Migrant child saved from sex offender by feds: Trump cleans up Biden's mess

It is a crime to smuggle illegal aliens into this country, and particularly horrendous to expose a child to untold dangers.

Last month, a lone little girl popped out of the brush along the Rio Grande in Hidalgo, Texas, and basically turned herself in to the Border Patrol. 

She told the agents she was on her way to Chugaik, Alaska, to live with her sponsor, a guy named Douglas Price. 

Turns out Price is a 44-year-old registered sex offender, per the Department of Justice. He allegedly coughed up $5,000 from his business to pay smugglers to haul the child and her mother across the border. People like him need to be neutered. 

The girl got separated from Mom before the crossing and was wandering alone until our guys scooped her up. Dodged a nightmare bullet, thanks to the Trump administration finally getting serious about vetting sponsors for unaccompanied alien children. You know, basic adult supervision stuff the last crew apparently thought was optional.

"This man allegedly paid smugglers to bring an illegal alien child and mother to this country, and in doing so, the child ended up alone during the dangerous journey," Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said.

"Under POTUS, vetting of sponsors for unaccompanied alien children is as strong as ever, and federal partners found this 'sponsor' to be unfit. It is a crime to smuggle illegal aliens into this country, and particularly horrendous to expose a child to untold dangers. Working with our federal partners, we will continue to uphold the law and in doing so, keep children from potential harm, Blanche added.

The Trump team has been quietly fixing what the Biden folks turned into a revolving door of horror stories, beefing up sponsor checks while hunting down the roughly 320,000 kids that last administration somehow "lost track of." Lost track. Sure. Handed off to gang members, sex traffickers, and labor exploiters in some cases, but hey, intentions were pure or whatever.

Back then, HHS geniuses would make a "simple phone call" and glance at an email photo before shipping a kid off to whoever claimed them. Groundbreaking child welfare right there.

Now sponsors and household adults get real background checks. Proof of income required. If you're claiming to be a relative, bring the DNA test. Homeland Security meets you in person, HHS does home visits. Novel concepts like "not winging it."

So far, they've tracked down 145,000 of those missing kids, White House border czar Tom Homan said recently. Not bad for a group that actually cares.

Price got slapped with charges for conspiracy to bring aliens to the United States and encouraging aliens to come to, enter, or reside in the country. If convicted, he could do up to a decade in the gray-bar hotel and kiss a $250,000 fine goodbye. 

The girl and her mom left Honduras with a smuggler in tow. Mom told her that Price would sponsor her and help with "obtaining her U.S. citizenship," court documents say.

The kid told Homeland Security investigators that Price sent money to Mom to cover the smugglers.

He funneled roughly $5,000 from his outfit, Black Bear Construction, straight to a phone number the smugglers gave them. Real subtle and not very smart.

He even sent selfies to the mother and kept asking about the daughter's "status." Somewhere along the trail, Mom and daughter got split up.

Mom crossed less than a week after the girl made it alone. She told agents she'd known Price for about four years from working together in hotel remodeling. She also did housekeeping for him and babysat his kids.

And promised to pay him back "by working for him."

Yeah, nothing sketchy about any of that. Glad someone's finally treating this like the felony pipeline it is instead of a feel-good open-door policy.

Illegal Immigrant Tour Bus Driver With New York License Accused Of Causing Fatal Wreck

Another Deadly Crash Courtesy of Biden's Border Disaster and Sanctuary State ShenanigansFolks, here we go again. Yet another illegal alien handed a commercial driver's license in a blue sanctuary state ends up behind the wheel of a massive vehicle, and an innocent American pays the ultimate price. This time, it's a Chinese illegal immigrant who somehow scored a New York CDL and allegedly plowed his tour bus into traffic in Tennessee, killing a 31-year-old trucker while glued to a video on his phone.

Chinese illegal immigrant Yisong Huang, 54, allegedly killed a 31-year-old truck driver and injured several others in Tennessee on December 9 while he was distracted by a video on his phone, according to the New York Post. And yes, this is just the latest in a disturbing wave of fatal wrecks involving illegals piloting big rigs and buses.

"Far too many innocent Americans have been killed by illegal aliens driving semi-trucks and big rigs. And yet, sanctuary states around the country have been issuing illegal aliens commercial driver’s licenses. The Trump Administration is ending the chaos," Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement regarding the latest crash.

"The brave men and women of ICE are working nonstop to get criminal illegal aliens out of our communities and off our roads."

Turns out, after the smash-up, Huang bombed a basic English proficiency test, the kind that's federally required for a CDL. Huang slithered across the border illegally back in 2023 amid that massive wave of Chinese migrants pouring through Mexico. Border Patrol caught and released him anyway, and the Biden crew hooked him up with a work permit and Social Security card. Fast-forward, and New York's DMV hands him a license on April 11, 2025, after he flashes those federal docs. The state insists it was all above board, but the chances of that being true are equal to the chance of getting hit by a boat in Times Square.

With these crashes piling up, the Trump team is finally cracking down hard on states doling out CDLs to illegals, plus tightening testing rules, like actually enforcing that English-only mandate. A federal audit just exposed that over half of New York's CDLs were issued illegally, per the DOT, so now they're threatening to pull about $73 million in funding from New York unless they clean house.

Experts have laid the blame squarely on the Biden years, and his autopen, when work permits were dished out like joints at a Hunter Biden pool party,  paired with sloppy CDL testing oversight. Don't forget the third-party testing sites that rubber-stamp these things."There's no good checks and balances, to be perfectly honest with you," Lewie Pugh, Executive Vice President of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, had previously told conservative outlet, The Daily Wire. 

"A lot of states allow third party testing to do the CDLs and I would say that’s how most of these people get through," Pugh said.

Thank God the adults are back in charge. This madness ends now.

Border Patrol agent shot in face in NYC park, returns fire

An off-duty Border Patrol agent was shot in the face by an illegal alien inside a New York City park on Saturday night, according to law enforcement officials.

The incident took place just before midnight at Fort Washington Park in Manhattan, where a 42-year-old off-duty agent was approached by two men on a moped.

