JD Vance blasts El-Sayed after he goes after Usha Vance: "Way out of your league"

Vice President JD Vance did not come to metro Detroit to play nice. After Michigan Democratic Anti-Semitic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed decided to take a swipe at the second lady, Vance told him to knock it off and talk about something that actually matters to voters.

Vance implored El-Sayed to focus on policy instead of attacking his wife. 

At a MAGA Inc. rally Monday, JD made it clear he thinks the Democrat’s personal shot is not just cheap. It is strange."I actually think that the people of Michigan think it's kind of weird when you talk about another guy's wife," Vance said. "I think the people of Michigan would like you to talk about the public policy ideas …I think the people of Michigan would like you to talk about how you're going to protect auto workers when you're supporting every single policy that has undercut the wages and jobs of Michigan auto workers your entire life in public service."

Then came the closer. "But whatever you want to talk about, Abdul, keep my wife's name the hell out of your mouth because she's way out of your league," the vice president added.

That was not some random zinger. It was a response to El-Sayed saying "do we think JD is taking Usha with him back in time to meet Papaw, or no" after Vance suggested that Sharia law would have been an alien concept to his grandfather. 

Critics said the post appeared to take aim at Usha Vance’s Indian heritage. El-Sayed later claimed his point was that Vance seemed to be suggesting some people are "more American" than others because their families have been in the country longer, noting that Vance’s own in-laws are immigrants. Sure. That is the cleanup. 

The original post still read like a cheap ethnic jab at the vice president’s wife. Conservative commentator Ryan Girdusky cut through the spin. "If you’re a rural White American living in Michigan, just remember El-Sayed believes you’re a racist." 

That is the problem with this guy. Instead of explaining why Michigan auto workers should trust a candidate who has spent his public life backing the policies that undercut their jobs, he went after another man’s wife. Vance was happy to bring it back to substance. 

Earlier in his speech, Vance accused El-Sayed of undercutting his support for working people by taking liberal positions on immigration.

"We're here to talk about protecting Michigan truck drivers, but also protecting the safety of every single person who drives on the road with a semi truck, which is all of us," Vance said. "Here's the crazy thing. Just a few years ago, Abdul El-Sayed said that we need to make sure that illegal aliens have driver's licenses in this country. He would love to undercut the wages of American truckers."

In 2018, El-Sayed expressed support for allowing illegal immigrants to obtain standard driver's licenses, though he did not specifically push for those in the country illegally to receive the commercial driver's licenses necessary to operate long-haul trucks. 

Vance still landed the broader point. You do not get to pose as the champion of Michigan truckers while floating licenses for people who should not be here. The two men do overlap on one thing. While Vance and El-Sayed differ in their approaches to immigration, both agree, in principle, that tariffs should be used to benefit American industry. That is about where the common ground ends. 

El-Sayed won the Democratic primary for Michigan's open U.S. Senate seat and will face Republican Mike Rogers in the general election. If Monday was any indication, he would rather talk about Usha Vance than explain how his record helps auto workers. Vance was not having it.The El-Sayed campaign did not respond to a request for comment when reached by Fox News Digital on Monday.

MI rabbi says he'll vote for Mike Rogers as local Jews worry about El-Sayed's anti-Semitism

In the heart of Michigan, a state long accustomed to the predictable rhythms of Democratic loyalty among its Jewish voters, a note of profound disquiet has begun to sound. 

Rabbi Asher Lopatin, an Orthodox rabbi who serves as director of community relations at the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor, has announced that he will cast his ballot for the Republican Senate candidate Mike Rogers in the November election. The decision, made in his personal capacity and not on behalf of the federation, stems from the Democratic nominee Abdul El-Sayed’s positions on Israel and his associations with blatant anti-Semites. 

Lopatin, who, like many uninformed or possibly suicidal liberals has typically voted Democratic, declared: “I’m going to vote for Mike Rogers,” adding, “I have concerns, but I have to do whatever I can to make sure this candidate, Abdul El-Sayed, does not win.” 

His choice comes amid a wider stirring among Jewish leaders in the Wolverine State who naively back Democrats, yet now find themselves contemplating support for Rogers and urging others to do likewise out of alarm over El-Sayed. 

The context is clear enough. El-Sayed narrowly defeated US Representative Haley Stevens by about one percentage point in the August 4 Democratic primary, setting the stage for a November contest against Rogers, a former congressman and the Republican nominee. 

El-Sayed, a Detroit-born physician and progressive former health director in the city, swiftly positioned himself as the most anti-Israel figure in the primary field. He has called for an end to US military support for Israel, accused the Jewish state of genocide [while not making much of what the Hamassholes did on Oct. 7, 2023] and apartheid, branded it a “rogue state,” and insisted that its government and the Hamas terrorist organization are both “evil.” 

