Nation Relocates Kids Of Dictator Who Massacred 200,000 To Ohio, Then Routes $1.8 Million In Medicare Their Way

COLUMBUS, OH - In another triumph of compassion, screening, and paperwork, the children of Somali dictator Siad Barre have been living quietly in Ohio for decades after their father was overthrown in 1991. 

Barre's regime is alleged to be responsible for killing as many as 200,000 people. A family-linked home health company later collected more than $1.8 million in Medicare funding. 

Ayanle Mohamed Siad and his sister, Deka Mohamed Siad, settled in Columbus after the family dictatorship collapsed. Deka and her late husband, former Somali ambassador Abdikarim Ali Omar, ran Vanguard Home Health Care, a company that received more than $1.8 million in Medicare funding, according to the New York Post. The company closed after Omar's death in 2021. 

Officials have not explained which box on the immigration form covers "child of the man who ran a 21-year slaughterhouse." They have explained that the billing looked fine.

Barre seized power in Somalia for roughly 21 years before being overthrown. Ayanle has been accused of serving as head of Barre's administration in the final years of the dictatorship. He currently lives in a $350,000 house with his wife and son, and his presence has left many in the Somali community outraged.

Survivors of the old regime now live in the same metro area as the old regime's children, which immigration planners apparently filed under "diversity."

“Siad Barre and his men committed so many war crimes so I was shocked to see his son [Ayanle] in the mosque enjoying his freedom,” one Somali, Ali-Guban Mohamed, told the New York Post. “My family were rounded up in a small township called Agabur and executed. Their bodies were put into a well, and that was happening across the board.”

“It was a 21-year military dictatorship, one man rule and a bunch of his men. Siad Barre dictated where you could go, where you could live, where you can travel,” he continued. 

Mohammad, who came to the US after Barre ordered the massacre of civilians in the Isaaq clan, said that “not a single person had been held accountable for the genocide that took place,” under Barre’s rule. “It feels very bad to know Ayanle is here. Others are scared to speak out but I don’t care. People need to know the truth. He was supposed to be the one who took over from his father, like Saddam Hussein’s son.”

American taxpayers, meanwhile, were held accountable right on schedule. Medicare sent the money. The house got bought. The mosque visits continued. The genocide file stayed in the "not our department" cabinet. 

Despite his atrocities, Barre is celebrated by the Somali Museum of Ohio, which has referred to him as its “honorable grandfather.” 

And let's also remember, AOC and Zohran Mamdani laughed out freaking loud at the 911 Memorial event. Of course, this has nothing to do with this story, but I had to mention it.

Holiday-Hating Socialist Loses Wisconsin Primary After Democrats Decide They Prefer Someone Who Doesn't Want To Cancel Turkey Day

WASHINGTON — In a shocking upset that has left progressive activists wondering how the working class could possibly reject pure socialist purity, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley narrowly defeated Democratic socialist/communist Francesca "Dragon Lady" Hong in Wisconsin’s Democratic gubernatorial primary Tuesday night.

This happened despite polls that had confidently predicted Hong would cruise to victory by double digits despite her history of calling for canceling the cops and Thanksgiving.

Crowley’s campaign said the 37-year-old state legislator and card-carrying member of the Democratic Socialists of America called Crowley early Wednesday to concede the race. Hong trailed her rival by more than 3,200 votes out of more than 787,000 ballots cast as of 6 a.m. ET, a margin of 0.41 percentage points.

Under Wisconsin law, Hong could have requested a recount since she trailed by under one percentage point, but would have had to pay for it since her deficit was greater than 0.25 percentage points. State law does not provide for automatic recounts in close races, which is probably for the best given how progressive math usually works. And besides, she would have probably lost because most people know how suck-worthy socialism is.

Crowley, 40, [no relation to Candy Crowley] was the late choice of Wisconsin’s Democratic establishment after Lt. Gov Sara Rodriguez and her predecessor Mandela Barnes dropped out of the race in recent weeks. 

Crowley had initially dropped out and endorsed Rodriguez last month, but re-entered the race in an effort to stop the socialist Hong after Barnes quit. Apparently even Democratic power brokers drew the line at nominating someone who once treated America’s founding holidays like a problematic Instagram post.

“To Francesca [Hong], Kelda [Roys], Joel [Brennan] and every candidate who shared their vision for Wisconsin, thank you. They challenged all of us to think bigger about what our state can become,” Crowley’s campaign manager Garren Randolph said in a statement name-checking his candidate’s primary rivals.

“From day one, this campaign has been about what comes next for Wisconsin: making life more affordable, strengthening our schools, creating good-paying jobs, and making sure opportunity reaches every corner of our state,” he added.“Now, David is focused on bringing people together, earning the support of Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and anyone who believes Wisconsin is at its best when we work together and deliver results. David is ready to get back to work, build a broad coalition, and win in November.” 

“Our team campaigned clean, our souls are intact and we really made meaningful change for the progressive movement,” Hong’s campaign manager Becky Cooper said after she conceded, while the candidate herself told supporters Tuesday night in Madison: “We have built something that will change politics forever.” 

Changing politics forever apparently includes losing to a moderate after years of faculty-lounge radicalism. Crowley, who will face GOP Rep. Tom Tiffany in the November general election, would be the Badger State’s first ever black governor. 

“I am so proud of David; he’s the future of our Party, and I can’t wait for him to be our next governor. For now, we polka. Tomorrow, we’re back at work to win,” outgoing Democratic Gov. Tony Evers wrote on X early Wednesday. [Imagine Crowley doing a polka.]

“Tom Tiffany, we’ll see you in November.” 

