Democrat Rep Tries to Muscle Past ICE Raid Barricade at Pot Farm, Gets a Reality Check

So, Congressman Salud Carbajal (D-CA) thought he could just waltz through a law enforcement line like he’s starring in some action flick, during an ICE raid at a big-time cannabis operation in Camarillo, California. Spoiler alert: the cops weren’t having his performative politics, and he got yanked back faster than you can say 'wait!'

Now, I know what you’re thinking: 'Who the heck is Salud Carbajal?' Fair question. It’s the first thing that popped into my head too.

But then comes the real kicker, and you’re probably thinking, "Well, look at that, another Democrat in Congress who thinks the rules don’t apply to him." Yes, you'd be right.

Social media footage shows Carbajal whipping out some ID, flashing it at the uniformed officers like it’s a golden ticket to the crime scene. Bold move, congressman. But this isn’t Beverly Hills Cop, Naked Gun, or a Law & Order rerun. Flashing your congressional badge doesn’t get you a VIP pass to an active ICE raid. Sorry, doofus, real life doesn’t work that way.

But you have to admit that it's good to see someone try to flex their ego and get yanked back to reality.

RedState’s Jennifer Van Laar was all over this mess on X, breaking down the chaos at the Carpinteria Glass House cannabis greenhouse. ICE rolled in on Thursday, and it didn’t take long for pro-illegal immigrant protesters to show up, waving Mexican flags, trying to block Humvees, and threatening agents with a frightening leaf blower.

Carbajal was right in the middle of the circus, stirring the brown pot. He later ran crying to the Santa Barbara Independent, whining about how he tried to 'break through the perimeter established by the ICE agents' and got shut down.

Sounds a bit like, um, insurrection, anyone?

The congressman was super mad that the cops didn’t roll out the red carpet for him. "I wanted to find out what was going on," the leftist Carbajal huffed. He flashed his fancy title to the Special Response Team (SRT), but "no one was interested." Poor guy. "No one told me anything," he sniffed. "Nobody wanted to talk to me." Possible due to the fact that nobody knew who he is.

Cue the world’s tiniest harmonica and sing me some blues.

"It was overkill and disproportionate," Carbajal ranted. "They’re militarizing our streets. They’re inciting fear, chaos, and trauma."

Not content with just whining, Carbajal went full cringe, mocking law enforcement for "having fun dressing up like they were in the military." He served in the USMC reserve playing military while never having been deployed to any hot zones.

Then he doubled down with some ugly accusations, claiming ICE was racially targeting illegal aliens at the pot farm. "It’s outrageous. It angers me. It disappoints me as an American. And they’re violating the rights of U.S. citizens. If you’re brown, you’re going to have your civil rights violated," he said.

Gee, my very own wife is. brown and she has all her rights. How's that even possible?

Dozens of farmworkers got detained during the raid. Here’s a thought: maybe ICE should round up the folks who hired them too.

NYC driver intentionally plows into NYPD officer: “F**k these cops!"

A female driver who plowed into an NYPD officer told authorities that she did it intentionally, adding, "F**k these cops; it's a lesson to him." The incident was caught on shocking video and it's indisputable that she was telling the truth.

Sahara Dula — a 24-year-old Black woman from Brooklyn, apparently mentors young people to stay off drugs, her lawyer said. Dula was driving her Lexus against traffic on the Upper East Side while ironically high on marijuana when she drove her vehicle into the cop, officials said.

“I told the cop I wanted to go straight, and he wouldn’t move, so I hit him. I did it on purpose,’’ Dula later told investigators, according to court papers. Apparently, Dula has no intentions of "going straight," as her alleged impairment implies.

“F–k these cops! He wouldn’t move!’’ the garbage-mouth woman screamed a few minutes after the incident, the documents claim —with a source saying Dula added, “F–k these cops, it’s a lesson to him, and hopefully he doesn’t want to be a cop anymore,” proving, good or bad, that even the mentally ill can find gainful employment in New York City counseling services.

Footage posted on X late Thursday shows the angry Black woman, a college criminal justice graduate and former doorperson, driving her vehicle the wrong way on tony Park Avenue near East 71st Street around 4:30 p.m.

