Penn Station stabbing suspect in custody, at least for now

Comrade Zohran Mamdani

Five commuters were stabbed at New York’s Penn Station late Sunday night in what authorities are calling a “random attack” by a “deranged man,” which in modern New York political terminology means “a vibrant expression of urban diversity.”

The suspect is in custody, at least until the city’s revolving-door justice system remembers that accountability is problematic and decides he deserves a taxpayer-funded second, third, or seventeenth chance, depending on his melatonin level and political affiliation.

The bloody attack has once again raised concerns about public safety in the city, particularly with President Trump scheduled to be directly above Penn Station tonight at Madison Square Garden for Game 3 between the Knicks and Spurs. Apparently, even attending a basketball game in Manhattan now comes with the ambiance of a live-action crime documentary.

Five victims were hospitalized, including one with serious injuries.

The rampage reportedly began shortly after 7 p.m. at the busy Midtown transit hub. According to officials, victims suffered injuries ranging from minor to severe before Amtrak police apprehended the suspect.

An Amtrak spokesperson confirmed the arrest, while stunned commuters posted images online showing police tending to bleeding victims in the station.

The New York Times reported that six individuals were stabbed, including the suspect himself, who reportedly suffered “minor injuries,” proving once again that in New York, the criminal often winds up getting nearly as much sympathy as the people he attacked.

New Yorkers also learned from the Daniel Penny saga that intervening to stop violent chaos can be a faster route to prosecution than actually committing the violence. So naturally, most commuters now keep their heads down and pray they are not the next contestant in Gotham’s nightly lottery of urban disorder.

Meanwhile, Democrats continue insisting Americans should abandon their cars and embrace public transit while refusing to address the violent crime, rampant homelessness, untreated mental illness, and general lawlessness that make many people avoid public transit in the first place.

It's beginning to sound like London's mayor trying to ban knives because they're used in terrorist [Islamist] attacks on Londoners.

Naturally, Mayor Zohran Mamdani responded with the kind of sterile bureaucratic statement that sounds like it was generated by an AI trained entirely on diversity seminar pamphlets.

“I’ve been briefed on the horrific stabbing at Penn Station. Based on the information available right now, six people were stabbed and the alleged perpetrator is in custody following a swift response from the Amtrak Police Department,” he wrote on X.

He almost added: "My heart goes out to the real victim in this incident, the man who was fed up with the system and went on a stabbing spree."

“My heart is with everyone who was injured, [whatever that actually means] their loved ones, and all those shaken by this unacceptable violence. I’m wishing each of the victims a full and speedy recovery. I’m grateful to the Amtrak Police Department and the first responders who acted quickly to apprehend the suspect and provide emergency care. There are currently no impacts to Amtrak service. My administration is in contact with Amtrak officials as they investigate this incident.”

Noticeably absent from the statement was any serious plan to stop criminals from terrorizing commuters in the first place. But perhaps that would conflict with the Mamdani governing philosophy that crime is less a criminal issue and more a misunderstood form of economic self-expression.

Under the progressive worldview, the real villain is not the guy stabbing strangers at Penn Station. It is apparently “systemic inequity,” “housing insecurity,” or insufficient access to taxpayer-funded artisanal co-ops.

And because this is New York City, there is a very good chance the suspect already has a rap sheet long enough to qualify as serialized fiction. Odds are he has been arrested repeatedly, released repeatedly, and excused repeatedly, all in the name of “equity” and “criminal justice reform.” After all, isn't he the real victim here?

At some point, normal people begin to notice the pattern. The city arrests violent offenders, progressive activists demand compassion, leftist judges release them, politicians hold press conferences, and commuters continue bleeding on subway platforms while the ruling class lectures everyone about the importance of taking mass transit to save the planet.

Maybe this is all a secret plan to lower the planet's population for the sake of the environment. Who knows?

Illinois justice system leaks like a sieve

Here's your daily dose of "sanctuary city" insanity, brought to you by the People's Republic of Illinois.

While the rest of the country is trying to get dangerous illegal aliens off the streets, Governor Jabba the Hutt (D-IL) and Chicago's own Brandon "Let's Defund Everything But Illegal Aliens" Johnson have apparently decided that child rapists and murderers deserve a second, or third, or fourth chance to roam free. ICE just dropped a letter that ought to make every law-abiding Illinois resident's blood boil.

Since January 2025, the Land of Lincoln has released a jaw-dropping 1,768 criminal illegal aliens who had active ICE detainers. You know, the little piece of paper that says, "Hey, local jail, hold this guy so we can deport him." But no, Illinois said "catch and release" is their new state fish., and these aren't jaywalkers or litterbugs. We're talking:
Attempted murder
Aggravated sexual assault
Aggravated kidnapping
Predatory criminal sexual assault of a child (yes, you read that right)
Child abduction
Multiple homicides
Todd Lyons, the acting ICE director, was blunt about the problem: "These offenders should be swiftly removed from the United States … and not be returned to our streets to wreak havoc on law-abiding citizens."

Instead, Illinois Democrats are basically rolling out the red carpet: "Welcome back to the neighborhood, here's your get-out-of-jail-free card!" It's suicidal for everyone except those who run this s**t show.

There are still another 4,015 criminal aliens sitting in state and local custody with pending detainers, including 51 tied to homicides and over 800 sexual-predatory offenses, who could be sprung any day thanks to Governor "Pass the Gravy" Pritzker and Johnson's open contempt for federal law.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem showed up in Illinois on August 8 and torched the dynamic duo to their faces. Good for her. Someone had to say it out loud, but what effect it will have is probably nil.

Lyons closed his letter with the question every taxpayer in Illinois deserves an answer to: Is the state going to "change course or continue releasing violent offenders who may otherwise walk the streets of Illinois again?"