Hong, who campaigned on hiking taxes for the rich, was snapped wearing black Air Jordan sneakers with a blue jacket and matching heart-printed socks while casting her ballot on Tuesday. The sneakers can retail online for $300, which is quite the look for a former dishwasher, line cook, and chef who dropped out of the University of Wisconsin and now lectures others about the working class. 

The DSA comrade had in recent weeks found herself backtracking in media interviews from past statements in favor of abolishing police departments and canceling Thanksgiving Day. She even railed against Valentine’s Day. This shows us her brilliance by declaring war on chocolate, flowers and love.

“Police exist to uphold white supremacy,” the dolt had posted on Twitter, now X, in October 2021. “Defund then abolish. Reform can’t be an option.”

The year before, the Mensa wannabe had also posted, “Cancel Thanksgiving. Should have done this in 1621,” in a now-deleted tweet. She’s since disavowed both of those statements. “I’ve cooked many great Thanksgiving dinners,” she told CBS News ahead of the primary election, “and I’m not going to cancel Thanksgiving.” Sure. If she had won, what would stop her?

Critics in both Republican and Democratic circles expressed concerns that Hong’s past radical comments and policies would spell trouble for her in the November general election, at least for now, as history has shown us, the Democrats keep moving farther and farther to the extreme left once they get in power.

Two of the biggest socialist-communist in US politics, Sen. Bernie Sanders (Commie-VT) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Commie-NY), kept their distance from Hong after campaigning hard for far-left America-hating, anti-Semite, Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed ahead of his primary win last week in nearby Michigan.

“She is a font of zany liberal, faculty lounge exotica,” wrote ex-Barack Obama adviser David Axelrod of Hong in an X post last week. 

“This tweet is a perfect example of why the consultant class keeps losing elections,” responded comrade Dragon Lady. “They’re totally clueless, and they’re hellbent on keeping working-class people out of politics. I’ve spent more time in kitchens than faculty lounges. Perhaps you’d like to come to Wisconsin and work a Friday night dinner rush with me?” she taunted. [Her famous Chinese-style dish named in honor of Joe Biden, Sum Dum Fak is so good that people crap their pants over it.]

Crowley deftly positioned himself in the moderate lane, telling reporters Monday: “There are a lot of people who are scared. She is a self-proclaimed socialist. There are a lot of people worried about not just this party, but this country moving in that direction,” he added. 

Crowley had reminded Wisconsin Democrats a day earlier: “Our ultimate goal is to make sure we don’t have a MAGA extremist occupying the governor’s office.” 

In an interview with Politico Friday, Evers wouldn’t commit to backing Hong if she won the primary. “I want to have a chance to take a breath, and once that’s in a position, we’ll see,” he said, adding: “But I anticipate that David will win.” 

In other primary results that somehow failed to feature holiday cancellation as a core platform: In South Carolina, Sen. Darline Graham Nordone and Rep. Ralph Norman advanced to a special Aug. 25 runoff to determine who will receive the Republican nomination for Senate following the death last month of Darline’s brother, Sen. Lindsey Graham. 

Minnesota voters will elect their first female governor in November, as Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar and Republican state House Speaker Lisa DeMuth won their respective primaries. Progressive Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan defeated moderate Rep. Angie Craig to win the Democratic nomination for US Senate and will take on Republican Michele Tafoya, a former Emmy-winning NFL sideline reporter. 

In Connecticut, 78-year-old Democratic Rep. John Larson, who was first elected to the House of Representatives in 1998, lost his primary to former Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin, 46.

AOC Warns America Could Be Invaded By Reading Section She Didn't Read

On Tuesday, Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Commie (Comrade-NY) once again reminded Americans that confidence and comprehension are not necessarily traveling companions.

The latest episode began after the Bronx-born, Yorktown Heights raised, socialist took to social media to denounce the pending National Defense Authorization Act. She declared that one provision in the bill was an “existential threat to American sovereignty and democracy” that would “merge parts of our military with the IDF.”

Unfortunately, she is a dolt. The actual legislation refused to cooperate with her interpretation.

Within hours, critics, lawmakers, and legal experts pointed out that Section 219 has nothing to do with AOC's verbiage.

Rather than placing American troops under Israeli command or having Marines report to Tel Aviv before breakfast, the provision simply formalizes ongoing cooperation between the United States and Israel on research, technology development, missile defense, artificial intelligence, and counter drone systems. Let me say that important word again: COOPERATION.

In other words, it describes the sort of defense partnership Washington has maintained with allies for years, making it a rather disappointing script for those hoping for an international military takeover.

EPA Chief Lee Zeldin suggested the New York Democrat spend less time inventing geopolitical thrillers and more time brushing up on reading comprehension and critical thinking.

Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) was even less charitable. “Good grief, you are either obtuse or intentionally lying,” he wrote on X.

Legal scholars also struggled to locate the imaginary constitutional apocalypse AOC described. They noted that joint defense projects such as Iron Dome and David's Sling have been staples of U.S. policy for decades under bipartisan administrations, including laws signed by former President Barack Obama. As constitutional crises go, Congress passing legislation through Congress ranked surprisingly low on their list.

For longtime observers, the episode felt less like breaking news and more like a rerun. AOC has repeatedly delivered sweeping pronouncements about Israel before discovering that the facts stubbornly refuse to endorse them.

Her most memorable performance came during a 2018 appearance on Firing Line, where she labeled Israel "occupiers" before admitting she was “not the expert on geopolitics” after being asked to explain the issue.

