FBI agent who went after Trump gets his bell rung on criminal charges for second time

Go after the Clintons and you might end up face-down somewhere with several bullets to the head and have it called suicide. Go after former President Donald Trump, and you might end up disgraced for having been caught doing what you accused him of doing.

Enter Charles McGonigal, a former special agent heading the FBI's counterintelligence division in New York.

[H/T Washington Times]

Chuck arrived at Manhattan federal court in New York on March 8th and pleaded guilty on September 22, to concealment of material facts which carries a maximum prison sentence of five years.

McGonigal was one of the agents involved in the make-believe Trump-Russia collusion probe and this was the second time Chucky pleaded guilty to criminal charges, this time for taking $225,000 in cash from a former intelligence agent, an ex-Albanian operative while working for the FBI.

The disgraced anti-Trumper, conspiracy theorist conspirator, was originally handed down nine counts, including falsifying records, making false statements [aka lying] and concealing material facts [aka covering up]. At the time, he was facing a 55-year stretch in the slammer with the nine charges, but now he faces a maximum sentence of five years for a single criminal count.

McGonigal is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 16, 2024. He is the fourth main FBI official from the Trump-Russia collusion probe to be indicted or face criminal charges. He was also charged in separate indictments in New York District court and is being accused of illegally accepting money for his work with Oleg Deripaska, a Russian oligarch, and the Albanian intelligence official.

McGonigal was legally required to report his contacts with foreign officials to the agency but instead, he hid his ties and made business arrangements that conflicted with his job, according to prosecutors. Court filings allege that he took a six-figure payoff from Agron Neza, who was identified in European media and did favors for him in exchange, like meeting with Albania Prime Minister Edi Rama.

While McGonigal first pleaded not guilty to the charges, court documents imply that his team of lawyers are looking to make a plea deal with federal prosecutors.

Obviously there's more to the dealings and shenanigans McGonigal undertook, but the important point of all of this is how incredibly hypocritical the Trump detractors are, and perhaps it's only a matter of time that the rest of the motley crew will be revealed.

WOW! Feds paid companies to silence Trump, et al, on social media near 2020 election

Former President Donald J. Trump

Holy crap, Batman, what in G-d's name is going on?

Two reports published on  Friday and Saturday by Just the News, reveal the US federal government was responsible for the censorship of 20 news outlets during the 2020 election. Shades of China!

Our own government has been working with four private companies to flag make-believe election "misinformation" in order to censor it on social media platforms.

After Biden woke up and found himself in the White House, Just the News reported, the group of four was “rewarded” with millions of taxpayer dollars, and its misinformation by elimination continues today.

The bulk of the targeted groups were right of center, of course, and the outlets include Just the News, the New York Post, The Washington Times, The Washington Examiner, and the Epoch Times.

The group ironically calls itself the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP). It's typical leftist labeling to make it sound palatable when in reality it is the opposite of what it calls itself, you know, like Planned Parenthood. The only plan they have is to eliminate all traces of parenthood at the expense of an unborn child.

Current President Joseph Robinette Biden finger-sucking

Anyway, these scumwafers put a list together of "repeat spreaders" of election misinformation of 2020. [The definition of "misinformation" in this case is anything that runs counter to your ideology.] The list included President Trump, his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump as well as other high-profile right-leaning people on social media.

The four members of the EIP group are the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab and Graphika, which deals in social media analytics.

In the EIP report of June 15, 2021, the group describes itself as an "information exchange" between entities such as "election officials, government agencies, civil society organizations, social media platforms, the media, and the research community." So they see themselves as the voice of truth and the final word in the political arena. Anyone disagreeing with them is spreading "misinformation" and even "disinformation." Shades of Pravda.

Specifically, the EIP identified what it saw as misinformation related to the 2020 election and processed “tickets” — created by the EIP and its partners — to flag that misinformation for the group’s social media and government partners.

These tickets were later used to asked Big Tech platforms to censor media outlets and “repeat spreaders,” including Trump and his family.

These butt-munchers could be coming after you next.

Finally, Just the News reported that 35 percent of content flagged by the EIP was removed, throttled or otherwise censored on social media. This should be of great concern to everyone who respects freedom of speech.

Nikki Haley views Trump Twitter ban as act of Communism, others see Jack Dorsey as a Nazi

Banning President Trump from Twitter and Facebook is worse than Watergate. Throw in Instragram, and Twitch and now it's worse than Hitler. The Apple Store went so far as to remove Parler's app from its store. Parler is the free speech alternative to Twitter.

