Illegal alien learns his fate for sending child porn on Facebook

A Mexican national living in the United States illegally was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for distributing and receiving child pornography on Facebook, the Justice Department announced.

Adolfo Raul Vasquez-Santana, 32, of Southaven, Mississippi, was sentenced to 121 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for using Facebook Messenger to send and receive child sexual abuse material. The court also ordered him to pay $14,000 in penalties.

Local police began investigating after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Homeland Security Investigations, a division of ICE, pursued federal charges after determining that Vasquez-Santana was living in the United States illegally.

ICE placed an immigration detainer on Vasquez-Santana, and he is expected to face deportation after completing his prison sentence, according to authorities.

“HSI is committed to protecting children from predators who use technology to exploit them. When we received information about Vasquez-Santana, our agents acted quickly to investigate, arrest, and bring this individual to justice. We remain vigilant against child predators and will continue to pursue these offenders wherever they operate,” Matt Wright, acting Special Agent in Charge for HSI New Orleans, said.

“Our partners at Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) will ensure that once the defendant completes his federal sentence, he is removed from the United States and unable to pose further risk to our communities,” he added.

The case was prosecuted as part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that the Justice Department says “marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration” and “achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations.”

Authorities said the case was also pursued under Project Safe Childhood, a national initiative established to fight sexual exploitation of children.

“Child pornography is a plague,” U.S. Attorney Leary said. “Children are victimized not only through the production of obscene material, but through its continual distribution. Somehow, this debauchery has gained a foothold in our society. We need the public’s help. Please, when you see something troubling, let law enforcement know – we will respond.”

Another illegal alien off our streets and on his way out for good after doing his time. Good work by HSI and ICE.

"Don't leave the resort" Mexican tourists are warned as cartel clashes go wild

Jalisco Governor Pablo Lemus Navarro is sounding the alarm as violent fallout spreads across multiple regions following a major federal operation.

The US Embassy has issued an alert, urging Americans to shelter in place. It was also learned that the US government shared information that got the CJNG leader el Mencho, neutralized, which may have sparked the insanity.

CJNG is making two demands: 1, release the body of el Mencho; and 2. everyone responsible for his death, including CIA who may have been involved, surrrender.

Tourists vacationing in the popular Mexican beach spot of Puerto Vallarta got a rude awakening on Sunday: stay inside your resort and don't even think about venturing out. That's the word from folks on the ground, they were told. Resort staff reportedly told them to hunker down, though no immediate explanation was provided for the lockdown.

The U.S. State Department followed up with its own stern travel warning Sunday afternoon, telling American citizens to shelter in place until further notice in several hotspots due to "ongoing security operations and related road blockages and criminal activity."

The alert covers parts of Jalisco state, including Puerto Vallarta, Chapala, and Guadalajara; Tamaulipas state, including Reynosa and other municipalities; and sections of Michoacan state, Guerrero state, and Nuevo Leon state.

Jalisco Gov. Pablo Lemus Navarro took to X to lay out the situation, explaining that federal forces had conducted an "operation" in the town of Tapalpa earlier in the day, which sparked "clashes" in the area.

"Also as a result of said operation, in various points of that region and in other parts of Jalisco, individuals have burned and blocked vehicles with the aim of hindering the actions of the authorities," Navarro wrote in Spanish.

In follow-up posts, the governor made it clear the trouble was escalating. He noted that "the violent incidents have spread" and "blockades have shifted" while authorities scramble to protect citizens.

Navarro declared a "Code Red" to prioritize public safety.

Mexico's Gen Z Rebels: 120+ Wounded in Bloody Clashes Against Sheinbaum's Corrupt Cartel Coddling

In a explosive display of raw, unfiltered rage, at least 120 souls were battered and bloodied as waves of Gen Z firebrands stormed the streets of Mexico City and beyond, unleashing hell on the festering swamp of corruption and cartel carnage that's devouring the nation like a bad acid trip. These aren't your average snowflake sit-ins; these kids are done with the platitudes, fed up with a government that's more interested in virtue-signaling than actually saving lives from the narco-terrorists who slaughter tens of thousands of Mexicans annually.

