According to U.S. treasury documents provided by Homeland Security and Senate Finance committees, Hunter Biden was paid  $3.5 million from Yelena Baturina, the wife of Moscow's mayor.

The report by the committees was released last month and it should be devastating, but somehow you might expect the media to cover it up.

Hunter Biden clearly received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Yelena Baturina and only now do we know why she paid the dough to Kid Crack.

OAN reporter, Jack Posobiec met up with Matthew Tyrmand, the investigative reporter who had received a butt-load of emails from Hunter Biden’s associate.

According to emails and documents, Yelena Baturina laundered funds into the US in avoidance of sanctions, Devon Archer claimed the firm received $200 million.

The New York Post is still in the process of publishing separate emails found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop which revealed a massive pay-to-play scheme involving the Big Guy, Joe Biden.

Hunter Biden's business partner confirms email 'genuine' and says Hunter asked Joe for advice on deals

Tony Bobulinski, a recipient of an email published by the New York Post allegedly regarding a detailed business deal involving the Biden crime family and a communist run Chinese company, has confirmed that the email is "genuine" and provided Fox News more information about the Bidens' role in the shady deal.

The email included a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed money split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.

"The reference to 'the Big Guy' in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden," Bobulinski said in a statement to the outlet.

Bobulinski said he is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which he said "was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family." 

He said he was brought on as CEO by Hunter Biden and James Gilliar, who was listed as the sender of the slightly cryptic email. After all, the "Big Guy" could be Barack Obama for all we know, but that's highly doubtful.

Bobulinski said that he doesn't believe Joe Biden's claim that he and Hunter did not discuss Hunter's business because Hunter "frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals."

"I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line," Bobulinski, a former Navy Lieutenant, said.

"The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist controlled China," he added.

Bobulinski said that he believes the Chinese involvement in the deal was "political or influence investment" on their part, and that "Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese."

According to Bobulinski, he is not politically motivated and feels no affiliation to either party, although he has voted Democrat in the past.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) believes a special counsel should look into allegations of corruption against Hunter Biden.

After the New York Post published emails reportedly recovered from a laptop said to have belonged to Hunter Biden, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff, (D-CA), claimed, without ever seeing the laptop, that the information was not legitimate and that it was part of a Russian disinformation scheme. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe pushed back against this claim, saying "there is no intelligence that supports that." 

Russian involvement is Schiff's default position whenever he needs a reason to make a point. Schiff's credibility is in line with that of the "Hogan's Heroes" character Sergeant Schultz.

Bobulinski made it clear that the information he relayed is not part of any disinformation campaign.

"Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive," he said, which caused Schiff's eyeballs to become the size of gala apples.

Bobulisnki added that the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees requested that he turn over "all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals," and that he intends to fully cooperate.

"I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future," he said.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden remains holed up in his home awaiting tonight's debate with President Trump. One thing we know about Joe is that he might be brain-dead, but he's a master debater.

FBI concurs with DNI that Hunter Biden's laptop is not part of Russian disinformation campaign

Not "The Office"

The FBI has the laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the drug addled addict who was raking in $83 thousand a month for doing nothing beyond being Joe Biden's crap weasel son. The computer contains emails revealing Hunter's business dealings with Ukraine and China as well as photos that are allegedly incriminating. 

The FBI declined to confirm or deny the existence of an investigation into the laptop or the emails, as is standard practice, but they may have had the device in their possession for a year.

According to Fox News, both the FBI and Justice Department agree with the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe's statement that the laptop is not part of a Russian disinformation campaign targeting Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. 

The claim made by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA), which happens to be his default position, has no truth to it whatsoever. The only involvement the Russians had with US political operatives, were with the Hillary Clinton campaign regarding the Steele dossier. 

Ratcliffe, on Monday, said that Hunter Biden’s laptop and the emails on it “is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign," despite Schiff claims.

“Let me be clear: the intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that," Ratcliffe asserted. "And we have shared no intelligence with Adam Schiff, or any member of Congress.” This, of course, shows us that Adam Schiff is one of the most prolific liars in Congress.

Ratcliffe went on to say clearly that it is “simply not true.”

“If you thought it wasn’t possible for Schiff to have any less credibility, DOJ just proved you wrong,” a senior intelligence official told Fox News. 

One senior administration official told Fox News that the FBI isn't currently investigating the laptop as part of a Russian disinformation campaign, while another assured the outlet that the emails are "authentic."

When reporters bring up the subject of Hunter to Joe Biden, the father and Democratic presidential nominee in near total absentia, he tells reporters to piss off, and they do. Then these hard-hitting "journalists" ask a follow-up question like what flavor ice cream did he purchase. 