It's time the Illinois government stop treating ICE detainers like they're suggestions on a Chinese takeout menu and instead put public safety ahead of their woke virtue-signaling. But don't hold your breath hoping Pritzker is suddenly going to grow a spine underneath all that adipose tissue. The bulbous billionaire heir and his light-on-crime mayor would rather let another child get assaulted than admit Trump-era immigration enforcement had a point because it's actually working in places other than Illinois.

Illinois taxpayers, enjoy the "sanctuary" you voted for. The rest of us will be over here praying we don't end up on the wrong side of one of these monsters the state just set loose.

WOW! Trump was an FBI informer on Epstein and the Left's narrative just imploded

House Speaker Mike Johnson just dropped a nuke on the Epstein saga that nobody saw coming. In a CNN grilling by Manu Raju, Johnson was defending Trump's use of 'hoax' to describe the Epstein files mess when he casually let slip a bombshell: Donald Trump was an FBI informant against Jeffrey Epstein.

Whoop-dee-doo-- you read that right; Trump was actually helping the feds take him down.

"What Trump is referring to is the hoax that the Democrats are using to try to attack him," Johnson said, swatting away the tired narrative. "He has never said or suggested or implied, I've talked to him about this many times, many times. He is horrified. It's been misrepresented. He's not saying that what Epstein did is a hoax. It's a terrible, unspeakable evil. He believes that himself."

Then came the mic-drop moment.

"When he first heard the rumor, he kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago. He was an FBI informant to try to take this stuff down," Johnson said, confirming for the first time that Trump was working with the feds to nail Epstein. Let that sink in.

Johnson didn't stop there. He made it crystal clear Trump was repulsed by Epstein’s crimes.

"The president knows and has great sympathy for the women who have suffered these unspeakable harms. It’s detestable to him. He and I have spoken about this as recently as 24 hours ago," he said. Then Johnson called out the Democrats for their selective outrage. "What he's talking about is the Democrats who are doing this with impure motives. If they cared so much about this, why didn't they do something during the four years of the Biden administration when the Biden DOJ had all the records? They didn’t say a word about it. Now, they're doing it for political purposes."

Sound familiar? Johnson says it's the same old playbook. "They’re creating a hoax, just like they did with the Russian dossier, because they think it's going to somehow be mud thrown on him. It's not. He has no culpability in this thing at all. The president has clean hands. He wants all the records out. He has told me that himself."

When Raju pushed on whether Trump should meet with Epstein's victims, because, of course, the media loves a gotcha, Johnson didn't flinch. "I suspect he probably will. Yeah, he has great compassion for them," he said. "The President has a very compassionate heart. He hates the fact that these women suffered those wrongs. He hates what Epstein is accused of and who he was."

Johnson doubled down, pointing out Trump cut ties with Epstein long before it was trendy. "When he recognized that, he realized Epstein wasn't just some sort of, you know, socialite. He was an evil person, and, you know, alleged to have been involved in evil schemes. And the president distanced himself, before he was president, from that because that’s not who he is."

This is the kind of revelation that should have the left's heads exploding. For years, they've been trying to tie Trump to Epstein's crimes, and now we find out he was helping the FBI? Crickets from the legacy media, naturally. They're too busy clutching their pearls to report something that doesn’t fit the narrative. Meanwhile, Trump's out here with clean hands, calling for the files to be released, and the X-sphere's already buzzing with reactions. The truth’s a tough pill for some to swallow.

Suck it up, Democrats.

Kashyap (Kash) Patel will shut FBI HQ and move 1500 agents out of DC

In a strong move that’s sure to shake up the swamp, FBI Director Kash Patel dropped a bombshell on Fox Business, announcing that the FBI is pulling the plug on its Washington, DC headquarters and shipping 1,500 agents out of the Beltway bubble where they might actually have to do some field work away from a desk.

This is a deliberate gut-punch to the bloated bureaucracy that’s been festering in the National Capital Region for far too long.

Patel laid it out plain and simple: “The FBI is 38,000 when we're fully manned, which we're not. In the National Capital Region, in the 50-mile radius around Washington, DC, there were 11,000 FBI employees. That's like a third of the workforce. A third of the crime doesn't happen here. So, we're taking 1,500 of those folks and moving them out.”

Yes, a third of the FBI’s workforce was sitting in DC, where the real action isn’t. Patel’s fix? Get those agents out to where the crime actually is.

“Every state's getting a plus up,” Patel declared, promising a nationwide boost in FBI presence. The relocation process, he said, will take about nine months. Then, in a classic Patel power move, he casually tossed in a major announcement on Fox Business: “I didn't know that I was going to do this, but I'm going to announce it on your show anyway, this FBI is leaving the Hoover Building because this building is unsafe for our workforce.”

That’s right—the iconic but crumbling J. Edgar Hoover Building is getting the boot. Good riddance to a relic that’s been more of a symbol of entrenched power than a functional workplace.

Patel didn’t hold back about why this matters. “What we want the American men and women to know, if you're going to come work at the premier law enforcement agency in the world, we're going to give you a building that's commensurate with that and that's not this place.”

So the FBI’s getting a serious upgrade, and it’s about time.

He also made it clear this shake-up is about inspiring the next generation of agents. “Steps from the FBI will ‘inspire folks in America to become Intel analysts and agents that say, ‘We want to go work at the FBI because we want to go fight violent crime, and we want to get sent out to the country to do it,’” Patel said.

Kash is a guy who gets it—less desk-jockeying in DC, more boots on the ground taking down bad guys.

Before taking the FBI Director position, Patel was already vocal about wanting to torch the Hoover Building’s legacy of dysfunction, and under his watch, the FBI’s been racking up wins. Earlier this month, they nabbed 200 suspected child predators nationwide. That’s the kind of results-driven leadership the Trump administration is banking on.