The men were reportedly attempting to rob the man, leading to a scuffle before one of the muggers fired a weapon, hitting the agent in the face and left forearm.

The off-duty agent then drew his pistol and fired back at the two men, hitting one of the suspects three times.

The border patrol agent has since undergone surgery and is expected to survive.

The suspect injured from the return gunfire is reportedly a 21-year-old Dominican national who has illegally lived in the United States since 2023, according to the New York Post.

The illegal alien has since been taken into custody after seeking treatment at a Bronx hospital.

Meanwhile, the second suspect accompanying the Dominican national remains at large.

“It’s just terrible to know someone’s out to kill… I’m just on my bike trying to get home from work. It’s a scary situation,” area resident Jack Clark told ABC 7.

An investigation into the shooting is currently underway.

Democrat congresswoman opposes common-sense border bill: her colleagues vote for it

Rep. Janelle Bynum does "Eensy Beensy Spider" in Congress

Rep. Janelle Bynum (D-OR) attacked the Border Bill in which dozens of her Democrat colleagues voted for, which makes her look out of touch with the people she pretends to represent. The congresswoman said the bill is about "fearmongering" and compared it to "The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850," to which it has nothing whatsoever in common.

What Bynum was going against was legislation aiming to make it a federal crime to attempt to evade law enforcement within 100 miles of the border. To their credit, and perhaps their political futures, 50 of her Democrat colleagues voted in favor of the bill.

"I urge my colleagues to oppose H.R. 35. Let’s call this bill what it is: fearmongering dressed up as officer safety," the not so bright congresswoman said last week, about the bill named after late Border Patrol Agent Raul Gonzalez, who died in a pursuit in 2022, as reported by Fox News.

House Resolution 35 would make individuals convicted of "intentionally fleeing" law enforcement in a vehicle subject to up to two years in prison and fines. If the police chase results in a death, the individual could face up to life imprisonment under the legislation, and potentially face deportation if the person involved is in the country illegally.

"This bill echoes one of the darkest chapters in our nation’s history, 'The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850.' Just like that shameful law, H.R. 35 forces local authorities and encourages the deputizing of randos to do the federal government’s work, punishing them if they refuse. Back then, it was hunting people down who dared to seek freedom. Today, it’s forcing local police to become federal enforcers," the dolt continued in her House floor speech.

Regardless, the bill passed 264-155, with 50 Democrats voting in favor, including a handful in border states. The legislation is now in the hands of the Senate, where Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is heading up the proposal.

"This bill delivers a clear message to anyone who endangers our community that they will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law," Rep. Juan Ciscomani, (R-AZ) said about the legislation he is sponsoring.

Police pursuits near the border are a frequent site as smugglers hope to evade law enforcement. Under the Trump administration, there has been an across-the-board crackdown on border and immigration policies, including sending in the military to the border as well as deportation raids throughout the country.

Bynum started in Congress last month, as she barely defeated former Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer in November. Chavez-DeRemer is now President Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as Labor secretary and Bynum remains alone in the jasmine of her mind.

"Janelle Bynum's unglued comments reinforced she's hellbent on pursuing a dangerous anti-police officer crusade in Congress. Bynum’s extremist vote siding with cartel terrorists over Border Patrol puts Oregonians in danger," National Republican Campaign Committee spokesman Ben Petersen said in a statement.

In those early days, the White House held a silence heavy with lessons yet unlearned. The second term of President Donald Trump brought clarity, like the crisp edge of dawn. The choice of good governance stood in stark contrast to the shadow of the previous four years, marked by the Biden regime's reluctance to act decisively.

Trump, always consumed by the border's dust and heat, showed his intent swiftly. Orders swept through Washington on that chill January 20, 2025, reversing Biden's open-hand approach. The numbers spoke loud in the desert wind: illegal crossings plummeted.

“Border Patrol recorded just 582 illegal crossings at the southern border yesterday, with not a single one of the nine sectors hitting 200. I’ve never seen anything this low in all of my border coverage,” Fox’s Bill Melugin reported. “The numbers were already flat/low in Biden’s final week, bouncing between 1200-1400 illegal crossings daily, but the numbers have been falling off a cliff since Trump took office.”

Of the young ones lost to the bureaucracy of Health and Human Services, 75,000 found their way back from the shadows.

Biden once claimed, "I've done all I can do. Just give me the power. Give me the border patrol. Give me the people. The judges. Give me the people who can stop this and make it work right." But in truth, what he craved was a grand pardon clothed in border security, aiming to swell Democratic ranks for ages untold.

Yet in a mere handful of mornings under Trump's command, the charade was unmasked. Biden and his echo chamber in Capitol halls had claimed Congress must “do its job,” proclaiming helplessness. But it was all a fiction, a grand deception. Meanwhile, criminal shadows slipped through the cracks, a silent wound in the homeland.

Trump also took the chisel to wasteful spending. Freezing funds for vain exertions -- those entwined with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion -- demanded federal workers return to the office or lose their shirts.

Action pierced the silence, a startling contrast.

For Democrats, governing meant feeding their beast -- a misappropriation of time and resource for ideological whims. Government, a means to cleanse currency for what private hands would never sustain. Left flank radicals captured apparatus and funds, pouring them into woke causes that sought to unravel the frame of America. But Trump stripped this away, reminding those who cast their lot with him that the choice had been just and true.

The first two weeks of President Donald Trump’s second term in the White House have taught us a number of things, with no doubt many lessons are still to come.

The most glaring after just 11 days is that good governance is a choice and one former President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party refused to make over the past four years.

Trump’s top issue, illegal immigration, gives us a number of examples of how.

Since Trump signed a number of executive orders on January 20, 2025, reversing Biden’s open border policies, illegal crossings have cratered.

On the same topic, of the 300,000 children who were brought illegally into the country and lost by the Department of Health and Human Services, 75,000 have been located.

What Biden really wanted was a mass amnesty bill disguised as border security legislation to pass, with a goal of codifying Democratic political power for generations to come.

