and Harris therefore, must be racists to use their line of thinking.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has long drawn the ire of President Trump, who has called it "disgraceful," a word he uses at least twenty times a day.

The left wants the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to remain packed with leftists and didn't get their way this time.

Feinstein tweeted about Lee’s writings on race and civil rights as reasons for her opposition--not because he's a Republican and she's evidently a racist.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, (D-NY), another racist and mute on the anti-Semitism in his own party, agreed that Lee holds “shocking” positions on race and women’s reproductive rights.

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., called Lee “a man of high character” and a brilliant lawyer. The two attended law school together and ironically, both are Republicans.

“Lee’s record shows that he is far outside the legal mainstream,” Feinstein said, according to the Washington Times.

Lee wrote what appeared to be an inconvenient truth in 1994, saying that gay people have a higher incidence of AIDS because they are more “promiscuous” than straight people. “Nine out of 10 people with AIDS are gay or drug users,” he wrote. He later said he was “embarrassed” by that position during his confirmation hearing and that he had matured since then, according to the Hill.

Leftists, however, hold conservatives to everything they have ever said, unlike the standards they hold fellow Democrats like Joe Biden who made racist comments about former President Obama.

In another article, Lee questioned why a woman would continue working for a man who had assaulted her “just so she can hold on to a part-time job." In his confirmation hearing, he said at the time of the writing that he didn’t understand workplace dynamics, according to the Hill.

Lee’s nomination marks Trump’s 40th circuit judge appointment since taking office.

And while Lee may not have all the answers or even good ones to tough questions, he will be a hundred times fairer than any leftist judge the Democrats hold in esteem.

Is Chris Cuomo a fascist or just a block of wood who defends Antifa?

CNN's Chris Cuomo did a monologue in which some say he defended Antifa's behavior at the Charlottesville protest Sunday.

If you don't watch Fox News or read conservative blogs, you may not know that the militant group known as Antifa harassed members of the media and police, damaged cars and threw pyrotechnics at cops at yet another chaotic protest, this time in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Antifa protested against a little band of maybe two dozen white supremacists; a group despised by conservatives, which is why they were so small in number, but the leftist media would have you believe that this is a reflection of what the GOP stands for, and it's nonsense.

On Monday's edition of "Cuomo Slime Prime Time," Cuomo referred to the leftists as "counter-protesters" and that the "vast majority of them were peaceful" with the exception of some members of Antifa [meaning all members of Antifa] who "covered their faces, confronted police and berated journalists."
Antifa
Cuomo, who is slightly dumber than his brother Andrew, [it's a mental limbo--not easy to go that low] condemned their actions as "wrong" but argued "all punches are not equal."

So if you're on the left and punch a reporter or an "alt-right" moron, it's more okay than if you were an "alt-right" moron punching someone on the left? Sure, makes perfect sense and has nothing to do with who throws the first punch.

"If you're a punk who comes and starts trouble in a mask and hurt people, you're not about any virtuous cause [meaning the hatred of the "alt-right" and your responsibility to stop them from speaking using whatever means is necessary], Cuomo pontificated. "But when someone comes to call out bigots and it gets hot, even physical, are they equally wrong as the bigot they are fighting? I argue no."

And you argue no because you are a freaking moron, Chrissy.

Because if bigots like the "alt-right" are attacked by bigots on the left like Antifa, then the First Amendment is being attacked and it will not bode well for America in the future.
Antifa
It's actually no different than what the social media giants are doing to opinions they disagree with--even with conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones, who really is a deplorable person, but has the right to be deplorable and not be taken seriously.

Media Research Center analyst Kristine Marsh wrote that Cuomo "started off by placidly arguing that violence is violence and attacks on the media were simply "wrong," but she then said "he tried to justify the violence coming from the left because, according to him, these rioters had the moral upper hand."

Why? Because they claim to? They sure don't demonstrate a justification for violence--and when you get down to it, what does justify violence at a demonstration?

