Texas teen beaten and had hot oil poured on her for refusing arranged marriage-police

It ain't personal, it's just a cultural and religious thing.

The parents of a 16-year-old Texas high school student, Maarib Al Hishmawi, who was reported missing January 30, abused their child after she refused an arranged marriage. She ran away from home and was found mid-March, according to police.

Her parents, Abdulah Fahmi Al Hishmawi, 34, and Hamdiyah Saha Al Hishmawi, 33, are alleged to have beaten their teenage daughter with a broomstick and poured hot cooking oil on her when she refused to marry a man from another city.

The parents reportedly agreed to the marriage in exchange for $20,000.

"This young lady, at various times over that time period was subjected to some pretty bad abuse because she didn't want to be married to this person," Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar [no relation to Alberto Salazar, a three-time New York City Marathon winner in 1980, '81, and '82 and the Boston Marathon winnerJavier  in 1982] said Friday, according to KSAT.

Salazar added: "At least at one point, she was choked almost to the point of unconsciousness."

This is not a good example of proper parenting, except in Islamic countries where it is considered a parental duty.

The girl and her five siblings, between ages 5 and 15, were placed under Child Protective Services custody.

The parents face charges of continuous violence against a family member and were taken into custody Friday. The potential husband to the girl may also face charges in the case.

But if they all play their politically correct cards right, they may be able to find a way to sue Texas for the inconvenience of having to abide by our laws.

Don't laugh, a New York City woman sued the city for $85,000 over a claim the NYPD confiscated her head covering, known as a hijab. The lawsuit is what is known as lawfare jihad, much like what the father of "Clock Boy" tried to do.

The Religion of Special Needs files suit, as usual

Brillion, Wis. -- We have to stop allowing our institutions and businesses to be bullied by Islamic organizations in their use of 'lawfare' in order to force Sharia down our throats.

A make-believe civil liberties group known as the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) which is actually an unindicted co-conspirator along with the Muslim Brotherhood in the Holy Land Foundation trials, is representing Muslim employees of a Wisconsin company.

CAIR has filed a religious discrimination complaint against the company for not allowing the special needs of the Muslims. They need to pray five times a day, especially while infidels work without a prayer break, or they will not pass "Go" and go straight to hell.

The need to take prayer breaks that cannot wait until work is done, is fairly unique to the Religion of Special Needs. This may, in fact, be the reason why so few Islamic nations have made technological gains in fields like medicine, science, technology and aerospace.

Ariens Co., a lawnmower and snow blower manufacturer, fired seven Muslim employees this year for taking unauthorized and unscheduled breaks for prayer time. Thankfully, another 14 Muslim employees resigned over the normal break policy that didn't give them extra time for the same pay. How un-Islamic of Ariens.

The company had a rule of two 10-minute breaks per work shift in January. For some reason, they want to make money in order to pay their employees. But the company was gracious enough to allow Muslims to leave their work stations a third time to accommodate prayers, but learned that by doing so, it would disrupt production and create a loss of revenue, so they stopped giving Muslims special privileges and made them do what infidels were required to do--work with two breaks instead of three.

CAIR filed a federal discrimination complaint Tuesday.

Ariens spokeswoman Ann Stilp said the company employs 27 Muslims and their special needs are met with their own prayer rooms.

Not good enough. CAIR wanted heads to roll over this slight and is using lawfare to get back at the infidels. They are accusing Ariens of not providing its Muslim employees with "reasonable accommodations" for religious practices, which they are obligated to do so by law, provided they do not result in a hardship for the employer.

Why we don't outlaw CAIR and kick their jihadist-Sharia butts out of the country is beyond me. I have no doubts that in 100 years, we will all be facing Mecca when we pray, and those who refuse will be facing death.

Muslim workers fired after walking off job

Cargill Meat Solutions in Fort Morgan, Colorado, has fired 190 Somali Muslims who walked off the job last week because the company refused to bend over backwards to accomodate their demands.

