Joe Kent is no Clark, now under FBI probe for leaking classified info

The FBI is now investigating former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent over allegations that he improperly shared classified information, a source familiar with the matter told conservative outlet, The Daily Wire.

Kent dramatically resigned on Tuesday in protest of the ongoing war against Iran’s Islamic regime, whining in his resignation letter that the regime “posed no imminent threat to our nation.” He also accused President Trump of starting the conflict due to “pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.” However, the investigation predates his resignation.

Semafor, which broke the story, confirmed with four sources that this leaking probe was already underway long before Kent’s grand exit and has been dragging on for months. One source described the investigation as a long-running effort, not some petty retaliation for his resignation. After he bolted, people in Trump’s orbit unloaded on him for leaking, with one calling him a “crazed egomaniac.”

“Joe Kent is a crazed egomaniac who was often at the center of national security leaks, while rarely (never?) producing any actual work,” said Taylor Budowich, the former deputy White House chief of staff. “He spent all of his time working to subvert the chain of command and undermine the President of the United States.”

“This isn’t some principled resignation, he just wanted to make a splash before getting canned. What a loser.”

President Trump pushed back hard on Kent’s nonsense, calling his departure “a good thing.”“When I read his statement, I realized that it’s a good thing that he’s out because he said that Iran was not a threat,” Trump said. “Iran was a tremendous threat.”

He added, “I always thought he was a nice guy, but I always thought he was weak on security.”In a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing on Tuesday, CIA Director John Ratcliffe directly contradicted Kent’s hot take.

“I think Iran has been a constant threat to the United States for an extended period of time and posed an immediate threat,” he said.

Another Biden Border Catastrophe: Afghan “Ally” Shoots National Guard Troops in D.C., Yelling “Allahu Akbar” – And He Was Vetted!

Folks, here we go again. Just when you thought the Biden-Harris open-borders disaster couldn’t get any more deadly, an Afghan migrant who was fast-tracked into America under their chaotic 2021 evacuation shoots two young National Guard soldiers patrolling the streets of Washington, D.C. One is dead. The other is fighting for his life. And the suspect? He screamed “Allahu akbar!” while doing it.

Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, pleaded not guilty Tuesday – from his hospital bed, no less, where he’s recovering from wounds after police stopped his rampage just as he tried to reload.

He’s charged with assault with intent to kill while armed, possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, and murder. Bond denied – thank God for small miracles. The victims? Twenty-year-old Sarah Beckstrom of West Virginia, who tragically died the next day, and 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe, who remains in serious condition.

These kids had literally been sworn in less than 24 hours earlier. As U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro said:

“Both Beckstrom and Wolfe ‘were sworn in less than 24 hours before they were shot on the street in Washington.’”

Beckstrom even volunteered to work over Thanksgiving so her fellow soldiers could be with their families. Heartbreaking.

West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey said Wolfe “remains in serious condition,” but is showing signs of movement and awareness.

President Trump, during Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting, revealed he’d spoken directly with Wolfe’s parents:

“They said he didn’t have a chance,” Trump recalled. “I will tell you, the one who said he is going to live is his mother … ‘Sir, he is going to live.’ I spoke to her very soon after this horrible event took place with this scum that is able to come into our country.”

“I spoke to his mother, ‘Sir, he’s going to be okay. I’m telling you.’ No doctor thought that. Nobody thought that. He was hit bad places. She was so positive, it was incredible. And possibly right. … That would be amazing. If he lives, it would be amazing, a miracle, actually.”

Pray for that young man. Pray for both families.

Now here’s the part that should infuriate every American: Lakanwal was brought here in 2021 under Biden’s infamous “Operation Allies Welcome” – the same frantic airlift that dumped roughly 77,000 Afghans into the country with what even DHS now admits was laughably inadequate vetting.

