DOJ Drops the Hammer on Minnesota Church-Storming Wackos After Anti-ICE Meltdown

Well, folks, the Trump administration isn't messing around when it comes to people who think interrupting a church service is the height of civil discourse.

A pack of anti-ICE screamers stormed the Cities Church in Minneapolis smack in the middle of Sunday worship, apparently convinced that one of the pastors moonlights as the head honcho of ICE's St. Paul office. Dozens of these geniuses burst in, turning a sanctuary into their personal protest stage. Churchgoers told Fox News Digital the mob even tailed them into the parking lot afterward, surrounding cars and playing human barricade.

President Trump's team didn't take long to respond with something stronger than a sternly worded tweet.

Attorney General Pam Bondi responded to the situation. "I just spoke to the Pastor in Minnesota whose church was targeted. Attacks against law enforcement and the intimidation of Christians are being met with the full force of federal law."

She then added, for those in the back: "If state leaders refuse to act responsibly to prevent lawlessness, this Department of Justice will remain mobilized to prosecute federal crimes and ensure that the rule of law prevails."

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt piled on via social media, after footage showed the crowd yelling through the service like it was open mic night at a bad comedy club. "President Trump will not tolerate the intimidation and harassment of Christians in their sacred places of worship," she said.

The AG continued: "The Department of Justice has launched a full investigation into the despicable incident that took place earlier today at a church in Minnesota."

And Harmeet Dhillon, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, chimed in with the kind of resolve we haven't heard from that office in years: "We will not rest until we are able to deliver justice."

Of course, while the feds are mobilizing to protect houses of worship from being turned into flash-mob venues, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is out there doing his best impression of a community organizer who never quite got over 2020.

Appearing on CBS' "Face the Nation," Frey basically shrugged off the whole thing and defended the protesters as misunderstood patriots. He pushed back hard on any suggestion that local leaders might bear some responsibility for the chaos.

"This is not about safety. What this is about is coming into our city by the thousands and terrorizing people simply because they're Latino or Somali," Frey said. "People in Minneapolis are speaking up. They're speaking up peacefully. They're standing up for their neighbors. And this is not just about resisting Trump. This is about loving and caring for the people that call this city home. And it's been inspiring."

Sure, Jacob. Storming a church, chasing families to their cars, nothing says "inspiring" and "peaceful" like that.

The DOJ's civil rights investigation is officially underway, and it's nice to see federal law enforcement treating attacks on Christians and law enforcement personnel with the seriousness they deserve. In other words, the adults are back in the room, and the tantrum crowd is finally getting the timeout it so richly earned.

BREAKING: Trump admin pulls off daring raid--Maduro captured: promises made; promises kept

"Goodbye Venezuela; have a nice day"

BOOM! President Donald Trump just announced that U.S. forces executed a "large-scale strike" in Venezuela early Saturday morning, capturing socialist strongman Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, before flying them out of the country.

Trump broke the news himself, saying the operation was a resounding success and that the Venezuelan dictator and his spouse have been "captured and flown out of the Country." He's set to address the nation at 11 a.m. ET from Mar-a-Lago.

This comes after months of ramped-up pressure on the Maduro regime, including U.S. strikes on drug-linked vessels in the Caribbean and Pacific, plus a CIA hit on a cartel dock in Venezuela late last year. And remember, there was a $50 million bounty on Maduro's head for info leading to his arrest.

Now, Maduro's vice president is scrambling, demanding [LOL] "proof of life." Attorney General Pam Bondi promised that the couple will face the "full wrath of American justice" after their extraction.

In an X post, Bondi laid it out: "Nicholas Maduro has been charged with Narco-Terrorism Conspiracy, Cocaine Importation Conspiracy, Possession of Machine guns and Destructive Devices, and Conspiracy to Possess Machineguns and Destructive Devices against the United States. They will soon face the full wrath of American justice on American soil in American courts," she wrote.

"On behalf of the entire U.S. DOJ, I would like to thank President Trump for having the courage to demand accountability on behalf of the American People, and a huge thank you to our brave military who conducted the incredible and highly successful mission to capture these two alleged international narco traffickers," AG Bondi added.

The charges stem from a 2020 indictment in the Southern District of New York for narco-terrorism and related crimes.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) piled on via X, reminding everyone that Maduro "was indicted in U.S. court nearly six years ago for drug trafficking and narco-terrorism."

"Nicolas Maduro wasn’t just an illegitimate dictator; he also ran a vast drug-trafficking operation," Cotton wrote.

The senator added that Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that Maduro would "face justice for his crimes against our citizens."

This is a massive win for America First, taking down a narco-terrorist thug who's wrecked Venezuela and flooded our streets with poison. Kudos to Trump and our incredible military for getting it done.

Vice President JD Vance is fully standing behind President Donald Trump’s decisive action to strike Venezuela and capture the narco-dickwad Nicolás Maduro.

In a post on X, Vance made it crystal clear: "The president offered multiple off ramps, but was very clear throughout this process: the drug trafficking must stop, and the stolen oil must be returned to the United States. Maduro is the newest person to find out that President Trump means what he says," Vance wrote on X.

"Kudos to our brave special operators who pulled off a truly impressive operation," he added. The daring U.S. strikes and Maduro's capture have sparked reactions worldwide, some nations whining about "chaos in the region," while others rightly cheer America for taking out a dangerous narco-terrorist who's poisoned our streets and stolen resources that belong here. This is Trump delivering on his promises: no more games with thugs who think they can flood America with drugs and get away with it. Huge props to our elite forces for another flawless mission. America First in action.

World leaders were all over the map Saturday after the U.S. unleashed the strike on Venezuela.

No surprise here: Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, leader of that bankrupt communist island, threw a hissy-fit, condemning what he called a "criminal attack" and whining on X that, "Our zone of peace is being brutally assaulted." Of course he’s mad, Communist Cuba’s been propping up Maduro’s regime for years while remaining a sworn enemy of the United States. They can sit on it for all we care.