The results from just two weeks of the Trump administration and leadership from the President prove Biden’s repeated claims, which were echoed by his White House press secretary and Democrats on Capitol Hill, that Congress needed to “do its job” and that there was “nothing he could do,” were totally bogus. In fact, it was a big lie and one that inflicted harm on the country with an influx of violent criminal aliens.

Moving onto government spending, Trump sent the left into a panic this week when he froze funds for unnecessary and counterproductive projects – from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs to forcing federal employees back to the office if they want to keep their jobs.

The flurry of action strikes a severe contrast.

Democrats don’t see government service as a way to govern on behalf of constituents, but instead as a way to use the tax dollars, earned with valuable time resources belonging to Americans, to fund their ideological pet projects. They use government as a way to launder money for schemes that would never survive in the private sector. Government everywhere has been hijacked by leftist activists who launder the hard-earned tax dollars of Americans to fund their woke, anti-America projects. Trump is ending this free-for-all and reminding voters they made the right choice at the ballot box in November.

Border Patrol on Biden's visit: "Call a lid, hit beach, take nap"

The Border Patrol union tweeted on X in a mock itinerary of the President's day in his visit to the southern border: "Board AF1, take nap. Wake up in place called Brownsville." A photo of Biden in a beach chair was included in the tweet along with,  "Read large teleprompter message, ‘It's all Trump's fault.’ Board AF1, ask who people in green uniforms were, told they ‘strap’ illegal aliens, express horror, take nap. Wake up, call a lid, hit beach, take nap."

In his barely coherent mush-mouth mumbling, Biden complained about the bipartisan immigration bill failing to pass in the Senate, and you'll never guess who he blamed for using it as a political issue [hint: he has orange hair]. Many Republicans are opposed to the bill because they believe that it doesn't go far enough in securing our southern border.

"The majority of Democrats and Republicans in both houses support this legislation," Biden read on a cheat sheet in Brownsville, "until someone came along and said don't do that that'll benefit the incumbent. That's a hell of a way to do business in America for such a serious problem."

But Biden does more business in China than he does in America so that shouldn't bother him much.

Our alleged president now faces a significant increase in scrutiny over how he allowed the border to resemble a sieve as illegal migrants came into the country literally by the millions since Biden may have been elected. 

Just this past December, there was over 300,000 border encounters, giving Biden an all-time record of constitutional misconduct. So instead of crapping his skivvies in front of the Pope, he's doing it in front of the American public as he hopes to win a second term and sees this as a serious problem. If he does get re-elected [heaven forbid] I hope his beach chair holds out after the four-year workout it underwent.

Not so coincidentally, former President Trump as also at the border in Eagle Pass, Texas on Thursday. He correctly pointed out that the border is "being overrun by the Biden migrant crime," and made reference to the young woman, Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student [with honors] who was allegedly murdered by an illegal Venezuelan national last week.

"The parents are devastated and they’re incredible people," Trump said. "This is a Joe Biden invasion. A Biden invasion. I call him crooked Joe… the most incompetent president we've ever had."

Now to be totally accurate, it isn't a Joe Biden invasion, but his policies have created this mess. And don't believe the "malarkey" you may hear about the low migrant crime rate. First of all, it doesn't matter how low it is--some of the illegal migrants are criminals, some are terrorists and most of them are not seeking asylum--they want jobs. Secondly, it's unconstitutional not to secure our border and that's a good enough reason to impeach Biden.

Biden has tried to blame Trump for the border crisis. If little purple people eaters came down to Earth, Biden, or more likely his handlers, would find a spin on the situation where they can blame Trump for that too.

The truth is, Biden undid everything Trump put in place in his administration, and illegal crossings dropped faster than Hunter drops "parmesan cheese."

On his first day in office, before the dementia hit full-force on the following day, Biden introduced a bill that included amnesty for the illegal aliens already in the country. 

And like Democratic Rep. Tom Malinowski said in 2019 about illegal aliens when he ran and won a second term in New Jersey's 7th District, they are needed to "mow our beautiful lawns," and perform menial jobs tech-focused teenagers won't do. This is how the left sees the illegal migrants. By the way, the GOP immediately rejected Biden's bill.

Republicans in the House introduced and passed legislation of their own that would fund more Border Patrol agents, resume wall construction, restart the Remain-in-Mexico policy and severely limit the ability of migrants to claim asylum.

The Border Patrol union frequently mocks the so called president over illegal immigration.

The organization wrote in part on X on Friday, "Wasn't it Biden who encouraged people from all over the world to ‘surge the border’? Didn't Biden immediately void all the successful Trump EO's that were keeping our border under control? Didn't he publicly and viciously accuse BP agents of criminal assault, then told the world ‘those people will pay’, and the entire thing was made up BS? Has he apologized or taken responsibility for any of it, or asked forgiveness from the victims of some of the millions of illegal aliens he imported into this country?"

And before Biden went to the border, the group posted, "Attention President Biden: Keep our name out of your mouth today."

Border Patrol turns on senile old man: will support Texas National Guard

When you're too cognitively impaired to be embarrassed after trying to marry two complete sentences together, or fall up or down stairs, or get lost at the podium after trying to read a teleprompter but fail miserably, that isn't a good look. But when you're the President of the United States of America, that's dangerous. 

That's Joe Biden.

Now we have to be concerned that there's going to be a major conflict at the Texas border with Mexico after Biden's ultimatum to remove the state's National Guard from Shelby Park and other "disputed" areas was made.

Obama, for all his leftist faults, was right about Joe when he told us to "never underestimate Joe's ability to f**k things up."

It has gotten to the point where the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has made it clear that they will not intervene on Biden's behalf. The Border Patrol Union posted, and a report from Fox News' Griff Jenkins, say that the alleged President has "lost operational control of the situation," at least in a practical way.

The Biden administration initially warned Texas that it had until mid-day Friday, January 26, to relinquish control of Shelby Park, the nearby boat dock, and the International Bridge. Screw states right and the 'alleged' invasion.

The deadline has passed and there has been no clash between the [federal] Border Patrol and the Texas National Guard--the two groups have de-escalated the situation.

The Border Patrol Union blasted Biden for creating the current "catastrophe" and reiterating that there will be no conflict between CBP agents and state forces. The statement is a clear signal of support for the Texas National Guard, its mission, and those leading it, including Gov. Greg Abbott.

