WaPo gives Cory 'Mr. Potato Head; Booker 4 Pinocchios re: voter suppression lie

With angry eyes and leftist lies Sen. Cory "Mr. Potato Head" Booker (D-NJ) was the recipient of four pinocchios by the Washington Post for claiming that voter suppression was responsible for Democrats losing Michigan in 2016--not that Hillary Clinton was a suckworthy candidate who failed to put campaigning effort in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania because she arrogantly thought she had those states in the bag.

"We lost the state of Michigan because everybody from Republicans to Russians were targeting the suppression of African American voters," Booker said, lying through his plastic pop-on teeth, during the Democratic debate on Wednesday. The Post said that this claim is supported by zero evidence, but Booker feels strongly that it's true and that's what he has--feelings, nothing more than feelings

"Election experts say they see little or no evidence that the activities by the Russians and the Trump campaign actually swayed the election in Michigan," Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler writes.

Kessler notes that Russian propaganda efforts did make an effort to discourage African-American voters, but didn't appear to have much effect, and had nothing to do with President Trump, as stated clearly in the Mueller report, which, like the 2016 election, Democrats don't want to believe.

"There were Russian-linked Facebook ads that targeted African American voters and voiced opposition to Clinton, but there is not strong evidence that they influenced many voters," Matt Grossman, director of the Institute for Public Policy and Social Research at Michigan State University, told the left-leaning Post. "African American turnout in Michigan was down from 2012 to 2016, partially because it had previously risen for Barack Obama. Clinton also received a lower share of the African American vote than Obama."

Kessler also couldn't find any election laws that passed Michigan's Republican legislature between 2012 and 2016 targeting African-American turnout. "The most likely explanation for the loss was that Hillary Clinton, not Barack Obama, was on the ballot, so turnout by African American voters returned to pre-Obama levels," he concludes, leaving out the part where she sucks as a candidate.

Hillary Clinton also received four pinocchios from the Post for her claims of voter suppression in Georgia and Wisconsin. President Trump won Michigan by the closest margin of any state in his 2016 presidential election victory, winning by fewer than 11,000 votes, proving Lincoln's words about not fooling all of the people all of the time.

Hillary's snowflakes still fighting Electoral College

The one in blue is still crying

There's nothing more enjoyable to me than to see photos of people crying over Hillary Clinton's presidential loss to Donald Trump. It gives me a modicum of faith that all is well with the nation.

A leftist-led attempt to overhaul the Electoral College could actually make it to the courtroom as a Harvard professor who ran as a dark-horse Democratic presidential candidate promises to legally change the electoral system. If successful, the voters on both coasts and illegal immigrants would have the final say in the nation's leadership. 

Hillary recently said she wants the system "eliminated" so that she might give it another shot in 2020 before she goes totally senile. But she doesn't want the entire system dismantled, but the winner-take-all system used by 48 states in awarding electors.

In other words, Hillary wants a system that would help her win next time, if there is a 'next time' for her. If Trump keeps his campaign promise however, she will be in the slammer.

The professor, Lawrence Lessig, said, in previewing his legal case to challenge the Electoral College, "With a winner-take-all, most of America is ignored."

Lessig argues the current electoral system violates the 14th Amendment's one-man-one-vote principle as all but two states award all electors to the winner of the state's popular vote. And while he isn't decided which states to focus on (I bet it isn't going to be New York and California) he said 24 people have volunteered to be plaintiffs.

"We're looking for a Republican from a blue state whose vote never counts and a Democrat from a red state whose vote never counts," he said.

Although Lessig was for a very brief period, a Democratic candidate for president in the 2016 election, he insists this isn't a partisan endeavor and if you believe him, you probably are an avid reader of Slate and Media Matters. 

It would require a constitutional amendment for Lessig to win change in the current system. He prefers a proportional system where a losing candidate could still get a percentage of the state's electors based on the popular vote.

Defenders of the current system say that it provides stability.

Gary Rose, chairman of the political science department at Sacred Heart university said that "Under a district plan, we could see a number of third-party candidates emerge, competing for a narrow portion of the vote by just running in congressional districts. A proportional system would be a recipe for France, a multi-party system, with a plethora of small parties that are hardly bigger than an interest group."

Under those conditions, Rose said, presidential candidates would ignore the smaller states. "A national popular vote would be a detriment to the American people, and many voters would really feel disenfranchised if the campaign moved only to the urban areas," Rose said.

Trump won 306 electoral votes to Clinton's 232. But Clinton won the plurality of popular votes 48.5 percent to Trump's 46.4 percent. Ironically, under a district plan, Trump would have won 290 electoral votes and under a proportional system, he would have won 267 to Clinton's 265. A third party would have won six electoral votes and the House of Representatives would have had the final decision on the election.

With Lessig being a Democrat, his own analysis of a proportional system had Clinton winning 270 to 267. And while he says his reasoning has nothing to do with his political leaning, obviously it does.

GOPers call for 2nd special counsel to probe Clinton and others

Republicans are calling on the Justice Department to appoint a second special counsel to investigate the barge-load of 2016 campaign controversies involving Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration. They warn that these questions can't "be allowed to die on the vine" as the Russia probe is going on.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Robert William Goodlatte (R-Va.) and GOP committee colleagues requested in a letter Thursday to Attorney General (for now) Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III and Deputy Attorney General Rod Jay Rosenstein.