Next door, Colombia’s leftist President Gustavo Petro clutched his pearls, saying his government was watching events "with deep concern" and warning that U.S. action could "destabilize" the region. And by that, he means we could destabilize the fentanyl distribution channels.

"The Colombian Government rejects any unilateral military action that could aggravate the situation or put the civilian population at risk," Petro wrote on X.

Meanwhile, Argentina’s President Javier Milei, Trump’s real ally in the region, celebrated the news like it was Christmas morning. He reposted an old video of himself torching Maduro’s "narco-terrorist" regime as a hemispheric menace and calling on Latin leaders to support U.S. pressure to crush it.

"Long live freedom, dammit!" Milei wrote, dropping his trademark battle cry.

There you have it, folks: the socialists and their enablers are melting down, while the actual defenders of liberty are popping champagne. Trump just reminded the world that America won’t tolerate narco-dictators anymore, and not everyone’s happy about losing their drug-running buddy.

Tough break Nicky, et al.

BOOM: Pipe Bomber Bagged After Nearly Five Years – And It Wasn’t Some Magical New Tip, It Was Pure Cop Grit Under the New Crew

Folks, grab your Pez dispenser, pop a Pez, because we finally have a name and a set of cuffs on the creep who planted viable pipe bombs outside the RNC and DNC headquarters the night before January 6, 2021.

Thirty-year-old Brian Cole Jr. from Woodbridge, Virginia is now in custody, and the Trump-era Justice Department just held a presser that basically read like a love letter to old-school police work.

Attorney General Pam Bondi kicked things off and didn't mince words: the arrest came "not the result of a new tip or a new witness, but rather, the result of good, diligent police and prosecutorial work."

FBI Director Kash Patel piled on, saying the breakthrough happened "when you let good cops be cops." He gave a big shout-out to Deputy Director Dan Bongino, who apparently ran the show on this one.

Bongino himself stepped up and dropped this absolute gem: "This is what it's like when you work for a president who tells you to go get the bad guys."

You getting chills yet, because I am.

Assistant Director Darren Cox of the Washington Field Office laid out just how brutal the haystack was: they chewed through "massive amounts of data, more than three million lines of it" to zero in on Cole. He reminded everyone these weren't fake props, these were live bombs that, by the grace of God, never went off.

Then former judge and current U.S. Attorney Jeannine Pirro brought the fire, ticking off the calendar: "Four years, 10 months, and 28 days ago, an individual placed a bomb in the vicinity of the RNC and DNC." She talked about chasing down every single one of the 233,000+ black end caps that match the ones used on the bombs, cross-referencing pipe, wire, steel, the whole nine yards. And she made it crystal clear this administration told the investigators, "Go get it done."

Pirro closed with a line that should be stitched on a pillow: "Today begins the formal process of accountability… We will take this case across the finish line."

Even MPD Chief Pamela Smith got in on it, saying after almost five years of grinding through thousands of hours of video and countless leads, "Washingtonians can rest easier today knowing that the suspect responsible for this act is in custody."

The Q&A was short. They are not tipping their hand on evidence or motive yet, but Bongino did recount the moment they knew they had their guy: Cox called him and said, "You sitting down? …I think we got him."

And in the cherry-on-top moment, AG Bondi wrapped the whole thing by announcing this was the best 51st birthday present they could give Dan Bongino, whose birthday is, you guessed it, today.

So yes, no anonymous texting hero, no last-minute whistleblower, no Hollywood confession. Just a bunch of fed-up cops and prosecutors who were finally allowed to do their damn jobs.Welcome to the new normal, bad guys. Clock’s ticking.

The affidavit supporting the complaint filed against Cole may be viewed in full here.

Another Clinton Judge Goes Full Activist to Save Comey and Letitia James – And Yeah, She Once Fought for Leniency for a Guy Who Raped and Murdered a Three-Year-Old

Look, we all know we're numb to Democrat judges pulling stunts at this point, but every once in a while one of them does something so brazen it still makes your jaw hit the floor. Such is the case with U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan CurrieClinton appointee, Democratic donor, and apparently lifelong member of the "feel bad for the scumcrumpet, not the victim" club.

This is the genius who just tossed the indictments against Jim “Higher Loyalty” Comey and New York's favorite mortgage-fraud-maven AG Letitia James because, technically without prejudice, so the charges could theoretically come back,  but good luck with that when the statute of limitations on Comey's case conveniently died five minutes after he got indicted.

Currie believes that the interim U.S. Attorney who brought the cases, Lindsay Halligan, was "unlawfully appointed." Translation: Orange Man Bad, so we're nuking the prosecutions from orbit.

And just to make sure you understand the kind of "impartial jurist" we’re dealing with here, let's rewind to Currie's pre-bench career. As a private defense attorney she went to bat for one Larry Donnell Williams, a charming fellow who in 1987 decided to rape and murder a three-year-old girl. Currie thought the guy deserved leniency. Let that one marinate for a second. But sure, tell me again how it's Republicans who are "soft on crime."

Here's the Washington Post report:

"U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie ruled that Lindsey Halligan, the prosecutor overseeing both cases, had been unlawfully appointed as interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia and, therefore, indictments she single-handedly secured against Comey and James must be thrown out."

Attorney General Pam Bondi vowed "all available legal action including an immediate appeal," while white House press secretary Karoline Leavitt called Currie exactly what she is: another "partisan judge" who took "unprecedented steps to try to intervene in accountability."

Of course Comey's lawyers are crowing that their guy can't be recharged because the five-year statute of limitations clock never actually stopped ticking. Currie's opinion basically high-fived that argument on the way out the door.

Remember, Trump-appointed interim U.S. Attorney Erik Siebert looked at the evidence against Comey and James, shrugged, and said "nope." Trump said you're fired" and put Halligan, a former White House aide and one of his personal lawyers, in the job. Days later, boom, indictments for Comey lying to Congress about leaks and James playing fast and loose with mortgage docs.

