Former Biden staffer charged with murdering his girlfriend

Either he's a complete fool, or it wasn't an accident.

A former staffer to former alleged President Joe Biden shot and killed his girlfriend on March 24 in San Francisco. He was arrested the following day. Police arrived around 10:45 pm to discover that Samantha Emge, 22, was suffering from a gunshot wound. She died at the hospital. 

Nation Wood, 25, claims he was dry-firing a firearm, which led to the shooting. He has been charged with involuntary manslaughter (via Fox KTVU):

KTVU has learned that the man charged with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of his girlfriend in San Francisco's Sunset District last week told police he was "dry-firing" a gun that went off and shot her while she was showering.

The suspect, Nation Wood, 25, is out on bail after San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins charged him in the March 24 shooting at 22nd Avenue and Santiago Street. A Superior Court judge set Wood's bail at $300,000. Wood pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Friday.Dry firing a gun is when you pull the trigger of an unloaded firearm. But in this case, the firearm was primed when Samantha Emge, 22, a recent San Francisco State University graduate, was shot and killed.

When the story of the shooting first broke, District 4 Supervisor Alan Wong, a mayoral appointee, had said the discharge of the gun may have been unintentional.

Emge had worked in interior design, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Wood, who had also studied at San Francisco State University, worked in security, according to his LinkedIn profile. He was scheduled to leave San Francisco soon to serve in the National Guard.

He is now out on bail.

A week after the fatal shooting of his 22-year-old girlfriend, Samantha Emge, at their San Francisco Sunset District home, 25-year-old Nation Wood was in court on Wednesday.

"He is on electronic monitoring. His family posted bail. No weapons consent to warrant search and work with pre-trial services. All that he is going to do," said Paula Canny, Wood's attorney.Emge's parents and Nation Wood's dad were present. Wood appeared on Zoom from a hospital mental health unit. His attorney said he was admitted after posting $300,000 bail and is currently under psychiatric evaluation.

"We don't want to further compound this horrible tragedy by him ending his own life, which is what I think he wants to do now," said Canny.

This seems like a tragic accident, but we need more details. Did he forget to check his firearm? Where the hell was he doing this dry-firing exercise? Even if Wood checked and knew it was unloaded, you should not point it in any direction where someone could get shot. 

This is firearm safety 101, which anyone who owns a firearm, or knows anything about firearm safety already knows. Always treat a firearm as if it's loaded. The fact that he dry-fired it and pointed it at his showering girlfriend is just too convenient an excuse.

Security Forces Open Fire on U-Haul at California Coast Guard Base After Driver Ignores Stop Commands

Tension boiled over Thursday night at the gates of Coast Guard Base Alameda, where security personnel unleashed a barrage of gunfire on a U-Haul truck barreling backward toward the entrance, a move the U.S. Coast Guard described as a clear and immediate danger.

It was just after 10 p.m. when the scene unfolded in dramatic fashion, captured on video that shows the box truck's headlights piercing the darkness as it reversed erratically toward a barricade. Officers, positioned behind a security vehicle, could be heard shouting repeated orders to halt. But the driver didn't comply. Instead, flashes of muzzle fire lit up the night as law enforcement opened up, forcing the truck to lurch forward and speed away.

In a statement released Friday, the Coast Guard detailed the harrowing moments: Security personnel standing watch on Coast Guard Island had witnessed the U-Haul truck "driving erratically and attempting to back into the base." Officers at the entrance then "discharged several rounds of live fire" after the driver of the U-Haul ignored "multiple verbal commands" to stop and then proceeded to back in toward the base's entrance.

"When the vehicle's actions posed a direct threat to the safety of Coast Guard and security personnel, law enforcement officers discharged several rounds of live fire," the agency said. Miraculously, no Coast Guard personnel were hurt in the chaos. But the fallout rippled outward: The truck, which had been idling suspiciously outside the base for much of the day, fled the scene, according to reports from CBS News. Local outlets, including The Mercury News, confirmed that two men showed up at nearby hospitals with gunshot wounds shortly after, one believed to be the driver himself, sources told the paper.

This wasn't just any quiet evening at the base. The incident came on the heels of a heated protest earlier that day, where demonstrators tried to blockade the entrance, aiming to stop U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents from accessing the facility. Dozens of California Highway Patrol officers in full riot gear moved in to clear the crowd and escort civilian workers out. Two protesters were detained in the melee, WABC-TV reported.

As images emerged of officers squaring off with signs-waving crowds outside the razor-wire perimeter, the backdrop only amplified the stakes. Coast Guard Island, that 67-acre man-made fortress in the Oakland Estuary, forged in 1913 and off-limits to the public without a government badge — has long been a symbol of federal resolve. Since 2012, it's housed Base Alameda, a nerve center for maritime security.

And in a twist tying it all to the national stage, the base had been eyed as a staging ground for a major federal operation. President Trump, in a Thursday post on Truth Social, revealed he'd scrapped plans for a "surge" of troops into San Francisco after a heart-to-heart with local allies. Trump credited San Francisco's mayor, Daniel Lurie, for steps against surging crime,  enough to hit pause on the deployment, at least for now.

As investigators comb the scene Friday — yellow tape fluttering around the bullet-pocked truck on an Oakland side street, questions linger: Was this a lone actor's desperate bid, a protest gone awry, or something more coordinated? The Coast Guard's probe is just beginning, but one thing's clear: In an era of heightened alerts, the line between vigilance and volatility is razor-thin.

Council on American-Islamic Relations leader cheers Biden's cancer diagnosis, says Trump's 'time will come'

It is a peculiarity of our age that those who claim the mantle of civil rights can so gleefully revel in the suffering of others. Yet here we are, confronted with the grotesque spectacle of Muslima, Zahra Billoo, executive director of the San Francisco branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and a member of California’s Civil Liberties Program, celebrating the cancer diagnosis of former President Joe Biden as “God’s wrath” for his stance on Israel’s war against Hamas. 

Don't you love it when people speak for the Creator of the Universe?

