Wisconsin high court suspends rogue leftist judge who allegedly helped illegal alien evade immigration authorities

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has hoisted Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan from her judicial perch, suspending her amid accusations that she played cloak-and-dagger with a man sought by immigration authorities.

The FBI, not known for dawdling, swept into the county courthouse on Friday morning, bundling Dugan off to face federal charges. These are no trifling matters: concealing an individual to thwart his arrest and obstructing a proceeding. Grave, indeed and if found guilty, needs to face legal consequences.

The state Supreme Court, with a brisk two-page edict on Tuesday, declared it “in the public interest” to sideline Dugan temporarily, noting the weight of the charges against her. Her attorney, perhaps wisely, has kept quiet for now—no immediate comment, no stirring defense.

Silence, in such moments, can speak louder than words.

And yet, the Democrats, ever quick to scent a conspiracy, or at best to pretend to, cry foul.

They accuse the Trump administration of orchestrating a grand plot to “chill the nation’s judiciary.” One might pause here, eyebrow arched, and ask: is this truly a chilling of justice, or merely the law catching up with a judge who, if the charges hold, mistook her gavel for a scepter? Who does she think she is, anyway?

The public, one suspects, will not be so easily swayed by partisan vapors.

Let's hope that justice is served.

Biden's cold gone, so is his brain as his Wisconsin visit ends in disaster

Thankfully Joe Biden's cold made a quick exit after the debate ended and our part-time President has announced he's staying in the race for a second term in order to protect democracy and the American way.

On Friday, Joe appeared at a Wisconsin "rally" where he used a teleprompter to yell what was written. He appeared a little lucid, now that the cold meds must have been discontinued, and the Havana Syndrome rays must have stopped beaming down on him, and he got enough rest after only have a week of rest prior to the debacle debate.

So in spite of him arriving more than an hour late and still struggling to appear sentient in public [he's as sharp as a tack in private, for some reason] he spoke-mumbled to a crowd of over a bunch of enthusiastic Democrats to show the country that he is not very senile.
Scheduled to start in less than an hour pic.twitter.com/FiZn7XxION— Gabe Gutierrez (@gabegutierrez) July 5, 2024
When he showed up after the long wait, he stiff-armed shuffled with little steps and a confused look on his face. He seemed lost and alone on some forgotten highway, traveled by many, remembered by few [as the late John Denver sang]. His handlers were likely crossing parts of their bodies beside their fingers hoping Joe wouldn't blow it.

A guy in the semi-large crowd held a sigh that read, "Pass the torch Joe."

Then came the mumbled speech. While Democrats were hoping for a "holy reception," they got a "holy mackerel, does he know where he is?" Biden slurred, forgot words, and in signature Biden fashion, he rambled on incoherently.

It was a clusterfrack for sure.

I could go on, but if you don't get the picture by now, you have to be willfully blind. He once again brought up the "suckers and losers" hoax even though it has been thoroughly debunked.

There is no way Biden is going to run come November, We all see what we see and we know he stands zero chance of finishing out. four more years if, heaven forbid, he wins the election.

And which unelected person is really handling him?

Biden's handlers ward off press, internet explodes

President-ish Joe Biden was at an event in Saginaw, Michigan on Thursday and when the press tried to ask him questions which he agreed to take, his handlers whisked him away to avoid having him display his full-blown dementia.

Biden was trying to push his re-election campaign and speak to volunteers who would vote for a Democrat even if the candidate was declared brain dead. I'm not saying Joe Biden is fully brain dead, but there aren't a lot of neurons firing up there in the old noggin. The trip to Saginaw also included a visit to a 131-year-old Victorian mansion owned by members of the Saginaw City Council and Saginaw Public Schools Board of Education.

As he stood on the porch of the mansion with his back to the press, he was heard saying, "Can I take a couple questions?"

A woman in a Biden-Harris jacket, who may have once played the part of an Easter bunny said, "We're going to take a few questions," whereupon staff immediately started putting their arms up and walking toward the press gaggle, loudly repeating, "Thank you, press, back to the cars."

A video of the occurrence was posted on X and a myriad of comments blasting Biden’s team followed

Stephen L. Miller, contributing editor at The Spectator called the video, an "amazing clip," adding, "'We're going to take a few questions.' Not in front of the journalists... back to the cars guys," Miller said.

Grateful Calvin, a freelancer for Twitchy, said, "You know the words by now… 'This is fine. He's fine. Everything is fine.'"