No wonder applications to join the FBI are through the roof since Patel took the helm.

If you enjoy my blog, feel free to toss a virtual coffee my way on Buy Me a Coffee – it’s like a high-five with caffeine, and coffee keeps me focused. No pressure, it's your call.

The left will probably lose their minds over this, whining about “disrupting” their precious DC status quo, but for the rest of America, Patel’s plan is a breath of fresh air. Drain the swamp, Kash—starting with that decrepit Hoover Building.

Ex-Rep. George Santos sobs after sentencing handed out in corruption case

Sometimes actions have consequences for politicians

Notorious serial liar George Santos — the disgraced former congressman who scammed donors to fuel his winning campaign — broke down into sobs Friday as he learned his fate in a sprawling federal corruption case. The wayward, openly gay ex-Long Island pol, exposed for fibbing about much of his life story, was sentenced to seven years and three months behind bars by Central Islip federal court Judge Joanna Seybert.

“Everyone hates George Santos,” his defense attorney, Robert Fantone Jr., pleaded for leniency. “Everyone’s got flaws, but he’s got more than the rest of us.” Fantone argued Santos’ reputation was already so trashed he’d pay for it his whole life.

Santos, ordered to cough up $373,000 in restitution, wept as he told the judge he’d learned his lesson. “I betrayed the confidence instilled in me by my constituents,” he said. But Seybert wasn’t buying it. “Where is the remorse?” she snapped. “I have searched in vain … but I can’t find a reason to be lenient.”

The 36-year-old pleaded guilty in August to federal wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, admitting he defrauded donors and used the names of dozens — including family and friends — to falsely inflate his contributor count. Santos, who served less than a year in the House repping parts of Queens and Nassau County until his historic expulsion in December 2023, now hawks $100 personalized videos on Cameo. He posted “Soon” with prayer hand emojis on X hours before sentencing but dodged reporters at court.
Prosecutors pushed for the max seven years, citing Santos’ lack of genuine remorse, including X posts calling himself a “scapegoat” and blasting the Department of Justice. His lawyers countered he was “profoundly sorry,” claiming he was just upset over the harsh sentencing recommendation.

US Attorney John Durham didn’t hold back outside court, blasting Santos’ “disgraceful and greedy conduct.” “Santos’ blatant corruption is an affront to our electoral process,” Durham said, praising Seybert’s 87-month sentence.

Navy veteran Richard Osthoff, who accused Santos of stealing thousands from a fundraiser for his sick dog, called the ex-rep’s tears “crocodile tears.” “That wasn’t real. He’s not remorseful,” Osthoff sneered. “Have fun, George.”

Santos’ lies unraveled after his 2022 election, with fabrications about graduating from NYU and Baruch College and working at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs — none of it true. A 23-count indictment in May 2023 accused him of laundering campaign funds, lying to Congress about his wealth, collecting unemployment while employed, and splurging on designer clothes, Botox, and luxe vacations. His former treasurer, Nancy Marks, pleaded guilty to fraud conspiracy and faces sentencing next month, with prosecutors eyeing three-and-a-half to four years for her.

Santos, who must surrender July 25, requested a northeast prison but was denied protective custody by Seybert, who saw no evidence he needed it. In a Tuesday NY1 interview, he admitted he can’t afford the restitution and fears for his safety in prison. Tough luck, George — the Ferragamo-wearing fibber’s finally facing the music.

Busted! Commie arrested in Molotov cocktail attack at Las Vegas Tesla shop: faces federal charges

Well, folks, it seems like a commie in Vegas have traded in his hammer and sickle for a Molotov cocktail and a can of spray paint. Paul Hyon Kim, a 36-year-old genius, decided to channel his inner anarchist and torch a few Teslas at a dealership last week.

Nothing says "workers' paradise" like setting fire to some sweet electric rides, right?

The Las Vegas Metro Police nabbed this Einstein on Wednesday after he allegedly turned at least five cars into a barbecue on March 18 at the local Tesla Collision Center. Kim's facing a laundry list of charges longer than a CVS receipt—destruction of property, arson, and possessing a fire device.

Sounds like he’s ready for the big leagues!

But hang on, there’s more. The feds are jumping in on the action too.

Spencer Evans, the FBI’s top guy in Vegas, told reporters on Thursday that Kim’s got some federal charges coming his way. Evans dropped this gem: "There's nothing courageous or noble about firebombing private property and terrorizing your local community."

Boom! Tell it like it is, Spence. He went on: "The self-righteous mob that's cheering you on today to commit acts of violence on their behalf will leave you high and dry and forget about you tomorrow. And at the end of the day, you and you alone will be held responsible and face the prospect of a lengthy prison sentence." Preach, brother! Sounds like Kim’s about to learn that revolution comes with a side of jail time.

Here’s how it went down: Kim rolled up in a black Hyundai Elantra—real subtle—then strolled over to the Tesla joint decked out in gloves, black clothes, and a concealed face. This guy’s watched one too many spy flicks. He allegedly took a rifle to the surveillance cameras—because who needs evidence?—and spray-painted "resist" on the front doors. Deep, man. Oh, and they found an unlit Molotov cocktail in one of the cars. Guess he forgot the matches or couldn't count to six.

The police say Kim’s social media is a treasure trove of communist fanboy posts and Palestinian cause shoutouts. His DNA matched samples from the scene—shocker!—and when they raided his place and cars, they hit the jackpot: rifles, a shotgun, a handgun, gun parts, and enough ammo to start a small militia.

This isn’t a solo act either. Tesla dealerships and factories have been under siege lately, mostly by folks ticked off at Trump and Elon Musk. Why? Elon’s not just the Tesla kingpin—he’s also stirring the pot at the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, which sounds like a cryptocurrency but is actually a government gig.