"The American public has a right to know the facts--all of them--surrounding the election and its aftermath," they said. "We urge you to appoint a second special counsel to ensure these troubling, unanswered questions are not relegated to the dustbin of history."

They want an entirely separate special counsel probe from Robert Mueller's, particularly since Mueller brought along big Hillary Clinton and Democratic donors as part of his team. They argue that many unanswered questions remain from the 2016 campaign cycle that have been swept under the rug amid the intense focus on Russia.

Here is the request:

1. Allegations that former AG Loretta Lynch instructed then-FBI Director James Comey to downplay the nature of the Clinton email probe

2. The FBI and DoJ's decisions in the course of the email probe, including controversial immunity deals with Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and several others

3. The State Department's involvement in which of Clinton's emails to make public

4. Disclosures in WikiLeaks-released emails regarding the Clinton Foundation and, "its potentially unlawful international dealings"

5. Connections between Clinton officials and "foreign entities" that include Russia and Ukraine

6. Revelations in hacked DNC emails about "inappropriate" coordination between the DNC and Clinton campaign against Bernie Sanders' Democratic primary campaign

7. The "unmasking" of Americans in intelligence documents and possibly related "leaks of classified information" 

8. Comey's admitted leak of details of his conversations with President Trump

9. The FBI's "reliance" on controversial firm Fusion GPS, which was involved in the questionable anti-Trump "dossier" 

The lawmakers wrote that "Our call for a special counsel is not made lightly. We have no interest in engendering more bad feelings and less confidence in the process or governmental institutions by the American people. Rather, our call is made on their behalf. It is meant to determine whether the criminal prosecution of any individual is warranted based on the solemn obligation to follow the facts wherever they lead and applying the law to those facts."

The request comes at a time when AG Sessions is under tremendous pressure from Trump (who sees Sessions as his personal attorney) to revisit last year's controversies over Clinton and Democratic officials. Trump has publicly (aka wrongfully) shamed Sessions over his decision to recuse himself from the Russia probe, which eventuated in Mueller's appointment by Rosenstein.

Sessions admitted to Fox News' Tucker Carlson that the criticism was "kind of hurtful" but defended his decision and said he'd stay on the job as long as Trump allows.

Predictably, the Democrats criticized GOP efforts at obtaining justice in the 2016 controversies, saying that Russia's interference in the campaign is more pressing than putting Hillary and her crew in the slammer just because they broke the law and compromised the country.

The Fusion GPS firm came under renewed criticism this week after a Senate hearing witness alleged they were connected to Russia-backed efforts to fight U.S. sanctions on Russia.

House Judiciary Republicans voted to call an investigation into Comey's handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe in which she clearly used an illegal private email server which contained high levels of classified documents.

One of the Republicans was Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). "I don't think that the crimes of the prior administration, of Hillary Clinton, the collusion with James Comey and Loretta Lynch should be forgotten just because Hillary Clinton lost the election," he told "Fox & Friends" on Friday, saying too that there seems to be a "double standard in justice."

Judicial Watch seeks docs "unlawfully removed" by Comey

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group is calling for Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe to acquire and release federal records and memos it claims were "unlawfully" removed by former and fired FBI Director James Comey. The group is threatening the FBI with a lawsuit if they fail to comply.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch wrote a letter to McCabe on President Trump's birthday (June 14) warning of a potential violation of the Federal Records Act, which is the basis for the federal government's policies regarding the "creating, maintaining, and disposing" of federal records. Perhaps this will be Mr. Fitton's birthday present to Mr. Trump.

After all, isn't the government supposed to work for us, and doesn't the public own unclassified government documents?

Fitton's letter began, "As you may be aware, the Federal Records Act imposes a direct responsibility on you to take steps to recover any records unlawfully removed from the FBI." 

He was referring to memos unlawfully removed by Comey that could contain contents regarding the Russian campaign meddling investigation in the 2016 US presidential election.

The letter went on: "Upon learning that records have been unlawfully removed from the FBI, you then are required to initiate action through the Attorney General for the recovery of records."

Fitton spoke to Fox News. "We're looking to get action on the records that Comey unlawfully took from the FBI, and we know initially there are memos, but depending on what the nature of the documents are, there could be liabilities for Mr. Comey," he said.

Since the "memos" were written by Comey himself, and because it's unclear how they would be viewed by the courts or the FBI, Fitton insists they are official records.

Comey had recently testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee that he gave one of his memos concerning a meeting he had with President Trump to a friend, Columbia University Law Professor Daniel Richman, who leaked the memo to the New York Times. 

"I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter--I thought that might prompt the appointment of special counsel," Comey admitted in his testimony.

Why isn't that a problem? Just like Hillary Clinton's bleaching her server, the intent appears to be the same in both cases, which is obstruction of justice.

In fact, Fitton said that Comey's removing of documents from the FBI is "the Hillary Clinton email scandal all over again."

According to former FBI official, John Iannarelli, who spoke to Fox News, "The things Comey allegedly took are not classified. The issue is not him taking documents, but the matter of how he released them--classified or not, there is a procedure in doing that which he did not follow."

However, Judicial Watch insists the memos and other related documents he may have were federal records which the Justice Department and the FBI are "obligated" to get back.

"The former FBI director isn't above the law," Fitton said, "and current leadership of the FBI should stop protecting him and take action."

Judicial Watch said in the letter that if McCabe and the FBI don't respond by June 26, they will file a lawsuit in federal district court "seeking that you be compelled to comply with the law."

If it isn't too much to ask.