Since then, she has continued courting her activist base with increasingly uncompromising positions, including promising at a Democratic Socialists of America forum never to support military aid to Israel, even defensive systems like Iron Dome that exist to intercept rockets aimed at civilians.

By week's end, Americans were once again left wondering whether AOC's greatest legislative talent is transforming routine defense cooperation into an Avengers crossover event. The only thing that actually merged was another social media panic with another elementary misunderstanding of the bill she was criticizing.

AOC Opposes Abolishing Senate Because She Still Needs Somewhere To Call Everything 'Jim Crow': here's some facts of which she is oblivious

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez clarified Thursday that she does not support her fellow Democratic Socialists' plan to abolish the U.S. Senate, explaining that it would be far too difficult to eliminate an institution before first accusing it of every historical crime ever committed.

Speaking with reporters on Capitol Hill, the New York congresswoman declined to endorse the Democratic Socialists of America's latest wish list, which includes abolishing the Senate, replacing the presidency with a prime minister, restructuring the judiciary, and apparently seeing how many pages of the Constitution can be fed into a paper shredder before lunch.

"That is, of course, a constitutional question," Ms. Ocasio-Cortez told reporters, acknowledging that even revolutionary manifestos occasionally run into inconvenient details like the Constitution.

While stopping short of supporting the Senate's elimination, Ocasio-Cortez made it clear she still considers the chamber historically suspect.

"We've all got our complaints," she said. "I don't support the filibuster. I don't support elements of this institution that we know were founded on Jim Crow."

[The term 'Jim Crow' comes from a 19th century minstrel show character, Thomas Dartmouth "Daddy" Rice. He performed in blackface [see also Jimmy Kimmel, and Justin Trudeau] singing to "Jump Jim Crow," where he portrayed a stereotypical buffoonish Black man. Thus, the name "Jim Crow" became a derogatory slur for Black people, and by the end of the 19th century it was even applied to the segregation laws. 

After the Civil War and the 13th Amendment ended slavery (1865) Democratic Southern states continued to limit the freedoms of Black people by passing Jim Crow laws (1870s - 1960s). 

When federal troops withdrew from the South in 1877 (as part of the Compromise of 1877 that ended Reconstruction), Southern Democrats regained full control and systematically rolled back Black political and civil rights gained during Reconstruction. By the 1880s to the 1890s the South went nuclear with Jim Crow laws. Public transportation, restaurants, schools, parks, hospitals and restrooms, were segregated. Interracial marriages were outlawed and there were poll taxes, literacy tests, grandfather clauses, and additional roadblocks to disenfranchise Black voters [until they started voting for Democrats].

But by the mid-20th  century, Jim Crow laws began crumbling. In 1954 Brown v. Board of Education was the start, followed by the Montgomery Bus Boycott ignited by Rosa Parks, the sit-ins of the 1960s; the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which banned public segregation and employment discrimination; and finally the 1965 Voting Rights Act that outlawed discriminatory voting practices.

During the entire Jim Crow era, (approximately 1877 to the mid-1960s) it was the Democratic Party's Southern wing that was responsible for creating, passing, defending and enforcing Jim Crow laws.

For example, President Wilson, a Democrat, segregated the federal workforce in 1913. And the Southern Democrats dominated Congress for decades and used seniority and the filibuster to block civil rights legislation; not the Republicans who fought against it. By 1948, Southern Democrats broke away from the Dixiecrat party in order to defend segregation. 

Meanwhile, Republicans were generally supportive of civil rights at this period. So Black voters in the South overwhelmingly supported the GOP in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as national Republicans overwhelmingly opposed Jim Crow measures. 

When the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voting Rights Act of 1965 were signed by Democrat Lyndon B. Johnson, it faced strong opposition from Southern Democrats in Congress and it was the Republicans that provided the crucial votes to overcome filibusters. However, this realigned the two parties as the Democrats took credit for both Acts and Black voters in the South, began voting Democratic. 

Bottom line: Jim Crow was a Southern Democratic project. While not every Democrat supported it (especially many Northern ones later on), the political machinery that built and maintained the system was overwhelmingly in Democratic hands in the South for nearly a century.]

Historians reportedly spent several hours trying to determine exactly how Congress, an institution created in 1789 managed to be "founded on Jim Crow," which emerged nearly a century later, before concluding that modern political rhetoric no longer observes the constraints of linear time.

The Democratic Socialists' platform also calls for replacing the presidency with a parliamentary system, making the judiciary subordinate to Congress, ending American support for Israel, and prosecuting U.S. and Israeli leaders for what it describes as "genocide in Gaza." Political observers noted that the platform appears to have been assembled by asking, "What if Reddit moderated the Federalist Papers?"

Constitutional scholars pointed out that abolishing the Senate would require an amendment approved by two thirds of Congress and ratified by three quarters of the states, making the proposal only slightly more realistic than getting every member of Congress to voluntarily delete their social media accounts.

Although Ocasio-Cortez has been floated as a potential 2028 presidential candidate with support from the DSA, she insisted she is not currently running for another office.

"I could run for dog catcher," she said with a chuckle. "So I think any situation is hypothetical."

Sources confirmed that within minutes, several progressive activists demanded the office of dog catcher also be abolished because golden retrievers have historically benefited from systemic privilege.

Michigan Democrat Mallory McMorrow Flees the Red Dawn She Helped Unleash, Leaving Michigan One Step Closer to the People's Republic of the Great Lakes

In a scene straight out of a Bolshevik fever dream, complete with hammer, sickle, and probably a few portraits of Che on the campaign wall, Democrat Michigan state senator Mallory McMorrow has suddenly suspended her campaign for U.S. Senate, just weeks before the August 4th primary. Comrades, the revolution is eating its own again.

