Florida Hits Execution Milestone: 16th This Year for a Monster Who Raped and Drowned a 6-Year-Old in '79

I believe that if there's one thing that separates a functioning justice system from a revolving door for the worst of the worst, it's the willingness to follow through on a death sentence. Florida just did that Thursday night, putting Bryan Frederick Jennings, 66, to death by lethal injection for the 1979 abduction, rape, and drowning of little Rebecca Kunash, a six-year-old girl snatched right from her bedroom while her parents were in the next room.

It's the 16th execution in the Sunshine State this year, shattering any previous record and sending a message: Justice delayed might be inevitable, but justice denied ain't gonna happen on Ron DeSantis's watch.

Jennings was pronounced dead at 6:20 p.m. ET at Florida State Prison near Starke, after a three-drug cocktail did its work. When the warden asked if he had any last words, the guy who spent over four decades gaming the system bellowed a single, defiant "No." No remorse, no plea for mercy, just "No."

The victim's family kept their distance from the media scrum afterward, which is their prerogative after all these years. Florida Department of Corrections spokesman Jordan Kirkland confirmed it all went textbook smooth: "The execution took place without incident," he said. "There were no complications." In a world where everything seems to go sideways, at least this worked as advertised.

This makes 42 executions nationwide so far in 2025, per the Death Penalty Information Center, a nonprofit that's not exactly cheering from the rooftops for these executions, but facts are facts. That's the most since 2012, a sharp rebound from the dismal 11 in 2021, when the death penalty was basically on life support after peaking at 98 back in 1999. All 42 have come from 11 states, mostly in the South and Midwest where folks still believe in accountability.

Up in the leftist-run north? Zilch. And while President Trump has vowed to crank up federal executions, none have happened yet this year.

Jennings' saga is a masterclass in how the appeals racket turns "swift justice" into a bad joke. Convicted and sentenced to death in 1980, that got tossed on appeal. Same story with his second trial. It wasn't until the third go-round in 1986 that the third death sentence stuck, along with life terms for kidnapping, sexual battery, and burglary.

This baby-killer outlasted two of the prosecutors who nailed him, Rebecca's own dad, and four Florida governors since his first conviction. He even dodged a date with the needle in October 1989 when the state Supreme Court hit pause on four inmates the night before. Talk about nine lives.

The Death Penalty Information Center pegs the average death row stint at 20-24 years these days. Jennings' execution too forty-five. That's not justice; that's cruelty to victims' families.

Gov. DeSantis, who's been on a tear with this, nailed it at a news conference on August 12, in Tampa: "Some of these crimes were committed in the '80s. Justice delayed is justice denied. I felt I owed it to [victims' families] to make sure this ran very smoothly. If I honestly thought someone was innocent, I would not pull the trigger." DeSantis gets it: The endless legal limbo isn't mercy; it's a middle finger to the Rebeccas of the world.

Back on May 11, 1979, Jennings, a 20-year-old Marine on leave, yanked the screen off a little girl's window, snatched her, raped her, beat her, and dumped her body in a canal where it turned up hours later. I hate the fact they called his military service into play. I'm a former Marine and this guy was a total disgrace to the uniform and the nation.

[He will rot in hell.]

Cops nabbed him that same day on a traffic infraction, and the evidence was a prosecutor's dream: He matched the neighbor's description, his shoe prints were at the scene, his fingerprints on the sill, his clothes and hair were soaked. Case closed, except for the four-decade sequel of appeals, including a fresh one claiming a right-to-counsel violation after his lawyer croaked in 2022.

Florida's racked up 122 executions since the Supreme Court greenlit capital punishment again in 1976, with over 250 souls still cooling their heels on death row. Before this year, the state maxed out at eight per calendar. DeSantis flipped the script because, as he sees it, enough is enough.

Two more executions are queued up: Richard Barry Randolph on Nov. 20, and Mark Allen Geralds on Dec. 9. If they go off without a hitch, Florida hits 18 for 2025. A veterans' group piped up this week begging for clemency for ex-military types on the row, fair point actually, only 12% of Florida's death row wore the uniform. But seven of the 18 executed or slated this year did serve, including Jennings. Doesn't change the math on monstrous crimes.

In the end, this isn't about vengeance; it's about closure. For Rebecca Kunash's family, it's 46 years late, but better than never. DeSantis is delivering what too many blue-state DAs won't: The scales balanced, one horror story at a time. If that's "extreme," sign me up.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard targeting "deep state" intelligence leakers with criminal referrals

Tulsi Gabbard, our new Director of National Intelligence, is swinging a sledgehammer at the deep-state leakers who’ve been treating classified information like it’s gossip at a D.C. cocktail party. In a Wednesday X post that radiated “don’t mess with me” energy, Gabbard dropped a bombshell: she’s recommended charges for a pair of leaks, with a third on deck.

“Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts our nation’s security at risk and must end. Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law,” she said, sounding like she’s ready to personally drag these traitors to court. She’s not playing—Gabbard’s got her sights on a recent Washington Post leak about Iran and Israel, which she flagged back in March when she first vowed to hunt down these slime-balls.

“Today, I referred two intelligence community LEAKS to the Department of Justice for criminal referral, with a third criminal referral on its way, which includes the recent illegal leak to the Washington Post,” she added, making it clear she’s got receipts and isn’t afraid to use them.

No names were dropped, and we’re still waiting to see if the DOJ and FBI will grow a spine and actually pursue charges. Don’t hold your breath, though—those agencies aren’t exactly known for speed.

Gabbard’s not mincing words about the culprits: “These deep-state criminals leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine POTUS’ agenda. I look forward to working with [the DOJ] and [the FBI] to investigate, terminate and prosecute these criminals,” she said, practically daring the swamp to keep testing her.