When the vehicular attack occurred, officers were in the area investigating an unrelated robbery at a high-end clothing store and needed to close off part of the road.

One of the officers is seen in the video walking up to Dula’s Lexus to force her into the correct lane, as someone can be heard yelling, “Be careful, be careful!”

Rather than complying, Dula hits the gas and hits the cop head-on. He rolls up onto the hood of the Lexus and than lands hard onto the street.

Officers rush to the wounded cop’s side as he is clearly in pain and lies on the ground.

In the corner of the frame, brother officers immediately hauled out Dula and cuff her.

The injured officer suffered a broken leg and bruising in several areas of his body, according to court documents.

Dula was charged with first-degree attempted assault, attempted aggravated assault upon a police officer, second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and operating a vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and reckless driving, according to the criminal complaint.

Dula "admitted to smoking marijuana,” Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Lucy Shephard said during the suspect's arraignment Friday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Marijuana and rolling papers were found in her vehicle, according to Shephard. She called Dula's alleged behavior "egregious" and asked for a $100,000 bail. Unfortunately, this happened in liberal New York City so Judge John Zhuo Wang set bail at $25,000 but at least Dula wasn't able to immediately post bail. However, on the bright side for Dula, it's possible Vice President Kamala Harris will learn about the incident and raise a GoFundMe account for her.

Shephard — who called Dula’s alleged actions “egregious” — asked that she be held on $100,000 bail, but Judge John Zhuo Wang set bail at $25,000. The suspect did not immediately make bail.

Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry on Friday applauded the fact that Dula would be held behind bars — but he wondered why she wasn’t slapped with a more serious charge.

“We’re glad that this individual is being kept in jail, but we don’t understand why she isn’t being charged with attempted murder,” Hendry said in a statement. The officer walked up to the vehicle to redirect Dula into the correct lane when she allegedly rammed into him.

“She tried to run down and kill a New York City police officer. She proudly admits it, but she still isn’t facing the maximum penalty. This kind of leniency has led to thousands of police officers being attacked and injured.

“We’re not going to let this case become just another statistic,” he continued. “We will be following up to ensure that a message is sent — if you attack and injure a New York City police officer, you are going to face the full force of the law.”

Dula’s only prior arrest in the Big Apple was in March 2022 for criminal mischief stemming from an incident near Brooklyn’s Atlantic Terminal Mall in which she destroyed property with a metal barrier, cops and police sources said. The charges were eventually dropped in the case, which was sealed.

Dula also has prior arrests in New Hampshire, Shepherd said.

In 2020, she allegedly failed to stop at an intersection in the town of Henniker and struck another vehicle before she fled the scene but was quickly located, according to a report in The Granite Quill.

She was also arrested on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital in New Hampshire’s capital city, Patch reported at the time.“F–k these cops!” Dula allegedly screamed after the incident. “He wouldn’t move!”

In court, Dula’s lawyer, Patricia Wright, argued to the judge that her client “wants to express to you that she’s trying to move on from her ties from New Hampshire.”

Dula suffers from bipolar disorder, takes multiple medications and receives mental health treatment, making her a perfect choice as a drug counselor if DEI is used as the criteria.

SC elementary school teacher busted after student picks pot edibles from reward box

She's young, she's fresh and she's woke.

Victoria Farish Weiss, 27, an elementary school teacher, has been arrested for possession of a Schedule I drug after a child in her class selected a pack of pot edibles out of a reward box in her classroom, police said. At least she didn't have sex with the child, and this might turn out to be her defense.

Weiss turned herself into authorities on Friday, according to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.

The investigation began on Sept. 23 stemming from a report that a Rocky Creek Elementary School child picked a pack o' pot, or cannabis-based product from the classroom reward box.

"Detectives confirmed during interviews that Weiss took the pack of edibles from the student and told him to pick something else from the box," Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said.

The student then grabbed another pack of edibles, Koon said. No students ate the products, he said, but then why did the kid devour six bags of Pringles?

When authorities searched Weiss' home the next day, they found packs of edibles similar to the ones seen in her classroom, police said.

