Baggage burglar Sam Brinton [she/it] to be held in men's jail because she/it's a male thief

The former nuclear official Sam Brinton who was appointed by the Biden administration, is to be placed in a men’s jail in Maryland whiles he waits to be sent to Virginia over suitcase theft charges. Brinton describes himself as "non-binary" which means that he relates to his gender identity in such a way that he doesn't see himself as a man or woman but as something in-between.

A Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputy told The Post Tuesday that Brinton is in a “pre-placement” hold at the county jail and should be housed with the “general population” of the men’s jail sometime next week.

Hopefully he won't be wearing a dress and heels in a men's prison because a guy's imagination can be real vivid when you're in lockup--believe me.

Under the Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation policy, inmates are processed and housed according to their biological sex, not how the "identify."

Brinton has XY chromosomes, a penis and scrotum, so the male's slammer is where he belongs, in spite of his pronouns which are she/it.

The policy states: “Although MCDOCR does not consider anatomical changes brought about by hormonal therapy to be changes that constitute a change of anatomical sex, the classification of an arrestee/inmate will depend on whether the arrestee/inmate has male or female genitalia, whether they present a management or security problem, and whether their health and safety can be ensured.

“Once an inmate is classified, they will be given a housing assignment based on that classification.”

Brinton, 35, was at she/it's home last week and faces Grand Larceny charges over the alleged theft of a case belonging to a Tanzanian fashion designer from Ronald Reagan National Airport.

It was so alleged that it was captured on airport surveillance video.

The designer, Asya Khamsin, explained that she lost her luggage at Ronald Reagan Airport which had a one-of-a-kind dress she created for a fashion show, in March 2018. She posted photos online of her in the clothing and then Brinton wearing what looked to be the exact same dress. He also wore lipstick and vulgar footwear that smacked of whoredom.

So now the guy is going to be in a men's jail and might enjoy the experience given enough time.

Brinton had been fired after two separate cases of stealing luggage at airports which were filed against him in Minnesota and Las Vegas. She/it is scheduled to appear in front of a judge on June 14th, aka Flag Day. The records show that Brinton was arrested on May 17th at the 700 block of College Parkway as a fugitive from justice, much like the family of the guy who appointed Brinton to she/it's government job.

The fugitive is currently in a "pre-placement" hold at a Montgomery county jail and will be placed in "general population" consisting of binary dudes next week.

Brinton was allegedly caught walking away with a woman’s luggage at an airport in Las Vegas.

Brinton, who briefly served as deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste in the Office of Nuclear Energy, was fired in December after they were caught on video walking away with women’s luggage at airports in Minnesota and Las Vegas.

She/it had settled both cases and escaped jail time before she/it was arrested again last week.

Nonbinary douche bag snatcher to appear in court to face theft charges

Nonbinary [a term for a gender identity that is not solely male or female and lie outside the gender binary and fall under the transgender umbrella] former senior Department of Energy (DOE) official Sam Brinton, is scheduled to appear in front of a judge on Wednesday to face charges stemming from a September baggage claim theft

Brinton was charged with stealing a woman's luggage valued at $2,325 last October by the baggage claim area at Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP) on Sept. 16.

According to a criminal complaint filed in a Hennepin County court, Brinton faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine as a result of the incident. But the chances of him/her/she/it, a former Biden official, actually spending any time in the slammer is on par with the same happening to Hunter Biden. However, this can possibly happen and we will soon know the answer.

The hearing was originally slated for Dec. 19, but was delayed to Feb. 15 after a request from Brinton's defense counsel who was finding him or herself.

The judge presiding over the case, however, rejected multiple requests from defense lawyers to allow Brinton to attend the hearing remotely, arguing Brinton was in the midst of dealing with "employment issues" and that the case had garnered substantial media attention.

The judge is also refusing to allow Brinton to bring a human posing as his pet dog to court.

It is unclear whether Brinton will be identifying as a man or a woman in court, but we are all waiting with baited breath.

"The current District Policy does not allow for remote appearances to be conducted for Felony 1st Appearances on the Property Drug Calendar with the only exception given to inmates in the custody of the Department of Corrections of the State of Minnesota," Judge Gina Brandt wrote to Brinton's lawyers in December. "Therefore, I must deny your request again."

This sicko was a top Biden pick

Hearing the news of the judge's refusal, Brinton had a hissy fit and stamped his or her or its feet.

Meanwhile, police in Las Vegas reopened an unsolved case regarding the July 6 theft of a bag worth $3,670 at Lyin' Harry Reid International Airport. In light of the information, Nevada investigators "immediately recognized" Brinton "as the suspect pertaining to this case" and charged Brinton.

Brinton faces up to 10 years in the slammer for the alleged theft of the bag — which contained valued at $1,700, clothing worth $850 and makeup valued at $500 — in Las Vegas. What Brinton may have done in Vegas, may have him stay in Vegas.

In December, Brinton appeared at a court hearing in Clark County, Nevada, where attorneys agreed on bail in the case being set at $15,000. Brinton was also booked and released.

The DOE announced on Dec. 12 that for some unspecified reason, Brinton was gone. And while his or her or its departure was not provided to inquiring minds, Brinton's leaving came after the Nevada and Minnesota charges were given.

An attorney for Brinton did not offer any further information but was last seen searching for her briefcase.

Nonbinary whatever Biden official Sam Brinton gets bagged again for stealing bags

Nonbinary: denoting, having, or relating to a gender identity that does not conform to traditional binary beliefs about gender, which indicate that all individuals are exclusively either male or female. [aka "sort of gender confused but sounding like you don't care."]

The Biden nuclear waste guy, Sam Brinton, was charged with grand larceny in Nevada. This is the second time he [although his ungrammatical pronoun is 'they,' I don't agree to his insanity becoming mine] has been accused of stealing in three months, as state records show.

Brinton is the Department Of Energy deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition. He was charged Thursday with grand larceny of an item valued between $1,200 and $5,000 in Las Vegas. So when it comes to luggage on airport carousels, what comes to Vegas doesn't necessarily stay in Vegas if this butt munch sees a woman's bag that he likes, while hoping to find dresses that fit him.

Records showed that an arrest warrant was issued for Brinton, a man who likes to have sex with men who pretend to be dogs.

Conspiracy theorists believe that it's Hunter Biden in dog costume

Brinton is scheduled to appear at a court hearing in Minnesota state court later this month to face similar charges from a September incident at the Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP). He grabbed a suitcase from the airport carousel worth $2,323 on Sept. 16, according to a criminal complaint filed Oct. 26. He was seen on airport video footage and then with using the same bag on two later trips to Washington, D.C. He admitted to taking the bag but blamed it on being tired [evidently for several following weeks in which he used it].

The second charge stems from another alleged luggage theft at Harry Reid International Airport. You remember Harry Reid--he was the guy who lied about Mitt Romney not paying any taxes. When asked about lying referring to Romney and the election, his answer was, "They can call it whatever they want. He didn't win, did he?" [See also Kamala Harris calling Joe Biden a racist.]

The DOE placed him on leave but offered no explanation. Dr. Kim Petry, an actual woman, is performing the duties of deputy assistant secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition. And speaking of waste, it's unclear if Brinton will get the Hunter Biden "hands off" treatment or actually be held accountable for the crimes he is alleged to have committed.

It's also unclear whether Brinton is getting paid for being suspended, but since the pay comes from the taxpayers, it's a good bet that he is. At least the government, such as it is, has revoked the scumcrumpet's security clearance.

What a nuclear waste.
