Bombshell Memo Shows Biden Planned To Leave Trump With Even More Massive Immigration Crisis

In a shocking development that will stun only those who still believe the previous administration ever cared about borders or the word temporary, Sen. Eric Schmitt obtained a document showing the Biden White House planned protections for Guatemalans, Ecuadorians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans in a final desperate bid to hand President Trump an even bigger immigration clusterfrack.

The Supreme Court delivered a significant victory to President Trump's immigration policies ruling 6 to 3 that the administration can terminate Temporary Protected Status for Haitian and Syrian migrants. Fox News Legal Editor Kerri Urbahn highlights the majority opinion.

A newly uncovered Biden White House memo from the administration's final days revealed plans that could have expanded Temporary Protected Status to more than 3 million illegal aliens while acknowledging that previous court challenges had blocked many of President Donald Trump's efforts to end the protections.

TPS is meant for foreign populations experiencing crises like political unrest or natural disasters and while Trump has tried to end the temporary provisions for Haitians, Nepalese, Salvadorans, and Sudanese people lawsuits from pro migrant advocates have halted most attempts.

"My investigation uncovered that the Lame Duck Biden White House tried to keep millions of illegal aliens in our country by abusing the 'Temporary' Protected Status program," Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) who acquired the memo told Fox News Digital on Friday. "After the American people voted for President Trump’s promise to end the TPS scam, the Biden administration tried to subvert the will of the American people. This was mass amnesty-by-decree. America is for Americans, and it is our home—it is not a permanent refugee camp," he said.

The memo argued that "granting TPS will potentially protect many vulnerable people from President-elect Trump's planned mass deportations... They argue that these protections are likely to hold in court, and they are prepared to litigate efforts to terminate or slow down the implementation of TPS for specified nations by the Trump Administration."

In other words the outgoing team decided the best parting gift for the nation that just rejected them was to load up the country with millions more people and then dare the new president to try cleaning it up through years of activist court battles.

"[P]rior federal litigation brought by advocates during the first Trump administration was successful in halting [its] efforts to terminate TPS, though that was due in large part to [its] failure to produce a factual record in support of termination, which is something that could be rectified," the memo went on. Schmitt said he obtained the memo from Archivist of the United States Edward Forst through his authority as chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution.

"Biden tried to turn TPS into a 3.1-million-person deportation shield, protect Tren de Aragua members, and trap President Trump in years of litigation," he said, adding the move directly betrayed the will of the people who ousted liberal Democrats from power the prior election."

The most disturbing part, Biden's ‘Senior Advisors’ recommended "he create 2.1 million NEW TPS designees in the last few weeks of his presidency, despite admitting TPS applications take 6 months," Schmitt added. "Luckily, that never happened and we have been deporting Ecuadorians and Guatemalans."

Schmitt noted that one week after the January 2025 memo which he said was erroneously dated 2024, Biden extended TPS protections for nearly 1 million noncitizens meaning its transmission still led to a concrete mass migration action. Because when the American people demand an end to the scam, if you're on the left, you simply ignore them and stamp another million temporary forever statuses just for good measure.

The memo reminded Biden he gave TPS protections to Afghans, Cameroonians ,Ethiopians, people from Burma, Lebanese, Ukrainians, and Venezuelan, nationals and repeatedly extended protections for Haitians. Apparently temporary means until the next Democrat is ready to extend it again.

"The previous Administration unsuccessfully attempted to terminate TPS designations for Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti, El Salvador, Nepal, and Honduras. Courts issued preliminary injunctions blocking the Trump Administration's actions," it read. "Your administration took actions to resolve this litigation by either re-designating Haiti or rescinding the terminations."

The memo noted that Trump had said during the 2024 campaign he intended to revoke TPS protections for Haitians and predicted his incoming administration would likely seek to rescind additional TPS designations. How dare Trump try to enforce the temporary part of Temporary Protected Status.

A chart in the memo estimated potential new TPS eligibility for roughly 1.5 million Guatemalans 600,000 Ecuadorians 464,000 Nicaraguans 455,000 Venezuelans and smaller populations from Ukraine Sudan and Afghanistan figures Schmitt said totaled more than 3.1 million people. Just a modest little expansion of the permanent temporary refugee program.

The memo said Biden’s senior team had also received requests for varying types of new TPS related actions before Trump would take office from Sens. Michael Bennet (D-CO), Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Richard "Dick" Durbin (D-IL), Mazie Hirono (D-HA), Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM), Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), and Alex Padilla (D CA).

"In addition, some stakeholders are requesting that your Administration designate nationals from new countries, most notably Ecuador and Guatemala, for TPS," it stated. While the proposals outlined in the memo were never fully implemented the document offers a rare glimpse into the immigration options Biden advisers presented as Trump prepared to return to the White House promising mass deportations.

In classic fashion the outgoing team nearly succeeded in turning America into an even larger permanent refugee camp and then dared anyone to notice that temporary somehow always means forever. a shocking development that will stun only those who still believe the previous administration ever cared about borders or the word temporary.

Sen. Eric Schmitt obtained a document showing the Biden White House planned protections for Guatemalans, Ecuadorians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans in a final desperate bid to hand President Trump an even bigger immigration mess.

The Supreme Court delivered a significant victory to President Trump's immigration policies ruling 6 to 3 that the administration can terminate Temporary Protected Status for Haitian and Syrian migrants. A newly uncovered Biden White House memo from the administration's final days revealed plans that could have expanded Temporary Protected Status to more than 3 million noncitizens while acknowledging that previous court challenges had blocked many of President Donald Trump's efforts to end the protections.

TPS is meant for foreign populations experiencing crises like political unrest or natural disasters and while Trump has tried to end the temporary provisions for Haitians, Nepalese, Salvadorans, and Sudanese people lawsuits from pro migrant advocates have halted most attempts. Because nothing says temporary quite like inviting the entire third world to move in forever and then suing anyone who notices.