Mueller hired 8 more lawyers for Trump probe

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is going full-hog into the Russian 2016 campaign interference investigation and hired an additional eight lawyers for the case President Trump just can't stop tweeting about.

The probe will cover alleged collusion, obstruction of justice and foreign interference. It is also looking into Trump's top aides and former campaign advisers and will include Jared Kushner, his son-in-law. Of course, former national security adviser Michael Flynn will be under the legal microscope as well.

The Daily Wire had previously reported about the three attorneys brought in by Mueller who were donors to Democrats including Hillary Clinton. In fact, one lawyer, Jeannie Rhee, actually represented Crooked Hillary twice, "once personally, and once for the Clinton Foundation." [Also personally, in a way]. 

CNN said that Mueller will probably bring on even more attorneys, but who can believe what they say? But in any case, they said his "investigators have asked for informatin and will talk to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and National Security Agency Director Adm. Mike Rogers, according to a source [obviously an anonymous as is their wont], who said they have also sought information from recently retired NSA Deputy Director Richard Ledgett."

If what we know of the evidence [that is, there is no evidence] proves that's all there is, President Trump would be well off--but only if he could keep his Twitter finger in his pants.

Hillary's blames everyone but herself for her loser status

Pointing a gnarly finger everywhere but at herself, Hillary Clinton blames Russia and Donald Trump for her second presidential election loss.

At the annual Code Conference in California on Wednesday, the 69-year-old said, "I take responsibility for every decision I made, but that's not why I lost," she lied. "Anti-American forces are going after our economy and they are going after our unity as a nation," she said, ending with the joke.

If anyone or any entity was going after our unity as a nation, it is clearly the left. But that's another story for another day.

Clinton accused the White House of colluding with Moscow in weaponizing technology to bring her campaign down. And she knows about technology--she keeps her server clean "with a cloth."

The former Worst Lady linked the campaign interference of last year's election to Trump and said she hopes investigators would be able to unmask a plot to interfere in the U.S. election. 

Somehow she believes that most Americans care why she lost yet again and she also sounds as if she's going to run again for the 2020 election. The Democratic Party is stupid, but not that stupid. Clinton is done; put her pitchfork in her.

She said a Russian-led misinformation campaign was launched against her and used Facebook and other social media networks that couldn't distinguish among the "fake news" being circulated on those sites.

"What we saw in this election particularly the first time we had the tech revolution really weaponized politically. It was aimed at me, but it's a much deeper, more persistent effort to literally turn the clock back on so much of what we have achieved as a country," she said, obviously misusing the word 'literally.'

When asked who she believed was responsible for involving the Russians, she sneered, "I'm leaning Trump."

She blames Trump, Russia and misogyny for her loss, but pretends to take responsibility for the stupid butthead decisions she made in her horrible campaign.

Clinton said she and her cronies often tried to bring up Russia's interest in the election but said her claims were ignored--possibly due to her "Reset Button" she gave to her Russian counterpart and Obama's open mic statement to the Russian president about how he would have more flexibility. In other words, it was obvious to authorities that if anyone had ties to Russia, and perhaps get them involved in the election, it was the Democratic Party.

"Putin wants to bring us down," Clinton said. "It's way beyond me . . . " she added, admitting how many things are way beyond her. "I believe that what was happening to me was unprecedented. Over the summer we went and told anyone we could find that the Russians were messing with the electin and we were basically shoo'd away . . . We couldn't get the press to cover it."

When the left can't get the press to cover something that helps the left, then you know it's balderdash. The press was in bed with the Clintons, but try not to get a mental picture lest you vomit on your computer and have to wipe it with a cloth.

Hillary also took issue with a 2010 Supreme Court decision that opened up campaign spending. She didn't want an even playing field to match the Clinton Foundation foreign and domestic donations.

"The first time you saw the tech revolution really weaponized politically . . . you had Citizen United come to its full fruition," she complained. "So unaccountable money flowing in against me, against other Democrats in a way we hadn't seen. You had effective suppression of votes."

Yes, she really said that. 

Does anyone recall the New Black Panthers suppressing the white voters of at least one Philadelphia polling place when Obama was running? 

Also, voter ID does not suppress votes--it legitimizes them. So Clinton is just being the lovable hypocrite she's always been.

Cryin' Hillary said she was treated unfairly for accepting millions of dollars in speaking fees from Wall Street firms during her primary race against the self-proclaimed "democratic socialist" Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT), followed by Trump.

Clinton tried to minimize her millions in speaking fees. "I have to say . . . I never thought someone would throw out my entire career because I made a couple of speeches. Men got paid for speeches they made . . . I got paid for the speeches I made."

Hillary is always trying to make it sound like the world is sexist because that's her only political position that resonates with her fellow misandrists.

Did POTUS Put Us On?

In a betrayal of a campaign promise over refugee admissions, the Trump State Department has apparently put that big, beautiful door in the wall before the wall had even gone up.

In the coming weeks, at the very least, there will be an inundation of refugees entering the United States. It went from about 830 refugees for the first few weeks this month, to 1500 as tens of thousands more are waiting to get here.

And there is no reason to believe that it will slow down anytime soon. 

If refugee admissions continues at the projected rate, the Trump administration will have an Obama-esque rate of refugees coming here and the rate will be one of the sixth highest since 9-11.

The New York Times (May 27th) reported how the State Department quietly lifted the department's restriction on the number of refugees allowed U.S. entry. Their decision was conveyed in an email Thursday by Jennifer L. Smith, a department official to the private global agencies that assist refugees  manage the nearly two-year application process.

