Trump administration sues Harvard for alleged civil rights violations and anti-Semitism

The Trump administration has filed a lawsuit against Harvard University, alleging that the prestigious school violated the civil rights of its Jewish students.

The suit, filed early on Friday in a federal district court in Massachusetts, claims that Harvard failed to protect Jewish and Israeli students from anti-Semitic hostility and fulfill anti-harassment policies, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The filing claims that Jewish and Israeli students faced harassment in the form of stalking and assault, including being “spat upon,” since the October 7, 2023, attack that Hamas carried out on Israel.

“For several years, Jewish and Israeli students endured a hostile educational environment,” the document read. “They were repeatedly denied access to educational facilities by antisemitic demonstrators. Fearful for their safety, Jewish students wore baseball caps to conceal their yarmulkes or kept out of sight, effectively denying them access to Federally funded educational opportunities.”

“Jewish and Israeli students were subjected to severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive harassment on the ground of their race or national origin,” the Trump administration asserted. The administration argued that Harvard failed to properly discipline harmful behavior toward its Jewish community, violated its own policies and federal law, and is therefore misusing federal funding.

“Harvard’s response to this: do nothing,” the suit read. “Its faculty and leadership turned a blind eye to antisemitism and discrimination against Jews and Israelis. Students and faculty violated Harvard’s time, place, and manner rules with impunity, rules that Harvard has and would enforce against anyone else.”

Other offenses included the university letting instructors cancel class or excuse students to “join illicit demonstrations,” allowing anti-Israeli demonstrators to occupy school libraries and allowing an anti-Israeli encampment on its campus for 20 days.

“Harvard has been and remains deliberately indifferent to what its own Presidential Task Force on Combating Antisemitism and Anti-Israeli Bias deemed the ‘exclusion of Israeli or Zionist students from social spaces and extracurricular activities,’” the administration declared.

It argued that by seeking and accepting federal grants from the U.S., it “certifies compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.” This means that the school should comply with the prohibition of discrimination based on race if it expects to continue receiving massive sums of funding.

“Harvard is currently set to receive more than $2,615,000,000 of taxpayer money under active federal grants from the Department of Health and Human Services alone (to say nothing of other agencies),” the filing explained. “Yet Harvard defied federal law and violated Title VI repeatedly by discriminating against Jewish and Israeli students without remorse. And Harvard remains in violation of its Title VI obligations.”

The administration now seeks to recover federal funding that was doled out to the school while it disregarded federal regulations.

Harvard sued the administration last year after the government froze billions of its federal funding. A federal court judge in Boston ruled in Harvard’s favor, calling the antisemitism argument a “smokescreen” to withhold federal money.

“Anti-Semitism is a serious problem and no matter the context, it is unacceptable,” the university said in a statement. “Harvard has taken substantive, proactive steps to address the root causes of antisemitism in its community.”

Trump’s administration has cracked down on several elite universities that he believes are discriminatory and overrun with left-wing ideology. Many schools have reached agreements with the White House to restore frozen federal grants.

Look, this is the kind of story that makes you wonder how long it took the Ivy League crowd to realize that "diversity" apparently doesn't include protecting Jewish kids from getting spit on and chased around campus. Harvard's big plan seems to have been to let the antisemitic circus run its course while cashing those fat federal checks, then act shocked when someone finally calls them on it. The Trump team dropping this lawsuit is basically the political equivalent of walking into a room full of trust-fund radicals and saying, "Hey, geniuses, maybe stop pretending your 'protests' aren't just Jew-baiting with better signage." And good luck to Harvard explaining to taxpayers why they should keep funding a place that treats Title VI like a suggestion box. The woke elite always think the rules are for other people, until the other people show up with lawyers and receipts.

Trump will be suing the Wall Street Journal, NewsCorp. and its CEO, Rupert Murdoch

Well, folks, the media’s at it again, slinging mud at President Trump with a story so absurd it sounds like it was cooked up in a tabloid’s basement, or maybe the Babylon Bee. 

On Thursday, Trump dropped a bombshell, revealing that he and his Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, got a heads-up from none other than Rupert Murdoch about a forthcoming Wall Street Journal hit piece. The claim was that Trump allegedly drew a picture of a woman’s breasts and signed it with a birthday note to the late, not so great, disgraced Jeffrey Epstein. 

Yes, that Jeffrey Epstein.