"Marijuana edibles are cannabis-based food products. They come in many forms, but the items in this case were candy," Koon said. "They’re often packaged in wrappers and bags with logos and colors that look similar to traditional candy brands, most likely to entice children to develop the habit of using marijuana.

"While they are available in other states and online, they’re illegal in South Carolina," Koon added.

Lexington School District One officials told WIS-TV that as of Thursday, the teacher was no longer employed by the district and rumor has it that she may move to Canada where pot is legal all over the place.

"The safety of our students is our top priority," said Superintendent Dr. Greg Little. "It is unacceptable for a staff member to potentially threaten the well-being of a child."

Leave that to the government.

Petty autocrats in the age of a pandemic

Now that the world is experiencing a pandemic, people are looking to their political leaders and scientific experts to literally help deal and cope with the possibility of death from the Chinese Communist Wuhan Coronavirus that has thus far, killed more than 157,000 people worldwide and around 34,000 in the U.S.A.

To help quell the spread of the virus, social distancing and quarantine measures have been implemented and some success has been shown to come from these measures.

"Essential" stores have remained open such as gas stations, pet stores, groceries and pharmacies, while "non essential" stores have been ordered closed. Shoppers have been stocking up on such items as frozen vegetables, peanut butter, canned food, medicine and toilet paper, while many department store chains and clothing stores have been closed for business because the government experts believe you don't need to buy clothing until things improve and it becomes safer to head on out to Urban Outfitters, Lululemon and Macy's.

Some establishments aren't clearly "essential" or "non essential," such as book stores, hotels and electronic stores. Our autocratic leaders and business "geniuses" will have to determine what is and what is not essential, at least when they can agree.

Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania, said last Sunday that hotels are essential. Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak of Nevada, said last Tuesday that hotels are ordered to shut down for 30 days.

Wolf included on the essential list industrial manufacturers, agricultural, gas stations, feed mills, food processing companies, and warehousing operations as they are "essential" to supplying the state. Also included are banks, construction companies, home and auto repair, shipping companies, laundromats, insurance companies and pet stores. Of course, public transportation are also permitted to run.

Wolf ordered gathering places and other "nonessential" operations to close – community and recreation centers, salons and barbershops, bars, casinos, concert venues, theaters, golf courses, retail stores and shopping malls, aside from stores inside them that are deemed essential – such as pharmacies.

Hair cutting kits are selling like hotcakes.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, an order by local officials to comply with a three-week lockdown has many bookstores closing their physical shops. Reading is fundamental, but it isn't essential, in their minds.

But some book chains, Birmingham, Alabama-based Books-A-Million, which has about 200 country-wide stores, considers itself an essential service and has a "unique role" to play in the environment--they will remain open.

With San Francisco first announced its "shelter in place" order, and said only "essential businesses" could stay open to support the public's needs, they forgot to mention one type of store, but remembered it the next day: the marijuana shops, of course.

Democratic Mayor London Breed announced "adjustments" to the city's public health order that was initially issued the previous day. It originally said essential businesses, including banks and pharmacies, could remain open while residents were required to stay in their homes.

But she evidently had second thoughts, or maybe she just remembered that it wasn't on the list of essential businesses. Now dispensaries and marijuana deliveries are deemed critical.

In Michigan, people are permitted to go out on the water in rowboats or canoes, but are prohibited from using motor boats. Why? Because autocrat and Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer decided to use the power of her office to have power over the people in her state.

In Vermont, stores selling items designated "non essential" such as clothing and electronics were not permitted to sell them. Stores like Costco and Walmart were mandated to stop selling non essential items by order of Republic Gov. Phil Scott.

And who are they to say what is essential and nonessential. Absolutely absurd.

It has gotten to the ridiculous point where a store cannot sell seeds, but can sell pot, which may have seeds if it's the cheap stuff.

Give a politician and arm, and (s)he will take a leg, your freedom and your wallet if you allow it to happen.

Fact Checkers fail to discover Kamala Harris' lie about her dope days

The big question is: why did Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) lie about smoking ganja in college? Or if that's true, then why did she lie about what she was doing while getting high? Or was she actually locking people up for smoking some good giggles while she did the same?