"The moment Biden suggests taking a few questions, his handlers come flying in like Secret Service agents taking a bullet, yelling at the press to get back in their cars," Bonchie, a writer for the conservative blog Red State said. "What an incredible scene."

"This is bad. Really bad. They’ve told his staff not to let him open his mouth. Trump would’ve walked out and spoke spontaneously for an hour," another Red State contributor, Buzz Patterson, reacted.

Biden's Saginaw appearance came after stops in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. He is trying to convince people that he's fully sentient but many aren't buying it. After he made his State of the Union tirade last week, he's hoping to show voters that he's just a regular guy with blond hair on his legs that kids love to rub by the pool when Cornpop isn't around to cause trouble that Joe needs to assuage.

And he likes it when kids rub his legs.

WaPo gives Cory 'Mr. Potato Head; Booker 4 Pinocchios re: voter suppression lie

With angry eyes and leftist lies Sen. Cory "Mr. Potato Head" Booker (D-NJ) was the recipient of four pinocchios by the Washington Post for claiming that voter suppression was responsible for Democrats losing Michigan in 2016--not that Hillary Clinton was a suckworthy candidate who failed to put campaigning effort in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania because she arrogantly thought she had those states in the bag.

"We lost the state of Michigan because everybody from Republicans to Russians were targeting the suppression of African American voters," Booker said, lying through his plastic pop-on teeth, during the Democratic debate on Wednesday. The Post said that this claim is supported by zero evidence, but Booker feels strongly that it's true and that's what he has--feelings, nothing more than feelings

"Election experts say they see little or no evidence that the activities by the Russians and the Trump campaign actually swayed the election in Michigan," Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler writes.

Kessler notes that Russian propaganda efforts did make an effort to discourage African-American voters, but didn't appear to have much effect, and had nothing to do with President Trump, as stated clearly in the Mueller report, which, like the 2016 election, Democrats don't want to believe.

"There were Russian-linked Facebook ads that targeted African American voters and voiced opposition to Clinton, but there is not strong evidence that they influenced many voters," Matt Grossman, director of the Institute for Public Policy and Social Research at Michigan State University, told the left-leaning Post. "African American turnout in Michigan was down from 2012 to 2016, partially because it had previously risen for Barack Obama. Clinton also received a lower share of the African American vote than Obama."

Kessler also couldn't find any election laws that passed Michigan's Republican legislature between 2012 and 2016 targeting African-American turnout. "The most likely explanation for the loss was that Hillary Clinton, not Barack Obama, was on the ballot, so turnout by African American voters returned to pre-Obama levels," he concludes, leaving out the part where she sucks as a candidate.

Hillary Clinton also received four pinocchios from the Post for her claims of voter suppression in Georgia and Wisconsin. President Trump won Michigan by the closest margin of any state in his 2016 presidential election victory, winning by fewer than 11,000 votes, proving Lincoln's words about not fooling all of the people all of the time.

Jill Stein is still a fraud

In a last-ditch effort to maintain some sort of political relevance and maybe make a few bucks in the process, Green Party candidate and pain in the butt loser, Jill Stein, has escalated her push for a presidential recount. Hillary Clinton, sore loser to the Nth power is on the Stein bandwagon.

What's interesting is the states Stein chose to have the votes recounted: Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. All three went to Donald Trump by fairly close margins, but what about others that went to Clinton by fairly close margins as well?

New Hampshire went to Hillary with only a margin of 0.4%. Clinton got 47.6% and Trump got 47.2% What is Stein's rationale for leaving that state out of the recount?

Then there's Minnesota. The margin there was only 1.5% with Clinton at 46.4% over Trump at 44.9%.

I could go on, with other states like Nevada and Maine, at 2.4% and 2.7% respectively, but I won't bore you with the details.

The count is already underway in Wisconsin--about 4.8 million ballots have to be hand-counted.

What a moronic ploy by an irrelevant leftist whose tweet about the death of dictator Fidel Castro was: "Fidel Castro was a symbol of the struggle for justice in the shadow of empire. Presente!"

"A symbol of the struggle for justice in the shadow  of empire" implies that the US are the bullies and poor Fidel a conquering hero. What an incredibly stupid thing to believe, much less to say.

But I digress as usual.

Stein celebrated her decision to be a pain in our collective butts by bragging in front of Trump Tower about her concerns over "blank votes," adding that "We will not give in to intimidation."

Seriously, she's an idiot. If, as she says, "We are here to verify the accuracy of the vote," then why isn't she verifying the accuracy of to vote in other states where the former Worst Lady won by slim margins?

