Former DNI James Clapper has "lawyered up" and is upset as a waterboarded cat

James "not wittingly" Clapper

The Russia Collusion saga just got a fresh twist, and it’s got some big players sweating, James Clapper, for one.

Obama's old Director of National Intelligence, got tossed a hot potato by CNN's Kaitlan Collins about the current DNI Tulsi Gabbard, calling for a criminal probe into that whole Russia Collusion clusterfrack. You know, the one we've been yelling about forever.

As we said earlier, Gabbard's not messing around. She's kicked this over to the DOJ, and they've spun up a full-on Strike Force to dig into it. That’s the kind of language that makes you sit up straight; sounds like they’re finally ready to throw some punches.

Now, I get it, we’re all a bit cynical after years of "will anything actually come of this?" But this feels like they’re gearing up for real. Sure, statute of limitations might tie their hands on some counts, and time's a cruel beast when it comes to building a case. But that announcement? It’s got the right vibe, like they're ready to flip every stone and see who's still got dirt on their hands.

So, Collins [no relation to RINO Susan Collins] corners Clapper on CNN, asking if he’s sweating bullets over the Trump admin maybe coming for him. His response is pure gold:

"Well, certainly I do. You know, after eight and a half years of this, and I don't know of an intelligence product that was more scrutinized, more investigated than that product was by numerous people...You know, it's very disconcerting. It really is. And I take seriously when the President of the United States accuses me of being a participant in a treasonous conspiracy, which is ridiculous."

Cue an adult diaper commercial.

Clapper’s out here calling it "untrue," but you can almost hear his knees knocking. Collins pushes harder, like, "What’s your move if they come for you? Got a plan?"

And Clapper says: "I'll lawyer up, I suppose. I already have."

C'mon man, this dude’s been lawyered up since he bounced from government in 2017. That’s not the talk of a guy chilling by the pool. That’s a guy who's been sleeping with one eye open for years. Folks on X are eating this up, saying Clapper sounds like he's about to jump out of his skin. Also, it's probably not the best move to be yapping on CNN about it. Most lawyers would be like, "Yo, zip it, even if you think you’re clean."

Rookie mistake, Jimbo.

This whole mess is about to get wild. I’m betting we’ll see more big names scrambling for legal cover faster than you can say "subpoena." And those whistleblowers Gabbard’s talking about? If they’ve got the goods, it could be the spark this case needs to light up.

Tulsi Gabbard Drops a Truth Bomb: Obama’s Russia Hoax Was a Slap in the Face to American Voters

The Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just unloaded a haymaker on the Obama administration’s legacy of meddling. On Friday’s "Hannity," Gabbard didn’t mince words, accusing Barack Hussein Obama and his cronies of orchestrating the Russia collusion narrative to "subvert the American people’s will" in the 2016 election. I don't know what you think, but I believe it's kind of a big deal when a former president basically flips off voters who had the audacity of hope to pick Trump over Killery.

Gabbard, who’s apparently had enough of the Beltway’s nonsense, declassified a juicy stack of over 100 documents on Friday, laying bare what she calls "overwhelming evidence" of Obama’s team cooking up the Trump-Russia probe to kneecap the 45th president before he even got started. "It lays out, these over 100 documents that you're referencing, that I declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country directly leading at the helm, President Obama and his senior-most national security cabinet, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, and Susan Rice and others, essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people," she told Hannity.

Nuclear mic drop!

Let’s be real, this isn’t just some partisan food fight. Gabbard made it abundantly clear that this is about the "integrity and strength of our democratic republic."

She’s not wrong. When the guy in the Oval Office and his posse of spooks allegedly decide to ignore the election results because they don’t like the outcome, that’s not democracy. That’s a temper tantrum with a security clearance.

Gabbard claims Obama’s goal was to "not accept the decision of the American people" and use this "manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence" to fuel a "years-long coup against President Trump." And she’s got the receipts.

The fallout was a 'mere' $40 million Mueller investigation that dragged on like The Hundred Years War, congressional impeachments, endless smears against Trump and his family, and some of his team getting investigated, arrested, or jailed.

Plus, let’s not forget the bonus prize: ratcheting up tensions with Russia because, apparently, we didn’t have enough problems. "The years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million to congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump, but his family. He had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested and jailed. We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members politicizing intelligence," Gabbard laid out. It’s like a greatest hits album of political malfeasance.

Fox News Digital reached out to Obama’s camp for comment, but I’m guessing they’re too busy polishing their halos to respond. They didn’t answer earlier calls about Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Lynch, or McCabe either. Shocker.

Gabbard’s not stopping at declassifying documents and calling out names. She’s tossing the whole pile to the Department of Justice for a closer look, because accountability isn’t just a buzzword, it’s "critical" to keeping faith in our republic.