Illegal alien with multiple deportations allegedly shoved 83-year-old veteran onto subway tracks

An illegal alien who'd been deported four times allegedly shoved an 83-year-old Air Force veteran and another rider onto a New York City subway track on Sunday.

The Department of Homeland Security issued a blistering news release on Thursday, titled, “DHS Calls Upon Sanctuary New York to Honor Detainer Against Career Criminal Illegal Alien.”

“The Department of Homeland Security announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested New York authorities not release Bairon Posada-Herandez, a four-time deported illegal alien from Honduras with a lengthy criminal history who was arrested after allegedly shoving two men onto the New York City subway tracks on Sunday, March 8,” the release began.

“One of the victims, a 30-year-old man, reportedly is in stable condition while the other, an 83-year-old Air Force veteran, remains in critical condition.”

The veteran, identified as New York resident Richard Williams, got help from his fellow victim, per the New York Post.

Jhon Pena, 30, who was also pushed onto the Upper East Side tracks, ignored his own injuries and helped get Williams to safety “with only seconds to spare,” the newspaper reported.

Williams suffered severe injuries in the attack and was “brain dead,” according to the report. Still, his daughter Debbie was extremely grateful for Pena’s quick thinking and heroism.

“He helped my dad get out of there,” Debbie Williams told the newspaper. “The first guy that got pushed is the guy who assisted my father off the tracks with everybody else. What can you say about New Yorkers?”

She did, however, tell the New York Post that her father, who just celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary, may not live.

“My father is not doing well at all,” she explained. “There is no change — It does not look promising.”

In the wake of this outrage, DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis didn't hold back against the “sanctuary politicians.”

“Bairon Posada-Herandez is a serial criminal and four-time deported illegal alien from Honduras who should never have been able to walk our streets and harm innocent Americans,” she said in the news release.

“We are praying for the victims and their families. DHS is calling upon New York sanctuary politicians to commit to this ICE detainer and not release this heinous criminal back into New York communities.”

Posada-Hernandez was arrested Tuesday at a Brooklyn homeless shelter, the New York Post reported.

The same day, ICE slapped a detainer on the Honduran national, according to DHS.Posada-Hernandez first entered the United States back on Jan. 2, 2008, and was deported four separate times, the most recent of which was in 2020, per the DHS news release.

It was not clear when he snuck back into the country again.

His criminal history is extensive and includes 15 prior charges for crimes such as domestic violence, obstruction of police, simple assault, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, and drug possession, according to the news release.

“In February, there were more than 7,110 aliens in custody across the state of New York with an active detainer,” the release stated.

“The crimes of these aliens include 148 homicides, 717 assaults, 134 burglaries, 106 robberies, 235 dangerous drugs offenses, 152 weapons offenses, and 260 sexual predatory offenses.”

This is the predictable result of sanctuary policies that prioritize criminals over citizens, letting repeat offenders like this walk free to terrorize innocents, including a heroic veteran who served his country. New York’s leaders need to stop protecting these individuals and start honoring detainers before more lives are ruined.

Migrant child saved from sex offender by feds: Trump cleans up Biden's mess

It is a crime to smuggle illegal aliens into this country, and particularly horrendous to expose a child to untold dangers.

Last month, a lone little girl popped out of the brush along the Rio Grande in Hidalgo, Texas, and basically turned herself in to the Border Patrol.

She told the agents she was on her way to Chugaik, Alaska, to live with her sponsor, a guy named Douglas Price.

Turns out Price is a 44-year-old registered sex offender, per the Department of Justice. He allegedly coughed up $5,000 from his business to pay smugglers to haul the child and her mother across the border. People like him need to be neutered.

The girl got separated from Mom before the crossing and was wandering alone until our guys scooped her up. Dodged a nightmare bullet, thanks to the Trump administration finally getting serious about vetting sponsors for unaccompanied alien children. You know, basic adult supervision stuff the last crew apparently thought was optional.

"This man allegedly paid smugglers to bring an illegal alien child and mother to this country, and in doing so, the child ended up alone during the dangerous journey," Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said.

"Under POTUS, vetting of sponsors for unaccompanied alien children is as strong as ever, and federal partners found this 'sponsor' to be unfit. It is a crime to smuggle illegal aliens into this country, and particularly horrendous to expose a child to untold dangers. Working with our federal partners, we will continue to uphold the law and in doing so, keep children from potential harm, Blanche added.

The Trump team has been quietly fixing what the Biden folks turned into a revolving door of horror stories, beefing up sponsor checks while hunting down the roughly 320,000 kids that last administration somehow "lost track of." Lost track. Sure. Handed off to gang members, sex traffickers, and labor exploiters in some cases, but hey, intentions were pure or whatever.

Back then, HHS geniuses would make a "simple phone call" and glance at an email photo before shipping a kid off to whoever claimed them. Groundbreaking child welfare right there.

Now sponsors and household adults get real background checks. Proof of income required. If you're claiming to be a relative, bring the DNA test. Homeland Security meets you in person, HHS does home visits. Novel concepts like "not winging it."

So far, they've tracked down 145,000 of those missing kids, White House border czar Tom Homan said recently. Not bad for a group that actually cares.

Price got slapped with charges for conspiracy to bring aliens to the United States and encouraging aliens to come to, enter, or reside in the country. If convicted, he could do up to a decade in the gray-bar hotel and kiss a $250,000 fine goodbye.

The girl and her mom left Honduras with a smuggler in tow. Mom told her that Price would sponsor her and help with "obtaining her U.S. citizenship," court documents say.

The kid told Homeland Security investigators that Price sent money to Mom to cover the smugglers.

He funneled roughly $5,000 from his outfit, Black Bear Construction, straight to a phone number the smugglers gave them. Real subtle and not very smart.

If you enjoy  Brain Flushings and would like to subscribe or Buy Me a Coffee, and check out the sponsors on this page, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work and my coffee drinking habit. No pressure and subscribing is free.

