Illegal Immigrants at NJ ICE Facility Launch Bold Hunger Strike Demanding Better Food, Faster Release, And Perhaps A Participation Trophy

NEWARK, NJ—In a shocking display of intestinal fortitude (or lack thereof), roughly 300 illegal immigrants at Delaney Hall, a private ICE detention center, have bravely refused to eat since Saturday, May 23, to protest such unimaginable horrors as spoiled food, inadequate medical care, overcrowding, and the soul-crushing inconvenience of being detained after entering the country illegally.

Sources say the courageous strikers are demanding better treatment, speedier hearings, or immediate release so they can get back to the important business of whatever it was they came here to do. Organizers described the conditions as "basically Auschwitz with worse Wi-Fi," though witnesses noted the facility still provides three meals a day, meals that are apparently not quite up to the standards of a Michelin-starred sanctuary city restaurant.

Border Czar Tom Homan, unfazed as usual, offered the following compassionate, empathetic response:"Look, I've done this since 1984. Hunger strikes never work," Homan said. "We're not going to change what we do because someone goes on a hunger strike. As a matter of fact, if it gets bad enough and the physicians feel like they're putting themselves in extreme danger, medical danger, then we'll force-feed them. We'll get a court order and force-feed them."

"Hunger strikes do not work. So they can put themselves in a position where they're not eating, but it's not going to cause them to be released," he said. "We are going to continue to arrest people. We'll continue to detain people. As far as complaining about ICE contract facilities, well, guess what? We're building our own warehouse facilities. We will have the federally-owned detention facilities by the thousands of beds. So look for the future."

"And I've said from day one, we need to own more of these facilities when we operate them on federal land," he added. "And that way, we're not dealing with all this crap from the local politicians and the state and the governors because this is a federal facility on federal land. That's the direction we need to go to. And that's the direction we're heading in."

At press time, the hunger strikers were reportedly considering escalating their protest by dramatically sighing and rolling their eyes, while Homan reminded everyone that the border is secure, deportations are happening, and maybe next time just don't get caught.

Trump goes bigly to keep us safe

The Trump administration is overhauling the immigration court system and cranking up the deportation machine to levels that actually get results.

In its latest flex, the Department of Justice just hired 82 immigration judges, the most in a single year, the agency announced Thursday. The United States now has nearly 700 immigration judges on the bench.

“The Trump administration is committed to reestablishing an immigration judge corps that is dedicated to restoring the rule [of] law in our nation’s immigration system,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “Today, we are onboarding the largest immigration judge class in agency history.”

“This could only happen thanks to President Trump’s decisive leadership and commitment to securing our borders. I also applaud EOIR’s [Executive Office of Immigration Review] leadership team for helping facilitate these hiring efforts and recruiting highly qualified and talented personnel in record time.”

The new class includes 77 permanent judges and 5 temporary ones.

When President Donald Trump came back to the White House and launched his mass deportation operation, officials started cleaning house by firing immigration judges who had been rubber-stamping asylum claims at suspiciously high rates.

Since then, more than 100 of those judges—who granted asylum in 46 percent of cases, according to The New York Times—have been shown the door.

Immigration judges have now knocked out more than one million cases since Trump’s second inauguration, slashing the backlog by more than 447,000 cases. The Justice Department reports roughly 3.53 million pending cases right now, down from about four million.

This is the sharpest drop in the court’s history.

The latest hiring surge is all part of fixing the absolute mess the Biden administration’s open-border disaster left behind, with those years-long backlogs that turned the system into a joke. Sirce Owen, then acting director of EOIR, dropped a memo back in April 2025 telling judges to start tossing out asylum claims faster and without the usual song and dance hearing. In June 2025, he followed up with another memo warning of “disciplinary action” for any judge showing “bias” toward illegal immigrants.

“Judges who would prefer to be policy advocates favoring either aliens or DHS should consider transitioning to alternate career paths,” Owen wrote in the memo.

In a recent chat with the Washington Examiner, White House border czar Tom Homan bragged on the Trump team’s deportation numbers.

“Total of 800,000 [have been removed] out of the country,” Homan said. “If you take 60% of that, criminals, hundreds of thousands of public safety threats, have been removed from this country. Name another president who’s done that.”

Homan admitted things have slowed a bit lately, but made it clear the pause is temporary.“There’s a lot of argument within the world that, ‘Are we keeping our promise?’” Homan said. “Numbers are slightly down, but there’s a plan. Get them back up and even higher.”