The alleged note, according to the report, read: "Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret." Sounds like something out of a bad spy novel, not a Trump letter, and not something stupid enough that a person of his standing would put in writing.

Trump and Leavitt didn’t mince words. They went straight to WSJ editor Emma Tucker and called the letter what it is: “a FAKE.” Trump himself was crystal clear when The Journal came sniffing around. "I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women," he said, adding, "It’s not my language. It’s not my words." Hard to argue with that, because nobody on this planet can really picture Trump sitting down with a sketchpad and a birthday card for Epstein.

But, in true legacy media fashion, The Wall Street Journal ran the story anyway, facts be damned. 

Trump wasn’t having it. He took to Truth Social, firing off a post that pulled no punches and announced he’s gearing up to sue The WSJ, NewsCorp, and Murdoch himself. "President Trump has already beaten George Stephanopoulos/ABC, 60 Minutes/CBS, and others, and looks forward to suing and holding accountable the once great Wall Street Journal," he wrote. "It has truly turned out to be a ‘Disgusting and Filthy Rag’ and, writing defamatory lies like this, shows their desperation to remain relevant."

Go Donny, Go!

And he didn’t stop there. Trump pointed out the obvious: if there was even a shred of truth to this so-called "Epstein Hoax," the usual suspects: Comey, Brennan, "Crooked Hillary," and the rest of the Radical Left Lunatics would’ve been waving it around years ago. "It certainly would not have sat in a file waiting for ‘TRUMP’ to have won three Elections," he added. "This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS!"

And there you have it, folks. Another day, another media smear campaign. The WSJ, once a titan of journalism, seems more interested in peddling fiction than reporting facts and is best used for wrapping dead fish. 

Trump’s not backing down, and if his track record is any indication, The Journal might want to lawyer up.

Operation SIndoor brings justice to the family of US journalist Daniel Pearl

India's targeted military strike, "Operation Sindoor," was launched in response to the brutal Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 civilians were murdered Islamic terrorists. The operation achieved an unexpected but significant outcome: delivering long-overdue justice to the family of American journalist Daniel Pearl, who was brutally murdered in Pakistan in 2002. 

On May 7, one of the nine terrorist targets destroyed was a facility in Bahawalpur, a known stronghold of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), a terrorist group led by Masood Azhar. JeM is responsible for multiple attacks in India, including the 2001 Parliament attack and the 2019 Pulwama bombing.

Daniel Pearl, the South Asia bureau chief for The Wall Street Journal and a Jew, was kidnapped in Karachi while investigating links between Pakistan’s intelligence agencies and terrorists. A month later, a horrifying video showed his beheading. Despite worldwide outrage, those responsible faced no consequences, protected by terrorist groups and their supporters in Pakistan.

Reports, including from the Bharatiya Janata Party, claimed that Abdul Rauf Azhar, Masood Azhar’s brother, was killed in the strike. Abdul Rauf’s involvement in the IC-814 hijacking led to the release of Omar Saeed Sheikh, who later kidnapped and murdered Pearl.

Pearl’s colleague, Indian-American journalist Asra Nomani, highlighted the connection between Bahawalpur and Pearl’s death. She wrote on X: "My friend, WSJ reporter Danny Pearl, went to Bahawalpur in December 2001 with a notebook and a pen. Gen. Pervez Musharraf had just promised he was shutting down Pakistan’s militant groups after a strike by Pakistan’s terrorists against the Parliament in India, and Danny reported on the militant offices in Bahawalpur. He literally knocked on their doors.

Dear Dr.@yudapearl, this story is a window into Danny’s reporting enterprise. And because people will wonder: Danny was no cowboy. This was a calculated low-risk reporting trip because no journalist had been targeted for kidnapping in Pakistan. Around that time, Danny sent me an email: ‘I’m anxious to go to Afghanistan, but I’m not anxious to die.’"

Top Gaza doctor held three Israeli hostages for Hamas

A prominent doctor sworn to do no harm, held three of the four Israeli hostages recently freed by the IDF in his Gaza home. They had been kidnapped on October 7, at the Nova music festival outside of Re'im, in Israel. The doctor, Ahmad Aljamal, kept them hostage for Hamas in the Gaza city of Nuseirat.

The three he held were: Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv. They were finally rescued by Israeli special forces comprised of a 28-member team on June 8th and all have since been reunited with their loved ones.