Smith wrote that refugee groups could start bringing people to the United States "unconstrained by the weekly quotas that were in place."

The way it looks by the numbers, the total number of refugees admitted by the end of the fiscal year, Sept. 30, could be around 73,000.

"This is long overdue, but we're very happy," said Mark Hetfield, president and chief executive of HIAS, an immigrant aid society.

The Republican Congress has been keeping big business donors smiling by sending them a steady supply of cheap labor and handing over tons of money for refugee resettlement. 

Remember, President Trump campaigned on the platform of a moratorium on refugee resettlement, but seems to be backsliding on this issue. The one thing that isn't clear is wether the State Department made this upward adjustment with the president's approval, but the Department of Justice had been contacted.

The question is, now that Trump definitely knows, what's he going to do about it?

Developing: Comey will go public in Intel Committee testimony

Developing -- Former FBI Director James Comey has agreed to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee (an oxymoron if ever there was one) in open session sometime after Memorial Day. 

The committee's chairman Senator Richard Burr (his friends call him "Ironsides") and Senator Mark Warner, the rank Democrat, announced Friday that Mr. Comey will testify before the committee in an open setting with a date not yet set.

Burr hopes Comey's testimony will implicate the Democratic Party in the Russian probe, while Warner is hoping for a presidential impeachment followed by an old fashioned hanging.

Burr explained that the committee hopes to hear about Comey's role in the development of the U.S. intelligence agencies' assessment regarding the Russian interference in last year's election (that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange denies). He hopes Comey's testimony will answer some of the questions that have surfaced since he was suddenly fired by President Trump.

This news comes after reports in the "failed" New York Times and Washington Post about the fallout over the Comey firing and the inquiry into the Russian role on the election as well as possible collusion with the Trump campaign.

The Times reported that Trump told the Russians that Comey was a "nut job" whose firing relieved "great pressure" on him. For more on the Times  story, go here. 

Without factual evidence of Trump's alleged statement about Comey's status as a nut job, Rep. Elijah Cummings, (D-MD) said the comment by the President was "astonishing and extremely troubling," while the factual evidence of Hillary Clinton's private and illegal server was just another day at the office.

Cummings may have been a true civil rights leader back in the day, but today he's nothing short of an empty lunchbox.

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller was named Special Counsel for the Russian investigation regarding their involvement in our presidential campaign last year.

Mueller, a good friend of James Comey, is expected to be impartial. (LOL)

Biden says Hillary kind of stinks

Former Vice President and Gaffer King Joe Biden (aka Uncle Joe) spoke negatively about Hillary Clinton on Thursday saying that now that he thinks about it, she wasn't a "great candidate" for president. 

In fact, he alluded to the idea that she kind of sucked as a candidate and couldn't even defeat an obnoxious TV guy. He didn't say that directly, but we know what he was thinking.

Speaking at a hedge-fund manager (you know, those "Wall Schtreet guys") conference in Las Vegas, Uncle Joe kept the door open for a possible 2020 run for president. 

If he actually wins, he will have turned 78 just before being sworn in, proving that the Democratic Party is the party of geriatric flatulence and failed ideas.

According to The Street, Biden spoke bluntly about how surprised he was that "Crooked Hillary" lost to President Trump.

Biden said Clinton wasn't a "great candidate" and that, "No man or woman should announce for the presidency unless they genuinely believe that for . . . that moment in the nations's history they are the most qualified person to deal with the issues facing the country."

He did not mention the extent to which the country did not trust her and saw her as just another lying Democratic windbag. Nor did he discuss another reason she lost to Trump: she was too arrogant to campaign in the Rustbelt.

It's probable that Biden was hinting about his own 2020 plans, but claims that he's focusing on his family for now. But if it seems like he's the best, if not oldest person to run, he said, "I may very well do it," if he's still alive.

If he ran and miraculously won, he would be 82 by the end of his first term. In all probability, his mental status deterioration would not appear any worse than it already is.

When asked he reportedly said, "Could I? Yes. Would I? Probably not."

Another person reportedly said that Biden stated Clinton would have made a very "good" president. It is rumored that person who made that statement is Bill Clinton.

In spite of the fact that Obama and other big shot Democrats tirelessly campaigned for Hillary, she proved how horrible she was as a candidate. We can only hope that she runs again in 2020.

Hillary has recently come out of the woods from a period of faux 'reflection'. But you can't change someone who refuses to take any of the blame for a miserable loss.

The Comey memo, impeachment and Hillary's national security amnesia

The plot thickens (or sickens) in the Trump/Comey story regarding the Flynn/Russia probe.

The White House pushed back on the report that former FBI Director James Comey, in a memo, claims that President Trump asked him to end the probe into former national security adviser Michael Flynn and his ties to Russia.

According to canary cage liner New York Times, Comey's memo was written soon after he met with Mr. Trump on Valentine's Day, the day following Flynn's resignation from the Trump administration. Of course, The Times didn't actually see the memo, but there's nothing new about that. Apparently a Comey associate read parts of it to a "reporter" over the phone.

The memo was characterized as the clearest evidence that President Trump tried to influence the Justice Department and FBI probe as to whether the Russians meddled in the 2016 presidential campaign and alleged links to Trump's associates.

And if Comey wrote a memo, it has to be fact. (He would never do anything like that to create ammunition, should he need it, to save his reputation, would he?)