He has questioned American support for Israel remaining a Jewish state, asserting that no interpretation of a Jewish state can be reconciled with liberal values. He has further claimed that the only reason a Democrat might support Israel is money, [a scummy anti-Semitic trope] and that it is impossible for a Democrat to back Israel while believing in “human rights.”

Such rhetoric has not gone unnoticed. Lopatin acknowledged the broader Democratic preoccupation with retaining control of the Senate and resisting the administration of President Donald Trump. “I’m sympathetic” to Democrats, he said, yet insisted that “someone like Abdul El-Sayed is unacceptable.” 

The rabbi reserved particular criticism for Senate Minority Leader Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer, a JINO, for endorsing El-Sayed despite these positions on Israel.

El-Sayed’s record includes further episodes that have deepened the unease. In March he hesitated to condemn a terrorist attack on a Michigan synagogue that involved an attempted mass killing of Jewish children. Reports indicated that in private meetings he voiced concern that condemnation might alienate potential voters sympathetic to Hezbollah, the Iran-backed terrorist group [and it's rumored he a fanboy of  Sheikh Naim Qassem and has a photo of the Hezbollah leader above his bed.]

He even hesitated making a comment on the US-Israeli strikes that killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in late February, citing support for Khamenei among some of his prospective constituents.

The candidate has campaigned alongside the execrable political streamer Hasan "Crapweasel" Piker, whose past remarks about Israel, Jews and terrorism have drawn widespread condemnation. El-Sayed made the political decision and has disavowed Piker’s claim that “America deserved 9/11,” but Lopatin maintains that the distancing has been inadequate. “He’s never disavowed Hasan’s anti-Semitism,” the rabbi said, referring to Piker’s comments about Orthodox Jews.

Rogers’s campaign has moved to capitalize on these concerns, launching a “Democrats for Mike Rogers” coalition to spotlight Democratic voters who say they cannot support El-Sayed. 

Lopatin appeared at the event and underscored that his decision marked a significant departure from his usual pattern. He suggested that the Democratic nominee should “recognize the State of Israel as a legitimate sovereign nation and not cavort with Hasan Piker, a known anti-Semite.” 

Of the Democratic Party he observed: “There should be a long list of things that concern them about him.” 

Earlier this week a group of Michigan Jewish leaders circulated an open letter urging the state’s Jewish population to support Rogers over El-Sayed. 

The letter stated: “If El-Sayed were to win the general election in this important swing state, we fear the far-left and anti-Jewish elements in the Democratic party would become dominant, including in the imminent 2028 presidential race. We cannot allow him to become the Democratic standard-bearer or Michigan’s senator.” 

Jews remain an overwhelmingly Democratic-leaning constituency. Yet the combination of rising anti-Semitism and El-Sayed’s evident antipathy toward Israel has led some to consider whether their traditional allegiance can endure. The Republican campaign is wagering that these anxieties will persuade enough habitual Democrats to cross party lines. 

Whether that calculation yields tangible results in November is far from certain, but the debate itself reveals a fracture that few would have anticipated only a short while ago.

El-Sayed's deep-down disgust with Michigan's Mackinac Island: asks voters to send him to Washington anyway

In a development that surprised absolutely no one familiar with the modern Democratic Party, Michigan’s Democratic Senate nominee and jihadi, Abdul El-Sayed, once went full progressive tourist and trashed one of the state’s most beloved vacation spots while complaining about being forced to campaign there.

“I hate Mackinac so much,” he said in a 2020 documentary that followed his failed run for governor. “Every time I’ve ever come here I’ve hated it. Why am I here?” Better question: why is this anti-Semite even running for office?

The clip, resurfaced by The Midwesterner, captured the future Senate hopeful at peak authenticity.  El-Sayed then helpfully clarified that if he somehow won the governorship, Mackinac Island would become his summer home, his way of walking back what he really feels.

The car-free island has hosted the Michigan governor’s official summer residence since 1945, a place where normal people enjoy horse-drawn carriages, bicycles, and walking instead of whatever coastal elite utopia El-Sayed apparently prefers. My guess is that their utopia resembles Egypt, where his parents are from.

His campaign did not immediately respond to requests for comment on why a man who openly despises one of Michigan’s most historical and wholesome landmarks still expects voters to trust him with their state’s future. Of course, the mainstream media didn't press them for an answer beyond the bs they fed the press.

Last year, Democratic Governor the elite Gretchen Whitmer tried to paper over the progressive distaste for the place by pitching Mackinac Island as the perfect film location for HBO’s “The White Lotus.” 