Possibly because they're both in on it, whatever 'it' is.

Helping the helpless wannabe voter

Madison, Wis. -- Wisconsin residents who are unable to figure out how to get a photo ID before the November presidential election will still be able to vote and their vote will count as much as it does for other people who have it figured out.

U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman in Milwaukee issued a preliminary injunction that allows people who are slower or unable to leave their homes due to soap operas and other matters to sign an affidavit (if able) explaining what is their problem with simply getting photo ID.

But Adelman is not allowing for that option for the August 9th primary as state election officials don't have adequate time to prepare for it.

"Although most voters in Wisconsin either possess qualifying ID or can easily obtain one, a safety net is needed for those voters who can't obtain qualifying ID with reasonable effort," Adelman wrote. 'The . . . affidavit option is a sensible approach that will both prevent the disenfranchisement of some voters during the pendency of this litigation and preserve Wisconsin's interests in protecting the integrity of its elections."

Findlay Flopwood, a hopeful presidential voter without a photo ID, told this reporter, "I am very, very happy with the lady judge's decision to, uh, allow me an' my kin to get the chance to vote even though I can't get me a photo Eye Dee. I been trying to get one but my 'yard car' doesn't want to start," he said, "so's I can't get me to the photo Eye Dee place. Even if it did start, nobody tole me where the Eye Dee place is at.

"But now I'm gonna get me the chance to vote and I can't wait to vote for Hillary Rottom Clinton onnaconna she's for women and gits things done. I too am for wimin. I love me the wimin so's I'm gonna vote for Hillary. Yo."

It was later learned that Mr. Flopwood's 'lawn car' was out of gas but his driver's license had expired seventeen years ago and the photo was unrecognizable.

The hurdles these poor, incompetent voters face are, for them, insurmountable. They need all the help they can get.

The Religion of Special Needs files suit, as usual

Brillion, Wis. -- We have to stop allowing our institutions and businesses to be bullied by Islamic organizations in their use of 'lawfare' in order to force Sharia down our throats.

A make-believe civil liberties group known as the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) which is actually an unindicted co-conspirator along with the Muslim Brotherhood in the Holy Land Foundation trials, is representing Muslim employees of a Wisconsin company.

CAIR has filed a religious discrimination complaint against the company for not allowing the special needs of the Muslims. They need to pray five times a day, especially while infidels work without a prayer break, or they will not pass "Go" and go straight to hell.

The need to take prayer breaks that cannot wait until work is done, is fairly unique to the Religion of Special Needs. This may, in fact, be the reason why so few Islamic nations have made technological gains in fields like medicine, science, technology and aerospace.

Ariens Co., a lawnmower and snow blower manufacturer, fired seven Muslim employees this year for taking unauthorized and unscheduled breaks for prayer time. Thankfully, another 14 Muslim employees resigned over the normal break policy that didn't give them extra time for the same pay. How un-Islamic of Ariens.

The company had a rule of two 10-minute breaks per work shift in January. For some reason, they want to make money in order to pay their employees. But the company was gracious enough to allow Muslims to leave their work stations a third time to accommodate prayers, but learned that by doing so, it would disrupt production and create a loss of revenue, so they stopped giving Muslims special privileges and made them do what infidels were required to do--work with two breaks instead of three.

CAIR filed a federal discrimination complaint Tuesday.

Ariens spokeswoman Ann Stilp said the company employs 27 Muslims and their special needs are met with their own prayer rooms.

Not good enough. CAIR wanted heads to roll over this slight and is using lawfare to get back at the infidels. They are accusing Ariens of not providing its Muslim employees with "reasonable accommodations" for religious practices, which they are obligated to do so by law, provided they do not result in a hardship for the employer.

Why we don't outlaw CAIR and kick their jihadist-Sharia butts out of the country is beyond me. I have no doubts that in 100 years, we will all be facing Mecca when we pray, and those who refuse will be facing death.

Right to be forced to pay dues

The right to work law is unconstitutional according to a leftist circuit court judge in Madison, Wisconsin because labor unions have a "property right" to the wages of employees.  Right-to-work proponents will appeal the socialist's decision.

Wisconsin became the 25th right-to-work state where people could not be forced to pay union dues.

The problem was made public when workers argued the compulsory dues were going to a union that financially supported a political candidate they did not want to support. Sounds reasonable--kind of like "taxation without representation."

"We are extremely disappointed that the Dane County Circuit Court struck down Wisconsin's right-to-work law, but we are confident the law will be upheld on appeal," state AG Brad Schimel said.