Not content with this venomous outburst, Billoo expressed her fervent hope that President Donald Trump’s “time will come too.” One might pause to wonder what sort of moral compass guides a person to pray that Biden’s cancer be “as aggressive” as Israel’s military campaign against a terrorist group. The answer, it seems, is one forged in the crucible of anti-Israel, Jew hatred.

Billoo’s words, dripping with malice, are not an isolated lapse. They reflect a broader pattern of inflammatory rhetoric from CAIR, an organization that has long flirted with sympathies for terrorist causes. 

Last year, Billoo mourned the death of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, declaring that “his martyrdom is not in vain.” CAIR’s director, Nihad Awad, went further, proclaiming himself “happy to see” Hamas’s barbaric October 7, 2023, attack on Israel, which left 1,200 civilians dead. 

This is the intellectual company Billoo keeps, and it is under this banner that she serves on a California state panel tasked with providing “insight and expertise in ongoing civil liberties and civil rights issues.” The irony is as thick as it is nauseating.

The spotlight now falls on failed Governor Gavin Newsom, whose office appoints members to this increasingly farcical Civil Liberties Program. Appointed in 2018 by Newsom’s predecessor, Jerry Brown, Billoo remains on the panel, despite its apparent dormancy due to a lack of funding. One might ask why Newsom, a man who fancies himself a champion of progressive virtue and a 2028 presidential contender, has not seen fit to distance himself from an organization so steeped in extremism. His administration’s cozy relationship with CAIR raises uncomfortable questions. 

Just days after Hamas’s slaughter of Israeli civilians, Newsom’s office quoted CAIR’s Hussam Ayloush in a press release announcing security grants for houses of worship. In January 2024, Newsom met with Ayloush and other CAIR leaders, mere weeks before calling for an Israeli ceasefire in Gaza. Actions, as ever, speak louder than words.

Worse still, Newsom’s administration has funneled millions in state grants under an anti-terrorism program to mosques and Islamic groups that have openly cheered Hamas and called for Israel’s annihilation. The Islamic Center of San Diego, linked to two 9/11 hijackers and led by an imam who deemed Hamas’s attack “justified,” received $500,000 of California taxpayers’ money. 

This is not oversight; it is complicity dressed up as compassion. And Newsom seems to want to run for President in 2028.

The broader anti-Israel chorus has not been shy in joining Billoo’s grim jubilation. Shaun King, once a surrogate for Bernie Sanders, branded Biden a “genocidal monster” and wished for his “final days” to be painful. 

Taylor Lorenz, idiot 'reporter' formerly of The Washington Post, offered her own contribution to this festival of spite, hoping Biden “rots in hell and rests in piss.” Such is the state of discourse among those who claim to speak for justice, while doing all they can to get their butts into the spotlight.

Newsom’s silence on Billoo’s remarks is deafening and disturbing. 

If he is to maintain any pretense of supporting Israel in its existential fight against Hamas, he must reckon with the company he keeps. To allow individuals like Billoo to hold positions of influence while spewing such venom is to undermine the very principles of civility and reason that California’s Civil Liberties Program claims to uphold. 

One wonders how long this charade can persist before the governor is forced to confront the rot within his own administration. For now, the world watches, and the question lingers: what does it say about a society when those tasked with defending its liberties cheer the afflictions of its leaders?

FCC begins probe into Soros-backed radio station that doxxed locations of undercover ICE agents

Federal Communication Commission chairman Brendan Carr has begun an investigation into a radio station backed by uber-left-wing billionaire scumcrumpet George Soros. The station broadcasted live locations of undercover Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, which the kids call doxxing.

Soros, a palindrome and far-left kingmaker, purchased a stake in more than 200 Audacy radio stations across America last year. Among them was the San Francisco-based KCBS 740 AM, which has come under fire for doxxing live locations of undercover ICE vehicles and agents that were conducting deportation operations in the San Jose area.

The FCC's Enforcement Bureau has already sent a formal Letter of Inquiry to the radio station as part of their investigation. This letter questions whether the station, which is licensed by the FCC, is breaking the rules of its license by not acting in the "public interest." The letter from the Enforcement Bureau mentions that ICE agents were working in an area known for gang violence.

"I want to express my thanks and appreciation to DHS and ICE agents. These law enforcement professionals are honorably serving this country and carrying out vital missions. Their safety is paramount. The FCC will hold broadcasters accountable for complying with their public interest obligations," Carr told Fox News Digital.

Audacy, the company that owns the station, and whose name may have been inspired by former President Barack Hussein Obama, has not yet responded to requests for comments.

During the January 26 broadcast of "KCBS Radio Weekend News," the show disclosed specific details about undercover ICE agents involved in an operation on "the east side of town."

"The Santa Clara County Rapid Response Network, which is a community defense projecting system for immigrant communities against deportation threats, first report the activity on its platforms," the host told listeners.

The host then shared the exact make, color, and model of several unmarked cars used by the agents, along with the precise locations where these ICE agents were working.

President Trump appointed Brendan Carr to be the FCC chairman. Before this, he was the senior Republican on the FCC, first nominated by Trump in 2017.

California College sued for anti-Semitic behavior re: Jewish prof's conversation on Israel-Hamas war

A Jewish professor, Karen Fiss, is suing the California College of the Arts (CCA) in San Francisco, alleging that her rights were violated when she was punished for disagreeing with students about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

According to court documents shared with The Algemeiner by the Deborah Project, a legal nonprofit that defends the civil rights of Jewish educators, Fiss's troubles started on October 23, 2023. She engaged in a discussion with members of the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) group who had set up an anti-Zionist/anti-Semitic display. They asked for her support in campaigning for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Fiss looked over their materials, which included a sign with the slogan "From the river to the sea," and asked questions about what it meant and what news sources they were using. This led to a student, offended and 'unsafe,' by Fiss's questioning, removing the sign suggesting the genocide of Israeli Jews, and arguing that reports of Hamas's actions on October 7, 2023, were false.

