Cops find woman designer's stolen fashions in ex-Biden nuclear waste official, Sam Brinton's home

Police executed a search warrant at  ex-Department of Energy (DOE) official Sam Brinton's residence and low and behold, they found clothing created by Asya Khamsin, a Tanzanian fashion designer that had been missing for years.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department (MWAA--pronounced like an exaggerated kiss) confirmed the clothes were returned to Ms. Khamsin. She alleged that Brinton publicly wore the clothing she had designed but was missing along with her bag at Ronald Reagan National Airport. 

MWAA executed a search warrant in connection with the case at Brinton's Maryland residence in May.

"The MWAA Police Department can confirm we returned the victim’s property and police retained photos of the evidence for prosecution," MWAA spokesperson Crystal Nosal told Fox News Digital in a statement Tuesday. "The case is still under adjudication and we cannot release more detailed information."

A few weeks after the search warrant was executed, Brinton [they, them, thus, thoop, bow wow] was charged with a felony grand larceny of items valued more than $1,000. The preliminary hearing in the case, which was filed in Arlington General District Court, has been delayed until December.

In February, approximately the same time that MWAA Police learned about Brinton's alleged theft at Ronald Reagan National Airport, Khamsin was interviewed by Fox News Digital and said that she had seen photos in news articles in which Brinton appeared to be in drag with her custom designs. She said she had packed the same clothing in a bag that vanished at the airport on March 9, 2018.

"I saw the images. Those were my custom designs, which were lost in that bag in 2018," she told Fox News Digital at the time. "He wore my clothes, which was stolen."

Khamsin said she flew to Washington, D.C. to a scheduled event where she was invited to display her clothing but the missing bag prevented her from participating at the event. She then filed a report with the MWAA and Delta Air Lines but the case went cold.

However, after viewing photos of Brinton and reports that them had allegedly stolen other luggage from airport baggage carousels, she filed a report with Houston police where she lives. The Houston police referred the case to the trustworthy FBI.

"The MWAA returned to Asya Khamsin various parcels of retrieved clothing after the search warrant was executed. These items were returned in sealed evidence bags," Peter Hansen, a Washington, D.C.-based attorney representing the woman, told Fox News Digital in an email Tuesday.

In addition, Ms. Khamsin filed a civil suit related to the theft against they, them, bow wow on Friday.

Brinton was the first human dog sex enthusiast appointed to oversee nuclear waste policy at the Department of Energy's Office of Nuclear Energy. They, them, bow wow is a non-binary, gender-fluid, cross-dressing, left of center, bald-headed, gay, former Biden appointee and for that reason has escaped jail time.

Brinton faced up to 15 years total for the two alleged thefts. However, in both cases, the presiding judges ruled jail time wasn't necessary.

The DOE on Dec. 12 announced that Brinton had left the agency, but wouldn't comment on the reason for the departure.

Baggage burglar Sam Brinton [she/it] to be held in men's jail because she/it's a male thief

The former nuclear official Sam Brinton who was appointed by the Biden administration, is to be placed in a men’s jail in Maryland whiles he waits to be sent to Virginia over suitcase theft charges. Brinton describes himself as "non-binary" which means that he relates to his gender identity in such a way that he doesn't see himself as a man or woman but as something in-between.

A Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputy told The Post Tuesday that Brinton is in a “pre-placement” hold at the county jail and should be housed with the “general population” of the men’s jail sometime next week.

Hopefully he won't be wearing a dress and heels in a men's prison because a guy's imagination can be real vivid when you're in lockup--believe me.

Under the Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation policy, inmates are processed and housed according to their biological sex, not how the "identify."

Brinton has XY chromosomes, a penis and scrotum, so the male's slammer is where he belongs, in spite of his pronouns which are she/it.

The policy states: “Although MCDOCR does not consider anatomical changes brought about by hormonal therapy to be changes that constitute a change of anatomical sex, the classification of an arrestee/inmate will depend on whether the arrestee/inmate has male or female genitalia, whether they present a management or security problem, and whether their health and safety can be ensured.

“Once an inmate is classified, they will be given a housing assignment based on that classification.”

Brinton, 35, was at she/it's home last week and faces Grand Larceny charges over the alleged theft of a case belonging to a Tanzanian fashion designer from Ronald Reagan National Airport. 

It was so alleged that it was captured on airport surveillance video.

The designer, Asya Khamsin, explained that she lost her luggage at Ronald Reagan Airport which had a one-of-a-kind dress she created for a fashion show, in March 2018. She posted photos online of her in the clothing and then Brinton wearing what looked to be the exact same dress. He also wore lipstick and vulgar footwear that smacked of whoredom. 

So now the guy is going to be in a men's jail and might enjoy the experience given enough time.

Brinton had been fired after two separate cases of stealing luggage at airports which were filed against him in Minnesota and Las Vegas. She/it is scheduled to appear in front of a judge on June 14th, aka Flag Day. The records show that Brinton was arrested on May 17th at the 700 block of College Parkway as a fugitive from justice, much like the family of the guy who appointed Brinton to she/it's government job.

The fugitive is currently in a "pre-placement" hold at a Montgomery county jail and will be placed in "general population" consisting of binary dudes next week.

Brinton was allegedly caught walking away with a woman’s luggage at an airport in Las Vegas.

Brinton, who briefly served as deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste in the Office of Nuclear Energy, was fired in December after they were caught on video walking away with women’s luggage at airports in Minnesota and Las Vegas.

She/it had settled both cases and escaped jail time before she/it was arrested again last week.