Joe Concha, a media reporter for The Hill, agreed that Cuomo defended Antifa and also reminded his audience how Cuomo once compared "allied troops who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day" to modern-day Antifa scumcrumpets as he showed this message on Twitter.

Daily Wire reporter Ryan Saavedra wrote that "Cuomo suggested on Monday night that violence carried out by Antifa is not as bad as violence committed by racists because Antifa's cause is moral and just."

Cuomo was slammed on Twitter but responded with his characteristic lack of understanding of the fundamentals of constitutional law.

His reply to reason: "Amazing how partisanship is driving the right to embrace even hate groups. Of course, Antifa or anyone attacking cops and media in name of any cause are wrong and criminal. But to expand the argument to all who oppose bigotry are the same as the hateful bigots? Come on!"

Joel Pollak accused Cuomo of taking Antifa's side and excusing violence on the left.

"This is bs," Cuomo said in response to Pollak. "Why spread lies? And luckily the video is there for all to see. When Antifa people hit cops they lose the legal and moral high ground. I am talking about people like you who say bigots and those opposing them are equal."

But even Nancy Pelosi, in her defense of MS-13, must disagree with Cuomo, because even the "alt-right" have a "spark of divinity" in them and should be respected for their humanity. [Not really--the "alt-right" simply have the right to be anal sphincters without being violently attacked if they aren't committing violence themselves].

Cuomo doesn't even understand that Antifa and those in the crowd were hurling racist slurs against the police who were there to protect them, and attacked camera crews, who had the right to be there to do their jobs. But Antifa and their friends didn't want to be seen on camera being the fascists they claim to hate.

Fox News recorded Antifa violence but apparently, CNN was elsewhere. They can be seen throwing eggs, shooting off fireworks at police and journalists, and screaming obscenities. One video on Twitter shows an Antifa scumwafer violently attacking a motorcycle cop as he drove through the crowd.

Taken individually, Antifa members are sissy boys and garbage-mouth girls who need to be in the majority and have weapons to feel tough.

Be very clear, the GOP, conservatives, those of us not on the "alt-right" think they are disgusting human beings. But we also respect the laws of our country. That doesn't seem to be the norm anymore, on the left.

BREAKING: Obama knowingly funded an Al Qaeda affiliate, report reveals

Barack Hussein Obama knowingly funded an Al-Qaeda affiliate, a new report revealed on Wednesday.

Knowingly--that's the operant word.

The Obama administration provided an Islamic terrorist-financing organization with hundreds of thousands of dollars, and just because the group doesn't personally do the beheading and killing with their own hands, doesn't make them any less culpable for the terrorism of their henchmen.

Obama was well aware the Khartoum-based Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA) was a terrorist-finance agency--it was designated such for a decade by the government. In spite of this, his administration approved the release of well over $100,000 AFTER they were informed ISRA was affiliated with Osama bin Laden and Maktab al-Khidamat (MK), which later became al-Qaeda.

ISRA received a $200,000 taxpayer-funded grant from the Obama administration, which released no less than $115,000 to the terrorist-financing organization, according to National Review:
According to the U.S. Treasury, in 1997 ISRA established formal cooperation with MK. By 2000, ISRA had raised $5 million for bin Laden's group. The Treasury Department notes that ISRA officials even sought to help "relocate [bin Laden] to secure safe harbor for him." It further reports that ISRA raised funds in 2003 in Western Europe specifically earmarked for Hamas suicide bombings.
Perhaps this was Obama's strategy for defeating the extremists--let them blow themselves up with explosives we paid for.
The 2004 designation included all of ISRA's branches, including a U.S. office called the Islamic American Relief Agency (IARA-USA). Eventually it became known that this American branch had illegally transferred over $1.2 million to Iraqi insurgents and other terror groups, including, reportedly, the Afghan terrorist Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.
In July 2014 the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) approved $723,405 of our taxpayer funds to be sent to World Vision Inc., and from that money, "$200,000 was to be directed to a sub-grantee: ISRA," the National Review noted.

This was done even though World Vision told USAID in 2014 that ISRA was on the terrorist organization watch list and subsequently had to wait until the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) could assess the situation before releasing any funds to these scum-buckets.

