Bessent's witty remark about Illinois exodus leaves Chicago-area lawmaker fuming on camerap

If there’s one thing congressional Democrats love more than lecturing Americans about economics, it’s yelling at Republicans who actually know something about economics.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent found himself on the receiving end of one of Capitol Hill’s trademark Democrat meltdowns this week during a House Ways and Means Committee hearing, when Rep. Brad Schneider of Illinois decided that volume was a substitute for intelligence.

Schneider joined the usual parade of Democrats trying to pin every fluctuation in grocery prices on President Donald Trump, tariffs, Iran, capitalism, weather patterns, and probably Jupiter being in retrograde. Bessent, meanwhile, kept calmly reminding everyone that inflation during the Biden years looked like a Black Friday riot at the Federal Reserve.

Things got spicy after Schneider attempted to corner Bessent over comments regarding the Iran conflict. Schneider dramatically asked whether Bessent wanted to "correct the record" about the conflict being "ended," before rattling off a list of concerns about Iran threatening Israel and U.S. allies.

Bessent, clearly enjoying himself, smiled and asked whether Schneider was suddenly "in agreement" with Trump since the congressman had just repeated the administration’s goals out loud without spontaneously combusting.

"Unless an American life is lost, he does not believe that he will have to restart the kinetic attacks," Bessent replied.

That answer did not soothe Schneider, who immediately shifted into the familiar Democrat setting of Angry Cable News Panelist. As the congressman grew more agitated, he tried tying rising commodity prices to the Iran conflict while blaming Trump and Bessent for everything short of the Cubs bullpen.

Bessent responded with the sort of thing Democrats hate most, actual numbers.

The treasury secretary pointed out that core inflation currently sits at 2.8%, close to the Federal Reserve’s target, before dryly noting that Schneider seemed determined to recite a grocery list of the most expensive items he could find.

"you can list off the most expensive groceries that have had the biggest price increases," Bessent quipped.

Naturally, Schneider accused Bessent of being out of touch, because modern Democrats believe anyone who disagrees with them must either be evil or shopping at the wrong supermarket.

That’s when Bessent delivered the line that probably caused half the Illinois delegation to start stress-eating deep dish pizza.

"Well, you Democrats should know, no wonder so many people are leaving Illinois. Why don't you come see me in South Carolina?"

Ouch.

Schneider, apparently unaware that U-Haul statistics exist, angrily insisted people are not fleeing Illinois.

Bessent couldn’t resist twisting the knife.

"You're saying Illinois doesn't have net outbound migration?"

At that point, somebody in the room probably should’ve checked Schneider’s blood pressure.

The congressman then abruptly changed subjects to Trump’s settlement with the IRS over former contractor Charles Littlejohn leaking tax returns, because nothing says “I’m winning this argument” like bailing out entirely.

Schneider huffed that nobody, including Trump, is "above the law."

Bessent calmly fired back that Trump is not "beneath the law" either, while accusing Democrats of "weaponizing the system."

Schneider then solemnly declared, "His taxes should never be leaked. No taxpayer information should be leaked…"

That setup was just too easy.

"Then, congressman, would you like to apologize to the president right now on behalf [of your party]?"

Somewhere deep in the bowels of Congress, a Democrat communications staffer immediately updated their résumé.

Americans Continue Voting With Their Feet, Apparently Preferring Not To Be Taxed Into Oblivion

New Census data reveals a massive migration shift as high-tax states lose residents to the booming Southeast and Sun Belt. Experts are baffled why anyone would leave paradise for lower taxes and functioning streets. Hmmm?

Americans appear to be voting with their feet as the country’s most iconic cities continue to see declining populations or struggle to regain their pre-pandemic footing, shocking no one with two brain cells to rub together.

On the East Coast, New York City is facing a renewed exodus. 

According to a Citizens Budget Commission study released earlier this month, the Big Apple lost more residents than it gained last year. The report found that New York City lost approximately 114,000 more domestic residents to other U.S. cities than it gained in 2025, reversing two years of marginal growth.

The decline has become so pronounced that even New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has sounded the alarm. Pleading in March for "high net worth" individuals to return, Hochul noted the erosion of the Empire State’s tax base is threatening "the generous social programs that we want to have in our state."

A nervous Hochul admitted that New York is "in competition with other states who have less of a tax burden," specifically citing "Wall Street businesses looking at Texas" as a primary concern.Further north, Boston is struggling to retain its next generation of workers. 

In Massachusetts, a 2026 Young Residents Survey from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Foundation, released in April, revealed that 26 percent of residents aged 20 to 30 plan to leave the area within the next five years.

Of those planning to move, nearly half are looking to exit the state entirely, with a majority eyeing the Southeast and Southwest. High housing costs remain the primary driver for those planning to leave, followed closely by the irresistible urge not to fund endless progressive experiments.

The trend is part of a larger drain on the Commonwealth. 

An analysis by the Pioneer Institute shows Massachusetts has suffered a net loss of approximately 182,000 residents due to domestic out-migration over the last five years. At this rate the state bird will soon be the U-Haul.The West Coast is seeing similar patterns, particularly in Los Angeles County. The latest U.S. Census data released in March 2026 shows that between July 1, 2024, and July 1, 2025, 53,421 residents left the county. The largest numeric decline of any county in the nation. Since 2020, Los Angeles County’s population has shrunk from roughly 10 million to 9.7 million, proving once again that even the weather cannot overcome terrible governance.