Before the damning emails bubbled up from the bowl, Joe Biden repeatedly claimed he's "never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

The veracity of Biden's statement doesn't ring true. Is it possible a politician like Biden has lied to the public for personal gain?

Good News: Hillary has to address her private emails, "Still more to learn"

A Federal judge granted a Judicial Watch request to have former first lady, former NY senator, former Secretary of State, and current two-time loser for President, Hillary Clinton sit on her pear-shaped bottom for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server [located in a Colorado bathroom], to conduct government business.

Judicial watch is a conservative watchdog group.

A federal judge Monday granted a request from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sit for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server to conduct government business.

Bill Clinton's cucquean  argued that she already went through the questioning and shouldn't have to be made to sit there when she has better things to do. However, D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth ruled that her past responses sucked.

"As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business," Lamberth said.

Especially given the fact that the server, located just a few feet from a toilet, had enough confidential information for our enemies to launch an attack on our homeland.

The judge recognized that while Hillary Clinton responded to written questions in a separate case, "those responses were either incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory at best. Simply put her responses left many more questions than answers.” 

Judge Lamberth said that using written questions this time “will only muddle any understanding of Secretary Clinton’s state of mind and fail to capture the full picture, this delaying the final disposition of this case even further.”

Ooo--she might be in big trouble . . . but I doubt it.

The ruling comes after Judicial Watch revealed at a December 2019 status conference that the FBI released "approximately thirty previously undisclosed Clinton emails," and that the State Department "failed to fully explain" where they came from.

The State Department has been pushing for the discovery phase of the case to come to a close, but Lamberth said he is not ready to do so, saying that "there is still more to learn."

Only 23 violations of security protocols found by Dept. of State in Clinton emails

How many security-breached emails does it take to indict a Clinton for violating the Espionage Act? The answer must be 24 because 23 hasn't been enough, unless things change now that her protector James Comey is gone.

The State Department revealed Monday that no less than 15 people mishandled former Secretary Clinton's emails with a total of 23 different violations. Lordy, thank goodness it wasn't 24.

The revelation came in a letter written to Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley.

The letter states that 15 people received write-ups for breaking state department rules, The Washington Times reported, and if this happened anywhere in the Middle East, heads would roll.

State Department assistant secretary, Mary Elizabeth Taylor, in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs wrote in the letter: “To this point, the Department has assessed culpability to 15 individuals, some of whom were culpable in multiple security incidents.”

“DS has issued 23 violations and 7 infractions incidents. … This number will likely change as the review progresses,” she added. “The department considers and violation of security policies to be a serious matter.”

But not serious enough for an indictment of Hillary Clinton, who will never become the first female President of the United States of America.

Grassley is currently overseeing the review and responded Tuesday morning to the State Department’s findings via Twitter:

President Trump acknowledged the findings were “really big.” But he didn't move to lock her up, referring to Hillary Clinton, who thus far has avoided incarceration for her use of a private, unprotected and totally illegal email server, which is uncontroversial and should have landed her in prison.

The State Department said that its investigation should end in early September and acknowledged how time-consuming the probe has been.

Mary Elizabeth Taylor wrote, “Given the volume of emails provided to the Department from former Secretary Clinton’s private email server, the Department’s process has been necessarily more complicated and complex requiring a significant dedication of time and resources.”

She said that disciplinary actions were pending and that “all valid security incidents are reviewed by DS and taken into account.”

While the letter did not mention any specific names, the State Department promised an additional update once the investigation is complete.

We shall see what happens, but don't hold your breath over Hillary going to the crowbar hotel anytime soon.

Hillary Clinton's email past comes back to bite her somewhere

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ruled on Thursday that Hillary Clinton's use of a private server while serving as an incompetent secretary of state was "one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency."

The conservative watch dog group Judicial Watch had filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the State and Justice departments. The lawsuit alleges that Clinton's email practices [aka; malpractices] show a deliberate effort to violate the FOIA, Politico reported.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton praised Lamberth’s ruling on Friday, telling Fox News the ruling showed that the court was “not terribly convinced” fired FBI Director James Comey adequately investigated Clinton’s use of the private server while secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

Lordy.

As a result of the judge’s ruling, “Some people like Mrs. Clinton potentially will have to answer further questions,” Fitton said.

Heavens.

According to The Hill, Lamberth ordered the State and Justice departments on Thursday, to work with Judicial Watch on a discovery plan in order to determine if Clinton used the bathroom-stationed server to circumvent FOIA requirements.

If that's the case, then Hillary may change her pantsuits for orange jumpsuits.

Clinton was discovered to have thousands of deleted emails that she said were personal (over 30 thousand yoga and wedding-related emails) and not related to her State Department work. 

Comey announced during the 2016 presidential campaign that Clinton’s handling of emails was “extremely careless” but did not warrant criminal charges because he thought he was the judge and jury which shows just how incredibly narcissistic he is.