"I am referring all of these documents that we have found and uncovered, referring them to the Department of Justice for further investigation. Accountability and action; not just investigation, but action. Accountability has to take place. The American people's ability to have faith and trust in the integrity of our democratic republic is literally what's at stake and therefore the future of our ability to exist as the country that we know it. This accountability is critical to make sure that this never happens again," Gabbard said.

And then there’s the Steele dossier, that sketchy piece of fan fiction the left treated like the Koran. Gabbard didn’t hold back, claiming Obama "directed" its creation, even though the intelligence community itself was screaming, "This is not credible and should not be used at all."

Her words: "The Steele dossier was used in this manufactured assessment that President Obama directed to be created along with many other pieces of intelligence that the intelligence community itself, for months leading up to the election, said, 'This is not credible and should not be used at all.'" Yet, they ran with it anyway. Because who needs credibility when you have an agenda?

On Saturday’s "Fox and Friends," Gabbard doubled down, calling the Obama administration’s antics a "treasonous conspiracy" against Trump. "No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence officials or professionals were, who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be accountability," she asserted. Treasonous. Conspiracy. Gabbard’s not here to play nice, and honestly, why should she? If her claims hold water, this is the kind of thing that makes you wonder if the cesspool too deep to drain.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard targeting "deep state" intelligence leakers with criminal referrals

Tulsi Gabbard, our new Director of National Intelligence, is swinging a sledgehammer at the deep-state leakers who’ve been treating classified information like it’s gossip at a D.C. cocktail party. In a Wednesday X post that radiated “don’t mess with me” energy, Gabbard dropped a bombshell: she’s recommended charges for a pair of leaks, with a third on deck.

“Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts our nation’s security at risk and must end. Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law,” she said, sounding like she’s ready to personally drag these traitors to court. She’s not playing—Gabbard’s got her sights on a recent Washington Post leak about Iran and Israel, which she flagged back in March when she first vowed to hunt down these slime-balls.

“Today, I referred two intelligence community LEAKS to the Department of Justice for criminal referral, with a third criminal referral on its way, which includes the recent illegal leak to the Washington Post,” she added, making it clear she’s got receipts and isn’t afraid to use them.

No names were dropped, and we’re still waiting to see if the DOJ and FBI will grow a spine and actually pursue charges. Don’t hold your breath, though—those agencies aren’t exactly known for speed.

Gabbard’s not mincing words about the culprits: “These deep-state criminals leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine POTUS’ agenda. I look forward to working with [the DOJ] and [the FBI] to investigate, terminate and prosecute these criminals,” she said, practically daring the swamp to keep testing her.

This is the same Tulsi who traded her Hawaii congressional seat for a combat vet’s grit and a Senate-confirmed DNI gig under Trump, passing with a 52-48 vote in February. She’s got the scars and the resolve to back up her threats. [Remember how the Left said Trump is afraid of strong, intelligent women?]

Flash back to March, when Gabbard first promised to clean house in the sprawling 18-member Intelligence Community—think CIA, NSA, FBI, and military branches. “Our nation’s Intelligence Community must be focused on our national security mission. Politically motivated leaks undermine our national security and the trust of the American people, and will not be tolerated,” she warned on X, sounding like a Parris Island drill instructor fed up with recruits.

“Unfortunately, such leaks have become commonplace with no investigation or accountability. That ends now. We know of and are aggressively pursuing recent leakers from within the Intelligence Community and will hold them accountable,” she added.

She even name-checked some of the media’s favorite leaker landing spots: The Washington Post, HuffPost, The Record, and NBC, where some IC weasel spilled U.S.-Russia intel. “Any unauthorized release of classified information is a violation of the law and will be treated as such,” she capped off, basically etching “you’re toast” on every leaker’s forehead.

This all ties back to a messy episode before The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg—yeah, that jerk—bragged about snooping on a Signal chat where Trump officials were hashing out airstrikes on Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen. He should have alerted the chat that he was mistakenly put there, but he didn't and National Security Adviser Mike Waltz took the fall, blaming his iPhone’s “automated suggestion” feature for the breach. The Trump team swears no classified info was spilled, and the boss is standing by Waltz.

Still, it’s a bad look, and Gabbard’s clearly done with the excuses and she plans to kick ass.

Bottom line? Gabbard’s on a mission to plug the leaks and restore some semblance of integrity to our intelligence ops. Whether the DOJ and FBI will match her gusto or just shuffle papers remains to be seen. For now, she’s got the deep state sweating—and that’s a beautiful thing. Keep your powder dry, folks.

Tulsi Gabbard exposes Biden's secret program to quiet conservatives

They thought they could bury it forever, locked away in a vault of secrecy and bureaucratic jargon. The Biden administration’s blueprint for dismantling American freedom was meant to stay hidden, shielded from the eyes of a public they claimed to serve.

But they didn’t see Tulsi Gabbard coming.