"[T]he President has never asked Mr. Comey or anyone else to end any investigation, including any investigation involving General Flynn," an official said. "The President has the utmost respect for our law enforcement agencies, and all investigations. This is not a truthful or accurate portrayal of the conversation between the President and Mr. Comey."

According to The Times, Trump told Comey, "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go . . . He is a good guy I hope you can let this go."

The Times alleges that Comey wrote that Trump told him Flynn did nothing wrong but Comey didn't say he would limit the investigation--he merely replied, "I agree he is a good guy."

In an Associated Press report, they say Comey wrote a memo stating Trump asked him to actually shut down the investigation following the January 27th dinner between Trump and Comey (the dessert was delicious, I understand). It is not clear the AP and New York Times reports refer to the same memo or if Comey wrote memos after two separate meetings.

But acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe (whose wife received $700,000 in Democratic donations) also testified that there "has been no effort to impede our investigation to date." 

The FBI is mum about the memo.

The Justice Department also remained mum on The New York Times report, on the existence of the memo or even if there was any such conversation between Trump and Comey.

Democrats claim the President fired Comey out of frustration with the Russian investigation. "Enough is enough," Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said, stating an old, worn out tautology. "Congress really needs to get to the bottom of this," he added. 

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (Nostrils--NY) said on the Senate floor that he was "shaken" by the report, but not the one about Hillary Clinton's private server that contained classified information on it.

"On a day when we thought things couldn't get any worse, they have," Schumer whined. "Concerns about our national security, the rule of law, and the independence of our nation's highest law enforcement agencies are mounting . . . the country is being tested in unprecedented ways."

He obviously forgot about Hillary's national security breach.

Hillary wants to do what Trump did

The Woods -- In her first interview since her second miserable failure to win the presidency, Hillary Clinton called for the U.S. to bomb Syrian air fields Thursday.

Hillary came out of the woods and interviewed at the Women in the World Summit in New York. She also called Russia's interference in the election she should have won, a theft more damaging than Watergate, but not as great as the theft of the lives of four Americans in Benghazi.

Asked if she now believes that her biggest failure was not taking a tougher stand against Syria as secretary of state under President Obama, she said she favored more aggressive action against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

"I think we should have been more willing to confront Assad," she said to Nicholas Kristof of The New York Times, a far left so-called newspaper.

"I really believe we should have and still should take out his air fields and prevent him from being able to use them to bomb innocent people and drop sarin gas on them."

Then later that day, President Trump did exactly that--he bombed the Shayrat airfield near Homs, stealing Hillary's thunder. 

The former presidential election two-time loser reminded Kristof that she had advocated for a no-fly zone in Syria after leaving government. It was something weak-kneed Obama feared to do and admittedly suffered a severe case of "the willies" when he learned that about our Cruise Tomahawk missile barrage on a Syrian airfield.

Even many Democrats liked Trump's ploy and Fareed Zakaria said on CNN that he believed the surgical attack was Trump's transition into becoming our president. (That's what happens when you're Zakaria and you have your head stuck up in your nether regions because you needed a quiet place to cry after the 2016 presidential election.)

Clinton's lies came two days after the poison gas attack that killed no less than 70 men, women and children in Syria. 

It was the photos of the "beautiful little babies" that seemed to be the catalyst, this time, that got President Trump to respond to Assad's barbarity. Assad's 2013 poison gas attack that killed men, women and children didn't have the same effect, but Trump wasn't president then and he may have gained a new perspective on the death of babies. 

It certainly didn't get Obama to do anything about it either.

After the Assad attack on Thursday, Mr. Trump said that "something should happen" with Assad as military options were being considered.

When Hillary was asked more specifically about Russian interference in the election she lost again, she called for a bipartisan investigation.

"I don't want any Republican candidate to be subjected to what I was subjected to," she lied. "I don't want anybody running campaigns to have their communication stolen." Hillary's password is alleged to have been Kill.Bill123.

"It was a more effective theft even than Watergate," the policy-less former candidate told Kristof in front of an audience of 3,000 low-information liberals at New York's Lincoln Center.

"We aren't going to let somebody sitting in the Kremlin, with bots and trolls, try to mix up our election. We've got to end that and we have to make sure that is a bipartisan, American commitment."

Had they only used a cloth on her hard drive after each use, the Russians would've never had the goods on the Democrats.

Clinton attributed her loss this time to both WikiLeaks and FBI Director James Comey's sending a letter to Congress just days before the election saying he was reinstating an investigation into her emails. In other words, losing the election had nothing to do with her and her failure to offer a coherent policy and campaign in states she thought she didn't need to worry about. (You should've heard her scream at her 'nightmare team' when she learned she lost.)

When asked if it was bittersweet to see the Trump administration screw up in the early days, she declined to agree, but her smirk gave it away.

"I don't take any pleasure in seeing the kind of chaotic functioning," she lied.

Hillary said she has no intention of running for another public office and the American public has no intention of electing her to one. She is writing a book, she says, that partially lies about what derailed her attempt to become America's "FIRST FEMALE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAAAAA!"

"For people who are interested in this, the nearly 66 million people who voted for me, I want to give as clear and as credible an explanation as I can." [Translation: "For liberals who will believe anything I say, I want to shovel them just enough horse plop that they'll nominate Chelsea in 2020 and beat Trump.")

