Tulsi Gabbard exposes Biden's secret program to quiet conservatives

They thought they could bury it forever, locked away in a vault of secrecy and bureaucratic jargon. The Biden administration’s blueprint for dismantling American freedom was meant to stay hidden, shielded from the eyes of a public they claimed to serve.

But they didn’t see Tulsi Gabbard coming.

In a bombshell move that’s got the DC swamp in a frenzy, Director of National Intelligence Gabbard just ripped the crap-stained sheets off the Biden era’s most chilling and wordy document: the so-called “Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism.”
“As promised, I have declassified the Biden Administration’s Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism. Read it here: https://t.co/VAXDHkgZTK https://t.co/oNXjKDqamc” — DNI Tulsi Gabbard (
@DNIGabbard) April 16, 2025
Let’s strip away the Orwellian doublespeak. This isn’t a “plan to counter terrorism”—it’s a straight-up playbook for targeting conservatives. While Biden droned on about “unity,” his team was weaponizing Big Tech to silence dissent and building a surveillance state to track Americans with the “wrong” opinions. To his credit, Biden was likely not aware of what his handler[s] was doing because he wasn't aware of most everything beyond ice cream and hair.

The document’s a progressive fever dream: monitor “suspicious” online speech (read: anything right of AOC), bloat federal watchlists with conservatives, and—surprise—find fresh ways to gut the Second Amendment.

Don’t buy the “protecting democracy” hogwash. The Government Accountability Office confirms this wasn’t just talk—it was in motion. How many patriots got labeled “threats” for posting a MAGA meme or questioning an election?

They even slapped Tulsi Gabbard on the TSA’s terrorist watchlist. That’s the Left's America for you.

The plan’s biggest issue? A push for red flag laws and gun restrictions, cloaked as preventing “lethal means.” In their world, owning a firearm or loving the Constitution makes you a “domestic terrorist.”
The SIP ordered agencies to hunt down “DT-related content” online, cozying up with Big Tech to monitor, flag, and erase speech that didn’t toe the progressive line. First Amendment? What’s that?

The Twitter Files already exposed this game—government goons leaning on tech giants to smother dissent on COVID, elections, you name it. The report brags about agencies sharing “relevant information on DT-related and associated transnational terrorist online content” with private companies.

This wasn’t a misstep—it was a deliberate attack on the liberties that define America. While the left shrieked about “democracy under threat,” they were laying the groundwork for tyranny.

Gabbard’s declassification is a gut punch to the establishment, exposing what Biden’s “moderate” crew was cooking up in the shadows. Now we’re left wondering: what else is lurking in those classified files?
The founders would be spitting mad. But maybe this is the wake-up call America needs—a reminder of what happens when we let power-drunk bureaucrats run wild, far from the sunlight of accountability.

Next time you hear a Democrat preaching about “saving democracy,” remember this plan. Their version of “democracy” is a far cry from the Republic our founders bled for.

And know that Tulsi Gabbard has bigger balls than Biden and his handler[s], figuratively speaking, of course.

Pam Bondi has 3 arrested for "domestic terrorism" in cases against Tesla

In a robust display of law and order, U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi has thrown down the gauntlet, announcing on Thursday that three miscreants now face charges for their audacious assaults on Tesla properties across the nation. This is not a mere slap on the wrist; it’s a resounding crack of the whip.

“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” Bondi declared with steely resolve in her statement. And she’s not mincing words: “Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.” No equivocation, no pandering—just the cold, hard promise of justice.

The statement lays out the stakes with stark clarity: these three, should they be convicted, will face a mandatory minimum of five years in the clink, with the prospect of two decades behind bars looming large. This is not a game for the faint-hearted; it’s a serious reckoning for those who thought they could wreak havoc and saunter away unscathed. Bondi’s message is unmistakable: the rule of law still has teeth, and it’s ready to bite.

The statement didn't identify the arrestees but gave a brief synopsis of each case. The cases detailed in the statement appeared to match cases announced in recent days and weeks by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

On the first defendant mentioned, the DOJ said:
One defendant, also armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle, was arrested after throwing approximately eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership located in Salem, Oregon.

The case appears to be a reference to Adam Matthew Lansky, 41, who was arrested for allegedly “throwing Molotov cocktails at a local car dealership” and allegedly firing “multiple firearm rounds into a building and at least one vehicle,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
On the second defendant, the DOJ said:
Another was arrested in Loveland, Colorado after attempting to light Teslas on fire with Molotov cocktails. The defendant was later found in possession of materials used to produce additional incendiary weapons.

The case appears to be a match to Justin Thomas Nelson, 42, who the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado says was arrested on “one count of malicious destruction of property for a series of incidents at the Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado.”
On the final defendant mentioned, the DOJ said:
In Charleston, South Carolina, a third defendant wrote profane messages against President Trump around Tesla charging stations before lighting the charging stations on fire with Molotov cocktails.
The case appears to be a match for a case out of the USAO’s District of South Carolina against Daniel Clarke-Pounder, 24, who was arrested “on criminal charges related to an arson at a North Charleston Tesla charging station.”

Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to the arrests with a post on X that said, “The hammer of justice strikes.”

SPLC lawyer charged as terrorist after Atlanta riot: the organization bad-mouths the cops

A leftist staff lawyer for the leftist organization Southern Poverty Law Center, which dubs itself as a civil rights group [except when it comes to Christians, police, and straight White men, which they label as "hate groups"] was arrested Sunday on terrorism charges.

The lawyer, Thomas Webb Jurgens, took part in terrorism acts by throwing rocks, Molotov cocktails, and shooting fireworks at police at a training center outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

According to DeKalb County Jail records, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested Jurgens, a 6-foot male with brown hair and brown eyes, on Sunday, March 5. Webb faces one charge of “domestic terrorism.”

DeKalb County Jail record for Thomas Webb Jurgens [below]:

According to his LinkedIn bio, Jurgens worked at the Southern Poverty Law Center since 2021 after graduating from the University of Georgia School of law in 2019.

Jurgens appears as a member in good standing on the website of the State Bar of Georgia, but if convicted of domestic terrorism, this may affect his good standing.

Authorities detained 35 people Sunday, charging 23 with domestic terrorism, following the riot. Jurgens’ name appears on the list.

“On March 5, 2023, a group of violent agitators used the cover of a peaceful protest of the proposed Atlanta Public Safety Training Center to conduct a coordinated attack on construction equipment and police officers,” Atlanta police reported Sunday. “They changed into black clothing and entered the construction area and began to throw large rocks, bricks, Molotov cocktails, and fireworks at police officers.”

Thomas Jurgens

According to police, the terrorists “destroyed multiple pieces of construction equipment by fire and vandalism.”

“The illegal actions of the agitators could have resulted in bodily harm,” police added. “Officers exercised restraint and used nonlethal enforcement to conduct arrests.”

On Tuesday, a judge granted Jurgens bond for the terrorism charge regarding "Cop City."

Jurgens and one other suspect claims to have been a legal observer on behalf of the National Lawyers Guild.

Prosecutors say the crowd was dressed in camouflage or dark clothing and some carried homemade metal shields. Jurgens' lawyer told the judge that his client was wearing a bright yellow hat with National Lawyers Guild written on it and a bright green shirt.

Though the state contends, "simply because you’re an attorney doesn’t mean you can’t commit a crime," a prosecutor said they would consent to bond for Jurgens at this time.

Judge AW Davis granted Jurgens’ bond, setting the amount at $5,000.

Jurgens’s attorney did say his client intended to post that amount and waived a preliminary hearing.

Davis denied bond for about a dozen other defendants as Tuesday’s hearing continued.

So what did the SPLC, a group that has labeled conservative and Christian organizations as "hate groups" do? They spoke out against the police--the victims in this case--exposing their political bias in a public press release, calling the law enforcement response as 'heavy handed.'

Like the "mostly peaceful" demonstrations, which were riots by any standard, the SPLC has made themselves obvious as to where they stand. Burning down machinery equipment, throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails at police should not be responded to with defensive force, which is what the police used. Maybe if the police used social workers, they could reason with the domestic terrorists.

Maybe the SPLC has rainbows shooting out of its nether regions.

The SPLC press release proves that they are anything but neutral.

It's time to get fed up and do something.

Man found with explosive devices faces more charges

"Jose can you see?"
Niagara Falls, NY -- A western New York man, Jose M. Gandia, 47, was found to have nine explosive devices in his home and is now facing more charges, according to police.

Gandia is now charged with unlawful possession of a destructive device, and unlawful possession of a sawed-off shotgun, according to U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. He faces up to ten years in prison if found guilty, which seems to be a pretty sure thing based on the physical evidence.

The suspect also faces other charges, including assaulting a police officer and menacing.
Clearing Gandia's apartment
Authorities explained that it all began when state troopers responded to reports of a guy pointing a shotgun with a red laser out of a pickup truck on the New York State Thruway on Wednesday morning. A trooper located the pickup truck and attempted to handcuff Gandia when Gandia got out of his car and a scuffle ensued.

Gandia was finally handcuffed, arrested, and police reportedly found several weapons along with a pipe bomb in his truck. Authorities also recovered nine “possible” destructive devices from inside Gandia's home, law enforcement officials said.

Five of the devices were attached to two separate propane tanks. Two of the devices were near the residence's front entrance and two were near the rear — all of which were rigged to detonate.

This certainly sounds like domestic terrorism and it is unknown at this time whether or not Gandia is a member of Antifa. Maybe he is, or maybe he's not. Let's wait and see, that I can tell you.