He even sent selfies to the mother and kept asking about the daughter's "status." Somewhere along the trail, Mom and daughter got split up.

Mom crossed less than a week after the girl made it alone. She told agents she'd known Price for about four years from working together in hotel remodeling. She also did housekeeping for him and babysat his kids.

And promised to pay him back "by working for him."

Yeah, nothing sketchy about any of that. Glad someone's finally treating this like the felony pipeline it is instead of a feel-good open-door policy.

Illegal alien charged with town's first "stranger rape" in a dozen years, days after his release from jail

Herndon, Virginia -- Officers arrested Denis Humberto Navarette Romero, 31, Monday on charges of intent to defile and rape. Romero is an illegal alien from Honduras. He was charged with raping a woman on a hiking trail outside the nation's capital merely days after being released from jail ON ANOTHER SEX CRIME CHARGE!

This is the first sexual assault by a stranger in the town for more than 12 years, authorities say.

“This is the only stranger rape that we have had in the town in my more than 12 years as chief of police,” said Herndon, Virginia, police chief Maggie DeBoard in a press conference Tuesday.

Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin blasted local officials for letting this garbage of a human being, a serial sexual scumquat, be released back into the community rather than turning him over to ICE for deportation.

“I am heartsick for this victim and outraged that local Fairfax County officials recklessly release violent illegal immigrants who should have been prosecuted and deported,” the Governor told The New York Post.

“This is a dereliction of their most basic duty to keep people safe. Prioritizing violent illegal immigrants over the safety of Fairfax residents is unacceptable,” he continued — adding that Virginia is not a sanctuary state.

The illegal alien is a Honduran national residing in the US illegally, with a rap sheet dates back years, according to Herndon police. He was released from jail just four days prior to his arrest Monday at the Washington and Old Dominion Trail about 25 miles west of the capital.

He was freed on Nov. 14 after serving just half his 50-day indecent exposure sentence due to “good behavior,” authorities said. In other words, while in jail, he didn't expose himself to Bubba and the gang, nor did he attempt to rape an inmate--he simply bided his time.

The victim, who cops say didn’t know her attacker before the assault, was on the busy walking trail when he allegedly grabbed her arm, forced her to the ground and raped her just before 9 p.m. Monday.

After a bystander called for help, police arrived to the scene and arrested Romero within minutes.

DeBoard, the police chief, told reporters Romero has a history of sexual assaults in town and the surrounding area, but hey, that's no big deal. After all, he's a guest in our country and we need to treat him with respect and give him another chance. After all, what are the chances that he'll sexually assault someone DeBoard knows?

DeBoard told reporters this is the first incident of stranger rape she’s seen in her 12 years as the town’s top cop. "What is disturbing is the number of times this individual has been arrested and released," she told reporters. "He has continued to reoffend and his behavior has escalated to a rape in a very public area."

Yes, Romero set a new record in the town and his sex crime spree only began in 2018 when the very same Herndon PD received a report that he fondled a 14-year-old child. That triggered a Fairfax County sex crimes investigation, which uncovered that he’d also exposed himself to a 10-year-old and 13-year-old the year prior, per police records obtained by the Washington Post.

But hey, at least he didn't do it to any child of the town officials.

One woman, Jennifer DePugh, told Fox 5 DC that this illegal alien exposed himself to her while she was walking her dog in Northern Virginia last month.

Jennifer DePugh

"He kept coming trying to grab my dog. Then he was trying to come after me he was saying stuff. He didn’t speak English and then all of a sudden he started pulling his stuff [most likely his penis] out," Pugh told the local outlet. "I said ‘there’s Ring cameras all around, you know’ and he didn’t care."

The human excrement is now being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center as he awaits a preliminary hearing.

“It’s frustrating because I tell the community you should feel safe here and I do believe they are safe here, I truly do, but when you have cases like this, I look at this and see some part of the system… if it was all working together, if there was a way to make it work, this never would have happened,” DeBoard said, adding that no single party to the process is to blame.

Gov. Youngkin reminded the public that Romero and his ilk aren't going to get out of jail so easily once Trump is in office in 2025.

“When President Trump takes office, the political posturing will end and localities will cooperate with ICE to protect Virginians,” Youngkin said.

Once politicians are directly affected by the policies they support, the policies will change. Trump will directly affect these leftists.

Illegal alien allegedly kidnaps, rapes 13-year-old girl

A 24-year-old illegal alien from Honduras is suspected of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in Louisiana. The coward surrendered to the Kenner Police Department on Wednesday.

The scumcrumpet, Diego Rodriguez-Salvador is accused of holding the child at knifepoint while driving her to his trailer park abode and raping her, WDSU reported.

Before Rodriguez-Salvador turned himself in to authorities in New Orleans, the police had requested the public's assistance in locating him. WDSU reported that the authorities initially faced challenges in tracking down the suspect because he is "undocumented," with Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley referring to him as "a ghost." By undocumented, it means that he entered the country illegally due to the current administration's failure to close the border or build a wall that former President Donald Trump promised and begun. In fact, the Biden-Harris administration removed part of the wall that was erected and sold it for parts.

“I’ve said it over and over again, it is a challenge for law enforcement across the whole country. When [illegal aliens] come into this country, they’re basically ghosts,” Chief Conley said at a news conference. “They disappear. We have no identifiers. It’s challenging to even identify them through any of our databases.”

This is exactly how the Democrats want it--they hope these illegal aliens will vote Democratic.

The 13-year-old victim told police that she previously knew Rodriguez-Salvador since he was one of her brother's friends. The girl said that Rodriguez-Salvador told her he was driving her to the store, but when she noticed he was driving in the wrong direction, she told authorities that the suspect pulled out a knife. After arriving at his trailer park home, Rodriguez-Salvador allegedly forced himself on the girl.

“Anybody that uses a knife and overpowers a 13-year-old girl to rape them and then flees, that’s a coward,” Conley said. He also said that it is unknown as to when this POS entered the United States.