The bad doctor's home was destroyed in an IAF airstrike shortly after the Israeli commandos left the building with the freed captives, and Ahmad and his son Abdullah Aljamal, a 37-year-old Al Jazeera journalist and Hamasshole, were killed, along with Fatma, Abdullah's wife. [May their memories be a warning and a wakeup call.]

The Wall Street Journal report supports claims made by the Israeli military that the Aljamal family held the three captives in their home, but of course, Al Jazeera denies it. And if you believe Al Jazeera over the Wall Street Journal and the IDF, there's no convincing you of anything supporting Israel and standing up for the good against the evil of Hamas, Hezbollah and all jihadis.

“This man is not from Al Jazeera, and he did not work for Al-Jazeera at all, and he is not listed as working for Al Jazeera neither now nor in the past,” said the network’s Jerusalem bureau chief Omar al-Walid.

“We do not know him, and all the rumors that have been spread are empty of content and not true at all.”

The IDF later contradicted Al Jazeera‘s claims, however, saying that the agency’s journalist had indeed been holding Israelis captive in his home.

“’Journalist’ Abdallah Aljamal was a Hamas terrorist holding Almog, Andrey and Shlomi hostage in his family’s home in Nuseirat,” the IDF tweeted in response to Al Jazeera’s statement.

“No press vest can make him innocent of the crimes he has committed. Al Jazeera what’s this terrorist doing on your website?”

Chinese Communists plan to build military base in Cuba, about a buck away from Florida

Some Democrats sleep with Chinese spies; some make deals with them; and some Democrats are so weak that China is planning to build a spy base in northern Cuba. That's only about 100 miles off the coast of Florida and it's causing U.S. officials to have full-blown panic attacks. "I can't breathe, I can't breathe," you can almost hear them saying.

The Wall Street Journal wrote that China and Cuba are now at an "advanced stage" in negotiating the new deal, which will likely have a lot of green in it for the Cubans, which should make AOC happy for her people--communists, not Cubans.

WSJ spoke with U.S. officials who told them that the information they have about the proposed plan is contained in "highly classified new U.S. intelligence" on Hunter Biden's computer or not.

If China is able to go ahead with building the facility, it would allow them to permanently house troops there and spy on the U.S. like a nosey neighbor with really bad intentions.

The planned operation by the Chinese military is called "Project 141" and is designed to expand China's global presence. Before this, no other effort by Communist China in Project 141 have been in the Western Hemisphere, and the way things look with our brain addled administration with incompetent handlers behind the scene, it looks like they are going to pull it off.

Like Hunter Biden's laptop, his fraudulent business dealings, his overpriced child-level art, and daddy's involvement in all of the deal, man, most officials are downplaying the WSJ's reporting. It begs the question: does the administration and the media want China to become the world dominant power?

“The intelligence community has assessed for several years that the PRC intends to expand its reach globally, and in this case, it is premature to draw firm conclusions about recent reporting,” a U.S. intelligence official told the newspaper. “At this stage, it does not appear to be anything that provides much of an enhancement to the current suite of capabilities.”

The Journal reported that China reached a deal with Cuba to build an electronic eavesdropping base in the country, which is reportedly worth billions, and would allow China to construct a facility that can intercept communications in the southeastern U.S., home to dozens of military bases. The Chinese spy base could also monitor U.S. ship traffic and AOC Instagram dance videos.

Federal judge stops Biden administration from blocking new oil and gas drilling leases

A federal judge in Louisiana, Terry A. Doughty has stopped the socialist Biden administration on Tuesday from blocking new gas and oil drilling leases on federal land, thus putting a damper on Biden's extreme left environmental agenda that would obviously harm American energy workers. Doughty issued a preliminary injunction in the case.

“Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court in Monroe said the administration doesn’t have the legal right to stop leasing federal territory for oil-and-gas production without approval from Congress,” The Wall Street Journal reported. The WSJ added that Doughty noted that “states suing the federal government—largely southern and coastal states—will be harmed immediately as the pause prevents them from collecting lease bids and bonuses from oil-and-gas prospectors.”

Thirteen states in all sued the Biden administration over its radical and anti-American proposal: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

The court's decision was a clear setback for Biden, who in his total lack of wisdom ordered suspension of new leases for fossil fuel development on public lands and waters in January while a review of the permitting process was carried out. He also halted work on the Keystone Pipeline, which put thousands of American workers out of a job while allowing Russia to be the sole providers of energy to Germany with their Nord Stream 2 pipeline. 