In San Francisco, the population has failed to recover from its pandemic-era low. Despite a localized boom in the artificial intelligence sector, newly released Census estimates show the city’s total population remains well below 2020 levels. AI may be the future, but apparently it still cannot convince people to live around  the homeless and human feces, drugs and violence.

While the coastlines struggle, the Southeast is booming like it just discovered low taxes and personal responsibility. The Census Bureau reported in March that many of the fastest-growing counties in the country are now concentrated in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

South Carolina has officially claimed the title of the fastest-growing state in the nation. Between July 2024 and July 2025, the Palmetto State’s population surged by 1.5 percent, fueled by a net influx of 66,622 domestic migrants who probably just wanted grocery stores without bulletproof glass.

In terms of "income migration," Florida remains the undisputed king. The Florida Chamber of Commerce reports that the Sunshine State leads the nation with a net income migration of nearly 36.1 billion dollars annually. Turns out people enjoy keeping more of their own money rather than giving it to, say, Somalia businesses.

A new study by the National Taxpayers Union Foundation released on April 7, 2026, confirmed that taxpayers are fleeing high-tax environments for more fiscally friendly states. While Texas and Florida remain the top targets, states like North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee are also seeing record gains. Notably, the NTUF "Migration in Minutes" metric found that Texas surpassed Florida in 2022 as the state gaining a new taxpayer most frequently. One every 4 minutes and 40 seconds. That is not a migration, it's more like a stampede of J.B. Pritzker look-alike contestants at a free pizza grand opening.

The U.S. Census Bureau’s March report highlighted that the nation’s most populous counties. Including Los Angeles, Cook County (Chicago), Harris County (Houston), and the five boroughs of New York City. Are feeling the sting of lower Net International Migration.

Historically, these hubs relied on international arrivals to offset domestic losses. However, the CBC reported a 70 percent drop in international migration to New York City in 2025 compared to the previous year.

"The nation’s largest counties . . .  are often international migration hubs," said Census Bureau demographer George M. Hayward. "With fewer gains from international migration, these types of counties saw their population growth diminish or even turn into loss."Translation: Even the replacement population is starting to notice the vibe is off.

Former SC court clerk in Murdaugh murder trial arrested on severa felonies

He killed his son and his wife; she tried to make a killing with a book

Folks, let me tell you, down in South Carolina, they’ve gone and charged Becky Hill, the former Colleton County court clerk who ran the show during Alex Murdaugh’s murder trial, with a whole mess of felonies. Now, this ain’t like spilling sweet tea at a church picnic; this is serious business.

Last year, the State Ethics Commission pointed their finger at Ms. Hill, 57, saying she was using her fancy title as clerk to fatten her wallet, pushing a book about the Murdaugh case. She even owned up to lifting some words for that book and said, “My bad.” 

But the Colleton County website’s whispering she’s also got a “hold for South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.” Sounds like she’s in hotter water than a crawfish in a Low-country boil.

Now, we don’t know the exact charges yet, but Dick Harpootlian, Murdaugh’s lawyer, ain’t shocked. He told Fox News Digital, “We are aware of the charges filed against Becky Hill, and while these developments are serious, they are not surprising. We have long raised our concerns about her conduct during and after the trial and this arrest further underscores the need to protect the integrity of the judicial process. Every defendant is entitled to a fair and impartial trial and we look forward to Alex Murdaugh finally getting that fair treatment.” That’s lawyer talk for, “We been sayin’ she was up to no good, and now everybody’s seeing it.”

Word is, Hill was playin’ fast and loose with federal money, sending herself nigh on $10,000 in bonuses disguised as child support. She was handing out Easter goodies, Mother’s and Father’s Day gifts, Valentine’s trinkets, paint supplies, flowers, fancy meals, office furniture, and—get this—dog food, bones, and a dog bed. Sounds like she was running the clerk’s office like her personal piggy bank.

Back in January 2024, Supreme Court Justice Jean Toal said Murdaugh, who got nailed for killing his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul, in June 2021, didn’t need a new trial. Murdaugh’s team was hollering about jury tampering by Hill, but Toal wasn’t buying it. Outta 12 jurors who said Murdaugh was guilty in 2023, 11 swore Hill didn’t sway ‘em. One fella said he heard her talking about Murdaugh’s body language, but it didn’t change his mind.

Now, The State newspaper’s sayin’ Hill’s facing a perjury indictment. 

Eric Bland, a South Carolina lawyer who stood up for folks Murdaugh swindled, posted on X Wednesday, “I used to think that there was very little chance that our South Carolina Supreme Court would reverse former Chief Justice Jean Toal’s decision in February 2024 when she denied Alex Murdaugh a new trial on his double murder conviction because of Becky Hill alleged jury interference. I thought that if he was to get any relief, it would come after he exhausted his state court appeals and it would be on the federal level. According to the State Paper, the perjury charge arises out of her testimony that she gave in the February 2024 hearing in front of Justice Toal. I think this further complicates the situation and increases the chances that he will get a reversal and a new trial. 

It still will come down to whether the federal standard for alleged jury tampering should have been applied by Justice Toal or she was correct in applying the state standard.” 

That’s a mouthful, but he’s saying Hill’s fibbing might just give Murdaugh a shot at a do-over.

Hill, who was clerk for about four years, stepped down in March after those jury tampering claims but swore it wasn’t because of the trial ruckus. At a news conference, she said, “Another significant impact in our clerk’s office was in 2023, when we had to manage one of the biggest trials in South Carolina history. Our small town came together and made everyone proud. Managing a trial with such importance to the people of South Carolina, as well as to the national and international media interest and public scrutiny, has caused me to reflect upon decisions involving my stay in the office of the clerk of court.” 

