Democrat congresswoman opposes common-sense border bill: her colleagues vote for it

Rep. Janelle Bynum (D-OR) attacked the Border Bill in which dozens of her Democrat colleagues voted for, which makes her look out of touch with the people she pretends to represent. The congresswoman said the bill is about "fearmongering" and compared it to "The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850," to which it has nothing whatsoever in common.

What Bynum was going against was legislation aiming to make it a federal crime to attempt to evade law enforcement within 100 miles of the border. To their credit, and perhaps their political futures, 50 of her Democrat colleagues voted in favor of the bill.

"I urge my colleagues to oppose H.R. 35. Let’s call this bill what it is: fearmongering dressed up as officer safety," the not so bright congresswoman said last week, about the bill named after late Border Patrol Agent Raul Gonzalez, who died in a pursuit in 2022, as reported by Fox News.

House Resolution 35 would make individuals convicted of "intentionally fleeing" law enforcement in a vehicle subject to up to two years in prison and fines. If the police chase results in a death, the individual could face up to life imprisonment under the legislation, and potentially face deportation if the person involved is in the country illegally.

"This bill echoes one of the darkest chapters in our nation’s history, 'The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850.' Just like that shameful law, H.R. 35 forces local authorities and encourages the deputizing of randos to do the federal government’s work, punishing them if they refuse. Back then, it was hunting people down who dared to seek freedom. Today, it’s forcing local police to become federal enforcers," the dolt continued in her House floor speech.

Regardless, the bill passed 264-155, with 50 Democrats voting in favor, including a handful in border states. The legislation is now in the hands of the Senate, where Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is heading up the proposal.

"This bill delivers a clear message to anyone who endangers our community that they will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law," Rep. Juan Ciscomani, (R-AZ) said about the legislation he is sponsoring.

Police pursuits near the border are a frequent site as smugglers hope to evade law enforcement. Under the Trump administration, there has been an across-the-board crackdown on border and immigration policies, including sending in the military to the border as well as deportation raids throughout the country.

Bynum started in Congress last month, as she barely defeated former Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer in November. Chavez-DeRemer is now President Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as Labor secretary and Bynum remains alone in the jasmine of her mind.

"Janelle Bynum's unglued comments reinforced she's hellbent on pursuing a dangerous anti-police officer crusade in Congress. Bynum’s extremist vote siding with cartel terrorists over Border Patrol puts Oregonians in danger," National Republican Campaign Committee spokesman Ben Petersen said in a statement.

Chris Wallace's ratings have gone beyond circling the bowl

Imagine having a tv show that few people watch on a network that few people watch and when your show goes off air more people tune into the network that not many people tune into in the first place. 

That's Chris Wallace's show called "Who's Talking to Chris Wallace?" And in answer to the question: hardly anyone is watching. In fact, more people turn you off when you're on, and turn the Contemptible News Network (CNN) back on, when you're off. CNN viewers seem to go out of their way to find something else to do when your show is on than torture themselves to watch you. [H/T The Western Journal]

This was in spite of a media blitz to hype for Wallace's  weekend interview show after he left his long-standing position at the number one cable network news outlet, Fox News in December 2021 to go to CNN+. 

But that CNN venture collapsed in April after less than a month in operation and Wallace was left out in the cold.

CNN tried to revive the failed liberal's career but his show didn't even crack 500 thousand viewers. Nielsen numbers had him at 462,000 and that's just a little more than the number of travelers on an India train [if you don't include the riders on the roof]. 

Fox News’ “Sunday Night in America” with Trey Gowdy kicked butt in that time slot by a triple-digit advantage and double-digits in the 25-54 age demographic. Wallace drew a mere 58,000 to Gowdy's 72,000.

CNN drew 78,000 eyeballs in the 25-54 age bracket between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., but when Wallace came on it dropped to 58,000 in the same age bracket and after he signed off, it jumped back up to 71,000 in the 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. hour earning Wallace the moniker "Human Repellent."

The good news for Wallace and Fox News is that his show was renewed for another season in December.

Doocy pounds KJP over abortion: she can't give an honest answer or she'll expose what the administration really wants

In the world of incompetence, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre rules. She acts as if the American public consists mainly of fools when she doesn't answer the questions she's asked, but even some of the fools on the Left are beginning to see through the smoke she's trying to blow. Sometimes she avoids answering the question she's asked, sometimes she answers the question that's in the jasmine of her mind. But she's black and a lesbian, so that qualifies her by Democrats' standards.