This leaves the Democratic primary as a glorious two-way cage match between establishment moderate Rep. Haley Stevens (the Chuck Schumer-approved choice, because nothing says “fighting for the working class” like a career politician backed by super PACs) and the full-throated socialist Abdul El-Sayed, endorsed by the anti-Zionist deadbeat Comrade Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Obviously-Communist, the dynamic duo of “free stuff for everyone except the kulaks.”

McMorrow’s name stays on the ballot because, in true Democrat fashion, the ballots were already printed and mailed out like Soviet ration cards. The eventual winner, whichever flavor of leftism triumphs, will face former Rep. Mike Rogers in November for the seat being vacated by retiring Sen. Gary Peters. 

This is a must-hold for the Democrats if they want to claw back the Senate from the evil, freedom-loving GOP, which currently holds a 53-47 edge. Nonpartisan handicappers call it a toss-up. Let's be serious, America is one bad primary away from the gulag. 

In her weepy little video on X, McMorrow offered no real reason for bailing. She just thanked her staff and supporters for a campaign powered by “small-dollar donations and no corporate PAC money.” Sure, Mallory. You built that plucky little progressive dream right up until the polls showed you getting steamrolled by both the corporate Dems and the actual Reds. Then poof; vanishing act.

But fear not, comrades! She pledged full support to whichever Democrat wins and faces off against Rogers. Quote: “So here's what we do next. Every day through November 3rd. We win this Senate seat and send Mike Rogers back to Florida for good. Whoever wins this primary on August 4th will have my full support.”

How touching. A true display of socialist solidarity, right before the knives come out. 

Stevens, naturally, called McMorrow an “important voice” for Michigan families and positioned herself as the electable one who’ll “lower costs, protect manufacturing jobs, and stand up to Trump’s abuses of power.” Of course, Michigan's manufacturing is 'protected' by the party that plans to regulate, tax, and green-new-deal everything to death.

Meanwhile, El-Sayed, the man who would be America’s first Muslim senator and who looks at Bernie Sanders the way a lovesick teenager stares at a Che Guevara poster, praised McMorrow for challenging the “rigged system.” Quote: “Throughout this campaign, Senator McMorrow showed what it looks like to fight back against politics that rigs the system against too many of us. . . .  The same party insiders she had the courage to challenge have been bullying anyone who opposes their chosen candidate. . . . I welcome her supporters to our movement to stand up against money in politics, to put money back in pockets, and pass Medicare for All. We cannot allow the establishment to decide our nominee for us.”

So come join the glorious people’s struggle! We’ll abolish ICE, call Israel’s fight against Hamas “genocide,” demand single-payer socialism, and make sure the only people with money are the ones running the re-education camps.

This is the choice Michigan Democrats face: Schumer’s corporate shell or Bernie’s full Commie. El-Sayed wants Medicare for All, open borders, and to turn Michigan into a sanctuary state for every radical idea short of immediate collectivization of the auto plants. The establishment is terrified he’ll push the party so far left that even the state Trump carried by a whisker two years ago will finally go full Venezuela.

The NRSC nailed it: “Bernie Sanders’ radical socialist flank is completely taking over the Democrat Party.” Exactly. The mask is off. What used to be hidden behind flowery rhetoric about “progress” and “equity” is now out in the open: government control of health care, demonization of Israel, abolition of borders, and the slow march toward the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Michigan’s Senate primary has gone from clown car to flaming wreck. And the rest of America gets to watch as the Democrats decide exactly how fast they want to drive the country off the Marxist cliff.

God help us all if they win. The red flag is already waving over the primary. Next it’ll be over the Capitol.

Carville finally decides his Party has become a circus

The Democratic Party has spent years insisting it's a "big tent." Now one of its own elder statesmen has looked around the circus and decided the tent has become a full blown asylum.

Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville has finally reached the point where reality has overpowered partisan loyalty, publicly disowning a candidate backed by New York City Mayor Comrade Zohran Mamdani and calling for nothing less than a formal split in the Democratic Party.

Speaking with co-host Al Hunt on the "Politics War Room" podcast, Carville reacted to the stunning primary victories of three Mamdani-backed candidates in New York, including Democratic socialist Darializa Avila Chevalier. While both men complained that Republicans are exaggerating these candidates' influence, Carville immediately demonstrated why conservatives don't have to exaggerate anything.

"I have the quote right here, I’ll get to it. She has attacked interracial relationships and the American flag. Lady, I ain't in the same party as you. I'm sorry," Carville said. "I’m just not, and I actually do think it's time for Democrats to talk ‘the S-word.’ ‘Schism.’ I really do."

Imagine that. After years of being told conservatives were the ones harboring extremists, one of the Democratic Party's chief strategists is now openly wondering whether his own party needs an exorcism.

"Everybody's always said, 'No, no, we're coalition. We're a big tent,'" Carville continued. "And there's some there's just some s--- that I can't be in the same tent with."

Welcome to the party you helped build.

Carville argued that many of these far left activists don't even believe in the Democratic Party itself but use its ballot line as a convenient vehicle to push radical ideas.

"Let's negotiate a terms of a schism here. Maybe we can part under some kind of advantageous terms for both of us, but I'm done. And I'm not in that f---ing political party."

His breaking point was not merely socialism. It was Israel.

"I am totally comfortable in a political party that spends time questioning the policies of the government of Israel. In fact, I'm enthusiastic about that. I don't want to be in a political party that denies the right of the state of Israel to exist. That's just not I just can't do that. I'm sorry. It's just not doable."

