Dem Senate candidate with Nazi tattoo called Jesus a "zombie" and Virgin Mary a "skank"

Graham Platner, the anti-Semitic Democratic Senate candidate from Maine who's now famous for covering up his Nazi tattoo, once described himself as so "crudely atheist" that he derided Jesus Christ as a "zombie" and the Virgin Mary as "a skank" in a newly uncovered Reddit post. He can go to hell for saying such things.

Facts are facts. In the post, Platner was responding to a 2008 lawsuit claiming a soldier was denied a promotion for not embracing "fundamentalist Christianity." Platner fired back with, "What units is this shit in?" and then bragged, "I've spent 8 years in the infantry . . .  I've been about as crudely atheist as one can be the entire time."

He went on to cite "zombie Jesus jokes and Mary sucking at covering up being a skank" as the height of the humor he enjoyed during his military service.

The post is still live, though it no longer displays its execrable author. An archived version reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon confirms it belongs to a now-deleted account tied directly to Platner. Greg Price, a conservative commentator was the first to highlight it.

Let's not sugarcoat this: Christians make up a majority of the population in Maine, according to Pew Research. Yet here we have a Democratic candidate who thought it was clever to mock the central figure of Christianity as a "zombie" and His mother as "a skank."

And this isn't an isolated incident. Platner's campaign has been absolutely torpedoed by a parade of repulsive Reddit posts: blaming rape victims for their own assaults, calling military officers "gay," labeling other users "fags," spewing anti-white and anti-police rhetoric, wondering out loud why Black people "don't tip," and even claiming that accusing him of watching CNN was worse than calling him a "retard."

If this cretin somehow wins the election, it will be an indication of a political party that has become decadent.

Then, of course, there was the October bombshell: video evidence of a Nazi Totenkopf tattoo on his chest, which he got in Croatia back in 2007 while he was in the Marine Corps. As a former Marine, I find this disgusting and not in any way representative of the Corps.

Platner has since covered it up, but the damage was done. Multiple staffers have already quit the campaign amid the fallout from the Reddit posts and the tattoo revelation. The Platner campaign, shockingly, did not respond to a request for comment. Color me unsurprised.

Cory Spartacus Booker hit with ethics complaint for fundraising off his filibuster

New Jersey Democrat Senator Cory Spartacus Booker (NJ) bloviated for a record-breaking 25 hours last week, said nothing of value or interest, and now he tried to raise money from his speech, according to The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT), an ethics watchdog group.

The group filed the complaint on Tuesday alleging that the senator used his speech to raise campaign money and the Senate Select Committee on Ethics received the allegations showing that Booker sent a series of campaign messages to his supporters during and after his bloviating on the Senate floor. This included messages asking followers to "stand with Cory" during his speech by signing up for his email list and others that solicited contributions for Booker and the DNC from anyone "inspired" by his historic showing.

This tactic is in violation of long-standing ethics rules prohibiting congress members from using their official position for campaign purposes, FACT wrote in its complaint

If Booker's violation goes unpunished, the group warned, the Senate floor "will increasingly be seen as a campaign venue and treated as such."

"It is clear that Senator Booker's Senate floor speech had a campaign purpose," FACT said in its complaint. "During his speech, he sent a series of emails that campaigned and sought valuable supporter information and campaign contributions based on his Senate floor speech. Immediately after his speech, Booker sent an email that requested donations for his campaign and the DNC if the recipient liked what they saw him do on the Senate floor. There is no more direct of a tie between an official action and campaign solicitation."

The Senate's ethics rules "do not allow what is clearly performance art on the Senate floor for future political gain, whether that be for list-building or fundraising," the watchdog's executive director Kendra Arnold told the Washington Free Beacon. "I hope the Senate Ethics Committee will take action on this case and others like it to discourage other senators from fundraising off official actions and to maintain citizens' confidence in Congress."

Booker received widespread praise from the press and Democrats for his 25-hour floor speech, not so much for what he said than for the length of time he spent on the Senate floor without taking a break to pee or otherwise.

But who knows? Depends.

Political pollster Frank Luntz said that Booker "may have changed the course of political history" with his speech. He believes his performance makes him the top dog for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2028, but AOC and Jasmine Crockett disagree.

But Booker's speech wasn't a real filibuster in the traditional sense. It didn't obstruct any legislation and all he did was bash Trump's cuts to the federal workforce and yadda, yadda.

Mostly yadda, yadda.

"I pour my heart into these posts, and hopefully my writing has sparked something for you, I’d be thrilled and grateful if you’d treat me to a coffee over at Buy Me a Coffee – totally optional, of course!"

Anti-Semitism fight making progress in the USA

Jew-hatred, that most protean of hatreds, has a way of shape-shifting through the ages, but the response in Congress, it seems, is finally evolving with it. Consider the journey of the Antisemitism Awareness Act (AAA).  Back in December 2016, it passed the Senate by unanimous consent - a voice vote so anodyne it hardly ruffled a feather. Fast forward to last year, and then-Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who is Jewish, wouldn't even allow a standalone vote, fearing it might split his party down the middle. So, despite passing the House 320-91 in May, the AAA went nowhere.

But last week, a quartet of Representatives - Mike Lawler (R-NY), Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), Max Miller (R-OH), and Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) - reintroduced the bill, giving Congress another chance to do the right thing. Yet, with so much misinformation swirling around this legislation, it's crucial to grasp its content, its implications, and the concerns of its detractors.