The DOJ argued the president has broad authority to fill those vacancies. Democrat judges, shockingly, disagreed.

So here we are: another Clinton judge playing goalie for the swamp, shielding a guy who wrote a book about his own integrity while leaking like a screen door on a submarine, and a New York AG who apparently thinks mortgage fraud is just aggressive home shopping.

If this is the game the left wants to play, weaponizing obscure appointment statutes to kill legitimate prosecutions,  then fine, gloves off. Every Democrat sacred cow needs to be dragged into court yesterday. The judicial coup has been running unchecked for years. Time to oppose it with extreme prejudice.

Because if defending child rapists and springing Jim Comey is what passes for "justice" on the left, the rest of us have zero reason to keep playing by Marquess of Queensberry rules.

Eric Swalwell accused of mortgage fraud: FHFA makes criminal referral

If there's one thing the Trump era excels at, it's draining the swamp one fraudulent mortgage at a time. Enter Rep. Eric Swalwell, aka "Fartwell" (D-CA), the perpetually aggrieved House Democrat who's now staring down a criminal referral from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) for what sure smells like good old-fashioned mortgage fraud.

In a letter dropped Wednesday to incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi, FHFA Director Bill Pulte didn't mince words: He wants a full probe into Swalwell's alleged fibs about snagging a swanky $1.2 million pad in D.C.'s Eckington neighborhood back in 2020. The congressman apparently passed it off as his "primary residence" to score sweetheart loans and refinancing deals worth millions. A source familiar with this situation said this little sleight-of-hand could balloon into mortgage fraud, insurance fraud, local tax dodging, you name the grift, it's on the table.

Swalwell, never one to let a potential felony crimp his style, fired back Thursday with all the victimhood he could muster, basically blaming it on his Trump Derangement Syndrome hall-of-fame status. "As the most vocal critic of Donald Trump over the last decade and as the only person who still has a surviving lawsuit against him, the only thing I am surprised about is that it took him this long to come after me," he whined in a statement.

It isn't like Swalwell's the only blue-team bigwig catching heat from Pulte's truth squad. This guy has been busy dropping referrals like they're hot mixtapes: New York AG Letitia James (D-NY), who has her own Trump grudge-fest going; Lisa Cook, that Federal Reserve Board brainiac; and even Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the guy who turned "Russian collusion" into a full-time job.

The pattern? All these geniuses allegedly dressed up their vacation homes or cash cows as "primary residences" to juice those loan rates. Shocking. Is it possible that Democrats are cutting corners?

Of course, Swalwell is not just any random fraud suspect; he's the Capitol-crusading hero who's still got that Jan. 6 lawsuit humming against Trump for "inciting a riot." But Fartwell isn't afraid. "I refuse to live in fear in what was once the freest country in the world," he trumpeted. "Of course, I will not end my lawsuit against him. And I will not stop speaking out against the President and speaking up for Californians."

Back in September, Swalwell was already playing the martyr card, admitting he "fully" expects the Trump crew to come for him. As for that Eckington manse, a stone's throw from the Capitol, it's no slouch: six bedrooms, five full baths plus a powder room, over 3,000 square feet of 1920s charm gutted and flipped into millennial-modern vibes, per Variety. Must be tough pretending that's your "primary" crash pad while jetting back to the Golden State. Can't wait for the receipts . . . or the plea deal.

Pam Bondi to Biden's Crew: Autopen Shenanigans? We're Auditing Every Last Stroke

Look, we all knew Biden's White House was running on fumes and favors, but the latest Oversight Committee gut-punch on his [or someone's] autopen addiction and the epic cover-up of his fade-to-black is the kind of "bombshell" that makes even the most jaded conservative crack a grim smile. Enter Attorney General Pam Bondi. She is not wasting a New York minute before unleashing the hounds of the basketballs.

As Red State's Nick Arama laid out yesterday, the House Oversight crew dropped a report that's basically a neon sign screaming "IMPEACHMENT AFTER THE FACT." No "sufficient contemporaneous documentation" that doddering Joe personally green-lit executive moves? Boom, those decisions are as void as Biden's sense of direction.

The report zeroed in on the pardons, demanding the DOJ "immediately conduct a review of all executive actions" from Biden's Oval Office squat, as per Arama's report.

Cue the Republican House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, firing off a letter to Bondi like it's happy hour at the accountability bar. Their X post nailed it: "In light of our bombshell Biden Autopen Presidency report, Chairman [Republican Rep. James Comer (KY-1)] is calling on @AGPamBondi to conduct a review of ALL executive actions taken during the Biden presidency," the post read.

"He's also referring Dr. Kevin O'Connor, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal for further investigation after they took the Fifth during our deposition," it added. Bondi is all in, quicker than Hunter sniffing out a cocaine stash. Her response was a masterclass in "hold my Diet Coke":

"My team has already initiated a review of the Biden administration's reported use of autopen for pardons," Bondi wrote. "@RepJamesComer's new information is extremely helpful, and his leadership on this issue is invaluable. We'll continue working with @GOPoversight to deliver accountability for the American people."

Arama's deep dive exposed the Biden bunker mentality in all its staged glory: From micromanaging Joe's "makeup, clothing, and schedule" to rationing his "number of steps" like he's training for the shuffleboard Olympics. They even dialed back cabinet meets, cribbed SOTU tips from Tinseltown hacks, and propped up teleprompters at whisper-quiet shindigs.

So if they tell us they didn't know Joe's mental status, they're assuming we're too stupid to believe our eyes, ears and sense of smell.

Not one soul in the interviews admitted to worrying over Joe's mental melt-down. Zilch on chats about his "cognitive health with anyone inside or outside of the White House." It's like they all signed a pact: Deny, deflect, and deploy the autopen.

President Trump has maintained radio silence so far, but give it time; he's probably drafting the "I told you so" in gold Sharpie.