Saturday's inferno of demonstrations scorched the map from the sun-baked sprawl of Tijuana up north to the steamy underbelly of Oaxaca down south, packing plazas with pissed-off patriots waving the Jolly Roger skull flag from One Piece, that cheeky pirate emblem that's morphed into the international bat-signal for a generation sick of adult failures.

"We need more security," said Andres Massa, 29, a business consultant who was among those carrying the flag.

What kicked off as a cathartic cry for sanity in Mexico City's Zócalo, the beating heart square squatting right under the nose of President Claudia Sheinbaum's gilded palace, spiraled into a full-throated brawl when the mask slipped. The rock-hurling hordes lit the fuse, and riot cops, those taxpayer-funded goons, retaliated with a medieval cocktail of shields, batons, and fire extinguisher blasts that turned the plaza into a war zone.

"For many hours, this mobilization proceeded and developed peacefully, until a group of hooded individuals began to commit acts of violence," said Pablo Vázquez, the security chief for Mexico City.

Vázquez, ever the spin doctor for the regime, tallied up the carnage: 100 of his blue-line buddies laid low, with 40 carted off to hospitals nursing bruises and gashes like badges from a failed police state. On the flip side, 20 protesters got roughed up, which is small potatoes compared to the daily body count from the cartels Sheinbaum's soft-on-crime crew can't (or won't) touch.

Snap those pirate flags flapping in the teargas haze, kids channeling their inner Luffy against the real-life sea of thieves running the show. 

Social media lit up like a Molotov with viral clips of these so-called "protectors" stomping protesters like human piñatas, kicks to the ribs, punches to the gut, the works. Víctor Camacho, a shutterbug for La Jornada, one of Mexico's legacy rags, got a front-row seat to the brutality while snapping shots. "The journalist was kicked while on the ground, with many of those kicks aimed at his face,” the newspaper reported. “One officer … threatened to kill me," Camacho claimed.

The chaos didn't stop at the capital's gates. Over in Guadalajara, Mexico's gritty second fiddle, authorities scooped up 47 rabble-rousers and patched up 13 wounded, including three cops who probably wish they'd picked a desk job. Because nothing says "progressive governance" like turning your streets into a WWE ring.

Sheinbaum, the fresh-faced feminist poster child who's been warming the big chair since October 2024, still polls north of 70% with her sycophant fan club. But even that Teflon coating is cracking under the weight of her laughable "security" farce, spotlighted by a string of cartel hits that make Narcos look like a Disney flick. Dropping in on Tabasco for a photo-op, Mexico's trailblazing first exico     lady dame clucked her tongue at the unrest. “We say no to violence,” she told reporters.

No kidding, Claudia—maybe start by saying "yes" to enforcing the damn law instead of hugging trees while bodies pile up.

At the rally's raw nerve center, these Gen Z warriors weren't just venting; they were venerating a fallen hero. Banners and bucket hats hailed Carlos Alberto Manzo Rodríguez, the gutsy mayor of Uruapan in cartel-riddled Michoacán, gunned down on November 1 after daring to play whack-a-mole with the drug lords poisoning his turf.

"He was killed because he was a man who was sending officers into the mountains to fight delinquents," said 65-year-old real estate agent Rosa Maria Avila, who had travelled from Michoacán state. "He had the guts to confront them."

That's the kind of spine your average D.C. RINO dreams of in their sleep, folks: a leader who actually leads, not one who tweets hashtags while the vultures circle.

The mob swarmed the National Palace, Sheinbaum's swanky crash pad and command center, toppling metal barricades like they were Lego towers, a middle finger to the elite bubble insulating her from the real Mexico.

Cops, scrambling to shield the queen bee, hosed the crowd with teargas and foam from those trusty extinguishers. "This is how you should have protected Carlos Manzo," some of the demonstrators shouted at the security forces.

Hundreds of these youthful berserkers lobbed whatever they could grab, rocks, bottles, pure fury, at the phalanx of shields. The boys in blue flung it right back, escalating the mess into a mutual demolition derby that left everyone asking: Is this governance or just gang warfare with badges?