The situation escalated when one student, Maryiam Alwael, claimed that her understanding of the conflict was superior due to her Kuwaiti background. Fiss responded by asking if Alwael knew about Kuwait's expulsion of Palestinians in 1991. Fiss advocated for a more nuanced view of the conflict, suggesting not all Middle Easterners oppose Israel and many are against Hamas and its supporters like Iran.

Fiss advised the students to avoid echo chambers, but Alwael preferred her own low information views. Although the conversation was civil, the students claimed that she felt attacked and filed a complaint against Fiss, accusing her of harassment and discrimination, because when they jihadis aren't killing you, they are claiming victimhood.

With minimal due process, Fiss was deemed guilty and required to undergo "diversity, equity, and inclusion" training, which as anyone with a working brain knows, is bull pucks. The college's rationale was that Fiss, not the Jew-hating Islamist, was culturally insensitive and used her "power" as a professor to influence students' views.

However, when Fiss had previously complained about a statement from the Critical Ethnic Studies program that seemed to justify Hamas's violence, her concerns were hypocritically dismissed as free speech.

The Deborah Project claims CCA's policies favor left-wing anti-Zionism while punishing Jews who oppose it. They argue that Fiss has been severely discriminated against for not aligning with the college's ideological stance on Israel.

Lori Lowenthal Marcus, legal director of the Deborah Project, pointed out the irony that Fiss's expression of discomfort with support for Hamas's actions was overlooked as free speech, yet her own speech was labeled harassment.

Fiss is now fighting back against what she sees as an attack on her Jewish identity and her right to free speech, suing CCA for discrimination under Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and for breach of contract, claiming these actions have caused her significant harm.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed has another brilliant idea to deal with the homeless

San Francisco Mayor London Breed is a woman with ideas. Unfortunately her ideas are generally idiotic. For example, she had the idea that paying the homeless drug using population a hundred dollars a week to stay off drugs was a brilliant idea. Anyone with a brain knows how that would work out for drug users with money in their pockets. 

But it's the taxpayers footing the expense, so what, she worry?

Now her latest stroke of genius is to offer bus tickets to the homeless and hope they "get out of Dodge." She is having city workers and cops who are conducting sweeps to get the homeless out of their tent villages, offer them bus tickets out of town in place of a shelter bed.

This is a cry of desperation by a failing mayor in a failing city.

Don't believe everything you read

“We’re reverting to enforcement,” said Wayman Young, a police officer overseeing the sweep in San Francisco. “Now we don’t have to offer shelter, even though we still do.” They just offer a bribe and hope it works.

There are roughly 3,600 beds for 8,300 homeless folks. Even if they double-up it won't be enough bed. However, only about 350 take up the offer during sweeps this week. 

“Unfortunately, San Francisco does not have enough shelter or housing for every person experiencing homelessness, but we do have some beds available each day to support the work of the outreach teams, and we continue to grow our system,” Emily Cohen, the department’s spokesperson, wrote in an email.

In recent years the number of homeless from out of town has spiked. According to Bloomberg, "[T]he percentage of unhoused people in San Francisco who are from other California counties or different states has increased to 40%, up from 28% in 2019, according to data provided by the mayor’s office."

Breed lost a court case that prevented her from forcing the homeless off the streets. Those federal orders prevented both San Francisco and Los Angeles from clearing encampments and removing the homeless because there weren't enough shelter beds, which never occurred to the Democrat mayors, London Breed and Karen Bass. 

With the city possessing less than half the number of shelter beds that were needed, there was little that city officials were able to do until the Supreme Court decision, Grants Pass v. Johnson made laws preventing outdoor camping easier to enforce.

Woke enough yet?

Rather than looking for the obvious solution to San Francisco's homeless problem, Breed, concerned over the upcoming election, tried strategies other than increasing the number of shelter beds. 

On Thursday, Breed put her substantial weight behind a different approach. She issued an executive directive requiring outreach workers to offer homeless people who aren’t from San Francisco free transportation out of town, maybe to places where they have friends or family who are willing to take them in. 

California Governor Gavin Newsom issued a statewide directive to clear homeless encampments. But Los Angeles County, which is dealing with 75,000 homeless people, has decided to defy the governor's directive and continue to same failed policies. They call it "care first." Others call it "keep your bedbugs out on the streets."

It's clear that these Democrats don't care at all for these Los Angeles County residents who are exposed to the risks posed by this mentally ill population, mostly drug addicts desperate to do whatever they must for their next fix.

Pelosiville drug deaths hit record high of those getting high

While House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) enjoys her $12 a pint ice cream in her $24,000 freezer, the city she represents has hit a record high in drug overdoses with 84 deaths last month, 66 of which involved fentanyl, the deadly drug being sent to us compliments of China and whoever else is allowing this to come through our porous borders.

Last month was a dead tie with the January death count since Pelosiville began tracking overdose deaths, which began in 2020. And this year is on pace to beat the 2020 record, which hit 725, according to reports done by San Francisco government. 

More than 560 drug addicts have died this year and another 300 are expected to die by the end of the year as still nothing is being done to stem the flow of fentanyl or enforce drug laws in California's Democrat cities and towns.

“It’s crazy, so sad out here, it’s like a Zombie apocalypse,” Georgia Taylor, 21, who is homeless and abuses fentanyl, told the San Francisco Chronicle. “You can’t help people who don’t want help.” And she should know.

The drug crisis has become much like the feces crisis in the city to the point you don't pay attention if you step in it, or on a drug addict shooting up in the street.

Drug overdoses in Pelosiville have steadily climbed since 2017, peaking in 2020. It dropped by 85 people in 2021 before raising against in 2022, according to the San Francisco government. Police try their best and have seized 100 pounds of fentanyl between June and September, but it seems to be an impossible task with no end in sight.

More than 1,000 dealers and users of narcotics have been arrested, according to police.

American Eagle sues San Francisco mall for letting the city "deteriorate into disarray" and crime to run rampant

While octogenarian Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) plans to run again to represent the Democrat-run, crime ridden city of San Francisco when she will be 84 -years-decrepit, many companies are leaving due to the enormous rise in crime, homelessness, lack of law enforcement and human feces on the streets.

