SPLC Official Secreted Money to Her Neo-Nazi Lover

The Southern Poverty Law Center’s legal case just got a lot juicier after it was revealed that one of the organization’s leaders had a sexual relationship with an individual who belonged to a neo-Nazi group. She is now under scrutiny for allegedly helping to pay her lover $1.2 million in donor money, according to The New York Post.

The Department of Justice filed a superseding indictment against the SPLC accusing it of funneling donor cash to hate groups they were then telling donors they were fighting. It's like a fireman setting fires so he'd have the chance to put out fires.

One figure, referred to as “Employee-2” in the indictment, is described as a “person who would become Director of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project.”

It also describes how “Employee-2” wrote an article based on material stolen from National Alliance headquarters in 2014 and then paid off an informant to take the blame for the robbery.

Based on the details in the June 2 superseding indictment, “Employee-2” is believed to be Heidi Beirich, a 58-year-old fascism expert who was the director of intelligence at the Alabama-based anti-extremism nonprofit between 2012 and 2019.The indictment alleges Beirich was very close to the informant known only as “F-9” who “infiltrated the neo-Nazi organization National Alliance.”

“[Beirich] was also in a romantic relationship with F-9. During this relationship, [Beirich] and F-9 shared a house and two bank accounts,” the indictment alleges.

“Between 2015 and 2021, approximately $140,000 in donors’ money flowed from the SPLC operating account … and was ultimately deposited into the joint bank accounts held by F-9 and [Beirich].”

The indictment alleges that while the SPLC was paying the informant, he was raising money for the National Alliance. Beirich and the informant allegedly used the money to pay for personal expenses as well.

One of the SPLC’s sources broke into the National Alliance’s buildings, stole a number of documents, and took them out of town to make copies. The individual later returned the originals. The indictment claims the SPLC tried to conceal their informant’s identity by paying another informant to confess to the robbery.

Beirich used the information to write a report about the organization.

The National Alliance chairman William White Williams told the Post that some of the informants wanted to leave the organization and went to the SPLC for this purpose. However, the organization persuaded them to remain with the alliance and “get paid.”

The SPLC’s funding for informants took on a variety of forms. It paid white nationalists and Ku Klux Klan members thousands to spend on cross burnings and other activities.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is facing a slew of charges for allegedly defrauding donors. Prosecutors say the organization covertly paid more than three million dollars to informants in hate groups between 2014 and 2023. The organization allegedly failed to inform donors that they were using the money for this purpose.

The payments were concealed through shell companies and fake bank accounts, the Justice Department noted. The indictment includes eleven counts of wire fraud, bank fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said the organization was “doing the exact opposite of what it told its donors it was doing, not dismantling extremism, but funding it.”

In a shocking twist that surprises exactly no one who has followed the SPLC's long career of smearing grandmas who pray at abortion clinics as "hate groups" while raking in millions, it turns out the fearless Nazi-hunters were actually running a cozy little dating service for domestic terrorists. Nothing says "fighting extremism" like using donor cash to keep your boyfriend's neo-Nazi group flush with cash for whatever wholesome activities they had planned.

Who could have guessed that the group that labels everyone to the right of Bernie Sanders a dangerous bigot would end up in bed, literally, with the very monsters they claim keep them up at night? The SPLC: still the gold standard for turning tolerance into a six-figure grift.

Ex-FBI Agent Convicted of Stealing Money, including a J6er

Nicholas A. Williams, a former FBI agent, repeatedly stole money during searches, including a search on a January 6 protestor.

Williams, a former FBI agent, stole over $10,000 while conducting searches. He's now looking at up to 10 years in federal prison and could be fined as much as $250,000. He was found guilty in September and will learn his sentence next month. This case sheds light on the corruption issues within the FBI, pointing to the urgent need for changes in the agency. It also brings attention to how January 6th protesters have been treated unfairly.

Federal court documents, as reported by Houston Public Media, reveal that Williams, serving in the criminal violent gang and counterterrorism squads, "embezzled and wrongfully converted" $1,200 during a search warrant execution in December 2020 in Houston. Then, in March 2022, he stole over $4,000 while carrying out another search at a residence.