In a bombshell move that’s got the DC swamp in a frenzy, Director of National Intelligence Gabbard just ripped the crap-stained sheets off the Biden era’s most chilling and wordy document: the so-called “Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism.”
“As promised, I have declassified the Biden Administration’s Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism. Read it here: https://t.co/VAXDHkgZTK https://t.co/oNXjKDqamc” — DNI Tulsi Gabbard (
@DNIGabbard) April 16, 2025
Let’s strip away the Orwellian doublespeak. This isn’t a “plan to counter terrorism”—it’s a straight-up playbook for targeting conservatives. While Biden droned on about “unity,” his team was weaponizing Big Tech to silence dissent and building a surveillance state to track Americans with the “wrong” opinions. To his credit, Biden was likely not aware of what his handler[s] was doing because he wasn't aware of most everything beyond ice cream and hair.

The document’s a progressive fever dream: monitor “suspicious” online speech (read: anything right of AOC), bloat federal watchlists with conservatives, and—surprise—find fresh ways to gut the Second Amendment.

Don’t buy the “protecting democracy” hogwash. The Government Accountability Office confirms this wasn’t just talk—it was in motion. How many patriots got labeled “threats” for posting a MAGA meme or questioning an election?

They even slapped Tulsi Gabbard on the TSA’s terrorist watchlist. That’s the Left's America for you.

The plan’s biggest issue? A push for red flag laws and gun restrictions, cloaked as preventing “lethal means.” In their world, owning a firearm or loving the Constitution makes you a “domestic terrorist.”
The SIP ordered agencies to hunt down “DT-related content” online, cozying up with Big Tech to monitor, flag, and erase speech that didn’t toe the progressive line. First Amendment? What’s that?

The Twitter Files already exposed this game—government goons leaning on tech giants to smother dissent on COVID, elections, you name it. The report brags about agencies sharing “relevant information on DT-related and associated transnational terrorist online content” with private companies.

This wasn’t a misstep—it was a deliberate attack on the liberties that define America. While the left shrieked about “democracy under threat,” they were laying the groundwork for tyranny.

Gabbard’s declassification is a gut punch to the establishment, exposing what Biden’s “moderate” crew was cooking up in the shadows. Now we’re left wondering: what else is lurking in those classified files?
The founders would be spitting mad. But maybe this is the wake-up call America needs—a reminder of what happens when we let power-drunk bureaucrats run wild, far from the sunlight of accountability.

Next time you hear a Democrat preaching about “saving democracy,” remember this plan. Their version of “democracy” is a far cry from the Republic our founders bled for.

And know that Tulsi Gabbard has bigger balls than Biden and his handler[s], figuratively speaking, of course.

US Intelligence Chief says Islamic terrorism most urgent security threat

Islamic terrorism has been a staple of the religion since the inception of the religion. The goal has always been global conquest and the establishment of a world caliphate where every human being worships Allah or pays a tax known as jizya, or be killed. It's convert, pay or die, especially Jews.

Thus, there is no such thing as "radical" Islam, because taken literally, Islamic scripture demands Muslims to create a world caliphate by the means explained above. Terrorists, therefore, are simply following the teachings of the Qur'an, Hadith, and Reliance on the Traveller, [Umdat al-Salik wa Uddat al-Nasik], the teachings of jurisprudence and worshipping.

Groups such as CAIR, ISNA and others need to be classified as terrorist organizations because they all share the same goal of creating a world caliphate.

US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard warned in a recent interview that “radical Islamist terrorism” poses the greatest threat to the safety of the American people, potentially shedding light on her priorities as she starts the job of leading the vast American intelligence community. If she would have removed the word 'radical,' she would have been more accurate in her description of orthodox Islam as the teachings are clear.

Here comes the disclaimer: not all Muslims are terrorists or anti-Semites; but most terrorists are Muslim and anti-Semites through generational teaching.

While speaking with Fox News host Lara Trump, Gabbard dismissed the declaration made in 2021 by the useless and then-Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that white supremacists pose the greatest national security threat to the United States.

While difficult to pin down a precise percentage since not all white supremacists would admit to it, one such tracking of hate groups comes from the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center. They identified 165 active white nationalist groups in 2023, although membership estimates are unclear. However, older figures such a a 2018 claim on X suggested about 2,000 white supremacist groups. If we compare the U.S. population of about 330 million people, the fraction falls around 0.0006% and even if membership has since grown and doesn't count unaffiliated scumcrumpets, it's still very likely to fall under 0.01%.

Instead of pretending that it's white people who are the nation's biggest security threat, Gabbard asserted that Americans face a greater safety threat from “radical Islamist terrorism.”