The AAA essentially codifies into law President Donald Trump's 2019 executive order on antisemitism. It adopts the widely accepted International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition to adjudicate complaints of anti-Jewish discrimination at educational institutions under the U.S. Department of Education.

Pastor John Hagee, the founder and chairman of Christians United for Israel (CUFI), who describes antisemitism as "a sinful abomination," told me, "You cannot defeat what you will not define."

The Jewish community agrees - having a standard definition is vital. The AAA is backed by Jewish organizations from across the political divide, from the left-leaning Anti-Defamation League and American Jewish Committee to the right-leaning Republican Jewish Coalition and Zionist Organization of America.

Mark Goldfeder, CEO of the National Jewish Advocacy Center, pointed out, "Because Jewish identity is so multifaceted, without a standard definition for authorities to reference, it is too easy for antisemites to hide behind this ambiguity, commit heinous acts with impunity, then claim it was not antisemitism because it was not based on this or that characteristic." He further added, "The Office of Civil Rights [at the Department of Education] has been operating slowly, and there is a need to make sure that those who are trying to re-muddy the waters and create carve-outs for their favourite kinds of antisemitism cannot do so."

Now, to the opposition. Last year, 70 House Democrats and 21 House Republicans voted against the AAA. Both parties raised free speech concerns, but Democrats were particularly uneasy about the IHRA's characterization of anti-Zionism as antisemitism, while some Republicans had issues with IHRA's stance on "claims of Jews killing Jesus."

Goldfeder clarified, "The bill explicitly does not, in any way, restrict or prohibit speech of any kind, including hate speech, and of course religious speech. Every person is free to think, or believe, or say whatever they want, however abhorrent, about Jews and/or the Jewish state. Nor does the bill add any new crimes, classes, punishments, or enhancements." He continued, "AAA simply defines a term within the context of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which regulates behavior — not speech — and ensures that already existing laws will be consistently applied as intended."

Concerned Democrats should note that Schumer has now flipped and supports the bill.

On the Republican concern about Jesus, Pastor Hagee offered, "The Word of God says 'No one can take my life from me. I sacrifice it voluntarily' (John 10:18). Accordingly, if you're a Christian who believes the Bible is true, then we believe that Jesus Christ willingly laid down His life. If you believe that any one group is responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, save and except God Almighty, then you do not believe in the sacrificial and substitutionary death of our Saviour." He added that CUFI supports "AAA because it's right, and it is never the wrong time to do the right thing."

Luke Moon, executive director of the Philos Project and another Christian supporter of AAA, remarked, "There is a unique hatred of the Jewish people. I believe it is because the Jews were the people through who God brought his moral revelation into this world, and the world hates them for it. I believe Christians should stand with Israel and the Jewish people because we affirm that same moral revelation."

One can only hope that members of Congress are hearing these messages from their constituents. After all, Americans are overwhelmingly supportive of their Jewish neighbors, and the AAA merely seeks to make Trump's first-term policy on antisemitism in educational settings more durable.

BREAKING: The votes are in for cloture in RFK Jr. for Health and Human Services Sec'y

The votes are in for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., for cloture which means that we will now go to the Senate for the confirmation. Of course, this is good news and shows a good possibility.

The confirmation hearing will be on Friday or Saturday morning.

As of this writing, the votes are 52 to 46 which means the Democrats cannot get to a majority. Mitch McConnell voted yea but that does not mean he will vote to confirm.

So it's a done deal for now, but obviously not a guarantee that RFK, Jr. will get confirmed although he most likely will.

Peace.

McConnell moonwalks backwards from border bill

Suddenly, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is urging Senate Republicans to vote against a border bill that was unveiled in the Democrat-controlled chamber on Monday, now that the bill has been read and exposed for the piece of Democrat crap that it is.

The garbage heap $118,000,000,000 package is not about border security--it's about Democrat's election security in 2024. It's designed to get our demented President re-elected.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said the bill "legalizes illegal immigration." Many other GOP senators have already voiced strong opposition to the steaming dung heap and now McConnell, realizing his political career hangs in the balance, is urging remaining GOPers to block the bill.

“McConnell recommended to GOP senators behind closed doors that they BLOCK the border bill on Wednesday, per multiple sources, bc it’s clear that most Republicans are preparing to vote no — either because they oppose the bill or want more time,” reporter Andrew Desiderio wrote on X.

“McConnell explicitly recommended a NO vote on cloture on the motion to proceed, according to several attendees,” he continued. “McConnell said the problem isn’t what Lankford negotiated, it’s that the political mood in the country has changed.”

Political mood has changed? The nation overwhelmingly never felt that illegal immigration was okay. It was only the far-left that held this belief.

Top House Republicans signaled shortly after the bill was unveiled that it would be dead on arrival if it made it to the lower chamber. Lankford lied to us.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN), and Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) killed the bill in a joint statement.

“House Republicans oppose the Senate immigration bill because it fails in every policy area needed to secure our border and would actually incentivize more illegal immigration,” the statement said. “Among its many flaws, the bill expands work authorizations for illegal aliens while failing to include critical asylum reforms. Even worse, its language allowing illegals to be ‘released from physical custody’ would effectively endorse the Biden ‘catch and release’ policy.”