This is the same Tulsi who traded her Hawaii congressional seat for a combat vet’s grit and a Senate-confirmed DNI gig under Trump, passing with a 52-48 vote in February. She’s got the scars and the resolve to back up her threats. [Remember how the Left said Trump is afraid of strong, intelligent women?]

Flash back to March, when Gabbard first promised to clean house in the sprawling 18-member Intelligence Community—think CIA, NSA, FBI, and military branches. “Our nation’s Intelligence Community must be focused on our national security mission. Politically motivated leaks undermine our national security and the trust of the American people, and will not be tolerated,” she warned on X, sounding like a Parris Island drill instructor fed up with recruits.

“Unfortunately, such leaks have become commonplace with no investigation or accountability. That ends now. We know of and are aggressively pursuing recent leakers from within the Intelligence Community and will hold them accountable,” she added.

She even name-checked some of the media’s favorite leaker landing spots: The Washington Post, HuffPost, The Record, and NBC, where some IC weasel spilled U.S.-Russia intel. “Any unauthorized release of classified information is a violation of the law and will be treated as such,” she capped off, basically etching “you’re toast” on every leaker’s forehead.

This all ties back to a messy episode before The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg—yeah, that jerk—bragged about snooping on a Signal chat where Trump officials were hashing out airstrikes on Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen. He should have alerted the chat that he was mistakenly put there, but he didn't and National Security Adviser Mike Waltz took the fall, blaming his iPhone’s “automated suggestion” feature for the breach. The Trump team swears no classified info was spilled, and the boss is standing by Waltz.

Still, it’s a bad look, and Gabbard’s clearly done with the excuses and she plans to kick ass.

Bottom line? Gabbard’s on a mission to plug the leaks and restore some semblance of integrity to our intelligence ops. Whether the DOJ and FBI will match her gusto or just shuffle papers remains to be seen. For now, she’s got the deep state sweating—and that’s a beautiful thing. Keep your powder dry, folks.

U.S. military now controls the federal border lands

The U.S. Department of Defense is now in charge of securing the country's southern border, having been granted new powers to enforce security there by President Trump as his National Security Presidential Memorandum signed this week allows the military to take control of the Roosevelt Reservation. This is a 60-foot-wide strip of land that runs along the southern border.

The presence of our military along this area is akin to a moat protecting a castle. It will keep most illegal aliens from crossing the border, but it will not keep all of them out--but it's a vast improvement over the handling of the border had been under Joe Biden.

"The complexity of the current situation requires that our military take a more direct role in securing our southern border than in the recent past," Trump wrote in the memorandum.

"I assigned the Armed Forces of the United States the military missions of repelling the invasion and sealing the United States southern border from unlawful entry to maintain the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of the United States."

The federal government controls about a third of the land abutting the southern border. However, that number does not include federal Native American reservations which are exempt from the memorandum.

The remainder of the land is either privately held or owned by the four border states.

The belt was created in 1907 by then-President Theodore Roosevelt to combat cross-border smuggling.

Taking control of the land is a no-brainer and necessary to "enable military activities directed in this memorandum, including border-barrier construction and emplacement of detection and monitoring equipment," the memorandum states.

American soldiers and equipment are now able to set up along the perimeter in long stretches in Arizona, California and New Mexico. Military personnel are now also authorized to detain anyone suspected of crossing the border illegally.

FAFO has become the norm.

Trump has made repelling illegal immigration a pillar of his presidency, signing executive orders to combat it since taking office. Several are still being challenged in court because anything, good or great, that Trump does, the Democrats go against.

This week's memorandum gives the Secretaries of Defense, the Interior, Agriculture and Homeland Security an initial 45-day period to assess the effectiveness of the initiative.

"At any time, the Secretary of Defense may extend activities under this memorandum to additional Federal lands along the southern border in coordination with the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Assistant to the President and Homeland Security Advisor, and other executive departments and agencies as appropriate," the memorandum states.

New Resolution Allows Trump To Use ‘Full Force’ Of The Military Against Cartels

Their mothers would be proud

Congress is tossing President Trump a big, shiny green light to go full Chuck Norris on the Mexican drug cartels.

Rep. Greg Steube (FL-R) with a knack for stirring the pot, dropped a resolution that would let Trump unleash the “full force” of Uncle Sam’s military might on nine of the nastiest criminal outfits south of the border. We’re talking the big dogs—MS-13, Tren de Aragua, the works.

Steube’s not mincing words here. He’s calling these cartels out for “violating the territorial integrity of the United States” and slapping a “clear and evident danger” label on ‘em.

“Until such time that the Mexican government finally steps up and squashes the drug cartels who use Mexico as their home base, Congress must give President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth the green light to take a sledgehammer to these criminal networks and their supply chains.” Yeah, he said “sledgehammer.”

The resolution’s got some teeth, too—it’s aiming to authorize Trump’s crew to hit these nine cartels where it hurts, claiming they “present an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.” The goal? Total wipeout.

“It is the policy of the United States to ensure the total elimination of these organizations’ presence in the United States and their ability to threaten the territory, safety, and security of the United States through their extraterritorial command-and-control structures, thereby protecting the American people and the territorial integrity of the United States,” it reads.

This isn’t coming out of left field, either.

Trump’s State Department already tagged eight of these groups as foreign terrorist organizations, cutting them off from U.S. cash flow. “Terrorist designations expose and isolate entities and individuals, denying them access to the U.S. financial system and the resources they need to carry out attacks,” they said. Smart move—starve the beast, right?