Biden has never once gotten a foreign policy idea correct and he isn't planning on ruining his record of incompetence.

The suspension — which did not affect existing drilling permits — fulfilled an election pledge and marked the president’s most significant move against the energy sector after he campaigned on a “transition away from oil.”

“The omission of any rational explanation in cancelling the lease sales, and in enacting the Pause, results in this Court ruling that Plaintiff States also have a substantial likelihood of success on the merits of this claim,” Doughty wrote. “Millions and possibly billions of dollars are at stake. Plaintiff states have a reliance interest in the proceeds derived from offshore and on land oil and gas lease sales.

Judge Doughty added, “Local government funding, jobs for Plaintiff State workers, and funds for the restoration of Louisiana’s Coastline are at stake.”

Officials who support American energy praised the decision as a victory for the rule of law, workers, and American citizens.

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) said the ruling was “great news for Louisiana energy workers and their families!”

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said the ruling was “a major win for the Constitution, for workers employed in the oil and gas industry and for all Americans who have felt pain at the pump.”

Rep. Jody Arrington (R-TX) responded to the news by saying that the ruling could “save a million jobs and preserve a safe and affordable supply of energy for all Americans.”

Report: WH ordered 'shocking' request for potential attack on Iran

National Security Adviser John Bolton and his mustache requested the Pentagon provide information in the form of strategic options for a strike on Iran if it ever became necessary.

Whether President Trump was aware of the request by his national security adviser for options for a strike on Iran is not known, but it seems as if the leftist media is upset with the fact that Bolton is doing his job.

Following a September mortar attack near the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad that was blamed on Teheran,  John Bolton requested that the Pentagon provide options for a retaliatory strike on Iran, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.

This is exactly what he should have done.

The Pentagon is said to have followed through on the order from the White House. However, according to the newspaper report, it is not clear what became of those plans and how great the chances were of such an attack taking place. It is also not totally clear, says the Journal, whether President Donald Trump was even aware of the request made by his national security adviser.

Still, Pentagon and State Department officials were said to have been shocked by the nature of the request.

“It definitely rattled people,” [particularly Iranians who later learned that the U.S. isn't going to stand by with their thumbs stuck someplace dark] a former senior administration official told the paper. “People were shocked. It was mind-boggling how cavalier they were about hitting Iran.”

It has nothing to do with "hitting Iran," it has to do with having a plan to hit them if it came to that. It's known as military readiness.

A spokesman for the National Security Council told the paper that the council “coordinates policy and provides the president with options to anticipate and respond to a variety of threats.”

The attack that reportedly prompted Bolton to seek information if retaliation became necessary involved three mortars fired into Baghdad’s sprawling diplomatic quarter, home to the U.S. Embassy.

The shells were said to have been launched by a group aligned with Iran.

The mortars landed in an open lot and no injuries were reported because fortunately, the group's mortar accuracy sucked, but Trump’s national security team conducted a series of meetings to discuss a forceful American response.

The operant word is "discuss."

Additionally, there was an air strike near a U.S. diplomatic facility in Basra, Iraq. In response, the U.S. announced it would close its consulate in Basra and relocate diplomatic personnel assigned there.

At the time, the White House blamed Shia militia groups and charged that “Iran did not act to stop these attacks by its proxies in Iraq, which it has supported with funding, training, and weapons.” The New York Times reported back then that the Trump administration was signaling a new phase in its confrontation with Iran, threatening to retaliate for attacks by Iranian-backed terrorists in Iraq, rather than doing nothing as former President Obama did when Iran kidnapped our sailors.

Beyond warning that “America will respond swiftly and decisively in defense of American lives,” the White House offered no details about how the United States would retaliate against Iran for the attacks in Iraq. Officials at the Defense Department maintained at this point in September that there were no increased military preparations. Striking back, they warned, could provoke asymmetric attacks against American military and civilians by Iranian proxies elsewhere, according to the failing New York Times, a former newspaper.

In September, days after Trump and Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani exchanged taunts and mutual "bird-flipping" at the annual opening of the United Nations General Assembly, Bolton spoke at an event elsewhere in New York and warned that “there will indeed be hell to pay” if Iran angers the United States, its allies, or harms U.S. citizens.