Jim Comey illegally used private email account

Fired FBI director James Comey used his private Gmail account HUNDREDS OF TIMES to conduct sensitive government business. At least seven of those email messages were deemed so freaking sensitive by the Justice Department, they declined to release them.

Comey, who is capable of acting incredibly sincere while lying through his teeth repeatedly claimed in that sincere "Lordy, Lordy" way he has, that he only used his private account for "incidental" purposes and never for any classified information.

The Justice Department acknowledged in response to a FOIA request that Comey and his chief of staff spoke about business on about 1,200 pages of messages, 156 of which were obtained by The Post, and 1,200 obtained by Russia, North Korea and China.

The Cause of Action Institute, a conservative watchdog group, filed a Freedom of Information lawsuit for Comey's Gmail emails involving his FBI work.

The Justice Department nearly had a cow when they discovered that there were 1,200 pages of messages for Comey and his chief of staff that fell into that category.

Justice handed over the 156 but refused the release of the seven because they would "disclose techniques and procedures for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions."

Another 363 emails were withheld as they discussed privileged agency communications or out of personal privacy concerns.

The CEO fo Causeof Action slammed Comey for minimizing how he used his Gmail account. "Using private email to conduct official government business endangers transparency and accountability, and that is why we sued the Department of Justice," said John Vecchione.

"We're deeply concerned that the FBI withheld numerous emails citing FOIA's law enforcement exemptions. This runs counter to Comey's statements that his use of email was incidental and never involved any sensitive matters."

Great point--if Comey was telling the truth, why try to withhold the emails in the first place?

Ironically, on Oct. 7, 2015, Comey recognizes his hypocrisy of his agency investigating Hillary Clinton's email practices while he's exchanging FBI information on his own private account because his government account was down.

Two days after his "mobile is not sending emails," Comey asked an aide that the testimony he was to deliver to the Senate be sent on his private account, noting that it was an "embarrassing" situation.

"He [the aide] will need to send to personal email I suppose," Comey wrote. "Embarrassing for us."

Lisa Rosenberg, executive director of Open the Government, a nonpartisan coalition advocating for government transparency, said that Comey's practice of using personal email while investigating Clinton reeks of a double standard.

"It's just so transparently hypocritical to have one standard for a person you are investigating and an entirely different standard for yourself when you are the one who's enforcing the law," she said.

But that's like telling Jim Acosta to put the mic down.

The fact that Comey lied to the inspector general at Justice, and thumbed his nose at the public, should justify Justice seeking justice in this case.

Comey is not the Boy Scout he pretends to be. He is a full-blown liar and hypocrite. If he skates past these concerns, then there is a separate justice for those at the top.

Amazing report claims Comey's FBI read less than 1% of Weiner's emails

In an amazing new report, RealClear Investigations reporter Paul Sperry uncovered an incredible find. Apparently, less than one percent of the hundreds of thousands of emails contained on former Congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop were actually read by then-FBI Director James Comey.

Sure, it's understandable why they would be loathe to handle Weiner's device, but it's their job.

Sperry found, among other things, that there were about 700,000 emails on the laptop, not the 300,000 the FBI claimed there to be, which belonged to then-husband of Huma Abedin, a close, long-time Hillary Clinton aide and confidante.

Many of the emails were between Clinton and Abedin, but only about 3,000 were looked at by the FBI because Comey may have thought that ignorance is bliss.

"James Comey told Congress that they had received all of the Clinton emails, hundreds of thousands, that were found on the Weiner laptop. But that was not true. They barely looked at any of them. Just 3,000 of 700,000," Sperry said on Fox News' "Ingraham Angle" hosted by Jason Chaffetz filling in for Ms. Ingraham.

Chaffetz was stunned, "Wait, wait, wait. They looked at how many?" he asked.

"Three thousand out of potentially relevant 700,000 emails were actually individually examined for classified information and incriminating evidence," he answered. "Peter Strzok, the disgraced agent who was in charge of this midyear investigation into the Clinton emails, he actually personally handpicked the 3,000 sample. And with two other investigators, they went through them all supposedly, pulled an all-nighter, ordered pizza, and said nothing new here. Case closed once again."

Sperry's report noted a total of 3,077 emails were "directly reviewed." He showed through detail after detail how Comey "skirted the truth" by claiming that "the FBI left no stone unturned" in the probe [except for the stone Comey hides behind].

"I've got to tell you, as the former member of the committee, as a former member of Congress, I mean, how can that be anything other than the director of the FBI lying to Congress and misleading us?" Chaffetz asked Sperry on air.