So take the embarrassing loss, Joe--you'll forget about by tomorrow.

The rank-and-file of the Border Patrol agents stated that they appreciate and respect what TX has been doing to defend their state in the midst of this catastrophe that the Biden Admin has unleashed on America.

They added that they want to be "perfectly clear, there is no fight between rank-and-file BP agents and the TX NG, Gov. Abbott, or TX DPS. It may make flashy headlines, but it simply isn't true."

A senior CBP official said that they have no plans to follow through on removing the razor wire put up by Texas.

Biden has 'no hand'; no leverage at all now that Americans are fed up.

Mayorkas brags about not calling illegal aliens 'illegal aliens'

Homeland Security Secretary comrade Alejandro Mayorkas said on Thursday that he directed staff to avoid calling illegal aliens by the correct terminology, 'illegal aliens,' but instead said to call them by something that makes them sound more heroic, perhaps "undocumented trailblazers."

Communist News Network's Fareed Zakaria asked Mayorkas about the asylum system and this had the secretary glow about his memo in which he ordered his staff to stop calling them "illegal aliens." Just stop. 

“In the Department of Homeland Security I issued a memo very early on that we would not use the term ‘illegal alien.’ When speaking of these individuals we use the term ‘non-citizen,’ 'bagavond,' for those who carry lots of plastic bags with their stuff in them, and 'undocumented trailblazers' if they are unmarried, fighting age men. Using this terminology takes the stigma off of these poor individuals and respects their dignity as welcome strangers to our land," he said.

Mayorkas' refusal to call it as it is, comes as the southern border has been as porous as a screen door on a submarine. The number of illegal immigrants coming across the southern border has made President Joe Biden the hands-down, all-time leader of illegal immigration into the United States, with an estimated 1.5 million illegal immigrant gotaways recorded since ascending from his basement in 2021.

Under Trump, the gotaways between the years 2018 to 2020, had a total of 415,000 estimated.

Border Patrol reported an incredible 1,000 percent increase in illegal immigration from numerous different countries from fiscal year 2022 to fiscal year 2023, including China, Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, and Ethiopia, among others, but there can be no possibility that anyone committing such an illegal act could be a threat to Americans because they can't, for some reason. People whose property is on the border have no reason to worry about the arrivals of their new friends.

Now that some Republican governors have been sending these undocumented trailblazers to Democrat-run cities such as New York and Chicago, the local politicians and mayors have been more intimate with the situation and are abandoning their pledges to be sanctuary cities for these brave people as they, like towns in Texas, struggle to accommodate them. 

Taxpayers are estimated to spend about $151,000,000,000 yearly to deal with this Democrat-created crisis and it is putting a financial strain on the US medical system as well.

A CBS News poll in May found that 63% of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of the United States border, while just 37% say that they approve.

AZ Senator getting GOPers and Dem senators to head to border

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) is doing what Biden refuses to do: go to the southern border. But Sinema, who left the Democratic Party because she realizes that the country has a real crisis on our hands and her former colleagues are making it worse, is hoping to head there with both Republicans and Democrats to witness the failed immigration system under this brain-addled administration.

This has been her biggest political move since leaving the Democratic Party to become an Independent and the trip is planned for next month.

“Part of the problem is that many in Washington have never taken the time to really see our border up close,” Sinema said Tuesday, according to The Hill. “Without seeing it for all of its diversity and its challenges, it can be easy to rely on the partisan talking points instead of focusing on the meaningful, realistic solutions.”

Sinema is working with Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) in order to get senators on board “who are willing and committed to get something done” on immigration. 

“We’re gonna see what Arizonans see every day because a crisis this big should not and cannot be ignored,” Sinema added.

The problem is, however, the Democratic Party supports open borders because it's more important they have power than fairness. Open borders is unfair to those immigrants who stood in line to wait for their status approval and those who did, are not happy with the cheaters.

The Border Patrol has been inundated with illegal aliens crossing into the country since our alleged President was told he is the President and that the person he thought was his wife, was actually his sister and vice-versa. The estimated number of illegals who enter the country each day is around 8,000. That's crazy.

Perhaps Kyrsten Sinema has something going that both sides need observe--it's called bi-partisanship.

The not whipped illegal alien and fake news star sues US Gov't for blocking him at border and not feeding or sheltering him

Illegal aliens from Haiti, who have since been deported and not being permitted to live off the US taxpayer, are suing the Biden administration because they hope to get taxpayer money in the process.

The lawsuit was generated by the encounter near Del Rio, Texas, in September. Thousands of illegal aliens from Haiti attempted to illegally enter the United States, as reported by The New York Times, an excellent birdcage liner.

The lawsuit's main case is around incidents in which mounted Border Patrol agents did their job by controlling the illegal attempts at invading our country. This resulted in fake news claims that the illegal aliens were being whipped by our Border Patrol agents, but later proved to be a lie perpetrated by our socialist-loving, Trump-hating, anti-America media. It turns out that the agents were holding reins, not whips and shows that the mainstream media knows as much about horseback riding as they know about guns.

One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is Mirard Joseph, the illegal alien whose photo of him not being whipped by Border Patrol agents became famous.

“It was the most humiliating experience of my life,” the illegal alien said in the lawsuit. 

The lawsuit explains that Joseph left Haiti in 2017 to live in Chile but decided this year that he no longer liked living in Chile and wanted to seek asylum in the United States. He believed the rules of asylum-seeking didn't apply to him because he thinks that he is special and can just waltz right into the United States and collect welfare. 

So the guy was "seeking asylum" from the cruelty of Chile, if we are to take him seriously. 

Here's a fake tweet that suggests Joseph was being hunted down and whipped:

Revelles should be sued by Border Patrol, not the other way around. 

Other individuals named or for who pseudonyms are used were also living in the oppressive country of Chile before they decided to enter the United States illegally to seek asylum from the cruel conditions . . . supposedly.

The lawsuit claims the Haitians were a victim of the Biden administration’s “cruel Haitian Deterrence Policy.” By "cruel" they must be alluding to their failure to be included in the $450,000 our brain-addled President wants to give each illegal alien just for showing up.