Harris said she was getting baked while listening to Tupac and Snoop in college. She spoke in a radio interview with "The Breakfast Club" co-host "Charlemagne tha God," when he asked her if she ever smoked a "joint" while in college and remembered being bouldered. She said, "I have."

"And I did inhale. I did inhale! It was a long time ago, but yes. I just broke loose," Harris giggly added.

"I think [cheeba] gives a lot of people joy," Harris said. "And we need more joy in the world."

When the 2020 presidential hopeful was asked what music she listened to when she fired up a fatty, she said, “Oh yeah, definitely Snoop. Tupac for sure.”

Except, Harris is lying.

The Daily Wire did some research and found that Harris graduated from Howard University in 1986, and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1989.

Tupac released his first album, “2Pacalypse Now,” on November 12, 1991 – two years after Harris graduated from law school.

Snoop Dogg released his first album, “Doggystyle,” on November 23, 1993 – four years after Harris graduated law school, [although that album title may be dear to her heart based on her proclivities with people that could help her career.]

By the time Tupac and Snoop began releasing albums, Harris was already working as a deputy district attorney in Alameda County, CA, the DW reports. She started that job in 1990 and left in 1998.

So which part is the lie?

Hard to tell with Democrats.

Short on ideas, big on balderdash, Kamala Harris talks about smoking boom

"Say wha?"
California Democrat and 2020 presidential campaign hopeful Sen. Kamala "Sleeps-On-Up-To-The-Big-Time" Harris didn't seem to have any actual ideas for what she would do if she became the FIRST FEMALE BLACK PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! [that was a Hillary Clinton scream, btw] but she did talk about smoking dope and legalizing it for everyone in the country.

The progressive former failed Attorney General for the state of California, spoke on "The Breakfast Club," a New York City-based radio show.

Harris told co-host "Charlemagne tha God" that she "broke loose" and smoked marijuana in college. "And I did inhale!" she enthusiastically added. "Tee-hee."

"That's not true," the senator told Charlemagne when he said people think she's against marijuana legalization. "Half my family is from Jamaica. Are you kidding me?" joked Harris. "We smoke that shee from da time we in da woom," she joked. "Hey mon, it's our reeeeligion."

"Have you ever smoked?" asked the co-host inappropriately.

"I have, my brudder," she answered. "And yah mon, I did inhale. I did inhale! It was a long time ago, but yes. I just broke loose and got way f'd out of my mind, yah know."

Harris added that she did a "doobie" in college and remembers the highs. She was possibly having sex at the time but she doesn't recall for sure because it was such a fine ganja, mon, yah know.

"I think [Maui Wowie] gives a lot of people joy," the 2020 hopeful continued. "And we need more joy in the world. I'm hungry; got any chips?"

"Tee-hee."

"We need to expunge nonviolent marijuana-related offenses from the records of millions of people who have been arrested and incarcerated so they can get on with their lives," wrote Harris in her latest book, The Truths We Hold, according to The Daily Beast.

Americans have been trending in favor of legalizing buds, or nuggets, as they're lovingly called by people with bad memories and a higher propensity for future schizophrenia onset. [Yes, there are studies that speak to that problem.]

Anyway, after the show, Harris meandered out of the building into a waiting car and was way gone, mon.

I hope you'll follow Brain Flushings and have a few laughs while you get a conservative viewpoint. Politics is the new NFL without the mindless kneeling and this blog will both inform you and hopefully entertain you bigly.

RI gubernatorial and AG candidates arrested with 48 pounds of marijuana

Imagine waking up next to one of them
Two political hopefuls turned out to also be dopefuls as they were arrested Thursday after police uncovered 48 pounds of illegal marijuana in the lovely couple's West Greenwich, Rhode Island home.

State police arrested Anne Armstrong, 58, and Alan Gordon, 48, both Compassion Party's candidates for governor and attorney general, respectively, after a search of their love pad uncovered almost 50 pounds of marijuana.

They didn't like the word 'marijuana' however, claiming that it's a racist term, and said they preferred the term 'cannabis,' which is not racist, proving that anyone with a minimally functioning brain can run for political office and people with minimally functioning brains will vote for them.