Bottom line: Biden never belonged anywhere near that Resolute Desk, and payday is coming for the grifters who handled him like a puppet while gaslighting us.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s Back in the Ring, Swinging for Asylum and Ducking Uganda

Kilmar Abrego Garcia: a dad, a Minnesota Man, a basic scumcrumpet

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran guy who's been duking it out with Uncle Sam’s immigration machine, is throwing fresh punches. He's gunning for asylum in the U.S. again, while telling the feds to shove their plan to ship him off to Uganda. His counteroffer? Costa Rica, which has apparently rolled out the welcome mat.

Court papers dropped Tuesday say it all: "At 5pm yesterday, Petitioner filed a motion to reopen before an immigration judge pursuant to 8 C.F.R. §1003.23(b)(4)(i), to seek asylum in the United States pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1158." Kilmar's not going down without a fight.

This all comes after ICE nabbed him Monday at one of their facilities. A video making the rounds on X, courtesy of the Department of Homeland Security, caught Kilmar spitting fire, yelling "gobierno corrupto" that's "corrupt government" for those not fluent in the language of shade.

In a filing called "Notice of Fear of Removal to UGANDA," Kilmar didn't hold back, [like when he beats his wife]: "I, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia … hereby state that I fear persecution in UGANDA on account of my race, nationality, political opinion, and membership in a particular social group."

He's also sweating torture at the hands of Ugandan officials,  or worse, getting ping-ponged back to El Salvador, where he says he's already been through hell. Poor baby.

"I also fear torture by or at the acquiescence of a public official in that country. Finally, I feat [sic] that country will refoul me (re-deport me) to EL SALVADOR, where I also fear persecution on account of the above-mentioned protected grounds and torture by or at the acquiescence of a public official, and where I have been tortured in the past."

Costa Rica, though, that's his pick? They're down to take him, and Kilmar's all in for the Central American vibes over Uganda's uncertainty.

Rewind to earlier this year: Kilmar got the boot to El Salvador after a 2019 immigration judge ruling shot down his asylum bid but gave him a partial win with withholding of removal. Sadly, it didn't stick, though as the U.S. sent him packing. Fast-forward to some legal cage-fighting, and Florida's Attorney General Pam Bondi stepped into the spotlight, declaring Kilmar had "landed in the United States to face justice." Apparently, the U.S. waved an arrest warrant at El Salvador, and they handed him over.

What's he facing? A grand jury slapped him with an indictment earlier this year, charging him with "Conspiracy to Transport Aliens" and "Unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens." Kilmar’s response? A big, bold "not guilty," in spite of his human trafficking antics being seen on video.

Pam Bondi fires DOJ sandwich chucker

Washington, D.C., already a circus of suits and egos, just got a new clown. Sean Charles Dunn, a 37-year-old Justice Department desk jockey, decided to spice up his Sunday night by throwing a “sub-style” sandwich, girlie-style, at a Customs and Border Protection agent. Yes, you heard that right, a sandwich. This isn't just a bad lunch break; it's a felony assault charge that got him canned faster than you can say "hold the mayo."

Attorney General Pam Bondi blasted out on social media: "This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ. You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement."

Dunn trying out for the "Run, Skip, Throw like a Girl Olympics"

Dunn, who was some kind of international affairs specialist in the DOJ's criminal division, got the boot after his viral meltdown. His brother, Nearly Dunn, was unavailable for comment as he was on the commode.

A video caught the miscreant lawyer wagging his finger in an agent's face, calling him a "fascist," and hurling that fateful hoagie at the agent's chest. "Why are you here? I don't want you in my city!" he screamed, like he's the lord and master of the city.

The creep tried to bolt but was quickly nabbed. Game over.

Now, let's talk context, because this isn't just about a rogue sandwich. This happened while D.C. was crawling with feds, thanks to Trump's weekend crime-fighting blitz, which the Democrats see as a threat to criminals.

The White House rolled out a multiagency flood of uniformed officers, and by Monday, Trump was all in, announcing he's taking over D.C.'s police department and calling up 800 National Guard troops. He's out here claiming the city's a war zone, while local leaders are like, "Bro, violent crime's at a 30-year low. [if you don't count murder]. Check the stats."

Dunn being arrested by the, you know, fascists

Dunn's lawyer, Sabrina Shroff, kept her lips sealed after his court appearance, probably because what do you even say when your client's claim to fame is a viral Subway sandwich attack, a Jussie Smollett move in reverse?

The affidavit paints a vivid picture: 11 p.m., Dunn storms up to CBP agents, gets in their face, and lets the bread fly. This was a performance in unjustified virtue signaling. And now, with Trump’s National Guard push and the city under a federal microscope, Dunn's little stunt is a footnote in a bigger story, one where D.C. is caught between a president flexing muscle and locals swearing the crime wave is a myth.

Do you believe that wasting food as Dunn done did, is a crime?

Guess what was also found in the FBI burn bags regarding Epstein

The deep state's house of cards is teetering, and FBI Director Kash Patel just lit a match under it. He's knee-deep in burn bags stuffed with thousands of documents tied to the Russian collusion hoax, and guess what? Tucked inside those bags was the appendix to the Durham report, the one that rips the mask off the whole sordid affair. Declassified and damning, it proves Hillary Clinton, our modern-day Lady Macbeth, personally green-lit the Trump-Russia smear campaign to kneecap her rivals.

No surprise there; it's Clinton's brand of ruthless ambition.

But hold onto your tinfoil hats, because Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) dropped a bombshell on Benny Johnson's show: "Epstein files were found in those bags, too." Yes, those Epstein files, you know, the kind that make the swamp sweat bullets.

The deep state, from Obama's cronies to Biden’s DOJ goons, has been playing cloak-and-dagger, destroying evidence to cover their tracks. Par for the course, especially now that Trump is back in the Oval Office. They'll burn, shred, and bury anything that exposes their ops, no limits, no morals.