It's remarkable to hear one of the Democratic Party's longest serving strategists say aloud what many moderate Democrats whisper behind closed doors. The anti Israel faction is no longer knocking on the door. It's redecorating the living room.

Hunt didn't disagree.

"They are a great gift to Donald Trump," he replied, urging prominent Democrats including Barack Obama to publicly distance themselves from the movement. "Certainly people like Obama, but also some of the younger Democrats and said, ‘This is not us.’"

He also warned that unless Democrats score a decisive victory in November, "that group of crazies" could spend years undermining House Democratic leadership.

Even Hunt, who credited Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez with eventually becoming a functional member of Congress after her early years, admitted he saw little hope for Mamdani's political allies.

"I don't think this group has that potential."

"I don't either," Carville answered. "And I think AOC is smart. I could be in the same party with her in many ways. I can't be in the same party with Miss Chevalier. Can't do it. Sorry."

Tlaib resolution recognizes ‘ongoing nakba,’ calls for ‘right of return,’ that is, the destruction of Israel

Her mouth is cavernous 

The fact that Rashida Tlaib, an agent of the Palestinian jihad that is working for the destruction of Israel, sits as a member of the United States House of Representatives is a stark indication of how profound the rot in American politics has become, and how deeply the forces of jihad have managed to infiltrate the institutions of the republic. She does not recognize, of course, the elementary historical reality that the Arabs left Israel in 1948 because the Arab Higher Committee told them to do so.

The documentation for this is abundant and may be found in The Palestinian Delusion. Yet now she demands a so-called right of return, which this resolution explicitly includes. That would mean flooding Israel with millions of fake refugees, for under the unique and generous definitions employed by the United Nations even the children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and beyond of those who left in 1948 count as refugees. The result would be the demographic destruction of the Jewish state and its transformation into a twenty-third Arab Muslim state. This resolution is in effect a call for Congress to endorse the ideology of those who attacked the United States on 11 September 2001.

US Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) on Thursday reintroduced a congressional resolution recognizing the 78th anniversary of what she described as the “ongoing nakba,” using the Arabic term for “catastrophe” deployed by Palestinians and anti-Israel activists to refer to the establishment of the modern state of Israel in 1948. 

The real catastrophe is that the moment Israel became the Jewish State, the Islamic Middle East wanted to destroy it.

The resolution, introduced on the anniversary of Israel’s independence, accuses the Jewish state of carrying out “ethnic cleansing,” “apartheid,” and “genocide” against Palestinians, language that many pro-Israel lawmakers in Congress and advocacy groups strongly reject as inflammatory and inaccurate. Of course, those who make that claim are the perpetrators who make that blame. It seems like the world forgot what happened on October 7, 2023.

Anyway, the measure also calls for renewed US support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), an agency that employed Hamas terrorists and for that reason has faced mounting scrutiny from Israel and several Western governments over those observations.

In a statement announcing the resolution, Tlaib argued that the so-called nakba “did not end” with the Arab-Israeli war in 1948 and continues today through Israeli military operations and settlement expansion.

“War criminal Netanyahu and his cabinet have repeatedly threatened to ethnically cleanse the entire Palestinian population in Gaza, annex the land, and permanently occupy it. Today, they are extending these same threats towards southern Lebanon,” the anti-Semite congressperson said, referring to Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and military operations against US-designated terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. “As we mark the 78th anniversary of the Nakba, we honor all of those killed since the ethnic cleansing of Palestine began and all those who have been forced from their homes and violently displaced from their land.”

Activists often invoke the term “nakba” when discussing the displacement of some 750,000 Palestinian Arabs following Israel’s War of Independence, many of whom left the nascent state for varied reasons, including that they were encouraged by Arab leaders to flee their homes to make way for the invading Arab armies. THEY WERE ENCOURAGED TO LEAVE ISRAEL BY ARAB LEADERS.

At the same time, about 850,000 Jews were forced to flee or expelled from Middle Eastern and North African countries in the 20th century, primarily in the aftermath of Israel’s declaring independence.

Tlaib’s disgusting resolution is co-sponsored by several prominent socialists, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY), Ilhan Omar (MN), Ayanna Pressley (MA), and Summer Lee (PA). 

The resolution also calls for a so-called Palestinian “right of return,” a demand insisting that potentially millions of descendants of Palestinian refugees should be able to return to the land of Israel, a step that, according to proponents, would result in the abolition of the world’s only Jewish state.

While refugees are generally defined as those who flee a country out of credible fear of persecution, UNRWA uniquely defines Palestinian refugees to include all descendants of those who left the land, regardless of where they were born.

AOC Drops History-Altering Bombshell: "Black Americans Created Democracy From Nothing," Podcast Host Enthusiastically Agrees Before Realizing He Still Has to Pay Taxes

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a lot of things, but she is definitely no Victor Davis Hanson when it comes to American history, or much else, for that matter.

In a revelation that has left ancient Greeks, Enlightenment philosophers, and every Founding Father collectively facepalming from beyond the grave, America's foremost revisionist historian and occasional bartender, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), dropped a bombshell on the country the other day.

She informed us all that it was black Americans who created democracy: "I think about the Civil Rights and voting rights movement, and how black Americans really created democracy in this country . . . black Americans created democracy. They built something from nothing."

I had no idea. I was under the naive impression that it was the ancient Greeks and our Founding Fathers who conjured such a thing, but clearly I was the last to know. Even the podcast host she was enlightening nodded along in vigorous agreement: “Yes, YES.” Where have I been all these years? Probably busy not rewriting history to own the libs.