In the feverish buildup to D-Day Saturday, Sheinbaum pulled the classic authoritarian playbook, smearing the uprising as a right-wing psy-op. She fingered opposition parties for "infiltrating" the Gen Z surge and siccing bot armies on socials to goose the turnout.

"It is a movement promoted from abroad against the government," she said.

Oh, please. Spare us the tinfoil-hat routine, Madam President. When your own people are bleeding in the streets over a narco nightmare you won't fix, maybe the "foreign plot" is just code for "policies that suck." Mexico's kids aren't buying the blame game, they're living the consequences. And if Comrade Sheinbaum's circus keeps circling the drain, these pirate flags might just hoist a real revolution.

BREAKING: Gunman fires at federal agents during Chicago immigration enforcement: manhunt underway

Picture this: A routine immigration sweep in Chicago's Little Village, a neighborhood that's basically a slice of Mexico plunked down in Chicago, turns into a scene straight out of a bad action flick. But instead of heroes, you've got federal agents dodging bullets from some cowardly thug in a black Jeep, followed by a howling mob lobbing paint cans and bricks at law enforcement. 

Authorities are searching for a man who allegedly shot at U.S. Border Patrol agents Saturday during immigration operations in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood. Border patrol agents were conducting immigration enforcement operations when a man driving a black Jeep fired shots at agents and fled the scene, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).And if that wasn't enough to make you question sanctuary city logic, the aftermath? A group of people threw a paint can and bricks at border patrol vehicles, DHS said. Local affiliate FOX 32 Chicago reported a flash bang was deployed, as crowds surrounded federal agents for multiple blocks. At least one person was detained, according to the outlet.

Enter the virtue-signaling cavalry: City Alderman Michael Rodriguez, of the 22nd Ward, posted a video to Facebook accusing the agents of "causing all sorts of mayhem." "They’re doing things that are unconstitutional, that are illegal," Rodriguez said of the agents doing their jobs and what America voted for. "They are causing fear and mayhem in our communities and that's unacceptable."

Oh, the irony. The guy's out there whining about "fear and mayhem" while his constituents are turning federal vehicles into piñatas, and more bullets fly there than Gaza.

And he wasn't alone in the social media circus. Alderman Byron Sigcho-Lopez, of the 25th Ward, was also live-streaming the chaos on social media. Sigcho-Lopez appeared to confront immigration agents, stupidly questioning them about why they were in the neighborhood, which is known as a largely Mexican-American community.

The Chicago Police Department (CPD) was called for assistance and cleared the scene. 

The shooter and vehicle remain at large, DHS officials said. "This incident is not isolated and reflects a growing and dangerous trend of violence and obstruction," DHS wrote in a statement on X. "Over the past two months, we’ve seen an increase in assaults and obstruction targeting federal law enforcement during operations."

Chief Border Patrol agent Gregory Bovino fired back at an X user who said Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents "illegally fired tear gas into the street," saying there is "more to come." "Funny, you keep leaving out key facts including several shots fired at agents by a suspect, violent mobs throwing bricks and assaultive subjects," Bovino wrote in a post. "We still managed to apprehend illegal aliens today in Little Village. More to come."

"These confrontations highlight the dangers our agents face daily and the escalating aggression toward law enforcement. The violence must end."

Look, if Chicago's elected clowns like Rodriguez and Sigcho-Lopez spent half as much energy condemning the actual criminals, starting with the guy who turned a Jeep into a drive-by getaway car, instead of shielding sanctuary chaos, maybe we'd have fewer headlines like this. But no, it's easier to blame the badges enforcing the law than the mobs breaking it. 

Wake up, Illinois: This isn't "mayhem" from feds; it's the predictable fallout from years of the open-borders delusion. And as Bovino says, more to come, whether the local Dems and big Gov, Pritzker like it or not.

Former fed officer sentenced for smuggling illegsl aliens and getting paid by cartel

LAREDO, Texas – A former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer has been sentenced to nearly 10 years in federal prison for two separate crimes: letting undocumented immigrants and cocaine cross the U.S. border, according to U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei.

