Tim Walz may be screwed as feds probe as MN welfare scam grows like fungus

Ah, Minnesota's very own leftist governor and the spectacular flameout of the 2024 Democrat VP pick—Tampon Tim Walz, the gift that keeps on giving to late-night comedians and conservative columnists alike. What fresh nonsense has this delusional finkelfuts unleashed now?

Walz is the quintessential out-of-touch liberal oddball who stumbles through life spouting idiocy with zero self-awareness, but he's got that special something extra—and trust me, it's not a compliment.

He kind of reminds me of that bumbling Barney Fife from Mayberry, all awkward and fumbling, except Barney actually had a heart and a shred of decency. Walz? Not so much, he wouldn't recognize decency if it bit him on his progressive backside.

The latest chapter in the Walz circus kicked off in Seattle, where our self-proclaimed tough guy headlined a fundraiser for Washington Democrat Gov. Bob Ferguson. Facing the massive elephant in the room—Minnesota's exploding welfare fraud scandal tied heavily to Somali immigrants, Walz did what he does best: doubled down with his macho posturing, whining that Somalis are being "demonized" and vowing to roll out the welcome mat for even more. Brilliant plan, Timmy. 

"These folks better not ever mistake our kindness for our weakness because we are going to defend our neighbors. These guys bring out the worst in me. I hate it when I get to that point where it’s petty and I hate it when that sense of anger comes up on you. But the antidote to that is positive actions to improve lives that go against what they are trying to do. So instead of demonizing our Somali community, we’re going to do more to welcome more in."

First off, Tim, you don't need any help bringing out the worst in yourself, you're a natural. Second, what exactly are these "positive actions"? And third, how does importing more Somali immigrants fix your state's already massive problems?

As Walz kept blathering on, he pivoted to praising Ferguson's "accomplishments" with more predictable Democrat drivel: "You came here for your governor, for someone who is super effective at improving lives. But you also came here because you love this state and you love the country and at this moment in time, gathering together with people who are willing to stand up and speak out for what’s right and stand behind leaders who put themselves out there to defend democracy and those without a voice; there’s probably nothing more important you could be doing, so thank you all."

Quick show of hands guys: Can any Democrat name one thing Walz has done to "defend democracy" for all Minnesotans, not just those from communities that view "infidels" as targets? Oh, and Walz couldn't resist slamming Trump just minutes into his speech: "There’s just some people that really rub Donald Trump the wrong way and I’m guessing it’s people who are smart."

Sure, Tim, it's the smart ones. Or maybe it's the America-hating leftists who despise our 47th president more than they love this country and its citizens, all of them.Enter James Comer. 

Just when you thought Walz couldn't dig the hole any deeper, House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) drops the hammer, telling Just the News he's ready to subpoena Walz over the fraud mess, hundreds of millions (pushing a billion) funneled through nonprofits, much of it linked to Somali immigrants, 75 percent of whom are on public assistance.

"If anyone that has received correspondence from us thus far requesting information, if they don't turn over that information, then they will get a subpoena. And we're serious about this. We're not going to back down."

Comer added: "You know, Walz gets due process, but the way he's handling this, and the way [Keith] Ellison, the attorney general, has kind of hid right now, makes me pretty confident that there's a massive amount of waste, fraud and abuse that's about to be detected here, and I'm going to predict that Walz's political career is closer to an end than somewhere in the middle." 

Fingers crossed Comer's correct. For the sake of Minnesota's good people, who are fed up with Walz's aggressive push to transform their state, let's hope this clown's career crashes and burns before he does any more damage.

Leaked docs reveal the Big Apple's DSA chapter is gearing up to strong-arm incoming Mayor Comrade Zohran Mamdani into shoving a toxic, Israel-loathing agenda down the throats of every hardworking New Yorker.

Tucked into the NYC-DSA's so-called "Anti-War Working Group" manifesto, a laundry list of 12 fever-dream "demands" for their handpicked mayor, is a full-throated call to slash every city contract with any company daring to do business with Israel. Oh, and let's not forget yanking all city funds from banks that have the audacity to lend a dime to the Jewish state. If there was no law against beheading Jews, well, figure it out.

This bombshell planning doc, first blown open by Just The News, was peddled at their November 2 public powwow, showing the DSA's been scheming since at least late September to lock in Mamdani's allegiance to their jihad against Israel once he swears in come January, and make sure he doesn't wimp out under "Zionist pressure."