There you have it, folks. The 1619 Project rides again like a participation trophy on steroids. History has been rewritten, you’ve been lied to your entire life, and James Madison was apparently mixed. Unless, of course, AOC hit her head falling out of a coconut tree and is simply, resoundingly, and spectacularly wrong.

Democracy literally comes from the ancient Greek word dēmokratia: “rule by the people,” from dēmos meaning “the people” or “citizen-body,” and kratos for “power” or “rule.” By the people, for the people. Sound familiar? It describes a system in which citizens hold the power to make decisions, either directly or through their elected representatives.

In 508-507 BC, the true “Father of Democracy,” Cleisthenes, a suspiciously non-diverse Greek aristocrat, shifted power away from hereditary elites and toward the demos. He reorganized citizens into tribes based on residence rather than bloodline, introduced equality under the law, and reformed governance through popular voting.

Long after his death, the historian Thucydides praised the system: “Its administration favors the many instead of the few; this is why it is called a democracy.”

Credit for the creation of democracy goes to white, ancient Greek aristocrats wearing bedsheets. My apologies, Congresswoman. Next you'll tell us Socrates invented the filibuster.

If AOC means American democracy specifically, she’s no less mistaken. American democracy wasn’t “built from nothing” by any single group or era. It was deliberately engineered as a constitutional republic with robust democratic features during the late 18th century by a bunch of powdered-wigged guys who definitely didn't look like they just invented hip-hop. Drawing on ancient Athens and Rome, English common law, and Enlightenment thinkers including John Locke, Montesquieu, and Blackstone, our Founders designed a republic specifically intended to avoid the pitfalls of pure direct democracy. As Madison argued in Federalist No. 10, this often resulted in mob rule and instability—like, say, Twitter in 2021.

In its place, they built representative government, separation of powers, checks and balances, and federalism, all to protect individual liberty. The Miracle at Philadelphia wasn't exactly a community organizing session.

Just as it would be inaccurate to say women alone created American democracy, it is equally inaccurate to say black Americans did because it is simply not true. Unless Washington and the Founders were applying considerably more face powder than the portraits suggest. Spoiler: They weren't.

I was reminded of all this just last night at an Independent Women’s event, where extraordinary women gathered to celebrate and defend exactly this history instead of turning it into a corporate DEI seminar. That’s the spirit we need more of: women, Americans of all backgrounds, who know what this country is built on and aren’t afraid to say so. We should be teaching this, not erasing it like a bad tweet.

To be uncharacteristically charitable to AOC, one could argue that she means that black Americans, through the crucible of slavery, Reconstruction, Jim Crow, and the Civil Rights Movement, helped make the promise of democracy real rather than merely rhetorical. Indeed, black Americans’ contributions to expanding rights were immense and undeniable, but “expanding and perfecting democracy” is a very different claim from “creating it from nothing,” and conflating the two isn’t empowerment, it’s historical erasure with a side of coconut.

Meanwhile, that very democracy she claims was created by black Americans is being thwarted by her and her fellow Democrats in Washington, D.C., who treat the Constitution like an annoying Terms of Service agreement they keep clicking "Ignore." Barack Obama wants to strip away the voting rights of Republicans of all color, and they’ve promised that when they regain power, they will pack the Supreme Court, enable mass mail-in-ballots, throw away voter ID, and nuke the filibuster to add four more blue senate seats. Very "created democracy" behavior.These are not the actions of people who revere democratic institutions. They’re the actions of people who revere power—and really good campaign donors.

The danger of letting the Left rewrite history and promote fallacious ideas is not abstract. When young people and useful idiots are taught a distorted version of the past by a backward education system and p(regressive) leadership, they have no framework to defend what is true. That's the whole point. Gutting civics and history education was not an accident; it was a strategy, like replacing math with "equity."

Our Founders studied history with rigor, absorbed its lessons, and built something incredible and new: a durable, liberty-focused republic that has endured for nearly 250 years. Its genius lay not in perfection but in self-correction through elections, courts, and amendments, not reinvention via executive order and vibes.

Don’t fall for the lies: communism has failed everywhere it has been tried, Capitalism harnesses human self-interest to drive innovation, growth, and prosperity like no other, and our constitutional republic is a miraculous achievement, conceived by a very pale founding bunch and hardened over generations by Americans of different color and circumstance, bound under one creed.

That’s not an uncomfortable fact; that’s a beautiful one, and as we approach our 250th birthday, it is one worth defending clearly and without apology, or a trigger warning.

AOC shows her true feelings about Jews

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Communist-Queens) is now opposed to funding defensive shields that could save the lives of innocent civilians, but only "if they are Israelis."

Seems like she is trying to win back the endorsement of the Democratic Socialists of America that spurned her in 2024 for not hating the Jewish state enough. Or maybe she is just showing her true colors, which seems more probable.

Her re-hardened anti-Israel position comes even though she is not facing any significant opposition in her re-election campaign, which raises and spends so much money it is more like a good-sized business than a scrappy Bronx-Queens political operation; she does not need the DSA's endorsement. Remember, New York City residents would vote for dog poo if it's shaped into a "D."

But she got her fellow anti-Semitic socialists/communists mad at her because she abstained from voting to deny funding for Israel's strictly defensive Iron Dome project, which protects Israelis "Jewish and Arab" from the tens of thousands of missiles that have been lobbed from Iran's regional terror proxies.

She did not vote for it, mind you "but not voting against it infuriated the 'anti-Zionists' who think it is unfair that Israel's enemies do not have Iron Domes of their own and have no problem seeing Israeli civilians obliterated."

AOC herself admits the Iron Dome "has proven critical to keep innocent civilians safe from rocket attacks and bombardment." But why should Jews enjoy the safety it offers, she seems to believe.