A Cargill spokesman said, "There has been a desire among some employees to go in larger groups of people to pray. We just can't accommodate that. It backs up the flow of all the production. We're a federally inspected USDA inspected plant. We have to ensure food safety. We have to ensure the products we produce meet consumer expectations."

Balderdash! Muslims believe they come first and must be accommodated before the infidel public. The company better take heed.

The truth is, prayer times in Islam are rather flexible and missed prayers can be made up later. Thus, there should be no doubt that a ploy such as this is merely an Islamic supremacist act to secure special perks for Muslims.

If this was the first time that Muslims asked for special privileges, I wouldn't have wasted time writing about it, but it isn't. A Muslim trucker refused to deliver beer because of his religion and was awarded a ton of cash. Read about it in the PJ Media article--it's a hoot.

The bottom line is this: when our laws come in conflict with Islamic law, even when the latter allows for flexibility, it's our law that must bow toward Mecca.

One has to give Cargill some credit. They tried to resolve the dispute with the Somali demands, but in the end, the Muslims refused to bend and out they went to collect unemployment and perhaps wage legal jihad with Cargill.

The firings of the workers came after they failed to report for work for three consecutive days last week to protest what they claimed were changes in times allowed for Muslim prayer. Remember, even Islamic scholars agree that prayer time (salat) can be flexible according to the circumstances. The workers know this but refuse to be flexible in order to show Islam's superiority over the infidel world.

Cargill said it made a "reasonable attempt" to give religious accommodation for all their employees at the Fort Morgan plant without interrupting the operations of the facility.

"At no time did Cargill prevent people from prayer at Fort Morgan," Michael Martin, a spokesman for the company said. "Nor have we changed policies related to religious accommodation and attendance. This has been mischaracterized."

Naturally, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas-linked organization, will step in to represent the fired jihadists, in spite of the fact that their complaints with Cargill were vague and centered around space and time provided to pray. CAIR specializes in legal jihad and uses "lawfare" to get what they want.

And what they eventually want, and are willing to wait for, is a world caliphate.

Federal judge frees radical imam

We are often our own worst enemy when it comes to Islamic terrorism. Our laws are civilized and good, but we are dealing with uncivilized and bad people when we deal with the radical Muslims and the law is working to help them kill us.

I know that sounds extreme on my part but just consider this: a radical Muslim imam, considered to be so dangerous that he was kept in shackles and assigned his own guard while being held in John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Seminole County, Florida, was cut loose by U.S. District Judge Gregory Presnell.

The imam, a former gang leader, is Marcus Dwayne Robertson. The judge said of Robertson that he believes him to be a "very bad man," but that federal prosecutors were "woefully inadequate" in making the case to keep him incarcerated. He had already served 4 years.

Robertson is a former U.S. Marine trained in special operations. He had been the head of a violent New York gang who called themselves "Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves." He then disappeared from the New York scene and resurfaced as a radical imam in Florida where he turned young men to religion (Islam) and sent them overseas to fight as terrorists.

The charges that got him locked up were gun and tax fraud convictions but he was so dangerous that the prison kept him in shackles at all times, and when he was being transported to court, he was given a seven-car caravan of armed federal marshals as escorts. He probably would have preferred a larger caravan of men on camels holding swords and shouting "Allahu Akbar."

Efforts were made to add an additional 10 years to his sentence, based on the enhanced terrorism charges under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, but the prosecutor must have learned from the OJ Simpson prosecutor on how to screw up a case, and Robertson was able to walk based on time served.

We are a nation of laws, and that's a good thing, but organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) use our laws to their advantage, and their advantage is, unfortunately, our disadvantage. CAIR does everything they can to keep us from watching questionable mosques and people who attend them. They use "lawfare" to force us to cave in on their demands, and have even gotten to the point where the FBI is no longer allowed to refer to terrorism as terrorism.

FBI evidently confronted Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell over the weekend and hoo boy

It has been a rough stretch for former Rep. Eric "Boom Boom" Swalwell . You know, the guy who's known for the fart heard round...