Nobody is fooled by KJP and her leftist colleagues.

Peter Doocy of Fox News asked her about Sen. Lindsey Graham's abortion restriction proposal that bans killing babies beyond 15 weeks except in cases of rape, incest, and dangers to the life of the mother. This happens to be the restriction that most Americans favor, in spite of the fact that many conservatives, especially religious conservatives, know that life begins at conception and would totally restrict baby-murders altogether.

However, the incompetent KJP characterized Graham's proposal as simply a "nationwide ban" on abortion, which it clearly is not, and she refused to acknowledge the 15 week portion of the proposal.

So Peter Doocy asked her about the proposal:

DOOCY TIME: Does…Biden favor any limits on abortion?
KJP: We've been very…clear here…I was talking specifically about Sen. Lindsey Graham–
Doocy: And your position on his plan is…15 weeks is unacceptable?
KJP: I was speaking to…what Republicans are trying to do. 

Doocy: “A limit at 15 weeks, right?”

KJP: “It’s a national ban, which will take us backwards & will put at risk the health of women…We’re talking…privacy…contraception…marriage. That is what extreme [GOP] officials are trying to do. I’m not going to get into specifics.” 

First of all, how does not killing an unborn baby put a mother's "health" at risk? 

KJP's refusal to get into specifics would tell the public the truth about the proposal and would have to spell out specifics of what the Left is proposing. They say Republicans are being too extreme, but they won't say what it is they believe is their acceptable abortion cut-off time would be. In truth, it would be up to and probably after the birth.

To his credit, Doocy kept at her and demanded to know what Biden's proposed restriction would be or if he even had any restrictions at all on abortion. She tried blowing more smoke by mentioning Kevin McCarthy, who had nothing to do with Doocy's question.

Doocy: Why not get into specifics? The Republicans are saying we don’t want abortion after 15 wks. Why can’t you say how many weeks [Biden] thinks the limit is?
KJP: As you know, Kevin McCarthy put out the GOP agenda
Doocy: I’m not asking about [him]. I’m asking about Joe Biden 

Jean-Pierre kept deflecting, but Doocy wouldn’t let it go.

Doocy: “How many weeks?”

KJP: “I’m answering your question. What Republicans are trying to do is take us backwards. They’re trying to take away the rights & freedoms of Americans. That’s what we’re calling out…We should really listen to what [they] are trying to tell us.” 

Then she outright lied, insisting she had answered his question when, of course, she hadn’t.

Doocy: We are all covering the Republican plan…[W]hy can’t you say how many weeks for Biden?

KJP [to another reporter]: Okay, go ahead.
Doocy: No.
KJP: No…I answered your question.
Doocy: You did not answer my question.
KJP: I did. I did.
Doocy: Why can’t you say–

And KJP went to another "reporter."

Bette Midler calls for Tucker Carlson and Newt Gingrich to be thrown in prison

Former entertainer Bette Midler, 76, took a brave stance by calling for FOX News host Tucker Carlson and Newt Gingrich to be thrown in jail and for Rupert Murdoch to have his American citizenship revoked.

The contrarian bravery Midler expressed was inspiring. Clearly, nobody on the left would ever have the guts to tweet that "[T]ucker Carlson should be arrested and tried for sedition and fomenting insurrection." She must have known her brave tweet would receive flak from people who believe that anyone should be allowed to speak whatever they want to say, unless their words call for violence. How dare they!

But that wasn't the end of Midler's unbiased attack. She next went after former Republican Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich and Rupert Murdoch, owner of News Corporation, which is the parent company of FOX News.

Speaking on behalf of the nation, the elderly Midler wrote: "Murdoch should have his citizenship revoked; the damage he continues to do to our democracy will soon become irreparable." 

Unfortunately, Ms. Midler's definition of democracy must have been acquired after sundown, as her

 "Sundowning" syndrome evidently kicked in.

Bette was on a roll. She next claimed on Wednesday that "Newt Gingrich should be clapped in irons [i.e., jailed abruptly] for getting him past the FCC." The 'him' she was referring to was Murdoch.

On Saturday she again attacked Murdoch and referred to him as a dictator. It's unclear what made her believe that, but what is clear is that she is often unclear.