One of the victims was the aforementioned peaceful J6 protester who was just inside the Capitol, The People's House, without causing any disturbance:

The third theft happened on Jan. 12, 2023, when Williams took over $1,500 and several silver bars from someone under investigation for being part of the Jan. 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol. In February, Alexander Fan admitted to a federal misdemeanor charge for being inside the U.S. Capitol during the protest and was sentenced to 12 months in prison.

Williams pulled off two more thefts in July and September 2023. The FBI reported that he also took several phones from the department in 2022 and wrongly used a government credit card.

The total value of the cash and items he stole was over $10,000. He used this money to purchase firearms and their accessories.

According to Houston Public Media, Williams has entered a plea agreement. As part of this deal, he must fully cooperate with any future federal investigations.

And now, with Kash Patel set to head the FBI, maybe he can get the agency squared away.

Brooklyn court clerk skimmed about $500,000 transcript shows

Lori Argiro-DiPietro, a Brooklyn court clerk, slowly and methodically stole almost half a million dollars over the course of a decade from where she worked as a cashier in a Brooklyn courthouse.

The actual total of her loot came to about $473,000 at Brooklyn Supreme Court, according to a court transcript. [H/T The New York Post.]

Argiro-DiPietro, 56, was indicted in February when she pleaded not guilty on grand larceny, misconduct and tampering with public records for stealing over $69,000 by voiding cash transactions and filling her pockets with the dough.

She had worked for the court system for 37 years until she was terminated in August of last year, the Brooklyn District Attorney's office stated.

Argiro-DiPietro purchased a 3-bedroom home in Staten Island in 2011 for $407,000. She changed her not guilty plea September 6 to guilty and paid back the $69,515.50 she was originally charged with and was sent to prison on Rikers Island where she is taking a course in yammering, and is pending sentencing this week.

Prosecutors revealed at that hearing that the amount of money Argiro-DiPietro allegedly stole was a lot more than originally believed

Prosecutors had sought a six month jail sentence, plus five years probation for the alleged swindler — and said they may pursue the rest of the stolen funds by going after her in civil court or taking her pension.
But Judge Danny "Cut-em-Loose" Chun expects to hand out a much lighter punishment, he told the disgraced clerk, “given your lack of criminal record, the fact that you are willing to plead guilty early on and admit or take responsibility by admitting to your crime and the fact that you did provide some restitution in the amount of $69,515.”

The wheels of justice just got greased.

Gender confused ex-Biden guy Sam Brinton was on secret trip when he stole luggage and jewelry

Fox News reported that ex-Biden employee Sam ["The Something"] Brinton, a confused and embattled lipstick and dress wearing former senior Department of Energy official, had been traveling on the taxpayer's dime on a business trip when he stole a high-profile baggage last year, internal Biden administration documents show.

Brinton was traveling in early July 2022 to the DOE Nevada National Security Site near Las Vegas, according to internal filings and expense reports by the DOE. A watchdog group Functional Government Initiative (FGI) shared this with Fox News Digital.

Brinton flew on a United Airlines commercial flight from Washington, D.C., to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on July 6, 2022, the documents showed.

In early December, Las Vegas prosecutors charged the gender confused Brinton with grand larceny of an item valued between $1,200 and $5,000. After viewing video of the incident, police accused the ex-Biden official of stealing a suitcase with a total estimated worth of $3,670 at Harry Reid International Airport on July 6, 2022, the same day Brinton traveled to Las Vegas on official DOE business.

The stolen bag contained jewelry valued at $1,700, clothing worth $850 and makeup valued at $500.

"It’s outrageous that tax dollars transported Brinton to and from the scene of a crime, putting the American public unwittingly at the wheel of the getaway car," FGI spokesperson Peter McGinnis said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

It may be outrageous, but it's also as funny as hell. The Biden administration only hired this clown for diversity and identity politics. This is a guy seen in a dress in photos leading another guy dressed as a dog, on a leash. He almost makes Kamala Hahaharris look okay, but just almost.

"The federal government obviously needs a more stringent vetting process for senior-level positions," McGinnis added. "Senior officials committing petty crime while on the clock is a clear indication that something is dysfunctional in the personnel procedures."