“We look at the past four years of open borders, where we had tens of millions of people coming across our borders, many of whom we don’t know who they are or what their intentions are, very specifically the threat of radical Islamist terrorism here within our country is higher than it’s ever been before, not only because of [former US President Joe] Biden’s open borders, but because of his and his administration’s fear of being called Islamophobes,” Gabbard said when asked what the chief threat is to the American people’s safety.

After the October 7, 2023 Arab massacre of Israelis, Gabbard's statement seems to be the only honest one we've been hearing.

Latest and saddest info on Israeli hostages in Gaza

According to U.S. and Israeli intelligence, it is believed that there may be as few as 50 hostages who are still alive from the 116 still being held hostage in the Gaza Strip, the Wall Street Journal reported. The newspaper cited  “mediators in the hostage talks and a U.S. official familiar with the latest U.S. intelligence” as its sources.

The IDF and Prime Minister Netanyahu's office decline to comment along with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from the U.S. side.

At this time, Jerusalem stated that 41 of the hostages held by the Hamassholes and other Islamic terrorist groups, are dead. Personally, I believe that even fewer than 50 are still alive because these Jew-hating scum cannot abide by leaving a Jew alive if they can kill them. I really hope to be very wrong about this.

In a Hamasshole propaganda video released early last month, hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin claimed that 70 of his fellow abductees were dead, blaming their deaths on Israel. Of course that is utter nonsense but don't tell that to the members of the so-called 'squad' and Columbia University administration and students.

The government bases its prognostication on information gleaned by a team of specialists, including forensic experts and archeologists, who have spent months hearing reports from witnesses, examining video filmed both by Hamas and Israeli security cameras, and analyzing classified evidence regarding the victims of Hamas’ October 7 invasion that set off the ongoing war.

The army has helped with the conclusion by recovering footage on terrorists’ laptops its troops have found in Gaza during the fighting.

Maj. Gen. (res.) Tamir Hayman, former chief of IDF Intelligence and currently the director of the Institute for National Security Studies, said in his report that the army is also tracing DNA discovered in the vast networks of tunnels, knowing that at least some of the hostages have been held underground.

While the seven hostages Israeli elite forces have managed to rescue alive so far have been malnourished and suffered physical and psychological abuse, all were found in apartment buildings belonging to Gazans who were working with Hamas, as many of them are loyal to the scumcrumpets.

While all of Israel rejoiced after the last rescue operation almost two weeks ago that freed four hostages, many people’s thoughts turned to those who were left, in fear that their situations would now deteriorate as a result.

The hostages’ families are understandably the most anxious of all, with most of them demanding that the government pay Hamas’ price of ending the war prematurely in order to achieve their loved ones’ freedom.

While this is totally understandable (and admittedly, I have nobody being held hostage), I still believe that giving in to Hamas is simply delaying their final goal, which is as Hitler called it, 'the final solution.' Eliminating the global Jewish population.

Even self-loathing, Israel-hating, Bernie Sanders wouldn't do well if that came to be. And don't even tell me about the LGBTQI+LMNOP idiots who are pro-Palestine.

US intel confirms UNRWA ties to Hamas: report

If there was any doubt that the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has a substantial number of Hamasshole supporters and actual members, a recent U.S. intelligence assessment removes that doubt and shows that it's highly probable and have participated in the October 7 terrorist attacks in Israel. However, the report says the U.S. cannot verify Israel's allegations that many UN workers are linked to Islamic militant groups.

While the Biden administration is no friend of Israel, in spite of Joe falsely claiming he visited the Tree of Life Synagogue after a 11 Jews died and 7 were wounded, he paused funding after Israel alleged that no less than 12l UNRWA employees were "involved" in the Hamas attacks and kidnappings on October 7th. But prior to the pause of support, the U.S. government gave UNRWA $51,000,000 for fiscal 2024.

"Israeli intelligence agencies said they concluded that 10% of all UNRWA workers had some kind of affiliation, usually political, with Hamas," the Wall Street Journal reported. "A far smaller number had ties to the militant wings of Hamas and another group, Palestinian Islamic Jihad. UNRWA employs around 12,000 people in Gaza."

So if UNRWA has about 30,000 employees, Israel says that about 3,000 of them act upon their hatred of Israel and the Jewish people while the remaining 27,000 don't hate them enough to risk their lives to kill them, and some might not even hate Jews, although recent polls place doubt about a large number of Palestinians who don't foster Koran-inspired anti-Semitic sentiments.

In the new report, which the WSJ reported was completed last week, the U.S. National Intelligence Council said it assessed the allegations that 12 UNRWA staffers participated in the Oct. 7 attack as credible.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined to comment.

The new intelligence assessment, as described by the officials to the Wall Street Journal, "doesn’t dispute Israel’s allegations of links between some staff at UNWRA and militant groups, but it provides a more measured appraisal of Israel’s assertions than public statements by U.S. and Israeli officials."