Gov. Walz chickens out and will work with Trump and Homan

Minnesota's gone full clown show, and finally, that giggling maniac and Elmer Fudd Lookalike Contest Winner, Tim Walz, has decided to play nice, agreeing to chat with Trump officials after Border Patrol shot and killed Alex Pretti in Minneapolis last Saturday. Cue the predictable leftist meltdown, screaming "execution!" with zero proof, as usual.

Meanwhile, some on our side jumped the gun claiming he was seconds from a mass shooting spree. Look, the guy was strapped at the protest, sure, but he didn't have his carry permit. Before you clutch your pearls, that's just a $25 fine in MN, not some felony strip-your-rights deal like domestic violence. And he also failed to carry any ID while remembering to carry an additional two loaded magazines for his weapon.

The whole thing turned into a messaging dumpster fire, so now Trump's riding in to mop it up, tapping Tom Homan as the go-to guy, probably not just for the state ops but to deal directly with Walz and sort this disaster.

"The Governor made the case that we need impartial investigations of the Minneapolis shootings involving federal agents, and that we need to reduce the number of federal agents in Minnesota," his office wrote in a release.

Renee Good and Alex Pretti, both Minnesota residents and U.S. citizens, were fatally shot and killed by federal immigration officers in separate incidents in Minneapolis.

Trump agreed to talk to the Department of Homeland Security about ensuring the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is able to conduct an independent investigation, Walz' office said, and also agreed to look into either reducing the number of federal agents in Minnesota or working with the state "in a more coordinated fashion on immigration enforcement regarding violent criminals."

Oh, so now you're all cooperation and "productive," Tim?

For days you've been on a full-blown unhinged tirade against federal immigration officers, comparing it to the third day of Gettysburg, dropping not-so-subtle war-with-the-feds hints, and capping it off by equating your own state's descent into chaos (which you enabled) to Nazis hunting Anne Frank. It's deranged. You're deranged, Timmy.

Screaming nonsense through a bullhorn while perched on a fence like a mental patient is not leadership; it's performance art for the asylum.

And surprise, your nonstop lies just got another American killed. But hey, maybe the real kicker is that leaked anti-ICE Signal chat blowing up over the weekend, courtesy of reporter Cam Higby. Turns out some top Minnesota Democrats, allegedly including Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, were admins or dispatchers in a coordinated effort to track, obstruct, and interfere with ICE ops. Some might call that a how-to manual for domestic terrorism.

Shocking, right? Not really, coming from this clown car.

Homan Vows to Expose Lefty Agitators: Reveals New Plan to 'Make Them Famous'

White House Border Czar Tom Homan just dropped the kind of line that makes red-meat conservatives want to stand up and cheer. He told Laura Ingraham on Fox that he's pushing the Trump team to build a database of the street radicals who think harassing ICE agents is a personality trait. His words? Straight fire.

"These people who want to say 'follow ICE' and 'film ICE,' you know what, you can protest, they have that right," Homan said. "But when you cross that line ... if you interfere or impede (with) some ICE officer, you will be prosecuted."

"And one thing I'm preaching for right now, Laura, we're going to create a database," he continued. "People that are arrested for interference and impeding, assault, we're gonna make them famous."

"We're going to put their face on TV. We're going to let their employers and their neighborhoods and their schools know who these people are."

Inject that directly into my veins, please, we need more of this.

Here are a few of the fine upstanding citizens we're talking about, the ones who apparently think pointing cameras at federal officers is the height of civic engagement.

Homan chuckled as he pointed out the obvious: a lot of these heroes are probably calling in sick to their day jobs. "A lot of these people, they say they're taking time off work to protest—I betcha a lot of them are calling in sick," he said. "I bet you a lot of their employers don't know what they're doing."

"But we're going to make sure everybody knows who they are."

Can't wait for the moment these brave souls start scrambling to put their masks back on after spending years mocking law enforcement for wearing them. The irony is so thick you could spread it on toast.

Speaking of masks and hypocrisy, take a look at these masked marvels who suddenly discover the value of anonymity when the consequences come knocking.

This all kicked off because Tampon Tim Walz decided to pour more gasoline on the fire. The governor posted a video egging on the mob to "film ICE agents" so they "can create a database of these atrocities against Minnesotans ... to bank evidence for future prosecutions."Homan's response: two can play that game, Governor. And we're better at it.

And the man himself, Tom Homan, who clearly isn't in the mood for any more poppycock.

Whether the administration actually follows through on the "make them famous" plan remains to be seen. But why not? If you're getting arrested for impeding federal officers, your mug deserves the same viral treatment you tried to give ICE.

President Trump already warned Walz on Truth Social: "If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of ICE, who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT."