The bill went into effect last March and three labor unions sued the state, Gov. Walker, and Schimel. The unions claimed the law requires unions to provide a service--workplace "representation" to nonunion workers--without being compensated.

The Honorable C. William Foust agreed.

But state and right-to-work advocates argue that "neither the federal nor state law requires a union or other entity to become an exclusive bargaining representative."

But Foust says that argument is "disingenuous," which is exactly the union's position.

So now liberals are giving each other "high fives" over the Foust decision, but I suspect the appeal process will see the right-to-work law upheld.

Isn't it great that liberals want to ensure worker's rights to forcibly pay union dues is upheld?

What idiots.

Rioting, Our New American Past Time

It used to be when I was growing up that baseball was truly the nationI past time. More recently it seems that football has taken overcan, and this is most likely why the Tom Brady suspension for 4 games due to deflating footballs to his liking has taken up so much media time.

But it seems that nowadays the National Past Time is protesting and/or rioting whenever a police officer shoots a black person, even if the officer was in his lawful right to do so.

In Madison, Wisconsin, a 19-year-old biracial Tony Robinson was shot and killed by a white police officer Mark Kenny. It is believed that Mr. Robinson was high on some kind of substance as he had assaulted people and had been acting erratically, the prosecutor said.

Officer Kenny will not be facing charges says Dane County DA Ismael Ozanne. Kenny shot Robinson on March 6th as he was responding to calls that the young man was running in oncoming traffic and had assaulted two people. In pursuit, Kenny was attacked when he entered the apartment house where the suspect had gone into.

The incident was described by Ozanne where he cited three 911 callers whose accounts agreed with the police. The callers described Robinson punching a friend, jumping in front of a car, punching a person in the face who was calling 911 and then assaulting two people on the sidewalk. According to Ozanne, one caller feared for his safety and Robinson's.

When Officer Kenny arrived at the apartment building, he heard incoherent screaming and a sound like a fist was hitting something as items were being thrown or breaking. Kenny believed that Robinson might be in the midst of attacking someone, said Ozanne.

Kenny ran upstairs to the turmoil, his weapon drawn and he announced his presence. He was almost immediately punched in the head by Robinson and Kenny fell back on the stairs and fearing for his life and the other individual's he believed was inside the apartment if Robinson grabbed his weapon, so he fired 7 shots in the span of 3 seconds hitting Robinson and mortally wounding him.

When the paramedics arrived, Kenny was giving Robinson CPR, trying to save his life.

Ozanne, who is also biracial and identifies as black,  concluded that the death of Robinson was unfortunate but was the result of a lawful use of deadly police force.

Before making his announcement, Ozanne said, "I am the son of a black woman who still worries about my safety. I am a man who understands the pain of unjustified profiling and I am the first district attorney of color not only in Dane County but in the state of Wisconsin."

Ozanne concluded with a plea against violent demonstrations stating that "truth and lasting change does not come from violence, but from exercising our voices and our votes."

Robinson's mother, Andrea Irwin, was not surprised by the decision and said the investigation wasn't thorough enough. (Is it ever thorough enough for a grieving mother who just lost her son to violence?)

"They could have done a lot. What they didn't do was give my son any respect," she said.

I'm not certain what she meant by giving him respect. It appears that had he given respect to the laws of Wisconsin and to the officer whose job it is to have confronted him, he would be alive today.

So the new National Past Time kicked in: the city's black community had daily rallies after the shooting that lasted for a week. They wanted Officer Kenny to be fired and charged with homicide.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice investigated the shooting and, as required by state law, turned it over the investigation to an outside agency, which was given to Ozanne on March 27.

It seems like it doesn't matter who investigates police shootings. The black community (led by cretins like Al Sharpton) wants blood. Cops are becoming hesitant to respond to black crime and ironically, most black crime is committed against other blacks.

The alternative these anarchists and progressives seem to be seeking is to have our cities in lawless turmoil. Where the police forces fold up and go away because the cops can't do their job.

And we have a president who still points his finger at the cops, not the broken families without a father in the home.

FoxNews.com said that this shooting "was another in a series of police confrontations that have ignited racial tensions across the nation in the past year . . ."

I don't believe it's police confrontations that are igniting anything. I believe it's leftist anarchists who will use any excuse they can to riot, get free stuff, maybe get on TV and tell a reporter to go F himself. Maybe it's just a bunch of guys out for a walk--wait, that's Hillary's line.