The fairly useless Department of Homeland Security is involved in the investigation.

Earlier this year, two men from Venezuela who were in the U.S. illegally were charged with the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston. Prosecutors claim that 21-year-old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos "tricked" Nungaray into going "under a bridge." There, they reportedly "stayed with her for over two hours, took her pants off, tied her up, and killed her," then "threw her body into the bayou.

"Illegal immigration has become a top concern for voters heading into the 2024 election as Customs and Border Protection has reported record numbers of migrant encounters at the southern border under the Biden administration.

Kamala Hahaharris to attend inauguration of socialist anti-Semite Honduran president elsewhere

President Vice President Kamala Hahaharris is heading to Honduras because it isn't the United States and there's a party going on for the inauguration of the anti-Semitic socialist president-elect of Xiomara Castro on Thursday.

Castro, [aka Xi] won the country's highest office running on the socialist platform.

Since Castro won the election, Hahaharris  has been communicating with her on a regular basis, taking a call last December to "deepen the partnership between the United States and Honduras," according to her socialist spokesperson Sabrina Singh.

The delegation will include U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Samantha Power and Rep. Raul Ruiz, (D-CA), among others, the Communist News Network (CNN) reported.

Castro is the first leader in Honduran history — a very conservative nation — to be elected on a socialist platform and will also be the first woman to hold the role. And as a person of XY chromosomes, she is viewed by Hahaharris as a victim as well as a president.

Also raising eyebrows is Castro’s husband, former Honduran President Mel Zelaya, a wealthy landowner in the country who was deposed from his presidency by a military coup in 2009. Ironically, as a socialist, Zelaya did not share his land nor his wealth with the proletariat--perhaps he forgot.

Zelaya was ousted after trying to mimic the policies of Venezuelan socialist President Hugo Chavez. He was also a close ally with Cuban dictator, Fidel Castro and while all were individually wealthy, they never shared their own fortunes but wanted everyone else to share theirs and be equally as poor as the next guy. That's how socialism works.

Zelaya was Castro’s campaign manager.

Zelaya also claimed that he was being tortured by Israeli mercenaries via high-frequency radiation because they had nothing better to do.

Castro’s running mate, First Vice President-elect Salvador Nasralla, also totes some serious baggage as well, having made past anti-Semitic comments about Jews and Israel.

What a great goy.

Disease at our border--an inconvenient fact for liberals

Over 2,000 migrants in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody have been quarantined due to an outbreak of mumps and other diseases, and this number has spiked over the last year. For the previous two years, ICE had not encountered even one case of mumps among the detainee population.

"As of March 7, 2019, there was a total of 2,287 detainees cohorted for exposure to a detainee with a contagious condition," said ICE spokesperson Brendan Raedy in a statement.

In the past year, there have been health investigations at 51 ICE detention facilities for mumps, chickenpox and influenza, according to Raedy. There have been 236 reported cases of mumps, with another 16 suspected cases during this time period.

Mumps is a contagious virus typically spread through saliva and mucus. Symptoms include fever, muscle aches, loss of appetite and puffiness around the cheeks and jaw from swollen salivary glands.

Last year, there were 423 people documented with influenza and 461 people with chickenpox in ICE custody, according to the agency.

But from January 2016 to February 2018, there were zero notifications of mumps, and only 73 of chickenpox and 34 of influenza, indicating a serious increase and what one can categorize a crisis.

"ICE takes very seriously the health, safety and welfare of those in our care. ICE is committed to ensuring the welfare of all those in the agency's custody, including providing access to necessary and appropriate medical care," Raedy said in a statement.

Since October, 186 Texas detainees across the state contracted mumps ranging in age from 13 to 66 years old. "They should be in isolation," Dr. David Persse of Houston's public health authority said. "To some degree, this is foreseeable, because you're bringing a lot of people and housing them in tight spaces for long periods," he added.

In December, CBP mandated secondary medical reviews of all children, after two Guatemalan children died after being in Border Protection custody.

The deaths of a 7-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy in CBP custody in December drew fierce criticism with Democrats and a number of immigrant-rights groups dramatically claimed the agency has blood on its hands.

ICE said that comprehensive medical care is provided to everyone in custody, including access to nurses, physicians, and to 24-hour emergency care.

Illegal aliens who cross the border are usually transferred from Border Protection custody to ICE custody for further processing or release.

For some reason [LOL] the left fails to make the connection between our border crisis and the huge measles and infectious disease outbreak the nation has been experiencing.

For example, a recent article from Reuters ("Mumps, other outbreaks force U.S. detention centers to quarantine over 2,000 migrants") failed to make the obvious connection, although it spoke in explicit detail about detained aliens who were quarantined because of exposure to vaccine-preventable diseases. The key paragraph in that article (from my perspective) states:
ICE health officials have been notified of 236 confirmed or probable cases of mumps among detainees in 51 facilities in the past 12 months, compared to no cases detected between January 2016 and February 2018. Last year, 423 detainees were determined to have influenza and 461 to have chicken pox. All three diseases are largely preventable by vaccine.
Unfortunately, the article doesn't focus on whether most or any of those detainees had mumps, influenza, or chicken pox at the time that they were taken into custody.

That would appear to be kind of, you know, important.

Instead, the article focuses on the response of ICE to those potentially exposed to those diseases and the effect of quarantines on the ability of those detainees to appear in court.
In FY 2018, the Yuma, Arizona sector [of the Border Patrol] incurred over $700,000 in medical care costs to cover 1,700 aliens who were apprehended and who had to be transported to the hospital.

If this isn't a border crisis as well as a public health crisis, then what is?

The changing demographic of migrants who are illegally entering the United States, (unaccompanied alien children [UAC]) and "family units" from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador,  heightens the danger that such diseases will make their way to this country. [I use scare quotes for "family units" due to the fact that in many cases, there are no familial ties between the adults and children crossing the border.]