Homan called it "certainly an option. A viable option." He added, "I think it's something that needs to be on the table because this cannot continue. There is going to be more bloodshed. I'm telling you. I hope I'm wrong ... There's going to be more bloodshed if something isn't done."

The Democrats' outrage machine runs on exactly that: more chaos, more headlines, more fundraising, more calling those who disagree with them 'racists'. They don't want calm. They want blood and ballots.

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

So yeah, Homan will be meeting with Trump. Maybe they'll talk databases. Maybe Insurrection Act. Maybe both.

One thing is for sure: the lefty agitators who thought doxxing ICE was cute are about to find out how it feels when the spotlight swings the other way.

Famous? Oh, they're gonna be famous.

Trump Authorizes ICE to Defend Themselves After Violent Clashes in California

Federal immigration officers were attacked with rocks and bricks during enforcement operations at cannabis farms in California.
Border Czar Tom Homan has demanded an end to violence against ICE agents after reports surfaced that a protester fired a gun at federal officers.
On Friday, President Donald Trump announced he has granted "Total Authorization" to federal immigration agents to protect themselves following violent encounters with protesters during an operation at a California cannabis farm.
While returning from Texas, where he assessed the damage from floods that killed at least 120 people, Trump posted a detailed message on Truth Social about the attacks on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
"I am on my way back from Texas, and watched in disbelief as THUGS were violently throwing rocks and bricks at ICE Officers while they were moving down a roadway in their car and/or official vehicle," he wrote on Truth Social.
"Tremendous damage was done to these brand new vehicles. I know for a fact that these Officers are having a hard time with allowing this to happen in that it shows such total disrespect for LAW AND ORDER."
Federal authorities raided Glass House Farms in Camarillo and Carpinteria, using tear gas to control the situation. Reports indicate that protesters threw objects at agents.
In response, Trump stated he instructed Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and Border Czar Tom Homan to direct ICE, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other law enforcement agencies facing "thrown rocks, bricks, or any other form of assault, to stop their car, and arrest these SLIMEBALLS, using whatever means is necessary to do so."
"I am giving Total Authorization for ICE to protect itself, just like they protect the Public," he wrote. "I never want to see a car carrying a Law Enforcement Officer attacked again! AUTHORIZATION IMMEDIATELY GRANTED FOR ARREST AND INCARCERATION. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
The United Farm Workers reported that one worker died from injuries sustained during the incident.
"This man was not in and has not been in CBP or ICE custody," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital. "Although he was not being pursued by law enforcement, this individual climbed up to the roof of a greenhouse and fell 30 feet. CBP immediately called a medivac to the scene to get him care as quickly as possible."

Biden’s Border Disaster: ICE Rounds Up Murderers and Child Rapists in Boston While Sanctuary Policies Shield Criminals

In a shocking display of what open-border policies have unleashed, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin embedded with ICE in Boston, where agents are taking down some of the worst criminals and illegal immigrants, including an alleged murderer and child rapists.

This comes as the Trump administration faces pushback from left-wing officials hell-bent on protecting their sanctuary city status over the safety of Americans.

Operation “Patriot,” the largest ICE sweep since President Trump’s return to the White House, is closing in on 1,500 arrests of dangerous illegals. Among them is a Salvadoran scumbag convicted of child rape, deported in 2017, who was caught living right next to a children’s playground.

If that doesn’t make your blood boil, how about another illegal from El Salvador, on Interpol’s Red Notice for aggravated murder, kidnapping, and robbery? Fox News captured both arrests on camera, exposing the grim reality of Biden’s border legacy.

So where are the other legacy news outlets?

“It’s not unusual. Due to the open border policies, we are finding that plenty of people who have been previously deported and committed heinous crimes and were removed from the country are now back here, just living among us,” said Patricia Hyde, head of ICE Boston. “And now that’s our job to go round them up.”

ICE deployed 19 teams across Massachusetts, pulling in agents from across the country to clean up the mess left by sanctuary policies in Boston and beyond. About 70% of those nabbed have convictions or pending charges for heinous crimes. ICE also arrested a Colombian illegal facing charges for sexually assaulting a child and a Dominican drug trafficker now peddling fentanyl. Then there’s the Guatemalan illegal charged with aggravated child rape and a Honduran charged with rape—both released from state custody by Massachusetts’ soft-on-crime officials.

“We’re not going away. It might take us longer. It might be harder, but we’re not going away, we’re here,” Hyde declared. “We know what the American people voted for. We understand that we work for the American people and we’re going to be here until we send everyone home.”