The American Eagle Company, one of the largest remaining tenants in the huge Westfield Mall, is suing the shopping center for allowing it to “deteriorate into disarray” and allowing crime to run amok. Not so ironically, the only person who appears to be safe from crime is Nancy Pelosi, but not so much her husband who was attacked not long ago in his own gated home.

American Eagle operates an enormous space in the mall, and the company accused mall management of neglecting its security and management responsibilities delineated in its lease, according to the lawsuit, 

obtained by the San Francisco Chronicle.

The company alleges that between May 2020 and May 2023, the store was the scene of over 100 "significant security incidents" that includes customers flashing guns and verbally assaulting its employees.

As a result, the staff were left “to suffer and respond to gun violence, physical assaults, burglaries, and robberies,” American Eagle says. [H/T New York Post]

The guns declined to respond to the accusation.

If you think the ice cream is expensive, you should see her freezer

In June, Westfield and co-owner Brookfield Properties said they would default on its $558 million loan for the complex and blamed the San Francisco's government for surging crime that slashed sales and unarmed foot traffic. 

Still, American Eagle believes Westfield is also at fault.

“Westfield cannot walk away from the harm that it has caused without consequence,” states the lawsuit filed Monday in San Francisco Superior Court. “It must be held accountable for the damages caused by its failures and broken promises.”

Westfield said earlier this year that foot traffic in the mall decreased to 5.6 million visits last year — down significantly from 9.7 million in 201 and, a 43% drop at a time when its US Flagship portfolio saw a 98% recovery. People are afraid of the violence they see all over the city and don't want to put their lives in their hands just for an Auntie Ann's Pretzel.

Sales declined to $298 million in December 2022 from $455 million in 2019, the company said.

Westfield management has declined to comment because the company has not yet been served the lawsuit, according to The Chronicle.

American Eagle is demanding “all actual and compensatory monetary damages” for breach of contract regarding mall security and maintenance outlined in the lease, which runs through 2028.

The suit comes as a number of major businesses in San Francisco have shuttered their doors, including Nordstrom in San Francisco Centre and a number of other stores at the mall.

Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi enjoys her $12 ice cream from her $24,000 freezer as she hears the latest insider trading information to pay for it all.

Calif. indoctrinating teacher suspended for targeting White kids on basis of gender and race

A San Francisco teacher at Lowell High School was suspended by the school district for discriminating against White male high school students, according to California Public Records Act.

It is not known whether her racist remarks also included White transgender "male" girls, but you might be correct if you guessed that they weren't included.

Her name is Nicole Noel Henares and she is a danger to your children.

Henares allegedly asked the White boys in her high school English class to stand up and answer whether they "felt like a minority" during the 2022 fall semester. 

The students said in interviews that they felt "confused, sad and that there was no correct answer for them in that moment."

After a parent made a complaint, the San Francisco Unified School District placed Henares on paid administrative leave, starting Sept. 15, 2022, to conduct an investigation before assigning her Dec. 12 to a 15-day unpaid suspension to be served Dec. 13 to Jan. 12.

Big deal. They gave her a paid vacation basically, and they would not reveal to the media whether she was still employed at the school, although he LinkedIn account lists her as an SFUSD high school English teacher.

The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) would like states to get rid of literacy standards, because that would hold teachers accountable. Instead, they want the teaching of "race, antiracism, anti-Blackness, and LGBTQIA+" in K-12 classrooms, because it holds to Marxist ideology.

Why literacy standards for English teachers? Isn't literacy a racist concept like math?

The entire notion of "anti-racism" is itself a racist concept.

San Francisco spvr. Hillary Ronan called for defunding police in 2020, now begs for more cops

San Francisco district supervisor Hillary Ronen, a Democrat of course, had called for the defunding of the police back in 2020 at a time when the city was running amok with crime but the George Floyd riots with its looting, destruction of property, and violence was not seen as a problem for the left. So little of a problem that CNN referred to the fires burning on screen behind reporters, referred to the chaos as "mostly peaceful protests."

Now Ronen, who represents District 9 on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, is belting out another tune, practically begging to add more cops to the Mission District, which she misrepresents.

The humbled Democrat attacked San Francisco's police chief for spending a large amount of overtime on an anti-retail theft program in lieu of prioritizing a heavier police presence in her district.

"I've been begging this department to give the Mission what it deserves in terms of police presence all year long," Ronen admitted. "And I have been told time and time and time and time again there are no officers that we can send to Mission." Wow, three time and time[s] she said, so it must be serious.

"It hurts. And I feel betrayed by the department. I feel betrayed by the mayor. I feel betrayed by the priorities of the city," the woke Ronen added.

But back in the day, you know, the day a thug named George Floyd tried to pass a counterfeit twenty at a store and ended up dead, partially due to the pharmacy he had going inside his system, and partly due to the cop who had his knee on his neck for over 8 minutes, was when Ronan sat back and watched her city and much of the Democrat-run cities, riot and burn. 

But it was mostly a peaceful riot and burning.

Back in 2020 Ronan wrote:

"I want to make it clear that I believe strongly in defunding the police and reducing the number of officers on our force. For decades we’ve had an imbalance in our city’s budget, with hundreds of millions of dollars going to SFPD to have them do work they are not qualified to do."

She believes strongly, that she needs to tell the public that she believes strongly in anything that keeps her in office. Other than that, she doesn't believe very strongly in anything else.

In 2020, Mayor London Breed redirected $120 million from law enforcement, which is just another way of saying defunding the police. Instead, she took the money to fund other city ventures, causing crime to explode in the city that year compared to 2019. Homicides increased by 17% in 2021 compared to the previous year. 

Even Paul Pelosi was attacked and assaulted more recently. It took cops several minutes to respond, which for important people is considered quite slow.

By December 2021, Breed, realizing she was a screwed up, made an emergency request to the Board of Supervisors to add more funds to the city's police department.