Midler, who voted for Joe Biden for President because she thought he would be the best man for the job, shared an infographic that depicted billionaires who own large media companies. Although she was again ranting and raving about Rupert Murdoch, the 2018 infographic and the corresponding BBC article did not mention Murdoch at all.

"Sadly, this list leaves off the most vicious, the ugliest, the most hate-filled owner of all, Rupert Murdoch, Tucker Carlson’s master, who has ruined political discourse all around the world," Midler said, then added a quote she apparently made up, "'Own the press & 1/2 the work of. dictatorship is done.'"

The aged actress clutched her pearls and ungrammatically asked, "We will survive Murdoch?"

She 'marathon tweeted' about Murdoch and Carlson almost 30 times, desperate to save the country from a different point of view, where there are only two genders, all babies count, and the cops are the good guys.

Earlier this month, the New York Times, a hard-left, disreputable newspaper that makes an excellent birdcage liner, ran several hit pieces on Carlson – which he laughed off.

The irrelevant actress posted a tweet on Wednesday using a famous phrase from the United States Declaration of Independence. She attempted to make a coherent hyperbolic connection to the Buffalo supermarket shooting in which a mentally ill 18-year-old white supremacist killed ten black people. 

"We have 'unalienable rights?' 'Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness?' How are citizens supposed to believe in these sacred principles if they are getting slaughtered every time they go to the store? If a government can’t deliver on this foundational promise, it’s worthless," Midler ranted.

Taking life lessons from people who hate you isn't ever a good idea. Taking advice from someone who tweeted that the solution to the baby formula shortage in the nation is: "TRY BREASTFEEEDING! It’s free and available on demand,” is like taking advice from someone whose IQ is below room temperature.

"So here you have an elderly, out-of-touch, rich, liberal lady lecturing struggling American moms to shut up and suffer in silence and, by the way, make your baby shut up, too," Tucker Carlson said of Midler. "Now, if you can think of a more perfect distillation of modern politics of the left circa 2022 than that, send us an email and let us know what it is, because we've never seen anything that perfect."

Chuck Schumer cowardly refuses Tucker Carlson's invite to discuss his accusations

Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) and his leftist colleagues [which includes the media, of course] have been going after FOX News and Tucker Carlson in particular, blaming him for the mentally ill person who shot and killed ten people at a Buffalo grocery store Saturday. The mass shooting appears to be a racially motivated as most of the victims were black and the shooter wrote a 180-page disjointed manifesto. 

The 18-year old shooter showed his hatred for FOX News, Jews and never mentioned Tucker Carlson at all in his manifesto. 

But since he's so popular on the right, Carlson received the brunt of the assault from Democrats and the media, which have been working in concert for years as one entity. But he hasn't taken the attacks laying down and on his Monday program made his attackers look childish and foolish. 

Carlson spoke of how predictable the Left has become every time there is a similar tragedy and how they call for putting limits on speech and turning up the temperature on race division for their political gain. He explained how all they accomplish is keeping themselves in power a little longer while doing nothing for the country.

Then, as predicted, Sen. Chuck "Nostrils" Schumer (D-NY) proved Carlson's point by sending a poison pen post to FOX News executives “imploring” them to shut up Carlson's alleged racist rhetoric about the "Great Replacement" theory:

Schumer blamed Carlson for the mentally ill white supremacist in Buffalo who killed those ten innocent people and pointed to the ramblings the killer wrote, in spite of the fact that he hated … Fox News, in particular the Jews who work for FOX. Remember, Carlson's name was never mentioned in the shooter's ramblings.

So Tucker called Schumer's bluff and asked him to come on his show and talk to him man-to-man, presumably about the allegations he made. Schumer declined, obviously too scared for a direct confrontation because the senator had zero evidence to show that Carlson was remotely involved, much less responsible, for the behavior of a mentally ill person.

And let's not forget that when the Bernie Sanders supporter shot up the GOP baseball game. Republicans didn't blame Sanders or the Democrats--they correctly blamed the shooter. But when you have no actual accomplishments to show, you attack your opponents and hope to stay in power. Schumer, of course, had no solutions regarding the mass shooting.