He got asylum in April. Why? Because, we’re told, he supposedly worked with U.S. entities in Afghanistan – including, according to former CIA Director John Ratcliffe, the agency itself. So the same administration that left billions in equipment and Americans behind in Kabul turned around and flew in tens of thousands of people – and at least one of them just murdered an American soldier on our own soil while shouting the jihadist war cry.

The Trump administration has already responded by halting asylum decisions and stopping new Afghan visas. About time someone slammed the door shut.

This is what happens when you treat national security like a giant welcome wagon. Sarah Beckstrom is never coming home. Andrew Wolfe is clinging to life. And the people who created this preventable nightmare still won’t admit they were wrong.Never forget: they called it “Operation Allies Welcome.”

One of those “allies” just declared war on America – again.

If you like Brain Flushings and want to Buy Me a Coffee, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work. Obviously, there is no pressure but I certainly wouldn't stop you.

NPR, PBS on hotseat--their leaders defend the indefensible

Imagine this: Wednesday rolls around, and the House DOGE subcommittee decides it’s time to drag "public" broadcasting into the hot seat. Why? Because NPR and PBS have been happily cashing taxpayer checks while pretending half the country doesn’t exist.

Under a relentless GOP grilling, NPR CEO Katherine Maher—who’s clearly been practicing for the “oops, my bad” Olympics—admits it was a "mistake" to shrug off the Hunter Biden laptop story like it was a bad TikTok trend. She also wrings her hands over some pre-NPR tweets where she called Trump a "deranged racist sociopath" and mused that looting’s no biggie (it’s just "counterproductive," you see).

Oh, and if reports are true, NPR’s newsroom has zero Republicans? She says that’d be "disturbing." Uh-huh. Sure, Kathy, as if you didn't know.

Now, how much airtime did this spicy little showdown get on ABC, CBS, and NBC? Zilch point pooh. Nada. Crickets. Not a peep on the evening news, not a whisper on the morning gabfests the next day. You’d think a hearing with this much red meat would at least get a nod, right? You would be wrong.

But don’t worry—the Big Three weren’t too busy to obsess over "Signalgate."

Yep, Trump’s crew chatting up a Houthi strike on the encrypted Signal app—while letting Trump-hating leftist journo Jeffrey Goldberg, editor of The Atlantic and PBS’s "Washington Week" host, eavesdrop—was apparently the story of the century. If he gave a fig about the country, he would have immediately told the host on the Signal meeting that somehow they screwed up by having him on. Instead, he quietly took notes and later reported on it. As it turned out, the Houthi strike went without a hitch in spite of it all.

ABC’s "World News Tonight" and "NBC Nightly News" trotted out footage of CIA boss John Ratcliffe and DNI Tulsi Gabbard sweating under Democrat questions about the breach. NBC’s Lester Holt hyped it as a "bombshell text" to kick off his broadcast—because of course he did. Over on "CBS Evening News," Ed O’Keefe was practically salivating for scalps, asking if heads would roll. He even roped in Goldberg and Obama’s old Defense Sec Chuck Hagel to fan the flames.

By the end, O’Keefe noted the Senate Armed Services Committee’s bipartisan call for a probe, with GOP chair Roger Wicker grumbling that it’s "a shame this security question is distracting the public from the success of that mission." A shame? You don’t say.

The networks’ playbook is predictable as a sitcom rerun: bury Trump wins, amplify Trump stumbles.

So let’s dig into the PBS-NPR hearing they conveniently ignored: NPR’s Maher finally copped to the Hunter Biden laptop fumble. Back in 2020, they dismissed it as a "pure distraction"—now, with GOP heat on and taxpayer bucks at stake, she’s all, "Our current editorial leadership thinks that was a mistake, as do I." Breaking news, folks: NPR admits a screw-up! Mark your calendars.

Maher also did a mea culpa on her unhinged tweets—like calling Trump a "deranged racist sociopath" and saying America’s "addicted to white supremacy." She’s "evolved," she claims in the style of Barack Obama on gays in the military, but those hot takes fit NPR’s woke vibe like a glove. Bet they were on her résumé under "qualifications."