Yes, maybe they should hire based on ability, not identity like they do, as in the case of Karine Jean-Pierre, a black lesbian woman who is incompetent and angry when people ask her hard questions.

In addition to arriving on July 6, 2022, Brinton stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip and departed on July 9, 2022. Overall, the total cost of the four-day trip was estimated to be $1,951.50, a DOE expense report filed in August 2022 showed.

The DOE didn't respond to a request for comment on the purpose of Brinton's trip because they are taking their lead from the Biden administration.

Brinton, like most Democrats hired by the Biden administration, did not spend any time in jail in the grand larceny case. He pleaded no contest in that effeminate voice he has, and had to pay $3670.74 to the victim in the case, and $500 in additional fees including a criminal fine and Clark County Judge Ann Zimmerman handed Brinton a 180-day suspended jail sentence, a sentence that doesn't need to be served, and ordered the mentally ill Brinton to "stay out of trouble."

Due to his proximity to the Biden administration, like Hunter Biden, Brinton also escaped jail time in a separate case involving the theft of a baggage worth a total of $2,325 from the luggage carousel at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on Sept. 16.

And Brinton was arrested yet again in May, in relation to another baggage theft, this time stemming from a 2018 incident at the Washington, D.C.-area Reagan National Airport.

I believe that after three counts of baggage theft, Brinton should be made to work the unloading of airline baggage for no less than three years at Ronald Reagan International Airport. The name of the airport itself should teach him a lesson.

Brinton was gone by December but the DOE was mute as to whether they canned him or he canned himself.

And this is a lunatic with a top level security clearance.

Then again, so is Joe Biden.

Nonbinary whatever Biden official Sam Brinton gets bagged again for stealing bags

Nonbinary: denoting, having, or relating to a gender identity that does not conform to traditional binary beliefs about gender, which indicate that all individuals are exclusively either male or female. [aka "sort of gender confused but sounding like you don't care."]

The Biden nuclear waste guy, Sam Brinton, was charged with grand larceny in Nevada. This is the second time he [although his ungrammatical pronoun is 'they,' I don't agree to his insanity becoming mine] has been accused of stealing in three months, as state records show.

Brinton is the Department Of Energy deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition. He was charged Thursday with grand larceny of an item valued between $1,200 and $5,000 in Las Vegas. So when it comes to luggage on airport carousels, what comes to Vegas doesn't necessarily stay in Vegas if this butt munch sees a woman's bag that he likes, while hoping to find dresses that fit him.

Records showed that an arrest warrant was issued for Brinton, a man who likes to have sex with men who pretend to be dogs.

Conspiracy theorists believe that it's Hunter Biden in dog costume

Brinton is scheduled to appear at a court hearing in Minnesota state court later this month to face similar charges from a September incident at the Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP). He grabbed a suitcase from the airport carousel worth $2,323 on Sept. 16, according to a criminal complaint filed Oct. 26. He was seen on airport video footage and then with using the same bag on two later trips to Washington, D.C. He admitted to taking the bag but blamed it on being tired [evidently for several following weeks in which he used it].

The second charge stems from another alleged luggage theft at Harry Reid International Airport. You remember Harry Reid--he was the guy who lied about Mitt Romney not paying any taxes. When asked about lying referring to Romney and the election, his answer was, "They can call it whatever they want. He didn't win, did he?" [See also Kamala Harris calling Joe Biden a racist.]

The DOE placed him on leave but offered no explanation. Dr. Kim Petry, an actual woman, is performing the duties of deputy assistant secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition. And speaking of waste, it's unclear if Brinton will get the Hunter Biden "hands off" treatment or actually be held accountable for the crimes he is alleged to have committed.

It's also unclear whether Brinton is getting paid for being suspended, but since the pay comes from the taxpayers, it's a good bet that he is. At least the government, such as it is, has revoked the scumcrumpet's security clearance.

What a nuclear waste.

2 Race Hustlers Disagree on Significance of Trader Joe's Recent Steak Theft

Race hustler and leftist NY Times Magazine propagandist Nikole Hannah-Jones (NKJ) went after fellow racist, tax-evader and MSNBC host Al Sharptongue on Wednesday after he aired a discussion over New York City's serious problem with petty theft.