What an incredible coward Schumer is, but it illustrates the Left's fear and hatred of debate and free speech. Schumer refuses to confront the person he's accusing and as the highest-ranking Jewish political leader in the US, he and his Party are accusing Carlson of pushing hateful and dangerous rhetoric that harms blacks, Hispanics and Jews. If he had any balls, he would debate Carlson and prove his accusations, but he knows he cannot. All he can do is virtue signal and create more anger by his baseless accusations.

FOX's Peter Doocy makes WH Press Sec'y look like her dog ate her homework

The new WH press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre [henceforth will be referred to as KJP] has taken the helm from Jen Psaki and already, the ship of fools is taking water. 

Jean-Pierre is coming to the podium unprepared, like a child who tells the teacher that his dog ate his homework when he doesn't actually have a dog.

But on a positive note, KJP is black, an immigrant, and a lesbian, which gives her high marks on her victimhood status, so we conservatives have no right to criticize her. However, she seems to need no help showing how inexperienced she is for the job as White House press secretary after she was asked a question by FOX News' Peter Doocy, an actual reporter who asks tough questions.

Doocy asked about President Biden's tweet saying that to fight inflation, people who make more money than Joe Biden, need to pay their "fair share," which are two issues that have nothing to do with each other.

KJP had no clue what Doocy was talking about and had to go read her notes that also had nothing to do with the question.

There was no excuse for KJP to be unprepared for this question because the White House knows about this tweet and even put out  a statement attacking Jeff Bezos over it after Bezos pointed out how stupid it was. 

The WH has been using Twitter to spread disinformation. Bezos has been calling them out on it. It's been all over the internet. [H/T Louder with Crowder]

Somehow KJP tried to convince anyone that raising taxes will lower the cost of gas and food and went on to list things unrelated to either.

"We encourage those who have done very well, especially those who care about climate change, to support a fairer tax code."

And there we have yet another WTF moment from the bowels of the White House. Climate change?

American families don't care a fiddler's fart about climate change when it comes to feeding their infants, their families and the price of gas. Inflation and the economy are at the very top of the list that Americans care about.

Hunter Biden computer repairman sues CNN, Schiff the Daily Beast and Politico

He's not just a guy in a silly hat, he's John Paul Mac Isaac, the Delaware laptop repairman with lots of names who was given Hunter Biden's laptop to repair and now he's initiating a defamation lawsuit against a Democrat lawmaker with bug eyes, a cable fake news network, and two leftist media sites.

The entities being sued are Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the Compromised News Network, The Daily Beast, and Politico. They are being charged with defamation after accusing Isaac of distributing Russian disinformation. It is unknown if the Disinformation Governance Board [aka The Ministry of Truth] will be looking into the matter as it is unknown if they will be permitted to destroy the First Amendment.

Isaac told The New York Post, "After fighting to reveal the truth, all I want now is for the rest of the country to know that there was a collective and orchestrated effort by social and mainstream media to block a real story with real consequences for the nation." 

Spoken like a true American with a Scottish tam o' shanter.

Isaac is the owner of the now defunct The Mac Shop in Trolley Square.  He spoke with Fox News and said that his life was "turned upside-down" when the public learned that he had given the data on the Hunter Biden laptop to the FBI and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

"Once the story was out and my name was leaked to the public, it had been a matter of at first running and hiding. Now it's trying to just rebuild my life and then do it in a manner that's not restricted by public opinion of me being involved in some Russian disinformation campaign," Isaac said while still wearing the hat.

Biden verbally assaults FOX NEWS reporter because she pressed him with a question

At least he didn't take her out in back of the schoolyard and fight Fox News White House reporter Jacqui Heinrich when she tried to press President Biden about his stupid remarks that implied Russia could invade Ukraine with a small incursion and he would discuss it with our allies. 

This gave Putin carte blanche to do what he clearly wants to do and it sparked an international frenzy of worry to the point that Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky explained on social media that there is no such thing as a "small incursion.

"Russia will be held accountable if it invades," Biden said at the marathon press conference on Wednesday. "And it depends on what it does."

"It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do, et cetera," he mush-mouthed. "But if they actually do what they’re capable of doing with the forces amassed on the border, it is going to be a disaster for Russia if they further invade Ukraine."

The White House quickly walked backed his stupid comments, stating, "If any Russian military forces move across the Ukrainian border, that's a renewed invasion, and it will be met with a swift, severe, and united response from the United States and our Allies."