The SFPD has struggled due to the Democrat's policies which created a lack of staffing so bad that in February, cops took over 15 hours to respond to a 911 call regarding a burglary. It sure would have helped if it was Pelosi who got burgled.

Suspect arrested in San Francisco synagogue shooting

An suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting inside the Schneerson Center, a synagogue in San Francisco, on February 4th.

The suspect, Dmitri Mishin, is believed to have fired several shots at worshipers before cowardly fleeing. It turns out that he was firing blanks, which would have been great if his father had done the same 51 years ago before Dmitri was conceived. But fortunately, nobody was hurt and no damage was caused other than what was likely a trauma that will last a lifetime for those who thought they were going to die.

Mishin is being held on suspicion of disturbing a religious assembly, brandishing an imitation firearm and causing another to refrain from engaging in a religious service, according to CBS News.

Sadly, nobody in the congregation was armed to return fire, but California has some of the strictest gun laws in the country and guns are only carried by people who don't care about abiding by the law to prey on those who do.

He entered the Jewish place of worship and “[started] shooting in the air everywhere, and talking about the Mossad, and this and that, and craziness, and then he seems to [waiver] and leave,” Alon Chanukov, junior rabbi and vice president of the Schneerson Center, told CBS.

The outlet reported that Mishin is also a suspect in a similar incident that occurred on Tuesday night at a theater about a kilometer from the synagogue.

Investigators reportedly found evidence connecting Mishin to both incidents during a search of his home.

San Francisco defunded police: oops, the mayor does a double-reverse

Since the death of thug George Floyd in Minnesota and the following riots across the country that saw billions of dollars in damage and lives lost to BLM and Antifa, Democrat-run cities, and leftist politicians have called for the defunding of police departments at a time when police were needed the most.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed was one of the loudest and obnoxious voices to call for the defunding as she joined the cretin communists in a cry to divert funds from the police that summer until the proverbial poo hit the fan and she reversed course. She did so not because it was the proper course of action, but because it was politically to her advantage.

"We will redirect $120 million from law enforcement to support these priorities over the next two years," Breed said in her announcement on July 31, 2020. In an attempt to sound Biden-like she said: "Let me repeat that. This is 120 million dollars." 

She spoke as if this was her plan all along, but some on the right side of the aisle saw the hypocrisy in her latest epiphany.

Breed's plan redirected $120 million in funds from both the police and sheriff’s departments in San Francisco over two years to fund initiatives for Black Americans in the burned out city. She had originally described the defunding as "a gesture of reparations for decades of city policymaking that have created or exacerbated deep inequities for San Francisco’s African American residents." [As opposed to policing those who were breaking the law.]

Along with Breed came others across the country who put the criminals ahead of the victims. Among them is Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) who supported calls from anarchists for funds to be taken from police departments to divest to other initiatives such as mental health and youth services.

Predictably, crime in San Francisco and the other Democratic-run cities soared. In San Francisco homicides increased by 20% in 2020 compared to 2019, and by another 17% in 2021 compared to 2020. Although rape and robbery decreased on 2020, burglaries shot up 47% that year when compared to the three previous years. Smash-and-grab crimes also climbed, especially in the holiday season and this carried into 2022.

Drug overdose accidental deaths also climbed in 2020 and that outpaced the COVID-19 deaths that year. San Francisco residents reported that their quality of life decreased that year as well. 

Data on homicides in San Francisco mirrored the national trend from 2020. Murders, according to FBI statistics, shot up by almost 30%, the largest single-year increase in killings since the FBI began tracking crimes.

"Certainly, the protests and riots mid-2020 after the death of George Floyd followed a pattern of spiking violence that we've seen following past viral police incidents, such as the deaths of Michael Brown and Freddie Gray. This pattern has been termed the ‘Ferguson Effect’: police pull back while violent crime spikes precipitously," Hannah Meyers, director of the policing and public safety initiative at the Manhattan Institute, told FOX News Digital earlier this year of the national murder increases in 2020.

Police departments became demoralized, understaffed and faced difficulty recruiting new officers. Law enforcement leaders pointed to the defund movement and anti-police sentiment as the cause for this dilemma. After all, who in their right mind would want to work at a job where you are hated and even targeted? 

This had become a national trend to the delight of the Left like Ilhan Omar and the so-called squad. Even Vice President Kamala Harris called for the defunding but now sings a different tune, pretending she never called for it in the first place.

The San Francisco Police Department has reported more of the same situation as the national trend. As of this month, the department is down about 300 officers, while in July alone, 50 cops left the department, with only eight to 10 recruits ready to fill their gumshoes. 

Between April 2020 and April 2021, resignations increased by 18% and retirements by 45%, Mission Local reported this year.

Three more bishops refuse Pelosi Holy Communion but many leaders of the Catholic Church seem to be going to hell

Abortion advocate and fallen Catholic, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is being banned from receiving Holy Communion by three more bishops after Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone barred the unrepentant sinner from receiving the Body of Christ in the diocese of San Francisco, Pelosi's home diocese.

Pelosi's advocacy for "right" of women to kill their unborn babies was the basis for the Archbishop's decision as there is absolutely no controversy about the Church's stance on the issue.


But three other bishops have also barred her from the sacrament in their dioceses as well, and bishops around the country are publicly supporting Cordileone’s action.

According to the Washington Post, the bishops of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, the Diocese of Arlington, Virginia, and the Diocese of Tyler, Texas, have all declared that the House speaker cannot receive Communion in their jurisdictions.

However, merely 13 of the 194 diocese and archdioceses in the US have publicly supported Catholic scripture to which Cordileone's decision was based, and this doesn't make a good case for the leadership of the Church as it appears that it's going to hell in a hand basket.

Meanwhile, Santa Clara Bishop Robert Vasa has agreed with scripture to bar Pelosi from Communion on the same day Cordileone made his announcement public, the New York Post reported.

In a statement, according to Post, Vasa said that Archbishop Cordileone's decision applies to Pelosi as a member of his archdiocese, regardless of what church she might be attending.