So, what's in those Epstein files?

That's the billion-dollar question, and you already know why it's a black hole. The Trump Justice Department fumbled this one hard. Attorney General Pam Bondi got tongues wagging about a "client list," but there isn’t one.

Now we're stuck in a mess of a process to sift through what’s legit and what’s just vile noise, like child porn they would rather keep buried.

Luna is on the warpath for answers, and God bless her for it. But buckle up because this fight is going to drag. The swamp doesn't go down easy.

AG Bondi has DOJ unleashed on Russia Collusion Hoax

Attorney General Pam Bondi is swinging for the fences, and the Russia Collusion Hoax is in her crosshairs. Word dropped Monday afternoon that the Department of Justice is hauling evidence from that tired 2016 smear job before a grand jury.

Fox News' David Spunt laid it out for Will Cain:
"Fox News can confirm that Attorney General Pam Bondi, today, signed an order directing an unnamed U.S. federal prosecutor to take evidence to a grand jury relating to an alleged conspiracy to tie then-2016 candidate Donald Trump to the country of Russia. Now, Fox News reviewed the one-page order, just hours ago signed by the attorney general. A source familiar with the probe confirms this as well. While a DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on this report of an investigation, Fox is told Attorney General Bondi is taking the referrals from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard 'very seriously.' The spokesperson says that Bondi believes there is 'clear cause for deep concern' and a need for the next steps."

This isn’t just a shot across the bow, it’s a cannon blast. Spunt dropped more context, pointing out this comes hot on the heels of DNI Tulsi Gabbard's criminal referral to the DOJ. She's calling it what it is: a straight-up conspiracy to kneecap Trump's 2016 run and his first term. The deep state' s playbook is getting torched, and Bondi's lighting the match.

Spunt broke down the grand jury game plan and why it's hush-hush for now:
"Now, to be clear today, there are no charges that have been filed, no indictments. This is incredibly early in the process. What we have here is taking evidence the Justice Department believes it has to a grand jury to secure an eventual indictment or indictments. We don’t know exactly where the grand jury will meet. We don’t know who will go before the grand jury, and that's by design because grand juries determine if there is enough evidence to indict, and grand juries are secretive in the American legal system, so it’s normal not to know all of the answers. Again, the DOJ declining on any comment regarding this investigation, but, Will, big news,  this was signed by the attorney general, Pam Bondi, today to take this evidence of an alleged conspiracy to a grand jury with the hope to get an indictment or multiple indictments."
Spunt's calling it early days, and he's not wrong. No charges, no indictments, yet. Grand juries are like black boxes; you don't get the full picture until they spit out a decision. But make no mistake, this is a seismic move. The DOJ is not just fishing, they're hunting for indictments, maybe a whole net full.

So, who's sweating right now? The old saying goes, "You can indict a ham sandwich," but the real question is: who's the ham in this scenario? There has to be a few folks in D.C. with nervous twitches, wondering if their name's on the list. Multiple targets could be in play, and you can bet they’re pacing the halls, rethinking their life choices.

Why go public with this grand jury move? Call it a hunch, but I suspect it's a one-two punch: first, to signal to the folks clamoring for justice that Bondi isn't playing patty-cake; she's out for blood. Second, it's a loud warning to the guilty: start singing, or you might be the next ham sandwich on the chopping block.

This could drag on for weeks, maybe months, before we see indictments, if they come at all, so don't hold your breath. But let's be real: this is the Russia collusion hoax getting dragged back into the spotlight, and it's about time.

GOP confirms Trump-aligned judge, defeating obstructionist Democrats

The Republican-led Senate just rammed through Emil Bove's confirmation to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a 50-49 squeaker, and the Democrats are crying foul louder than a toddler who needs a diaper change.

Bove, a former Trump legal eagle, got the nod despite weeks of blue-team bellyaching and enough whistleblower complaints to fill a soap opera script.

The vote was tighter than a well digger's butt in winter, with RINOs Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins siding with the Dems to try to tank Bove's lifetime appointment. No dice, ladies, Trump's guy is headed to the bench.

Attorney General Pam Bondi was practically doing cartwheels on X, gushing, "Congratulations to our dear friend Emil Bove on his confirmation to serve on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals! This is a GREAT day for our country." She went on to praise his "tireless work" at the Justice Department, adding, "He will be missed, and he will be an outstanding judge."

Take that, haters.

Bove's resume reads like a conservative fever dream. He was Trump's go-to lawyer when Biden's cronies tried to bury the former president under a pile of classified documents and election interference charges. He also had a front-row seat in the New York hush money circus, where Trump got slapped with 34 felony counts but walked away with what amounts to a judicial shrug. Before that, Bove was a federal prosecutor in New York, locking up drug dealers and terrorists.

But the Democrats have been clutching their pearls since Trump floated Bove's name, screaming about whistleblowers who claim he told Justice Department folks to ignore judicial orders. They're also steamed about his role in canning some January 6 prosecutors and spiking the case against NYC Mayor Eric Adams. Naturally, they’re painting him as the second coming of Darth Vader.

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) wasn't having it, firing back at the Dems for trying to "weaponize" the whistleblower process. "He has a strong legal background and has served his country honorably," Grassley said, defending Bove like a pitbull. "I believe he will be a diligent, capable, and fair jurist." He also took a swipe at the opposition, slamming their “vicious rhetoric, unfair accusations and abuse” as crossing the line. Tell 'em, Chuck.

Meanwhile, Senate Minority Leader Chuck 'Nostrils' Schumer (D-NY) was out here acting like the sky just fell. "It’s unfathomable that just over four years after the insurrection at the Capitol, when rioters smashed windows, ransacked offices, desecrated this chamber, Senate Republicans are willingly putting someone on the bench who shielded these rioters from facing justice, who said their prosecution was a grave national injustice," he wailed. Dark day, Chuck? Maybe take a deep breath and a sip of chamomile tea, just don't barbecue any cheeseburgers.