"Well he also swore under oath, that, he had this story that there was this miraculous breakthrough in technology that allowed the FBI to process the Weiner laptop for evidence rapidly," Sperry said. "Turns out that doesn't pass the smell test. That didn't check out either. Turns out there was a technical glitch that thwarted that effort."

The report ended with the question as tot he whereabouts of the Weiner laptop. It noted that it could still be with the FBI or perhaps returned to Abedin and Weiner for his tweeting pleasure.

"Wherever its location, somewhere out there is a treasure trove of evidence involving potentially serious federal crimes--including espionage, foreign influence-peddling and obstruction of justice--that has never been properly or fully examined by law enforcement authorities," Sperry concluded.

I believe that this is the truest definition of the deep state. And sadly, I don't believe anything will happen to those guilty of any offenses involved here.

State Dept. releases Huma Abedin emails found on Anthony Weiner's computer

It looks like they've finally sorted through the porn and got to the Huma Abedin emails on husband Anthony Weiner's computer. 

The emails came from the account of Hillary Clinton and were discovered by the FBI on Weiner's laptop (yuck!) near the end of the 2016 presidential campaign.

The reason the FBI was looking through the computer in the first place (and I hope they wore gloves) was due to the investigation of Weiner whereby the former Democratic congressman sexted a 15-year-old girl. He was convicted of sexting and sentenced to only 21 months in prison last month.

He better not drop the soap.

In order to avoid looking like a bigger fool than she did when she was working for the worst presidential candidate in American history, Abedin filed for divorce.

The emails uncovered by the FBI screwed up the 2016 presidential race after then-FBI Director James Comey revealed days before the election that they found more Clinton messages.

This discovery reopened the case against Clinton, but lucky for her, she had Comey in her corner to cut corners and exonerate her before the agency even interviewed her in an exoneration that wasn't in his job description to decide. That was up to the Justice Department.

But nobody's perfect and Comey was eventually fired and it was long overdue. He walks around trees and stuff with poetry and Bible verses dancing in his head.

His tweets are profound and inspires hope in all of the nation.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, filed suit against the State Department for all official State Department emails sent or received by Abedin on a non-state.gov email address. They finally got what they asked for.

Tom Fitton, the group's president, said Friday in a statement: "This is a major victory. After years of hard work in federal court, Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents."

Yes, folks, these are public documents and we have a right to see them. They belong to the people, not on some sticky laptop belonging to a pervert in the slammer.

Fitton added: "That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner's laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton's and Huma Abedin's obvious violations of law."

Now the question is, will President Trump follow up on this as he promised to "lock her [Hillary Clinton] up?"

I have a suspicion that Hillary will never see the inside of a prison and will languish her final days counting stains on dresses.

Loretta Lynch, aka Elizabeth Carlisle

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, alias Elizabeth Carlisle, used her alias to write about the controversial and inappropriate tarmac meeting she had with the controversial and inappropriate former President Bill "Oral Office" Clinton.

Top federal officials using email aliases is not illegal nor uncommon. Barack Obama's alias was "Caitlyn Jender;" Hillary Clinton's was "Marilyn Manson;" Huma Abedin's was "Ayisha N. Muhammad;" Josh Earnest was "Notso Earnest;" and Jay Carney's was simply "Blarney Stone."

Others in the Obama administration had less flamboyant names. Eric Holder, for example, used as his alias "Lew Alcindor," the former name of retired NBA star Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Holder didn't want to use Jabbar's Islamic name because he's Islamophobic, a condition that normally exists in conservative white men as defined by the left.

Critics of the practice of using aliases argue that they can result in some requested emails to and from officials going undetected, but those who use aliases explained that this is precisely why they use them and believe they should have anonymity from the law.

The Lynch-Carlisle emails used the alias to help craft responses to media requests about the meeting, the documents show, which indicates the level to which she would stoop to fool the American public. It also suggests that the meeting with Bill Clinton was not only optically inappropriate, but it was likely illegal and should have been an immediate trigger for Lynch's recusal, which never came.

Even former IRS official liar Lois Lerner used the alias "Toby Miles" to throw suspicion away from her as she targeted conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. Of course, like the case with most top officials in government, she is above the law and all we can do is commiserate with Sean Hannity every night at 10:00 p.m. as he goes through the same talking points all week.

But at least with Hannity, we've developed a new drinking game: every time he says "You, the American people," you must down everything in your glass. When he says, "the deep state," you must take a full swig from your glass.

The name Elizabeth Carlisle is the birth name of Loretta Lynch's maternal grandmother. It is also the name of an actress who played hot, sexy roles including "prostitute" and "tipsy."

A source who wished to remain anonymous because they are afraid for their safety said that she admired the actress and wasn't aware of her granny's maiden name.