But here’s the kicker: Trump’s team is already knee-deep in a legal slugfest over the Alien Enemies Act, trying to fast-track deportations of alleged Tren de Aragua goons. Some progressive judge—James Boasberg—threw a wrench in it, saying it’s “outside of the typical wartime context.”

So now, while Trump’s fighting that courtroom mess, Steube’s resolution is basically handing him a bazooka to finish the job. Stay tuned—this one’s gonna get loud.

"Thanks for reading! If you’d like to toss a coffee my way, check out my Buy Me A Coffee—means a lot!"

U.S. and U.K. strike against Houthis

A new round of airstrikes were launched by the United States and Britain against the Iranian-backed Houthi scumcrumpets in Yemen. This comes in response to over 30 attacks the Houthis carried out against cargo ships near the Arabian Peninsula over the course of several months.

While it isn't known what support Canada, Bahrain, Denmark and Austria may have provided, these countries supported the latest effort.

The Pentagon stupidly described the strikes as “proportionate and necessary." While hitting back is necessary, the idea of proportionality is stupid because that does nothing to end the fighting. If you get punched in the mouth and you punch the other guy back in the mouth, it's unlikely the fight will have ended. But if you kick his butt, it's likely he will stop hitting you in the mouth. This garbage of proportionate responses makes no sense at all. The only people who call for this are those who want the aggressor to win, or for the fight to continue.

“These precision strikes are intended to disrupt and degrade the capabilities that the Houthis use to threaten global trade, and the lives of innocent mariners, and are in response to a series of illegal, dangerous, and destabilizing Houthi actions since previous coalition strikes on January 11 and 22, 2024, including the January 27 attack which struck and set ablaze the Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker M/V Marlin Luanda,” and blah, blah, blah, the statement said.

If we wanted to degrade the capabilities of the Houthis, we would destroy with shock and awe, and if a bunch of Houthis got their 72 virgins, that would lessen the number of terrorists trying to kill Americans.

The perfunctory strikes “specifically targeted sites associated with the Houthis’ deeply buried weapons storage facilities, missile systems and launchers, air defense systems, and radars.”

The impotent Biden administration said its sole goal was to “de-escalate tensions and restore stability in the Red Sea.”

“Let us reiterate our warning to Houthi leadership: we will not hesitate to continue to defend lives and the free flow of commerce in one of the world’s most critical waterways in the face of continued threats,” the statement concluded.

U.S. bombs weapons depot in Syria after Iran proxies shoot down drone off Yemen

United States warplanes struck a weapons dump used by Iran and its proxy terrorists in eastern Syria. The bombing came after Houthi forces, an Iran-backed terrorist force, shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone.

In a statement, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, [with the blessings of Rear Admiral Rachel Levine] said the strike was in response to more than three dozen attacks on American military sites across Iraq and Syria since Oct. 17.

“The President has no higher priority than the safety of U.S. personnel, and he directed today’s action to make clear that the United States will defend itself, its personnel, and its interests,” Austin said as Rear Admiral Levine pondered his pronouns.

“The United States is fully prepared to take further necessary measures to protect our people and our facilities. We urge against any escalation. U.S. personnel will continue to conduct counter-ISIS missions in Iraq and Syria.”

Thus far, Iran has not responded militarily to the U.S. attack and is likely not to do so.

Let's keep an eye on the ball, but not on Levine's.

Biden willing to have Americans die fighting for Ukraine: calls up reservists

Biden and his handler(s) are willing to put American military in harm's way in the Ukraine-Russia war after the barely sentient President issued an executive order that authorizes the Pentagon to call up reservists to active duty “for the effective conduct” of U.S. military support to Ukraine.

At the same time, the Pentagon designated the U.S. military support to Ukraine since 2014 under Operation Atlantic Resolve a “contingency operation.”

Biden, or more probably his handler, wrote in a message to Congress:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 121 and 12304 of title 10, United States Code, I hereby determine that it is necessary to augment the active Armed Forces of the United States for the effective conduct of Operation Atlantic Resolve in and around the United States European Command’s area of responsibility.
The Operation Atlantic Resolve mission was created to bolster the U.S. military presence in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2014 and annexation of Crimea.

"Biden's" message stated that he authorized the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard, to order to active duty any units or individuals not assigned to a unit. He claimed the number of troops would not exceed 3.000 total members at any one time, and no more than 450 Individual Ready Reserve members.

Pentagon officials said no troops would be deployed for combat to Ukraine, but don't put money on it.

Army Lieutenant General D.A. Sims, the Joint Staff J3 director of operations, told reporters:
Based on the level of presence and operations in the U.S. [European Command] area of operations, DOD’s support requirements have grown, as well. These authorities will enable the department to better support and sustain its enhanced presence and level of operations in the U.S. EUCOM [area of responsibility].
He also said the moves reaffirm “the unwavering support and commitment to the defense of NATO’s eastern flank in wake of Russia’s illegal and unprovoked war on Ukraine.”

Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said declaring Operation Atlantic Resolve a contingency operation “unlocks capabilities and authorities that…enables us to provide better support and sustain our forces. So this includes things like increased contracting responsiveness, personnel-related entitlements that — that give activated reservists the same benefits as active component personnel.”

So if the proverbial crap hits the fan, don't go blaming conservatives, but blame the Democrats and RINOs.

Biden’s executive order comes just a day after he departed a NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, where NATO members pledged continued support for Ukraine in its war against Russia.

At the summit, Biden declared that the U.S. has “given more than any other nation combined in terms of assistance and cost.”

According to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, the U.S. has given more than $78 billion in government aid since January 24, 2022, including more than $43 billion in military aid.