But here’s the problem: local ICE activists and sanctuary city policies are making it harder for agents to do their jobs.

On Thursday, activists tried to physically interfere with an arrest, grabbing a handcuffed illegal. In another case, a crowd blew ICE’s cover while agents staked out a murderer’s home. Hyde didn’t mince words: “I think the lack of cooperation is getting worse and worse, and it’s putting law enforcement lives in danger.”

This is the direct result of Democrat-run sanctuary cities like Boston thumbing their noses at federal immigration laws. As Border Czar Tom Homan surges ICE into these lawless zones, the left’s obsession with protecting criminal illegals over American citizens is on full display. Meanwhile, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin is left scrambling to defend the indefensible as the Trump admin’s deportation agenda kicks into high gear.

The American people have had enough, and ICE is finally delivering the justice they voted for. But with activists and local officials actively working against law enforcement, how many more child rapists and murderers are still roaming free?

Tom Homan 'disgusted' by theshowboating Dem Senator's trip to bring home alleged MS-13 gangbanger

Border czar Tom Homan came out swinging Wednesday, unloading on Democrats while Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen jetted off to El Salvador, desperate to drag back suspected MS-13 thug Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Van Hollen’s crying foul, claiming the guy was “wrongfully abducted” from the U.S. Homan? He’s not buying that sob story for a second.

“He wasn’t abducted. He’s an MS-13 gang member, classified as a terrorist that was removed from this country, so we got rid of a dangerous person,” Homan told Fox & Friends, probably while sipping coffee strong enough to wake a coma patient. “An El Salvadoran national was returned to the country of El Salvador, so he’s home.”

Homan’s doubling down, channeling the Trump crew’s line that Abrego Garcia’s a “public safety threat.” His deportation? “Exactly what should have happened,” Homan says, ready to throw hands with anyone trying to sneak this guy back into the States.

But what’s got Homan’s blood boiling is Van Hollen playing superhero for an MS-13 suspect while illegal immigrant crime festers back home—yep, even in Maryland. “I’m disgusted,” Homan fumed, pointing to the murder of Rachel Morin. “Listen to the testimony and listen to the mother on ‘Hannity’ last night. If you’re not human... your heart wasn’t broken. It [happened] in his state, but rather than taking care of the constituents in his state, the victims of illegal crime in his state, he’s going to run to El Salvador to protect MS-13 terrorists.”

This drama’s heating up after President Trump’s Oval Office powwow with El Salvador’s Nayib Bukele, and Van Hollen’s begging for his own face-to-face with the Salvadoran prez to spring Abrego Garcia. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court’s stirring the pot, upholding an order last week that’s got the government scrambling to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from El Salvador’s clutches and treat his case like he never left. Good luck with that.

Democrats and Abrego Garcia’s lawyer are pushing back, swearing up and down he’s not tied to the gang. But Trump’s team and Bukele? They’re on the same page, saying there’s no way this guy’s waltzing back into the U.S. Bukele put it bluntly: “How can I smuggle a terrorist into the U.S.? I don’t have the power to return him to the United States.” Translation: Nice try, but no dice.

Tom Homan sends AOC to DOJ PDQ for investigation

The New York Congress-Latina Rep. Alexandria Occasionally-Comatose (Socialist) has been accused by President Trump's Border Czar, Tom Homan, of impeding U.S. immigration law enforcement efforts as she was bagged in the process of advising illegal aliens [aka undocumented Democrats] on how to avoid being legally deported.

Homan told Fox News, "Impediment is impediment in my opinion," when asked if AOC's actions were "crossing the line" and noted that he was "working with the Department of Justice to find out."

In the bizarre theatre of politics, we find the woman who all men wish to date, and who, according to 8 US Code 1324 1/A/iv, might be treading on rather thin legal ice. The code stipulates: "Any person who— encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts, shall be punished."

On a brisk February day, AOC decided to host the "Know Your Rights With ICE" webinar live on her Facebook page. This wasn't just any old town hall; it was a direct line to illegal immigrants in her New York district, schooling them on how to deal with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. Here's what she told them: “When one of these things [raids] comes to your backyard, you can resist, and when that happens over millions of people, is that you generate enough friction that they cannot go as fast as they want to go,” suggesting a strategy to slow down ICE raids.

She later proclaimed on her X account, "Believe it or not, in America, EVERYONE has rights."

But not everyone was amused. Tom Homan, once the border czar, wasn't laughing. He questioned whether AOC's behavior constituted an obstruction of immigration enforcement. He reached out to the Department of Justice, asking, “I sent a letter today to the deputy attorney general. At what level is that impediment? Is that impediment? I’m not an attorney. I’m not a prosecutor. Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it?"