She added she was quitting to focus on being a wife, mama, and grandma, and to give other Republicans a fair shake at her job in 2024.

Her old lawyer, Justin Bamberg, who also helped Murdaugh’s victims, said at a March presser that Hill’s exit had nothing to do with any investigations. But, folks, when the law’s circling like buzzards over a roadkill, you gotta wonder if the truth’s been stretched thinner than a politician’s promise.

So, there you have it—Becky Hill’s in a heap of trouble, and it’s shaking up Murdaugh’s case like a hurricane hitting the Carolina coast. Stay tuned, because this story’s got more twists than a backroad in the Palmetto State.

Pam Bondi has 3 arrested for "domestic terrorism" in cases against Tesla

In a robust display of law and order, U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi has thrown down the gauntlet, announcing on Thursday that three miscreants now face charges for their audacious assaults on Tesla properties across the nation. This is not a mere slap on the wrist; it’s a resounding crack of the whip.

“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” Bondi declared with steely resolve in her statement. And she’s not mincing words: “Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.” No equivocation, no pandering—just the cold, hard promise of justice.

The statement lays out the stakes with stark clarity: these three, should they be convicted, will face a mandatory minimum of five years in the clink, with the prospect of two decades behind bars looming large. This is not a game for the faint-hearted; it’s a serious reckoning for those who thought they could wreak havoc and saunter away unscathed. Bondi’s message is unmistakable: the rule of law still has teeth, and it’s ready to bite.

The statement didn't identify the arrestees but gave a brief synopsis of each case. The cases detailed in the statement appeared to match cases announced in recent days and weeks by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

On the first defendant mentioned, the DOJ said:

One defendant, also armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle, was arrested after throwing approximately eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership located in Salem, Oregon.

The case appears to be a reference to Adam Matthew Lansky, 41, who was arrested for allegedly “throwing Molotov cocktails at a local car dealership” and allegedly firing “multiple firearm rounds into a building and at least one vehicle,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.

On the second defendant, the DOJ said:

Another was arrested in Loveland, Colorado after attempting to light Teslas on fire with Molotov cocktails. The defendant was later found in possession of materials used to produce additional incendiary weapons.

The case appears to be a match to Justin Thomas Nelson, 42, who the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado says was arrested on “one count of malicious destruction of property for a series of incidents at the Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado.”

On the final defendant mentioned, the DOJ said:

In Charleston, South Carolina, a third defendant wrote profane messages against President Trump around Tesla charging stations before lighting the charging stations on fire with Molotov cocktails.

The case appears to be a match for a case out of the USAO’s District of South Carolina against Daniel Clarke-Pounder, 24, who was arrested “on criminal charges related to an arson at a North Charleston Tesla charging station.”

Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to the arrests with a post on X that said, “The hammer of justice strikes.”

Biden blocked by judge from giving Obamacare to DACA recipients

A federal judge in North Dakota on Monday blocked the Biden administration from putting into action a new policy that would have made some illegal immigrants eligible for government-supported health care.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Traynor agreed to stop a new rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that would have let people with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status sign up for Obamacare. Traynor stated that Kansas and the 18 Republican attorneys general who challenged the policy were likely to win, so he issued a stay against it.

Traynor pointed out that CMS broke the law when it decided to include DACA recipients in the definition of "lawfully present" in the U.S. DACA recipients are people who entered the country illegally as children with their parents and were protected from deportation by an executive action from President Barack Obama.

“The authority granted to CMS by the ACA [Affordable Care Act] is to ascertain whether an individual meets the requirements for lawful status. It by no means allows the agency to circumvent congressional authority and redefine the term ‘lawfully present,’” Traynor wrote.

“As it currently stands, the ACA does not allow federal healthcare subsidies or coverage for aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States,” he added.

Traynor also agreed with the Republican attorneys general that the policy could encourage illegal immigrants to stay in their states because of the healthcare benefits.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, who led the lawsuit, celebrated the decision, saying, “Big win for the rule of law. Congress never intended that illegal aliens should receive Obama care benefits. Indeed, two laws prohibit them from receiving such benefits. The Biden administration tried to break those laws. But we fought back, and defeated the Justice Department.”

The states involved in the lawsuit were Ohio, Idaho, Nebraska, South Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Texas, Florida, and Arkansas. They argued that the rule was arbitrary, capricious, and would encourage more illegal immigration.

In response, CMS mentioned they were reviewing the judge's decision but couldn't comment further.

This rule change was opposed by President-elect Donald Trump, whose campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt called it “unfair and unsustainable” back in May.

“Joe Biden's handouts for illegal immigrants are especially devastating to Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, and union workers who are forced to watch their jobs and public resources stolen by people who illegally entered our country,” Leavitt, Trump's incoming press secretary, said at the time.

Last month, another judge overturned a different Biden administration program that would have given legal status to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

UPDATE: Trump v Haley in the South Carolina Primary: the votes are in!

Correction: The original post said 99% of the votes were in but this was misread and was only 4%. However, it looks a lot like he's going to win.

In the primary race between Donald Trump and Nikki Haley it looks like the former President is going to win. The polls have just closed by Trump has 64% to Haley's 36% .

Trump had.The SC Governor Henry McMaster spoke and kept it brief. Then Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and he was even briefer because the crowd tended to boo him.