"On way to the Wickford barracks under arrest for cannabis again," Armstrong tweeted Thursday morning probably from the back of a police cruiser. "I guess our poll numbers were high enough to scare them into committing an atrocity. Pray for our police."

Oh man, speaking about 'high,' it wasn't just the poll numbers.

The couple's home was searched after a complaint of a "strong odor of marijuana emanating from marijuana plants being illegally grown outdoors."

Cops found pot "growing outdoors and in plain sight" without the required state-issued tags for growing medical marijuana.

Five aluminum trays heaped with trimmed pot were found inside the home with other trays used for drying the product.

A 15-year-old child was inside the home at the time of arrest. Pray for him or her.

The dynamic duo are leaders of a Christian sect--The Healing Church--that uses marijuana for religious services, and to get messed up in the head. They appeared in court Thursday afternoon but did not enter pleas on charges of marijuana possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

They were ordered held on $25,000 bail.

According to the Providence Journal, the duo's stance on pot has created previous encounters with police. In one lawsuit filed against the state, Armstrong and her friendly sidekick Gordon, claim the state's enforcement of marijuana laws against them amounts to religious discrimination and violates the U.S. Constitution.

It is believed that between the two miscreants, there are only 27 active brain cells.

Pray for them.

CNN stoner debacle for New Year's Eve

"Brzmtic malmpf dorftz"
The Clueless News Network (CNN) put the "J" in jackasses Sunday night in their pot-themed New Year's Eve debacle in which reporter Randi Kaye got 's***-faced stoned on air. She was in Denver where she fired up a fatty and it's legal there.

During the not-for-kids show, she held a wacky baccy, lit a bong and got all moist over a special gas mask used by stoners to get extra-super high, and she wondered where she was.

"This is for you, Andy!" Kaye said, addressing CNN host Andy Cohen as she held out a lit Maui wowie to the camera. Cohen was hosting with CNN's Anderson Cooper. Kathy Griffin was previously Cooper's New Year's Eve partner, but she was dumped after mocking President Trump by holding a mock-up of his severed head in a photo shoot.

Cohen, hoping to score, praised Kaye's report, as Cooper, who is gay and proud, reminded viewers that Kaye's behavior was legal, albeit kind of suck-worthy.
Kaye watches proudly

Kaye, who prefers cocaine over loco weed proudly announced she was witnessing "New Year's Eve, Denver style!" which means totally devoid of good judgment and the use of most brain cells, which makes her a liberal. While she wasn't seen on camera huffing and puffing, she appeared disoriented at one point and there appeared to be potato chip salt on her blouse, although it could have been dandruff.

"We're at a dispensary called the Medicine Man!" she said as she wore marijuana leaf earrings. "I'm trying to remember where we are. Where am I?"

Why is there so many flies in the world?

Dude!

Gangster causes sperm to go in circles

Marijuana (aka: Cannabis Sativa, pot, weed, grass, 420, ganga, dope, herb, joint, chronic, Mary Jane, blunt, reefer, buds, nuggets, hay, rope, gangster, skunk, boom, blaze, ashes, block, boo, broccoli, burrito, burnie, and charge) which is mainly an illegal drug, tends to leave users relaxed and chilled out.

Not surprisingly, marijuana has the same effect on sperm cells (aka Corky) and regular use cuts cell count by as much as a third.

Dr. Victor Chow, of the University of British Columbia in Canada, said "The weight of the evidence is that marijuana probably has a negative impact not only for sperm counts, but sperm function."

Studies have demonstrated that pot can affect fertility by cutting sperm count and suppressing ovulation in the female.

How this happens hasn't been made clear but new research may explain it.

One of the findings of the study indicates that sperm cells of men who have recently smoked boo tend to swim in circles, rather than taking the express lane to fertilize an egg, and this may be the reason why the egg doesn't become fertilized.

Other effects of firing up a skunk can be increased heart rate and blood pressure problems. It can also increase the risk of having an undersized baby at birth.

Gangster is also known to affect the way a smoker's knees, elbows and shoulders move when they are walking. A University of South Australia study found differences between the way a nugget-user walks versus non-reefer users.