Homan, with more than a hint of schadenfreude, suggested, "Maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now."

To which Sandy Cortez, as she used to be known, retorted on X, "'MaYbe shE's goiNg to be in TroUble nOw.' Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution would be a good place to start."

The Trump administration, with its laser focus on immigration enforcement, treats the deportation of illegals as not just policy but passion. The White House has been quite clear: prosecute anyone who tries to halt these operations, including those in law enforcement and elected officials.

Homan floated another punitive idea - pulling federal funds from New York City to force compliance with immigration laws, aiming to dismantle its sanctuary city status.

In the midst of this, Mayor Eric Adams, who had recently dodged his own legal bullets with the DOJ, told his city's officials to stand down, not to obstruct ICE agents during their deportation raids.

The Department of Justice, however, has remained silent on whether they would investigate AOC's actions. If they did proceed, the burden would be on prosecutors to prove that her webinar went beyond mere information dissemination into actively obstructing ICE operations.

This spectacle is not just about legal lines but also about the cultural battleground where law, rights, and the very concept of sovereignty are contested daily.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams teams up with Tom Homan after corruption case is dropped

Democratic Mayor of New York City Eric Adams appeared on Fox News' "Fox & Friends" Friday morning along with Trump's border czar Tom Homan. This comes after a corruption case brought forth by the Department of Justice was dropped earlier in the week.

During a recent interview, Adams discussed working with the Trump administration regarding a plan for mass deportations and addressed the decision by the DOJ to drop federal charges against him. Adams faced accusations that the charges were dropped in exchange for his cooperation on deporting undocumented immigrants in New York City. Last September, Adams was charged with bribery for accepting expensive overseas trips paid for by wealthy Turkish nationals, but he pleaded not guilty. The charges were later dropped.

Adams called claims of a deal with the Trump DOJ “silly,” explaining that he has been pushing for stronger immigration enforcement in New York City since 2022, long before the bribery charges were filed by the Biden administration and then dropped by the Trump administration.

On Friday, Homan promised to hold Adams accountable for his commitment to Trump’s immigration policies. Homan said, “If he doesn’t come through, I’ll be back in New York City, and we won’t be sitting on the couch – I’ll be in his office, up his butt, saying, ‘Where the hell is the agreement we came to?’” Adams and Homan appeared together on “Fox & Friends” to discuss how they are working together to address the city's migrant crisis,  with Adams saying, “We are fighting together to get it done.”

However, many Democrats and New York officials, including far-left lunatic Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose, have called for Adams to resign or be removed from office after the charges were dropped. New York Governor Kathy Hochul, another far-left Democrat who has the authority to remove Adams, called the allegations “extremely concerning and serious” in an interview with MSNBC. She added, “But I cannot, as the governor of this state, have a knee-jerk, politically motivated reaction.”

Hochul also criticized the DOJ, saying, “This is unbelievably unprecedented for the Department of Justice in Washington to interfere in this way,” and accused the Trump administration’s DOJ of being “corrupt.”

The acting U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, Danielle R. Sassoon, resigned after refusing to drop the case against Adams. Acting U.S. Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove criticized her, saying, “The Justice Department will not tolerate the insubordination and apparent misconduct reflected in the approach that you and your office have taken in this matter.”

During his “Fox & Friends” appearance, Adams said he asked the New York City Council to change existing sanctuary city laws to allow more cooperation between local police and ICE. He explained, “What I asked the City Council to do is change the bill that was already in place and modify it … if you are committing a crime, then we should be able to collaborate with ICE — even on civil enforcement if you have committed a crime.”

While Adams supports deporting violent undocumented immigrants, he is still a Democratic virtue signaler at heart and believes in sanctuary city laws to protect non-violent immigrants. He said, “Everyday people who are here, they’re moving to be documented, if they are going to school, working, paying taxes, then they should be able to provide police services, hospital services, children should go to school.”

Homan disagreed, stating, “I’m strictly against sanctuary city status because I think sanctuaries are for criminals.” Adams responded, “But the beauty here is that we’re allowed to disagree. But we do agree on the fundamental that no matter who you are, it should be safe.”

And screw all those legal immigrants who went through the process, waited for their turn, learned about the US laws, and watched the illegal aliens jump the line.

If you would like to support my work, you can Buy me a Coffee. Thanks.

Tom Homan, Alexandria Obviously-Commie clash over webinar to help illegal aliens "evade" ICE raids

"No, I don't want to date her."