A recent article in the Washington Times, "Number of sick kids soars at border; tuberculosis, flu, infections land migrants in hospitals" states:
Border authorities are referring 50 people a day for urgent medical care, including tuberculosis, flu and even pregnant women about to give birth, a top official said Monday, saying it’s unlike anything they’ve ever seen before.
Most of those in need of care are children, and a staggering 28 percent are under age 5, having been dragged along for the trip by parents who in many cases are hoping to use the children as a shield against speedy deportation from the U.S.

This article was written after the two children [mentioned above] died in U.S. border agent custody.

CBP Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said most of those who needed help were already sick when they arrived at the border, and some appear to have made the initial decision to leave their country in spite of being sick at the time.

“Many were ill before they departed their homes,” McAleenan said. “We’re talking about cases of pneumonia, tuberculosis, parasites. These are not things that developed urgently in a matter of days.”

Now there's a new trend in the traffic coming from Central America. Smugglers are using commercial buses that take under a week for illegal aliens to get to the border, far faster than the month it used to take by walking and hitching rides. This makes it easier for the sick people to make the journey. McAleenan said the faster trips provides "confidence for parents to bring younger children."

We have a real crisis at the border and it's multifaceted.

It isn't just about illegal aliens sneaking into our country, taking our jobs, doing criminal activities, and using our tax dollars from our entitlements to which they never contributed. They are also bringing communicable diseases and we need to have better control of this for the protection of our own people. To deny this problem is to deny the facts of the reality.

Another caravan preparing to attack the southern border

The Washington Post "fact-checkers" checking the facts are not checking off the box that asks if the migrant situation is getting worse because, let's face it, we're talking about the leftist Washington Post," the paper now preferred by Mitt Romney.

"Another migrant caravan is forming in Honduras, with plans to set out next week on a journey that will once again test the immigration policies of Mexico and the United States," the Washington Post reported.

The Post notes that, as with the previous caravan, a flier was "circulating on Honduran social media" announcing the plan to form a new group to head north. The flier provides the location where the new caravan is gathering — San Pedro Sula, a city close to the northern Honduran border — and says the group will set out at 5 a.m. on Jan. 15. "We're looking for refuge," the flier reads. "In Honduras, we are being killed."

Which may be partially true, but it's also possible and fairly likely that those who are doing some of the killing are in the caravan coming here. We have no foolproof way of knowing this for a fact, but we have plenty of Democratic fools in Washington who don't care about facts.

The Mexican government is now preparing for the new caravan's arrival at the southern border with Guatemala, interior minister Olga Sánchez Cordero said Monday at a press conference.

After having failed to stop thousands of migrants from illegally crossing into the country last year, Sánchez Cordero said this time they plan to more effectively lock down the border, in part by placing guards at 370 potential crossing points, the Post reports.

Like many in the previous caravan, which included around 7,000 migrants, the Honduran migrants who manage to make it into Mexico and to its northern border to apply for asylum in the U.S. will likely end up finding themselves having to wait in Mexico while their applications are processed, thanks to a deal between the Trump administration and Mexican government in order to keep asylum seekers south of the border during the process.

Though most of the migrants from the previous caravan have found themselves stuck in Mexico, the Post notes that down in Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, "there is a widespread perception that the earlier group succeeded."

This is what's known as "propaganda," folks.

With pressure over the government shutdown mounting, President Trump gave his first national address from the Oval Office Tuesday on the "growing humanitarian and security crisis at our southern border," a situation further inflamed by the migrant caravan late last year.

The press went into what they called "fact checking" mode, which merely indicates what their interpretation of the facts are and discarding facts that don't matter to them.

"Every day, Customs and Border Patrol agents encounter thousands of illegal immigrants trying to enter our country," the President said. "We are out of space to hold them and we have no way to promptly return them back home to their country. America proudly welcomes millions of lawful immigrants who enrich our society and contribute to our nation, but all Americans are hurt by uncontrolled illegal migration. It strains public resources and drives down jobs and wages. Among those hardest hit are African Americans and Hispanic Americans."

The latter statement is a fact that the media doesn't mention. As we take in more and more low-skilled labor, those with jobs in this area will either have to accept less pay or find another low-skilled job, if they can.

What we need now is for Jim Acosta to go down to the border wall again, and show the nation just how great walls work.

Illegal aliens demand reparations from U.S. consulate in Tijuana

Reparations: the making of amends for the wrong one has done, by paying money to, or otherwise helping those who have been wronged--the Online Dictionary.

We did nothing wrong or illegal--they did.

Two groups of Central American migrants trying to enter the United States illegally, made separate marches on the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana Tuesday. They have the audacity to demand they be processed through the asylum system more quickly and in greater numbers. They want all deportations be halted, as if they have the authority to make such a demand.

But the best part is they demand President Trump either let them into the country or pay them $50,000 each to go home.

They demand? A better word is blackmail.

I believe that all Democratic politicians against building a wall, should be made to fork over the $50 thousand to each of them. Pelosi can afford it, and Chucky Schumer and his giant nostrils can sponsor a few of them along with Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Alexandria Occasional-Cortex, the staff at CNN and MSNBC along with the rest of the party.

On the one-month anniversary of their arrival into Tijuana, caravan members are pressing and demanding the United States take action, but they are dwindling in numbers since more than 6,000 first arrived to the city’s shelters.

Approximately 700 have voluntarily returned to their country of origin, 300 have been deported, and 2,500 have applied for humanitarian visas in Mexico, according to Xochtil Castillo, a caravan member who met with Mexican officials Tuesday. The group of unaccounted migrants, about 3,500 are presumed to have either crossed illegally into the United States, moved to other Mexican border cities, or simply fallen through the cracks.
First we cut you, then we sue you
The first group demanding action, numbering about 100, arrived at the U.S. Consulate at about 11 am Tuesday. The migrants said they were demanding that the Trump Administration pay them $50,000 each or allow them into the U.S.