A spokes-jihadi for the UN spoke with Fox News Digital and said that "in mid-January the Israeli Foreign Ministry communicated information verbally to our UNRWA colleagues in Jerusalem very serious allegations regarding 12 staff [members'] possible involvement in the 7 October Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel."

Did anyone here learn about this from MSNBC, CNN, or anywhere else?

"Immediate action was taken by UNRWA. Since then, the Israeli authorities have provided no further information to the United Nations regarding alleged activities of staff members. Should information be provided, it will be analyzed quickly, and action will again be taken swiftly," the spoke-jihadi said, because UNRWA got caught with their Ø³ِرْÙˆَال   [Arab pants, aka seroual] down when their Hamassholes got exposed.

An Israeli official told the Wall Street Journal that Israel wasn’t familiar with the U.S. assessment and said, "We share intimate intelligence with our U.S. partners in all areas." The official, who was briefed on the matter, was unaware of American requests for additional intelligence.

The IDF said the Israel Security Agency (ISA) initially led them to a tunnel shaft near a school run by UNRWA: "The shaft led to an underground terror tunnel that served as a significant asset of Hamas' military intelligence and passed under the building that serves as UNRWA's main headquarters in the Gaza Strip."

The Israeli military said it seized a "wide variety of intelligence assets" while raiding the 700-meter-long tunnel, but they did not specify what exactly was found.

"The newly found intelligence will allow the forces to operate against additional Hamas targets," the IDF said. "The dismantling of the tunnel weakens Hamas' intelligence capabilities."

That discovery ultimately brought the military to UNRWA's headquarters, where Israeli forces found that the UNRWA building supplied the Hamas tunnel with electricity and there was an internet computer system that was used for Hamas' military strategy.

A UNRWA spokes-jihadi, Al Lou Akbar, told Fox News Digital that they "have not been presented with any evidence from the Israeli authorities. But given the fact that there is an investigation underway by the highest investigative authorities in the U.N., we invite any country, party or institution with information – including information available in the public domain – to provide it to the Office of Internal Oversight Services at U.N. headquarters to help advance this investigation."

Al then tried to sell reporters annual Gaza tunnel passes.

China fires hypersonic missile around the globe stunning US "experts"

The Communist China government tested a nuclear-capable hypersonic "bat-out-of-hell" missile late this past summer, and it has the Biden administration as stunned as Hunter Biden gets stoned. After the missile circled the Earth, it went on to take aim at its target, which missed by over 20 miles--with nukes, that's close enough for government work.

Fun Fact: hypersonic speed is considered to be over 3,800 mph to 7600 or mach 5 to mach 10. That is about as fast as a red light turning green and a New York cab driver blowing his horn at the driver in front of him. Missiles traveling that fast are almost impossible to shoot down with our current technology.

“Five people familiar with the test said the Chinese military launched a rocket that carried a hypersonic glide vehicle which flew through low-orbit space before cruising down towards its target,” Financial Times reported. “The missile missed its target by about two-dozen miles, according to three people briefed on the intelligence. But two said the test showed that China had made astounding progress on hypersonic weapons and was far more advanced than US officials realized.”

“We have no idea how they did this,” one of the five people told the outlet, and Joe Biden has no idea how this will affect his and Hunter's personal financial situations with China.

“The US, Russia and China are all developing hypersonic weapons, including glide vehicles that are launched into space on a rocket but orbit the earth under their own momentum,” the report added. “They fly at five times the speed of sound, slower than a ballistic missile. But they do not follow the fixed parabolic trajectory of a ballistic missile and are maneuverable, making them harder to track.” And a bitch to shoot down.

Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe warned earlier this year that the Biden administration was in for a shock once they were finally brought up to speed on the advancements that the Chinese military has made in recent years.

Ratcliffe said that “China has closed the gap” in certain areas which he could not reveal because “it poses a national security threat to acknowledge that, but there are places where China’s frankly doing a better job, and it’s further down the curve on some technology issues than we are, and that’s never been the case before.”

Translation: do not laugh at missiles with small print saying "Made in China."

The Pentagon is trying to figure out ways to drive down the cost of hypersonic missiles, which are far superior to cruise missiles, but also more expensive. Perhaps if the Biden administration would stop suggesting a $3.5 trillion dollar spending spree, money could be allocated for the technology and costs to that end.

In July, Reuters reported:

Russia said on Monday it had successfully tested a Tsirkon (Zircon) hypersonic cruise missile, a weapon President Vladimir Putin has touted as part of a new generation of missile systems without equal in the world.

The defense ministry said in a statement that the missile had been fired from the Admiral Gorshkov, a warship located in the White Sea, and travelled at around seven times the speed of sound before hitting a ground target on the coastline of the Barents Sea more than 350 km (217 miles) away.

The Chinese military unveiled hypersonic weapons back in 2019.