On Thursday, prior to his meeting with his infrastructure implementation task force, Heinrich shouted. a question to him because Biden is afraid to wander off the plantation and call on a Fox News reporter. 

"Why are you waiting on Putin to make the first move, sir?" Heinrich asked.

Biden chuckled, did his best Joker smile and softly replied, "What a stupid question." 

Of course, to his credit, Biden didn't act like a rude jerk only to a Fox News reporter; he was also a jerk to others. He lashed out at RealClearNews reporter Philip Wegmann who asked: "You campaigned, and you ran on a return to civility. And I know that you dispute the characterization that you called folks who would oppose those voting bills as being Bull Connor or George Wallace. But you said that there would be sort of in the same camp?" 

"No, I didn't say that. Look what I said," Biden harshly told the reporter. "Go back and read what I said and tell me if you think I called anyone who voted on the side of the position taken by Bull Connor that they were Bull Connor? And that is an interesting reading of English. Yeah, I assume you got it in the journals because you like to write."

The video below clearly shows what he said.

"Do you want to be on the side of Doctor King [R], or George Wallace [D]? Do you want to be on the side of John Lewis, or Bull Connor[D]? Do you want to be on the side of Abraham Lincoln [R] or Jefferson Davis [D]?" Biden asked, making a case for the GOP.

House Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said that Biden's "rant" was incoherent, incorrect and beneath his office." It sure looks like Mitch has Biden's number.

BLM counter-protester who punched pro-Trumper ID'd as a journalism student

A Black Lives Matter Marxist who was videoed punching a Trump supporter in her head last weekend at the Million MAGA March in Washington, D.C., has reportedly been identified as a Howard University journalism student, as reported by the Post Millennial, and she also works as a freelance journalist.

The cowardly attacker, Brittany S. [as in Scumcrumpet] McAlister, 29, of Washington, D.C. punched the Trump supporter unexpectedly and cowardly fled back into her group of BLMers.  Graphic videos of multiple attacks in D.C. were also posted on social media, including video of McAlister running up and punching the Trump supporter from behind at Black Lives Matter Plaza.

In another incident also captured on video, the cowardly McAlister allegedly kicked an unconscious man after he had reportedly been been sucker-punched by Kenneth Wayne Deberry, 39, who was reluctantly arrested and charged by police.

And they say journalism is dead.

According to a news release from the Metropolitan Police Department, McAlister has not been arrested and is not yet charged with any crime, though police say they are looking for the suspect in the film, much like O.J. Simpson is still looking for Nicole Brown Simpson's killer.

D.C. police are asking for help identifying suspects in violent crimes captured on video Saturday because they simply cannot believe their lying eyes.

The Post Millennial reported screenshots of a tweet from the far-left group Refuse Fascism [a clever term used to cover up the fact that they are the real fascists and if you don't go along with that, you are a fascist] that has since been deleted profiling McAlister. 

The lovely Ms. McAlister had also given a speech at Black Lives Matter Plaza, but her social media accounts have been deactivated for some reason.

Tens of thousands of Trump supporters had gathered in D.C. for a "Stop the Steal" rally at Freedom Plaza to show support for President Donald Trump as his campaign continues to challenge the results of the election. During the day protests were peaceful. 

However as night fell, counter-protesters committed acts of violence against Trump supporters who stayed behind after the protests were over. 

People were ambushed from behind. An elderly man was shoved to the ground by a person too scared to go after a younger and more physically challenging individual. Another couple was outnumbered and harassed, and others were ganged up on and brutally beaten. 

Police arrested merely 21 people in D.C. following these violent incidents. Had they been more proactive, the number of arrests would have been much higher.

President Trump naturally weighed in on the violence on Twitter, criticizing D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser for "not doing her job." But of course, as a leftist, Bowser was doing her job by allowing BLM to terrorize peaceful protesters whose opinions differ from the Democratic Party.

In a standard, yadda yadda statement given to Fox News, Howard University strongly condemned "all forms of violence and abhorrent behavior."

"The University has stringent policies and procedures in place to investigate potential wrongdoing and will take the appropriate action against any student found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct," the university claimed.

As previously mentioned, yadda, yadda.

The Metropolitan Police Department also has stringent policies and procedures in place to deal with violence and those who commit violence. A lot of good that did to the victims of Mayor Bowser's BLM battalion.