Look, the left is throwing a tantrum because their smear campaign didn't stick, and the right is popping champagne because they got their guy. Business as usual in D.C. Bove's on the bench, and the outrage machine is already revving up for the next fight.

Here's the latest on Trump and the Bondi-Bongino kerfuffle

The D.C. swamp is bubbling over with drama, as I previously wrote, and President Donald Trump is DONE with the nonsense. The so-called "feud" between Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino is at a high fever pitch.

While Bondi got everyone's hopes up with the Epstein "client list," it turns out, at least according to Bondi and the administration, that no such list exists.

Trump, never one to sit quietly, took to Truth Social on Saturday to throw down.

The President's got Bondi’s back 100%, calling those Epstein files a sham cooked up by none other than disgraced ex-officials James Comey and John Brennan. His take? The Justice Department needs to stop chasing ghosts and get to work. "Let’s not waste time and energy on a guy nobody cares about anymore," Trump blasted, waving off the Epstein hype. He’s got bigger fish to fry: rooting out voter fraud, digging into the “rigged” 2020 election, slamming ActBlue, and locking up the violent criminals wreaking havoc.

Some people believe that Trump is trying to distract from the Epstein saga and it's possible, but I don't think so. The reason is, President Trump is a known entity and if his name was on such a list, he would shrug it off and say that he was merely a visitor of the island and Epstein put every visitor on the list. You remember when he told the NBC [or whatever network] guy that when it comes to women, he "grabs them by the #@ssy," so why would he worry about the Epstein clusterfrack?

Anyway, the president’s not here for the media’s gossip mill, either. He’s calling out the rumor-mongers as desperate operatives trying to splinter the MAGA movement. "My team is united," he roared, doubling down on the America First vibe.

Trump’s got no time for distractions, his administration’s already crushing it with a booming economy, a locked-down border, and a fired-up American spirit. Oh, and don’t come for FBI Director Kash Patel, either. Trump’s got his back, accusing the left of trying to kneecap him. As for Bondi? "She’s doing a great job and to let her do it," he said, plain and simple. So, buckle up, guys because Trump is telling everyone to tune out the noise and keep their eyes on the prize.

Here's the latest skinny on Bongino and Bondi regarding their tense meeting

Holy huffing, Bartman; the drama’s heating up in Trump’s inner circle, and it’s juicier than a reality show finale.

The rumor is FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino went full fireball in a closed-door showdown with Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. The discussion was about those sketchy Jeffrey Epstein files.

According to conservative outlet, The Daily Wire, Bongino is livid with how Bondi’s handling the Epstein case. We’re talking ultimatum-level rage here, a source close to the deputy director says he’s ready to resign if Bondi stays.

Apparently, during this spice-level ten meeting, Bongino got so heated he stormed out after raising his voice at Wiles and trading "heated words" with Bondi. However, another source swears Bongino was "enraged" but didn’t yell at either woman, and a White House official backed that up, saying no shouting match went down with Wiles. So, was it a scream-fest or just a tense vibe? I suspect Dan was civil to the ladies because that seems to be how he's made.

The real kicker? The Department of Justice dropped a bombshell, claiming there’s zero evidence Epstein had a client list, blackmailed big shots, or got whacked, rather than have committed suicide. So there is allegedly no list, no conspiracy, nada. I don't believe that due to the level of scumbaggery Epstein had, and the likelihood that he would keep a client list to have leverage over his island visitors.

Bondi is catching hell for earlier comments that had people thinking she had Epstein’s "client list" just chilling on her desk. She tried to clear the air at a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday:
"In February, I did an interview on Fox, and it’s been getting a lot of attention because … I was asked a question about the ‘client list’ and my response was, ‘It’s sitting on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file, along with the JFK, MLK files as well. That’s what I meant by that."
Smooth, Pam, real smooth.

She also minimized concerns about a missing minute from the Metropolitan Detention Center footage, saying it’s no biggie:
"We learned from the Bureau of Prisons that every night they redo that video,” she said on Tuesday. “So, every night the video is reset, and every night should have the same minute missing."
Bondi’s promising more footage to prove this is just standard procedure, but the optics are suckworthy. Meanwhile, Bongino’s allegedly gunning for her head, but sources close to Bondi say she’s not going anywhere. The White House is circling the wagons, too, with Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields throwing out this gem on Friday:
"President Trump has assembled a highly qualified and experienced law and order team dedicated to protecting Americans, holding criminals accountable, and delivering justice to victims. This work is being carried out seamlessly and with unity," Fields told Fox News. "Any attempt to sow division within this team is baseless and distracts from the real progress being made in restoring public safety and pursuing justice for all."
Translation: "Nothing to see here, folks, move along." But with Bongino ready to throw hands (or at least walk out), this isn’t over.

BONGINO’S HAD IT WITH BONDI: FBI Deputy Director Ready to Bolt Over Epstein File Fiasco

Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi are at each other’s throats, and it’s all about those Jeffrey Epstein files.

Word on the street is Dan Bongino, the FBI’s Deputy Director, is ready to walk if Attorney General Pam Bondi keeps her job, as per a source speaking to the Daily Wire. Bongino’s reportedly as angry as a box of wild cats over how Bondi’s handling the Epstein case, and it’s got him eyeing the exit from his FBI post. The source says Bongino’s laid down the law: it’s him or Bondi.

Bongino ditched a sweet broadcasting career to join Trump’s team, but he was MIA at the FBI on Friday after a reported blow-up with Bondi earlier this week over the Epstein mess which started in February when she stated in answer to a question on Fox News that the Jeffrey Epstein "client list" was "sitting on my desk right now to review." But in July 2025, in a Cabinet meeting, she claimed to be referring to the general Epstein case file, not a specific client list when originally making that statement. She also said that there was no evidence of an incriminating "client list." White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also defended Bondi, stating she was referring to the entirety of the Epstein files, not a specific list.