Demanded.

When asked how the group came up with the $50,000 figure, organizer Alfonso Guerrero Ulloa of Honduras, said they made that number up as a group "onnaconna it sounded like a lot of dinero, man."

The group’s letter criticized American intervention in Central America, but not the part where we sent them tons of money. They gave the U.S. Consulate 72 hours to respond. They said they had not decided what to do if their demands were not met, but some of them were carrying dull machetes and Honduran flags.

“I don’t know, we will decide as a group,” Ulloa said.

The second letter, delivered around 1:20 p.m., came from a separate group of caravan members asking for the U.S. to speed up the asylum process. Specifically, the group asked U.S. immigration officials to admit up to 300 asylum seekers at the San Ysidro Port of Entry each day.

They decided on this number by flipping a peso.

Currently, officials admit between 40 and 100 asylum seekers. The group of migrants say the slow pace violates American and international laws that call for an immediate process, and places vulnerable migrants at risk.

Border agents arrest MS-13 convicted killer traveling with caravan

If you look closely, you can see his
spark of divinity
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials said that an MS-13 gang member traveling with the caravan of migrants who are attempting to gain illegal entry into the U.S. has been caught.

Jose Villalobos-Jobel, 29, admitted to law enforcement that he was a Honduran citizen and an "active gang member" of the MS-13 criminal organization. He also admitted to traveling with the caravan from Central America, in spite of the leftists' claims that there are no criminals in the caravan.

He was being held pending a repatriation hearing.

Chief Border Patrol agent of the San Diego sector Rodney Scott said that the situation at the border is "getting worse."

Border Patrol agents arrested a gang member and a newly released convicted murder last weekend, both said to have traveled to the border with the migrant caravan.

CBP officials reported that the first apprehension occurred on Saturday at 6:09 p.m., after agents were alerted to a man trying to enter the U.S.  east of the Calexico Port of Entry.

The second arrest came several hours later, when border agents noticed three people trying to cross the border illegally east of the San Ysidro Port of Entry.

CPB said that while interviewing the men in custody, agents discovered that one of the scumwafers,  46-year-old Miguel Angel Ramirez, was released from a prison in Honduras four months earlier and had been held there for a murder conviction. The information was obtained by the San Diego Sector Border Patrol's Foreign Operations Branch from the Honduran Consulate in Los Angeles.

Ramirez, who claimed to be traveling with the caravan, had been serving ten years for homicide and three years for robbery.

This apparently is the Honduran's way of getting rid of their garbage.

The other two men, 22 and 38, were also arrested and are currently awaiting deportation proceedings.

Report: about a third of migrant caravan sick with HIV, TB, and chickenpox

Of the approximate 6,000 migrants gathered in Tijuana, Mexico, just south of our border near San Diego, over a third of them [2,267] are being treated for various illnesses such as serious respiratory infections, tuberculosis, chickenpox, and serious illnesses such as HIV, a spokesman for the Tijuana Health Department told Fox News.

Thousands of migrants diddy bopped and hitchhiked from Central America to the U.S. border over the last six weeks, spreading their germs all over the place. Three cases of TB have been confirmed, four cases of HIV/AIDS and four separate cases of chickenpox, the spokesman said.

No less than 101 migrants have lice and multiple instances of skin infections, the department’s data shows. It's suspected one may even have a case of the "Willies" and another with the "Creeping Crud."

And just for the heck of it, there’s also a threat of Hepatitis outbreak due to unsanitary conditions, the spokesman said.

The thousands of migrants are being sheltered at the Benito Juarez Sports Complex near the San Ysidro U.S.-Mexico Port of Entry, despite the place being capable of providing for 1,000 people and only has 35 portable toilets.

Benito Pablo Juárez Garcia (B. March 21, 1806; D. July 18, 1872) was a lawyer, a judge and former president of Mexico. Originally of Zapotec origin from Oaxaca, he was as poor as a church mouse, coming from a rural, indigenous background then who later became a well-educated politician and married a socially prominent woman of Oaxaca, City, Margarita Maza.

The mayor of Tijuana said Tuesday that the city can't afford to help the migrants that are there. “We won’t compromise the resources of the residents of Tijuana,” Juan Manuel Gastelum said during a press conference. He noted that the city is spending about $30,000 a day to house and care for these people, many of whom are ungrateful and have complained about the beans. “We won’t raise taxes tomorrow to pay for today’s problem[o].”

Hundreds of migrants stormed the U.S.-Mexico border on Sunday, and the U.S. Border Patrol's top San Diego agent said they shoved women and children to the front of the mob to use as human shields, much like Hamas does in the Gaza Strip in order to win sympathy with the public.

"What we saw over and over yesterday was that the group – the caravan, as we call them – would push women and children to the front, and then begin, basically, rocking our agents,” Chief Patrol Agent Rodney Scott said in a Comedy News Network interview.

"Several agents were actually struck by rocks," Scott said, adding that three were injured.

And President Trump's warning that the caravan included violent criminals was proven true, too, making Jim Acosta look like a narcissistic fool.

"You're going to find MS-13, you're going to find Middle Eastern, you're going to find everything," Trump said last week.

"U.S. Border Patrol agents have arrested a member of the infamous Salvadoran MS-13 gang who admitted to authorities that he traveled with a caravan of Central American migrants who were hoping to qualify for asylum in America," National Review's Mairead McArdle reported.

The member of the notoriously brutal MS-13, which is responsible for numerous violent murders in the U.S. over the last thirty years, is 29-year-old Jose Villalobos-Jobel, a Honduran national scumcrumpet who was arrested Saturday evening in U.S. territory east of the Calexico Port of Entry, apparently preparing, or perhaps considering to kill puppies with his machete.

He admitted to agents that he traveled with the caravan with the intention of entering the country illegally.

Hopefully all the sick migrants will make a complete and speedy recovery and go back to their native countries.