Emanuel Isac Celedon, a 37-year-old from Laredo, admitted guilt on March 11, 2024, for illegally helping undocumented immigrants enter the U.S. through the Lincoln Juarez Port of Entry in Laredo. He also confessed to taking bribes and trying to smuggle cocaine by accepting cash to let what he believed was cocaine come into the U.S. from Mexico.

U.S. District Judge Diana Saldana sentenced Celedon to a total of 117 months (just under 10 years) in prison for both crimes, followed by four years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $17,980. During the hearing, the judge pointed out that Celedon’s job was to stop drugs and unauthorized people from entering the U.S., but he failed at both. She noted that he was heavily involved in the criminal group and seemed eager to get even more involved.

“Anyone who helps or works for the cartel will end up facing serious federal charges,” Ganjei said. “This case is especially disturbing because of the trust the defendant was given in his role. His actions are the opposite of the brave work CBP officers do every day to keep our borders and ports safe.”

In 2023, while working as a CBP officer in Laredo, Celedon reached out to the Cartel del Noreste, a Mexican criminal group, to smuggle drugs and people through his inspection lane for money. During a secret police operation, he showed interest in smuggling cocaine for cash, shared his work schedule, and told a driver with a loaded vehicle to use his lane at the border crossing. He then let the vehicle enter the U.S. without trouble.

Using his position, Celedon allowed several kilograms of what he thought was cocaine into the U.S. on two occasions in October 2023, earning $6,000 in return. Investigations also showed he worked with at least three others to sneak undocumented immigrants into the country without proper checks. Celedon gave his lane assignment to Homero Romero-Hernandez, a 32-year-old Mexican national, who passed it to Jose Osvaldo Zapata-Vasquez, a 25-year-old with cartel connections. Zapata-Vasquez then hired Beatris Guadalupe Martinez, a 22-year-old from Cotulla, to drive.

Zapata-Vasquez gave Martinez directions based on Celedon’s tips about when to pick up immigrants in Mexico and which lane to use at the border. Evidence showed Martinez drove people through Celedon’s lane at least nine times between September and November 2023. Each time, Celedon let them in without checking the passengers. On at least two occasions, he even entered fake information into a CBP system to avoid sending Martinez for a required second inspection.

Celedon also asked Zapata-Vasquez and Romero-Hernandez to tell smugglers in Mexico that he was doing his part to help the cartel’s efforts. When he was arrested, police found $1,980 in cash on him, which he admitted came from smuggling people.

Judge Saldana had already sentenced Zapata-Vasquez to 46 months, Romero-Hernandez to 36 months, and Martinez to 42 months in prison. Celedon will stay in custody until he’s moved to a federal prison, which will be decided soon.

The investigation was carried out by several agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI), and CBP’s Office of Professional Responsibility, with help from other law enforcement groups.

This case is part of a larger effort called the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF), which targets major criminal organizations threatening the U.S. It also ties into Joint Task Force Alpha (JTFA), a Department of Homeland Security program focused on stopping cartels and human smuggling networks in Mexico and Central America that affect U.S. border security.

Ilegal alien who killed off-duty cop in wrong way drive was under deportation orders

Fernando Jimenez-Jimenez drove on the wrong side of traffic earlier this month and killed an off-duty cop. Jimenez had previously been deported in 2019 but like a manure-covered boomerang, he came back. He was under deportation orders but skipped his court date.

Jimenez, 31, drove on the wrong side of I-15 near Las Vegas and struck a Las Vegas police officer, Colton Pulsipher, 29, in a head-on collision. Both men died at the scene.

Jimenez was a Mexican national who had been deported from the United States in 2019 and quickly reapplied for US entry in 2020 in Brownsville, Texas. He skipped the immigration court hearing scheduled for December 2021 and he was placed under deportation orders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) authorities told KVVU.

Jimenez's whereabouts had remained a mystery for years until the tragic event on December 12, where he was involved in a fatal crash that resulted in his own death and that of Pulsipher. Officials who investigated the incident discovered alcohol and marijuana in Jimenez's vehicle at the crash site. A toxicology report on the driver, described as an illegal alien, has not yet been completed.

Pulsipher was on his way home from work in his personal car when he was struck by Jimenez. He was a dedicated family man, leaving behind a wife and three children.

Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo is among 26 Republican governors who have voiced their support for President-elect Donald Trump's plans for deportation, following a period of significant immigration under President Joe Biden.

“As Republican governors, we stand united in support of President Donald Trump's unwavering commitment to make America safe again by addressing the illegal immigration crisis and deporting illegal immigrants who pose a threat to our communities and national security,” the Republican governors stated in a joint letter.

“Together, we will continue to defend the American people, uphold the rule of law, and ensure our nation remains safe and secure for future generations. We stand ready to utilize every tool at our disposal—whether through state law enforcement or the National Guard — to support President Trump in this vital mission,” the letter continues.

Had Donald Trump won the 2020 election [which many say he did], Jimenez-Jimenez would not have been in the country and Colton Pulsipher would be alive.

Biden apparently bumps his head hard on Marine One: it had no effect

Alleged President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., banged his head on Marine One after his return to Washington, D.C., from Delaware on Sunday.  There was no further brain damage noted.

The so called President walked along with his wife Doctor Jill Biden. After the big bang, Biden did not appear to react, after his head hit the top frame of the helicopter as he cautiously made his way off the bird.

The head bang comes in the midst of a hot debate over the POTUS's cognitive fitness after Special Counsel Robert Hur found the so called 81-year-old leader of the free world to have significant memory loss.

Hur reported on Biden's mishandling of classified material which created questions about his mental acuity. He described Biden as "a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" who is unable to recall details of very significant life events such as when he was Vice President, when his son Beau died, and who is that bleached blonde lady who keeps leading him around by hand.

Biden held a last-minute mistake of a White House press conference to dispute the idea that he was, um, you know, the thing. 

Never mind.

But seriously, right after he claimed his memory was "fine," he referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi as the "president of Mexico," and former President Donald Trump as a danger to the world and all the planets and plants and "Merica, man."

Biden then "grew a pair" and went off script. He took questions from reporters at random, prompting a head-to-head exchange with CNN correspondent MJ Lee, who asked about Americans who are correctly concerned about his age.

"They've expressed concerns about your mental acuity," Lee told him. "They say that you're too old. Mr. President, you told me in December that you believe there are many Democrats who could defeat Donald Trump. So why does it have to be you now?"

He simply told her to get the hell off his lawn.

Drug cartels sending thousands to US border to overwhelm it

Mexican drug cartels are not sending their best. They are sending mobs consisting of thousands of migrants each day and having them hand themselves over to Border Patrol officers in different border towns in order to overwhelm the system and make it easier for the cartels to bring in fentanyl and other illicit drugs. The plan is to overwhelm the already over worked border agents so that the cartel can waltz across the border without a problem in less populated areas, law officials said.

For example, a mob of 2,200 migrants turned themselves over to border officers in Eagle Pass, Texas on Monday morning. While this was taking place, it is likely that drug mules diddy-bopped into the US and brought drugs with them.

Nearly 500 miles away in the western-most tip of the state, El Paso has also been seeing migrant surges in the last week.

Last Thursday, about 1,700 migrants were encountered in a 24-hour period and multiple mobs of migrants, numbering in the hundreds have lined up along the beautiful wall to surrender to officials and claim asylum in the US because it's free stuff for all.

Since Friday, groups comprised of hundreds of migrants who refuse to do things in a legal manner, have been turning themselves over to Border Patrol agents in El Paso, Texas.

The mass self-turn-ins are being fueled by cartels lies including about the Biden administration’s CBP One app to schedule immigration appointments, multiple law enforcement sources told The Post.

“They’re circulating false information that anyone waiting for a CBP One appointment can turn themselves in and get asylum,” one source revealed to the outlet.

Up to 500 mostly Venezuelan asylum-seekers lined up at El Paso Monday to cross into the US, according to local TV station KVIA.

The mix of single adults and families had crossed the border illegally but hope to stay in the US for the free stuff while their asylum cases are heard, a process which usually takes years.

City data showed over 4,000 people were in Customs and Border Protection (CBP) custody in the city on Monday, The Post reported.