NKJ is the Marxist author of the ahistorical, anti-American "1619 Project." She went on Twitter criticizing the network for spending air time discussing the thief who was captured on video stealing steaks from a New York City Trader Joe's. While she fails to share her material goods with the public and the personal fortune she made with her racist writing, NKJ believes that others should share their possessions and wealth--that's how Marxist think.

"This drumbeat for continued mass incarceration is really horrific to watch. A person stealing steak is not national news, and there have always been thefts from stores. This is how you legitimize the carceral state," Hannah-Jones wrote in response to a tweet from Sharpton, which included a video clip of the Wednesday "Morning Joe" segment.

When a nation being led by people who allow rampant petty theft to go unpunished, causing more serious crime to grow and fester, it is national news.

"An alleged shoplifter has been caught on tape appearing to steal 10 steaks from NYC Trader Joe’s. I joined MSNBC to speak on the need for public safety and to address criminal justice concerns," Sharptongue wrote.

During his discussion with MSNBC's Willie Geist, Sharpton expressed bewilderment at going to a local New York pharmacy and needing assistance to get toothpaste that's been locked up. This is like Joe Biden expressing bewilderment over people saying that he is in cognitive decline.

"What did I miss that we now have to lock up toothpaste?" Sharptongue asked.

Yes, if you don't want thieves to steal toothpaste, along with whatever else they can grab that adds up to less than $950, you have to lock it up. Ironically, the store that Geist was referring to, a Walgreen's, went out of business due to the unbridled thefts.

Frustrated workers told the New York Post they were prevented from stopping him.

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, noting New York City Mayor Eric Adams, D., was elected in part on a law-and-order message, appeared "surrounded by elected officials who want New York to remain chaotic." Sharptongue said he shared concerns of overloading jails with petty criminals, but he added there couldn't be a "culture where people are just at random robbing and stealing."

This upset NHJ, whose response to Sharptongue was completely out-of-touch with what urban Americans have been increasingly experiencing: skyrocketing crime and soaring theft rates that have become progressively worse.

Small and medium-size businesses are being destroyed, and while the left pretends to care for the "working class," they are the ones being hurt the most by theft that is practically encouraged under the lack of accountability for the crimes. And for the communities that are in these high theft neighborhoods, prices have gone up dramatically just for stores to stay in business to make up for the stolen goods.

So while the Commie NHJ would rather not discuss light-fingered theft and how it hurts the poor and middle-class the most, for once in his miserable, racist life, Al Sharpton has been on the right side of an issue.

Car Mah? "Defund the Police" supporter gets his car stolen in broad daylight by children

Atlanta, GA -- They say that karma is a bitch, but that just gives female dogs a bad name. But karma was exactly what happened to Atlanta city councilman Antonio Brown on Wednesday.

Brown was at a ribbon-cutting ceremony around noon when about four children jumped into his car and gleefully took off, leaving him to wonder what the hell is going on?

"You don’t immediately think, ‘Oh, these kids are going to steal my car,’" Brown said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The operant words for Brown are: 'You don't immediately think.'

Brown, who has a winning smile and no car, joined the city's mayoral race less than three weeks ago, is running on a campaign of "reimagining public safety," the newspaper reported.

Last year, when he still had a car, he voted in support of an ordinance to withhold $73 million from the budget of the Atlanta Police Department. The ordinance was narrowly voted down, proving not every progressive is totally oblivious to reality; just most of them.

Brown said the thieves jumped in his car Wednesday after he got out to speak with community leader Ben Norman. He mentioned that his white Mercedes-Benz coupe has keyless push-to-start ignition and he failed to realize it had been started by the kids as they drove off, hoping to travel to places near and far.

The councilman described the kids as being between ages 6 and 12, FOX 5 reported. It was likely that the 12-year-old was able to reach the gas pedal while the others had recently finished their toilet training.

"One kid was in the driver’s seat. Ben attempted to open the door to get him out of the car. He fought with Ben. I then engaged and tried to get him out of the car. The three other kids were trying to figure out how to get in the car or stay out of the car. He started to hit on the gas," Brown said.

Brown added that he held on to the car in an attempt to stop them and was dragged about a block down the road before letting go.