Now the quick vote reading is trump 68% to Haley's 32%. at 7:25 p.m. as he gave kudos to firebrand Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) along with others.

7:30 p.m. 54% to 45% Trump v Haley respectively as Trump's speech ended with 4% of the vote in. 

So he will likely win.

BREAKING: Ronna McDaniel stepping down at RNC--we may know her replacement

It's likely due to pressure put on her by former President Donald Trump and the fact that he is the presumptive GOP candidate in this coming presidential election, that Ronna McDaniel will be reportedly stepped down as RNC Chairwoman. This is to come after the South Carolina primary later this month.

According to the former newspaper known as the New York Times, Trump will "likely" promote North Carolina Republican Party Chairman Michael Whatley to be McDaniel's replacement.

Michael Whatley

McDaniel is the daughter of George S. Romney, who is the brother of RINO Mitt Romney, aka Mittens. It's unknown as to whether her relationship with a top former Republican had anything to do with her position with the RNC, but I would bet that it did. Having influential people seems to work out well for people related to them who haven't earned their position.

Anyway, the news comes after Trump met with her on Monday at Mar-a-Lago and posted after their meeting: “Ronna is now Head of the RNC, and I’ll be making a decision the day after the South Carolina Primary as to my recommendations for RNC Growth.”

Always a teaser with Trump.

Biden understands the "Passion" of his anti-Semitic base and sympathizes with them

It's more than ironic that Joe Biden calls former President Donald Trump a Nazi, especially since Trump recognized Jerusalem the capital of Israel and was instrumental in the Abraham Accords along with his Jewish son-in-law Jarod Kushner. 

Meanwhile Biden and his administration is calling for Israel to cease fire after Israelis were raped, burned, beheaded and slaughtered in their beds on October 7 last year. His administration isn't asking Hamas nor Hezbollah to do the same.

And worse is the fact that Biden's Secretary of State Antony Blinken, a Jew, continues to pursue policies that reward anti-Semitism, such as when he restored funding to Mahmoud Abbas, a freaking Holocaust denier who promotes anti-Semitic blood libel and "pay to slay" policies for killing Jews, including Jewish children.

So who's the real Nazi here? 

Anyway, our houseplant-in-chief spoke at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, SC on Monday. While he mumbled, a Hamasshole fan shouted, “Ceasefire now! Ceasefire now! Ceasefire now!” 

Biden immediately replied, “That’s all right. That’s all right,” 

But another Hamasshole lover, worried that the Jews were winning the war continued, “Will you call for a ceasefire?” Members of the audience betting that Biden would live to finish another term as our alleged President shouted, “Four more years! Four more years! Four more years!”

Biden then stated in the mush-mouth way he has, “Look, folks, I understand their — I understand their passion. And I’ve been quietly working — I’ve been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza. I’ve been using all that I can to do that. But I understand the passion.”

The only reason Israel is in Gaza is because of the unprovoked Hamas attack that killed over 1,200 Israelis in one day. Israel was out of Gaza, forcibly removing every single Israeli, including the dead and buried, in 2005. The following year Gazans voted Hamas into power and this is what they got. 

The Hamassholes invaded Israel and committed the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, an event that Abbas denies ever happened.

Biden has the moral clarity of a person who sees no problem with burning a baby alive in an oven. 

He hasn't even been able to pressure Hamas to release our hostages, much less Israeli hostages.

I have no sympathy for him and his dementia.

Capitol Police stop patriotic singing of children inside US Capitol where AOC was killed on Jan 6

Washington, D.C. -- In spite of Rushingbrook Children's Choir having secured permission from three congressional offices to sing the national anthem in our nation's capital, United States Capitol Police on Tuesday, bravely stepped in and stopped their performance just in the nick of time. After all, just because SC Reps William Timmons and Joe Wilson, along with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, had given them written permission, that does not eliminate the possibility that the kids had an ulterior motive, such as advocating for the USA. How dare they!

The video shows a man, possibly a Russian operative, approaching the Choir Director and speak directly into his ear while the singers looked on in confusion right before they were ordered to cease and desist.

The national anthem of the United States of America was cut off just before its most memorable line: 

O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

It's may be the case that the US Capitol Police chief was told that the anthem offends the LGBTQ+1~BM community, BLM, Antifa, and progressive Democrats.

Doctor Jill Biden says it's "ridiculous" for an elderly US President to undergo a cognitive eval just because he is often forgetful and confused

Doctor Biden just told her husband the number of remaining neurons he still has

One of America's top doctors, according to the brain trusts of "The View," Doctor Jill Biden spoke about her fully intact husband and alleged President Joe Biden after she was asked whether he should take a competency exam for old politicians.

The idea that elderly politicians such as Biden and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) who is 89, and who barely seem to be oriented to person, place and time should be tested seemed repugnant to Doctor Biden, perhaps because it would not only confuse them, but make them feel unsafe and vulnerable.

It was Republican Nikki Haley who proposed the idea of testing all politicians over the age of 75. 

Haley is running for the 2024 presidential nomination and has experience as the Gov. of South Carolina as well as United Nations Ambassador for the US, both positions handled extremely well. Her age proposal for cognitive testing may have also been a shot at Donald Trump, who also will be running and is currently the person to beat for the GOP.

During a Democrat-friendly interview, Doctor Biden called the proposal by Haley, a “ridiculous” idea.

“We would never even discuss something like that,” she added when asked if her husband would consider such a test, according to CNN.