Finally, the United States of America has once again grown a pair. And you can bet that it puts Iran in a position that's a lot less aggressive than they were with Barry.

Kim slays 'em

The one job more hazardous than being a New York City gypsy cab driver above 98th Street on the East Side, is being a political officer in North Korea.

The Hermit Kingdom is going full-guns on top political officers to prevent the regime from falling apart under incredible pressure caused by international sanctions, says General Vincent K. Brooks, the top commander in South Korea.

Speaking at the Wall Street Journal, Brooks said the people Kim is ordering as items for target practice are being accused of corruption. Recent reports suggest that a key figure of Kim Jong Un's inner circle was reportedly executed by death squad.

"We're seeing some increase in executions, mostly against political officers who are in military units, for corruption," Brooks said. "[The executions] are really about trying to clamp down as much as possible on something that might be deteriorating and keeping it from deteriorating too quickly."

Brook's comments came after rumors that Hwang Pyong-so, a vice marshal who held a top senior post in North Korea's military, was reportedly expelled and "punished" for "impure attitude." 

Hwang hasn't been seen since Oct. 13. South Korea's spy agency reported back in March that Hwang and his deputy, Kim Won-hong, were killed according to Yonhap News Agency.

Kim Won-hong was supposedly sentenced to a year in a NoKo prison camp. As for Hwang, many of Kim Jong Un's latest actions indicate that the one guy Kim Jong Un trusted for around ten years, has been executed, possibly be the same firing squad that killed Kim's uncle, Jang Song Thaek.

Gen. Brooks said that North Koreans are defecting via routes that were rarely used before, such as crossing the Demilitarized Zone. Two North Korean soldiers have defected through the Joint Security Area in less than a year, which was a way rarely seen previously.

But you can be sure, in spite of the immense international sanctions place against North Korea, their leader, Kim Jong Un, is not starving, only his people are.

Pakistan tells U.S. 'We are no longer allies'

The Wall Street Journal reported that Pakistan is no longer an ally of the United States as per the words of Pakistani Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif.

Asif made the announcement after President Trump rightfully declared that we are finally cutting military aid to the terrorist supporting nation. 

The announcement was made Thursday that we are cutting off $900 million until it acts against the Afghan Taliban and the Haqqani terror network. 

Gee, is that asking too much?

"We do not have an alliance," Asif said Friday in an interview. "This is not how allies behave."

And he's absolutely right. We have never really been allies with Pakistan [or as Barack Obama calls them 'Pahkeestahn"] and they have never really supported our cause for democracy and human rights.

We were ready to give them a total of $2 billion in aid, but President Trump said the suspension was until Pakistan clamps down on terrorist groups operating unmolested inside their country. For example, Pakistan has provided safe haven for the Taliban and other terrorist organizations for years, and they provided Osama bin Laden with a hideout as well.

"Today we can confirm that we are suspending national security assistance only, to Pakistan at this time until the Pakistani government takes decisive action against groups, including the Afghan Taliban and the Haqqani Network," State Department Spokeswoman Heather Nauert said.

We should suspend all assistance to Pakistan, not just national security assistance because you can bet they'll use whatever we give them for their military.

Pakistan's Foreign Minister argued that America has turned them into a "whipping boy," [a crude, racial slur] because of our own failures in Afghanistan. We've been at war with Afghanistan since 2001, the longest war in American history.

Asif said his country's counter-terrorism operations have cleared the country of organized terrorist groups, but some terrorists remain among the refugee population.

And bin Laden was just an oversight.

"We have relative calm in Pakistan at the moment, but if we go against these people [the Afghan insurgents], then the war will again be fought on our soil, which will suit the Americans," Asif said.

Perhaps it would be fought there, but that's what allies do when they help each other--it's called commitment to shared ideals. Unfortunately, Pakistan does not share our goals and ideals and this is why we stopped supported the supporter of our enemies. This is why Trump is exactly correct in cutting off their funding.

In a New Year tweet President Trump wrote:

"The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools. They give safe haven to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan, with little help. No more!"

This is exactly the right thing to do and it's exactly the opposite of what the previous administration did, which led to the current situation. 

I don't always agree with President Trump, and I often cringe when I read some of his tweets, but he has been right on the money in his policies, both foreign and domestic.