PBS prez Paula Kerger and Maher swore up and down their news is "nonpartisan and unbiased." Then Texas Rep. Pat Fallon dropped some NewsBusters truth bombs: "News Hour" slapped "far-right" labels 162 times but only used "far-left" six times. PBS’s 2024 convention coverage was 72% negative for the GOP, 88% positive for Dems. Kerger’s response? "Never heard of those studies." Great prep work, Paula, if you're being honest.

Remember NPR editor Uri Berliner’s exposé? He found 87 Democrats and zero Republicans in NPR’s D.C. newsroom. Another zero.

Maher called it "disturbing" if true, but after a year on the job, has she hired a single non-lefty? Nope. Berliner wasn’t even GOP, and they still canned him.

GOP reps pointed out NPR interviewed Dem Rep. Adam Schiff 25 times during the Russia hoax—some say 32, but who’s counting? Meanwhile, Rep. James Comer, the Republican Oversight chair, got zero chats about his Biden probe. Fallon asked Maher about it; she drew a blank. Zero’s the answer, Kathy. The Sunday shows pull the same stunt.

This isn’t new. For 50 years, broadcast news has hyped Democrat hearings—Watergate, Iran-Contra, Anita Hill, January 6—like they’re Super Bowls, while GOP-led ones get tossed in the shredder. PBS and NPR had to cover this DOGE hearing, but they weren’t happy about it. NPR’s David Folkenflik whined it was more about "scoring points than finding facts." Pot, meet kettle.

The networks? They’ll skip any fact that messes with their narrative. It’s not about truth—it’s about winning. And they wonder why we don’t trust ‘em.

And this has been where our tax money has been going without our permission.

"Thanks for reading! If you’d like to toss a coffee my way, check out my Buy Me A Coffee—means a lot!"

Former DNI Ratcliffe informed Durham intel supports 'multiple' indictments in probe

Here's a story you will net see on CNN, MSNBC, 60 Minutes nor the rest of the legacy media: former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe met with Special Counsel John Durham on several occasions to discuss the existence of intelligence evidence that support indicting "multiple people" in Durham's investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe. [H/T Fox News]

Regarding Durham's latest filing, alleging that lawyers from Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign paid to "infiltrate" servers belonging to Trump Tower and later the White House after Trump took office, in order to establish an "inference" and "narrative" to bring to federal government agencies linking President Trump to Russia.

In October 2020, Fox News reported that Ratcliffe provided about 1,000 pages of material to the Department of Justice to support Durham's investigation.

Ratcliffe said he believed there was "enough evidence" in the material he provided to indict "multiple people."

One key piece, now declassified, revealed that intelligence officials in the CIA forwarded an investigative referral on Hillary Clinton approving "a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections" in order to distract the public from her email scandal to the FBI. Holy crap!

Sources told Fox News that the CIA memo, aka: Counterintelligence Operational Lead (CIOL), was properly forwarded to the FBI, and to the attention of then-FBI Director James "Lordy" Comey and to then-Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok.

[Strzok was eventually fired after the messages that he and his paramour, Lisa Page exchanged about their hatred for Trump, came to light and the insinuation that Strzok would do something about Trump's presidency.]

Strzok testifying and looking bizarre, like an evil Alfred E. Newman

"The following information is provided for the exclusive use of your bureau for background investigative action or lead purposes as appropriate," the 2016 CIA memo to Comey and Strzok stated.

"This memorandum contains sensitive information that could be source revealing. It should be handled with particular attention to compartmentation and need-to-know. To avoid the possible compromise of the source, any investigative action taken in response to the information below should be coordinated in advance with Chief Counterintelligence Mission Center, Legal," the memo read. "It may not be used in any legal proceeding — including FISA applications — without prior approval …"

"Per FBI verbal request, CIA provides the below examples of information the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell has gleaned to date," the memo continued. ""An exchange [REDACTED] discussing US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server."