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley went on Twitter, where Trump no longer treads, and slammed the tech giants in their attempts at "silencing people" akin to "what happens in China, not our country."

Well, evidently it just happened in our country and it's probably going to get worse.

Haley's tweet was posted soon after Twitter announced it was going to permanently ban our duly elected American President from it platform.

Like Trump or hate him, if this doesn't scare you and piss you off, you are either stupid, the legacy media, or a leftist, but my redundancy is showing.

Haley's tweet:
Silencing people, not to mention the President of the US, is what happens in China not our country. #Unbelievable

— Nikki Haley (@NikkiHaley) January 8, 2021
But there's no question that it's believable.

Just this past November, Twitter flagged Haley's tweet about election fraud. She called out the Twitter scumbags for ignoring a tweet casting doubt on the Holocaust by Iran’s Ayatollah.
Wow. When Iran’s Ayatollah says the Holocaust didn’t happen, Twitter doesn’t say “this claim is disputed.” When I say ballot harvesting makes election fraud easier Twitter says that’s disputed. Wonder why conservatives don’t trust big tech? pic.twitter.com/5SGkqyOhUe

— Nikki Haley (@NikkiHaley) November 13, 2020
It looks like the country is splitting in half and this is a trend that has been taking place most obviously in the Obama administration after he promised to bring the country together and instead, did the exact opposite.

The left basically owns the media along with big tech. They own the message and they still want to shut us up because their message is weak and false. Everything is seen with a patina of racism and identity politics because their economics and basic human rights ideas are failures and falsehood respectively.

Joe Biden is a liar and so is Harris. The Capitol riots were horrible but they had nothing at all to do with racism. Somehow they think the American people have short memories and are too stupid to know when we are being gas lighted.

I hope you will take this small piece of advice: support websites like Daily Wire, Louder with Crowder, Washington Times, Washington Examiner, One America News Network, Newsmax, The Daily Caller, and yes, even Fox News. I know you may be having problems with Fox, but they are still the only cable network that has a few good people doing good work. Support conservative thought and I hope you continue to read Brain Flushings too.

DC 'Dyke March' goes all out anti-Semitic

Washington, D.C. -- The "Dyke March" which is a march of lesbians to show their pride in their sexual preferences for women, not men, are also showing their contempt for Jews and Israel as the intersectional cliques are being influenced by hard-line anti-Semites like Linda "Rodent Punim" Sarsour and her ilk.

Jewish dykes have been turned away for carrying LGBT pride flags containing the Star of David, along with other signs of Judaism, such as the Israeli flag. [Ironically, Israel is the only Middle East country where homosexuality is not a crime.]

The dyke leaders of the "Dyke March" announced the policy last week that they would not tolerate symbols of "Zionism," which is another word to symbolize "Jews." But they claim the event is "an all-inclusive celebration of underrepresented people."

Palestinian flags, however, are just fine, according to the Washington Times.

Last year, organizers at the Chicago Dyke March enforced a similar policy, ejecting anyone from the LGBT Pride event who openly expressed support for the Jewish state. The remedy for this anti-Semitic problem would be for those who disallow Jews and their symbols from being represented go to so-called Palestine and represent themselves as dykes. Problem solved.

Yael Horowitz, one of the event's  Jewish, self-loathing, anti-Semitic, America-hating organizers, told the Washington Times that the D.C. ban was a “protest against 'nations that have specific oppressive tendencies,'” and that pride flags bearing a similarity to the American flag would be similarly unwelcome.

“If someone would show up with an American flag but with the stripes as a rainbow, we would treat it the same way,” Horowitz added. “I think what’s getting erased here is pro-Israel and pro-Jewish are very different things.”

“Jewish stars and other identifications and celebrations of Jewishness (yarmulkes, tallit, other expressions of Judaism or Jewishness) are welcome and encouraged,” Horowitz added in a Facebook post. “We do ask that participants not bring pro-Israel paraphernalia in solidarity with our queer Palestinian friends.”

It's the non-queer Palestinians who Yael and her dyke friends need to worry about.

Another organizer told the Washington Times that the mere presence of pro-Israel symbols turned the march into an "unsafe space."

That organizer should have seen what the beaches of Normandy looked like in comparison.

What fools these organizers are.

Feinstein & Harris go ape over Trump's 9th Circuit pick

It pays to have a Republican majority in the Senate. In a 52 to 45 vote along party-lines, the Senate confirmed President Trump's nominee to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday.