The haters are out in force, and the FBI’s had enough. They’ve teamed up with the ATF to form a task force to squash these pyromaniacs like the cockroaches they are.

So, there you have it—another day, another leftist lunatic thinking he’s Che Guevara. Good luck in the slammer, Kimmy! Maybe they’ll let you spray-paint "resist" on your cell wall.

"Thanks for reading! If you’d like to toss a coffee my way, check out my Buy Me A Coffee—means a lot!"

Drug dealer freed by Biden charged with more drug crimes

Willie Frank "Bullethead" Peterson

Former alleged President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., granted clemency to an Alabama drug dealer among thousands of others. So it stands to reason and logic that out of the 2,500 felons unleashed by the Biden administration, some would recommit crimes and some might even commit murder because that is how felons often roll.

This particular drug dealer from Alabama named Willie Frank Peterson, 52, was arrested on Monday for alleged drug possession and having a gun; something the law frowns upon when it comes to felons.

Peterson was arrested in Dothan, a city of about 70,000 people in Southeast Alabama. He faces two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of illegally being in possession of a gun, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peterson had been cut loose by the Biden administration in January in order to rub it in the incoming President's [Trump] face that his handler [whoever that is] was still in charge. As mentioned, Biden and his magic autopen granted clemency to thousands of inmates convicted of drug charges. And why not--Biden must take a myriad of drugs just to stay alive.

In March 2023, Peterson pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and he was later sentenced to 75 months in prison. Biden commuted his sentence to 20 months and he was back out on the street as of January 21, 2025 doing what he knows best.

According to the Justice Department, Peterson sold cocaine to a guy named Kenneth Cherden Glasgow in 2018 and 2019. Glasgow [no, he isn't Scottish] is the half-brother of the race baiting activist Al Sharpton. He was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and was sentenced to 30 months in prison for tax evasion, mail fraud, and drug charges.

Meanwhile, in spite of all the illegal activities Al Sharpton committed, he is still free from jail and even has a failed tv show. [He uses his melanin as a protective shield.]

Biden mumbled that those whose sentences were commuted were “non-violent” offenders who had been given “disproportionately long sentences.”

Disproportionate to what? Murder? Drugs kill and people kill for drugs.

“Today, I am commuting the sentences of nearly 2,500 people convicted of non-violent drug offenses who are serving disproportionately long sentences compared to the sentences they would receive today under current law, policy, and practice,” Biden mush-mouthed at the time. “With this action, I have now issued more individual pardons and commutations than any president in U.S. history.”

Biden blathered that the individuals had “received lengthy sentences based on discredited distinctions between crack and powder cocaine” and “outdated sentencing enhancements for drug crimes.”

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy Me A Coffee or subscribe. Thank you.

That action came after Biden commuted the sentences of 1,500 people, issued 39 pardons for individuals convicted of non-violent crimes, and gave a mass pardon for people convicted of marijuana possession.

Let's wait and see how many more of those released get caught in a criminal act.

ICE re-arrests illegal alien who was charged with attempted rape after MA court cut him free

A Massachusetts court poo-pooed an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer request for a man accused of kidnapping and several sex crimes.

Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla, a 46-year-old from the Dominican Republic, faces charges including assault to rape, kidnapping, two counts of indecent assault and battery on someone 14 or older, and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, 5 golden rings, 4 calling birds, and a partridge in a pear tree. ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Boston took Pena-Casilla into custody, pointing out how serious the accusations are.

“Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla stands accused of some very serious offenses against a Massachusetts resident,” said acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde of ERO Boston. “We hold a sacred duty to protect the residents of our communities, and we will continue to do so by apprehending and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from our neighborhoods. Today, another victim in Massachusetts no longer needs to fear their predator.”

Pena-Casilla illegally entered the United States, along with a whole host of illegal aliens, near Eagle Pass, Texas, in January 2023. He was then put into ICE's Alternatives to Detention program and was supposed to be removed from the country, but he was let go on his own recognizance because law and order for some jurisdictions is just a suggestion under the Biden administration.

The scumcrumpet was arraigned on July 15 at Dorchester District Court. Before the arraignment, ICE issued a detainer to the Boston Police Department, and later sent another to the Nashua Street Jail managed by the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office. Despite this, the Dorchester District Court released Pena-Casilla on bail with GPS monitoring the following day, disregarding ICE's request to detain him.

On September 11, Pena-Casilla was indicted by Suffolk County Superior Court on the same charges, causing the Dorchester District Court to dismiss its case on September 13. He is currently held in ERO custody and is probably hoping to be let loose again.

Ex-FBI Agent Convicted of Stealing Money, including a J6er

Nicholas A. Williams, a former FBI agent, repeatedly stole money during searches, including a search on a January 6 protestor.

Williams, a former FBI agent, stole over $10,000 while conducting searches. He's now looking at up to 10 years in federal prison and could be fined as much as $250,000. He was found guilty in September and will learn his sentence next month. This case sheds light on the corruption issues within the FBI, pointing to the urgent need for changes in the agency. It also brings attention to how January 6th protesters have been treated unfairly.

Federal court documents, as reported by Houston Public Media, reveal that Williams, serving in the criminal violent gang and counterterrorism squads, "embezzled and wrongfully converted" $1,200 during a search warrant execution in December 2020 in Houston. Then, in March 2022, he stole over $4,000 while carrying out another search at a residence.

One of the victims was the aforementioned peaceful J6 protester who was just inside the Capitol, The People's House, without causing any disturbance:

The third theft happened on Jan. 12, 2023, when Williams took over $1,500 and several silver bars from someone under investigation for being part of the Jan. 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol. In February, Alexander Fan admitted to a federal misdemeanor charge for being inside the U.S. Capitol during the protest and was sentenced to 12 months in prison.

Williams pulled off two more thefts in July and September 2023. The FBI reported that he also took several phones from the department in 2022 and wrongly used a government credit card.