Joseph and the 10 other illegal immigrants in the lawsuit are “asylum seekers who were victims of U.S. officials’ abusive treatment in the [Customs and Border Protection] Encampment and expelled without an opportunity to access the U.S. asylum system.”

They claim they were unfairly and wrongly deported.

Yeah, show us that in our laws about how they were unfairly deported and I will show you in our laws how those who were not deported should have been deported. Have they even read the laws?

The lawsuit states that conditions under which the illegal immigrants lived when they attempted to cross the border were inhumane, with too little food and water being provided for them, requiring them to buy their food and water in Mexico. 

It was their choice to come to the US because they knew Biden's handler(s) wouldn't stop them for the most part. The responsibility of the dangerous journey they took in order to collect the free gifts the government would give them, was their responsibility.

The lawsuit cites an illegal immigrant, with the pseudonym of Esther, who claims agents on horseback forced her into the Rio Grande and told her, “Go back to Mexico.” 

The lawsuit claims the illegal immigrants were sent back to Haiti where their lives were in danger. In the case of Joseph, it said he “is currently in Haiti, where he remains in hiding out of fear of being attacked or kidnapped if he ventures outside.”

We have a serious self-imposed immigration problem in the US. The irony is that the left constantly talks about how terrible our country is while people from all parts of the globe are trying to get into it, both legally and illegally.

AOC loses her s*** at CBT agent during 2019 border facility visit

Democratic socialist communist narcissist Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Crazed (D-LOL-NY) was described to be in an 'agitated" state when visiting the El Paso, Texas Border Patrol station in 2019. She screamed at a female agent, according to newly-released government memos.

The incident was supposedly triggered, according to the dim Dem doll, when an agent allegedly took a "selfie" with her and this triggered a loss of control in which she flipped out almost schizophrenically.

The Daily Signal reported:

Ocasio-Cortez said the Border Patrol agent—whose name is redacted in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection documents—used her cellphone to take a photograph of herself with the New York congresswoman in the background. …

Details of the episode are contained in nine pages of documents regarding the July 1, 2019, visit by Ocasio-Cortez and 13 other House Democrats to the Processing Command Center of the federal government’s El Paso station.

Later that day, Ocasio-Cortez claimed without evidence that an officer attacked her during the tour. Perhaps this occurred by the empty parking lot she cried at pretending she was looking at the poor, mistreated illegal migrant children.

“And to these CBP officers saying they felt ‘threatened’ by me – They were literally discussing making a GoFundMe for an officer who attacked my on my tour,” AOC claimed without evidence at the time. “They confiscated my phone, and they were all armed. I’m 5’4”. They’re just upset I exposed their inhumane behavior.”

The memos redact the name of the female agent that Ocasio-Cortez accused of taking a photograph of her and redact the names of those who wrote down what they witnessed. The memos make clear that multiple agents did not see any of their colleagues taking photos of AOC and the agent’s supervisor reviewed the agent’s phone and did not find any photos on it of AOC.

Could it be, could it possibly be that AOC lied? A politician with an axe to grind against the Border Patrol? Heavens.

“During the briefing, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez began loudly knocking on the window of the processing area and alleged that a Border Patrol Agent (BPA) was taking a ‘selfie’ photo of her,” the Patrol Agent in Charge wrote. “Rep. Ocasio-Cortez not only verbally voiced this concern, she became agitated and animated as she began to bang on the glass, pointing and screaming at the agent.”

This is coming from a woman who cannot get enough selfies for herself that she also has to go on Instagram and do her cooking in front of an audience.

The memo says that the agent said that she had her phone out and showed her supervisor what she was looking at, which the supervisor said “had nothing to do with interior photos of the detention area.”

So the leftist idiot assumed the agent took a photograph of her because, hey, that's how narcissists think.

The Patrol Agent in Charge said that AOC went on to “personally admonish and berate” the female agent and accused her of “unprofessional conduct” and demanded that the agent “should have no contact with children.”

What does taking a selfie, which I don't believe happened, have to do with having no contact with children? In fact, if it really did happen, which is probably hogwash, AOC would have been flattered by the attention. Maybe what really got her skivvies all twisted in a knot was the fact that nobody asked her to take a selfie with them.

Another border agent said that the socialist congresswoman, moments prior to the incident, had approached two women and demanded to know where a certain cell was at in the facility. The memo said AOC was so loud that it drowned out the ability to hear other people. 

“Ms. Ocasio became more animated and began to stomp her foot she then said ‘I as a woman of color do not feel safe here, as women of color none of us feel safe here, nobody of color feels safe here,'” the memo states. “Ms. Ocasio then stormed out of the” area to confront the female agent with whom she didn't feel safe but approached them in a fury anyway.

The agent who was accused of taking a photo of AOC appeared to not even know who AOC was, according to the memo that they wrote shortly after the incident happened.

“On July 1, 2019, I heard loud banging on the window behind me while I was working inside the processing area I turned around to this lady shaking her finger at me, I was not sure why she was trying to attract my attention until Patrol Agent in Charge (PAIC) came to me and told me that they were accusing me of taking ‘selfie shots’ of Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez,” the agent wrote. “At this time, I immediately handed my phone to PAIC to show him I had no photos of Ms. Ocasio-Cortez on my phone and he confirmed there were no photos of Ms. Ocasio-Cortez. Although my phone was out, I was not taking any photos.”

A federal agent who was standing next to the accused agent said that they did not see the accused agent take any photos of AOC.

AOC was simply doing what the Russians perfected: they lie! They freaking lie!

Migrant illness rampant: forces US Border Patrol to seek help

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people." -- Donald J. Trump

And now they're bringing their sickest people, especially their children.

In the seven days through Sunday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP) reported 451 cases referred to physicians or other providers, including 259 children. Among the children, half of the cases involved kids under the age of five!

Hundreds of migrants and their kids seeking to enter the U.S. from Mexico are arriving with illnesses, forcing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to seek additional medical assistance and boost medical screenings, the agency disclosed Monday.