“The so-called ‘shutdown’ authority in the bill is anything but, riddled with loopholes that grant far too much discretionary authority to Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas – who has proven he will exploit every measure possible, in defiance of the law, to keep the border open,” the statement continued. “The bill also fails to adequately stop the President’s abuse of parole authority and provides for taxpayer funds to fly and house illegal immigrants in hotels through the FEMA Shelter and Services Program.”

“America’s sovereignty is at stake,” the statement concluded. “Any consideration of this Senate bill in its current form is a waste of time. It is DEAD on arrival in the House. We encourage the U.S. Senate to reject it.”

As usual, the Democrats were hoping the Republicans wouldn't actually read the bill and just sign it first, like Nancy "Dancing Dentures" Pelosi once suggested.

The Border Security deal sucks as bad as we thought

"Albindebobdah shrump, man. I'm serious."

The Senate's so called "border security" deal was released on Sunday evening and although both Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) and James Lankford (R-OK) said the prior leaks were incorrect, it turns out the bill sucked as badly as originally believed it would.

First of all, the real reason for the bill had little if nothing to do with the actual crisis at the southern border. It was about Ukraine funding for the most part, with an additional $60 billion sent to them.

Insofar as the Southern Border is concerned, the bill says the "border emergency authority" only goes into effect after 5,000 illegal aliens are "encountered" at the border--just like we knew all along and the RINO Senator from Oklahoma denied.

So do the math: 1,800,000 illegal aliens per year will arrive here before anything is done to stop the hemorrhaging of potential criminals and terrorists. And trust me, there will be some of those characters because we've seen them already.

Both Sinema and Lankford swore that item wasn’t in the bill. Both need to be voted out of office, or better still, impeached, if that's a legal option. They clearly, unquestionably lied to us.

Before the 5,000 illegal immigrant threshold is met, the bill says that single adults would be detained and the catch-and-release policy for families would remain in place. Now that's going to be hard for the cartels to get around, isn't it? I can't imagine how they could possibly beat the system. There will be hardly any DNA testing funding in the bill to confirm veracity of family claims.

In addition, unaccompanied minor children [aka future Democrats] would be handed over to the Office of Refugee Resettlement [or possibly MS13].

There's a lot more to be upset over in the bill, but you can read it yourself here.

I am sick of our political leaders routinely lying to us. We must vote them out of office and replace them with honorable men and women.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex may replace late Sen, Dianne Feinstein: will King Charles III replace Joe Biden?

Both Oprah Winfrey and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex are possibly being considered to replace the late Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

Oprah’s name is being floated according to Newsmax and The Desert Sun, but the billionaire TV host and book publishing entrepreneur had already said that she  "is not considering the seat should it become vacant," according to the Los Angeles Times.

No such rejection has been forthcoming from Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) who would be more than willing to assume any political seat that would come along.

However, since Feinstein passed at age 90 on Friday, it will be up to slick-haired Democratic Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, to appoint her successor to finish out the 13 remaining months. Newsom had stated that he will appoint an affirmative action person in the form of a black woman, and alas, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex's [that’s in England] name came up because she, like all politicians is an actor—not a very good one, but an actor nevertheless.

Newsom has his own political agenda and would one day like to run the nation into the ground as president. And he might just be able to pull it off because voters generally are clueless as to who they pull the lever for other than the way they look, and entertain them.

If Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex should get the appointment to the U.S. Senate, she will be the first Duchess of Sussex, or duchess of anywhere to get the job.

“Meghan [the Duchess of Sussex] is definitely a long-shot but in the craziness that is US politics these days it's not an impossibility. Crazier things have happened," a major Democratic donor told the Mail.

Other rumors swirl that imply King Charles III is hoping to replace the alleged current president of the United States, Joe Biden, or if that’s impossible due to birth restrictions that the annoying document known as the U.S. Constitution mentions, he is hoping to land a role in a Netflix series.

If you do not believe the country is in trouble, then you need to tell us your pronouns.

Senate unanimously moves to reverse “Slob Rule"

The Senate Democrats must have been embarrassed after Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) moved to allow the formal dress code to deteriorate into the “Fetterman Grunge” style of dress in the upper chamber. But more likely, the left wasn’t really embarrassed as they were worried their constituents were upset by the slovenly look Schumer was now allowing in order to accommodate their brain-injured colleague Senator from Pennsylvania.

On Wednesday, the Senate passed a bipartisan resolution to restore the formal dress in the upper chamber after the country was upset with them for loosening the unwritten rule.

Senators are now required to dress like grownups and wear business attire on the floor, and Fetterman, who has always dressed like he was a cool kid on the block, will again have to vote in his baggy shorts and hoodie from the senate cloak room where he will be watched carefully so as not to go into anyone’s coat pockets for loose change.

Majority Leader Chuck “Nostrils” Schumer confirmed the rollback from the policy he had initiated which was immediately dubbed the “Fetterman Rule."

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), who publicly split with Fetterman over the slob’s lax wardrobe, sponsored the resolution, along with Sen. Mitt Romney (RINO-UT).

“As senators, we should demonstrate a high level of reverence for the institution in which we serve—and our attire is one of the most basic expressions of that respect,” Romney, who is loved by the Democrats said in a statement.

“I’m proud to stand with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to call for a return to a level of dress becoming of the Senate,” the RINO continued.

Earlier Wednesday, before the resolution was passed, Fetterman assured his Democratic colleagues that he would wear a suit while speaking or presiding over the Senate floor.