A source familiar with the matter told Fox News that Ratcliffe, privately, has raised concerns that the CIOL was directed to Comey and Strzok, probably due to their hatred for Trump. As it turned out, there is no evidence that the FBI began an investigation into Clinton's plan as per the CIA referral.

But wait, because there's more.

Ratcliffe had also declassified documents that revealed former CIA Director John Brennan briefed then-President Barack Obama on Hillary’s purported "plan" to tie then-candidate Trump to Russia as "a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server" ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

Brennan is a contributor to MSNBC and NBC and is a leftist hack.

"We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from [REDACTED]," Brennan’s declassified notes, which were first obtained by Fox News in October 2020, read. "CITE [summarizing] alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service."

At this point, Durham has indicted three people as part of his investigation: Igor Danchenko on Nov. 4, 2021, Kevin Clinesmith in August 2020, and Michael Sussmann in September 2021.

Danchenko was charged with making a false statement and is accused of lying to the FBI about the source of information that he provided to Christopher Steele for the anti-Trump dossier. Kevin Clinesmith was also charged with making a false statement. Clinesmith had been referred for potential prosecution by the Justice Department's inspector general's office, which conducted its own review of the Russia investigation.

Specifically, the inspector general accused Clinesmith, without naming him, of altering an email about Page to say that he was "not a source" for another government agency while Page said that he was a CIA source. The DOJ relied on that assertion as it submitted a third and final renewal application in 2017 to eavesdrop on Trump campaign aide Carter Page under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

Durham also charged Michael Sussmann, a former Clinton campaign lawyer, with making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty, but all the evidence indicates otherwise. The indictment against him says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, not even 2 months prior to the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work "for any client" when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented "purported data and 'white papers' that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel" between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.

But his billing of the Clinton campaign proved him a liar.

Aren't they all liars?

Fake news isn't just about lying in the copy; it's also about omitting or refusing to report on something factual that hurts your political agenda.

China fires hypersonic missile around the globe stunning US "experts"

The Communist China government tested a nuclear-capable hypersonic "bat-out-of-hell" missile late this past summer, and it has the Biden administration as stunned as Hunter Biden gets stoned. After the missile circled the Earth, it went on to take aim at its target, which missed by over 20 miles--with nukes, that's close enough for government work.

Fun Fact: hypersonic speed is considered to be over 3,800 mph to 7600 or mach 5 to mach 10. That is about as fast as a red light turning green and a New York cab driver blowing his horn at the driver in front of him. Missiles traveling that fast are almost impossible to shoot down with our current technology.

“Five people familiar with the test said the Chinese military launched a rocket that carried a hypersonic glide vehicle which flew through low-orbit space before cruising down towards its target,” Financial Times reported. “The missile missed its target by about two-dozen miles, according to three people briefed on the intelligence. But two said the test showed that China had made astounding progress on hypersonic weapons and was far more advanced than US officials realized.”

“We have no idea how they did this,” one of the five people told the outlet, and Joe Biden has no idea how this will affect his and Hunter's personal financial situations with China.

“The US, Russia and China are all developing hypersonic weapons, including glide vehicles that are launched into space on a rocket but orbit the earth under their own momentum,” the report added. “They fly at five times the speed of sound, slower than a ballistic missile. But they do not follow the fixed parabolic trajectory of a ballistic missile and are maneuverable, making them harder to track.” And a bitch to shoot down.

Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe warned earlier this year that the Biden administration was in for a shock once they were finally brought up to speed on the advancements that the Chinese military has made in recent years.

Ratcliffe said that “China has closed the gap” in certain areas which he could not reveal because “it poses a national security threat to acknowledge that, but there are places where China’s frankly doing a better job, and it’s further down the curve on some technology issues than we are, and that’s never been the case before.”

Translation: do not laugh at missiles with small print saying "Made in China."

The Pentagon is trying to figure out ways to drive down the cost of hypersonic missiles, which are far superior to cruise missiles, but also more expensive. Perhaps if the Biden administration would stop suggesting a $3.5 trillion dollar spending spree, money could be allocated for the technology and costs to that end.

