MT gun owner raided by Biden's ATF, IRS to harass and intimidate:report

Highwood Creek Outfitters gun shop in Great Fall, MT, was raided by the IRS and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Wednesday because the IRS doesn't just collect taxes anymore--they have guns and are learning how to use them.

In a letter to IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel and ATF Director Steven M. Dettelbach, Rep. Mathew M. Rosendale Sr. (R-MT) said, "This event is another example of President Biden weaponizing federal agencies to target and harass hard-working Americans for exercising their constitutional rights."

Gee, ya think?

"While we wait to hear more details and the rationale behind this raid, given the positions of the Biden Administration this raid appears to be an attempt to intimidate firearms dealers and owners," the letter stated. "A pattern of intimidation and harassment seems to be emerging under Director Dettelbach’s leadership of the ATF."

"This pattern appears to be orchestrated directly from the White House as evident by the 'fact sheet' released by the Biden Administration, where they detail their plans to hassle mom-and-pop gun shops over minor record keeping and paperwork discrepancies," the letter added.

Rosendale noted that the IRS grabbed all 4473 background check questionnaires, which have absolutely no useful tax data as they "include no financial information, and there is no discernible reason why the IRS would need these forms."

Other than to track who has guns so they can use the information at a later date when our dictator needs it for confiscation purposes.

"The IRS committed an egregious breach of privacy for Montana’s gun owners," Resendale Jr. continued. "Although there are still some murky details regarding the events at Highwood Creek Outfitters. There is no circumstance in which 4473’s would be necessary in an investigation spearheaded by the IRS."

But that isn't the point. This administration is slowly attempting to gain more power.

The owner of Highwood Creek Outfitters Tom Van Hoose said in an interview with MTN News that he has been the subject of government surveillance for a couple of years, and he doesn't know the reason why but fears it's political.

Federal judge stops Biden administration from blocking new oil and gas drilling leases

A federal judge in Louisiana, Terry A. Doughty has stopped the socialist Biden administration on Tuesday from blocking new gas and oil drilling leases on federal land, thus putting a damper on Biden's extreme left environmental agenda that would obviously harm American energy workers. Doughty issued a preliminary injunction in the case.

“Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court in Monroe said the administration doesn’t have the legal right to stop leasing federal territory for oil-and-gas production without approval from Congress,” The Wall Street Journal reported. The WSJ added that Doughty noted that “states suing the federal government—largely southern and coastal states—will be harmed immediately as the pause prevents them from collecting lease bids and bonuses from oil-and-gas prospectors.”

Thirteen states in all sued the Biden administration over its radical and anti-American proposal: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

The court's decision was a clear setback for Biden, who in his total lack of wisdom ordered suspension of new leases for fossil fuel development on public lands and waters in January while a review of the permitting process was carried out. He also halted work on the Keystone Pipeline, which put thousands of American workers out of a job while allowing Russia to be the sole providers of energy to Germany with their Nord Stream 2 pipeline. 

Biden has never once gotten a foreign policy idea correct and he isn't planning on ruining his record of incompetence.

The suspension — which did not affect existing drilling permits — fulfilled an election pledge and marked the president’s most significant move against the energy sector after he campaigned on a “transition away from oil.”

“The omission of any rational explanation in cancelling the lease sales, and in enacting the Pause, results in this Court ruling that Plaintiff States also have a substantial likelihood of success on the merits of this claim,” Doughty wrote. “Millions and possibly billions of dollars are at stake. Plaintiff states have a reliance interest in the proceeds derived from offshore and on land oil and gas lease sales.

Judge Doughty added, “Local government funding, jobs for Plaintiff State workers, and funds for the restoration of Louisiana’s Coastline are at stake.”

Officials who support American energy praised the decision as a victory for the rule of law, workers, and American citizens.

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) said the ruling was “great news for Louisiana energy workers and their families!”

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said the ruling was “a major win for the Constitution, for workers employed in the oil and gas industry and for all Americans who have felt pain at the pump.”

Rep. Jody Arrington (R-TX) responded to the news by saying that the ruling could “save a million jobs and preserve a safe and affordable supply of energy for all Americans.”

GOP Senator introduces resolution declaring USA will never be a socialist country

Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) introduced a resolution on Monday condemning "the growing socialist movement in our country" and to take a stand for freedom.

Speaking on the Senate floor Daines asserted that "America was founded upon the principles of liberty, the free enterprise system, and the promotion of national sovereignty and a strong national defense--under these principles we have built the greatest country in the history of the world."

Several progressives, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) threw up in their mouths upon hearing patriotic verbiage. Mumblings of "racist" could be heard in the hallowed room.

"We have shown the world time, and time again, the genius of American ingenuity and the grit of American determination," he continued. "What makes America so great is not that we are bonded by one ethnicity or one race, but that we are bonded together by the idea of liberty."

Daines explained that Democrats have gone off the rails of the values which they historically held. He said that the Democrat's voice has since been replaced with "a radical, socialist, far left movement."

The Montana senator put forth that Democrats have strayed from the values that the party has historically held and its voice is subsequently being replaced with "a radical, socialist, far left movement."

And Alexandria Obviously-Communist is no help putting the Party back on track.

"The words and the actions of certain radical members of the Democratic House highlight this new standard for the Democratic Party," Daines asserted, apparently taking aim at AOC, the whiny Democratic socialist and self-proclaimed "radical,"  along with her self-proclaimed "Squad" members Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), all of whom have displayed anti-Semitic and racist behavior and statements.

"Radical Democrats are advocating for disastrous policies that would wreck our economy under the guise of cleaning up the environment," he continued before adding that "fantasy policies" like the Green New Deal and Medicare for All would be "a disaster" for the American people.

"We, as Americans have a choice: one path leads to complete government control, undermining our constitution and our American way of life – the other path is the path of freedom," Daines said. "Capitalism and the free enterprise system has done more than any other system in the world to lift people out of poverty."

The Senate resolution, first obtained by Fox News, not only acknowledges that socialism is a failed ideology that poses a threat to freedom, liberty, and economic prosperity but also accepts that it is a “failed experiment” that “inevitably ends in misery and suffering.”

It also sucks and has never been successful. The only people who benefit from it are those at the top, and they want their power like an addict wants his drugs.

The resolution also declares that the United States “has been a beacon of light shining like a lighthouse to the rest of the world,” proclaims that freedom and liberty are the surest foundation of government, and affirms that the United States will never be a socialist country.

Meanwhile, Joachim Castro has introduced a bill to scrap terms "alien" and "illegal alien," because censorship is a staple of the left, and the resolution by Daines is in stark contrast to how the left views America.