“We’re no longer in a period of overwhelming American dominance but rather one in which our armed forces are adapting to fight against near-peer competitors who are fielding increasingly sophisticated capabilities,” said Randall G. Schriver, assistant secretary of defense for Indo-Pacific security affairs. “Instead of expecting to dominate an opponent, our armed forces are learning to expect to be contested throughout a fight while achieving the political objectives set for them.”

The French have preemptively surrendered in the event a war breaks out.

The Wall Street Journal discussed one of Communist China's weapons that was revealed that has defense experts concerned:

The Dongfeng-17, or DF-17, is thought to be China’s first operational missile mounted with a hypersonic glide vehicle — capable of flying at more than five times the speed of sound — and the first such weapon deployed anywhere in the world, defense experts said. Once launched, the missile is designed to release a hypersonic glide vehicle that can cruise at relatively low altitude and speeds above Mach 5, or about 3,400 miles an hour, changing direction if needed. That allows it to evade current missile defense systems.

As it stands now, Pentagon military analysts are so worried and up tight over the situation that one official, who wishes to remain anonymous until he actually exists, said he could put a lump of coal up into his nether regions and make a diamond from the pressure he is feeling.

Adam Schiffing in his skivvies as Russian probe transcripts are revealed

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) might need to got to Costco for a few 6 packs. No, not for beer, for underwear.

Transcripts of House Intelligence Committee interviews have been cleared by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and intelligence officials affirm that they have zero evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election. [H/T: Fox News]

This goes along with former Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation and it makes Committee Chairman Adam Schiff's claim that he has evidence against the Trump campaign sound like the boy who cried that he has “direct evidence” of collusion.

One senior administration official told Fox News, “Schiff is in panic mode.”

The GOP sought to obtain over 6,000 pages of transcripts pertaining to 2017 and 2018 committee interviews after a bipartisan vote in 2018 to release the transcripts to the public.

The following day, acting DNI director Richard Grenell notified Schiff[less] that the redactions and declassification process was complete and the transcripts were ready for release, thus causing Schiff's eyes to bulge and his skivvies to moisten.

Now it was Schiff's move.

But on Wednesday, intelligence officials told the outlet that Schiff had his subcommittee staff director reaching out to other intel agencies to determine how Grenell was involved and what his role was, since he was not a Trump-hater and may have wanted to learn the truth. If Grenell was involved in the declassification process, Schiff would try to taint the veracity of the transcripts.

But lah-dee-dah; the redactions were completed before Grenell became acting director in February.

Costco opens at 10:00 a.m.

The redaction and declassification process took place under former directors Dan Coates and Joseph Maguire and conducted by career intelligence officials, Fox News reported. The official also told the outlet that the relevant heads of appropriate agencies were consulted on the declassifications and redactions of all 53 transcripts.

Grenell informed Schiff on May 4, that the review of 43 of the 53 transcripts "was completed in June 2019," and the "interagency review of the remaining ten transcripts has been completed," adding, "pursuant to your guidance, these transcripts have not been shared with the White House."

The final ten transcripts included interviews with Donald Trump Jr., former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, the president’s son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner, Trump aide, the hot Hope Hicks and former campaign manager the execrable Corey Lewandowski.

Putting Schiff deeper in the hole, Grenell wrote that he was "willing" to release the transcripts directly from the ODNI “as to ensure we comply with the unanimous and bipartisan vote to release the transcripts.” It’s unclear, at this point, when Grenell could release the transcripts.

A House Intelligence Committee spokesman told Fox News on Wednesday that the panel received Grenell’s letter on Tuesday.

“After more than a year of unnecessary delay, the ODNI has finally concluded its protracted classification review of the committee’s transcripts, and it also appears the White House has now abandoned its improper insistence on reviewing key transcripts, which the committee appropriately rejected,” the spokesman said.

“We are now reviewing the proposed redactions from ODNI based on classification, law enforcement sensitivity or items ODNI requests be for official use only,” the spokesman continued. “Given the overtly political role now played by the acting DNI, including the leak of his letter, this committee and the public can have little confidence that his determinations are made on the merits.”

The spokesman added: “This process had already taken far too long, most notably because the ODNI improperly held up the declassification review and release of several transcripts at the request of the White House.”

The spokesman also said that the committee’s review of ODNI’s “newly proposed redactions” would be “as expeditious as possible given the constraints of the pandemic.” He continued, “We look forward to releasing these transcripts, which relate to misconduct by the Trump campaign and the president himself.”

The 53 eligible transcripts include interviews with Don Jr., Bannon, Hicks, Kushner, Lewandowski, Roger Stone, Brad Parscale, Mike Caputo, Rick Dearborn, and former Trump attorney [now disbarred] Michael "The Chin" Cohen.