Of course Joe Biden wouldn't discuss that, nor consent to it because he has difficulty discussing things using words, while on some level he is able to recognize that cognitive tests aren't totally multiple choice.

"It's ridiculous," Doctor Biden repeated. 

At 80, Joe Biden is the first and only President in history to ever match his IQ with his chronological age.

Democrats know that if Joe Biden takes a written cognitive test, he is very likely to eat the paper and this would only serve as fodder for Russian President Vladimir Putin and other world leaders who enjoy making fun of him.

Sadly, Biden even has difficulty figuring out how to walk up stairs, although his descents have mostly been spot on.

GOP Rep. okay with anti-Semite on House Foreign Affairs Committee

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) thinks that it would be hypocritical for the GOP to remove one of the most outspoken anti-Semites in Congress, from the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Mace said that kicking Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) from the committee over anti-Semitic comments, is tantamount to "cancel culture," evidently, even if offends the Jews and people who find Omar repulsive for this hateful view.

"There's a First Amendment in this country. We don't have to agree with everything that members say," Mace said Friday in order to appeal to fellow anti-Semites, when Fox News asked if she supported Speaker Kevin McCarthy's vow to block Omar from the committee.

"I think we have to be very careful about what we are as a constitutional republic," she said.

 "I am not a fan of Ilhan Omar. She's an anti-Semite. She's a bigot. She's a racist. She's a socialist. But that doesn't mean that we cancel people in this country. Republicans don't stand for cancel culture. And that's essentially what this is."

Except when a political party is in charge of one of the Houses, they can remove the dirt to clean the House, at least when it comes to a committee assignment that actually calls for members whose characters are in line with decent, American values. It isn't cancel culture to remove Omar from a committee--it would be cancel culture to remove her from Congress and Mace should know this.

Mace indicate that there were a "handful" of Republicans who are aligned in her thinking and that just sucks, doesn't it?

"I think it sets a very dangerous precedent. And you know, there's so much anti-Semitism in this country. We should be condemning it right and left as we always have, but there's also the First Amendment right to do that," she said. 

But there is no constitutional right to be on a committee, especially when you are the wrong person for that committee. 

Should Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and Adam Schiff (D-CA) be allowed to remain on the House Intelligence Committee knowing that Swalwell slept with a Chinese spy and Schiff allegedly used information from that committee to falsely attack former President Donald Trump?

So this isn't about censoring Omar, it's about keeping her off a committee that deals with sensitive issues that she has shown personal bias towards, such as Israel and the Middle East.

Mace said that a resolution to remove Omar was yet to be circulated, and she would wait to read it before making her final decision.

"So I'm going to read the resolution. We haven't seen it. I'm going to read it before I make that final decision next week. But we've been asking for it, and it hasn't been released to public yet," she said.

I do not know if Mace is an anti-Zionist/anti-Semite, but for her to equate Omar being kept off a committee, that is finally controlled by the GOP, to a constitutional right and to cancel culture, says more about Mace than it does about Omar.

The Republican Party is its own worst enemy.

Biden Bikes on Beach Better this time but doesn't answer reporters

"Where's my bell? I need a bell."

Joe Biden beach-biked better than he biked before when he fell on his keester at a dead stop. He pedaled his black bike before reporters on Sunday on Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

The alleged president wore shorts and a polo shirt with his aviator sunglasses as he pretended, in the jasmine of his mind, to be piloting a WWI Sopwith Camel. He pedaled along, occasionally stopping to catch his breath and to jaw with some families and children but didn't smell their hair. 

Due to his role as president, he was surrounded by bike pedaling Secret Service agents who rode with him as he pedaled in pursuit of the Red Baron.

Although he appeared in front of media cameras he did not stop to take questions.

When reporters asked him if he would talk to them, he replied, “No.”

“Gotta go get your bathing suits,” he replied as he rode by, presumably speaking to reporters but not wearing a bathing suit himself because he doesn't practice what he preaches.

It's rumored that Biden contracted a bit of toe fungus while pedaling along the sand and he shared a photo of his big toe for all his fans to see [below].

BREAKING: Shots fired, people injured at South Carolina mall

Columbia, SC -- Police responded to a shooting at a mall, Columbiana Centre, in Columbia SC on Saturday afternoon.

This is a breaking story but it has been reported that there have been injuries as a result of the shooting, according to police. The number of injured is currently twelve, ten by gunfire. There have thus far been no fatalities.

Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook gave the latest update saying the shooting was not random and he believes the people knew each other. Three people have been taken into custody but have not been called suspects.

Holbrook said that 911 received a call at 2:03 pm of a shooting from someone near the Gap Store in the mall. When police arrived, they determined 12 people were injured. Holbrook said 10 suffered gunshot wounds, and 2 of those are in critical but stable condition.. Two people were injured in the stampede that followed.

The victims range in age from 15 to 73 years old and were taken to nearby hospitals.

SC elementary school teacher busted after student picks pot edibles from reward box

She's young, she's fresh and she's woke. 

Victoria Farish Weiss, 27, an elementary school teacher, has been arrested for possession of a Schedule I drug after a child in her class selected a pack of pot edibles out of a reward box in her classroom, police said. At least she didn't have sex with the child, and this might turn out to be her defense.

Weiss turned herself into authorities on Friday, according to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.

The investigation began on Sept. 23 stemming from a report that a Rocky Creek Elementary School child picked a pack o' pot, or cannabis-based product from the classroom reward box.