Border czar Tom Homan locked horns on Friday with Democrat Squad member Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Commie (NY, allegedly) over a webinar she hosted giving illegal aliens information about how to handle an encounter with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The purpose of the webinar is to teach illegal aliens how they can remain in the US, and hopefully vote Democratic and keep leftists like her in power.

Well, Homan took issue with AOC's tactic.

"Let’s pray that she is not ‘educating’ the next murderer of a young college nursing student on how to evade arrest by ICE," Homan told Fox News Digital on Friday. "How many more young women have to be raped, murdered and burned alive until she wakes up?"

Homan had first said on "The Ingraham Angle" that he had emailed the deputy attorney general asking whether Ocasio-Cortez's hosting of a "Know Your Rights with ICE" event on her Facebook page could count as an impediment to federal law enforcement.

"Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts?" Homan said. "If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line? So I'm working with the Department of Justice and finding out. Where is that line that they cross? So maybe AOC is going to be going to be in trouble now."

The webinar was designed to teach illegals how to handle ICE search requests. They were warned about "tricks" that ICE agents allegedly use to get people to agree to searches, such as asking politely and such. The hosts discussed "patterns" in how ICE conducts searches, which have increased recently under the Trump administration. People were encouraged to record these searches and to understand the differences between the types of warrants ICE agents might carry.

While AOC didn't attend the webinar, she did share useful tips on Instagram in English and Spanish and told her loyal followers to share the posters and study them like she had studied Karl Marx. She also suggested they take the posters and put them up in their work places no matter how obnoxious they would be to legal US citizens.

"So if ICE comes to your workplace or home, whether you are a citizen or noncitizen - YOU can defend your community and our constitution by exercising your right," she wrote, and didn't even eat the crayon.

On Thursday, Ocasio-Cortez used X to mock Homan, who is a former ICE official, after he suggested she might face legal trouble.

"MaYbe shE's goiNg to be in TroUble nOw," she posted, symbolically flipping him off along with the law.

"Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution would be a good place to start," she added, sounding like an obnoxious misbehaving child.

Homan said he was asking the Department of Justice for their interpretation of laws related to impeding and obstructing ICE operations. He stated that he is "well aware of the Constitution" but also noted that the Justice Department provides legal guidance to ensure ICE follows the law.

Homan suggested Ocasio-Cortez read specific immigration laws, Title 8 USC 1324 and 1325, which were passed by Congress, where she serves.

"It’s not OK to be in the U.S. illegally. It’s a violation of federal law to enter this country illegally. It is not OK to assist those in the U.S. illegally in furtherance of their illegal entry and unlawful presence. I thought I educated her on this several years ago during congressional testimony," he said, referring to a heated exchange during the first Trump administration.

Homan correctly accused the leftist of helping people avoid ICE and ignore federal court orders, saying, "She can call it ‘advising those who are illegally in the U.S. of their constitutional rights.' But we all know it’s really about evading ICE and how not to get arrested and how not to adhere to a federal judge’s order to leave after receiving due process at great taxpayer expense."

He added, "She obviously believes that we should not enforce laws enacted by Congress. By working against ICE, she is putting those that committed a crime entering this country illegally and those that committed asylum fraud and those who ignored a federal court order of deportation over those that enforce our laws and risk their lives every day trying to keep our communities safe."

Let's hope Homan uses the law to put an end to illegal aliens walzing into the country as if they own it.

ICE warns Gov. Hochul after illegal alien is arrested in upstate NY

Democratic-run states may be aiding and abetting illegal aliens under the current failed administration, but as President-elect Trump is ready to get back into the White House, immigration and border officials made it clear that they will be following orders from Trump, not from governors who want to destroy the country.

Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) criticized Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) while announcing the arrest of a wanted illegal immigrant in upstate New York. The Brazilian national had numerous charges against him in the U.S. and Brazil.

“The men and women of ERO [Enforcement and Removal Operations] will continue to protect our communities from dangerous offenders, regardless of what the governor of New York state says,” Buffalo Field Office Director Thomas Brophy said in a statement. “We will not be deterred by politicians putting votes over protecting the citizens of this nation.”

Well said.

The illegal alien was wanted for strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child in the U.S. and is under investigation in Brazil for several crimes, including murder. The arrest of the scumcrumpet came within days of one another and had a final order of removal.

“These cases highlight the dangers of ‘sanctuary’ jurisdictions and state policies that obstruct law enforcement from cooperating with ERO,” Brophy said.

The question now is whether the Democrat governors will go along with ICE officials who will do their job in which Trump had promised mass deportation before he was elected. The ball is in their court: the governors can either help with the removal and deportations of illegal aliens, get out of the way, or make it difficult to carry out Trump's plans.