Priebus calls Russian story "garbage'

Reince Priebus the White House Chief of Staff spoke on "Fox News Sunday" saying that top intelligence officials assured him President Trump's campaign did not collude with Russia to win the election--Hillary simply sucked as a candidate. 

Hopefully for Trump, this will put an end to new reports about potentially compromising illegal talks with Russia.

"I can assure you, the top levels of the intelligence community have assured me that [the allegation] is not only grossly overstated, but also wrong," Priebus told Chris Wallace. "They have made it very clear that the story is complete garbage."

Perhaps that's why it has been recycled so often.

The fact is, Priebus' statement will probably not end the controversy as there are bipartisan demands on Capitol Hill to hold investigative hearings. 

New allegations about a potential Trump-Russia connection bubbled up to the surface in the 2016 presidential campaign when then candidate Trump praised Putin's forceful governing style.

Saddam Hussein also had a forceful governing style. Perhaps Mr. Trump should have chosen his words more carefully as he often neglects to do.

But the bubbles reached their peak after Trump's national security adviser Michael Flynn spoke with a Russian official about U.S. sanctions. That alone is not grounds for dismissal, but Flynn failed to tell Vice President Pence the truth about it and lost the trust of the administration, they said. Flynn, of course, was asked to resign.

In a somewhat frenetic press conference Thursday, Mr. Trump repeatedly said he had no knowledge of his campaign officials talking to Russian officials. [He also said that he had more electoral votes than anyone in history except for Ronald Reagan. That turned out to be false but if you're curious about those kinds of things, go here.]

Priebus tried to end the discussion about the campaign-Russia story but he refused to name his source(s) within the intelligence community. This raises the problem about using anonymous sources for a story the Trump administration opposes.

He added that intelligence officials have dismissed reports that they've denied Trump access to intelligence reports, fearing a national security breach. He also defended Trump's tweet that called the news media the "enemy of the American people."

"I understand where he is coming from," Priebus said. "There are certain things that are happening in the news that just aren't honest. We aren't talking about everyone . . . There is nothing wrong with background. We need to communicate with reporters and give context."

I don't believe delegitimizing the reporting of most media outlets is the way for Trump to attack, but he's never one to not counterpunch when being punched. On one hand it's refreshing to see the bully pulpit strike back at the media bullies. On the other hand, the media bullies aren't going to stop and they're too distracting for someone running the country.

I think by focusing on the issues and by continuing to get things done, the media will be exposed for the biased bullies they are and the GOP will become even more powerful.

Trump: I won't lock her up

Well, he is already beginning to appear like every other politician now that he's won the presidential election. In spite of his vow to "lock her up," referring to Hillary Clinton and her illegal private server and Clinton Foundation, he now says that he will not pursue charges against the former Worst Lady, according to Kellyanne Conway, Trump's campaign manager.

Conway appeared on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," and said that although Clinton "has to face the fact that a majority of Americans don't find her to be honest and trustworthy," it would be peachy if Trump can "let her heal." 

In order to heal, she needs to know she did something wrong. The Clintons think that doing anything self-serving, no matter what, cannot be wrong, so healing is a non sequitur. 

"I think when the President-elect, who's also the head of your party . . . tells you before he's even inaugurated, he doesn't wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone, and content," she said.

Remember when Trump said during his campaign that if he were elected president he'd get his attorney general to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate "Crooked Hillary?" Remember when Trump said to Hillary during a debate that if he was president "you'd be in jail?" Remember how when the crowds cheered "Lock her up" Trump appeared to encourage the outcry?

"Look, I think he's thinking of many different things as he prepares to become the President of the United States, and things that sound like the campaign aren't among them," Conway said.

That's a slick way of saying: "Look, he had to pump up his base to keep them on board. Now that he's won, he can do whatever he wants."

Fortunately, Trump's broken promise doesn't prevent congressional Republicans from opening investigations and referring them to the Justice Department. 

Let's hope that Trump at least tries to keep his other promises.

Barry, Hill and Bill

CBS "News" edited out former president Bill Clinton's use of the word 'frequently' and left in the 'rarely' in response to the question about Hillary's fainting episodes. The 'frequently' slip of the tongue couldn't be more Freudian.

But the pseudo news outlet said that they edited the clip for time purposes. It may have save at the very least, one second, but closer to a second and a half of time.

Journalism, as we know it, is dead.

But if you believe CBS's BS excuse, you will also believe that Hillary is in the process of "powering through" her pneumonia (aka pseudo-pneumonia) and will be as strong as ever once she's back on the campaign trail.

If she should win the presidency (gafahbid) the 68-year-old curmudgeon may not be physically capable of finishing out her full first term.

In the meanwhile, current "president" Barack Obama, is campaigning for the former Worst Lady and her closest advisers are suggesting she stay in bed until after the election.

Hillary admits to being experienced with men

Former First Lady, former New York State Senator, former Secretary of State and former Republican, Hillary Clinton spoke about GOP frontrunner for the 2016 presidential campaign, former TV host of the show "The Apprentice"  Donald Trump.

Mrs. Clinton was responding to the charge that Trump is viewed by many people as a sexist, and when it comes to sexism, Mrs. Clinton has extensive experience.

In spite of the fact that women who work for Mr. Trump and had direct contact with him, fail to consider him a sexist. Many say that he's fair, see no pay discrepancies between men and women, and believe they are treated respectfully by Trump. 

What could they possibly know?

Mrs. Clinton has always treated women fairly, in spite of the slight pay discrepancies between men and women on her staff. 