Chinese Communists plan to build military base in Cuba, about a buck away from Florida

Some Democrats sleep with Chinese spies; some make deals with them; and some Democrats are so weak that China is planning to build a spy base in northern Cuba. That's only about 100 miles off the coast of Florida and it's causing U.S. officials to have full-blown panic attacks. "I can't breathe, I can't breathe," you can almost hear them saying.

The Wall Street Journal wrote that China and Cuba are now at an "advanced stage" in negotiating the new deal, which will likely have a lot of green in it for the Cubans, which should make AOC happy for her people--communists, not Cubans.

WSJ spoke with U.S. officials who told them that the information they have about the proposed plan is contained in "highly classified new U.S. intelligence" on Hunter Biden's computer or not.

If China is able to go ahead with building the facility, it would allow them to permanently house troops there and spy on the U.S. like a nosey neighbor with really bad intentions.

The planned operation by the Chinese military is called "Project 141" and is designed to expand China's global presence. Before this, no other effort by Communist China in Project 141 have been in the Western Hemisphere, and the way things look with our brain addled administration with incompetent handlers behind the scene, it looks like they are going to pull it off.

Like Hunter Biden's laptop, his fraudulent business dealings, his overpriced child-level art, and daddy's involvement in all of the deal, man, most officials are downplaying the WSJ's reporting. It begs the question: does the administration and the media want China to become the world dominant power?

“The intelligence community has assessed for several years that the PRC intends to expand its reach globally, and in this case, it is premature to draw firm conclusions about recent reporting,” a U.S. intelligence official told the newspaper. “At this stage, it does not appear to be anything that provides much of an enhancement to the current suite of capabilities.”

The Journal reported that China reached a deal with Cuba to build an electronic eavesdropping base in the country, which is reportedly worth billions, and would allow China to construct a facility that can intercept communications in the southeastern U.S., home to dozens of military bases. The Chinese spy base could also monitor U.S. ship traffic and AOC Instagram dance videos.

USAF's new F-15EX kicks butt as threats against America festers

After experimenting and testing for two years, the US Air Force has come up with a jet fighter that goes beyond expectations with the capability of carrying a significant tonnage of weapons. It's the new, spectacular F-15EX fighter jet.

The Air Force received its first eight F-15EX fighter bombers at the start of 2021 at the cost of $150 million each. It's designed to accompany the F-35 on missions and replaced the old F-15Es which are almost ready to retire after all those missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This bird is a beauty to behold. The video above shows more of what it can do than my words on paper can describe.

S. Korea detects shots fired, apparently by N. Korea

South Korea's military believes it detected the trajectories of shots fired by the hermit nation of North Korea launched by multiple rocket launchers (MLRs). SoKo's Joint Chief of Staff said the shots were detected after 1800 and their military had gone to a heightened alert posture without mentioning further responses.

North Korea is known to test-fire MLRs in military drills because Kim enjoys fireworks and basketball, and in recent years the country has developed larger rockets. Smaller rockets and missiles are designed to strike targets in the South in the event the south gets froggy [and wants to jump].

In 2022, NoKo has already test-fired a smorgasbord of missiles, including its largest intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) down to its MLRs. In any case, all are banned under U.N. Security Council resolutions and sanctions on NoKo have been imposed to deter their weapons development, because the North Koreans are led by one sick puppy who has no compunctions to kill--even if it's his own family member, like the uncle he had killed via cannon fire.

South Korea is pursuing a $2.6-billion artillery defensive interception system, similar to Israel's "Iron Dome," designed to protect against North Korea's arsenal of long-range guns and rockets. [The major difference is the South Korean rockets will not have a small piece taken off at the end of the rockets nose, like the Jewish rockets.]

Unfortunately, Seoul, is South Korea's capital and with a population of 52 million and is within striking distance of North Korea's long-range guns and multiple rocket launchers.

And let us not forget that the U.S. has 28,800 military personnel in South Korea and they train with their South Korean counterparts. Should North Korea strike first, it's a given that we will not sit back and watch our guys get slaughtered.

Israel's 'Iron Beam' Laser destroys incoming rockets, drones and mortars

Bahdahbing!

Israel has demonstrated an "Iron Beam" laser air defense system that has the capability of destroying incoming rockets, mortars and drones. And while the rockets being fired at the Jewish State may cost a ton of money, one laser shot costs about $3.50 of about 11 shekels. The system is designed to augment the existing Iron Dome air defense system currently in use.

In a 103-second video posted online [see below] Thursday, the Israeli Defense Force showcased what it claims is the system locking on and destroying rockets, mortars and a drone.

The system, as you can see in the video, is trailer mounted. Previously, website Breaking Defense reported that Israel was developing a system firing “an electric 100-150 kW solid-state laser that will be capable of intercepting rockets and missiles.”

According to retired Israeli Gen. Yaniv Rotem, and reported by the Times of Israel, the tests were done at “challenging” ranges and timings," adding that "[T]he use of a laser is a 'game changer' and the technology is simple to operate and proves to be economically viable."

The demonstration showcased the "interception and shrapnel, rockets, anti-tank missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, in a variety of complex scenarios,” the Israeli Ministry of Defense said, adding that “[I]srael is one of the first countries in the world to succeed in developing powerful laser technology in operational standards and demonstrate interception in an operational scenario.”

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett was over the moon about the Iron Beam: “This is the world’s first energy-based weapons system that uses a laser to shoot down incoming UAVs, rockets & mortars at a cost of $3.50 per shot,” Bennett said in a Tweet Thursday. “It may sound like science fiction, but it's real.”

Saving lives, saving shekels.