Those who fire up a fat one tend to have stiffer shoulders, more flexible elbows and quicker knees--which move faster than those of non-users.

However, while movement differences were observed, there were no significant differences between the balancing abilities and neurological functions.

The authors of the study want more research and are willing to fire up a rope themselves, to analyze the effects brought on by the use of Mary Jane.

Illegal marijuana joints set to open in Montreal Thursday

Montreal -- A Canadian chain of recreational marijuana dispensaries are set to open Thursday across the city and the mayor has vowed "zero tolerance."

Cannabis Culture, a Canadian chain of recreational pot dispensaries is co-owned by Marc and Jodie Emery, and has locations in Ontario and British Columbia, man.

The Emerys are, in effect, saying 'screw it--we're bringing our shops into Montreal and we don't really care that it's currently against federal law to sell recreational marijuana in Canada.' They're just now actually saying it.

The federal government is expected to table legislation legalizing cannabis in the spring.

The Emerys plan to open ten shops in Montreal by the end of this month, and eight of those are to open Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Stoned Time. The other two locations are slated to open at the end of December but the locations haven't yet been disclosed.

Cannabis Culture has experienced run-ins with law enforcement in the past. A number of their dispensaries were raided by police in Ontario. Employees were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.

But this Justin, Trudeau kind of digs pot. And Cannabis Culture is doing so well that they provide legal representation if you get busted and charged.

Right now we don't know what the Montreal police are going to do once the stores open but a spokesman for the law said that they will intervene when there are violations of the law that governs drugs and other substances.

That means they will intervene if the shops open and have cannabis on the premises.

But we'll see, eh.

Three stooge cops quit after forcing man to eat pot

The 3 Stooges
Three Phoenix cops have resigned after a man accused them of forcing him to eat marijuana they found in his vehicle to avoid going to jail, said Chief Joseph Yahner on Thursday.

Another officer, Jeff Farrior, was busted down from lieutenant to sergeant for knowing about the incident and doing nothing about it, Yahner told the media.

"Their actions are appalling and unacceptable. This conduct is against everything that we stand for," said the chief.

The 3 cops who quit were identified as Richard G. Pina (aka "Dick"), Jason E. McFadden and Michael J. Carnicle (aka Barnacle Carnicle").

Two of the cops are being investigated criminally and departmentally, according to Yahner, and the third cop is considered a witness to the act and therefore subject of the administrative investigation.

Chief Yahner said that all the officers' video cameras were turned off and didn't record a 19-year-old Phoenix man who was stopped for a traffic violation around 3:30 a.m. on September 13th. He was issued a citation and the vehicle was towed.

He subsequently told a patrol supervisor that the officers who stopped him demanded he eat the marijuana they found in his possession, or go to jail.

The man ate the stash and felt ill afterward. He was also quite hungry and believed heard Jesus  calling his name after ingesting about a gram. He did not need to be hospitalized, a police spokesman said.

Yahner called the allegations of the officer's actions 'disturbing and upsetting."

The three cops who quit were all in their first year with the Phoenix police and were probationary employees. These are the types of idiots who give the police a bad name.

"I was going to fire them. They chose to resign," Yahner said. Happily, they will not collect unemployment as they self-terminated.

This is not a case of police brutality. It's a case of police stupidity.

It's a damn shame that at a time when there are riots in Charlotte over an alleged police shooting, that these idiots make the news.

California gets stoner vote, man

California has been able to collect the 600,000 signatures required to qualify for the November ballot regarding the legalization of marijuana. Unfortunately, none of the signatures were legible and none were signed in the proper box.

To make matters worse, the documents were misplaced and accidentally thrown out in California's garbage.

President Obama, however, has vowed to sign a presidential order that will allow marijuana to be sold.

Presidential hopeful, Donald Trump, has vowed to get rid of all presidential orders that "that loser, Obama, has ever written."

Yo Dude, Don't Bogart the Bong

Well, today is the first official workday of the new year and the first day that marijuana can be purchased legally in Colorado, dude. Many conservatives think that it's a terrible thing to legalize pot, but did you know that there was a time in our history when drugs like heroin, opium and pot were legal and alcohol wasn't? Yes, that was Prohibition.