The confirmation of Kenneth Lee marked the first time that neither home-state senator had returned a blue slip, a Senate tradition in which the home-state senator gives their opinion of the nominee, the Hill reported.

Both California Democrats Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, did not return a blue slip on Lee’s nomination to the San Francisco-based court. Lee, 43, a native of South Korea, is a past special counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Feinstein and Harris therefore, must be racists to use their line of thinking.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has long drawn the ire of President Trump, who has called it "disgraceful," a word he uses at least twenty times a day.

The left wants the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to remain packed with leftists and didn't get their way this time.

Feinstein tweeted about Lee’s writings on race and civil rights as reasons for her opposition--not because he's a Republican and she's evidently a racist.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, (D-NY), another racist and mute on the anti-Semitism in his own party, agreed that Lee holds “shocking” positions on race and women’s reproductive rights.

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., called Lee “a man of high character” and a brilliant lawyer. The two attended law school together and ironically, both are Republicans.

“Lee’s record shows that he is far outside the legal mainstream,” Feinstein said, according to the Washington Times.

Lee wrote what appeared to be an inconvenient truth in 1994, saying that gay people have a higher incidence of AIDS because they are more “promiscuous” than straight people. “Nine out of 10 people with AIDS are gay or drug users,” he wrote. He later said he was “embarrassed” by that position during his confirmation hearing and that he had matured since then, according to the Hill.

Leftists, however, hold conservatives to everything they have ever said, unlike the standards they hold fellow Democrats like Joe Biden who made racist comments about former President Obama.

In another article, Lee questioned why a woman would continue working for a man who had assaulted her “just so she can hold on to a part-time job." In his confirmation hearing, he said at the time of the writing that he didn’t understand workplace dynamics, according to the Hill.

Lee’s nomination marks Trump’s 40th circuit judge appointment since taking office.

And while Lee may not have all the answers or even good ones to tough questions, he will be a hundred times fairer than any leftist judge the Democrats hold in esteem.

Sen. Warren sticking by her fable

Sen. Elizabeth "Fauxcahontas" Warren (D-Mass.) is not backing down on her claim about having a Native American heritage, in spite of the fact that she refuses to take a simple "spit-test" to prove it.

People on both sides of the aisle are calling for her to take the DNA test because her fable doesn't add up.

The senator appeared on "Fox News Sunday" where she was again asked about her [phony] claim to be Native American and she told a tale about how her racist paternal grandparents objected to her parents' wedding because of her mother's alleged Cherokee blood.

She claims her parents were forced into a "Depression-era elopement."

"You know, my mom and dad were born and raised in Oklahoma, and my daddy was in his teens when he fell in love with my mother," she lied. "She was a beautiful girl [whose looks Elizabeth Warren inherited] who played the piano. And he was head over heels in love with her and wanted to marry her. And his family was bitterly opposed to that because she was part Native American."

And as a result, "eventually my parents eloped," she claimed.

Except they didn't.

The Washington Times reported that Twila Barnes, a Cherokee genealogist, posted in a 2016 blog, that she researched Warren's family and found nothing to corroborate her assertion that she had any Native American ancestry. The wedding of Pauline Reed and Donald Herring, Warren's parents, appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary wedding.

"The problem with Warren's story is that none of the evidence supports it," Barnes wrote. "Her genealogy shows no indication of Cherokee ancestry Her parents' wedding doesn't resemble an elopement. And additional evidence doesn't show any indication of her Herring grandparents being Indian haters."

So it seems that Warren threw her grandparents under the circled wagons.

The wedding was performed by a prominent Methodist clergyman, not a justice of the peace, Barnes found. In fact, she discovered a detailed wedding announcement posted in the local newspaper in Wetumka, Oklahoma.

"If Ms. Warren's parents eloped due to her mother being 'Cherokee and Delaware' and it was such a disgrace, why did they rush back to Wetumka the same day they were married and proudly announced it to everyone?" Ms. Barnes posited. "If there was shame associated with the marriage and it caused so many problems, why was it happily announced in the local paper?"

Remember, Warren used her make-believe Native American roots while becoming a tenured law professor at Harvard. With the possibility of her running for the presidency in 2020, the Berkshire Eagle newspaper said she should take a DNA test to confirm or dispel the doubts of inquiring minds.

So naturally, Warren now claims she isn't planning to run for president nor will she take the DNA test. She's probably telling a half truth.