But that is the problem: The Iron Dome works. 

The pro-Iran, pro-Hezbollah wing of the Democratic Party is bitterly disappointed that so few ballistic missiles have gotten past the Iron Dome to fulfill their AI-fueled fantasies of Tel Aviv burning and civilians dying, including babies.

AOC says Israel can afford to pay for its own defense, which is true, though this objection overlooks the cooperative nature of the Iron Dome project, which is a joint US-Israel venture.

The proposed "Golden Dome" to protect the US homeland draws on the example of the Iron Dome, and involvement in Israel's missile defense gives us an invaluable source of real-life war-fighting technical data.

AOC's resumption of strident anti-Israel dogma will signal other Democrats that they can nudge themselves a few steps in that direction, too, especially the ones who have national ambitions. Already, an increasing number of Democrats, including Gavin Newsom, Cory Booker and Tom Steyer have announced that they will reject contributions from AIPAC because they really want the other side to win when it comes to those, you know, Joooooze!

But denying America's vital ally, Israel, funds for a defensive measure that protects civilian lives is beyond that pale.

AOC has made it absolutely clear where she stands when it comes to the Jewish state and she remains a low intelligence congresswoman with aspirations to run for higher office and bring communism to the USA.

Mamdani, Omar, AOC defend Iranian regime over Iranians

NYC's socialist Comrade Mayor Zohran Mamdani, fresh off a chummy White House sit-down with President Trump where they hashed out potential Big Apple housing deals, wasted no time joining the Squad's Alexandria Obviously-Commie (AOC) and Ilhan Omar, a woman who married her brother, in blasting the president for the joint U.S.-Israel airstrikes that hammered Iran.

"Today's military strikes on Iran, carried out by the United States and Israel, mark a catastrophic escalation in an illegal war of aggression," Mamdani declared Saturday, barely days after the Ugandan-born ever-smiling mayor seemed to find some common ground with Trump on pumping federal dollars into New York housing projects.

"Bombing cities. Killing civilians. Opening a new theater of war.  Americans do not want this. They do not want another war in pursuit of regime change. They want relief from the affordability crisis. They want peace."

The low information mayor insisted his top priority remains "making sure that every New Yorker is safe." He said he was in touch with Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch and emergency management officials to take "proactive steps, including increasing coordination across agencies and enhancing patrols of sensitive locations out of an abundance of caution."

"Additionally, I want to speak directly to Iranian New Yorkers: you are part of the fabric of this city, you are our neighbors, small business owners, students, artists, workers, and community leaders," the far-left anti-Semitic mayor added. "You will be safe here." [Unless you're Jewish.]

Fun Fact: Iranian Americans overwhelmingly support President Trump and Israel's strike on the Iranian regime.

Over in Congress, Rep. AOC (D-NY) didn't hold back either, branding the strikes "unlawful" and accusing Trump of "dragging" Americans "into a war they did not want," while claiming the president "does not care about the long-term consequences of his actions."

"This war is unlawful. It is unnecessary. And it will be catastrophic," the former bartender ranted.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) piled on too, slamming Trump for "unilaterally dragging this nation into an illegal and unjustified war with Iran without congressional authorization, without a clear objective, and without any imminent threat to the United States."

The far-left chorus came as Trump and Israel unleashed massive airstrikes aimed at crippling Iran's terrorist regime, with the president vowing the operations would continue as needed to deliver peace in the Middle East. 

Talk about timing: one minute Comrade Mamdani is pitching Trump on 12,000 new homes, the next he's leading the condemnation parade. Classic Squad hypocrisy on full display.

Ask the Iranian people what they want, dolts.

Alexandria Obviously-Comatose does a Kamala Harris over China

Leftist New York Rep. Alexandria Occasionally-Comatose, better known as AOC, the bartender-turned-Bernie-cosplayer who somehow keeps getting reelected, had a real deer-in-the-headlights moment when someone dared to ask her a straightforward foreign policy question at the Munich Security Conference.

The panel included Michigan Gov. [Frau] Gretchen Whitmer (who also looked like she'd rather be anywhere else) and U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matt Whitaker. The topic was U.S. foreign policy, because apparently that's what passes for light chit-chat in Munich these days. 

When the moderator straight-up asked if the United States should "commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan, if China were to move," our leftist AOC did what she does best: she umm-ed and ahh-ed her way into a word salad that could feed a vegan commune for weeks.

"I think that, uh, this is such a, you know, I think that this is a, umm, this is, of course, a uh, a very longstanding, umm, policy of the United States," she began, sounding like someone who'd just been asked to explain quantum physics after three espressos and zero sleep. "Uh, and I think that what we are hoping for is that we want to make sure we never get to that point, and we want to make sure we are moving in all of our economic research and our global positions to avoid any such confrontation and for that question to even arise."

Translation: "Please don't make me say anything that might upset my base or require actual backbone." Classic dodge. She's hoping we can just vibe our way out of a Chinese invasion with some strong economic research and good intentions. Because nothing says "deterrence" like hoping really hard.

Earlier in the same panel, she tried to downplay the whole China thing by framing it as mere "competition" rather than, you know, the looming threat of actual conflict with a world power.

"I think China is, of course, an ascending global power, growing very quickly, acting in its own self interests,” she said, lying about thinking. "And oftentimes in Washington, there's this frame between conflict and competition. I think sometimes depending on what’s happening, that rhetoric can get a little conflict-driven, and I think that it's really a question of competition."