Israel had been planning to use the system in 2024 at first, but the military pushed the timeline up out of concern that their current Iron Dome system, and other systems would run out of interceptor missiles. After all, it's thought that Hezbollah, its proxies and Hamas have about 130,000 rockets, missiles and mortar shells they may be storing to attack Israel in a future war. The IDF has also said “they have seen a growing trend in Iranian use of drone attacks in recent years, dubbing it Iran’s “UAV terror.”

The Iron Beam system changes the game.

The Iron Beam test comes as the U.S. Navy announced it too has demonstrated an enhanced ability to hit an airborne threat with a laser.

A demonstration in February of the Layered Laser Defense system “marked the first time the U.S. Navy used an all-electric, high-energy laser weapon to defeat a target representing a subsonic cruise missile in flight,” according to a media release issued Wednesday.

The Layered Laser Defense weapon was designed and built by Lockheed Martin with the goal to "serve as a multi-domain, multi-platform demonstration system." The Navy says the LLD  “can counter unmanned aerial systems and fast-attack boats with a high-power laser—and also use its high-resolution telescope to track in-bound air threats, support combat identification and conduct battle damage assessment of engaged targets.”

Both the Israeli and US Laser defense systems have their limitations (you need to see what you're beaming at), they are a major step in defensive military weaponry.

Taiwan scrambles fighter jets after 27 Chinese jets enter buffer zone

Taipei, Taiwan -- Taiwan reported that 27 Chinese aircraft entered its air defense buffer zone Sunday, an ongoing situation in which China continues its incursions on the smaller nation as part of Beijing's pressure on the independent island.

In response to China, the Defense Ministry said Taiwan scrambled combat aircraft to “warn” the Chinese planes to leave, and also deployed missile systems to monitor them.

Sunday’s incursion in which China symbolically flexed its muscles, rolled its shoulders and grabbed its crotch included 18 fighter jets, five H-6 bombers, and a Y-20 aerial refueling aircraft, according to Taiwan’s Defense Ministry.

The Chinese aircraft flew into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone near the southern part of the island and out into the Pacific Ocean before returning to China, according to a map by Taiwan authorities.

Over the past year, the frequency of Chinese incursions has increased, with about 150 aircraft over a period of four days.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is still President and Kamala Harris remains incompetent and totally useless.

China’s air force sorties near Taiwan came as CCP President Xi met with military officers at a conference and an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Xi called for military talent cultivation to bolster the strengthening of the armed forces, and while he always looks as if he's smiling, beneath those ample lips is a venom that can kill the weak.

Xi said that talent is imperative in achieving victory in military competition and gaining the upper hand in future wars, according to Xinhua, a state-owned and thus Communist news agency.

China claims democratically ruled Taiwan as its own territory, much like Native American tribes claimed other Native American tribes' territory to be theirs, and then Europeans did the same to the last winners of the tribal territorial warfare.

* * *

Why not subscribe to Brain Flushings and check out the ads on these pages. It costs nothing to subscribe and it's worth every penny. And remember, every time you click on an ad, you help in the fight against the tech giants.

Xi said with his fake smile that Taiwan will be brought under China's control by force if necessary, just like what happens when any colonizing nation finds itself in the land of another nation which they want to colonize and thus take for themselves.

China refuses to recognize the island's government and has methodically increased efforts to isolate the administration of President Tsai Ing-wen, a woman president who is not Hillary Clinton nor Kamala Hahaharris.

Taiwan and China split during a civil war in 1949. It was a bad split and neither one was talking to the other, but often talking behind their mutual backs.

As it now stands, Xi opposes Taiwan's involvement in international organizations and said that he would like to rule the world because "that's how you get the chicks."

Biden against giving honorable discharge to troops refusing COVID vaccine: demands dishonorable discharge be on the table

Whatever you might think of President Joe Biden, one thing is for certain: he is a horrible person who would consider ruining the lives of military troops with a dishonorable discharge because they refuse the vaccine for their personal reasons, than to allow them an honorable discharge.

But even if this demented plagiarizing liar and a less than mediocre politician allowed people to leave the military with an honorable discharge, the notion that he would force his will upon them [and us] is tyrannical and he should be removed from office.

His demands take nothing into consideration beyond the refusal to get the vaccine, even if a person contracted covid and had immunity--a more effective immunity than the shot in the arm. And there are those who don't trust the vaccine, and this is true in largest part with Black people. It's also true with people who don't want the shot and believe their body, their choice, not their body, Biden's choice.

And the fact that Biden is telling his employers, the American people, that he is losing patience with us is beyond disgusting. How dare you!

But a dishonorable discharge for the military? Does that old fool even understand the ramifications of how that would impact the lives of those dischargees in civilian life? Does he understand how it will leave an indelible black mark? Does he understand how to find the men's room in the White House?

In a statement issued Tuesday, the so-called Biden administration forcefully rejected a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) prohibiting the Pentagon from dishonorably discharging any service member who declines to get the vaccine.

Where is the dishonor in being in control of what enters one's own body?

"The Administration strongly opposes section 716, which would detract from readiness and limit a commander's options for enforcing good order and discipline when a Service member fails to obey a lawful order to receive a vaccination," the White House bulls***ted. "To enable a uniformed force to fight with discipline, commanders must have the ability to give orders and take appropriate disciplinary measures."

Except when the orders are unlawful.

The provision, introduced by Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) during the bill's markup phase, ensured that service members removed over their refusal to get the vaccine would receive nothing but an honorable discharge, noting that "many Americans have reservations about taking a vaccine that has only been available for less than a year."

"Any discharge other than honorable denotes a dereliction of duty or a failure to serve the United States and its people to the best of the ability of an individual," the provision states.