The total value of the cash and items he stole was over $10,000. He used this money to purchase firearms and their accessories.

According to Houston Public Media, Williams has entered a plea agreement. As part of this deal, he must fully cooperate with any future federal investigations.

And now, with Kash Patel set to head the FBI, maybe he can get the agency squared away.

Lyin' Joe and the pardoning of Hunter's crimes

"They can't touch you now, son."

Alleged President Joe Biden said that nobody is above the law but he left out the word 'almost'. As most people know by now, Joe has pardoned his son, Hunter, 54, of every crime he has committed for an entire decade of committing crimes.

Here are the crimes Hunter has been officially charged with:
1. Tax Evasion. He had been indicted on nine counts, including not one, not two but three felonies for tax evasion including filing a false or fraudulent tax return for tax years 2016 through 2019. Also he failed to file and pay taxes and was accused of not paying $1,400,000 in self-assessed federal taxes and using funds for his 'high' lifestyle.
2. Illegal firearm possession. He was convicted on three felony charges regarding the purchase of a gun in 2018, and this included making a false statement on the question as to whether he used drugs. [And you may recall that Hunter disposed of the weapon in a dumpster located near a school, which is another crime.]

Alleged Crimes that did not result in formal charges:
1. Money Laundering, tax fraud, and additional financial misconduct. His laptop, which turned out not to be Russian collusion, had information on it that show possible violations like money laundering and tax fraud.

2. Violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). It had been alleged that Biden needed to register as a foreign agent based on his business dealings in China, Russia, Ukraine and Romania. Being above the law and possibly knowing Daddy would pardon  him, he did not register.

3. Drug offenses. Reports, claims and photos suggest Hunter's involvement with drug [and prostitutes] but this has not been formally charged because he is the son of the U.S. President.

4. Sex related crime. Hunter's laptop depicted him as a whoring drug-addled son-of-a-president, but no charges have been filed, and if there had been, his daddy would pardon him anyway.
Although Biden previously said he would not pardon Hunter, he now claims that his son was "singled out," [unlike the J6 protesters who were not].

The pardon came before Hunter was expected to be sentenced on the gun and tax evasion crimes that he was convicted of in December.

No prison time for the friends and families of the elite.

“No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong,” President Biden said.

In other words, if you or I evaded paying our taxes to the tune of millions, bought a gun illegally and lied on the federal form for the purchase, then disposed of it in a dumpster near a school, and laundered money from Russia, Ukraine, China and Romania as it was earmarked for political influence, we would be forgiven by the President, even if we were not related to him or were his pal.

If you believe that nonsense, then you might also believe that snakes have hips.

ICE warns Gov. Hochul after illegal alien is arrested in upstate NY

Democratic-run states may be aiding and abetting illegal aliens under the current failed administration, but as President-elect Trump is ready to get back into the White House, immigration and border officials made it clear that they will be following orders from Trump, not from governors who want to destroy the country.

Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) criticized Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) while announcing the arrest of a wanted illegal immigrant in upstate New York. The Brazilian national had numerous charges against him in the U.S. and Brazil.

“The men and women of ERO [Enforcement and Removal Operations] will continue to protect our communities from dangerous offenders, regardless of what the governor of New York state says,” Buffalo Field Office Director Thomas Brophy said in a statement. “We will not be deterred by politicians putting votes over protecting the citizens of this nation.”

Well said.

The illegal alien was wanted for strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child in the U.S. and is under investigation in Brazil for several crimes, including murder. The arrest of the scumcrumpet came within days of one another and had a final order of removal.

“These cases highlight the dangers of ‘sanctuary’ jurisdictions and state policies that obstruct law enforcement from cooperating with ERO,” Brophy said.

The question now is whether the Democrat governors will go along with ICE officials who will do their job in which Trump had promised mass deportation before he was elected. The ball is in their court: the governors can either help with the removal and deportations of illegal aliens, get out of the way, or make it difficult to carry out Trump's plans.

Although Hochul called Trump just days after he won the election to “reaffirm” their cooperation, we have yet to learn whether she will cooperate with the incoming administration's plans.

On the other hand, New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) spoke out of both sides of his mouth as he begged Trump to “fix the border” while also saying he does not support mass deportations. He will obviously say anything to stay in office.

Nearly 500,000 illegal immigrants are in New York City, with over 220,000 of them who have arrived in New York City since spring 2022.

Trump's pick for border czar, Tom Homan, is the former heado of Immigration and Customs Enforcement during Trump's first administration. Homan has promised to close the border and it's very probable that he will be successful, as he warned those who refuse to cooperate with the incoming administration that there will be consequences.

Illegal alien arrested for raping child with force--after court released him

While the Democrats would like us to focus on joy and rainbows and not the fact that Kamala Harris was second in command for the past four years, the economy is in the crapper and illegal immigration is a huge problem. Our so called "Border Czar" was as useless as a chicken wire fence to keep out dust, but she likely was told not to stop the flow of illegal aliens because they are the plan for the future of the Democratic Party one-party takeover.

There are no less than 11,000,000 illegal aliens who have come across the make believe border into the United States and while all of them have broken the law, there are many who have done so in their country of origin. Many are thieves, and a substantial number are murderers. And while this is a problem overall, the "sanctuary" towns and cities have made things much worse.

For example, an illegal alien from Guatemala, Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas, 38, was arrest. What are the charges?  Aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child with force. This illegal alien slime-ball was arrested in Lowell, Massachusetts on September 20.

“Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas stands accused of horrific crimes against a Massachusetts child,” said ERO Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde. “He represents a significant danger to the children of our community that we will not tolerate. ERO Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and removing egregious noncitizen threats from our New England neighborhoods.”

Kamala Harris was hoping to secure his vote.