Enter Alicia Singham Goodwin, niece of China-loving Marxist moneybags Neville "Roy" Singham, who's the political puppet-master at Jews for Racial and Economic Justice. They rolled out a "Jews for Zohran" whitewash back in January, handing Mamdani a get-out-of-antisemitism-jail-free card, as The Post exposed in July.

But here's the kicker: He’s refused to budge on his longtime stance that Israel shouldn’t exist as a Jewish state or condemn the phrase “globalize the intifada” that calls for the destruction of Israel.

“Well at least the DSA mask is off,” said state Assemblyman Kalman Yeger, a conservative Brooklyn Democrat and Orthodox Jew. “This was never about affordability, free buses or anything else. This was always about Jew hatred.” Stefan Jeremiah for New York Post Councilwoman Inna Vernikov (R-Brooklyn) isn't mincing words, calling out "Comrade Zohran" as the ultimate "radical DSA puppet" after poring over these docs.

“It was always obvious that he would carry the will of the most radical among us to the highest seat of power in our city,” she said. “Now we will see what happens when the insane run the asylum.”

Mamdani and his DSA overlords? Crickets on requests for comment. Shocker. New Yorkers, brace yourselves—this is the red-flag circus coming to City Hall.

Smoking Gun? Comey's Own Emails Torpedo His Lies—He Greenlit Leaks, Bet on Hillary's Win, and Now He's Sweating Bullets. Lordy, lordy!

Look, if irony had a hall of fame, James Comey would get a lifetime achievement award for starring in his own sequel: The Tall Scumwafer Strikes Back, Against Himself. 

This is the guy who weaponized the FBI into a partisan clown car, chasing ghosts of "Russia collusion" to kneecap Trump while giving Hillary's email server a free pass. And now the DOJ's got him dead to rights on federal charges: lying to Congress and obstructing an investigation over his 2020 Senate testimony. Poetic justice should bring a smile to our collective face.

Comey's big lie was swearing up and down that he never okayed anonymous leaks to the press about Hillary's classified email clusterfrack or the fever-dream Trump-Russia hoax. Yeah, about that...

John Solomon at Just the News drops the hammer with fresh DOJ receipts that make Comey's denials look like amateur hour:

Federal prosecutors revealed Monday they have unearthed a trove of personal emails showing then-FBI Director James Comey openly talked in the days before the 2016 election that he expected to be working soon for President-elect Hillary Clinton and was being kept apprised by a top FBI aide on efforts to anonymously provide information to the news media. Busted. Forgot to delete those from your "Suckers List," Jimmy?

Solomon's thread keeps the heat on:

He wrote, “good job my friend!”Defend that one in court, chuckles.

And get this, the notes flat-out show Comey was already picking out curtains for his desk in President-elect Hillary Clinton's White House. The same sanctimonious hack who buried her emails and cooked up the Russia frame-job on Trump? He was job-hunting under Her Royal Emailness. They really never saw that "basket of deplorables" coming. Hilarious and downright damning. The DOJ isn't messing around, slamming Comey's perjury straight in their filing:

Halligan's filing said the emails showed Comey was aware of and encouraging Richman's contacts with the media, contrary to his claims to Congress.

"Consistent with the above-described correspondence, Daniel Richman corresponded extensively with members of the media regarding or on behalf of the defendant, including in an anonymous capacity," the DOJ court filing argued.

Translation: You didn't just know about the leaks, you cheered them on, you two-faced weasel. Congress got played, the press got fed, and Trump got smeared—all while Comey played 4D chess for a Clinton cabinet spot.

But wait, there's more Monday madness. Comey's lawyers tried the world's saddest Hail Mary: whining that the whole indictment reeks of "vindictive prosecution" courtesy of Trump tweets. DOJ? Not having it. They fired back in court:

"Through a mix of news reports, social media posts, and speculation, the defendant weaves a tale of what he calls 'glaring constitutional violations' that resulted in his indictment for making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a Congressional investigation," prosecutors said in the filing. "When the rigorous legal standard is applied to the facts here, it is clear that the defendant has failed to show the Constitution requires the Court to take the extraordinary step of dismissing this case."

In other words: Cry harder, Jimbo. Trump's posts? Legit beef. Your lies? Felony fuel. Suck it up. Oh, and Exhibit 13 is the cherry on this corruption sundae; a handwritten note on FBI director letterhead proving Comey wasn't just aware of the Russia collusion scam against Trump; he was in on it. Participated, even. The deep state's own Sharpie scribbles, sealing his fate.