In July, Reuters reported:

Russia said on Monday it had successfully tested a Tsirkon (Zircon) hypersonic cruise missile, a weapon President Vladimir Putin has touted as part of a new generation of missile systems without equal in the world.

The defense ministry said in a statement that the missile had been fired from the Admiral Gorshkov, a warship located in the White Sea, and travelled at around seven times the speed of sound before hitting a ground target on the coastline of the Barents Sea more than 350 km (217 miles) away.

The Chinese military unveiled hypersonic weapons back in 2019.

“We’re no longer in a period of overwhelming American dominance but rather one in which our armed forces are adapting to fight against near-peer competitors who are fielding increasingly sophisticated capabilities,” said Randall G. Schriver, assistant secretary of defense for Indo-Pacific security affairs. “Instead of expecting to dominate an opponent, our armed forces are learning to expect to be contested throughout a fight while achieving the political objectives set for them.”

The French have preemptively surrendered in the event a war breaks out.

The Wall Street Journal discussed one of Communist China's weapons that was revealed that has defense experts concerned:

The Dongfeng-17, or DF-17, is thought to be China’s first operational missile mounted with a hypersonic glide vehicle — capable of flying at more than five times the speed of sound — and the first such weapon deployed anywhere in the world, defense experts said. Once launched, the missile is designed to release a hypersonic glide vehicle that can cruise at relatively low altitude and speeds above Mach 5, or about 3,400 miles an hour, changing direction if needed. That allows it to evade current missile defense systems.

As it stands now, Pentagon military analysts are so worried and up tight over the situation that one official, who wishes to remain anonymous until he actually exists, said he could put a lump of coal up into his nether regions and make a diamond from the pressure he is feeling.

Hunter Biden's business partner confirms email 'genuine' and says Hunter asked Joe for advice on deals

Tony Bobulinski, a recipient of an email published by the New York Post allegedly regarding a detailed business deal involving the Biden crime family and a communist run Chinese company, has confirmed that the email is "genuine" and provided Fox News more information about the Bidens' role in the shady deal.

The email included a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed money split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.

"The reference to 'the Big Guy' in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden," Bobulinski said in a statement to the outlet.

Bobulinski said he is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, which he said "was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family."

He said he was brought on as CEO by Hunter Biden and James Gilliar, who was listed as the sender of the slightly cryptic email. After all, the "Big Guy" could be Barack Obama for all we know, but that's highly doubtful.

Bobulinski said that he doesn't believe Joe Biden's claim that he and Hunter did not discuss Hunter's business because Hunter "frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals."

"I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line," Bobulinski, a former Navy Lieutenant, said.

"The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist controlled China," he added.

Bobulinski said that he believes the Chinese involvement in the deal was "political or influence investment" on their part, and that "Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese."

According to Bobulinski, he is not politically motivated and feels no affiliation to either party, although he has voted Democrat in the past.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) believes a special counsel should look into allegations of corruption against Hunter Biden.

After the New York Post published emails reportedly recovered from a laptop said to have belonged to Hunter Biden, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff, (D-CA), claimed, without ever seeing the laptop, that the information was not legitimate and that it was part of a Russian disinformation scheme. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe pushed back against this claim, saying "there is no intelligence that supports that."

Russian involvement is Schiff's default position whenever he needs a reason to make a point. Schiff's credibility is in line with that of the "Hogan's Heroes" character Sergeant Schultz.

Bobulinski made it clear that the information he relayed is not part of any disinformation campaign.

"Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive," he said, which caused Schiff's eyeballs to become the size of gala apples.

Bobulisnki added that the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees requested that he turn over "all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals," and that he intends to fully cooperate.

"I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future," he said.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden remains holed up in his home awaiting tonight's debate with President Trump. One thing we know about Joe is that he might be brain-dead, but he's a master debater.