Ravens ex fans more patriotic than NFL needy

They should've stayed in London

Baltimore Raven President Dick Cass told fans and sponsors in a letter to the Wall Street Journal that game attendance during the 2017 sucks due to players' disrespecting the flag of the United States of America along with the military who fights and defends it along with the rights of the scum who take a knee in defiance of what it represents. Attendance has also been hurt by the fact that the Ravens' ex-fans are patriotic.

Of course, Cass didn't say it in those words, but that's what happened and that's why attendance is down--the boycott is working!

Cass' letter contradicts what the league office is saying, that the boycott has not had an effect on game attendance. 

Pete Hegseth said on "Fox & Friends" that the Ravens' attendance at M&T Bank Stadium has declined this year even while the team is second in their division behind the Pittsburgh Knee Taker Steelers.

Cass said the protest by a dozen knee-jerk players at the September game in London could be chiefly to blame. But the ex-fans deserve more credit than that. It's not just the Ravens that are feeding the boycott--it's the league overall.

But the players on the Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars were both criticized for taking a knee during the "Star Spangled Banner" but standing up for Britain's "God Save the Queen" at the London game.

Cass wrote that the demonstrations "became an emotional and divisive issue," adding "We know that hurt some of you."

Boko Haram leader booted for not killing enough Christians

It appears that the leader of Boko Haram (which means: "Western education is a sin") is being ousted from his position of Head Barbarian by the even more Islamic Islamic State. This is the organization that believes it has the market cornered on how to define the Koran and hopes to make the world its caliphate.

The Boko Haram leader, Abubaker Shekau, enjoyed using children as suicide bombers and the bloodthirsty scumcrumpets are divided amid a new push to kill Christians instead of Muslims who weren't "Islamic enough" in the eyes of the crazy jihadists.

The Islamic State announced in August that Musab al-Barnawi will be Boko Haram's new "governor" after Shekau gave ISIS agita (indigestion in Italian), according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

The rumor is that Barnawi (aka "Barnyard Dog") is a son of the group's founder. He apparently told ISIS' newspaper that jihadists should kill Nigerian Christians in order to win over public support--the Islamic public enjoys killing Christians and Jews for sport and to please Allah. Shekau was too busy killing small town Muslims who refused to join Boko Haram.

Barnyard Dog told the ISIS paper that they should be "booby-trapping and blowing up every church that we are able to reach, and killing all those we find from the citizens of the cross."

He apparently isn't as tolerant as Islam is purported to be by liberals.

But under Shekau who took control in 2009, Muslim civilians became the majority of the casualties in the violence. "You can't really be more barbaric and more savage than Shekau," said Issoufou Yahaya, a political analyst and head of the Niamey University history department in Niger. "He is the pinnacle of barbarism."

Shekau refuses to recognize Barnawi's appointment and accused him of apostasy--punishable by death, as is pretty much everything that isn't what a Muslim considers Islamic. Shekau said that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was duped by this guy and the two groups have been clashing and accusing each other of abandoning Islam.

But just because one group interprets a situation as one that calls for a beheading, while the other group says the miscreant should be thrown to his or her death from a high place, doesn't seem like grounds for arguing, yet each sees it as their religious duty to kill the way Allah commands it to be done, in the Koran.

On a brighter note, oh wait, there is no brighter note.

51 Diplomats think Obama should do more

A veritable boatload of U.S. diplomats have written a letter of dissent calling on the so-called commander in chief Barack Hussein Obama to stop leading from behind and take military action against dictator Bashar al-Assad and his Iran-backed regime. They want Assad removed ASAP in order to defeat the Islamic State in its quest to develop a world caliphate killing all infidels in its wake. 

The Wall Street Journal reported this story originally.

The letter was published on the State Department's "dissent channel" which is a forum allowing employees to express opposition to current policies without fear of retaliation. They are calling for "targeted military strikes" against the chinless Assad and his crew in light of the near-dissolution of this year's ceasefire.

While letters of dissent are not uncommon, the number of those who signed this one is a clear rebuke of Obama's policies and recognition of his weak-kneed leadership that many believe is sympathetic more toward the Islamic community than to the West.

I guess seeing is believing.

One former State Department official said, "It's embarrassing for the administration to have so many rank-and-file members break on Syria." 

Unfortunately, it appears that nothing seems to embarrass this administration; not even calling ISIS the "Jay Vee Team" and later being proved wrong, nor being caught in the big lie about "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor . . . " and so on.

Cyber attacks or clusterfudges?