The sick migrants have been arriving with a myriad of ailments, many with flu or pneumonia that is often pervasive and dangerous, especially at this time of year. Seventeen migrants have been hospitalized, including six children, according to the agency.

"The U.S. Border Patrol is doing everything in its power to handle this crisis," Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said in a statement. However he added, "The status quo is not acceptable" given the wave of immigrants arriving. Something needs to change.

Disclosure of the numbers of sick migrants come amid heightened concern about the medical condition of children in U.S. custody. Previously, the agency disclosed an 8-year-old boy from Guatemala died in custody on Christmas, the second immigrant child to pass away in detention this month.

The boy, Felipe Gomez Alonzo, had been treated and released to his father for cold and fever symptoms during nearly a week in U.S. custody, the agency said.

The Border Patrol has been receiving assistance from the Coast Guard, which has sent medical teams to the border in the Yuma and Tucson, Arizona, and Rio Grande Valley sectors of the border. The Public Health Service also said it will deploy teams to assist.

The Border Patrol is changing procedures to enhance medical evaluations of children. Parents are being interviewed about their children's medical condition and history and kids' blood pressure, pulse and temperature are among the vitals being checked by assessment teams, McAleenan told reporters in a conference call.

He said he believes the illness were likely contracted in transit to the U.S., not while in U.S. custody. 

But if anyone is to blame, it's the parents, not ICE or USCBP.

Google 'idiot' get photos of Trump

Do you know if you Google the word "idiot" photos of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, comes up?

Democratic Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren pointed this out at the congressional hearing to the CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai. The purpose of the hearing was to determine whether Google displays bias among the website searches. Take a guess.

Pichai explained to Congress (a body of individuals whose combined knowledge of computers adds up to that of a twelve-year-old child) why searching for 'idiot' turns up pictures of Trump.

“If you Google the word ‘idiot’ under images, a picture of Donald Trump comes up. I just did that. How would that happen?” Lofgren asked.

Pichai answered by explaining that Google’s searches are based on multiple factors that determine the end result. [See video below for the exchange.]

“We take the keyword and match it against their pages and rank them based on over 200 signals -- things like relevance, freshness, popularity, how other people are using it,” he testified. “Based on that, at any given time, we try to rank and find the best search results for that query.”

Trump’s face also appears on Google image searches for “stupid” and “racist.”

Okay, that seems to make sense, although it's very disrespectful to the office of the president and can probably be controlled in a civil way if Google really tried harder.

I googled the word 'idiot' early in the morning and some interesting results came up:

I now ask, how is this not bias results? The wording of the headline's first article is clearly anti-Trump and it literally calls him an idiot.

Number two's wording speaks about trends and couples the word 'idiot' with Trump's photo taking away any doubts that the president and the word go together.

Three is just disgusting.

After thirty minutes CNN was the top site to respond about Trump's woes when you google the word 'idiot.' What the president's problems are, and what the word 'idiot' have in common is unclear, but CNN will use any opportunity to attack him and his administration.

Think of the Honduran father whose 7-year-old child died of malnutrion and dehydration after the dangerous journey to illegally cross the Mexican-U.S. border. The media is blaming Trump, when it's obvious the father should be put behind bars for not feeding or giving water to his child. But blame the U.S. Border Patrol and by extension, Trump.

Looking at 5 and 6, all you see is negative press about Trump and the administration, both having nothing to do with the word 'idiot.' But Google says that relevance is one of the main criteria for how results are displayed, and there is no obvious relevance in these articles. It's just a way to attack Trump.

The mainstream media are the real idiots and Google is their partner.

You may not like everything President Trump says or does, but it's appalling the way he is treated by those with the power to communicate and influence.

Also, it's damn scary because it works.

It's like Occupy Tijuana this time

Tijuana, Mexico -- The caravans of migrants coming from Central America that remain stuck in Tijuana are trashing the place in honor of the Occupy Wall Street movement--at least that's what it resembles.

These guests of Mexico are trashing the area with bottles of urine and mountains of trash.

Local Mexican residents are angry as hell as migrants face increased backlash and negative attitudes. According to a poll from Mexican newspaper El Universal, 73 percent of the Mexican residents hold negative views of the migrants, [my poll: the other 27 percent are too oblivious to know what's going on].

Kyle Rothenberg of Fox News, captured the scene in video and photos of the filthy mess and spewed garbage the migrants made. He also captured video of migrants coughing and spitting everywhere, writing "A symphony of spitting and coughing here at the #TijuanaBorder #caravan - officials say 60% have respiratory infections...3 confirmed cases of TB, 4 HIV/AIDS cases, widespread lice..."

Some  migrants have changed their minds about wanting to enter the U.S., as an MSNBC reporter said last week, many are now wanting to return home after being falsely told "that crossing the border would be a relatively painless process, and that most of them would be eligible for available work programs designed to help them integrate into American culture and society."

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a report last month warning that hundreds of convicted criminals were embedded in the migrant caravan.

"In fact, over 270 individuals along the caravan route have criminal histories, including known gang membership," DHS reported. "Those include a number of violent criminals – examples include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, sexual assault on a child, and assault on a female."

"@DHSgov can confirm that there are individuals within the caravan who are gang members or have significant criminal histories," Department spokesperson Tyler Houlton tweeted. "Citizens of countries outside Central America, including countries in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and elsewhere are currently traveling through Mexico toward the U.S."

Caravan-related violence in U.S.reported

The first major incident of caravan/migrant-related violence occurred Saturday when a Honduran man threw rocks at Border Patrol agents in an attempt to avoid being arrested in Arizona.

The 31-year-old, whom authorities didn’t name, climbed a tree in an attempt to avoid capture, then the idiot lit the tree on fire and began to throw rocks at the agents and a helicopter called in to help track him.

Neither the agents nor the helicopter were hit by the projectiles because it's hard being accurate when you're stuck in a tree.

The man was soon arrested, and agents said he admitted he was part of the migrant caravan that had been in the news. Law enforcement said he had previous arrests in the U.S. and had been deported in June.

A local fire department was called in to extinguish the tree fire.