The Lynch-Carlisle documents were given to the groups in connection with lawsuits seeking information into the June 27, 2016 meeting on the tarmac at a Phoenix airport between Lynch and Bill Clinton. This happened amid a Comey/FBI non-investigation into Hillary Clinton's illegal server with its classified information that she even sent to Huma Abedin's (aka Ayisha N. Muhammed) private computer that got into the hands of Anthony Weiner (aka Carlos Danger).

Hillary was the so-called Secretary of State at the time, which explains why she never went on trial and then to prison.

A week after the tarmac incident, FBI Director Comey wrongly concluded the case by saying Hillary was "extremely careless" but that no prosecutor would indict her for breaking the law, or something to that effect.

Of course they would have indicted her--she broke the law and the public knew she did. Her server alone was reason to indict . . . but let me calm down a bit . . . 

Comey also said that Lynch directed him to call the Federal Bureau of Investigation's investigation "a matter," which "confused" him.

He is also confused by rainbows and Caitlyn Jenner.

The incident was whereby Bill Clinton left his private polluting jet and boarded Lynch's polluting jet uninvited. Lynch later said that they talked about grandchildren and yoga moves or some such thing. But of course, they never ever ever discussed the investigation of Bill's wife that was going on as they met.

Lynch later said she "regrets" having allowed the meeting. Republicans still say they "regret she's walking free."

Wiki's Julian Assange fires back

WikiLeaks founder and head leaker Julian Assange fired back at the U.S. intelligence community for reporting his anti-secrecy website was used by Russia to distribute hacked information from Democratic staffers during the presidential campaign season.

The blond wonder spoke during a Periscope Q&A session and claimed that his source of information was not a member "of any government" or "state parties" nor did the source "come from the Russian government." He said Friday's declassified intelligence report on "Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions on Recent US Elections" was inadequate and misleading.

"It was not an intelligence report," Assange said. "It does not have the structure of an intelligence report. It does not have the structure of a Presidential Daily Brief. It was frankly quite embarrassing."

How does Assange know how a Presidential Daily Brief is structured? Or an intelligence report, for that matter. 

That's the scary part.

He then added: "It was clearly designed for political effect."

As much as Assange is a detestable piece of rat excrement on the shoe of Abu Bakr al Baghdadi's sandal, I kind of believe him. The reason for this is because it has become so obvious how often the Obama administration has lied to us, it becomes almost impossible to believe anything they say, including "hello."

When Assange was asked if it's possible that WikiLeaks' source was a go-between affiliated with the Russian government, he answered saying he didn't want to "play twenty questions with our sources."

An answer filled with more questions.

The intelligence report was prepared at the direction of Lame Duck President Obama, with whom even going to a mens room can be a political act. He laid the blame for the breach of the Democratic officials' emails at the feet of Putin and the Russians, without mentioning the breathtaking stupidity of John Podesta and Hillary Clinton for the ways in which they failed to protect their emails. 

Podesta's password was 'password.' Clinton's server was in a toilet in Colorado. Do you know anything about what Colorado toilets are like? 

Seriously, how can you trust the judgment of either one of those clowns?

But the real irony is that our government knew about Russia's hacking for several years, but only now, with the election defeat of Hillary Clinton, the Obamatron, is our so-called president going after Russia with silly sanctions that make Vladimir's nipples hard.

The intelligence report stated: "We assess with high confidence that Russian military intelligence . . . relayed material to WikiLeaks."

That may or may not be true, but if the report said otherwise, I would bet that people in the intelligence community would be asking: "Do you want to supersize those fries?"

When asked if he believed the report was "fabricated" Assange said "Most of this so-called intelligence report is not even fabricated. That is, it does not even make assertions for the most part to rise to the level of fabrications . . . it uses speculative terms and admits its own speculation."

When it got down to the nitty-gritty, Assange said that he didn't think it mattered who gave WikiLeaks the information. "Even if you believe that hackers of some kind illicitly obtained the Podesta emails and the DNC emails we published . . . what are we talking about in terms of impact?" He then said, "What was discussed are the words of Hillary Clinton, John Podesta and her team revealing unethical practices, corruption, hypocrisy, etcetera."

Then Assange asked: "Should the American people have been denied that true information?"

And the truth shall set you free--unless you're a Democrat.

Sean Spicer claims no 'conclusive evidence' Russia hacked DNC emails

The Trump team on Monday made it clear that it isn't clear that Russia executed a cyber-attack on the presidential race. "Rushing to judgment on stuff like this is not in anybody's best interest," Sean Spicer, incoming White House Communications Director said on "Fox & Friends" Monday.

Spicer said that Trump isn't disputing statements made by U.S. intelligence officials, but instead is waiting for a final report due later in the week that could provide more conclusive evidence.

"Then I think we'll have a better idea of what to make to the situation," he said. 