Last week, Fetterman took advantage of the short-lived loosened dress code and presided over Senate proceedings with his classic baggy shirt and large shorts and was an embarrassment to everyone except Volodymyr Zelensky, who wasn’t there.

He’s also known for donning a hoodie in the Capitol complex area and picking his nose in the Rotunda.

But under the resolution, men on the Senate floor must wear “a coat, tie and slacks or other longer pants.”

Many senators were extremely upset with the lowered standards and Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) threatened to wear a bikini.

Republicans attack Graham's attempt to pass resolution to push Ukraine's admission into NATO

Vladimir Putin

It's likely that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is secretly working for the vast military complex or perhaps a weapons manufacturer, which is basically the same thing. The one main bargaining chip Ukraine has with Russia is the NATO issue and if somehow Graham succeeds in getting Ukraine into NATO, that could spell World War Three--and that isn't hyperbole.

Republicans in both the House and Senate are livid that Graham would push such a militaristic scheme of passing such a bipartisan resolution. Putin would have no choice but to go guns-a-blazing and one cannot even blame him.

Graham tweeted that he thinks there is "overwhelming" support for his proposal in the Senate. He claimed that Ukraine's membership in NATO is "vital to the future security of Europe and the world."

"I will be working with Republicans and Democrats in the Senate to pass a resolution urging the admission of Ukraine into NATO," Graham said of the effort. "The best way to prevent future wars and promote peace is to create security guarantees that make aggressor nations think twice before starting wars."

On the contrary--Ukraine's membership in NATO, at the very least, is a deal-breaker for peace in the region.

"Ukrainian NATO membership is vital to the future security of Europe and the world. I believe there is an overwhelming majority of Senators supporting this proposition," the hawkish senator added.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) went after Graham's proposal in a Friday evening tweet, insisting that it is "exactly wrong" and warning that it has the potential to lead the United States into a war with Russia. Rand is correct.

"Absolutely not. This is exactly wrong – as usual – and could very well lead us to war with Russia, something no one should want," Paul said in response to a tweet from Graham.

Not Vladimir Putin

Graham also drew backlash from House Republicans.  Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), tweeted: "I'm sure Lindsey Graham knows this, but this would mean American troops on the ground in Ukraine."

"Dangerous rhetoric from warmonger Graham, whose foreign policy track record means you'd be well advised to do the opposite of what he proposes," Mollie Hemingway posted in a tweet.

But Graham's boots stay home while his bank account grows.

An ardent supporter of Ukraine's defensive efforts and a stolen valor liar, Graham traveled with Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) to Kyiv last summer.

During the meeting on the 134th day of the war, Zelenskyy,[wearing his favorite John Fetterman-inspired gym attire], "called on senators to back the decision on providing Ukraine with modern air defense systems," according to his office.

So called President Biden read the teleprompter this week saying that he believes now is not the time for Ukraine to join NATO. But everyone knows that Biden couldn't find it on a map. Hell, he probably couldn't find his butt with both hands.

Sen. Fetterman's opening statement scares the open-minded

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) has just returned to work after spending several months hospitalized for major depression possibly brought on by a life-threatening stroke he previously suffered. The stroke affected his communication abilities, both receptive and expressive, and the depression has apparently clouded his cognitive abilities to an even greater extent.

But compromised mental faculties have never stopped Democrats from running for office because their loyal followers would vote for a pile of mulch if it was shaped in a "D." [e.g.,  J. Biden; D. Feinstein and K. Harris.]

Since arriving for work in his gym attire and thug hoodie, Fetterman [who sometimes goes by 'Fetterwoman'] has once again begun the work of the Senate and provided his subcommittee that he chairs with reading an opening statement that made him sound as if he was reading a foreign language for the first time.

Not photoshopped

As the senator entered the Capitol for one of the first times since taking office in January, he refused to take questions from the press because he didn't have his special computer with him to transcribe English sentences that he could understand.

The statement to the Senate Agriculture Committee on Food and Nutrition, Specialty Crops, Organics and Research was choppy and confused. So much so that it's highly likely that Fetterman couldn't even tell us the full title of the subcommittee he chairs.

But that shouldn't scare us, the worst thing that could come out of the committee might be the suggestion we all eat insects as a staple. Instead, we should be scared of a senile president who is running the country into the ground and his vice president whose primary language is word salad, and an political party that cannot define what is a woman.

Well, you know it didn't take long for social media to comment on Fetterman's performance.

"Remember when they scolded you for criticizing a man with a ‘disability’ during his campaign?" reporter Breanna Morello wrote. "Well—here he is attempting to do his job after coming back from a 2 month vacation…"

Reporter Savannah Hernandez tweeted she has "heard second graders with better reading abilities than this."

"This is just sad," Hernandez wrote.

I take it back--it is frightening. These people run the country and nobody on the left bats an eye.

Mitch McConnell condemns Tucker Carlson on Jan 6 videos: RINO much?

When Speaker Andrew McCarthy (R) provided Fox News host Tucker Carlson with 40,000 hours of video of the January 6, 2011 demonstration on Capitol Hill the Democrats had a cow. They knew their lies about the so called insurrection would be debunked and even the media had a lot to worry about.

In normal times one would expect the media to want the public to examine the evidence of what took place that day, just a couple of weeks before President Trump was about to leave office and a crusty old dementia candidate would lead the free world. But the media sided with the Democrats, mainly because their relationship with them is like wet on water, so the hoax continued up until now.