“The way it’s being orchestrated through the cartels, I believe it’s meant to overwhelm the system. The [places] that are being impacted the most are border communities,” former El Paso City Councilmember Claudia Rodriquez told the outlet.

Migrants have also been seen walking along busy roads and highway, while others are working to gather enough money to buy plane or bus tickets out of town.

Cartels unleashed turmoil on the city before, stirring up rumors of the border being open to all back in March and again in April, prompting hundreds of migrants to storm one of El Paso’s international bridges.

“If you’re at the border, go this morning,” a social media screenshot of the rumor said. “Don’t miss this opportunity.’

And we have the Biden administration to thank for this situation.

Mexico blames migrant deaths on Texas buoys: Abbott says that's "Flat-out wrong"

In an attempt to eliminate US border barriers to keep illegal aliens out of the country, the Mexican government has blamed the deaths of two illegal aliens on the floating buoy installed in the Rio Grande. Gosh, it's almost as if Mexican officials are getting paid off by the cartels to make their job smuggling people into the United States easier.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) scoffed at the claim.

On Wednesday, two corpses were found near buoys in the river that are part of the buoy installment and the Mexican government was on the case before anyone else discovered this tragedy. Mexico informed the public about the incident and linked the deaths to the floating buoys. 

Gee, when you come to think of it, wouldn't buoys help people who were drowning rather than cause them to drown?

Anyway, Abbott's office called the finger-pointing balderdash, fully rejecting the claim.

“The Mexican government is flat-out wrong,” Abbott’s spokesman Andrew Mahaleris said, according to the Washington Examiner. 

“To be clear, preliminary information points to the drowning occurring before the body was even near the barriers. The Texas Department of Public Safety previously reported to Border Patrol the dead body floating upstream from the barriers in the Rio Grande.”

Is it possible a card carrying cartel tour guide stuck the bodies by the buoys to create a scene supporting Mexico's theory? But that would be dishonest.

The Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that it was notified by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) about a “lifeless body caught in the southern part of the buoys.” Texas DPS Lt. Chris Olivarez, however, said the river’s stream moved the dead body “down into the buoy,” explaining that the buoy did not lead to the death, the Examiner reported. The 1,000-foot stretch of buoys is placed in a shallow area where it is easy to walk across the river, according to Olivarez. 

“The water is between knee and waist level,” Olivarez said. “There’s no way the body would have drowned there. … There’s nothing in the buoy — no objects, no sharp objects, no wire, no hook.”

Unless the buoys were remotely controlled by an evil Texan that could cause it to grab an illegal alien and drag them under.

Olivarez said Mexico acknowledged the second body recovered was found “miles upstream from the marine barriers,” which blows the theory out of the water. 

Mexico claimed that Abbott’s barrier in the river is a “violation of our sovereignty.”

Yeah, but sovereignty goes both ways.  

“We express our concern about the impact on the human rights and personal safety of immigrants that these state policies will have, which go in the opposite direction to the close collaboration between our country and the federal government of the United States,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

Sounds like Mexico, the cartels and the Biden administration are working hand-in-glove to keep illegal border crossings as copious as possible.

The Biden administration has targeted Abbott for installing the buoys, filing a lawsuit against Texas last month. The Department of Justice claims that it was unlawful for Texas to put up the barriers and said there were humanitarian concerns. 

If the Biden administration was really concerned about humanitarian concerns, they would be concerned for U.S. citizens living near the borders whose land is being overrun by illegals and for those in American towns and cities where the homeless crisis has gotten out of hand. If they were really concerned about the humanitarian situation, the administration would make it clear to those who would seek illegal entry into the US that they would be wasting their time--this would save countless lives of those who die in the process.

“The floating barrier poses a risk to navigation, as well as public safety, in the Rio Grande River, and it presents humanitarian concerns,” a warning letter from the department said.

Joe claims he won't pardon Hunter: believe him this time?

It's hard to tell when President Joe Biden is lying because it's hard to decipher the sounds emitted from his mouth. So when the White House's incompetent black lesbian Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre [KJP] speaks on Joe's behalf, it's best to wait and see what ends up being the truth.