Several U.S. intelligence agencies have claimed that Russia was behind the hacking and release of John Podesta's emails from the DNC, but if you know anything about who runs some of these intelligence agencies, you might not be totally convinced that they're telling the whole truth.

Last week, Obama had 35 Russian diplomats expelled who are believed to be spies and involved with the email hack. The Russian compounds, which are large mansions, in New York and Maryland have been since closed.

Hillary Clinton's team and supporters believe the hacked emails, contributed to her upset loss to Donald Trump because the public got to see how little she and her team think of the American people. 

They never disputed the validity of the emails, only where they came from. 

Obama, who only reacted to the email hack after the election but knew about the hacking beforehand, said the investigation and sanctions were in the interest of protecting the U.S. election system especially if the GOP wins.

Spicer suggest that Obama's actions were politically motivated.

When Obama pees, it's politically motivated.

"There is a question about whether there's a political retribution here versus a diplomatic response, he told ABC on Sunday.

Regarding Trump's New Year's Eve comments about "know(ing) things that other people don't know," about the hacking, Spicer said that Trump gets briefed daily and this is "privy to information that nobody else is. What he's driving at is that there doesn't seem to be conclusive evidence."

Spicer also dismissed the FBI and Homeland Security report supporting the accusations against Russia, and called the report a "how-to" manual on basic cybersecurity for Democrats. He said the report isn't even final but is being taken "as gospel."

Interestingly, Spicer pointed out that in 2015 China stole sensitive information from millions of Americans, including federal workers, and Obama failed to issue "a single statement."

Or get off the golf course.

Donald Trump will meet this week with intelligence officials to get more input about the allegations against Moscow.

Trump said, "I know a lot about hacking. And hacking is a very hard thing to prove, so it could be somebody else."

Brazile demands bipartisan investigation into Russian attacks of election

Democratic National Committee head and debate-question-to-Clinton provider, Donna Brazile, wants to tell Congress what to do regarding the investigation into the Russian meddling of the presidential election. 

Brazile, you may recall, worked for CNN but was fired when it was alleged that she gave Hillary Clinton's team no less than one debate question in the primaries, possibly more. She is, however, not calling for Congress to investigate how those questions may have factored in regarding the primary outcome, and spoiling any chance Bernie Sanders may have had against Clinton.

"As Chair of the Democratic National Committee, one of the main victims of the Russian attacks, I ask that you support and provide any needed assistance to an independent, bipartisan investigation of the attacks that includes public hearings," the interim chairwoman of the DNC wrote in a letter to Congress Sunday.

"What we do know is that these intrusions were not just 'hacks'--they were attacks on the United States by a foreign power, and they must be treated as such," she said.

She's totally correct--we need to do everything we can to find out more and learn how to stop these attacks. But we also have to ask: what the hell has the Obama administration been doing for the past eight years?

And we also need to ask: who is Donna Brazile to be lecturing us on impropriety?

Anyway, she wants answers to questions about Russia's intent and how the US is preparing to prevent future attacks.

Unlike the Benghazi investigation regarding Hillary Clinton's blatant incompetence, Brazile wants this investigation to be independent. She also wants it to be bipartisan and thorough, but that should go without saying.

"In defeat and when mistakes have been made, our country has a proud, honored and timeless tradition of coming together and rising above partisan politics to determine the truth, learn from the experience, and become stronger as a nation," she pontificated. "We hope that Congress will undertake this important work as quickly as possible," she concluded in the plural.

Yes, Congress needs to come together and find out just what happened. I suspect if they probe deeply enough into the bowels of this so-called election 'hacking' they will see how it should have been prevented by the current administration.

Hillary finishes campaign with homegirl beside her

Hillary Clinton (her friends call her "Old Yeller") ended her campaign rally with Huma Weiner Abedin close to her side.

Huma was spotted for the first time in almost a week helping Clinton up the stairs to get on the "Stronger Together" plane at a cheesy Philly rally on Monday.

The strange wife of Anthony "Carlos Danger" Weiner was out of the spotlight of the campaign since she had to deal with new evidence found in the Clinton email investigation that somehow got quashed and discounted by the 'out of the closet' politico James Comey.

An FBI team of elite speed readers went through over 650,000 emails found on the Weiner laptop (along with foreign substances yet to be identified) which Carlos shared with his then-non-estranged wife. 

What they found might shock you, but not the FBI. They tore through the below-waist Carlos Danger photos, the sensitive Hillary Clinton emails when she headed the State Department, porn sites visited by someone in the Weiner house, and one yoga email featuring "Salute to the Sun."

With all of that, FBI politico and Director Comey told Congress on Sunday that there was "nothing to see here, folks, just keep moving." 

Huma started "working" for Hillary since she was 19-years-old. She has been like the daughter Hillary never had that didn't look like Howdy Doody. She went so far as to carry her bags, now Hillary has her and some staff carrying her, making her "Stronger Together."