Sure, it's just friendly competition, like when your neighbor "competitively" parks his tank in your driveway and starts redecorating your house with the People's Liberation Army flag. No biggie.

Then, in a separate panel on "the rise of populism,"  AOC tried to explain Trump's foreign policy shift and how the globe reacted. What came out was this gem that left everyone scratching their heads sounded like a Kamala Harris giving a lecture on Boolean algebra:

"I think what we are seeking is a return to a rules-based order that eliminates the hypocrisies around when too often in the West, we look the other way for inconvenient populations to act out these paradoxes, whether it is kidnapping a foreign head of state, whether it is threatening our allies to colonize Greenland, whether it is looking the other way in a genocide. Hypocrisies are vulnerabilities, and they threaten democracies globally."

Huh? Kidnapping heads of state? Threatening to colonize Greenland? Looking the other way on genocide? She's clearly trying to dunk on Trump-era foreign policy, but it came out sounding like a Mad Libs entry written by someone who'd mainlined too much MSNOW [formerly MSNBC] and not enough reality. The audience probably needed a translator app just to figure out what she was mad about.

The mockery was swift and merciless, with plenty of folks drawing parallels to Kamala and her legendary word-vomit sessions on the campaign trail. Both AOC and Whitmer are being eyed as potential 2028 Dem presidential hopefuls, but if this Munich performance is any indication, neither one is ready for prime time when it comes to actual foreign policy questions. They looked like undergrads who crammed for the wrong exam.

In one particularly cringe-worthy exchange, Whitmer got asked about solving the Ukraine-Russia war and immediately tried to punt it to Ambassador Whitaker like a hot potato.

"No, please, I'd love to hear your answer," Whitaker said, not letting her off the hook.

"The two that I am on the panel with are much more steeped in foreign policy than a governor is," Whitmer replied, basically admitting she was out of her depth. "I do think that Ukraine's independence, keeping their land mass and having the support of all the allies, I think is the goal from my vantage point. Go ahead, ambassador, do a better job."

Alexandria Obviously-Commie and dozens of Dems refuse to condemn Kirk's murder

Well, folks, the House of Representatives just gave us another masterclass in political theater, and this time it's wild. On Friday, 58 Charlie Kirk-hating Democrats decided to thumb their noses at a resolution from House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) that honored Kirk and condemned political violence. 

Yes, you read that right, 58 leftists couldn't bring themselves to say, "Hey, maybe assassinations are bad." The resolution, which passed 310-58, denounced Kirk's murder in Utah last week. All Republicans and 95 Democrats managed to find their moral compasses, but 58 others said, "Nah, we're good," and 38 more just shrugged and voted "present" like intellectual cowards.

Johnson's resolution wasn't exactly controversial, unless you're allergic to basic decency. It "honors the life, leadership, and legacy of Charlie Kirk, whose steadfast dedication to the Constitution, civil discourse, and Biblical truth inspired a generation to cherish and defend the blessings of liberty." It also calls on "all Americans, regardless of race, party affiliation, or creed, to reject political violence, recommit to respectful debate, uphold American values, and respect one another as fellow Americans." 

In a speech, Speaker Johnson painted a picture of Kirk as a decent person who could spar in the political arena and still keep it human: "After political debates, Kirk would 'reach out a hand of friendship or offer an arm around the shoulder of someone who he had just defeated in a contest.' Why? Because it wasn't about winning … the policy arguments. It was about the people," Johnson said. "And Charlie loved vigorous debate, but he loved people more." 

A conservative who could out-debate you and still buy you a beer afterward? That’s the kind of unicorn the left apparently can't handle.

So, who were the 58 Democrats who couldn’t stomach this? Oh, just the usual suspects: Reps. Jasmine Mega-lashes Crockett (Texas), Pramila Jayapal (Washington), Alexandria Obviously-Commie (New York), Rashida From the River Tlaib (Michigan), and Ilhan Brotherly Lover Omar (Minnesota). The Squad and friends, basically, doing their best to remind everyone why "unity" is just a buzzword they toss around when it suits them. 

AOC, never one to miss a chance to grandstand in her signature nasal way, took to the House floor to call Kirk a racist. She doubled down on X, writing, "His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans, far from 'working tirelessly to promote unity' as asserted by the majority in this resolution. We can condemn his horrific assassination and the scourge of political violence without uplifting these ideas." 

Translation: "Sure, murder is bad, but let's not pretend this guy wasn't the worst and was asking for it." 

House Democrat leadership actually agreed on Thursday to support Johnson's resolution. So, what happened? Did the Squad just wake up on Friday feeling extra spicy, or is this just another day in the life of a party that can't decide if it wants to be the grown-up in the room or the kid throwing a tantrum in the corner?

For a little perspective, earlier this year, a resolution condemning the assassination of Minnesota House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband passed unanimously, with every single Republican on board. No hemming, no hawing, no "but their policies were icky" bullcrap. Republicans managed to condemn violence without playing morality roulette. Funny how that works. 

Meanwhile, the Senate pulled off a rare moment of clarity on Thursday, unanimously passing a resolution to mark October 14, Charlie's birthday, as the "National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk." 

It's ceremonial, sure, but it's a nice gesture in a world that seems to have forgotten how to do those. And if that isn't enough to tug at the heartstrings, a memorial service for Kirk is set for Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, with heavy hitters like President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance slated to speak. 

Say what you will about Kirk, but he clearly left a mark. So, here we are: a resolution condemning political violence and honoring a decent person who lived for debate and country, and 58 Democrats couldn't be bothered to sign on. If that doesn't sum up the state of our politics, I don’t know what does. 

Maybe next time they'll vote "present" on common sense, too.