"I know who I am because of what my mother and my father told me, what my grandmother and my grandfather told me, what all my aunts and uncles told me, and my brothers," she said, apparently in love with personal pronouns. "It's part of who I am and no one's ever going to take that away."

Because she needs to make us believe that she believes the lie, and how dare we accuse her of lying when it's her personal fable?

But when all is said and done, Elizabeth Warren speaks with forked tongue.

Former Trump adviser says Cabinet members are plotting to remove POTUS

A report in the Washington Times said that according to former campaign adviser Roger Stone, some members of President Trump's own Cabinet have discussed plans to remove him from the White House by invoking the 25th Amendment.

Stone said during a recent C-SPAN interview that he heard some members of Trump's administration have weighed the possibility of taking him out of office.

"Do you have any evidence that anyone is actively plotting or attempting or laying the groundwork right now inside the Cabinet--inside the administration--to make that removal?" Tom LoBianco of the AP asked.

"I have sources, and I work my sources, and yes, I believe there are some who have had this discussion. This is both outside the Cabinet and in. I think it's the fallback plan for the establishment. That's why I'm trying to sound the clarion call," Mr. Stone said.

True to recent form as seen in the media, Stone declined to disclose names and specifics when pressed, but he insists his claim wasn't baseless.

"Like you, Tom, I cannot reveal those sources, and I'm not prepared to do so, but this is not a conspiracy theory," Stone told LoBianco. "There are members of the Cabinet who have had this discussion; let me just leave it at that."

Stone, 65, currently co-hosts an internet and radio program, "War Room," produced in connection with Alex Jones--a guy who hasn't met a conspiracy he doesn't like you to believe.

The White House did not respond to a media request for comment.

IRS took 3 years to release its hit list

It only took 3 years after the IRS admitted that they singled out conservative groups for extra scrutiny that would hopefully deny them their tax-exempt status, the corrupt organization finally released a near-complete list of the organizations targeted.

The list numbers 426 at this time and depicts just how much these jerks slow-walked applications for the tax exemption. The Treasury Department's inspector general had only identified 298 groups in May 2013.

The Washington Times was the first to report on the list, which was filed by the IRS last month. It was part of a class-action lawsuit led by Tea Party organizations.

The Times reported that 60 of the groups' names contained the word "tea," 33 contained the word "patriot," 8 used the word "Constitution" and 26 had the word "liberty" in the organizations' title.

One attorney working for one of the conservative organizations said that the number may have grown since 2013 as the IRS targeted more liberal groups after the investigation began to cover their butts.

Tea Party Patriots has once again called for the impeachment of IRS head, John Koskinen. The arrogant geek has no intention of giving up his cash cow.

Lerner learned from Hillary

It looks like Lois Lerner, the IRS official investigated for Tea Party targeting scandal, attended the Hillary Clinton School of Internet Insecurity. Now the IRS admitted in federal court that Lois had a second email account.

The name Lerner used on this covert account was "Toby Miles," the same name as her pooch. Why she chose a handle belonging to a mongrel is anyone's guess.
Nostril-flaunting Lerner

The IRS admission was first reported by The Washington Times on Monday in an open-records lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, who is currently suing to see pretty little Miss Lerner's emails that were sent during her targeting of conservative groups for further IRS scrutiny. The targeting goes way above and beyond how the IRS scrutinizes liberal groups.

Geoffrey Klimas, an attorney representing the IRS, told the court that another email account in addition to her official government account, was discovered as they prepared for the hearing.

"In the process of preparing this status report and for the August 24, 2015 release of Lerner communications, the undersigned attorneys learned that, in addition to emails to or from and email account denominated 'Lois G. Lerner' or 'Lois Home,' some emails responsive to Judicial Watch's request may have been sent to or received from a personal email account denominated 'Toby Miles,'" Klimas said.

Toby is the dog, Miles is her husband's last name.

The IRS concluded that the account was a personal one used by Lois Lerner, who, like Hillary, seems to never learn. They are reviewing previous releases to Judicial Watch and will provide an update in a few days to conclude if any new searches need to be done or any documents need to be re-released with different redactions.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch said that "This is the latest in a parade of obstruction from the IRS and the Department of Justice on these issues." And like the Hillary Clinton cluster fart, he pointed out to Fox News how putting sensitive government information on a non-government account was "disturbing."

Fitton explained that a special counsel should be appointed in this case as both the IRS and DoJ knew about the Toby Miles account for some time.

Fitton then added that "the IRS scandal is not over."

Neither are the Hillary Clinton scandals.