Interview transcripts with Obama officials such as former DNI Director James "Wittingly" Clapper; former Attorney General Loretta  Lynch; former UN Ambassador Samantha Power; former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; former National Security Adviser Susan "It Was A Video" Rice; former Obama counselor and Hillary Clinton Campaign Manager John Podesta; and several more too corrupt to mention.

The people interviewed by the House Intelligence Committee during the Russia probe were all asked whether they had any evidence that Trump or anyone in his campaign conspired, colluded or coordinated with Russia during the 2016 campaign and not a single one of them could provide even a shred of evidence to support the collusion claim.

“The transcripts show a total lack of evidence, despite Schiff personally going out saying he had more than circumstantial evidence that there was collusion,” one source involved in House Russia investigations told Fox News.

Mueller, similarly, at the conclusion of his nearly two-year-long, overpriced, taxpayer-funded investigation, said he and his team found no evidence of criminal conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia, but did not reach a conclusion on obstruction of justice, which current Attorney General Bill Barr ultimately decided not to pursue.

While law enforcement officials have long maintained that there was clear intelligence Russia meddled in the 2016 presidential election, to date, there have been no charges concerning actual conspiracy against people associated with the Trump campaign, which was at the core of the Russia investigation.

The Russia probe never produced charges linking the Trump campaign and Russia as part of a criminal conspiracy.

CNN: getting it wrong since 1980 add to their record

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence accuses the Communist News Network (CNN) on Thursday of publishing inaccurate information which can be construed as fake news.

The 'Hate Trump' network published a story that claimed United States "intelligence agencies started tracking coronavirus outbreak in China as early as November” and they shared the link on Twitter.

The DNI’s verified account shared the story with a caption informing followers that it got the facts wrong:

“As we told CNN earlier today, this story contains inaccurate information,” the Office of the DNI wrote in a tweet, but as of this post, the CNN tweet has been deleted.

The DNI did not detail what was inaccurate with CNN’s report, but came one day after a defense official issued a rare denial of a similar report by ABC News. [H/T Fox News]

CNN did not comment after a request by Fox News.

ABC News reported on Wednesday that a November intelligence assessment warned about a rapidly spreading coronavirus in China that posed a threat to American forces in the region – but the DNI official said no such assessment existed.

ABC News cited anonymous officials with knowledge of the assessment by the military's National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI) that raised concerns of the Chinese Communist Wuhan Wet Market Lab Created Coronavirus and highlighted how it was disrupting daily life as well as business in the area.

Col. R. Shane Day, the director of the NCMI, a component of the Defense Intelligence Agency, refuted the ABC News report in a statement:
"As a matter of practice the National Center for Medical Intelligence does not comment publicly on specific intelligence matters. However, in the interest of transparency during this current public health crisis, we can confirm that media reporting about the existence/release of a National Center for Medical Intelligence Coronavirus-related product/assessment in November of 2019 is not correct. No such NCMI product exists."
The CNN report disputed by the Office of the DNI cited “a former US military official” who claimed, “US spy agencies were tracking the rise of the novel coronavirus as early as November, weeks before that information was included in President Donald Trump's daily intelligence briefing.”

CNN’s report mentioned the Pentagon denying ABC News’ similar report and noted that "Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff John Hyten seemed to push back on reports that the US intelligence community was aware of the coronavirus in November."

CNN had not fixed its fake news story following the Office of the DNI’s tweet as of this Friday afternoon.

CNN, screwing it up since 1980.

CNN's Acosta dubbed "Fake News Guru"

CNN's annoyingly rude Jim Acosta was the target of conservative angry bird tweets on Twitter after he accused the President of holding a "fake news conference." Afterward, he vomited some "fake news" of his own when he pedantically claimed that President Trump misstated the number of intelligence agencies that came to the conclusion Russia was involved with meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Trump took questions from MSNBC and The Daily Mail in a joint news conference with President Andrzej Duda (duda) in Poland.

Acosta wasn't pleased.

"Trump finally held a news conference overseas. But he took a question from a friendly reporter [and Barack Obama never did] and then attacked CNN as 'fake news.'" Acosta tweeted, using his pinky to hit 'Send.' He went on, "Isn't it a 'fake news conference' to take a question from a reporter who is essentially an ally of the White House?" [Because Barack Obama had no allies in the news media.]

Acosta was probably referring to The Daily Mail's U.S. political editor David Martosko, a journalist who was possibly being considered for Trump's communication department but pulled out of the running.

Of course, right-wing social media folks went after the CNN "journalist's" sarcastic tweets, saying that the Obama Administration was inundated with friendly reporters who thought Obama could do no wrong and that he often called on friendly journalists.

Some even helped him without his ever asking--Candy Crowley comes to mind.

Donald Trump Jr. even got into the act, tweeting: "So by that logic, was every news conference for the last 8 years #fakenews Jim?"

Steve Deace, a conservative radio host tweeted: "Jim, over two dozen 'journalists' went to work in the Obama WH, including the former WH spokesman."

