El Paso shooter pleads guilty to killing 23 in 2019

The scumbag coward accused of gunning down unarmed Walmart shoppers, killing 23 and wounding 22 on August 3, 2019 pleaded guilty Wednesday. The fact that he surrendered to police with the smoking gun made his plea a no-brainer, and in spite of that, he faces the death penalty.

The attack by the then 21-year-old whose name will not be used, was racially motivated--he wanted to kill as many Mexicans as possible. He even wrote a semi-grammatical manifesto which some outlets published at the time and will likely be used to inspire future scumbags to follow in his footsteps.

The shooter admitted to 90 federal charges in connection to the shooting. He drove from Dallas suburbs to the border with an AK-47 and hundreds of rounds of ammunition with the goal of killing as many Latinos as possible. 

The charges included 23 counts of hate crimes resulting in death, 23 counts of use of a firearm to commit murder during and in relation to a crime of violence, 22 counts of hate crimes involving an attempt to kill and 22 counts of use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

The scumbag told investigators that he cased the Walmart to ensure that it was filled with 'Latin people'--many of whom had crossed into Texas from Mexico to shop--before he began firing in the parking lot and then entering the store.

“This attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas,” the POS posted online just minutes before the massacre. “I am simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.”

The thinking of white nationalists is delusional. And when I use the term 'white nationalists' I am in no way referring to Trump supporters, conservatives, or Republicans in general--that's the Democrats and woke legacy media's job.

The courtroom was packed with victims and family members of those killed in the shooting, the El Paso Times reported. The scumbag, wearing a blue jumpsuit and face covering, was handcuffed at his front which was attached to a metal chain around his waist during the plea.

Sadly, federal prosecutors said they will not ask for the death penalty of the mass murderer, but with that said, he will still face the possibility of life in prison where he will have the company of a significant number of people who fit the racial profile of those he targeted. Good luck.

Adria Gonzalez, who heard the shooter yell anti-Mexican epithets as she helped shoppers get to the Walmart exits on the day of the shooting, told the Associated Press the decision to take the death penalty off the table was “a slap in the face for us latinos.”

A sentencing will take place in the federal trial at a later date. The shooter still faces a potential death by lethal injection in the state of Texas’ case against him, which is entirely separate from the federal charges. No date has been set for that trial but let's hope he gets exactly what he deserves.

Former District Attorney Yvonne Rosales, a Democrat, had been handling the case before that, but she was forced out of office over accusations of incompetency and mishandling of multiple cases, including the Walmart shooting — the biggest case in the city’s history.