It was like a comedy about a seedy politician who was the arch enemy of the local police and one day became the victim of a crime perpetrated by children.

"As he started to speed up, and I knew that if I had not let go, I knew I probably could have killed myself because he was going so fast, I would have started to tumble. And I would have hurt him," the councilman said, sounding a bit like Joe Biden. [How would his tumbling hurt the driver?]

"I'm trading this in for the real thing"

Brown doesn't plan on filing charges against the kids, who he says, reading their young minds, acted out of desperation. Atlanta's WSB-TV reported.

"This is a generational poverty issue. These kids, it’s 12:30 in the afternoon. Why aren’t they in school? Why aren’t we enforcing systems to ensure that if they are not in school, they’re in recreational centers?" he asked naively.

One possibility as to why they're not in school is the probability they come from fatherless homes with no supervision--just a guess.

Atlanta police, who were not defunded yet, are investigating.

By the way, Brown is under indictment on federal fraud charges related to alleged incidents that occurred several years prior to him winning the council seat in 2019, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. No wonder he wants to defund the police.

This perhaps also explains his Mercedes Benz.

Dem. Rep. resigns after alleged stealing from her own charity

Rep. Movita Johnson-Harrell, 53, (D-PA) allegedly stole half a million dollars from her charity's bank account to pay off a Porsche, buy lavish fur coats and go on pricey vacations to Mexico. And she also is said to have used some of the charity donations to fund her two campaigns for a state House seat in Philadelphia.

Her charity, known as Motivations, Education & Consultation Associates (MECA) was slated to help the neediest in West Philly, housing and caring for folks struggling with substance abuse, mental illness and poverty, but instead, it allegedly put Johnson-Harrell in the driver's seat of a hot Porsche and helped fund her campaign.

In spite of her disputing some of the charges against her, she submitted her resignation Thursday and will step down from the Pennsylvania state house. Some officials said that she is planning to plead guilty to some of the charges against her, which include theft, perjury and related crimes, and she may go to prison.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said of the corpulent lawmaker: "Her theft knew no bounds. No one is above the law, no matter their position of power. And today is no different."

Johnson-Harrell is the 60th public official in Pennsylvania to have been arrested by Shapiro’s office since 2017, but the charges against her are significantly more egregious than the others.

Prosecutors say the hijabi clad lawmaker used her charity as a “cash account,” drawing in some cases from her clients’ government benefits, and covered it up by lying on financial records belonging to her nonprofit and campaign, as well as herself.

“I vigorously dispute many of these allegations, which generally pertain to before I took office,” she said in a statement to the Associated Press, “and I intend to accept responsibility for any actions that were inappropriate.”  Meaning that she is willing to go to the slammer and learn a new trade.

Johnson-Harrell was elected in March and said she was the first female Muslim member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She has been outspoken against gun violence and her family has lost four members to fatal shootings: her father, brother, a cousin and her 18-year-old son.

She claimed that it was her brother's death that motivated her to start her "charity" twenty years ago. He went undiagnosed with PTSD and bipolar disorder and was killed in 1991.

As executive director, the organization “has advocated, cared for and fought to improve the quality of life for disenfranchised groups,” she wrote in a University of Pennsylvania biography.

In 2005 she bought 3 adjacent row houses with her own money in West Powelton, prosecutors said. She rented the houses out to MECA in 2013 for the exact amount of her mortgage payments.

The residents living in the row houses were funding the residents with their own Medicaid and Social Security disability benefits. The houses were supposed to serve as a personal care home, but they were living in squalor. When state health officials threatened to shutter the houses due to the horrible conditions, MECA kicked out the residents.

But even though the space went unoccupied, MECA kept paying rent to its executive director, Movita Johnson-Harrell.

“While Johnson-Harrell was lining her pockets with MECA funds,” Shapiro said, “MECA’s residents were living in squalor.”

At this time, Johnson-Harrell was ironically appointed to a position overseeing victim services and launched an unsuccessful campaign for her current seat in the state House.

While she was making direct transfers to her personal bank account, "Johnson repeatedly wrote checks for 'cash' on MECA's account, in varying amounts, whenever she needed extra money," prosecutors said in their criminal complaint.