There's no doubt that 'journalists' tend to be liberal--more than 9 out of 10 vote Democrat and donate to the Democratic Party.

There is also no doubt that Obama's press conferences could have been used as campaign ads for his party and the questions he often got were powderpuff softballs.

An Atlantic article in 2013 noted Time managing editor Rick Stengel was "at least the 24th journalist to work for the Obama Administration."

Obama's White House Press Secretary Jay Carney also worked for Time as the Washington Bureau Chief.

While on CNN's "New Day" after Trump's joint news conference Thursday, Jimbo repeated the "fake news" schtick to describe an answer Trump gave to a question about Russian meddling in the election.

"The other thing that was 'fake news' coming from President Trump is when he said, 'Well, I keep hearing it's 17 intelligence agencies that say Russia meddled in the election; I think it's only three or four,'" Acosta said. "Where does this 'three or four' number come from? My suspicion . . . is that if we go to the administration and ask them for this question, I'm not so sure we're going to get an answer."

Here's the answer, Jimmy: The New York Times, and other media outlets, reported for months that "17 American intelligence agencies" agreed Russia orchestrated cyber-attacks before the election. BUT ON JUNE 28, THE NEW YORK TIMES ISSUED A CORRECTION.

The Times noted "the assessment was made by four intelligence agencies--the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Security Agency.

Of course, The Times put the correction at the bottom of the page where only people with OCD would see it.

Certainly not Jimmy A.

It's Rice who uncovered the covered

The lady who brought us the scoop on Benghazi, informing us the attack of the American compound was caused by a video, and that Bowe Bergdahl "served with honor and distinction" in the Army, is now the focus of the ongoing investigation into Russia's involvement with the 2016 election, and the unmasking of names of Americans caught up in NSA surveillance.

That lady is Susan Rice.

It wasn't a video that started the terrorist attack and Bergdahl is currently facing court martial charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy for allegedly walking off his post in Afghanistan and being a traitorous pus biscuit.

Rice, the former national security adviser (which, when you think of it, is an oxymoron) under then-President Obama, was the person who requested to unmask the names of the Trump transition officials in the surveillance. She denied this last month in an interview.

The unmasked names made the rounds: to all at the Defense Department, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former Rice deputy Ben Rhodes.

It's even possible some of the names were placed on milk cartons to be distributed across the nation, but we're still checking on that.

The names were ostensibly part of incidental electronic surveillance of then-candidate and President-elect Trump and those close to him, including family members. This began up to a year before he took office.

White House Press Secretary and butt of SNL jokes, Sean Spicer, was asked about the revelations at the Monday press briefing but declined to comment on the role Rice may have played or what her motives might be.

"I'm not going to comment on this any further until [congressional] committees have come to a conclusion," Spicer said. He made note of how the media doesn't appear interested in the Rice revelation as much as it is with the possible Trump-Putin links.

Names in this situation are supposed to be masked (redacted from reports) whether it's international or domestic collection. The only time it can be unmasked is when it's an issue of national security, crime, or if the security of the individual whose name was unmasked  is in any danger. There are loopholes and names can be unmasked through backchannels, but Americans are supposed to be protected from incidental collection, and Mike Flynn, for example, was unmasked and illegally revealed to the public.

Last month, in a TV interview with Dr. Evelyn Farkus (whose brother Marcus Farkus runs a Marcus Farcus focus group) said in part: "I was urging my former colleagues and, frankly speaking, the people on the Hill--it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can, before President Obama leaves the administration."

Perhaps it was no coincidence that just as Obama and his crew left office, he approved new rules giving the NSA much broader powers by relaxing the rules about sharing intercepted personal communications and the ability to share the communications with 16 (!) other intelligence agencies.

This makes it even harder to determine who in any intelligence agency is leaking things illegally.

Think of it as Obama-style camouflage.

Clapper Simply Forgot

Should the Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, be forced to take an intelligence test or be diagnosed for Alzheimer's Disease?
Winner of Ed Rollins Look-alike Contest

Based on the fact that two years ago he supposedly "forgot" that the huge data collection program of the NSA existed, I would say yes, analyze the guy.

You remember the hearings when he scratched his forehead as he answered the question regarding whether or not the agency collected data on millions of Americans.

Before Edward Snowden leaked the damning information about the program, Clapper told the Senate committee in answer to the question, "Not wittingly."

Clapper supposedly forgot the program of data collection even existed. If this is true, then we should all be scared about who's in charge of our nation's security. If it's simply a lie, then we should all be scared about who's in charge of our nation's security.

Robert Litt, the DNI's general counsel, was the person who revealed Clapper's "memory lapse." Litt said that Clapper wasn't lying, "It was perfectly clear that he had absolutely forgotten the existence of the 215 program."

He also forgot his car keys and had to take the bus home.