So you would imagine that all Republicans would be delighted that the truth of what really happened, at least as much as the J6 video  evidence can show now that it was in the hands of Tucker Carlson.

But not all Republicans felt that way.

One such RINO is our very own Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell (KY-Jelly).

McConnell condemned the release of the new, revealing footage. “With regard to the presentation on Fox News last night, I want to associate myself entirely with the opinion of the chief of the Capitol police about what happened on January 6.”

Say what? McConnell doesn't want the truth uncovered that Brian Sicknick didn't die from a hit over the head by a fire extinguisher? That Ashli Babbitt was somehow not an innocent victim of Lt. Michael Byrd of the U.S. Capitol Police who shot her in the throat and killed her, an unarmed U.S. military veteran?

Instead, McConnell sided with U.S. Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger who wrote a nasty letter to his troops decrying what he described as “offensive and misleading conclusions” made by Carlson.

Manger [aka "Mange"] continued, “The program conveniently cherry-picked from the calmer moments of our 41,000 hours of video. The commentary fails to provide context about the chaos and violence that happened before or during these less tense moments.”

Except that it showed in detail what happened and what didn't happen. Yes, there was some violence by a very small number of protesters who I would even refer to as rioters. But to categorize the protest as a violent insurrection when the same media called the George Floyd riots as "mostly peaceful protests" as buildings burned, police cars set on fire, people attacked on the streets, and businesses destroyed, it's time to stop taking these morons seriously, including so called Trump-hating RINOs who have a personal agenda.

Maybe Mitch is hoping to land a job at CNN where he can be Adam Kissinger's sidekick when he finally gets voted out of office in 2026, or retires. It's clear that McConnell isn't interested in truth, justice and the American way.

His lack of curiosity, veracity and tenacity is a tragedy.

John Fetterman discharged on Friday-doctors rule out stroke

Generally speaking, when a person has a stroke, he or she is susceptible to another stroke. In Democratic Sen. John Fetterman's (D-PA) case, doctors from George Washington University Hospital do not believe that this is what happened, saying there was "no evidence of seizures."

“A few minutes ago, Senator Fetterman was discharged from the hospital,” Fetterman’s much needed communication director, Joe Calvello, wrote in a tweet late Friday afternoon.

Fetterman suffered a stroke in May just days before Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate primary – was taken to the hospital on Wednesday after feeling “light-headed” at the Senate Democratic Retreat, Calvello announced this week.

Fetterman had a series of tests: a CT, CTA, MRI and EEG all came back as normal with no evidence of seizures.

“John is looking forward to returning to the Senate on Monday,” Calvello added, while failing to add that Fetterman is unable to process verbal information without the help of a machine.

The news of Fetterman’s discharge came hours after the former newspaper New York Times reported that “aides and confidantes describe his transition to the Senate as a difficult period.”

A transition to the Senate should not have to be a difficult period for a person capable of handling the job, but Fetterman was not capable of this, even before the beat out Republican Mehmet Oz.

Fetterman had a pacemaker and defibrillator implanted after the stroke.

Sandy Cortez upset that Sen. Kirsten Sinema left Dem. Party

Rep. Alexandria (Sandy) Occasionally-Comatose (Socialist-NY) is miffed that Sen. Kirsten Sinema (I-AZ) has left the Democratic Party and announced she will now be an independent on Friday.

[H/T Fox News]

Comatose has no problem with fellow socialist/communist Sen. Bernie Sanders as an Independent but has a problem with Sinema's leaving the party of the KKK. She is best known for Jeff Bezos' decision not to move Amazon headquarters to Queens, NY,  AOC's district she misrepresents, based on her socialist ideology.

Sinema announced her decision in an Arizona Republic op-ed published last Friday, where she criticized the current two party system. [Funny, last time I checked, there was more than two parties listed on the ballot, but perhaps I miscounted.]

"Americans are told that we have only two choices – Democrat or Republican – and that we must subscribe wholesale to policy views the parties hold, views that have been pulled further and further toward the extremes," Sinema wrote. "Most Arizonans believe this is a false choice, and when I ran for the U.S. House and the Senate, I promised Arizonans something different."

Ms. Obviously-Comatose responded to Sinema saying the senator doesn't offer  "a single concrete value or policy she believes in," whereas she, AOC, offers a bunch of programs like the Green New Deal that focuses around cow flatulence and sunny day energy.

Heeeere's Sandy!

"She lays out no goals for Arizonans, no vision, no commitments," the wide-eyed congress Latinx said as she appeared on Tic Toc as she danced and cooked tacos. "It’s ‘no healthcare, just vibes’ for Senate."

Sinema, who, like it or not, actually has a mind of her own, is up for reelection in 2024 as is our semi-sentient President Joe "Big Guy" Biden.

"I pledged to be independent and work with anyone to achieve lasting results. I committed I would not demonize people I disagreed with, engage in name-calling, or get distracted by political drama," Sinema said in the op-ed.

Although Sinema is now an independent, she will still maintain her committee assignments, according to Senate Majority Leader Charles "Nostrils" Schumer.

"She asked me to keep her committee assignments, and I agreed," said Amy Schumer's cousin. "Kyrsten is independent, that’s how she’s always been."