KJP was her usual adamant self when she claimed that Joe's drug-addled, whoring, bag-man son, Hunter, would not be granted clemency by the President. This comes one day following his rejected probation-only plea deal on gun charges and taxes that U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika issued after she realized Hunter's lawyers were trying to play her. 

“Is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?” a reporter asked the affirmative action Press Secretary at her regular briefing.

“No,” KJP replied, uncharacteristically responding to the question with a related answer.

When the same Fox News reporter tried to ask a follow-up question, KJP snapped, “I just said no — I just answered” and called on a different journalist, but not the guy from Africa who she always refuses to call on but someone who would ask easier questions.

The way the U.S. Constitution is worded, a president could pardon anyone they want, and in our geriatric president's case, that would be his son. However, if he did, that would cause a huge political blowback.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (RINO-CA) has made comments this week about a possible impeachment inquiry into the President's role in Hunter's foreign business dealings such as those in China, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine, where Hunter did not register as a foreign agent as the law requires, and where he paid off someone referred to as the "big guy."

A reporter from the far-left Salon asked a question to which KJP claimed that Hunter did not receive "favorable treatment" from his father's Justice Department, and amazingly, nobody rolled on the floor laughing their ass off.

In fact, two IRS whistleblowers revealed that Biden-appointed US Attorneys in Washington, DC and Los Angeles blocked charges against Hunter leading to what assistant US attorney Leo Wise repeatedly admitted in court Thursday was an unprecedented plea deal.

The Salon "reporter" asked KJP, “Can you state categorically that the administration has neither sought nor received favorable treatment from the DOJ for any investigation into the president, members of the administration, his family or former President Donald Trump?”

“Absolutely not,” the incompetent Press Secretary responded. “The Department of Justice is independent, the president respects the rule of law, he’s been saying that since he was before [sic] president and that will remain the case,” she said, hoping anyone would believe the load she was shoveling.

Joe Biden repeatedly interacted with his son’s foreign business partners in spite of him lying that he never was involved with any of Hunter's business deals.

Hunter’s plea deal to two tax misdemeanors and a gun possession felony would have been expunged after two years had the judge fallen for the gambit his lawyers tried to trick the judge into signing.

The sides will appear again in court in 30 days after filings on next steps.

Mexico upset Texas floating barrier might actually work on Rio Grande

Mexico seems worried that the Texas floating barrier along the Rio Grande may keep illegal aliens on their side of the river and cause them higher crime and lower job availability if the migrants stay. They sent a diplomatic note to the U.S. government saying such an effective barrier may violate treaties on boundaries and water, Foreign Relations Secretary Alicia Bárcena said.

The Associate Press reports that Bárcena says Mexico will send an inspection team to the Rio Grande to see whether any part of the barrier – put in place to deter illegal immigration – extends into Mexico’s side of the border river. If it does, then it's no bueno, amigos. But if Texas can pull it toward their shore just a little, then they have nothing to say on the matter.

Texas began rolling out the new floating barriers in early July, but migrant advocates have voiced concerns about drowning risks from the buoys as opposed to the drowning risks of crossing the river in the first place.

Environmentalists, especially progressive liberal Democratic socialist environmentalist who believed the world should have already burned up, questioned the impact on the river.

Bárcena, a Mexican from Mexico not living in the United States, also complained about the installation of barbed wire on an island in the river near Eagle Pass, Texas, not Mexico. 

Photos of the inflatable barriers show what appear to be a string of connected inflatable spheres that spin when someone attempts to scale them. They look like giant caterpillars and can be fun for the whole illegal alien family.

According to a press release from Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott’s office, the inflatable barrier will "proactively prevent illegal crossings between ports of entry by making it more difficult to cross the Rio Grande and reach the Texas side of the southern border."

This can serve as a deterrent and thus save lives rather than end them, but it certainly will help stop the flow of future Democrats, the left believes.

El Paso shooter pleads guilty to killing 23 in 2019

The scumbag coward accused of gunning down unarmed Walmart shoppers, killing 23 and wounding 22 on August 3, 2019 pleaded guilty Wednesday. The fact that he surrendered to police with the smoking gun made his plea a no-brainer, and in spite of that, he faces the death penalty.