"Detectives confirmed during interviews that Weiss took the pack of edibles from the student and told him to pick something else from the box," Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said.

The student then grabbed another pack of edibles, Koon said. No students ate the products, he said, but then why did the kid devour six bags of Pringles?

When authorities searched Weiss' home the next day, they found packs of edibles similar to the ones seen in her classroom, police said.

"Marijuana edibles are cannabis-based food products. They come in many forms, but the items in this case were candy," Koon said. "They’re often packaged in wrappers and bags with logos and colors that look similar to traditional candy brands, most likely to entice children to develop the habit of using marijuana.

"While they are available in other states and online, they’re illegal in South Carolina," Koon added.

Lexington School District One officials told WIS-TV that as of Thursday, the teacher was no longer employed by the district and rumor has it that she may move to Canada where pot is legal all over the place.

"The safety of our students is our top priority," said Superintendent Dr. Greg Little. "It is unacceptable for a staff member to potentially threaten the well-being of a child."

Leave that to the government.

His Holiness Fauci does a Kamala Harris with the border crisis

His Holiness the venerable very Reverend Dr. Anthony Fauci who tells us that washing our hands is an important way to fight the coronavirus, is washing his hands of taking responsibility over the surge of illegal migrants coming across the border bringing along COVID-19 in about 10 percent of the ones who are being tested.

Fauci says he has "nothing to do" with the situation at the border after Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) challenged him to visit the border to see the "super-spreader event" that's going on there.

"Lindsey Graham, who I like -- he's a good person, I've dealt with him very, very well over the years -- [is] equating me with things that have to do with the border. I have nothing to do with the border," Fauci told Fox News’ Neil Cavuto on "Your World" Friday. But of course, when you consider how Fauci has self-described as the go-to guy for all coronavirus revelations and the man who will protect the nation against the dreaded scourge, going to the border and assessing what's going on there is sure as hell his business.

"Obviously, it is a very difficult situation at the border. We all know that. The administration is trying as best as they can to alleviate that situation," the White House chief medical adviser said. "Having me down at the border. That's really not what I do."

But why isn't it what he does? 

Surely the problem with the massive surge of unvaccinated migrants with a significantly high percentage of COVID-19 should be relevant to his task at hand.

"Paging Dr. Fauci: You need to go to the southern border and witness in person the biggest super spreader event in the nation – President [Biden's] immigration policies," Graham tweeted Friday.

Fauci is obviously too busy blowing his own horn on national TV and humble-bragging about his work with the coronavirus.

Lou Dobbs wants you to vote for Democrat challenger to Lindsey Graham

Fox Business' Lou Dobbs does not want South Carolinians to vote for the Republican Senator Lindsey Graham on Election Day. He would rather the GOP give up a senate seat than reelect Graham because he believes the senator "... has betrayed the American people."

“Well, just to be clear, I don’t know why anyone in the great state of South Carolina would ever vote for Lindsey Graham,” Dobbs said. “It’s just outrageous. This is the guy who keeps saying, ‘Stay tuned.’ He said he was going to get to the bottom of Obamagate with the Judiciary Committee, which has been a year-and-a-half—actually longer—of absolute inert, inert response to these pressing issues of our day.”

“And this is what, by the way, Donald Trump said of Senator Lindsey Graham back in 2016, while he was campaigning for the presidency in South Carolina,” Dobbs continued. “I believe the president’s words about the senator then apply today.”

The Fox Business News host referenced a Trump quote the president made while competing as a candidate in the SC primary against Graham:

"I think Lindsey Graham is a disgrace, and I think you have one of the worst representatives of any representative in the United States. I don’t think he could run for dog catcher in this state and win again. I really don’t. Other than that, I think he’s wonderful. He’s one of the dumbest human beings I’ve ever seen … The guy is a nut job."

Does anyone really believe that Trump believes his own words about Graham? President Trump goes for the jugular on his opposition all the time and does so with hyperbole.

Dobbs accused Graham of betraying President Trump and the country. "Graham has betrayed President Trump at almost every turn. He has betrayed the American people and his oath of office. He’s done absolutely nothing to investigate Obamagate, except to tell everyone, ‘Stay tuned.’ Time and time again: ‘Stay tuned.'”

“Senator Graham needs to be tuned out in South Carolina,” Dobbs said.

The senate race in question is against Jaime Harrison (D).

“A political action committee founded by national Democratic operatives to help Harrison’s campaign—Lindsey Must Go PAC—recently spent more than $133,000 on mailers highlighting former Constitution Party candidate Bill Bledsoe, who has dropped out of the race and thrown his support behind Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham. The mailers say Bledsoe is ‘the only true conservative on the ballot,’” the outlet reported.

Bledsoe dropped out of the race weeks ago when his campaign failed to raise so much as a dime.

Harrison's campaign launched ads supporting Bledsoe, a tactic he used before.

“The ads call Bledsoe ‘the only Senate candidate who stood with President Trump on day one’ and note that he ‘opposes all abortions’ and ‘believes that any gun-control law infringes upon the Second Amendment.’ The ads also link to a website paid for by the South Carolina Democratic Party, which calls Bledsoe ‘pro-Trump,’ ‘pro-gun,’ and ‘anti-abortion,’” the Free Beacon reported. 

Harrison is anti-Trump, pro-gun confiscation and pro-baby killing. 

If Harrison wins, the Senate will have one less Republican vote and somehow that's okay with Lou Dobbs. 

Fox News and Fox Business ain't what they used to be.

