Anti-ICE thug who threw rocks at Feds faces big time fallout

A violent rioter who nearly killed a federal officer by chucking rocks through a car window during last summer's unhinged anti-ICE meltdowns in Los Angeles County finally pleaded guilty on Tuesday to assaulting a federal officer. Rocks, as you may know, are the objects thrown at non-Islamic folks such as gays, women who refuse to wear cloth coffins, and atheists, and are frequently killed by them.

Elpidio Reyna, 41, copped to one count of assault with a deadly or dangerous weapon resulting in bodily injury. He was among the dozens of geniuses rounded up after the riots kicked off when ICE actually started doing its job in the LA area.

"This defendant could have easily killed a federal officer or innocent bystander," said First Assistant United States Attorney Bill Essayli. "As he found out the hard way, violence against law enforcement is not constitutionally protected and will be met with swift justice. Those who engage in similar violence will be arrested, charged, and eventually convicted in a court of law."

Back on June 7, 2025, Reyna decided to join the party, hurling rocks and improvised explosives at federal officers near a Home Depot in Paramount (about 11 miles north of Long Beach, for those keeping score).

"Protestors, including the defendant, began to throw rocks at the officers' official vehicles, lit objects on fire, and impeded law enforcement activity. During this, defendant knowingly and intentionally lit objects on fire in the middle of the street and threw rocks at a convoy of law enforcement vehicles occupied by Customs and Border Protection Officers," according to the plea agreement.

One rock smashed through a window and sliced open a CBP officer's forehead. The Justice Department even released video showing Reyna, decked out in a motorcycle helmet like some kind of wannabe tough guy, pelting vehicles with rocks and chunks of concrete.

The FBI had to dangle a $50,000 reward before someone finally ID'd him from his brilliant TikTok videos. He made the FBI's most wanted list until he turned himself in at the U.S.-Mexico border on July 23 like the hero he isn't.

Reyna now faces up to 20 years when he's sentenced August 7 by U.S. District Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha. He's been cooling his heels in federal custody since July 2025.

Pam Bondi fires DOJ sandwich chucker

Washington, D.C., already a circus of suits and egos, just got a new clown. Sean Charles Dunn, a 37-year-old Justice Department desk jockey, decided to spice up his Sunday night by throwing a “sub-style” sandwich, girlie-style, at a Customs and Border Protection agent. Yes, you heard that right, a sandwich. This isn't just a bad lunch break; it's a felony assault charge that got him canned faster than you can say "hold the mayo."

Attorney General Pam Bondi blasted out on social media: "This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ. You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement."

Dunn, who was some kind of international affairs specialist in the DOJ's criminal division, got the boot after his viral meltdown. His brother, Nearly Dunn, was unavailable for comment as he was on the commode.

A video caught the miscreant lawyer wagging his finger in an agent's face, calling him a "fascist," and hurling that fateful hoagie at the agent's chest. "Why are you here? I don't want you in my city!" he screamed, like he's the lord and master of the city. 

The creep tried to bolt but was quickly nabbed. Game over.

Now, let's talk context, because this isn't just about a rogue sandwich. This happened while D.C. was crawling with feds, thanks to Trump's weekend crime-fighting blitz, which the Democrats see as a threat to criminals. 

The White House rolled out a multiagency flood of uniformed officers, and by Monday, Trump was all in, announcing he's taking over D.C.'s police department and calling up 800 National Guard troops. He's out here claiming the city's a war zone, while local leaders are like, "Bro, violent crime's at a 30-year low. [if you don't count murder]. Check the stats."

Dunn being arrested by the, you know, fascists

Dunn's lawyer, Sabrina Shroff, kept her lips sealed after his court appearance, probably because what do you even say when your client's claim to fame is a viral Subway sandwich attack, a Jussie Smollett move in reverse? 

The affidavit paints a vivid picture: 11 p.m., Dunn storms up to CBP agents, gets in their face, and lets the bread fly. This was a performance in unjustified virtue signaling. And now, with Trump’s National Guard push and the city under a federal microscope, Dunn's little stunt is a footnote in a bigger story, one where D.C. is caught between a president flexing muscle and locals swearing the crime wave is a myth.

Illegal alien allegedly kidnaps, rapes 13-year-old girl

A 24-year-old illegal alien from Honduras is suspected of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in Louisiana. The coward surrendered to the Kenner Police Department on Wednesday. 

The scumcrumpet, Diego Rodriguez-Salvador is accused of holding the child at knifepoint while driving her to his trailer park abode and raping her, WDSU reported. 

Before Rodriguez-Salvador turned himself in to authorities in New Orleans, the police had requested the public's assistance in locating him. WDSU reported that the authorities initially faced challenges in tracking down the suspect because he is "undocumented," with Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley referring to him as "a ghost." By undocumented, it means that he entered the country illegally due to the current administration's failure to close the border or build a wall that former President Donald Trump promised and begun. In fact, the Biden-Harris administration removed part of the wall that was erected and sold it for parts.

“I’ve said it over and over again, it is a challenge for law enforcement across the whole country. When [illegal aliens] come into this country, they’re basically ghosts,” Chief Conley said at a news conference. “They disappear. We have no identifiers. It’s challenging to even identify them through any of our databases.”

This is exactly how the Democrats want it--they hope these illegal aliens will vote Democratic.

The 13-year-old victim told police that she previously knew Rodriguez-Salvador since he was one of her brother's friends. The girl said that Rodriguez-Salvador told her he was driving her to the store, but when she noticed he was driving in the wrong direction, she told authorities that the suspect pulled out a knife. After arriving at his trailer park home, Rodriguez-Salvador allegedly forced himself on the girl.

“Anybody that uses a knife and overpowers a 13-year-old girl to rape them and then flees, that’s a coward,” Conley said. He also said that it is unknown as to when this POS entered the United States. 

The fairly useless Department of Homeland Security is involved in the investigation.

Earlier this year, two men from Venezuela who were in the U.S. illegally were charged with the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston. Prosecutors claim that 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos "tricked" Nungaray into going "under a bridge." There, they reportedly "stayed with her for over two hours, took her pants off, tied her up, and killed her," then "threw her body into the bayou.

"Illegal immigration has become a top concern for voters heading into the 2024 election as Customs and Border Protection has reported record numbers of migrant encounters at the southern border under the Biden administration.