In January 2015, OFAC confirmed that ISRA was a designated terrorist organization and rejected World Vision from getting "a license to engage in transactions with [ISRA]."

Even though OFAC ruled ISRA to be a terrorist organization, World Vision wrote to OFAC and Jeremy Konyndyk of the Obama administration (who then served as director of USAID's Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance) requesting to apply for a new license from USAID to pay ISRA "monies owed for work performed."

Larry Meserve, USAID's mission director for Sudan, asserted that World Vision argued that if they didn't pay ISRA "their whole program will be jeopardized." ...

Low and behold, on May 7, 2015--after "close collaboration and consultation with the Department of State" OFAC went ahead and issued a license to World Vision International, a World Vision affiliate. The license authorized a "one-time transfer of approximately $125,000 to ISRA," whereby "$115,000 was for services performed under the sub-award with USAID" and $10,000 was "for an unrelated funding arrangement between Irish Aid and World Vision."

This is exactly why terrorist organizations grew and prospered under the Obama administration.

"[In 2014], when the U.S. first began its campaign against the terror group, ISIS had a presence in seven countries," The Hill reported in 2016. "That figure rose to 13 in 2015, and today the White House document shows that ISIS is operating in 18 countries."

And to demonstrate just where Obama's sympathies lied, he killed a huge investigation into Hezbollah, allowing them to "become one of the biggest transnational organized crime groups in the world," DEA supervisory agent Jack Kelly told Politico.

Barack Obama tried to convince the public that his failure to reduce or contain terrorism never happened and "the number of terrorist incidents [had] not substantially increased," even the left-leaning Politifact rated his statement as "mostly false."

And John Brennan, the guy who voted for a Communist, calls President Trump a "traitor."

But what's breathtaking is how the left continuously gets away with their seditious behavior.

Fake portrait of Michelle Obama unveiled to stunned public

The National Portrait Gallery unveiled portraits of former President Barack Hussein Obama and his wife Michelle on Monday. It's unclear who the "artist," Amy Sherald, used as a model because it sure didn't look like the shrew who goes by the feminine monicker Michelle.

The woman in the portrait looked charming, soft and pleasant, unlike the former first lady who is often repugnant, hard and angry.

Former failed president Obama praised the Baltimore-based Sherald "for so spectacularly capturing the grace and beauty and intelligence and charm and hotness of the woman I love."

Just another Obama lie.

For the portrait, the model was painted in "grayscale" --a charcoal color with taupe undertones. She is seated with her hair falling around her shoulders which are not as muscled as the former first lady's shoulders.

"Michelle Obama is an elegant lady and the portrait looks nice. But clearly, the artist drew someone else," Dr. Eugene Gu, a health care columnist for The Hill said.

Michelle did not show disappointment in the painting--perhaps she knows the model who sat for it in her place.

When her portrait was unveiled, Michelle said she "was a little overwhelmed, to say the least."

Then never missing an opportunity to bring race into the discussion, she added, "I'm also thinking about all the young people, particularly girls and girls of color, who in years ahead will come to this place and they will look up, and they will see an image of someone [we don't know who] who looks like them hanging . . . on the wall."

Yes, and if Michelle had a son, he would look like Travon Martin.

Sherald is the first-prize winner of the Portrait Gallery's 2016 Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition. She beat out 2,500 other artists, while the model only beat out Michelle Obama.

Former failed president Obama's portrait was painted by Kehinde Wiley.

It features a seven-foot portrait sitting in a field of pansies or some such flower, and includes chrysanthemums and jasmine, along with African blue lillies to symbolize Obama's Muslim father who was also from Kenya.

Attorney Lisa Bloom lines up money deals for women Trump victims

Lisa Bloom famous daughter of another famous shyster lawyer Gloria Allred, tried to set up big paydays for women willing to accuse President trump of sexual misconduct during the final months of the 2016 presidential election, according to a recently released report.