FBI concurs with DNI that Hunter Biden's laptop is not part of Russian disinformation campaign

Not "The Office"

The FBI has the laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the drug addled addict who was raking in $83 thousand a month for doing nothing beyond being Joe Biden's crap weasel son. The computer contains emails revealing Hunter's business dealings with Ukraine and China as well as photos that are allegedly incriminating.

The FBI declined to confirm or deny the existence of an investigation into the laptop or the emails, as is standard practice, but they may have had the device in their possession for a year.

According to Fox News, both the FBI and Justice Department agree with the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe's statement that the laptop is not part of a Russian disinformation campaign targeting Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

The claim made by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA), which happens to be his default position, has no truth to it whatsoever. The only involvement the Russians had with US political operatives, were with the Hillary Clinton campaign regarding the Steele dossier.

Ratcliffe, on Monday, said that Hunter Biden’s laptop and the emails on it “is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign," despite Schiff claims.

“Let me be clear: the intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that," Ratcliffe asserted. "And we have shared no intelligence with Adam Schiff, or any member of Congress.” This, of course, shows us that Adam Schiff is one of the most prolific liars in Congress.

Ratcliffe went on to say clearly that it is “simply not true.”

“If you thought it wasn’t possible for Schiff to have any less credibility, DOJ just proved you wrong,” a senior intelligence official told Fox News.

One senior administration official told Fox News that the FBI isn't currently investigating the laptop as part of a Russian disinformation campaign, while another assured the outlet that the emails are "authentic."

When reporters bring up the subject of Hunter to Joe Biden, the father and Democratic presidential nominee in near total absentia, he tells reporters to piss off, and they do. Then these hard-hitting "journalists" ask a follow-up question like what flavor ice cream did he purchase.

Before the damning emails bubbled up from the bowl, Joe Biden repeatedly claimed he's "never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

The veracity of Biden's statement doesn't ring true. Is it possible a politician like Biden has lied to the public for personal gain?

Fox News spoke to one of the people who was copied on the email, who confirmed its authenticity.

Comey pressured to return to Capitol Hill

The Trump administration accused former FBI director James Comey of giving "false testimony" at suggested the DoJ look into the possibility he perjured himself. Republican lawmakers have increased the pressure on him to clarify discrepancies in the public statements he made to Congress.

Not only did Comey go beyond his role as FBI director, acting as judge and jury regarding the Hillary Clinton illegal secret email server, but he exonerated her before he even finished interviewing 17 people including Clinton, in his investigation in the case.

"Since the director's firing, we've learned new information about his conduct that only provided further justification for that firing," White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said, and cited "false testimony" among the examples she gave.

Fox News' John Roberts asked Sanders if she believed Comey perjured himself or at least misled Congress. She replied: "I think that's something probably for DoJ to look at, not me. I'm not an attorney."

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) told Fox News' Catherine Herridge that he wants to bring back Comey to Capitol Hill, to deal with the statements Comey made on his conclusion of the Hillary Clinton email case.

"This doesn't add up, and I smell a rat here," Graham said.

Sen. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) agreed, saying that Comey "absolutely" should be brought back to testify and said in a written statement that "The American people rightfully have enormous concerns about the manner in which the Clinton email investigation was conducted. Recent reports suggesting the outcome of the investigation was predetermined only heighten these concerns."

Both senators were responding to the latest allegations that Comey drafted an "exoneration statement" weeks before he even interviewed the worst presidential candidate in history.

During the September 2016 hearing, Ratcliffe asked Comey whether he made the decision not to recommend criminal charges against Clinton before or after she was interviewed by the FBI and Comey responded, "After."

But when you're dealing with people like Comey and Clinton, "after" may mean 'before the after to which you're referring and I'm responding'.

It was Graham and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) who revealed claims of an "exoneration statement," and that may put Comey in hot water.

But if history can tell us anything, it seems probable that neither Hillary Clinton nor James Comey will spend even a day in prison.