As one of the slimiest, most self-righteous relics in the D.C. swamp—yeah, you, "86 47" Comey—you're finally choking on your own tall tales. These emails aren't just harmful; they're a kill shot. Enjoy the view from the defendant's table, buddy. The show's just getting good.

Deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia was pulled over by cops and oh boy!

You simply cannot make this stuff up. Democrats are out here clutching pearls, demanding the Trump administration drag Kilmar Abrego Garcia—the 29-year-old illegal alien who was deported back to El Salvador—be returned to the U.S. like he’s some kind of misunderstood saint. 

Meanwhile, the guy’s rap sheet reads like a crime novel, and now we’ve got DHS sources spilling the beans to Fox News Digital: Abrego Garcia was caught driving a car tied to a confessed human smuggler. Yeah, you heard that right--the car he was driving is tied to a human smuggler.

Documents first reported by Just the News, now confirmed by multiple DHS sources, show Abrego Garcia was pulled over in a black 2001 Chevrolet Suburban belonging to Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes—an illegal alien who copped to human smuggling across the U.S.-Mexico border back in 2020. 

This isn’t some random joyride. The SUV was flagged by Homeland Security Investigations’ Baltimore field office as a vehicle “used by HSI Baltimore target in human smuggling/trafficking operation.” They even said it “makes trips to southern border to pick up non-citizens.” 

Rewind to December 1, 2022. 

A Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper clocked Abrego Garcia speeding and swerving like he’s auditioning for a Fast & Furious sequel. The trooper pulled him over and found eight people crammed in the Suburban. 

Abrego Garcia spins a yarn about driving from Houston to Temple Hills, Maryland, via St. Louis, for “construction work.” No luggage, though. Not a single duffel bag, not even a toothbrush. 

The trooper’s spidey senses go off, suspecting human trafficking. Everyone in the car gives the same address as Abrego Garcia’s home base. Sketchy? 

Here’s where it gets dumber. Abrego Garcia, playing the “no hablo inglés” card, “pretended to speak less English than he was capable of and attempted to put encountering officer off-track by responding to questions with questions.” Smooth move, genius. The trooper, maybe feeling generous, lets him off with a warning for driving with an expired license. No citation. Just a “try not to do that again, pal.”

But it’s not just bad driving and shady road trips. Abrego Garcia has a history. 

Police and court records shared with Fox News Digital show he was arrested in Hyattsville, Maryland, in October 2019. The Prince George’s County Police Gang Unit pegged him as a card-carrying member of MS-13—yep, that Mara Salvatrucha, the gang that makes nightmares look like bedtime fairytales.

A Baltimore federal immigration court wasn’t buying his innocent act either. They ruled he “failed to meet his burden of demonstrating that his release from custody would not pose a danger to others,” citing evidence that he’s a “verified member of MS-13.” The court noted a “past, proven, and reliable source of infonnation [sic]” confirmed his gang membership, rank, and even his gang name. Abrego Garcia? Couldn’t rebut a word of it.

Oh, and it gets worse. 

Court records involving his wife, Jennifer Vasquez, paint him as a “violent” repeat wife-beater. Fox News got hold of Vasquez’s handwritten domestic violence allegations from 2021, and it’s grim. She wrote, “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he [has] left me.” 

She described him punching and scratching her eye until she bled, throwing her laptop on the floor, ripping her shirt and shorts off, and grabbing her arm hard enough to leave marks. Vasquez also recalled two incidents in 2020: “In November 2020, he hit me with his work boot. In August 2020, he hit me in the eye leaving a purple eye.” A real prince of a guy.

Then there’s Edwin Ramos, who claimed to be the father of two of Vasquez’s kids. He filed for custody, saying he was worried about the kids’ safety because Vasquez “is dating a gang member.” That’s not exactly a glowing character reference.

So, let’s recap: We’ve got an MS-13 gangster, a human smuggler’s ride, a human trafficking red flag, and a trail of domestic violence allegations. Yet some folks are out here crying for this guy to get a one-way ticket back to the States. You’ve gotta wonder what it takes to lose the sympathy vote, but then again, the same lefties who want Abrego Garcia returned to the US, are the same mouth-breathers who side with Hamas.

WOW! Feds paid companies to silence Trump, et al, on social media near 2020 election

Holy crap, Batman, what in G-d's name is going on?

Two reports published on  Friday and Saturday by Just the News, reveal the US federal government was responsible for the censorship of 20 news outlets during the 2020 election. Shades of China!