We can expect Huma to be an integral part of Hillary's cabinet, just like her family has allegedly been an integral part of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Hopefully Huma will be able to get on with her life and finally be able to say: "I'm with her."

"Who was that naked masked man?"

Nunnelly, Tenn. -- Anthony "Carlos Danger" Weiner is working on his problem through a somewhat offbeat type of therapy. 

'The Weiner' spent Friday morning at The Recovery Ranch with the big blue sky above, the wind in his hair and a horse between his legs. The ranch is a chichi woody respite (no pun intended) in Tennessee where people with big bucks go to deal with their 'issues.' 

The pervert started his road to recovery wearing a Democratic blue riding helmet, a soft green tee-shirt, cowboy jeans and sneakers. The ranch provided him with a western-style nickname "Sext Ritter."

He saddled up his horse and climbed up onto the defenseless animal and rode out with a blonde woman who looked like she could handle herself if need be.

'Sext' most recently got in more hot water than a lobster in a seafood kitchen, when the FBI investigating his sexting behavior revealed emails on his computer that were linked to Hillary Clinton's private illegal server. 

Some emails, thus far, have been have been deemed to be classified and 'Sext' does not have a security clearance. 

That doesn't bode well for the Democrats.

Both Huma Abedin, his estranged wife, and Hillary Clinton, a woman running for the presidency based on her gender, look to be in trouble, but probably will get away with breaking the Espionage Act--at least Hillary will.

But Huma has the Muslim Brotherhood in her corner, and that means the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) will give her legal council if President Obama doesn't pardon her first.

But 'Sext' Weiner, 52, is riding down the trail-- riding into the sunset on a horse with no name, or at least a name I don't know. His marriage has been ruined as is his political career.

However, there may be a future for him in the 2020 presidential race, as I make a case for here.

Abedin "clueless" about emails on home computer

Huma Weiner Abedin reportedly says she hasn't a clue how emails regarding the latest Hillary Clinton "not an investigation" by the Federal Bureau of Investigation got onto her computer.

"It must be the Russians," Huma might be saying. "Yeah, that's the ticket--Putin, Putin's people hacked my secure computer and when Anthony was tweeting his junk, the Russians cut and pasted my stuff onto my personal computer. That must be it because I'd never put classified stuff where Anthony puts his stuff."

So Huma supposedly said she hasn't a clue how tens of thousands of emails related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's "non-investigation" of Clinton's personal illegal server were found on a laptop she shared with her strange and estranged husband, disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner (aka Carlos Danger).

The Washington Post reported that Abedin wasn't a regular user of the laptop that Anthony showed his lap on. And the paper also said that Huma's lawyers didn't bother to search the laptop in question after she agreed to turn over all related emails to the State Department, because what the lawyers didn't know, wouldn't hurt them.

According to a senior law enforcement official telling Fox News, the laptop contained "five digits," or at least 10,000 emails of interest to investigators. Hopefully the 'of interest' to them has nothing to do with Anthony Weiner and that they wore thick gloves when handling the device.

Law enforcement officials believe it's highly unlikely all the newfound emails are duplicates, as the lying Clinton campaign has suggested (and how would they know in the first place?). 

Imagine the duplicates: "I just bought the cutest yoga pants" over and over." Yeah, sure.


In any case, FBI officials will probably use a computer program to weed out the duplicates (if they exist) and discuss in detail those in Clinton's campaign who evidently knew there were duplicates. How did they know and when did they know it?

The New York Times reported that several Clinton zombies have suggested Hillary throw Huma under the bus or at least distance herself from the Muslim Brotherhood-connected woman (who she and Bill had introduced to Anthony Weiner in the first place). 

Huma, as you may recall, was working for Hillary's State Department and was also being paid by the Clinton Foundation at a consulting firm called Teneo. That's a conflict of interest, but hey, it was for a good financial cause.

Hillary stood by Huma when Weiner's first online sex scandal got him booted from Congress and stood by Huma when Weiner's second sex scandal lost him his bid for Mayor of New York. Hillary stood by her woman because she knew exactly what Huma was going through. 

Huma didn't go with Hillary to campaign in Florida, but instead worked in the campaign's headquarters in Brooklyn.

Hopefully, this will all be ironed out and the FBI will get to the bottom of the server scandal and Hillary will get what she deserves, which has nothing to do with being POTUS.

Huma too should get what's coming to her and be held accountable for her sworn deposition in June that she "looked for all the devices that may have any of my State Department work on it and . . . gave them to my attorneys for them to review for all relevant documents."

Anthony too should get what's coming to him and be held accountable for his "sexting"  or sending sexually suggestive material on Twitter to a teenage girl. 