Well kids, things got heated Wednesday, right after the DOJ claimed there’s no proof Epstein had a client list, was blackmailing big shots, or got whacked in prison. Bondi had hyped up major Epstein case reveals five months back, but delivered zilch and everyone is now pissed off at her.

Bongino, who’s been skeptical about Epstein’s death since before his Trump admin days, said in May that his deep dive into the file and hours of jail video proved Epstein offed himself.

FBI Director Kash Patel backed him up, saying the bureau’s evidence shows no murder here. But there’s more.

A Justice Department source told The Daily Wire that Patel’s also fed up with Bondi and might bounce with Bongino. Patel’s pushing to unseal more documents, too. Bongino’s so fed up, he’s mulling resignation, and his usually chatty social media’s been dead silent since Wednesday’s Bondi clash.

One source close to Bongino told Axios, “He ain’t coming back.” Trump admin folks, though, insist he’s still in the game.

As I said, Bondi’s catching heat for saying in February she had Epstein’s client list “on her desk,” only to backtrack this week when the DOJ said no such list exists. The DOJ and FBI also got slammed after dropping over 10 hours of Epstein’s jail hallway footage, minus one suspicious minute.

“In February, I did an interview on Fox, and it’s been getting a lot of attention because … I was asked a question about the ‘client list’ and my response was, ‘It’s sitting on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file, along with the JFK, MLK files as well,” Bondi said during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday. “That’s what I meant by that.”

Do you believe her or do you think she might have been told to say that by someone in more power than her?

At that same meeting, President Trump tore into a reporter for daring to bring up Epstein. "That is unbelievable. … I mean I can’t believe you’re asking a question on Epstein at a time like this when we’re having some of the greatest success and also tragedy with what happened in Texas," Trump said. "It just seems like a desecration."

Antisemitic NYC mayoral candidate wants apartheid-inspired higher taxes against Whites

Don't let his smile fool you

Let's look to New York City, where the Democratic nominee for mayor, Zohran Mamdani, has unfurled a banner of socialist ambition that threatens to unravel the very fabric of the metropolis.

This 33-year-old anti-Semite, who only deigned to become an American citizen in 2018, has proposed a scheme as audacious as it is divisive: to “shift the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods.”

Yes, you read that correctly, whiter neighborhoods. The phrase drips with the kind of racialized rhetoric that ought to raise eyebrows in any society that values fairness over tribalism.

Mamdani, a self-professed socialist with a penchant for radical posturing, has laid out his vision in a policy memo that accuses the city’s property tax system of favoring “wealthier homeowners in gentrifying neighborhoods.”

His remedy? To lighten the load on lower-income homeowners while, in his words, “raising the amount paid in the most expensive Brooklyn brownstones.” One might ask whether this is a policy rooted in equity or a thinly veiled exercise in class warfare, tinged with a troubling fixation on race.

Is it even constitutional? I doubt it.

But this is merely the tip of Mamdani’s ideological iceberg. His platform reads like a fever dream of far-left fantasies: city-owned grocery stores, defunding the police, and rent freezes. It is as though he has taken a leaf from the playbook of every failed utopian experiment and decided to test it on one of the world’s greatest cities.

The backlash has been swift and deserved. Republicans and moderates alike have recoiled, with Rep. Andy Ogles of Tennessee leading the charge. In a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Ogles called for Mamdani’s American citizenship to be stripped, citing the candidate’s alleged support for foreign terror organizations, a reference to Mamdani’s professed “love” for individuals convicted of funneling money to Hamas.

Ogles did not mince words: “Zohran ‘little muhammad’ Mamdani is an anti-Semitic, socialist, communist who will destroy the great City of New York,” he declared, adding, “He needs to be DEPORTED. Which is why I am calling for him to be subject to denaturalization proceedings.”

The outrage is not confined to political circles. New York billionaire Bill Ackman, a man not known for sitting idly by, has thrown his considerable weight behind efforts to thwart Mamdani’s ascent. “There are hundreds of millions of dollars of capital available to back a competitor to Mamdani that can be put together overnight,” Ackman declared, signaling a financial bulwark against this socialist insurgency.

Mamdani’s improbable rise, having bested former Governor Andrew Cuomo in the Democratic primary, now pits him against incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, who is running as an independent in November’s general election. The stage is set for a clash not just of personalities but of visions along with sanity vs. insanity: one tethered to the realities of governance, the other soaring into the ether of ideological purity.

New Yorkers, one suspects, will have much to ponder as they decide whether to entrust their city to a man whose policies seem less about progress than about settling scores.

Hasn't the West been suicidal long enough? It's time to think about the implications of electing this guy.

Maryland dad back in US to face trafficking charges of thousands including MS-13 club members

The Maryland dad, adoring husband, and member of the MS-13 men's club, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, is back in the USA from El Salvador. The young gentleman is facing human trafficking charges, a "full-time job" that he allegedly held for almost then years, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.

“He was a smuggler of humans and children and women,” Bondi said at a press conference announcing the federal charges. “One hundred trips, the grand jury found, of smuggling people throughout our country.”

On May 21, a federal grand jury indictment was issued in Tennessee, charging Mr. Garcia with participating in a conspiracy lasting years, to help illegal aliens travel from the Texas border to other states. Some of those people are alleged to be members of the MS-13 men's club.

The scheme in which Abrego Garcia allegedly took part spanned nearly a decade and transported thousands of illegal migrants from Mexico and Central America, including members of the Salvadoran club MS-13.

Mr. Garcia is also has a legal history of domestic abuse.

DOJ starts criminal investigation into NY AG Letitia "I'm Coming for Trump" James

The Department of Justice is diving headfirst into a spicy criminal investigation of New York’s Attorney General Letitia James, and it’s got all the makings of a political cage match.