Trading on the NY Stock Exchange was stopped this morning around 11:30 a.m.  for about 2 hours. An internal technical problem was detected and it was learned that other cyber technical problems simultaneously occurred in other areas. Other exchanges were not effected.

Was this a cyber attack or did a bunch of stockbrokers forget to pay the monthly internet fee to Verizon? The matter is being investigated, but one thing for certain is that a glitch like this is not at all typical.

Soon after the outage, the NYSE tweeted that the glitch was internal and not a breach, but the tweet may have actually emanated from ISIS or China, nobody is certain and nobody is taking responsibility for the tweet. Just kidding.

What they tweeted was: "The issue we are experiencing is an internal technical issue and is not the result of a cyber breach. We chose to suspend trading on NYSE to"-- then they ran out over the 140 character limit Twitter allows for each tweet. What they had to add was: "avoid problems arising from our technical issue."

It is believed that the person who tweeted the first part of the tweet is the same person who is the IT responsible for maintaining the NYSE.  

Other computer glitches that coincided with this one included United Airlines flights. They had to ground their jets when computers told the pilots to fly into large buildings in major cities. Another glitch occurred with the Wall Street Journal after a reporter was about to email an exclusive "gotcha" interview with Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Department of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson (pronounced "Jay" but spelling was never a strong point in the Johnson family) said of the curious simultaneous occurrences, "It appears from what we know at this stage that the malfunctions at United and at the stock exchange were not the  result of any nefarious actor. We know less about the Wall Street Journal at this point except that their system is back up again as is the United Airline system."

He too ran out of tweet characters but wisely did it in two tweets.


Marie Harf tweeted: "Hey Jeh, what's nefarious?"

President Obama has been briefed by the NYSE and he blamed the problem on George W. Bush for not regulating NYSE more ambitiously.

The FBI has offered its help regarding the NYSE problem but they agree with Jeh Johnson that the situation does not appear to be nafarious.

Hell to the Liar in Chief

"Thanks to sacrifice and service of our brave men and women in uniform, the war in Iraq is over, the war in Afghanistan is winding down, al Qaeda has been decimated, Osama bin Laden is dead." --  Spoken by our Liar in Chief, Barack Hussein Obama, on November 1, 2012. 

Talking points, but far from the truth.

It has now been learned that the Liar in Chief covered up the al Qaeda threat that was uncovered in the documents from the Bin Laden raid.

 Is this treason?

Obama's White House depicted al Qaeda as a terror group virtually brought to its knees, even after the Sensitive Site Exploitation team retrieved an enormous number of secret documents in Bin Laden's possession that showed otherwise.

The team was able to grab 10 hard drives, over 90 thumb drives, and 12 cell phones. In addition, there were audio and video tapes, DVDs, data cards, newspapers, magazines and handwritten material.

Just days after the raid, a senior military intelligence official stated at a Pentagon briefing, that the raid was "the single largest collection of senior terrorist material ever." Basically, the US had grabbed al Qaeda's playbook: its operations, future plans and its recent history.

The ball was now in Obama's court, and you know how he sucks at basketball.

Instead of being honest with the American public, he did what he always does: he lied for political reasons. Stephen Hayes uncovered the story in The Wall Street Journal about how "Obama White House Covered Up Al Qaeda in Bin Laden Docs."

The article shows how our national security is so screwed up because the administration staffers are obsessed with micromanaging everything to fit the political agenda of the White House. For example, law enforcement and intelligence agencies are told to cover up things and are given nonsensical orders to carry out.

Moreover, Obama's lies, like his sealed personal history, was never questioned by the mainstream media.

A year after the bin Laden raid, in a speech commemorating the event, John Brennan, a top counterterrorism adviser (and perhaps the only non-Muslim to visit the Hajj, unless he is, in fact, a Muslim) predicted the demise of al Qaeda. The following day, May 1, 2012, the Liar in Chief said: "The goal that I set--to defeat al Qaeda and deny it a chance to rebuild--is now within our reach."

The Obama administration back-engineered the evidence for the president's lies. They only chose 17 documents and provided them to the Combatting Terror Center at West Point M.A. There, a team of analysts reached Obama's desired conclusion: Bin Laden was alone and powerless, a sad lonely dude, watching porn in his room, as his terror network was falling apart.

Our so-called president has built his entire reputation on lies and secrecy. It doesn't get any more disturbing than that.