The attack by the then 21-year-old whose name will not be used, was racially motivated--he wanted to kill as many Mexicans as possible. He even wrote a semi-grammatical manifesto which some outlets published at the time and will likely be used to inspire future scumbags to follow in his footsteps.

The shooter admitted to 90 federal charges in connection to the shooting. He drove from Dallas suburbs to the border with an AK-47 and hundreds of rounds of ammunition with the goal of killing as many Latinos as possible. 

The charges included 23 counts of hate crimes resulting in death, 23 counts of use of a firearm to commit murder during and in relation to a crime of violence, 22 counts of hate crimes involving an attempt to kill and 22 counts of use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

The scumbag told investigators that he cased the Walmart to ensure that it was filled with 'Latin people'--many of whom had crossed into Texas from Mexico to shop--before he began firing in the parking lot and then entering the store.

“This attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas,” the POS posted online just minutes before the massacre. “I am simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.”

The thinking of white nationalists is delusional. And when I use the term 'white nationalists' I am in no way referring to Trump supporters, conservatives, or Republicans in general--that's the Democrats and woke legacy media's job.

The courtroom was packed with victims and family members of those killed in the shooting, the El Paso Times reported. The scumbag, wearing a blue jumpsuit and face covering, was handcuffed at his front which was attached to a metal chain around his waist during the plea.

Sadly, federal prosecutors said they will not ask for the death penalty of the mass murderer, but with that said, he will still face the possibility of life in prison where he will have the company of a significant number of people who fit the racial profile of those he targeted. Good luck.

Adria Gonzalez, who heard the shooter yell anti-Mexican epithets as she helped shoppers get to the Walmart exits on the day of the shooting, told the Associated Press the decision to take the death penalty off the table was “a slap in the face for us latinos.”

A sentencing will take place in the federal trial at a later date. The shooter still faces a potential death by lethal injection in the state of Texas’ case against him, which is entirely separate from the federal charges. No date has been set for that trial but let's hope he gets exactly what he deserves.

Former District Attorney Yvonne Rosales, a Democrat, had been handling the case before that, but she was forced out of office over accusations of incompetency and mishandling of multiple cases, including the Walmart shooting — the biggest case in the city’s history.

Calif. attorney mysteriously killed on 1st wedding anniversary in Mexico

Elliot Blair, 33, a California assistant public defender in Orange County, has been killed at a popular Mexico resort on a trip with his wife and fellow public defender. They were there to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

Blair died Saturday in Rosarito Beach near Mexico's northern border, county Public Defender Martin Schwarz told the Orange County Register.

Police have not released details and local media — including the Spanish-language Noticias BC — reported that Blair died as a result of an accidental fall from a room at the Las Rocas Resort and Spa, the LA Times reported.

However, a GoFundMe campaign claims Blair “was the victim of a brutal crime. His family is working with US Officials to gain more information.” But we must ask ourselves, how can that be possible in such a safe and lovely country as is Mexico?

The fundraiser, organized by Annie Rodriguez, said Elliot and his wife, Kim, “have been dedicated Public Defenders in Orange County” since 2017, the year he passed the bar exam.

One thing seems certain, Blair died of mysterious circumstances in a country where mysterious circumstances are as common a chewing gum.  

“Elliot was a compassionate lawyer who dedicated his life to serving indigent clients. Elliot was known as a patient and caring advocate. He was the best of us and was loved by countless members of our office and the Orange County legal community. We are heartbroken,” the GoFundMe page said.

The Orange County Register said an attorney for Blair’s family did not return a request for comment Sunday and that Mexican authorities could not be reached, for some reason. 

US Rep. Lou Correa (D-CA), who represents Santa Ana, where Blair worked in the Public Defender’s Office, told the newspaper that his office was trying to find out what happened.

Police in Rosarito told the news outlet Patrulla 646 Código Rojo that hotel workers called authorities about 1:15 a.m. after finding Blair’s body, the Register reported.

The local outlet said investigators claimed to have found evidence that Blair was under the influence of alcohol at the time of his death. Well hell yeah--it was their wedding anniversary vacation.