The FBI announced Friday that it had restarted an investigation into Clinton's emails sent on her private illegal server system while secretary of state. The Weiner case was the catalyst for the reopening of Clinton's case.

Hillary's latest defense she is planning to use is that she does not remember being secretary of state.

Is this newfound information simply Comey's way of exonerating himself from his huge screwup over the summer when he basically laid out ever reason to indict Clinton but failed to go through with it?

"The election made me do it" says Comey

Okay, he didn't actually use those words but an exclusive Fox News report says that it was the election that motivated the FBI to release new information into the Clinton email probe, as per a Comey memo.

It was learned that Comey was briefed about the new records regarding Anthony Weiner and a 15-year-old girl on Thursday. It isn't clear if he read the evidentiary information.

According to the report, Comey told the bureau that he broke with custom whereby under normal circumstances the FBI would not reveal the reopening of a case to the public but because Clinton is seeking the presidency on November 8th, he felt obligated to let the cat out of the garbage bag in spite of the political sensitivity.

"Of course we don't ordinarily tell Congress about ongoing investigations, but here I feel obligation to do so given that I testified repeatedly in recent months that our investigation was completed," Comey's memo said. "I also think it would be misleading to the American people were we not to supplement the record.

"At the same time, however, given that we do not know the significance of this newly discovered collection of emails, I don't want to create a misleading impression," the letter continued. "In trying to strike that balance, in a brief letter, and in the middle of an election season, there is significant risk of being misunderstood, but I wanted you to hear directly from me about it."

In other words, Comey is probably just covering his butt after the blowback from the bureau and the Justice Department, as well as public opinion. It was unanimous among those who were part of the investigation that Clinton should have been indicted, and Comey wants to save his reputation.

However, nobody will be surprised if this turns out to simply be an exercise in futility and bull droppings and Comey gets to feel absolved while Hillary gets to smirk at us as she is sworn in on January 20, 2017.

I hope I'm wrong.

Interestingly, Clinton announced that the Comey revelation was only told to Congressional Republicans but guess what. She lied--can you believe that? The letter went out to both sides of the aisle.

Developing: FBI Re-Opens Hillary Clinton private server investigation

The FBI has reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of her illegal private server while incompetently serving as secretary of state. This new revelation comes after new emails were discovered in an unprecedented turn of events just 11 days before the presidential election.

FBI [Political] Director James "I'm With Hillary" Comey wrote to top members of Congress that the FBI has "learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation."

Comey did not go into a description of the emails in question, saying only that they surfaced "in connection with an unrelated case." [Possibly a "case" involving the nation's distrust and disdain for him, and believing him to be a political hack who doesn't deserve the respect the position of FBI Director normally deserves. But who knows?]

Comey told lawmakers the investigative team briefed him on the information a day earlier, "and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation."

It's amazing that an investigation needs to be launched in order to determine whether a document is classified or not. It's also amazing that when Clinton mentioned, in the last debate, the response time to launch in a nuclear attack, that nothing was done. And it's really amazing that Hillary Clinton is allowed to attend government briefings on secret information--based on her enormous experience, it should be obvious that she will somehow mention the content publicly.

Comey said the FBI could not yet assess whether the new material is significant and he will not predict how long it will take to complete "this additional work."

You can bet it will take as long as Clinton needs it to take, given Comey's recent history, when in July he basically said that Clinton's was careless enough to be indicted, but she didn't mean any harm and should be left to run the country, like she ran the State Department.

Comey has come under fierce criticism, as well he should. Lawmakers and a New York  real estate mogul claim the investigation minimized Clinton's handling of classified information.

Trump spoke to a wildly cheering group of supporters in Manchester, N.H. and praised the FBI for having the "courage" to "right the horrible mistake that they made." He said that he hopes that mistake will be "corrected."

"Hillary Clinton's corruption is on a scale we have never seen before," Trump said. "We must not let her take her criminal scheme into the Oval Office."

House Speaker Paul Ryan said of the decision:

"Yet again, Hillary Clinton has nobody but herself to blame. She was entrusted with some of our nation's most important secrets, and she betrayed that trust by carelessly mishandling highly classified information. This decision, long overdue, is the result of her reckless use of a private email server, and her refusal to be forthcoming with federal investigators. I renew my call for the Director of National Intelligence to suspend all classified briefings for Secretary Clinton until this matter is fully resolved."

How many emails did the FBI find? Get your butt in gear, read them, assess them, form a conclusion. Letting this hang is so irresponsible.

The emails in question are not from WikiLeaks, so it's going to be hard for Hillary's BS hustlers to sluff this one off by blaming Russian hackers.

I can't wait to find out what happens next, but I'm not holding my breath for an indictment. So far, the Clintons have been "judgment-proof."