Man and his young step-daughter killed in road-rage execution: media goes dark

South Carolina -- It only took a minor traffic accident in Georgetown, SC for two people to be executed and one wounded in a road-rage incident Monday.

Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III, 23, of Moncks Corner, the alleged shooter, is charged with murder and one count of attempted murder regarding the shooting. The national media has basically not reported on the incident, possibly because Walters, the alleged shooter, is Black and the victims are White.

Had the races been reversed, this would have made front page, top-of-the-fold headlines.

The story goes like this:

Laura Ashley Anderson, 21, had recently bought a house in Georgetown, according to WPDE-TV in Florence. She was selling some of her childhood furniture, but when she arrived at the house to meet the buyer, she realized she forgot her keys. So she called her stepfather, Nick Wall, 45, to bring the spare set of keys. 

As Mr. Wall turned into his step-daughter's driveway, he was rear-ended by Walters, according to WPDE. 

The fender-bender was minor, but rather than pulling out his insurance information, Walters allegedly pulled out a gun and began shooting. He shot Wall in his torso and head, while Ms. Anderson was struck in the head. 

A third individual, Paul McConnell, was shot at least once and bludgeoned in the head, but he is expected to survive, the Daily Mail reported. 

Police said Walters fled the scene and ran into the nearby woods but was ultimately caught by law enforcement.

Apparently, Walters allegedly wanted to kill the witnesses to the minor fender-bender. He succeeded [allegedly] in killing two but McConnell was lucky.

Anderson's mother and wife of Mr. Wall posted this on Facebook:

“It is not an exaggeration or bias to say that two of the most genuine, loving, compassionate people in the world were taken from me on Monday. Were taken from their families and friends,” she wrote. “I am broken-hearted.”

The loss is obviously tragic and was completely disproportionate to what sparked Walters' irrational response.

But true to form, the mainstream media didn't give it much attention. Instead, they were blasting the police in Kenosha, WI for shooting a man who was clearly resisting arrest, was tased twice, and may have had a knife or was going for it when he was shot.

The crime was covered by local outlets, including the TV stations and Myrtle Beach Online, but MSNBC, CNN, USA Today and The Washington Post didn't think it fit the left's narrative regarding race and the evil "racism" of White Americans.

There is no question that this tragic incident would have been horrible no matter what the races of those involved are, but the media narrative is only creating a bigger divide among races and pouring fuel onto the fire of the riots going on across the country.

Of course this is a local news story, and have little or no effect on the nation, but the double standard screams at us. The time had come long ago to stop the exploitation of invented "racism" in our country. Sure, there are racists; that goes without saying and exists in all countries throughout the world. But, as Nikki Haley said, "America is not racist."

The richest black people on the planet are in the United States of America. That's simply a fact. The only law that exist that might be considered racist in our country are the laws of the 1960s and 1970s known as Affirmative Action, which had good intentions but lowers the bar for employment and academia, sets up quotas for minority entry into these areas, and is unfair on its face.

Our country fought a Civil War to end slavery and we passed legislation and changed attitudes over the years. We are clearly not perfect, but we're closer to perfection than any other country with a diverse population such as ours.

Sadly, stories of white-on-black crime is front-page headlines, fitting the establishment's narrative that white people, particularly law enforcement, are simply evil racists. Without that narrative, the Democratic Party would likely never win another election because that's apparently all the have to offer the nation.

Most people killed by homicide in the USA are killed by someone of the same race--that's simply a fact, but you'd never know it if all you watched was CNN, MSNBC or read the New York Times or Washington Post.

Out of hundreds of millions of police encounters every year in the USA, only 15 were reported where a black unarmed person was killed by police. That's a damn statistical anomaly. And in some of those 15 cases, it's unclear if the shootings were considered "bad."

In FBI statistics from 2016, about 8 percent of black victims were killed by white perpetrators and 15 percent of white victims were killed by black perpetrators. Fully 89 percent of black victims and 81 percent of white victims were killed by members of their own race.

The double standard is obvious, irresponsible and very dangerous. Think of one thing that Black Lives Matter has done to actually improve things in the country. Just one. Now do the same with Antifa. You can't name one honest thing because it doesn't exist.

Yes, there definitely are racists in America, but we are not a racist country.

Love Gov. wants a go at Trump in primary challenge

The following is satire based on the real news.

Former husband of Jenny Sanford and former Governor of South Carolina, Mark Sanford has decided the American people have waited long enough for his absolution to kick in and now it's time to return to the big arena of politics. He announced Sunday that he is running for president as a Republican.

Sanford said the GOP faces an identity crisis having elected a "wife cheater" to the highest office in the land and when questioned by Chris Wallace on "Fox News Sunday" about his own "wife cheating," Sanford said, "When it's love, it isn't cheating, and right now the Republican Party needs to do some soul searching."

"I think we have to have a conversation about what it means to be a Republican," Sanford told Wallace, claiming the party "has lost our way." His current partner, María Belén Chapur, is living with him but it is unclear if she plans to help his campaign as Jenny Sanford did when he ran for governor.

Keeping the onus off his personal foibles and infidelity, Sanford spoke about the debt, deficit and government spending, pretending like every politician who wanted to be elected that he would forcefully lower all of those economic areas. 

Sanford also challenged Trump's tactics when it comes to trade, saying that engaging the world when it comes to trade is "one of the hallmarks of the Republican Party."

He also brought up political culture, which he said has been "damaged" by Trump, but not by him. "Back home in South Carolina, we don't call it cheating--that's a reserved word for poker--here we call it 'following your heart.'"