Hernandez unlawfully entered the United States on an unknown date, at an unknown location and without inspection, admission or parole by a U.S. immigration official. Yes, he faced no inspection upon entering the country and his background was unknown.

But what is known is that on September 16, 2011 he was convicted for the breach of peace in Bridgeport, Connecticut and was sentenced to six months in prison followed by a six-month suspended sentence and one year probation.

The Norwalk, Connecticut, District Court convicted this illegal alien on May 15, 2016, for the offense of breach of peace and issued him a $100 fine.

The Lowell Police Department arrested Hernandez June 14, 2024, for aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child with force.

ERO Boston lodged an immigration detainer against Hernandez with the MCHOC June 28.

The Middlesex Superior Court arraigned Hernandez Sept. 4 for aggravated rape of a child with force and rape of a child by force.

The Middlesex Superior Court ignored ERO Boston’s immigration detainer and released this human vermin from custody on an unknown date.

So, he served a six-month sentence for a 2011 conviction for breach of peace but was not deported.

He was convicted five years later, again of breach of peace, was hit with a $100 fine, but was not deported.

Finally, in 2024, he was arrested in Lowell for the horrendous charges noted above: Aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child with force. That was on June 14th. On June 28th, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston filed an immigration detainer. Hernandez was arraigned on September 4th on those charges. The Middlesex Superior Court, after that, ignored the immigration detainer and put Hernandez back on the street.

Now, of course, ERO Boston has finally caught up with Hernandez and, as of September 20th, he is back where he belongs, in the slammer.

That's one vote Harris will not be able to count on for now.

Feds raid homes of NYC Mayor Eric Adams' top aides

People judge you by the friends you keep. In politics, people are judged by the people to whom they give top government positions. In the case of the Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, his top aides' homes have been raided by federal law enforcement agents this week.

This is what appears to be a new criminal investigation unrelated to the other investigation--federal corruption into Adams and his campaign which is alleged to be tied to the Turkish government.

According to a local NBC News affiliate, the FBI executed search warrants at the home of Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Philip Banks and a home shared by First Deputy Mayor Sheena Wright, and Schools Chancellor David Banks.

In addition, investigators also seized personal phones of New York City Police Commissioner Edward Caban and Timothy Pearson, the mayor's senior adviser, according to the former newspaper, The New York Times. The rag also said the a consultant, Terence Banks' home was searched--he is the brother of Philip and David Banks.

“Investigators have not indicated to us the mayor or his staff are targets of any investigation,” City Hall lawyer Lisa Zornberg said. “As a former member of law enforcement, the mayor has repeatedly made clear that all members of the team need to follow the law.”

What a concept.

The criminal investigation is being run out of the Southern District of New York, which focuses on government corruption cases and is also conducting the separate criminal investigation into Adams.

Last month, The New York Times reported that prosecutors in the case involving the Turkish government recently issued a new round of grand jury subpoenas as part of their criminal investigation. These subpoenas include Mayor Adams himself, who is now under investigation.

Up until this development, the publicly available information indicated that prosecutors were primarily focusing on his campaign, not directly on the mayor, despite having seized his electronic devices last year.

The investigation is looking into whether Adams’ election campaign got illegal donations from the Turkish government. They are checking to see if Adams did anything in return since he has strong connections with Turkey.

The investigation is focusing on free upgrades the mayor got on Turkish Airlines flights and on Adams pushing the then-Fire Commissioner, Daniel A. Nigro, in 2021 to let the Turkish government use a new high-rise consulate in Manhattan temporarily. Fire officials hadn't approved the building because it wasn't safe enough.

Adams' alleged actions allowed the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to lead the opening of their 35-story tower in September 2021. Fire officials said the building had serious fire safety problems. The building, which cost $300 million, is the most expensive project by a foreign country.

Mayorkas says Biden's border plan is working: "We got 'em where we want 'em"

You say allowing ISIS terrorists into the country through the southern border with Mexico is a bad thing. The Biden administration disagrees with you.

Why?

Because "now we know where ISIS is hiding out, and it so happens to be in plain sight," the embattled Department of homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claims. "We have them where we want them, which is in our country where we can monitor their behavior.

"President Biden's tough vetting procedures are unprecedented. We know if we're letting in a terrorist, rapist, chronic drunk driver, thief or otherwise scumbag," he said. "By thinking they can come into the country without our being aware of who they are, and where we can keep a watchful eye on them, and when they rape our women and girls, kill our neighbors, rob our stores, we will know where to find them, especially if they don't run and hide, is their mistake."

"We screen the crap out of our migrants coming here and we vet them head to toe. If we learn of derogatory information after the screening process, we have them write where they'll be staying and hold them to it on the honor system. It's practically infallible, especially after they commit a crime," Mayorkas said.

Young hopefuls showng their appreciation of the Biden Administration

Rather than deporting illegal aliens, the Democratic Party is advocating for them to be allowed to vote in our elections.

"Nothing says 'tough love' than to make it clear to migrants who want a better life with benefits and lodging than to say, "Vote, comrades. Vote. But remember who let you vote and lets you stay in our beautiful country. Do not vote the wrong way if you know what's good for you, which I'm sure you do," the DHS Secretary added.

Illegal alien arrested for daylight rape of 13-year-old girl in Queens, NY

Photo: Fox News

How long are we going to stand for it when illegal aliens are not stopped from crossing the border into the country and then go on to commit horrendous crimes?

An Ecuadorian illegal alien was taken into NYPD custody after being held by good samaritan until police arrived. He was charged in a daylight attack of two 13-year-olds, a boy and girl, tied them together and raped the girl in Kissena Park, in Queens, NY.