Although Hochul called Trump just days after he won the election to “reaffirm” their cooperation, we have yet to learn whether she will cooperate with the incoming administration's plans.

On the other hand, New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) spoke out of both sides of his mouth as he begged Trump to “fix the border” while also saying he does not support mass deportations. He will obviously say anything to stay in office.

Nearly 500,000 illegal immigrants are in New York City, with over 220,000 of them who have arrived in New York City since spring 2022.

Trump's pick for border czar, Tom Homan, is the former heado of Immigration and Customs Enforcement during Trump's first administration. Homan has promised to close the border and it's very probable that he will be successful, as he warned those who refuse to cooperate with the incoming administration that there will be consequences.

Tom Homan lets Dems know exactly where he stands on illegal aliens

President-elect Donald Trump promised that on Day One, he would begin removing illegal aliens who knowingly broke our laws coming into the USA so as to take advantage of entitlement programs, and especially those who commit violent crimes. [Jose Ibarra, an illegal alien was found guilty of murdering Laken Riley and sentenced to live without parole today. How's that for an example of who needs to be kicked out of the country?]

Sorry leftists, the days of open borders are gone. The adults have taken back the steering wheel.

With the huge victory the Republican Party has obtained, winning the House, Senate and of course the presidency, you'd think the Democrats would want to go along with the mandate of the people, but you would be mistaken. The Left doesn't want Trump to keep his promise because that would only allow American citizens to vote, not the illegal Democrat voters who don't belong here in the first place. But the Democrats still haven't learned anything from their historic loss. They going on legacy media saying how they'll fight to protect the criminals because that's how they roll.

This kind of shows us why the people who suffered catastrophic losses from Hurricane Milton were offered $750 under Biden-Harris, while illegal aliens were given $10,000 to come here illegally and hopefully vote for them in the future.

Tom Homan doesn't go along with that nonsense spouted by the Democrats and he knows the law is on his side. He addressed Boston's mayor on X in this epic video:
HOLMAN TO BOSTON MAYOR: Read United States Code 1324. You can't harbor or conceal an illegal alien from federal law enforcement. Don't cross that line!

pic.twitter.com/kibGp6iPmf— Election Wizard (@ElectionWiz)
Now the question remains, will Homan use the law and create legal ramifications on those who refuse to abide by it? In other words, will he arrest those mayors and other community leaders who break the law?

I bet he will.

Yes, there's a new sheriff in town and he isn't taking your guff.

Guess how many criminal illegal aliens have been released into our cities and towns

I'll get right to it [unlike some writers who tell you the history of legal immigration, illegal immigration, the history of the country illegal immigrants migrate into, and on and on]. The number is 22,000--you can stop reading now if you choose to because I won't trick you into reading this to the end if you have better things to do.

Yes, since "Mumbles" took office, sanctuary jurisdictions have illegally released 22,000 miscreant illegal aliens that ICE was trying to deport back into cities and towns where they could, and often did, victimize American citizens. Laken Riley immediately comes to mind as her illegal alien alleged killer is on trial as I write this.

President-elect Donald Trump has promised "Operation Aurora," which was announced at his rally in Aurora, Colorado where crime perpetrated by illegal alien gangs has run rampant. He said the program will mark "Liberation Day" for America as it will "expedite the removal of this savage gang," and he highlighted the tragic deaths of young citizens at the hands of these criminals.

The operation promises to arrest and deport criminal aliens

Trump's promise to deal with these scumcrumpets won the votes of many who were sick and tired of what the present administration has allowed to happen here.

Jessica M. Vaughan is recognized as the Director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), a think tank based in Washington, D.C. She has been with the center since 1992 and knows a thing or two about the problem with illegal immigration.

Throughout her career, Vaughan has focused on immigration policy and operations and is considered an expert in areas like visa programs, immigration benefits, and intersection of immigration along with public safety.

Her career has been significantly focused on immigration policy and operations, with expertise in areas like visa programs, immigration benefits, and the intersection of immigration with public safety. Here are some key points about her.

Vaughan explained the ICE data for the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), noting that, in 2015, an ICE report found that 23% or almost one-fourth of all criminal illegal aliens released by sanctuary jurisdictions were later arrested again for committing new crimes within eight months of their release from custody.

Vaughan wrote for CIS:
Since January 2021, sanctuary jurisdictions have released more than 22,000 jailed criminal aliens that ICE was seeking to take into custody for removal, according to ICE records on declined detainers provided to Congress.