Homeland Security officials estimate that about 10,500 caravan migrants have been massing on the Mexican side of the U.S.-Mexican border in the past weeks.

While the liberal press shows mostly images of the caravan's women and children, U.S. authorities say a majority of members are single adults, predominantly men, from Central America. That implies the Honduran rock-throwing, tree-burning claims of caravan membership plausible.

President Trump last month had specifically warned of the danger of rock-throwing by caravan members, and had said agents should treat rock-throwers as if they were using firearms. Fortunately for this uninformed cretin, nobody used lethal force.

Indeed, rock-throwing, or “rocking” incidents, as they’re known to agents, can be violent encounters, often involving small boulders hefted at agents or their vehicles with enough force to shatter bones or dent trucks.

U.S. officials have been worried about caravan-related violence since watching thousands of people bust through Mexico’s southern border, scrapping with Mexican police who’d been sent to the border in an effort to prevent them from entering.

It’s not known why the Honduran man broke off from the rest of the caravans to attempt to enter on his own. Maybe he simply needed to wiz and got separated from the pack.

Time mag is a fake news rag

A tiny 2-year-old girl is seen in a viral video crying as a U.S. Border Patrol 'meany' detained her mommy--at least that's what TIME magazine would have you believe, and she is crying because she has been separated from her.

And to be clear, it's all President Trump's fault.

Except she was never separated from her mother, according to the child's father.

"Welcome to America," the TIME cover declared, as it showed a photo of the child Yanela Sanchez, standing below the towering President Trump.

The rag called the cover "an image America could not ignore" and interviewed the photographer. They followed up with another article entirely about the cover and "the story behind" it.

Another leftist rag, The New York Daily News, also put the child on the cover with the headline: "Callous. Soulless. Craven. Trump."

But the cover on both rags was a lie. Multiple outlets interviewed the father of the child and learned the girl was detained with her mother at a facility in Texas, and were never separated. His version of the situation was confirmed by the Honduran government to Reuters.

According to The Washington Post, the mother, Sandra Sanchez, had been previously deported in 2013 to Honduras. Her husband told the newspaper that she left without telling him she was taking Yanela with her. He was unable to contact her but then saw the photo on the news.

"You can imagine how I felt when I saw the photo of my daughter," Denis Valera told The Daily Mail. "It broke my heart. It's difficult as a father to see that, but I know now that they are not in danger. They are safer now than when they were making that journey to the border."

Yet liberals seem less interested in the dangers of the journey than the destination.

The Real Story

Valera said he didn't support his wife's decision to make the dangerous trek to the U.S.

"I didn't support it. I asked her, why? Why would she want to put our little girl through that? But it was her decision at the end of the day."

Based on photos from the Obama era, activists, lawmakers and so-called journalists accused Trump of running "internment camps," and some Trump officials have had their cell phone numbers revealed online and have even been harassed and chased out of public restaurants by leftist mobs who clearly want fully open borders for anyone who wants to enter.

President Trump tweeted:

"We must maintain a Strong Southern Border. We cannot allow our Country to be overrun by illegal immigrants as the Democrats tell their phony stories of sadness and grief, hoping it will help them in the elections. Obama and others had the same pictures, and did nothing about it!"

This past May, leftists and fake news reporters scrambled to share an article featuring photos of kids locked in cages at an Arizona detention center. But then they scrambled to delete the tweets when they learned that the photos were from 2014. They never mentioned Obama's name, only that the photos were from that year.

A "prison bus" tweet claiming Immigration and Customs officials used the vehicle to carry babies, turned out not to be a prison bus, but a bus used for educational fields trips, and the photo was published in April 2016, months before Trump beat Hillary Clinton in the presidential election.

Have you noticed that when these so-called journalists make an error, it's always an error that went against Trump?

Migrants symbolically 'flip the bird' to POTUS

Mission, Texas -- On the day President Trump announced that he planned to use the military to assist patrolling the U.S.-Mexico border, Edwin Valdez (no relation to Juan Valdez, the coffee maven) and four other migrants walked through dense brush on a south Texas wildlife reserve, hoping to sneak into the country unnoticed.

The hombres illegally crossed into the U.S. that morning with a human trafficker guiding them and eventually abandoning them. Lacking a GPS and a sense of direction, the men got lost and didn't know how to proceed.

Nearby, U.S. Border Patrol agents were alerted to migrants moving through the area, disproving Nancy Pelosi's "Just Cut the Grass" theory on how to keep illegal aliens on their side of the border. The agents found the men in the grass and swooped in to arrest them.

The illegal alien business was booming in the Rio Grande Valley one of the busiest crossing points for migrants trying to sneak into the U.S. The authorities rounded up 61 migrants, Valdez among them that morning. Ten migrants were caught with the use of a tracking dog in a sugar cane field. 

Several of the illegal migrants didn't care a fiddler's fart about Trump's tough talk about the border and his threat to end the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) unless Mexico intervenes to "stop the big drug and people flows."

Trump's frustration over border security was renewed over the weekend when he heard about the "caravan" of Central American migrants traveling through Mexico toward the U.S. border. The main issue President Trump was elected on was border security, and boy, was he upset about that caravan.

Months after he took office, the migrants caught along the border decreased significantly, hitting a record low of about 15,700 in April, well below the 42,400 in January 2017, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data.

However, illegal aliens are making a comeback in sneaking into the country. In the first months of this year, arrests have reached levels close to those seen during the last year of "Open 'em Up" Obama.

Rising arrests of families and unaccompanied minors are of great concern because they are more difficult to send back to their countries.

Manuel Padilla, chief of the border patrol's Rio Grande Valley sector, spoke with Reuters and explained that families often walk right up to the first U.S. official they find and ask for help. This accounts for about 49 percent of all folks illegally crossing.

"It doesn't matter how many agents are out there," regarding families, Padilla said, when it comes to families, "because this population is turning themselves in."

Sounds as if they've been coached.

Back to 20-year-old Valdez. 

He worked as an electrician's assistant back home in El Salvador, and previously attempted to sneak into the U.S. illegally in 2016, but was picked up by border patrol officers. He was wandering lost and thirsty in the desert for four days--definitely not the sharpest knife on the Christmas tree.

