ICE re-arrests illegal alien who was charged with attempted rape after MA court cut him free

A Massachusetts court poo-pooed an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer request for a man accused of kidnapping and several sex crimes.

Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla, a 46-year-old from the Dominican Republic, faces charges including assault to rape, kidnapping, two counts of indecent assault and battery on someone 14 or older, and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, 5 golden rings, 4 calling birds, and a partridge in a pear tree. ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Boston took Pena-Casilla into custody, pointing out how serious the accusations are.

“Emilio Jose Pena-Casilla stands accused of some very serious offenses against a Massachusetts resident,” said acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde of ERO Boston. “We hold a sacred duty to protect the residents of our communities, and we will continue to do so by apprehending and removing egregious noncitizen offenders from our neighborhoods. Today, another victim in Massachusetts no longer needs to fear their predator.”

Pena-Casilla illegally entered the United States, along with a whole host of illegal aliens, near Eagle Pass, Texas, in January 2023. He was then put into ICE's Alternatives to Detention program and was supposed to be removed from the country, but he was let go on his own recognizance because law and order for some jurisdictions is just a suggestion under the Biden administration.

The scumcrumpet was arraigned on July 15 at Dorchester District Court. Before the arraignment, ICE issued a detainer to the Boston Police Department, and later sent another to the Nashua Street Jail managed by the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office. Despite this, the Dorchester District Court released Pena-Casilla on bail with GPS monitoring the following day, disregarding ICE's request to detain him.

On September 11, Pena-Casilla was indicted by Suffolk County Superior Court on the same charges, causing the Dorchester District Court to dismiss its case on September 13. He is currently held in ERO custody and is probably hoping to be let loose again.