"We need to have a conversation about humility," Sanford said, blasting Trump's social media habits by claiming that a tweet "is not leadership." "Humility is what won María's heart," he added.

When pressed on why he is running a race that he knows he will likely lose, Sanford, trying his best to sound sagacious said, "this is the beginning of a long walk, but it begins with a first step.”

Chris Wallace called out Sanford over his own behavior, particularly the stretch in which for nearly a week in 2009 during his term as governor, he was missing from his job, and eventually admitted that he was in Argentina doing things with María, and not hiking the Appalachian Trail like his former mouthpiece had claimed after 15 phone calls were made trying to locate him.

"Oh, I profoundly apologized for that and the other women I bedded over the last 20 years," he said. "But Trump never said he's sorry for what he did and I said I'm sorry. My dear mother always told me, 'if you ever lie, say you're sorry and the lie will disappear.' And she was a vegetarian."

Trump, as is his wont, trolled Sanford after his scandal was made public, but Sanford claimed that his campaign against "that b****** Trump."

Sanford is now the third Republican to announce a run against Trump in the primaries, with former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld and former Illinois Rep. Joe Walsh previously announcing their campaigns. Most pundits believe that between the three of them running, it might take a total of 12 votes away from Trump, if that many.

Sanford resigned as Chairman of the Republican Governors Association and was succeeded by Gov. Haley Barbour (R-MS) although in an email of June 29 to members of his political action committee, Sanford said he had no intention of resigning as governor.

On August 25th, however, he was warned by state representatives Nathan Ballentine and Gary Simrill that if he didn't resign, he would be impeached, but he still stubbornly declined because he had no other marketable skills other than being a politician or a sex toy.

On December 3, after the third public hearing on impeachment, the ad hoc committee unanimously voted to remove most of the charges against Sanford saying that it didn't warrant "overturning an election." By December 6 the committee voted 6-1 against impeachment, stating that they had better things to do than dealing with this reprobate. 

But they all voted to censure him.

On December 15, 2009, the House Judiciary Committee voted unanimously to censure Sanford 102-11 in January 2010.. The eleven who did not vote to censure him may have had guilty consciences of their own.

Elizabeth Warren fires slings an arrows--speaks with forked tongue: Trey Gowdy fires back

Former Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) fired back at the non-Native American Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) over her Twitter post claiming he retired from Congress to collect a "fat lobbyist paycheck." After which she belted down a beer and thanked her husband for joining her in the kitchen.

Warren cited a Daily Caller article on Friday that said Gowdy would be joining Nelson Mullins, a South Carolina law and lobbying firm. Note that it is a LAW and lobbying firm and that Gowdy is a LAWYER.

Fauxcahontas tweeted:

“@TGowdySC foamed at the mouth with power in Congress, then retired because he claimed he didn't enjoy it. Now it’s clear: Trey Gowdy just wanted a fat lobbyist paycheck. That should be illegal,” 

She then called for a lifetime ban on lobbying by former members of Congress and let out a war whoop. Noticeable on her kitchen counter was her copy of the cookbook she contributed to titled "Pow Wow Chow."

She continued to bravely pontificate:

"We need a lifetime ban on lobbying for members of Congress. And fix the swiss cheese def of 'lobbying' so anyone who gets paid to influence Washington has to register. Public service shouldn’t be a launching pad for guys like @TGowdySC & @JoeLieberman to enrich themselves."

Public service should also not be a vehicle for people in the Senate and House to be allowed the acquisition of insider information on stocks, but that's something that benefits all of them [particularly Nancy Pelosi] so that'll never change.

Gowdy, who served for four terms before leaving Congress last week, circled the wagons and responded on Twitter:

"I'm not lobbying. Not now. Or ever. Perhaps you were cracking open a beer when that was announced. Don't mind your criticisms. Just be more sensitive to facts.”

Gowdy was making the same reference made above about Warren going on Instagram and trying to be a regular chum by cracking open a brewsky.

Warren announced this week she launched an exploratory committee to consider whether to jump into the 2020 presidential race. She has about as much chance of wining the Democratic nomination as a flaming arrow has to take out an M1A2 SEP Abrams tank.

Gowdy has been a target for Democrats going back to when he chaired the House Benghazi Committee, which many Democrats decried as a witch hunt with the intention of disrupting Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

The only witch in that probe was the target of that probe who should have been indicted under the Espionage Act, save for James Comey, the fired FBI director who let her off the hook.

It's a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.

Sister of S.C. church shooter arrested on weapons charges

The 18-year-old sister of Charleston, S.C., church shooter, was arrested Wednesday for carrying a knife, pepper spray and marijuana in her high school, authorities say.

Morgan [first names only] also posted a Snapchat critique about the National Student Walkout protest against gun violence that took place Wednesday, according to the Post and Courier of Charleston, S.C.

"Your [sic] walking out for the allowed time of 17 min. They are letting you do this, nothing is going to change what (the expletive--probably starts with the letter 'f') you think it's gonna do? I hope it's a trap and y'all get shot we know it's fixing to be nothing but black people walkin' out anyway," the genius wrote.

Morgan was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. A $5,000 bond carried a judge's condition that she not return to A.C. Flora High School.

The school's principal sent a letter to parents, telling them about the incident.

Dylann, Morgan's brother, was convicted on federal charges in 2016 and pleaded guilty to state charges in 2017 in connection with the June 2015 murders of nine black churchgoers at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston.