According to police, the illegal alien wielded a machete and approached the children and tied them together. An NYPD spokesperson confirmed that a person of interest was in custody but didn't provide further details. Additionally, it is not at this time known whether the suspect was wearing a "Biden for President" pin,

The illegal alien [aka scumcrumpet] entered the country illegally in 2021, and like a trout in a fast-moving stream, he was caught and released and thus allowed to commit a horrible crime.

The rape took place on Thursday in Kissena Park, roughly three miles from Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets [go Yankees!]. It is also near the site of the 1964 World's Fair, where my friend C.J. and I ate our fair share of Belgium waffles. It is also near the U.S. Open, and this is the neighborhood where the young girl attended school.

The NYPD offered a $10,000 reward for finding the perpetrator after they got a surveillance video of the illegal alien suspect on a bicycle.

The neighbors found him from his photo and held him down until police arrived after they called 911. Sadly, they merely held him until the police arrived--they did not beat him within a silly millimeter of his miserable miscreant life.

The two teen victims told police they were walking in the middle of the day when a man in his 20s approached them, showed them a blade and forced them into a wooded area. After tying them up, raping the girl, he then stole their cellphones and ran off.

Until now, the illegal alien had several low-level prior offenses, including subway fare jumping and drinking in public.

Police described him as a male Hispanic in his 20s with braces and a tattoo of a horned animal with red eyes on his chest. The animal most closely resembles the last goat with whom he had a relationship.

Trans Sec. Pete Buttigieg says DC is safe for him because he has armed security whenever he walks his dog

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg bragged about how safe Washington, D.C. is, especially for him. When he walks his dog, he doesn't worry about being mugged or harassed because he has an armed security detail with him.

But the arrogant incompetent former "Pothole Mayor" didn't mention the security detail when he appeared on MSNBC Sunday to proclaim the city is super duper safe and bragging that he can walk his dog ["Sam Brinton"] without getting molested to the Capitol. “You couldn’t do that when we all got here!” he said, implying that D.C. wasn't safe until the current houseplant alleged President came into office.

Bull pucks!

The guy is such an arrogant elitist that earlier this month he spoke about electric vehicles.  “I feel like it's the early 2000s and I'm talking to some people who think that we can just have landline phones forever.”

He is also a liar as when he tried to convince the public that he rides all the way to his office on a bicycle when it was video recorded that he gets a ride in an SUV with the bike in the back, removes it, and rides a block or so to the office for the sake of the camera.

Furthermore, the lie that D.C. is now safe under Biden is debunked by the actual numbers of homicides. The city experienced its deadliest year on over twenty years, with 274 people killed and a homicide rate that makes it among the deadliest cities in the country, as reported by the Washington Post, a hard left paper.

Violent crime his shot up almost 40 percent due largely to a spike in armed robberies and carjacking. In fact, D.C. has reported over 950 carjackings last year. And maybe there would be more bicycle jacking rings but people don't usually ride to work by bike without armed security, Pete.

Buttigieg speaks convincingly to those who would vote for a "D" shaped cow chip, but informed people know that anything he says doesn't smell right.

Migrant teen who shot at cops in Times Sq. to be tried as adult: no bail for the punk

The 15-year-old migrant from Venezuela who shot a tourist and fired at police with a "big boy" gun near Times Square on Thursday will be charged as an adult for attempted murder. The boy, who cried like a girl when caught, will be held without bail, so Kamala Harris can save her time and forget about the GoFundMe she might have considered.

The NYPD said the boy was charged on Friday afternoon with a long list of charges including two counts of attempted murder, assault, attempted assault and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

The Manhattan DA's office asked that the teen be held without bail as the evidence in the case is "very strong." They noted that the punk  "demonstrated that he is an extreme flight risk and is facing a long sentence of incarceration on this strong case, where he shot an innocent bystander in Times Square and then fired at the police officer who was trying to arrest him. The facts of this case are particularly serious, and the evidence is very strong."

The teen arrived in New York City from Communist Venezuela less than six months ago and was living in a taxpayer-funded shelter on the Upper West Side, just a stone's throw from millionaire hedge fund geniuses who voted Democrat.

It is unclear if the punk was in the country, legally or illegally, but don't bet against it.

Police said that the punk was captured on security video opening fire inside a sporting goods store in Times Square after a security guard stopped him with stolen merchandise.

The shot missed the security guard but struck a female Brazilian tourist in the leg as the punk and one of the other scumwafers bolted from the scene.

The fleeing migrant fired at least twice at a responding police officer, while a second officer apprehended the other fleeing migrant punk.

The NYPD quickly launched a search for the punk, calling him "armed and dangerous," but left off "cowardly" as we later discovered, when he cried like a Betsy Wetsy doll after he was caught Friday.

His next court appearance will be on Feb. 10 at the New York Supreme Criminal Court.

"The shooting incident last night in Times Square was way beyond reckless," Commissioner Edward Caban said at a Friday evening news conference to announce the arrest. "In the middle of the busiest, mostly highly-trafficked part of the city, a criminal with a firearm decides to pull the trigger."

"If you think you attack a member of this department, if you think you could threaten the lives of the very people who keep us safe. If you think you could put others at deadly risk and get away with it, then think again," Caban said. "We will never stop pursuing you. We will find you, and we will arrest you."

The shooting came less than two weeks after another group of migrants attacked cops in Timers Square.

Several suspects in that case have been indicted, but only one is being held in custody.

70 NYC Gov't employees arrested by feds: biggest single day bust for DOJ ever

New York City (D) -- Federal prosecutors in Manhattan charged 70 current and former New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) employees with accepting cash bribes from contractors in exchange for lucrative Housing Authority contracts, The New York Times reported.

This is a record bust for bribery charges ever filed in one day by the DOJ.

It was reported that the miscreants are accused of accepting over $2,000,000 in bribes from contractors for work on about 100 NYCHA buildings in all five boroughs: Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

More than $13 million in work was awarded, with the suspects typically getting 10% or 20% kickbacks, sometimes more, prosecutors said.