COVID-19 has become a convenient tool for the Left to wield in order to divide us and thereby gain power. Consider the political leaders on the Left and how they snub their own mandates while insisting we follow them. London Breed, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, just for starters. Look at photos of this year's Emmy Awards in which the help had to wear masks while the "celebrities" did not. The hypocrisy is palpable.

In the words of Mark Green, "No American who raises their hand to serve our Nation should be punished for making a highly personal medical decision."

In addition to opposing Section 716, the administration also announced opposition to another provision in the NDAA that exempts service members from the vaccine mandate if they have had prior COVID-19 infection.

This shows how "the science" is not the issue--the issue is blind obedience whether it makes sense or not. Whether Biden makes sense or not.

Biden's foreign policy decisions remain 100% predictable as US buys Chinese drones

Leave it to Biden to muck (sic) things up when it involves foreign policy decisions. If you can think of even one good decision this bozo has made, please comment below.

Now the plan is for federal law enforcement agencies to buy surveillance drones from the Communist China government.

What could possibly go wrong?

Well, our military has given multiple warnings to the Biden-Harris-etc.-etc. administration that drones sold to us by our enemy poses a serious threat to our national security, to which our demented leader asked, "what's a drone?"

“The Secret Service bought eight DJI drones on July 26, according to procurement records obtained by the industry publication IPVM,” Axios reported. “That was three days after the Defense Department released a statement saying DJI products ‘pose potential threats to national security.'”

The outlet then cited records showing the FBI bought 19 drones made by the same Communist China-based company, owned and operated by the Chinese government.

The U.S. military repeatedly warned against using the drones during the Trump administration, which is likely why the current incompetent administration bought the damn things--if Trump hated it, they love it. The military is still trying to warn these political cretins against using the drones while Biden pretends to be in charge.

“The Department of Defense (DOD) position is that systems produced by Da Jiang Innovations (DJI) pose potential threats to national security,” the Pentagon warned this summer. “Existing DOD policy and practices associated with the use of these systems by U.S. government entities and forces working with U.S. military services remain unchanged contrary to any written reports not approved for release by the DOD.”

It isn't known whether the drones simply steal information from the U.S. or if they violently explode when flying over populated areas--it's anyone's guess. But if Trump refused to buy them, that's good enough for Chief Sniffing Hair. After all, he and his son, Hunter, have a financial interest in China's economic growth.

“In 2018, DOD issued a ban on the purchase and use of all commercial off-the-shelf drones, regardless of manufacturer, due to cybersecurity concerns,” the statement added. “The following year, Congress passed legislation specifically banning the purchase and use of drones and components manufactured in China. DOD complies with Section 848 of the FY20 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and additional guidance provided by Executive Order 13981.”

The Department of Homeland Security warned in 2017 that it had “moderate confidence that Chinese-based company DJI Science and Technology is providing U.S. critical infrastructure and law enforcement data to the Chinese government.”

The DHS warned that it has:
“…high confidence [DJI] is selectively targeting government and privately owned entities within these sectors to expand its ability to collect and exploit sensitive U.S. data.”
“…high confidence a foreign government with access to this information could easily coordinate physical or cyber attacks against critical sites.”
“…high confidence that outside of DJI’s goal to attain law enforcement customers, DJI’s criteria for selecting accounts to target appears to focus on the account holder’s ability to disrupt critical infrastructure. As a result, DJI has amassed customers such as American Water, Union Pacific, and American Electric Power, some of the biggest utility and transportation companies in the United States.”
“…high confidence the critical infrastructure and law enforcement entities using DJI systems are collecting sensitive intelligence that the Chinese government could use to conduct physical or cyber attacks against the United States and its population. Alternatively, China could provide DJI information to terrorist organizations, hostile non-state entities, or state-sponsored groups to coordinate attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure. The UAS capture close-up imagery and GPS information on water systems, rail systems, hazardous material storage systems, first responders’ activity, and construction of highways, bridges, and rails.”
It's good to know how confident DHS is with what it believes to be true. That gives me high confidence in knowing that our current POTUS hasn't a clue as to what he's doing other than when he's eating ice cream.

Joe Biden is an embarrassment to the country.

Taliban Takes Control Over Parts of Kabul Airport

According to a report by Barrons, the Biden-assisted Taliban has taken control of parts of Kabul airport on Friday, as the Tuesday, August 31st deadline draws insidiously closer. [H/T Barrons; AFP]

"Today, three important locations in the military part of Kabul airport were evacuated by the Americans and are under the control of the Islamic Emirate," spokesman Bilal Karimi said on Twitter.

By 'evacuated' Karimi is referring to an ordered retreat by our military. The United States of America has finally come to a point where the left is trying to protect our military, whose job it is is to protect American citizens, while stranding our citizens who need protecting. Everything the left does is ass-backwards or false.

Obviously this is a recent event and more information will be forthcoming.

Biden didn't send his brightest and his best in Jen Psaki

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki apparently isn't a fan of the military and has no qualms about showing it. This is not a very bright look nor a path any press secretary of an American president would take, especially if they have more than two brain cells to rub together. But the American public has no proof that Psaki does indeed possess the requisite neurological endowment to not say stupid things, as does her boss.

The fiery yet boring redhead is facing strong backlash for a rather stupid remark that appeared to mock a branch of the military, speaking at a press conference Tuesday. She was asked to apologize for the "disgraceful" comment.

It went like this: Psaki was asked about what President Joe Biden's plans were regarding the Space Force and whether he planned to keep this new branch of the military.