“If HBO is looking for the perfect location for season 4…Mackinac Island is ready to check you in,” she wrote over footage of the island’s scenery. Whitmer continues to visit regularly for events like the Mackinac Policy Conference, where Michigan’s political and business establishment gathers each year to pretend everything is fine. [She may have even gone there during the COVID-19 lockdowns because, you know, she's elite and doesn't have to answer to anyone in the state.]

This is not the first time a Democratic candidate has publicly loathed the very place they claim to represent. 

During a special election for Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District, Democratic nominee Aftyn Behn shared her deep affection for Nashville: “I hate the city, I hate the bachelorettes, I hate the pedal taverns, I hate country music, I hate all of the things that make Nashville apparently an ‘it’ city to the rest of the country. But I hate it.”

One can only imagine what she thinks about the rest of the country.

El-Sayed now faces Republican Senate nominee Mike Rogers in the general election. After El-Sayed narrowly edged out Rep. Haley Stevens, Rogers released a video aimed at Democratic voters alarmed by the rise of the far-Left in Michigan. “You have a home with us,” he told Democrats of all ages. “Over the next 90 days I am going to work hard to earn your trust, to earn your support, and earn your vote. We have a state to save, Michigan. Let’s get to work.”

At least one party still seems to like the state it wants to represent.

Michigan Democrat Mallory McMorrow Flees the Red Dawn She Helped Unleash, Leaving Michigan One Step Closer to the People's Republic of the Great Lakes

In a scene straight out of a Bolshevik fever dream, complete with hammer, sickle, and probably a few portraits of Che on the campaign wall, Democrat Michigan state senator Mallory McMorrow has suddenly suspended her campaign for U.S. Senate, just weeks before the August 4th primary. Comrades, the revolution is eating its own again.

This leaves the Democratic primary as a glorious two-way cage match between establishment moderate Rep. Haley Stevens (the Chuck Schumer-approved choice, because nothing says “fighting for the working class” like a career politician backed by super PACs) and the full-throated socialist Abdul El-Sayed, endorsed by the anti-Zionist deadbeat Comrade Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Obviously-Communist, the dynamic duo of “free stuff for everyone except the kulaks.”

McMorrow’s name stays on the ballot because, in true Democrat fashion, the ballots were already printed and mailed out like Soviet ration cards. The eventual winner, whichever flavor of leftism triumphs, will face former Rep. Mike Rogers in November for the seat being vacated by retiring Sen. Gary Peters. 

This is a must-hold for the Democrats if they want to claw back the Senate from the evil, freedom-loving GOP, which currently holds a 53-47 edge. Nonpartisan handicappers call it a toss-up. Let's be serious, America is one bad primary away from the gulag. 

In her weepy little video on X, McMorrow offered no real reason for bailing. She just thanked her staff and supporters for a campaign powered by “small-dollar donations and no corporate PAC money.” Sure, Mallory. You built that plucky little progressive dream right up until the polls showed you getting steamrolled by both the corporate Dems and the actual Reds. Then poof; vanishing act.

But fear not, comrades! She pledged full support to whichever Democrat wins and faces off against Rogers. Quote: “So here's what we do next. Every day through November 3rd. We win this Senate seat and send Mike Rogers back to Florida for good. Whoever wins this primary on August 4th will have my full support.”

How touching. A true display of socialist solidarity, right before the knives come out. 

Stevens, naturally, called McMorrow an “important voice” for Michigan families and positioned herself as the electable one who’ll “lower costs, protect manufacturing jobs, and stand up to Trump’s abuses of power.” Of course, Michigan's manufacturing is 'protected' by the party that plans to regulate, tax, and green-new-deal everything to death.

Meanwhile, El-Sayed, the man who would be America’s first Muslim senator and who looks at Bernie Sanders the way a lovesick teenager stares at a Che Guevara poster, praised McMorrow for challenging the “rigged system.” Quote: “Throughout this campaign, Senator McMorrow showed what it looks like to fight back against politics that rigs the system against too many of us. . . .  The same party insiders she had the courage to challenge have been bullying anyone who opposes their chosen candidate. . . . I welcome her supporters to our movement to stand up against money in politics, to put money back in pockets, and pass Medicare for All. We cannot allow the establishment to decide our nominee for us.”

So come join the glorious people’s struggle! We’ll abolish ICE, call Israel’s fight against Hamas “genocide,” demand single-payer socialism, and make sure the only people with money are the ones running the re-education camps.