A source with the inside track says a grand jury in Virginia’s Eastern District is slinging subpoenas like bowls of hash, zeroing in on claims that James played fast and loose with the truth about a single-family home in Virginia. Allegedly, she called it her “primary residence” to snag sweeter loan terms. Shady? Maybe.

But wait, there’s more! The feds are also sniffing around another accusation: James supposedly puffed up the number of livable units in a Brooklyn multifamily property to, you guessed it, score better loan rates. If this smells like déjà vu, it’s because James built her career accusing others of the same financial sleight-of-hand--can you say Donald Trump?

The plot thickens with a criminal referral from William Pulte, Trump’s pick to lead the Federal Housing Finance Agency. Pulte’s not messing around—he’s the one who waved the red flag and told the DOJ to take a hard look at James.

This all comes hot on the heels of James being the legal thorn in Trump’s side, leading the charge that made him the first U.S. president branded a felon. Remember that case? James went after Trump and his organization, claiming they fudged business records to cozy up to lenders. The result: 34 felony counts, a $350 million fine, and Trump’s still fighting the conviction like it’s a cage match.

Now, James’ attorney, Abbe Lowell, is swinging back, and he’s not pulling punches. “These baseless and long-discredited allegations, put to rest by my April 24 letter to the Department of Justice, are suddenly back in the news just days after President Trump publicly attacked Attorney General James,”

Lowell sneered. He’s calling this a political hit job, straight-up “retribution” from Trump, despite U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi’s promise to the Senate that the DOJ wouldn’t be weaponized. Lowell’s ready to throw down, saying, “If prosecutors are genuinely interested in the truth, we are prepared to meet false claims with facts.”

Lowell’s not done. He fired off a letter to Bondi, accusing Trump of turning the DOJ into his personal vengeance machine. “The stunning hypocrisy of President Trump’s complaint that the Justice Department had been ‘politicized’ and ‘weaponized’ against him is laid bare as he and others in his administration are now asking you to undertake the very same practice,” Lowell wrote, probably while sipping a coffee laced with righteous indignation. He’s got receipts, too, pointing to Trump’s public jabs at James and calls for revenge.

On the Virginia home fiasco, Lowell’s got an explanation, albeit a questionable one: James never meant to call it her primary residence. A power-of-attorney letter saying otherwise? Just a clerical oopsie, he claims, backed by other documents where James told her lender the truth.

As for the Brooklyn property, Lowell says Pulte’s leaning on an outdated 2001 certificate of occupancy, ignoring updated records that list the place as a four-unit multifamily residence. Sounds like a paperwork food fight, but the stakes are high.

Here’s the kicker: James has been a ringleader among Democratic AGs suing to block Trump’s agenda since he kicked off his second term. So, is this investigation legit, or is it Trump settling scores with the woman who slapped him with a historic conviction?

Either way, the DOJ’s wading into a swamp of accusations, counterclaims, and enough political bad blood to fill a miniseries. Grab the popcorn—this one’s gonna get uglier before it’s over.

Newsom backpedals about nearly freed illegal alien drunk driver

Listen up, because this one’s a gut-punch that’ll make your blood boil. A twice-deported illegal alien, some lowlife named Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano, got behind the wheel, blitzed out of his mind, and snuffed out two young lives in a fiery crash. Now, California’s ready to cut this scumcrumpet loose after serving barely a third of his measly ten-year sentence.

You heard that right—six years early, like he’s getting a gold star for good behavior instead of a life sentence for manslaughter.

This Mexican national, who clearly thinks borders are just suggestions, slammed into Anya Varfolomeev and Nicholay Osokin’s car in Orange County back in November 2021. He was drunk, high, and tearing down the road at nearly 100 miles an hour. The impact turned the young couple’s car into a death trap, leaving them to burn alive.

Two teens, full of promise, reduced to ashes because this guy couldn’t stay out of the country or off the bottle.

And yet, the state thought, “Hey, let’s give this guy a early parole present.” The family got a cold, bureaucratic heads-up that Ortega-Anguiano was about to stroll out of prison, probably with a pat on the back and a bus ticket.

Anya’s father, Anatoly Varfolomeev, isn’t having it. “It’s disgusting,” he fumed. “You have two young, unbelievable future, productive American citizens killed for nothing and that illegal immigrant who already has been deported twice is going to be released again? For what? If even he is deported, he will come back.”

You can feel the man’s heart breaking through every word. He’s not wrong—this guy’s a boomerang of bad decisions.

The public, thank G-d, lost their collective minds over this travesty, and it finally got some traction.

ICE slapped an immigration detainer on this loser, and after the backlash hit fever pitch, Governor Gavin Newsom’s team decided to pretend they care. “After being deported in 2013, the guy unlawfully re-entered the US & committed heinous crimes,” their press office posted on X, all high and mighty. “CDCR will again coordinate with ICE — as they have w/ 10,000+ inmates — to transfer him before release.”

Wow, Gavin, such leadership. Maybe next time don’t wait for the pitchforks.

But wait, there’s more! The DOJ’s stepping up to slap new federal charges on Ortega-Anguiano for sneaking back into the country after his deportations. U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli’s not playing around.

“My office has filed a felony immigration charge against this defendant. He faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted for 8 USC 1326,” he wrote on X. “If the State of California will not seek the full measure of justice against this individual, the [Department of Justice] will.”

Translation: California’s dropping the ball, so the feds are picking it up.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is just as fed up. “This is absolutely unconscionable. What about Justice for these teens? What about the rights of their parents?” she blasted on X, promising the DOJ “will work with ICE to make sure this illegal alien receives full punishment for his crimes.”

Good. Because letting this guy walk after what he did isn’t just a slap in the face—it’s a middle finger to every law-abiding citizen.

So here we are, two kids are dead, their families are shattered, and the system’s still trying to coddle the guy who did it. If this doesn’t light a fire under you, check your pulse. Justice better come down like a hammer, or we’re all just screaming into the void.