Her knee-jerk, anti-Trump response seemed to come from someplace other than her brain and further south than her hips. Here it is:
“Wow. Space Force. It’s the plane of today/ It is an interesting question. I am happy to check with our Space Force point of contact. I’m not sure who that is. I will find out and see if we have any update on that.”
The poser's comments were apparently a reference to previous questions from "reporters" about whether the Biden administration would change the colors on Air Force One after they asked about Biden's favorite ice cream flavor.

Steve Guest put up the video and tweeted:
"Wow, Space Force– it's the plane of today." — Jen Psaki
How condescending can Jen Psaki get? pic.twitter.com/hiadBB7ydz
Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL), the House Armed Services Committee’s top Republican, demanded that Psaki apologized for the cretinous remark.

“It’s concerning to see the Biden administration’s press secretary blatantly diminish an entire branch of our military as the punchline of a joke, which I’m sure China would find funny,” Rogers said. “The Space Force was passed with near unanimous support in Congress, the same type of ‘unity’ President Biden is supposedly working towards. Jen Psaki needs to immediately apologize to the men and women of the Space Force for this disgraceful comment.”

And yes, Rogers is correct--crap like this is fodder for China. In fact, Xi must be laughing in his bowl of Sum Dum Jo for appointing this incompetent to the position.

An angry Rep. Michael Waltz (R-FL) said that Psaki's remarks indicate that this administration doesn't plan to take the security threat posed by China seriously. “This is just another example of the Biden administration not taking China seriously while demeaning the incredible work of Space Force personnel.”

Psaki has never served in the military but she knows someone who might have.

Psaki’s obvious lack of knowledge about what the administration’s plans were on the Space Force and a lot of other issues comes after a report was published alleging that Biden’s communications team has been reaching out to reporters, prior to press conferences to learn about what they are going to ask in advance. This sounds a lot like when Donna Brazile gave Hillary Clinton the questions she was going to get on the presidential debate against Trump.

But Brazile was never held accountable for her actions and Fox News even pays her for her "expert" political analysis.

Psaki later issued a short, insincere statement in apparent reference to her mocking a branch of the U.S. military in which she didn't apologize and Donald Trump.

Psaki wrote, “We look forward to the continuing work of Space Force and invite the members of the team to come visit us in the briefing room anytime to share an update on their important work.”

Maybe it would serve her better if she actually learned the names of those in charge of Space Force and its mission before she makes fun of that branch of our military.

Dem. Ralph Warnock "Nobody can serve" America in military while serving God

Georgia Marxist Democrat Senate candidate Raphael Warnock gave a sermon in 2011 saying that Americans cannot serve their country in "the military" while also serving God. On the other hand, Warnock believes that one can kill the unborn and still serve God. His take on Christianity is definitely not on par with Jesus' take, but let's face it, Jesus was not a Democrat.

“America, nobody can serve God and the military,” Warnock said. “You can’t serve God and money. You cannot serve God and mammon at the same time. America, choose ye this day who you will serve. Choose ye this day.” [As ye choose to terminate the lives of your unborn.]

Verily, verily, so on and so forth. He thinketh he speaketh for the Lord. But lo, he speaketh for the other.

Finally, Warnock, a full-blown Marxist, is being vetted as he runs against Republican Kelly Loeffler for the Georgia Senate seat in the runoff election in a state that has 14 military installations and almost 80% of the its residents identify themselves as Christian.

Any voter with a brain and a Bible would have to be totally misinformed to vote for this guy.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) posted the video on Twitter, saying that he was “not shocked” by Warnock’s over the top comments.

Rubio added, “These and even crazier things is what the radicals who control the Democratic party’s activist and small dollar donor base believe.”

Not shocked #Georgia Democrat Senate candidate Raphael Warnock said “You cannot serve God and the military” at the same time. These & even crazier things is what the radicals who control the Democratic party’s activist & small dollar donor base believepic.twitter.com/bQyBuKLwjb

Warnock’s campaign claimed that Warnock, 51, was referring to Bible verses about serving two masters.

Sorry, but that ship doesn't float.

“This sermon is based on a biblical verse that reads ‘No man can serve two masters… Ye cannot serve God and mammon,’ a biblical term for wealth,” Terrence Clark, communications director for the Warnock campaign, told Fox News.

“Reverend Warnock was speaking about the need to commit to moral life before pursuing other priorities. As the video of the congregation’s response makes clear, this is another blatant effort by Kelly Loeffler to take Reverend Warnock’s words completely out of context. Given her own decision to spend her first days in the U.S. Senate profiting off the pandemic, perhaps she should watch the sermon more closely.”

But remember, Rev. W also believes in abortion. How can Clark square that circle?

Alexandria Obviously-Commie's amendment to limit military ads fails miserably

Rep. Alexandria Obviously-Commie's (D-NY) amendment to place limits on U.S. military recruitment advertisements was rejected by an overwhelming 292-126 vote on Thursday evening in the U.S. House of Representatives.

But at least it wasn't as bad as her Green New Deal proposal which received zero votes because it appeared to be written by a teenage girl trying to impress a boy. The only thing missing from the GND was pink hearts floating over a field of smiling cows drawn in crayon along the margins

The defeat of AOC's anti-U.S. military plan continues to allow the military to post recruitment ads on Twitch, a popular streaming platform with online gamers. It also means that the House has not completely gone insane.

Earlier Thursday, Obviously-Commie tweeted a tweet to convince lawmakers to support her anti-U.S. military proposal.

“War is not a game,” she pontificated. “Twitch is a popular platform for children FAR under the age of military recruitment rules. We should not conflate military service with ‘shoot-em-up’ style games and contests.

“The Marines pulled out of Twitch for a reason,” she added, although she did not seem to know the reason, and was merely 'shooting from the hip'. "It’s time to follow their lead.”