John Fetter[wo]man interviewed: answers in code

In interview with MSNBC's Dasha Burns, Pennsylvania Senate hopeful John Fetter[wo]man reportedly needed to use a special closed captioning device to assist with his understanding of the words being said to him. It is unclear if the US Senate will provide Mr. Fetter[wo]man with the same device when he attends session, but it would be a great idea that they do, should the voters of Pennsylvania elect a person who makes Joe Biden seem somewhat more lucid than him. Of course, the possibility that Fetter[wo]man can win is real as he is running against Mehmet Oz, a TV physician who believes in abortion, says he does not any longer, and has hawked questionable products on the boob tube.

But without the magic of technology, John Fetter[wo]man would not be able to follow a normal conversation. For example, if someone asked, "Do you believe that Russia would employ tactical nuclear weapons against Ukraine?" he might instead hear: "Russia believes you do employ nuclear testicles against Ukraine."

This would pose a real problem for the nation.

Although the media tends to give cover for Democrats and their nominees, Dasha Burns, to her credit, provided a more honest take on Fetter[wo]man's brain damage; and coming from MSNBC, this is truly amazing. She admitted that he "wasn't clear he was understanding the conservation."

The 30-minute interview in question can be here, and you can decide for yourself if this guy should be running for public office. A shorter clip of the interview can be viewed on Twitter from the tweet below:
Pennsylvania Lt. Governor and Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman sat down with @DashaBurns in an exclusive interview using closed captioning.

— NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt (@NBCNightlyNews) October 11, 2022
So if he's losing the media [aka the Left] he might lose the election, and his current lead is shrinking.

Remember, Fetterman said that he wants to decrease the prison population substantially. He is soft on crime and sympathetic to criminals and not their victims.

Like politicians everywhere, he is using his stroke as a positive incident claiming that it gives him insight to be a more "empathetic" person, but he even had difficulty getting the word 'empathetic' out of his mouth as he stumbled over it many times. Had he been a crime victim, that may have provided him with empathy for those people rather than the criminals he seems to care about so much.

He is refusing to provide any media with his current medical records and this should be seen as a serious problem.

PA Senate candidate says "I agree with" cutting prison population by one-third on video

Pennsylvania Lt. Governor, recent stroke victim and Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman voiced his approval of cutting the state's prison population by one-third in a 2020 video that was unearthed after his campaign accused his "Republican" opponent Mehmet Oz of lying in ads about Fetterman's beliefs.

Now let's not pretend Oz is the poster child for honesty--he had clearly supported abortion and now denies that he supports it. He has also voiced support for "red flag" laws that would allow the government to grab guns from people without proof of malicious intent. But now he tells Pennsylvania voters that he'll support the Second Amendment.

"Part of the hope, I gather, is that we'll make a system so that I can call in and say 'There's evidence besides my testimony that this person is dangerous. Look at their Facebook feed or social media postings. Or comments they've made to coworkers beside me. Do a little investigating. I'm alerting you, putting a little red flag up there saying this person is a concern,'" Oz told the audience on a previous episode of his show.

Earlier this month, Oz’s campaign released an ad saying, "John Fetterman wants to release one-third of prisoners and eliminate life sentences for murderers."

The Fetterman campaign asked TV networks not to run the ad due to "blatant lies and misinformation."

Except Oz isn't lying.

Despite the Fetterman campaign’s claims, Fox News Digital has uncovered at least three previously unreported instances of Fetterman expressing support for reducing the prison population by one-third.

In a virtual panel discussing the state's prison system Oct. 7, 2020, Fetterman stated, "I was on a panel with Secretary Wetzel earlier, before the pandemic hit, and he said something remarkable that I agree with. He said, 'We could reduce our prison population by a third and not make anyone less safe in Pennsylvania.’ And that’s a profound statement."

In July 2020, Fetterman tweeted, "We could reduce our state prison population by 1/3, make us *no* less safe + save $1B a year."

In April 2020, PennLive reported that "Fetterman said the state could cut its inmate population by one-third by releasing non-violent offenders and older convicts."

So it's a choice in PA as to which person is not the bigger liar. In my opinion, should Oz win, he would be pressured into keeping his latest promise. And Fetterman, now that he has been exposed, will likely keep his word and try reducing the prison population by a third.

If I had to make a choice, hold my nose and vote, I'd go with Oz as the lesser of the two liars.

Maryland senate Dems. propose legislation that allows for infanticide up to 28 days

The Maryland state Senate has proposed legislation that allows babies to be murdered, that is, left to die, for up to 28 days after birth. This legal analysis comes from a pro-life attorney.

Under this evil proposed law, Senate Bill 669 could be interpreted to allow for infanticide through the first month after the baby is born, according to LifeSiteNews. The bill is also known as the Pregnant Person's Freedom Act of 2022 and demonstrates how the left's language can make chocolate ice cream out of feces.

They still refer to a mother as "person" to keep in line with the woke garbage that men can be women and vice versa and thinking can make it so. And they call us science deniers.

Senator William Smith, a Democrat of course, sponsored the legislation, which was scheduled to be heard on March 15 but has been canceled for now.

“[T]he bill also proposes a revision of the fetal murder/manslaughter statute that would serve to handcuff the investigation of infant deaths unrelated to abortion,” American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) attorney Olivia Summers wrote in her analysis. Thus, the legislation prohibits investigations and criminal prosecutions for women and medical professionals for a “failure to act” in relation to a “perinatal death.”

“In other words, a baby born alive and well could be abandoned and left to starve or freeze to death,” Summers wrote, “and nothing could be done to punish those who participated in that cruel death.”