Our own government has been working with four private companies to flag make-believe election "misinformation" in order to censor it on social media platforms.

After Biden woke up and found himself in the White House, Just the News reported, the group of four was “rewarded” with millions of taxpayer dollars, and its misinformation by elimination continues today.

The bulk of the targeted groups were right of center, of course, and the outlets include Just the News, the New York Post, The Washington Times, The Washington Examiner, and the Epoch Times.

The group ironically calls itself the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP). It's typical leftist labeling to make it sound palatable when in reality it is the opposite of what it calls itself, you know, like Planned Parenthood. The only plan they have is to eliminate all traces of parenthood at the expense of an unborn child.

Anyway, these scumwafers put a list together of "repeat spreaders" of election misinformation of 2020. [The definition of "misinformation" in this case is anything that runs counter to your ideology.] The list included President Trump, his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump as well as other high-profile right-leaning people on social media.

The four members of the EIP group are the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab and Graphika, which deals in social media analytics.

In the EIP report of June 15, 2021, the group describes itself as an "information exchange" between entities such as "election officials, government agencies, civil society organizations, social media platforms, the media, and the research community." So they see themselves as the voice of truth and the final word in the political arena. Anyone disagreeing with them is spreading "misinformation" and even "disinformation." Shades of Pravda.

Specifically, the EIP identified what it saw as misinformation related to the 2020 election and processed “tickets” — created by the EIP and its partners — to flag that misinformation for the group’s social media and government partners.

These tickets were later used to asked Big Tech platforms to censor media outlets and “repeat spreaders,” including Trump and his family.

These butt-munchers could be coming after you next.

IRS must disclose if it criminally investigated Hill and Bill Clinton's foundation

It looks like the Clintons just got the bad news: a U.S. tax court judge has ordered the Internal Revenue Service to disclose whether it criminally investigated the Clinton Foundation.

This ruling was part of an ongoing case involving whistleblowers who have long alleged wrongdoing on the part of the charity which bears the name of former President Bill Clinton and his execrable wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Judge David Gustafson pointed to a “gap” in IRS records and said that the agency’s claim to have never criminally investigated the Clintons’ charity “was not supported by the administrative record and thus constituted an abuse of discretion.” In other words, someone's telling a fib and needs a 'time out'.

Most of the details of the Clinton Foundation case along with whistleblowers, Lawrence W. Doyle and John F. Moynihan, who are respected forensic financial investigators, according to Just the News, have remained sealed. However, the judge has now authorized his April 22nd ruling, which remanded the case back to the IRS Whistleblower Office, according to investigative reporter John Solomon on his Just the News outlet.

“The WO must further investigate to determine whether CI [criminal investigative division] proceeded with an investigation based on petitioners’ information and collected proceeds,” the ruling stated. “It seems clear we should remand the case to the WO so that it can explore this gap.”

Just the News noted that the judge also declined Doyle and Moynihan’s request to accept a deposition from an Arkansas state official or to compel discovery in the case. Gustafson determined that to do so would have been “outside the scope of proper discovery” and basically tossed away any hopes of a revelatory trial and means the Clintons will skate free, as the ruling class almost always does.

“Petitioners evidently look forward to a trial in which they hope to prove wrongdoing and tax evasion by the target entities and to prove dereliction of duty by the IRS,” he stated. “There will be no such trial in this case.”

However, the ruling helps to perpetuate long-standing allegations that the Clinton tag-team used their foundation to launder money for political favors from foreign nations.

In December 2018, Doyle and Moynihan testified before Congress that they had filed an IRS whistleblower complaint against the organization.

They alleged that the Clinton Foundation engaged in illegal foreign lobbying when it accepted donations from overseas while trying to influence U.S. policy.

The charity “began acting as an agent of foreign governments early in its life and throughout its existence,” Moynihan stated before a House panel.

“As such, the foundation should’ve registered under FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act). Ultimately, the Foundation and its auditors conceded in formal submissions that it did operate as a (foreign) agent, therefore the foundation is not entitled to its 501c3 tax-exempt privileges as outlined in IRS 170 (c)2,” he said.

The Clinton Foundation, in response, declared itself to be “one of the most heavily scrutinized charitable organizations in the world” which had nonetheless “demonstrably improved the lives of millions of people across America and around the world, while earning top ratings from charity watchdog groups in the process.”

And if you believe the scrutiny claim, I have a creampuff of a car to sell you.