MECA it appears, funded a long list of high-priced items: Matching fur coats for her and her husband. Clothing from Ralph Lauren and other luxury online retailers. Overdue payments on her Porsche Cayenne and private school tuition for her grandchildren.

MECA was the gift that kept on giving.

The MECA-funded trips amounting to $16,000 in 2017, got prosecutors to look into the lawmaker's social media. "Johnson's Facebook posts from these vacation destinations, leave no doubt that these were pleasure trips," they wrote in the complaint.

Johnson-Harrell even inflated the salary of a relative who worked at MECA so that the family member could purchase a house in west Philadelphia that she moved into — and for which she paid the mortgage.

In January 2018, when that house was foreclosed on and she went into default on another property, prosecutors said, MECA gave its executive director a $70,000 “loan” ― which she later used to pay off her real estate financial woes.

That same year, the sitting state representative for her district resigned over a bribery conviction, and this was impetus for Johnson-Harrell to go after that seat. She financed her campaign through MECA, transferring $12,500 directly from the charity's bank account to her campaign committee, which she told to record the money as a personal loan from her, proving that she isn't very smart and is terribly dishonest. She also allegedly funneled $30,000 to MECA through her personal bank account.

She won the seat by almost two-thirds of the vote but lasted a mere 10 months before she was bagged.

In a letter to Pennsylvania House Speaker Mike Turzai (R) on Thursday, Johnson-Harrell said she was "accepting responsibility for some missteps" she made before the election.

Missteps? That's how she funded her campaign, for starters.

“I am choosing to resign to protect my district, to allow for an orderly election for my successor, and to focus on my defense to these allegations,” she wrote.

Yes, choosing to resign may be one of the last choices she is given if found guilty of the charges against her. Perhaps the Council on American-Islamic Relations can provide her with legal assistance.

Airport baggage handler pleads guilty to stealing guns from passenger luggage

Deshawn Antonio Kelly
Portland, OR -- A former Portland International Airport (PDX) baggage handler hired through a third-party, has pleaded guilty to charges that he stole guns from passengers’ bags last year.

The thefts occurred from August 19, 2018 to September 17, 2018 and during the period Kelly has been accused of stealing six guns from checked-in luggage from PDX.

According to reports, the weapons included three 9mm pistols, two .40 caliber pistols and a .45 caliber pistol.

Police suspected Kelly of stealing the weapons and set up two pieces of luggage with replica guns inside as bait. Kelly was seen taking the second bag with the firearm and then returning it with the lock damaged.

Authorities searched Kelly’s home where he confessed to the thefts. He was arrested September 25, 2018.

Kelly is a convicted felon and thus, is not allowed to own firearms. He is facing maximum charges of 10 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine for possessing a stolen firearm, KATU reported.

Sentencing is set for July 29, 2019.

College plans to go co-ed with tampons in school bathrooms

The University of Rochester launched a PC pilot program on campus that provides free tampons and pads for both men and women in their respective bathrooms, implying that the men at the U of R experience monthly menses.
Can you guess which way the wind
is blowing?

On the other hand (if hand is the correct term) a male chiropractor in Kansas invented a 'labia lipstick' that seals the labia shut when women have their periods.

Since the U of R is known for their technological innovations it's possible they are placing the tampons in the men's rooms in his honor.

Just kidding.

The truth is, however, the program isn't going exactly how the Student Government expected.

With more than 11,000 students in attendance in just the first two weeks of its Pads and Tampons Initiative, almost 16,000 of these items have been taken.

Chris
Part of the problem is that students take them in bulk, like when your tissues don't pop up and you just yank on the box and grab a handful. In the tampons/pads case, the students are even grabbing the baskets in which they're stored, according to the school newspaper.

Student leaders initially said that the tampons and pads were flying off the shelves because "people need them." Especially the men who identify as women. But they soon admitted that pranksters and thieves were making off with as many as they could grab and hide in dark places.

In some cases, the baskets that held the feminine hygiene paraphernalia were gone almost as fast as they were installed and before they could even be stocked. In one men's bathroom, the baskets have gone missing three times since April 3rd.

I can't imagine where a biological man would stick a tampon.