Caravan-related violence in U.S.reported

The first major incident of caravan/migrant-related violence occurred Saturday when a Honduran man threw rocks at Border Patrol agents in an attempt to avoid being arrested in Arizona.

The 31-year-old, whom authorities didn’t name, climbed a tree in an attempt to avoid capture, then the idiot lit the tree on fire and began to throw rocks at the agents and a helicopter called in to help track him.

Neither the agents nor the helicopter were hit by the projectiles because it's hard being accurate when you're stuck in a tree.

The man was soon arrested, and agents said he admitted he was part of the migrant caravan that had been in the news. Law enforcement said he had previous arrests in the U.S. and had been deported in June.

A local fire department was called in to extinguish the tree fire.

Homeland Security officials estimate that about 10,500 caravan migrants have been massing on the Mexican side of the U.S.-Mexican border in the past weeks.

While the liberal press shows mostly images of the caravan's women and children, U.S. authorities say a majority of members are single adults, predominantly men, from Central America. That implies the Honduran rock-throwing, tree-burning claims of caravan membership plausible.

President Trump last month had specifically warned of the danger of rock-throwing by caravan members, and had said agents should treat rock-throwers as if they were using firearms. Fortunately for this uninformed cretin, nobody used lethal force.

Indeed, rock-throwing, or “rocking” incidents, as they’re known to agents, can be violent encounters, often involving small boulders hefted at agents or their vehicles with enough force to shatter bones or dent trucks.

U.S. officials have been worried about caravan-related violence since watching thousands of people bust through Mexico’s southern border, scrapping with Mexican police who’d been sent to the border in an effort to prevent them from entering.

It’s not known why the Honduran man broke off from the rest of the caravans to attempt to enter on his own. Maybe he simply needed to wiz and got separated from the pack.

Most of caravan ready to salir de Mexico City

Mexico City -- About 4,000 migrants who began the caravan in Central America, are getting ready to leave a stadium in southern Mexico City early Saturday and begin the longest, most dangerous leg of their journey to the U.S. border, which they hope to cross illegally. President Trump is not happy about this.

The bulk of the caravan will bring up the rear of those roughly 900 migrants who left Mexico City on Friday. Many were antsy to get going after having spent most of the week in the sports complex.

"Vamonos, vamonos," shouted Eddy Rivera, a 37-year-old 'skinny-as-a-peso' migrant from Honduras who said in Spanish that he couldn't take staying in the camp any longer. [It is quite likely that Eddy suffers from Generalized Anxiety Disorder due to his chronic impatience.]

"We are all sick from the humidity and the cold," Rivera said, pissing off the global warming supporters of the movement. Eddy left behind his wife and four children in order to find a better life for himself. "We have to get going we have to get to Tijuana," he shouted, again in Spanish.

Rivera is a highly unskilled farmworker whose knowledge of farming is similar to that of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's knowledge of economics and Israel.

He worries that he won't be allowed in the United States but says he has a simple dream: he's walking down the road and a frog talks to him and says, "Hola Eddy. ¿Que pasa." The frog then tells him about a farm down the road that's looking to hire illegal migrants to work the manure spreader and kill rats in the silo.

Rivera also hopes to return to Honduras and join back up with his wife and four kids back in Puerto Cortes, Honduras.

Many of the migrants plan to jump turnstiles in the subway and grab a ride to the northern part of Mexico City and then head on to Queretaro, followed by Guadalajara, Culiacan and Hermosillo, until they arrive in Tijuana near the U.S. border, said Nashieli Ramirez, director of Mexico's Human Rights Commission. According to Ramirez [whose gender is unclear to me as I never took Spanish in colegio] fully 90 percent of the 4,000 migrants still in Mexico City will depart before dawn Saturday and 400 have decided to stay in Mexico. [Give those 400 a prize, Dana.]

For many migrants, this will be their introduction to a metro system. They also have virtually no knowledge of the city or the 1,741 mile route to Tijuana that lies in store. Drug cartels and gangs operate all over the northern part of Mexico and Ramirez said that along the route, state human rights commissions would form a "chain of protection" for the caravan, because they aren't afraid of the cartels or gangs because like the migrants, this would be their introduction to violence if the cartels are in the mood.

Felix Rodriguez, 35, of Choluteca, Honduras spent over a week at the sport complex. "We all want to get moving," he said, but he was waiting for the main group to saddle up Saturday because "it is better to leave in a group, because leaving in small bunches is dangerous."

A previous caravan in the spring decided on the longer route to Tijuana for safety reasons. That caravan had dwindled down to only 200 or so people by the time they reached the border.

Mexico offered refuge, asylum or work visas to the migrants. The Mexican government said 2,697 temporary visas had been issued to individuals and families to cover them while they wait for the 45-day application process for a more permanent status. Last Wednesday, a bus from Mexico City returned 37 people to their countries of origin.

President Trump has deployed over 5,000 military troops to the border to help fend off the migrant invasion that Jim Acosta doesn't agree is an invasion.

When asked by Brain Flushings' Vinny Boombots whether he would be willing to accept a migrant family into his home, Acosta dropped the mic, ran his fingers through his hair, and walked away.

Hundreds of U.S. military to deploy to the border

Hundreds of U.S. military troops are getting "saddled up" to make their way to the southern border to assist Homeland Security and the National Guard deal with the so-called caravan of illegal migrants who plan to illegally invade the United States.

A government official said about 800 soldiers will be transported to the area and will offer "logistical support," providing tents and vehicles among other things.

Details of the move have not been finalized but Defense Secretary James Mattis may sign the deployment orders as early as today, Thursday.

As of now, there are 2,100 National Guard troops assisting Homeland Security along the southern border.

President Trump tweeted on Thursday, "I am bringing out the military for this National Emergency. They will be stopped!"

As of today, the caravan is still in southern Mexico, over 1,000 miles from the closest entry point into the U.S. The caravan is estimated to contain about 7,000 illegal aliens and many of those who are walking are too pooped to pop and are exhausted, suffering from dehydration and heat stroke. This is sad, but it is their decision and it happens to be an illegal decision.