Of course the Democrats will try to convince you that they would never perpetrate such a vile act, but they also used to tell us that abortions should only be "safe and rare." They were and are never safe for the baby and they are not rare. In fact, more black babies in New York City are murdered by Planned Parenthood than are born.

Summers explained that the language used in the proposed legislation is unclear, so the law could be interpreted to “prevent investigations into the death of infants at least seven days AFTER their birth, and may extend to infants as old as four weeks!”

The Maryland Code does not define “perinatal,” Summers said. A 2020 law does define “perinatal care” as the “provision of care during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum and neonatal periods.”

Summers, with the ACLJ, noted in her analysis that the state already has a safe haven law that allows parents to leave a newborn baby with a responsible adult without fear of prosecution.

“Under the Safe Haven law, a distressed parent who is unable or unwilling to care for their infant can safely give up custody of their baby, no questions asked,” the Maryland Department of Human Services explains. “Newborns can be left at hospitals or law enforcement stations.”

“There is absolutely no reason for Maryland Senate Bill 669’s attempt to prevent someone who lets their baby die from being investigated,” she said. ”This bill just further exposes the complete lack of regard abortion advocates have for innocent human life.”

“If they truly want to protect life and women, then legislators could simply extend the length of the safe harbor provision already in place,” Summers added.

Pope Kamala 'will not absolve' wayward senators who refuse to obey their orders

Vice President Kamala Hahahaharris emphatically said through her nose that she is "not going to absolve" Sens. Kirsten Sinema (D-AZ) and Joe Manchin (D-WV) of their sins whereby they are voting in line with the people who voted them into office. "They are standing in the way of progress. If we can get rid of the filibuster, they tell me that it will give the Democratic Party the power to move forward with our agenda," she honked.

She also suggested that certain people are in the way of passing the Freedom to Vote Act, which is a bill designed to allow people of all colors and creeds to vote, even if they had the misfortune of dying, or if they desire to vote for friends and family. The bill also allows people with a poor sense of direction to simply cast their ballot into a mailbox or hand it to a stranger willing to drop it off for them.

What could possibly go wrong?

"It's unconstitutional to keep black people from having to obtain an ID. Many of them don't know how to go about getting one and you're putting an unfair burden on their lives," Harris asserted before laughing for a full 32 seconds.

Harris claimed the United States Senate has the chance and "responsibility to pass these bills" so the alleged President can sign them as directed. "And the resistance to doing that today, or any day, at this time, will not deter us from getting it done, with our without the votes today, I daresay," she rapped.

A so-called reporter asked a followup question about Sens. Manchin and Sinema, to which Harris said with a curious smirk, "As I've said before, there are 100 members of the United States Senate, and I'm not going to absolve — nor should any of us — absolve any member of the United States Senate from taking on a responsibility to follow through on the oath that they all took to support and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Harris has previously said that legislators [i.e, Manchin and Sinema] who do not go along with Biden's voting rights legislation are violating their oath to vote her conscience.

Steve Doocy of Fox News  handed Harris a pocket copy of the U.S. Constitution and a dictionary turned to the word "democracy."

"When we have the discussion about who’s responsible, I will not absolve the 50 Republicans in the United States Senate from responsibility for upholding one of the most basic and important tenets of our democracy, which is free and fair elections and access to the ballot for all eligible voters," Harris said to NBC News last week.

After Brain Flushings "did the Google," we learned that a Vice President does not have the power to absolve anyone of how they vote, especially when they are members of the opposing Party. Voting is actually a basic tenet of our democracy and is also why the United States is a republic, as opposed to a pure democracy--to prevent the tyranny of the majority-- you know, like if 2 lions and 1 deer had to vote on what's for dinner.

Many GOP Senators don't want Trump to announce a 2024 run

It looks like former President Trump is planning to run for a second term. He hasn't come out and said it, but the hinting he throws out there strongly implies that he's a go for 2024. But in spite of his electoral win and therefore his win over the execrable Hillary Clinton, most Senate Republicans hope he chooses not to run. They especially don't want Trump to announce a run before the 2022 midterm elections because they worry that it will destroy their hopes of winning back the Senate.

As much as the nation enjoyed a strong economy, no new wars, a reduction in regulations and taxation, the one thing Donald Trump brings to the table is a boat load of Democrats who will not sit out the next election and will also show up for the midterms in droves. Trump's track record with independent and swing voters is a problem and the GOP Senate knows this.

A few Republican senators who didn't want to be identified, said they don't want Trump being the party's standard bearer.

“I think we’re better off when he’s not part of any story,” a Republican senator revealed, who said his view is widely shared in the GOP conference.

“He’s a clinical narcissist. He threw away the election in the debate with Biden and he threw away the Senate out of spite,” the senator added, referring to the first Trump-Biden debate. Many GOPers saw that debate as a total disaster along with Republican voter turnout in the Georgia special election.

The one thing we know is that a Trump run announcement will get a lot of Democratic asses off the sofas and out to the polling stations.

“The 2022 election ought to be about the Biden administration and its rolling disasters so anything that would detract from the public being focused on what Democratic governance is doing to this country would be ill-advised,” said Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), a Trump ally, when he was asked to comment on a possible Trump announcement in the next year.

You cannot argue with that point. Biden's incompetency should be the main focus and Trump needs to wait until the smoke has cleared before taking center stage.

Some people believe that if Trump ran against Biden, the Left's hatred of the former president would be insurmountable for him to overcome and the Democrats would continue their hard move to the left.