According to a report by The Hill on Friday, Bloom worked with campaign donors and media outlets to arrange for alleged victims to be compensated and she would receive a commission for them and offered to sell their stories.

In one case, Bloom allegedly arranged for a donor to pay off one Trump accuser's mortgage and tried to obtain a six-figure payment for another woman. The former eventually declined to come forward after being offered a cool $750,000, the clients told The Hill

The Hill cited contracts, emails and text messages, including texts between one woman and Bloom herself that referred to pro-Hillary Clinton political action committees.

Both Bloom and mommy Allred specialize in representing women in sexual harassment cases. Bloom worked for four women who were considering accusing Trump. Two did go public but two declined.

When Fox News learned of the situation, they attempted to get a statement from Bloom but she did not immediately respond to requests.

Bloom did, however, send a statement to The Hill in which she acknowledge trying to get her clients paid (along with her hefty commission), but said the money was to help the women stay safe, and in some cases relocate. [Or maybe buy a fast sports car for a quick getaway. Or a private jet if the payment was steep enough.]

"Donors reached out to my firm directly to help some of the women I represented," Bloom said, without explaining how donors knew about the pending cases she received.

But Bloom has no qualms about representing the other side of the deal, as long as the deal is a good one. She represented sexual harasser and overall scum wiffer, Harvey Weinstein. The only requirement she has is that they are willing to pay or she will somehow make money from the case, no matter where it comes from.

The not so shy shyster, told The Hill that she had no contact with Clinton or her campaign.

Okay, yeah.

Grassley probes Clinton's 'conflicts of interest' over uranium deal with Russia

Chuck Grassley, a top Republican senator, is probing potential "conflicts of interest" by Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration over the 2010 approval of a uranium deal with a Russian company that provides them with a significant amount of the world's supply of uranium. Now there are new details about donations from "interested parties" and the FBI corruption probe involving employees of the same Russian company that bought up Hillary's 'product.'

"This committee has an obligation to get to the bottom of this issue," Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said Wednesday using his best 'Susan Collins' impression. This came at the start of a hearing with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

According to The Hill, the FBI had evidence in 2009 that Russian operatives used kickbacks, bribes and other leftist-ish tactics to expand Moscow's atomic energy footprint in the U.S.--but Obama approved the uranium deal benefitting Moscow in spite of it.

Grassley released a bunch of letters that he'd fired off last week to ten federal agencies that raised the question of whether the committee that approved the uranium transaction was aware of the FBI probe. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) included Hillary Clinton, who was our incompetent secretary of state at the time.

When asked about the concerns of the hearing, Sessions told Grassley that the Justice Department will take "appropriate" actions, which means they will act concerned and upset then do nothing because our government is corrupt.

"I hear your concerns and they will be reviewed," Sessions said. He did not directly respond to a question from Grassley as to whether the Justice Department also probed whether the Russians compromised the Obama administration to "smooth the way" for the treasonous deal.

"It wouldn't be appropriate for me to comment on any ongoing investigation," Sessions said, alluding to the notion that an investigation is in full swing.

The deal, previously reported, involved the 2010 approval of a partial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to Russia's Rosatom nuclear company. The U.S. government was involved because the sale gave Russia control of a significant portion of the uranium supply in the U.S. and at last look, it turns out that Russia has also received yellow cake uranium which is used in making nuclear bombs.

Grassley noted in his letters that he isn't "convinced" by previous "assurances" that there were no unresolved national security concerns, (such as the Russians making even more nuclear weapons).

Previous reports indicate that figures tied to the transaction gave donations to Bill Clinton and his family foundation. Grassley wrote that he learned additional details about a $500,000 fee Bill Clinton got from a Russian investment bank for a June 2010 speech. The speech was probably worth around $500.00 or less.

I seriously doubt that Hillary or Bill will be prosecuted for this treasonous deal nor will Barack Obama lose a night's sleep over it.

Grassley made it clear he is concerned about the FBI probe into "corruption and extortion" involving employees of a Rosatom subsidiary dating back to 2009, before the 2010 approval.

Something stinks in the woods.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