At Hillary's victory rally in Philadelphia Tuesday, she said, "The other day, Mr. Trump accused me of playing the, quote, 'woman card.' Well, if fighting for women's health care and paid family leave and equal pay is playing the woman card, then deal me in."

But does she practice what she preaches?

In an article in the online Independent Journal, it says that Hillary paid her female staff $0.72 to the dollar that men were paid. Perhaps she feels that her closest aide, Huma Abedin, makes up for the average with her inflated salary. But Huma Abedin, wife of the Weiner, Anthony, is very special to Hillary.

Jake Tapper of CNN asked her whether she learned from the way Republicans have attacked Trump as to how she would campaign against him if they both were nominated. She said, "I have a lot of experience dealing with men who sometimes get off the reservation in the way they behave and how they speak. I'm not going to deal with their temper tantrums or their bullying or their efforts to try and provoke me."

The 'reservation' remark was a non-PC micro-aggression causing liberals all over the land except for the media, to go ballistic. I think that's stupidly ridiculous because I'd say the same thing if a conservative made that remark. However, you must admit that Hillary does have a lot of experience with one man who often sneaked off the reservation for a tryst or twenty. 

But notice how Hillary actually plays the "poor me, I'm a fragile woman in a pear-shaped pant suit" card. She uses the term 'temper tantrums' to describe reasonable disagreement with her. It's kind of like a feminist version of Islamophobia--it's intended to shut you up.

Anyone, the shouting Hillary went on, "He can say whatever he wants to say about me. I could really care less. We're going to talk about what we're going to do for the country, and he can continue on his insult-fest. That's the choice he's making."

Does anyone really believe that Clinton "could really care less"? She must be worried about Trump because he's obviously not going to be easy on her with her husband's sexcapades and her involvement, or rather, noninvolvement, with Benghazi, other than her lies.

Trump will also go after her private server, I would bet. 

And her private Blackberry. And the emails. And Whitewater. And her bashing of Monica Lewinsky. And Travelgate. Pardongate. Filegate. 

Finally, one can only wonder if the Clinton Foundation can be proven to be a slush fund for the Clintons. Perhaps the FBI will find that to be true, but don't hold your breath.

Trump and the Appotus

Would you buy my product if I promise it will change once you buy it? That's what Donald Trump is promising you if you vote for him. "I'll be more presidential," he says, but then makes fun of himself pretending to be presidential.

Make no mistake, if Trump gets the nomination, and I suspect he will, I will vote for him. I will vote for any Republican, RINO or any other brand of conservative, rather than vote for a lying, incompetent, gender card poseur and felon, or an aged socialist Senator whose only other job was writing pornography.

Now Trump isn't apparently "toning it down" in spite of saying he would--so what should we believe about Mr. Trump? 

I believe he will act exactly how he thinks people want him to act. As a TV entertainer (beside being a real estate mogul), he knows how to be a showman. As a president of the United States of America, he may simply be a showman who doesn't know how to be a president.

ISIS, al Qaeda, the Taliban, Al Shabaab, al Nusra, Hamas and Hezbollah, just to name a few, doesn't do business deals.

Trump trumps Bill the stumper

"I'll catch you later, Sweetcakes"

Bill "I-Did-Not-Have-Sex-With-That-Woman" Clinton is stumping (you shouldn't take that the wrong way) for his "wife" and partner in politics, Hillary Rodham Clinton, on the campaign trail. 

The former "Philanderer in Chief" has been assuring voters that "nobody is better qualified" than Hillary, but he wasn't specific in mentioning exactly what she was better qualified at. We know what he was good at, but Hillary doesn't have the makings her so-called husband has.

Donald Trump, no shrinking violet from the Big Apple, has led the attacks against the woman whose vagina is her main voting issue. Trump asked how she can position herself as a champion of women while she uses Bill to campaign for her despite his adulterous past. 

The Donald, as his followers like to refer to him, tweeted Saturday: "I hope Bill Clinton starts talking about women's issues so that voters can see what a hypocrite he is and how Hillary abused those women."

Trump is referring to the way Hillary referred to Bill's sexual misconduct accusers as "trash." He also made reference to the Clinton Foundation and how it has accepted money from Islamic nations that treat its women like garbage. 

Trump made it clear that Hillary is not an "innocent victim" in her husband's extra-marital affairs. 

Let's be honest, if Hillary Rodham Clinton was just Hillary Rodham, she wouldn't have even made it to the Senate, much less have become an incompetent Secretary of State. She is known to be a liar and unethical--thrown off the Watergate Committee for unethical behavior by attempting to withhold discovery to the Nixon defense team.

The one word most associated with Hillary when questioning people is "liar."

The most astonishing thing, however, is that women still love her and think her the best thing since sliced cigars.

Careful, the Clintons are moving their lips

Yes, it's the GOP's fault that Bill Clinton's darling wife, Hillary, got caught with her pants down in an email scandal. Wait, it was Bill who got caught with his pants down in an Oral Office scandal--sorry for the confusion.

But seriously, Bill says it's the media and Republican's fault for the controversy claiming that the GOP led a "full-scale frontal assault" on her campaign, reports Fox News. 

"I think that there are lots of people who wanted there to be a race for different reasons," Monica Lewinsky's one-time boyfriend said. "And they thought the only way they could make it a race was a full-scale frontal assault on her. And so this email thing became the biggest story in the world.

Of course, the Clintons would never launch a "full-scale frontal assault" on anyone else's campaign, and absolutely not with members of their own party with whom they have competed with for votes.