But if Trump does run again, I hope he waits and I hope he wins. I just don't feel confident in either scenario.

GOP puts brakes on Dems' attempt to "Tilt every election . . . permanently in their favor"

In an attempted political coup by the Democrats to pass a partisan election bill laughingly called "For the People Act," Republican senators were able to shoot it down avoiding a one-party nation.

“All 50 Democrats voted for the procedural measure, but it drew no GOP support, leaving it short of the 60 votes needed to overcome a Republican filibuster,” The Wall Street Journal reported

“Democratic centrists, most prominently Mr. Manchin and Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, have rejected ending the filibuster, though some have suggested ways to weaken it.” Perhaps forcing Republicans to only filibuster in Mandarin or Pig Latin.

Now that Democrats have the majority in Congress, they have sought to cast the filibuster as racist as well as all White people and people of color who did not vote for Joe Biden. The Democrats sang a different tune when they were in the minority. They would love to have the ability to push all of Biden's radical agenda to move the country to the far Left but the founding fathers saw this coming and put in the filibuster to keep the majority in check.

The GOP wanted to conserve the filibuster--that's why they're conservatives. They know that when something had always worked in the past, you don't ditch it simply for personal gain or simple change.

Democrats had repeatedly used the filibuster to stop the advancement of legislation under former President Trump and Republicans had to hold “time-sapping roll call votes to break a filibuster and end debate on nominees a whopping 314 times” under Trump, compared to a total of 244 times under all previous presidents combined, according to Politico. Funny, but they didn't want to end the filibuster back then.

“Republicans took issue with imposing federal standards on state elections that they said would weaken state ID requirements,” Fox News reported. “They also oppose starting a new public financing system for congressional elections and politicizing the Federal Elections Commission that enforces campaign finance laws.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that S-1, the election bill Democrats have been pushing for months, was “Democrats’ transparently partisan plan to tilt every election in America permanently in their favor.”

“We know that it would shatter a decades-old understanding that campaign law should have a bipartisan referee, and turn the Federal Election Commission into a partisan-majority cudgel for Democrats to wield against their political opponents,” McConnell said. “We know that it would let Washington bureaucrats direct federal dollars into politicians’ campaign accounts – government money for yard signs and attack ads. We know that it would let Democrats take a red pen to election laws in each of the 50 states, neutering popular precautions like voter I.D. while legalizing shady practices like ballot harvesting across the board.”

Senate Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) falsely claimed that Republicans are trying to promote voter suppression, which is somehow disproved by the record number of Black and minority turnout in the 2020 presidential election. In fact, calling voter ID a form of voter suppression is on its face, racist, implying that Blacks and minorities are incapable of getting personal ID to vote.

The truth is, Democrats were the party of Jim Crow, and are still the actual racists who call everything racist.

Dem. with masters degrees in Education and Public Admin calls out vaccinated MD for not wearing a mask

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) has a BA degree in Russian studies, and two masters degrees, one in education the other in Public Administration, making him an expert in epidemiology, he evidently believes.

On Tuesday, Brown singled out Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), an actual medical doctor, for not wearing a patriotic face covering ostensibly designed to keep one safe from the evil Chinese virus and protect other from being killed by it as well.

Brown first asked about senators who don't wear face diapers, acknowledged that most of them are in lockstep with the Democratic Party, before mentioning Sen. Paul, an actual doctor.

"One of them that's an M.D., isn't, but he's kind of a lunatic," Brown inappropriately said during a Tuesday visit to a Columbus mass vaccination site.

He added: "He thinks he wants to be different but it doesn't serve the public interest."

No, Brown. It doesn't serve the Democrats' interest. They would have us wear masks until the farting cows come home, in spite of the fact that the vaccinations are effective, even according to the American Federation of Teachers controlled CDC.

Brown, who is fully vaccinated, wore a mask during the entirety of his 45-minute event because he is the actual lunatic as is those who follow his baseless example. Brown said he wears a cloth face covering to "make sure everyone is safe and to set that tone," and that science is overrated anyway.

It's not the first time Brown has verbally insulted Sen. Paul, [who; I remind you, has been vaccinated], for not wearing a mask. In February, after Paul had been vaccinated along with all the other senators of the Senate including the lunatic Brown, the latter asked that Paul "would show the respect to his colleagues to wear a mask when he's on the Senate floor walking around and speaking."

Paul's colleagues, as well as Brown's were also vaccinated, I remind you, when Brown made the lunatic statement.

Paul was the first U.S. Senator to publicly announce that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus in March 2020.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said last week that fully vaccinated people could safely gather indoors with fully vaccinated people without wearing a mask or staying 6 feet apart.

Sen. Paul had a hot exchange in March with America's most beloved and exalted doctor [after Doctor Jill Biden, of course] Dr. Anthony "I Tawk Like Bernie" Fauci. Paul said that wearing a mask after vaccination or post-infection was merely "theater."

But Pope Fauci told Paul that masks are protective, even though he said at one time they weren't necessary, and should be used by those who are immunized [and cannot spread the virus nor contract, but it's patriotic].

Post-vaccination "breakthrough" cases and hospitalizations have occurred but are very rare. Only 9,245 "breakthrough" cases and 835 hospitalizations have been reported out of more than 95 million people who have been fully vaccinated in the U.S. as of April 26. That's safer than most of the medications advertised on television for minor rashes and constipation.