The majority of the walkers interviewed say they're looking for a better life north of the border and are fleeing poverty and violence in Honduras, yet some of those in the crowd are carrying Honduran flags and burning American flags.

If we want a country, we need to have borders, and people who come here illegally are perpetrating a criminal act. What evidence do we have that this would be their only criminal act?

DHS 'can confirm' gang members and criminals in caravan

The Department of Homeland Security on Thursday agreed with President Trump and VP Pence that violent criminals are a part of the Honduran caravan heading through Mexico and on its way to a town near you.

White House reporters asked how they know this information.

"@DHSgov can confirm that there are individuals within the caravan who are gang members or have significant criminal histories," DHS spokesman Tyler Houlton tweeted Tuesday night.

"Citizens of countries outside Central America, including countries in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and elsewhere are currently traveling through Mexico toward the U.S.," he said.

Trump acknowledged that there is no hard "proof" that criminals are part of the caravan, but he said that he has "very good information."

It's interesting that a group of migrants who want to claim refugee status in the United States, who are supposedly fleeing their country out of fear for their lives, are waving flags of their native country, and they're burning ours. The flag below has a Nazi swastika on it.

And why aren't these "refugees" applying for refugee status in the first country in which they arrive?

I hope Trump cuts off all their aid if they don't intervene.

Third Mexican town welcomes migrant 'caravan' because they're not staying

Photo: Fox News
A caravan of about 1,500 Latin American migrants seeking to enter the United States illegally, are now 400 miles closer to their goal as they plan to demand asylum and welfare benefits. They have bravely trekked 1,900 miles and boy are they tired.

Most of the migrants are from Honduras.

A Facebook organizer Pueblo Sin Fronteras wrote: "Thanks to the community Matias Romero for his solidarity with the caravan viacrusis migrants in the fight."

So they see it as a fight . . . "Occupy Matias Romero!"

It gave a PayPal account to offer donations because if they cannot get us in tax money, they will gladly accept donations, or maybe a car.

The group then went to "Trump Territory" (aka: Twitter) "Afternoon of laughter and play in Matias Romero. Caravan "Viacrusis migrants in the fight."

Still fighting.

When the group first crossed the Mexican-Guatemalan border, the Mexican authorities stepped aside--perhaps they believed some of them might be armed--and were praised for not doing what they are pledged to do--their duty.

The Facebook post cheered: "The Refugee Caravan knocking down borders yesterday in Huehuetan! Immigration agents abandoned their post when they knew we were coming. The people celebrated this first little victory!"

In the fight.

Then they tipped their hand. "We are Pueblo Sin Fronteras, almost 1,500 families fighting against the corruption of governments of Central America, Mexico, and the United States, creating together the right to free and dignified transit for migrants."
Photo: Fox News
It isn't a "right" to free and dignified transit for migrants. Nor are they fighting corruption of governments of Central America if they're running from Central America. Someone needs to tell them the definition of a fight.

It's weird that they want to fight the corruption of our government. They haven't lived under our government and they have no legal authority to fight the corruption in the U.S. It seems like Trump is trying to take that on to some extent.

It's also weird that these migrants don't want to remain in Mexico to fight the government corruption there--they speak the same language and have similar cultures, much closer to Mexico than the U.S.

No, they want to come to the United States because they know they'll get free stuff. Even the poorest American is considered wealthy by global standards, in spite of liberals lying about it.

These people are demanding asylum--they aren't requesting it. Perhaps this is what they see as a 'fight.'

Build the freaking wall already.

Trump will use military to secure southern border until wall is built

President Trump said Tuesday that the U.S. will use a military unit at the southern border until a wall can be built, calling his plan a "big step."

POTUS made the remarks at a meeting with Baltic leaders. He said that he had discussed the matter with Defense Secretary James Mattis.

"Until we can have a wall and proper security, we're going to be guarding our border with the military," Trump said. "That's a big step, we really haven't done that before, or certainly not very much before."

He also spoke at a subsequent news conference and confirmed the plan. He said the border is unprotected by "our horrible, horrible [two horribles is quite horrible] and very unsafe laws."

[Can laws, per se, be 'unsafe' or are they simply ineffective?]

"We don't have laws, we have catch-and-release," he said, making reference to a fishing term. "You catch and then you immediately release and people come back years later for a court case, except they virtually never come back."

While the president didn't go into specifics, he apparently was strategically responding by a caravan with about 1,300 illegal aliens coming from Central America via Mexico.

The report of the caravan was first reported by Buzzfeed who said that Mexican officials did nothing to stop the flow.

When Trump first heard of the caravan's approach to our border, it angered him. He went on a tweet binge threatening to end the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and cut foreign aid to countries such as Hondura, where a majority of the illegal aliens originate.

"The big Caravan of People from Honduras, now coming across Mexica and heading to our "Weak Laws" Border, had better be stopped before it gets here," he threeted Tuesday. [A "threet" is a threatening tweet.] "Cash cow NAFTA is in play, as is foreign aid to Honduras and the countries that allow this to happen. Congress MUST ACT NOW!"

Trump said that NAFTA was an "embarrassing" deal and told reporters that he spoke with Mexican officials on Monday: "I hope you're going to tell that caravan not to get up to the border." He added that he believes the caravan was being broken up as a result. In other words, that the large mass of people broke up into smaller groups.

The Pentagon was falling all over itself trying to come up with a response to Trump's statement about the military guarding the border. But Fox News reported that they received a memo and discussed the military option with officials, and said that one area where the Pentagon could contribute right away is the Air Force's Barry Goldwater live-fire range. It shares a 35-mile border with Mexico in southern Arizona.

Currently, the Defense Department is helping provide some border security with U.S. Navy vessels patrolling the waters to seize drugs, and missions involving over 100 personnel from the U.S. northern command--this includes 8 aircraft and a drone.