After six months in detention, he was deported in 2017. However, he decided to try sneaking into the U.S. again after gangs threatened him at his job, he said. 

"Necessity forces people to leave their countries so they can bring a better life to their families," he said, attacking the liberal belief that the U.S.A. is a terrible country filled with terrible people who voted for Donald Trump. "That's why people are willing to suffer through all this." [And are willing to circumvent the rule of law for their own gains.]

After his arrest on Monday, he was searched by the arresting agents and then taken to a processing facility with his companions where he will receive "three hots and a cot," an exercise yard, and color TV.

Those previously deported are often quickly sent home. But illegal aliens traveling with small children often spend only a few days in custody and parents are usually released with an electronic ankle monitor and ordered to appear in court with their kids on a specific date for deportation proceedings. Trump doesn't like this practice, which he calls 'catch and release,' a term often used by fly fishermen who fish mainly for sport, not for food.

Another guy, Jose Romero, 27, tried to sneak into the U.S. along with his 8-year-old daughter. They hid in the back of a dark cargo truck. 

Back in his mountain home in Honduras, Romero was making $4 a day as a farm laborer for his family of five. He doesn't believe that illegal migrants can be deterred because their country is ["a s***hole] exactly how President Trump described it so ineloquently.

"They will keep coming," Romero said. "The people are afraid."

If, as the liberals say, the United States is such a miserable country, filled with horrible, racists who love their guns and have wreaked destruction all over the globe, why do people from all over the globe want to come here?

Illegal border crossings surge back to Obama levels

According to the latest data released Friday, illegal immigration across the Southwest border is back to Obama-era levels (aka Obama error). So the gains touted by President Trump when he first took office, are gone by the wayside.

Build that wall.

Nearly 40,000 illegal immigrants (yes, people who commit illegal acts and are not American citizens are illegal immigrants) were nabbed as they tried to jump the border in November. That's up about 12 percent since October and over twice the monthly numbers from March and April when President Trump was speaking of his accomplishments.

The rise in families traveling together has surged 45 percent last month and unaccompanied minors traveling without parents rose 26 percent in November.

However, Homeland Security said that overall, things are better than Obama's worst years, which is like a woman saying that things were better when her boyfriend stopped beating her every day and only struck her on alternate days.

Tyler Q. Houlton (Quentin? Quincy? Quigley? Quaid? Quon?) said, "Under President Trump, illegal immigration has declined dramatically over the last year." But he admitted more needs to be done.

There were 29,086 people caught by Border Patrol, and 9,920 caught trying to enter through official ports of entry without permission. This total is still less than 2015 or 2016, but it's more than 2012, 2013 or 2014. 

Last week the Trump administration bragged over its overall gains, but admitted to their concerns over the latest trends.

Rockville, Md. -- A 14-year-old girl at Rockville High School was violently raped, sodomized and forced to perform oral sex in a school bathroom stall by two male students. At least one of them is an illegal immigrant, the other's status isn't known.

Henry E. Sanchez-Milian, 18, from Guatamala and Jose O. Montano, 17, from El Salvador were charged with first degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense after they allegedly attacked the child at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The Montgomery County Police said in a statement "The victim was walking in a school hallway when she met two male students, identified as Montano and Sanchez. Montano asked the victim to walk with him and Sanchez. Montano asked the victim to engage in sexual intercourse. She refused."

The statement went on: "Montano asked the victim again and then forced her into a boy's bathroom and then into a stall. Montano and Sanchez both raped the victim inside the bathroom stall."

These young men are young and they still deserve to be either castrated or executed. Then their bodies should be deported in garbage bags to the other side of the Mexican border.

Okay, okay, I'm just very angry. Castrating them would be fine.

Court records describe the brutal assault and merciless rape and they allegedly carried it out multiple times, vaginally, orally and sodomizing her. Blood and male body fluids were recovered from the scene by a forensic expert, according to court records.

The victime knew one of her alleged attackers.

Detectives from the Montgomery County PD Special Victims Investigations Division arrested the pair of scumbags after school officials reported the incident.

Sanchez-Milan was stopped in August 2016 in Rio Valley Grande, Texas by a U.S. Border Patrol agent and determined he entered the country illegally from Mexico.

Sanchez-Milan was ordered to appear before an immigration judge but the hearing had not yet been scheduled. But he had no previous Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) encounters and nothing was done to deport him. 

ICE has now lodged an immigration detainer against Sanchez-Milan now that local criminal charges have been placed on him and they can take custody of him once he's released from local custody.

Montano is just a 17-year-old puke, so only his name can be released due to privacy restrictions as he is a minor, according to an ICE official.

But The Washington Post reports Montano arrived in the U.S. 8 months ago and is a citizen of Guatemala.

The attackers and the young girl are in the 9th grade. Neither attacker speaks English and are therefore placed with much younger children, which is the dumbest damn thing imaginable.

The judge who oversaw the bond hearing refused to release them on bail because they are both "dangerous and flight risks."

Ramon Korionoff of the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office said "These are very serious allegations carrying a life sentence. The potential of life in prison would be available as we prosecute these individuals." 

Both POSs will be tried as adults.

Jessica Vaughan, the director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington D.C. said of the horrible, devastating incident that it's "disturbing on so many levels."

Vaughan said the Obama administration, and it's "disastrous handling" of the surge of illegal aliens coming from Central America, is partially to blame, noting that one or both of these scum-wafers were part of that surge.

"The surge of Central American kids has become a significant problem in many of the school districts where they are allowed to resettle," she said.

In Rockville H.S., about one in three students speak no English. This is a burden on the teachers, the school and the students who have to learn at a slower pace to accommodate the illegal aliens.

Vaughan explained that Montgomery County has one of the "more notorious sanctuary policies," and the police deliberately do not cooperate with ICE.

Perhaps if the poor young girl was the daughter of the Police Chief, things would be different.

"The result is that many gang members and other thugs and miscreants are allowed to remain in the county in defiance of immigration laws and causing problems like this," Vaughan said. And the city of Rockville want to adopt its own sanctuary policy--parents are meeting as I write this.