The Army, Navy, Air Force and National Guard all participate in sponsorships and partnerships in the world of so-called “e-sports,” The ESports Observer reported.

However, the Marine Corps [pronounced 'Corpse' by former President Obama] and Coast Guard do not participate.

In May, Military.com cited a 2019 U.S.M.C. [not to be confused with Utah State Medical College or Uncle Sam's Motorcycle Club]  recruiting document that was submitted to the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services.

“The national marketing brand strategy does not include future plans to establish eSports teams or create branded games,” the Marine Corps wrote. “This is due in part to the belief that the brand and issues associated with combat are too serious to be ‘gamified’ [not a real word] in a responsible manner.”

The report also noted, however, that in January the Marines launched an Academic Excellence Program in association with Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas, that offers free game-time to high-achieving high school and college students.

Although the U.S.M.C. does not advertise on Twitch, Marine recruiters attend esports tournaments, therefore having at least a modicum of contact with gaming that attracts 72 percent of men and 49 percent of women ages 18 to 29, Military.com reported.

After Thursday’s vote, Ocasio-Cortez returned to Twitter where she tried to put a positive spin on the miserable outcome for her amendment.

“The good news: a majority of the Dem party supported this amendment,” she wrote, confusing the word 'Dem' with 'dumb.' “That’s really a solid start for this being the first time this issue has been brought before Congress.”

Thirteen House members did not vote on the amendment, because they forgot to bring their crayons to the House.

Trump announces all-out assault on Mexican drug cartels

President Trump announced Wednesday that his administration will be launching an all out assault on Mexican drug cartels and will use the U.S. military to fight the scourge.

“As governments and nations focus on the Coronavirus, there is a growing threat that cartels, criminals, terrorists, and other malign actors will try to exploit the situation for their own gain and we must not let that happen,” the President said. “We will never let that happen. Today the United States is launching enhanced counter narcotics operations in the western hemisphere to protect the American people from the deadly scourge of illegal narcotics.”

“We must not let the drug cartels exploit the pandemic to threaten American lives,” Trump continued. “In cooperation with the 22 partner nations, the U.S. Southern Command will increase surveillance, disruption, and seizures of drug shipments, and provide additional support for eradication efforts that are going on right now at a record pace.”

“We are deploying additional Navy destroyers, combat ships, aircraft and helicopters, Coast Guard cutters and Air Force surveillance aircraft, doubling the capabilities in the region,” Trump continued. “Very importantly, our forces are fully equipped with personnel protective equipment, and we have taken additional safety measures to ensure that our troops remain healthy.”

So it seems that Trump can walk and chew gum, take the reins of the Wuhan coronavirus, and deal with the Mexican drug cartels all at the same time.

Joe Biden, on the other hand, is doubtful.

Secretary of Defense Mark Esper said, “Today at the president’s direction, the Department of Defense in close cooperation with our interagency partners began enhanced narcotics separations in eastern Pacific oceans and the Caribbean sea.”

The reason the cartels have gone maritime is because the borders have been, in effect, closed down except for commerce.

Secretary of Defense Mark Esper: enhanced operations will keep pressure on the drug cartels during coronavirus pandemic.

According to the DEA, the most recent threat assessment guide says the cartels continue to be by far, the greatest criminal threat to face the U.S. and are responsible for the huge majority of illicit drugs that are in the U.S. This includes heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and marijuana.

Ilhan Omar wants GI Bill for all, not just GIs

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is being criticized for sharing an article that calls for the G.I. Bill legislation, aimed at paying for the higher education of American service members' to apply to all U.S. citizens.

What appears on the surface to be charity being handed out by the left, is actually a slap in the face of all who have served. After all, it's the "G.I. Bill" not the "Everyone Gets Free Education Bill." Military men and women have earned it by putting their lives on the line for the country.

The story being touted by Omar was written by USMC and Iraq veteran Will Fischer. He used the G.I. Bill's benefits to pay for his college tuition and he argues that the benefits of paying for all would benefit student debt and the economy as a whole.

What the story doesn't say is that students take on the loan from lending institutions with the promise to pay it back. It's no different than a car loan. So why should taxpayers foot the bill for people who it is assumed will get a good job and then pay off their debt? Why should someone with no kids, pay off the debt of someone else's kid?

And what about those of us who paid off our student loans? Is it fair that those who come after us get theirs paid off and I, in the meantime, have to pay off theirs?

"Imagine what it would do for our country and those who live here if we were to take the ethos behind the original G.I. Bill and apply it to everybody—canceling all student debt and making public colleges, universities, and vocational schools tuition-free," Omar tweeted, quoting the AlterNet story. We know what her agenda is.

Debt is not "canceled." Someone has to pay back the lending institutions that took the risk of providing the borrower the money. The people in the military took a personal risk to serve the country and the country owes them for that risk.

"I'm a recipient of the GI Bill," wrote Chris Manning, a veteran who ran for Congress in New Mexico as a Libertarian in 2018. "The GI Bill was earned by agreeing to serve my country for six years and to put my life at risk as an infantryman in Afghanistan. It wasn't something just given to me with nothing expected in return. Don't cheapen our sacrifice w/ this comparison."

"My dad was a WWII vet who went to Brown University on the GI Bill. He still worked as a truck driver on the side to pay for his family's food and housing while attending school full time," Cam Edwards, a gun rights activist tweeted. "He didn't get 'free' college. He paid his way with his service to the nation."

Socialism never works. Never. When will the left learn this? When they run out of toilet paper and stand on bread lines?

Justice Alito rips Jackson a new one over 'utterly irresponsible' solo dissent

Justice Alito and DEI appointee Jackson Justice Samuel Alito just unloaded on Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson 's latest solo dissent, and...