The number has grown each year, and represents 6 to 7 percent of ICE detainers issued in those years. Each declined detainer represents a deportable criminal alien who was released back into the community and given the opportunity to prey on more victims. The number reported by ICE include detainers declined by the law enforcement agency with custody of the alien, cases in which the local law enforcement agency provided insufficient notice to ICE to arrive before the alien’s release, and early releases of aliens despite a detainer.
Remember, these were criminal illegal aliens ICE was seeking to take into custody while Democrat sanctuary jurisdictions willfully and knowingly defied ICE and released these dangerous criminals into American communities, fully aware that some of them would commit crimes again.

Last month, Trump vowed to deal with the illegal alien crime wave. “In honor of Jocelyn Nungaray, Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, and all of the others that are dead and mortally wounded at the hands of migrants who should never have been allowed into our Country, I am announcing today that upon taking office, we will have an OPERATION AURORA at the Federal Level,” Trump said. “To expedite removals of this savage gang, I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American Soil.”

President-elect Trump has picked former ICE Director Tom Homan as border czar. Homan issued a clear warning to pro-open borders Democrat governors: “If they're not willing to help, then get the hell out of the way because [Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)] is going to do their job.”

We've waited long enough, four years of leftist nonsense [and I mean nonsense in the true meaning of the word] that has allowed the assault on our borders and the American public to be under assault. Those sanctuary jurisdictions that have allowed this to take place are run by politicians whose "virtue signaling" is never affected by their hair-brained policies.

Now you know the big reason Trump won, and I thank you for reading all the way down here where the meek fear to tread.

AOC speechless after Tom Homan destroys her empty questioning

Former ICE Director and current Fox News contributor Tom Homan basically destroyed former bartender and current Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Comatose (Socialist Democrat-NY) at a congressional hearing on Friday after she tried to accuse him of being the villain who separates children from their families at the border. Comatose was left, well, comatose.

"It says the official recommendation, there were three different options presented, the third included the option for family separation," AOC said in that annoying nasal voice she was  saddled with at birth. "This initiative would pursue prosecution of all amenable adults including those presenting with a family unit.

"Mr. Homan, your name is on this, is this correct?" the 29-year-old socialist whined.

"Yes, I signed that memo," Homan replied.

"So, you are the author of the family separation policy?" the addled brain and creator of the Green New Deal (a plan that received zero votes in the Senate) asked.

"I'm not the author of this memo," Homan replied.

AOC apparently did not do her due diligence regarding the memo and pretty much everything else she pontificates about.

"You're not the author, but you signed the memo?" she pressed, realizing her mistake.

"Yes, a zero tolerance memo," Homan responded.

"So, you provided the official recommendation to Secretary Neilson on families for the United States to pursue family separation?" she asked, apparently unaware of how ridiculous she sounded.

"I gave Secretary Nielson numerous recommendations on how to secure the border and save lives," Homan, obviously frustrated with her inability to understand him, responded.

"But it says here that you, you gave her numerous options but the recommendation was option three, family separation," she said.

"What I'm saying this is not the only paper where we had given the secretary numerous options to secure the border and save lives," Homan responded.

"And so the recommendation of the many that you recommended, you recommended family separations?" she claimed, while trying to put words in Homan's mouth. It was embarrassing and once again obvious that she was unable to understand his previous responses.

"I recommended zero tolerance," Homan responded.

"Which includes family separation," Comatose pressed.

"The same as is whatever U.S. citizen parent gets arrested when they're with a child," Homan said, apparently becoming more frustrated as it must have felt as if he was talking to the wall.

"Zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their parents," she continued, again not seeming to understand Homan's clear explanation.

"If I get arrested for DUI and I have a young child in the car, I'm gonna be separated," he explained. "When I was a police officer in New York and I arrested a father for domestic violence, I separated that father from their family."

"Mr. Homan, with all due respect, [which, of course, is a lie] legal asylees are not charged with any crime," she said, refusing to acknowledge or admit that the majority of migrants entering the U.S. at the southern border are not legitimate asylum seekers, but are actually freebies-seekers.

"When you're in the country illegally, it's a violation 8 United States Code 13:25," Homan responded.

"Seeking asylum is legal," AOC responded, pretending that this is the reason most migrants come here.

"If you want to seek asylum you go through the port of entry, you do it the legal way," Homan fired back. "The Attorney General the United States has made that clear."

Obviously-Comatose had no response for Homan and immediately moved on to question other people.

She is in over her head and a perfect example of the Dilbert Principle. The only difference being that she wasn't in Congress before being put onto committees, but it does get her out of the way, a little.