According to the Catholic News Agency, the congresswoman occasionally attends Mass at St. Helena Catholic Church in St. Helena, California, which is in the Santa Rosa Diocese. [She said the drive there gives her husband Paul, time to sober up. Just kidding.]

“I have visited with the pastor at St Helena and informed him that if the Archbishop prohibited someone from receiving Holy Communion, then that restriction followed the person and that the pastor was not free to ignore it,” Vasa said in a statement, according to CNA

Not all bishops agree that Cordileone’s decision applies outside his archdiocese because they are fraudulent hypocrites who seem to believe that it's their decision power that trumps scripture.

Cardinal Wilton Gregory, who leads the archdiocese, does not support barring Catholic politicians from receiving Communion over abortion, the Register reported, because they often see themselves as G-d and the rules of the Church do not apply to them. [See also Joseph Robinette Biden on abortion.]

Ousted San Francisco School Board member calls voters who ousted her "White supremacists"

When a leftist is challenged intellectually by a conservative [or anyone they disagree with] and is at a loss for words in the debate, the go-to default position is to shout "racist" or "white supremacist" at their opponent without any evidence whatsoever. It's getting so obvious that it seems to be losing some of its punch. 

One of the three San Francisco school board leftists of the San Francisco Unified School District Board of Education President Gabriela López, was ousted by voters for her incompetence. In response López said that voters who booted her out are "aligned with" White supremacists.

Does she even know one of them by name to make such a disgusting claim? Even if she knew a name, to make the implication that they're aligned with White supremacists is proof of a lazy thinking, and a poverty of ideas. 

López and her two fellow board members, Vice President Faauuga Moliga and Commissioner Alison Collins, were all voted out Tuesday in a landslide, with over 72% of voters opting to recall each of them. The others on the board are not yet eligible for recall but you can they're sweating.

"So if you fight for racial justice, this is the consequence," López tweeted along with a photo of a Washington Post headline that said she and the two other recalled board members were "seen as too focused on racial justice."

"Don’t be mistaken, white supremacists are enjoying this. And the support of the recall is aligned with this," López added.

The truth is, White supremacist probably don't follow this kind of news, but even if they did, others who are not in that category of lizard brain thinking, are glad she and her colleagues got what they deserved. It doesn't take a White supremacist to see incompetence when it shows its face.

School official who attacked Trump gets outed for anti-Asian tweets she blames on guess who

They say that karma is a female dog. What goes around, yadda yadda.

A San Francisco school board member Alison Collins attacked former President Donald Trump in an apology letter as she faces increasing backlash over her anti-Asian tweets she posted in 2016.

Her tweets surfaced last week in which she described Asians as "house [N-word]" and accused them of using "white supremacist thinking" to get ahead. Collins is facing a recall effort and finally apologized on Medium while repeatedly calling out Trump for allegedly fueling societal racism.

"A number of tweets and social media posts I made in 2016 have recently been highlighted," she claimed.

"They have been taken out of context, both of that specific moment and the nuance of the conversation that took place. President Donald Trump had just won an election fueled by division, racism and an anti-immigration agenda. Meanwhile one of my daughters had recently experienced an incident in her school in which her Asian American peers were taunting her Latinx (?) classmate about 'sending kids back to Mexico' and the KKK. It was a time of processing, of fear among many communities with the unknown of how the next four years would unfold," Collins claimed without showing proof of her allegation.

So no matter what is wrong in the world, the left will always find a way, no matter the lengths they must go in their verbal calisthenics to get there, to blame Donald Trump. It's like Trump is the ruler of the universe, but then they try to tell us how dumb he is.

"And here we are today. Anti-Asian racism is not new, but the recent uptick in violence and bigotry against Asian-Americans is clearly connected to Trump and his racist tropes," she said.  

She has no evidence that anti-Asian behavior is motivated by Trump nor does she point out that the preponderance of anti-Asian behavior is being committed disproportionately by Black men.

Collins added: "But whether my tweets are being taken out of context or not, only one thing matters right now. And that is the pain our Asian American brothers and sisters and siblings are experiencing. Words have meaning and impact. Trump showed us that clearly with his sowing of hate and pitting communities of color against one another for political gain. I acknowledge that right now, in this moment my words taken out of context can be causing more pain for those who are already suffering. For the pain my words may have caused I am sorry, and I apologize unreservedly."

Neat way to distance herself from what she did and shamelessly blame Trump for it.

All of the school district's top 19 administrators condemned Collins' tweets in a letter Sunday, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

"As public servants, we work for the Board of Education through the superintendent, but we serve the students and families of San Francisco," said the administrators.

"Although we believe it would be inappropriate for us to call for the resignation of an elected official who is part of the governing body of our district, our silence should not be interpreted as complicity or approval. We condemn Vice President Collins' statements in the strongest possible terms."

Top city officials, including Mayor London Breed, called for her resignation.

School board member Jenny Lam reportedly declared Collins' post as a "non-apology" and said Collins didn't take responsibility for her words. 

Of course not--she "did a Fredo" and  put the blame on Trump.

Gay parent denied spot on San Francisco school board advisory council due to his whiteness

It isn't good enough to just be gay nowadays if you hoped to advance your career. Intersectionality only gives gay guys half a point for that sexual preference. If you're gay, you need to have more victimhood creds, like being a gay, black, handicapped Mexican Muslim midget and you are guaranteed to go places with the cancel culture vultures.

The San Francisco Unified School District's Board of Education denied a gay guy a spot on the advisory board because he's White and lacks sufficient melanin to make the cut.

If this isn't a blatant act of racism, then there's no such thing.

Seth Brenzel, a gay parent, was slated to be appointed to the Parent Advisory Council at Tuesday's board meeting, but it never happened, KGO-TV reported.

The board rejected him over his skin color, the outlet said.

The makeup of the all women PAC is:

Three Latinas
Three Whites
Two Blacks
One Asian
One Pacific Islander

School Board Commissioner Alison Collins, a straight woman with a significant melanin level causing her to be Black, strongly advocated that the council — which advises the board on issues that affect students and parents — needed to be more racially diverse, the station said.