Except for Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election.  Hillary was supposed to have won since it was her turn. Her campaign was responsible for starting the rumor that Obama was born in Kenya to a mother who wasn't able to travel to the United States--yes, Hillary's campaign started the birther controversy. For Bill to blame the media is laughable because everyone knows the mainstream media is in the bag for the Democrats. The fact that honest questions by The NY Times and other media are being raised about a secretary of state using a private email server (which is clearly an issue in and of itself) is a powerful statement. 

And the fact that Hillary lied over and over to us about: a) the number of devices she used for her email, b) that there were no confidential emails sent or received, then days later corrected the statement with "there were no emails marked confidential," c) that she lied to Obama after he told her not to involve Sidney Blumenthal in Secretary of State business and she did, d) that the Benghazi terrorist attack was a response from Libyan locals over a video depicting Muhammad accurately, and e) lying to the families of the fallen from that attack, again asserting to them, in front of the coffins of their dead, that they were going to get the guy who made the video that caused all this.

And so on.

I don't always agree with Ann Coulter but I definitely agree with her take on Hillary Clinton's intelligence.

But it's Hillary's obscene arrogance that really pisses me off.

Spontaneity by the numbers

In a carefully orchestrated strategy, the Clinton campaign leaked to The New York Times that Hillary plans to be more spontaneous and authentic as she continues the quest for the presidency of the United States. Her "leak" was as spontaneous as a glacier dancing the Electric Slide and as authentic as a ten dollar Rolex.

Does spontaneous mean that she will not rope off the press or tell reporters that they are only entitled to one question?

How will Hillary pull it off?

Will she take a rigorous course in spontaneity and authenticity? "Okay class, when I count to five, I want you all to do something spontaneous and authentic."

Will she appear on "The View" where Whoopie Goldberg (who, according to Wikipedia, worked out of her home as a phone sex operator) can fawn all over her and tell conservatives to go to hell, which, in turn will elicit Hillary's spontaneous faux laugh as she asks her how she got the name "Whoopie"? (Look it up--it's a gas.)

You have to give Hillary some credit for her persistence--she's been rehearsing for the POTUS gig since the day she was fired from the Senate Watergate Committee by Jerry Zeifman. She just doesn't have a clue on how to keep from screwing up her image.

In a recent interview with Andrea Mitchell, a left wing media hack, Hillary said, "I'm trying to be as transparent as I can." 

If you take that statement literally, she's telling the truth. If she were fully transparent she would be serving time in the slammer. In fact, the only transparency she has really shown is with her emails seen by the Chinese, Russians, and some 15-year-old kid in an Internet Cafe. 

Why is this woman not being indicted along with Bill?

Hillary's Rope-a-Dope

Democrats will not be voting for Hillary Clinton based on anything she says to reporters because she doesn't tend to say anything to reporters, except those who call themselves reporters but are as fair and balanced as Haystacks Calhoun on a teeter-totter going up against Twiggy in the schoolyard see-saw challenge.

Now the First Lady of the Pantsuit had her aides rope off reporters on Saturday in New Hampshire as she lied spoke to potential voters during a Fourth of July parade. If you don't find this un-American and offensive, then you might be a liberal-progressive-First-Amendment-Hater.

Or you might be a Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer like her main aide, Huma Abedin.

Jennifer Horn, the New Hampshire Republican State Committee Chairman, said in a statement that "Hillary Clinton continues to demonstrate her obvious contempt and disdain for the Granite State's style of grassroots campaigning. The use of a rope line at a New Hampshire parade is a sad joke and insults the traditions of our first-in-the-nation primary."

It is not accurate to call the rope a joke; it's a slap in the face to our free press. What right does anyone have to rope off a public street to keep away the press?

Of course, the same staff that helped the pear-shaped Second Lady (to Monica Lewinsky et al) responded to the anger of the press by telling CNN (Certainly Not News) "While the GOP might want to spin a good yarn on this, let's not get tied up in knots [how clever, get it?]. We wanted to accomodate the press, allow (Clinton) greet voters (sic.) And allow the press to be right there in the parade with her, as opposed to preset locations."

So now the press, because of their ire, are considered to be GOP? Wow, that spin on the truth makes an atomic centrifuge look like a Victrola. They are the mainstream press, and by definition, they are in the bag for the bag. The GOP wishes they had their support like Hillary does.

In spite of the fact that the press usually sides with Hillary, it looked pretty bad to see how she was shielded from reporters as a public figure. Everything about her is a secret and has a slimy edge to it.

Politico reporter Glenn Thrush tweeted: "Never underestimate @HillaryClinton's capacity to fritter away natural advantages with poor judgement."

This isn't the first time the Clinton campaign censored the rights of journalists to question her--a DailyMail.com reporter was denied access to a campaign event because, in the past, he actually asked a challenging question. Had he kissed Hillary's corpulent nether region, things may have gone differently for him.

But in spite of the inability of reporters to get in her face, at least one person heckled her about exactly what her accomplishments were as secretary of state before the Benghazi attack. She called for the heckler's execution but was denied when someone produced a pocket-size copy of the Constitution.

In spite of Hillary's unmerited popularity, her Democratic challenger, Bernie Sanders (Socialist-Vermont) has been drawing huge crowds hoping to hear his Seinfeld's "George Steinbrenner" imitation as he yammers on about making deals with ISIS.

You cannot begin to make this stuff up.
