Third Mexican town welcomes migrant 'caravan' because they're not staying

A caravan of about 1,500 Latin American migrants seeking to enter the United States illegally, are now 400 miles closer to their goal as they plan to demand asylum and welfare benefits. They have bravely trekked 1,900 miles and boy are they tired.

Most of the migrants are from Honduras.

A Facebook organizer Pueblo Sin Fronteras wrote: "Thanks to the community Matias Romero for his solidarity with the caravan viacrusis migrants in the fight."

So they see it as a fight . . . "Occupy Matias Romero!"

It gave a PayPal account to offer donations because if they cannot get us in tax money, they will gladly accept donations, or maybe a car.

The group then went to "Trump Territory" (aka: Twitter) "Afternoon of laughter and play in Matias Romero. Caravan "Viacrusis migrants in the fight."

Still fighting.

When the group first crossed the Mexican-Guatemalan border, the Mexican authorities stepped aside--perhaps they believed some of them might be armed--and were praised for not doing what they are pledged to do--their duty.

The Facebook post cheered: "The Refugee Caravan knocking down borders yesterday in Huehuetan! Immigration agents abandoned their post when they knew we were coming. The people celebrated this first little victory!"

In the fight.

Then they tipped their hand. "We are Pueblo Sin Fronteras, almost 1,500 families fighting against the corruption of governments of Central America, Mexico, and the United States, creating together the right to free and dignified transit for migrants."

It isn't a "right" to free and dignified transit for migrants. Nor are they fighting corruption of governments of Central America if they're running from Central America. Someone needs to tell them the definition of a fight.

It's weird that they want to fight the corruption of our government. They haven't lived under our government and they have no legal authority to fight the corruption in the U.S. It seems like Trump is trying to take that on to some extent.

It's also weird that these migrants don't want to remain in Mexico to fight the government corruption there--they speak the same language and have similar cultures, much closer to Mexico than the U.S.

No, they want to come to the United States because they know they'll get free stuff. Even the poorest American is considered wealthy by global standards, in spite of liberals lying about it.

These people are demanding asylum--they aren't requesting it. Perhaps this is what they see as a 'fight.'

Build the freaking wall already.