"In a district that has so many monolingual families and specifically so many Chinese-speaking families, this is not OK to me," Collins noted, according to KGO.

About 33% of SFUSD students are Asian, 28% are Latino, 15% are white, and 6% are black, the station said.

So why is there only one Asian on the board and why is there a Pacific Islander? Not that I believe there needs to be a balance, but that seems to be the thinking on the left because everything they think is tied to race.

You want diversity? Why not a man on the board? 

Diversity is clearly overrated.

San Francisco wants a bill to fine people for smoking in their own apartments

In San Francisco one may not smoke in public, no matter how isolated the smoker is doing the deed. Now the city, where the silk voiced Tony Bennett left his heart, is considering a bill to ban smoking in one's own home, if they live in an apartment. It's as if they are going from a smoking area, to a smoking dot.

According to Reason, the city's Board of Supervisors are considering such a bill and on Thursday voted to advance it. What's next, mandating masks to be worn at home?

The bill these dictators are pushing “would ban smoking inside private dwellings located in apartments with three or more units,” the outlet reported. And it would also apply to vaping and even marijuana in private dwellings, The San Francisco Examiner reported. 

Bill sponsor Supervisor Norman Yee, said in a tweet that the goal of the bill was to “help residents avoid being exposed to secondhand smoke in their own homes.” And to power grab whenever possible.

“Smoke easily moves between units and buildings. Now that more of us work from home, it’s more important than ever because there is no way to contain it,” Yee yapped. 

This bill will not affect other addicted folks such as heroin-only addicts. The will continue to be provided with clean needles and pats on the back.

“San Francisco currently bans smoking in the enclosed common areas of multi-unit buildings. Yee’s proposal extends this to the interiors of those buildings’ private homes, as well as to balconies and patios,” Reason reported.

People who violate the ban will first receive a warning shot across their brow. Then if their addiction causes them to light up or vape, they could face fines up to $1,000 but on a positive note, if they can still afford the rent, they will not be evicted.

The way San Francisco is headed, people who waste water flushing their toilet by refusing to "let it mellow when it's yellow," may eventually pay stiff fines.

If San Francisco's budget shortfall of $1.7 billion isn't satisfied this year, as the intelligentsia continue to abandon the decaying city, you can bet they will brilliantly come up with the solution to raise city taxes and lose even more people.

“During the first year of the ban, the Department of Public Health would also be required to run a “multilingual and culturally responsive public information campaign to raise awareness of the smoking prohibition and cessation resources,” Reason reported. “Sixty-three California cities have implemented similar bans. Yee’s proposal is endorsed by the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, the American Heart Association, the San Francisco Tobacco-Free Coalition, all of which have issued letters in support,” not including dictators Nicolas Maduro and Kim Jong Un.

Fascists attack pro-Trump demonstrators

Conservatives and other Trump supporters attended a rally on Saturday in San Francisco to protest against high tech censorship and promote free speech. While the pro-Trump turnout had a few dozen people show up, hundreds of Antifa thugs came to create violence and attacked demonstrators, leaving one with a bloodied face and missing tooth.

Team Save America, a conservative group, organized the event to protest the censoring of free speech by Twitter, whose CEO and founder, Jack Dorsey, supports far-left causes and censors conservative speech. The group planned a rally at United Nations Plaza and then move the protest to Twitter's headquarters a couple of blocks away.

But the demonstration almost immediately regressed into a shouting match and became violent as hundreds of counter-protesting Antifa thugs charged the area. One of the First Amendment advocates and group organizer, Philip Anderson, was hit in the face and had a tooth knocked out by a member of a group that Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), referred to as a "myth."

"This is what happens when you lose free speech," Anderson said, as Antifa scumwafers booed and threw objects at him. "This is what happens, America. This is what our country is turning into."

The event was canceled before it ever really got started.

The San Francisco Police Department did not respond to a request for comment Saturday, nor did they respond to the violence as it occurred in real time.

Social media companies have been blasted for censoring information that is negative for the left. For example, the Hunter Biden connection to communist China and his father's [Joe Biden] involvement in the scandal. Twitter is also censoring postings by President Trump and put a warning on a tweet in which Trump compared coronavirus to the flu, while Facebook removed the post altogether.

As of Saturday night, Twitter locked out the New York Post's account because they tweeted about Hunter Biden's involvement as mentioned above. The New York Post is the fourth largest newspaper in the country.

And Facebook said it's reducing distribution of the Post's reporting on the scandal with Hunter and Joe Biden.

Reasons given by these companies are lame claims that they refuse to allow posts from hacked sources. Of course that doesn't include President Trump's tax returns, for example, but only information that would damage the left.

We no longer live in a free country and that has got to change back to the way it was.

Pelosi "Lightfoots" into shuttered salon to get wash and blow-out

Fox News got an exclusive that Rep. Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi (D-CA) pulled a [Lori] "Lightfoot" move by ignoring a mandate that helped push.

On Monday afternoon, the elderly House Speaker and COVID compromised coot, went to a San Francisco hair salon for a wash and blow-out, contrary to local ordnances to order hair salons to remain closed, perhaps forever or at least until Trump is no longer President of the United States of America.

But like Chicago Mayor and fellow Democrat, Lori Lightfoot, the rules only apply to the peasants. In the case of the latter entitled politician, she got her own private police detail while her city was systematically being looted and destroyed by Biden voters after she called off the cops. But when she needed them to protect her and her wife and child, she made certain they came to her residence.

Lori Lightfoot, you may recall, left her home during lockdown to get a haircut when shops in Chicago were supposed to be closed.

In security footage obtained by Fox News, and timestamped Monday at 3:08 p.m. Pacific Time, you can see Pelosi mask-less and walking through eSalon in San Francisco. 

Pelosi's hair, like a Cardi B body part, is wet.

The stylist doing her hair can be seen following her wearing a black face mask.