This is the choice Michigan Democrats face: Schumer’s corporate shell or Bernie’s full Commie. El-Sayed wants Medicare for All, open borders, and to turn Michigan into a sanctuary state for every radical idea short of immediate collectivization of the auto plants. The establishment is terrified he’ll push the party so far left that even the state Trump carried by a whisker two years ago will finally go full Venezuela.

The NRSC nailed it: “Bernie Sanders’ radical socialist flank is completely taking over the Democrat Party.” Exactly. The mask is off. What used to be hidden behind flowery rhetoric about “progress” and “equity” is now out in the open: government control of health care, demonization of Israel, abolition of borders, and the slow march toward the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Michigan’s Senate primary has gone from clown car to flaming wreck. And the rest of America gets to watch as the Democrats decide exactly how fast they want to drive the country off the Marxist cliff.

God help us all if they win. The red flag is already waving over the primary. Next it’ll be over the Capitol.

Mueller hired 8 more lawyers for Trump probe

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is going full-hog into the Russian 2016 campaign interference investigation and hired an additional eight lawyers for the case President Trump just can't stop tweeting about.

The probe will cover alleged collusion, obstruction of justice and foreign interference. It is also looking into Trump's top aides and former campaign advisers and will include Jared Kushner, his son-in-law. Of course, former national security adviser Michael Flynn will be under the legal microscope as well.

The Daily Wire had previously reported about the three attorneys brought in by Mueller who were donors to Democrats including Hillary Clinton. In fact, one lawyer, Jeannie Rhee, actually represented Crooked Hillary twice, "once personally, and once for the Clinton Foundation." [Also personally, in a way]. 

CNN said that Mueller will probably bring on even more attorneys, but who can believe what they say? But in any case, they said his "investigators have asked for informatin and will talk to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and National Security Agency Director Adm. Mike Rogers, according to a source [obviously an anonymous as is their wont], who said they have also sought information from recently retired NSA Deputy Director Richard Ledgett."

If what we know of the evidence [that is, there is no evidence] proves that's all there is, President Trump would be well off--but only if he could keep his Twitter finger in his pants.

The Obama abomination is taking vehicles and equipment from law enforcement agencies across the nation. We can thank the Ferguson debacle to thank for this, as lawmakers and sheriffs believe that this action will put the officers and the communities they serve in danger.

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.) spoke to Fox News and said "These things are useful tools and the president taking them away will put more officers in jeopardy and at risk of harm or even death. I don't know how he can sleep at night knowing his actions will have those repercussions."

He can sleep at night because he has no problem with their being any repercussions--in fact, he uses racial or anti-cop repercussions as his divisive political tool. Also, if you slept next to Michelle, wouldn't you at least pretend to be sleeping?

Our so-called president issued the Executive Order 13688 in January 2014 after the Ferguson, Mo. riots due to concerns about the "militarization" of the police dealing a heavy-handed response to minorities in the process of trying to kill them.

And it should be crystal clear that if there's one thing Obama does not want as a response to violent behavior, is a heavy-handed response (see Syria, ISIS, and Russia, for examples of his light-handed, somewhat foppish [see the Urban Dictionary] responses).

If there is anything president Obama is good at, it's demoralizing the military, disrespecting the law and those with the task to uphold it, putting Muslims before Christians while denying the existence of 'radical Islam,' leading from behind--way behind, and refusing to stand with our allies, particularly Israel, and "Poo--the card game." Obama loves Poo.

After the 2001 9/11 attacks, America realized that if we wanted to fight this war on radical Islam, we would need the equipment to do so, and it would need to be dispersed throughout the country in order to have the means to deal with terrorism.

Well, now that Obama has declared ISIS the JV team and denies the existence of radical Islam, treating terrorism as if it were a crime being perpetrated by mere criminals, he wants to further remove our retaliatory capabilities should radical Muslims attack on our soil.

This proves to me that our so-called president has no intentions of beating ISIS or stopping the creation of a world caliphate. I know how "conspiracy theorist" this sounds, but I have yet to see an instance where Obama has shown the same respect for whites, Christians and Jews as he does for Muslims and people of color.

Thankfully, Mike Rogers will attempt to get the weapons and equipment back in the hands of law enforcement once our incompetent president is gone.

CyberVandals Stole Our Candy

Calling North Korea's cyber attack of Sony Pictures Entertainment "cybervandalism" is like calling an Islamist beheading an American "unlicensed butchering." But that's how our so-called president responded to this act of war.

As Michigan's Mike Rogers (R) said, "Saying 'aloha' and getting on the plane to Hawaii is not the answer. I don't think that's enough. North Korea attacked, then threatened violence."

Obama has no policy for dealing with cyber attacks and his "go-to" response has always been to play the role POTUS, where the "P" does not stand for President, but for another familiar word sounding quite feline.