The suspects were arrested in handcuffs in a major raid Tuesday morning. The handcuffs weren't too tight as cops were able to get one finger into it.

“This culture of corruption at NYCHA ends today,” said Damian Williams, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York at a press conference Tuesday morning, calling it a “classic pay to play” scheme.

A large number of corruption incidents were with smaller contracts that weren't at first spotted. For example, if city contracts are below a $10,000 threshold, local development managers can award them without the mandatory bidding process used for larger contracts.

Lisa Bova-Hiatt, NYCHA’s chief executive, said the suspects “put their greed first and violated the trust of our residents, their fellow NYCHA colleagues and all New Yorkers.”

“We will not allow bad actors to disrupt or undermine our achievements,” she said.

Most of the suspects are Democrats, not that anyone reading this cares as all we want is justice.

At this time, there is a host of additional problems plague the city’s Housing Authority, which houses more than half a million New Yorkers across more than 2,400 buildings.

The NYCHA has been criticized for operating old buildings with rodents, leaky pipes, and broken elevators, as well as for its backlog of hundreds of thousands of people on the housing waiting list. The properties currently need about $78 billion worth of repairs.

At the same time, people are paying less rent to the agency than ever. In 2022, the Housing Authority collected a record low 65% of the rent it charged.

The city’s Housing Authority is the largest in the country and receives more than $1.5 billion in federal funding, which likely explains why they're not too worried about collecting all the rent owed.

Mayor Eric Adams, a Democrat, has emphasized affordable housing, announcing back in the fall an ambitious goal of 100,000 new homes to combat the city’s severe housing shortage. He also emphasized the city to be a sanctuary city but seems to be sorry he made the declaration.

Sen. Bob Menendez's wife accused of plotting to act as Egyptian agents in new indictment

Shady Senator Bob Menendez, his lovely wife Nadine, and an Egyptian-born businessman living in New Jersey were charged with another count of conspiracy for a public official to act as a foreign agents in a superseding indictment presented on Thursday.

Bobby "Bag-O-Donuts" Menendez, the 69-year-old New Jersey senator [for now] faces four counts in a case brought by Manhattan prosecutors. It accuses Bobby of accepting gold, cash, a Mercedes-Benz and other items in exchange for his influence to help Wael Hana and two others. They were all charged with helping Menendez, who was already accused of covertly lobbying his Senate colleagues to unfreeze $300,000,000 in military aid earmarked for Cairo officials, on behalf of Egypt without disclosing it to the US government.

Now Bobby and Nadine have been charged with an additional count of conspiracy for a public official to act as a foreign agent in a superseding indictment.

The new indictment includes damning details regarding an alleged May 2019 meeting in Bobby met in his Washington DC office with an Egyptian intelligence official to discuss Congress’s reservations about funding the Egyptian military in light of a 2015 Egyptian airstrike on a tourist group that seriously injured an American citizen.

At the time, some members of Congress were objecting to the US providing Egypt with military aid due to the attack, according to the court papers unsealed in Manhattan federal court.

Crime continues to soar in the Big Apple under Democrat Mayor Eric Adams: NYPD response time snail-like

Major crime in New York City under Democrat Mayor Eric Adams continues to rise like a phoenix out of the ashes during his first fiscal year in office, To make matters worse, the city's police response has slowed across the board as delineated in the mayor's yearly report. And the migrant situation in the Big Apple has made matters worse.

The 520-page Mayor’s Management Report says that felonies were mentioned nearly 127,000 times over fiscal 2023, a 6.4% increase over last year. The illegal alien crisis [or migrant crisis, as the report refers to the illegal alien crisis] was mentioned more than two dozen times, and it's obvious Adams is upset with the Biden administration for allowing open borders.

The only categories that saw any improvement were murder and rape--all remaining categories jumped up over the year.

But to make matters worse, average response times for all crimes slowed by nearly two minutes to 14 minutes and 24 seconds. Now if that doesn't provide a case for gun ownership by the law abiding citizen, then you're on the wrong side of the law.

Critical and serious crimes in progress showed sluggish responses, with critical active incidents slowing more than half a minute to 9 minutes and reports of serious crimes taking just over 13 minutes for a cop to arrive, which is more than a minute slower.

The New York Post reported the following crime stats from the mayor's office:
Murder was down 9% — 424 vs 465
Rape was down 7% — 1,088 vs 1,168
Robbery was up 5% — 17.047 vs 16,178
Felony assault was up 8% — 26,959 vs 25,034
Burglary was up 2% — 15,054 vs 14,793
Grand larceny was up 5% — 51,455 vs 49,227
Car theft was up 20% — 14,902 vs 12,448
The report also highlights the NYPD’s clear refocus on 'broken windows policing' — issuing 134,580 minor tickets, which is nearly double that last year.

Tickets for public drinking sky rocketed over the fiscal year under Adams, but did little to stop the bleeding.

However, the report highlighted the department’s successes in closing cases, noting that major felony arrests jumped to nearly 50,000, which was up about 7,000 collars.

Gun play throughout the city, a key focus under the Adams administration, dropped by 23% leading to 412 fewer victims of gun violence.

“The mayor is the first to say that there is always more work to do, but the public safety gains we’ve made over the last 20 months have ensured New York City has remained the safest big city in America,” City Hall spokesman Jonah Allon said.

“Under the mayor’s leadership, the city saw a downward trend in major crimes at the end of 2022 and major crime is down overall in 2023, year-to-date, including a double-digit decrease in shootings,” he added.

However, the number of families depending on the scandal-ridden Department of Homeless Services for shelters soared by 50 percent, an increase from the 8,500 to 12,700.

The overall number of folks in DHS shelters increased to 66,195 from 45,563 the year before.

This is how the left spells suckcess.