Beauty salons in San Francisco had been closed since March and were notified they could reopen on Sept. 1 for outdoor hairstyling services only. Outdoor is not the same as indoor, and it's believed that Pelosi knows that.

Salon owner Erica Kious, in a phone interview with Fox News on Tuesday, shared details of Pelosi’s visit. Kious explained she has independent stylists working for her who rent chairs in her salon. 

“One of the stylists who rents a chair from me contacted me Sunday night,” Kious said.

A screen-grab of the text message Kious received from one of her stylists, and obtained by Fox News, said: “I’ll be there at 2:45 tomorrow. Pelosi assistant just messaged me to do her hair.”

Kious replied: “Pelosi?”

A text message from a hairstylist to Erica Kious, salon owner, that he would open the salon to provide House Speaker Nancy Pelosi services.

“I was like, are you kidding me right now? Do I let this happen? What do I do?” Kious told Fox News, while noting that she "can’t control” what her stylists do if they rent chairs from her, as “they’re not paying” at this time.

Even the salon owner saw Pelosi's actions as a double-standard; but if the Democrats didn't have double standards, they would have no standards at all.

“It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work,” Kious told Fox News, adding that she “can’t believe” the speaker didn’t have a mask on. 

(From the video, it looks like Pelosi had some kind of covering around her neck, probably to cover her saggy chicken wrinkles.)

“We’re supposed to look up to this woman, right?” Kious said. “It is just disturbing.”

Asked for comment, Pelosi spokesman Drew Hamill maintained that the speaker was following the rules, that is, the rules that only apply to Democratic Party personnel; not the voters and certainly not the Trumpers.

“The Speaker always wears a mask and complies with local COVID requirements,” he said, as he lowered the gaslight when Fox News wasn't looking.

But the owner pushed back.

Kious said the Speaker received a wash and a blow-dry, but said that “you’re not supposed to blow dry hair” according to coronavirus safety precautions for hair salons.

“We have been shut down for so long, not just me, but most of the small businesses and I just can’t—it’s a feeling—a feeling of being deflated, helpless, and honestly beaten down,” Kious said.

“I have been fighting for six months for a business that took me 12 years to build to reopen,” she explained. “I am a single mom, I have two small children, and I have no income.

“The fact that they did this, and she came in, it’s like a slap in the face.”

Actually, it's more like a middle finger.

Kious told Fox News that she had expected to be able to reopen her salon in July, and prepared her space in accordance with local guidelines. She forgot to consider the fact that there was a presidential election coming up in a few months and the Democrats were not going to do anything that would make President Trump look good.

“There were rules and regulations to go by to safely reopen, which I did, but I was still not allowed to open my business,” she said, noting that she installed plexiglass partitions between sinks and seating areas, and ensured that all salon chairs were six feet apart, along with proper air circulation from open windows.

But she did not factor in the politics and Pelosi didn't factor in the video.

Petty autocrats in the age of a pandemic

Now that the world is experiencing a pandemic, people are looking to their political leaders and scientific experts to literally help deal and cope with the possibility of death from the Chinese Communist Wuhan Coronavirus that has thus far, killed more than 157,000 people worldwide and around 34,000 in the U.S.A.

To help quell the spread of the virus, social distancing and quarantine measures have been implemented and some success has been shown to come from these measures. 

"Essential" stores have remained open such as gas stations, pet stores, groceries and pharmacies, while "non essential" stores have been ordered closed. Shoppers have been stocking up on such items as frozen vegetables, peanut butter, canned food, medicine and toilet paper, while many department store chains and clothing stores have been closed for business because the government experts believe you don't need to buy clothing until things improve and it becomes safer to head on out to Urban Outfitters, Lululemon and Macy's.

Some establishments aren't clearly "essential" or "non essential," such as book stores, hotels and electronic stores. Our autocratic leaders and business "geniuses" will have to determine what is and what is not essential, at least when they can agree.

Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania, said last Sunday that hotels are essential. Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak of Nevada, said last Tuesday that hotels are ordered to shut down for 30 days. 

Wolf included on the essential list industrial manufacturers, agricultural, gas stations, feed mills, food processing companies, and warehousing operations as they are "essential" to supplying the state. Also included are banks, construction companies, home and auto repair, shipping companies, laundromats, insurance companies and pet stores. Of course, public transportation are also permitted to run.

Wolf ordered gathering places and other "nonessential" operations to close – community and recreation centers, salons and barbershops, bars, casinos, concert venues, theaters, golf courses, retail stores and shopping malls, aside from stores inside them that are deemed essential – such as pharmacies.

Hair cutting kits are selling like hotcakes.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, an order by local officials to comply with a three-week lockdown has many bookstores closing their physical shops. Reading is fundamental, but it isn't essential, in their minds.

But some book chains, Birmingham, Alabama-based Books-A-Million, which has about 200 country-wide stores, considers itself an essential service and has a "unique role" to play in the environment--they will remain open.

With San Francisco first announced its "shelter in place" order, and said only "essential businesses" could stay open to support the public's needs, they forgot to mention one type of store, but remembered it the next day: the marijuana shops, of course.

Democratic Mayor London Breed announced "adjustments" to the city's public health order that was initially issued the previous day. It originally said essential businesses, including banks and pharmacies, could remain open while residents were required to stay in their homes.

But she evidently had second thoughts, or maybe she just remembered that it wasn't on the list of essential businesses. Now dispensaries and marijuana deliveries are deemed critical.

In Michigan, people are permitted to go out on the water in rowboats or canoes, but are prohibited from using motor boats. Why? Because autocrat and Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer decided to use the power of her office to have power over the people in her state.

In Vermont, stores selling items designated "non essential" such as clothing and electronics were not permitted to sell them. Stores like Costco and Walmart were mandated to stop selling non essential items by order of Republic Gov. Phil Scott.

And who are they to say what is essential and nonessential. Absolutely absurd.

It has gotten to the ridiculous point where a store cannot sell seeds, but can sell pot, which may have seeds if it's the cheap stuff. 

Give a politician and arm, and (s)he will take a leg, your freedom and your wallet if you allow it to happen.
