Illegal Alien Granted CDL Under Biden-Era Program Allegedly Kills Pennsylvania State Trooper

The death of a police officer in the line of duty is always a national tragedy. Yet some deaths demand more than mourning. They require an honest examination of the decisions that made them possible.

Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr., 44, was killed Wednesday morning while carrying out one of the routine but dangerous responsibilities of law enforcement. He had stopped to inspect an unrelated semi-truck on the side of the road when a tractor-trailer left the roadway, struck another vehicle, and triggered the chain of events that claimed his life.

The driver accused of causing the crash, 33-year-old Michael Bon, has since been identified as an illegal immigrant from Haiti who entered the United States through the Biden administration's CHNV "humanitarian parole program," according to Fox News. 

The details are as disturbing as they are revealing.

After entering the country under the parole initiative, Bon reportedly sought Temporary Protected Status but was denied. His legal status was later terminated under the Trump administration. Despite this, he had already been issued a commercial driver's license by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in March 2025, allowing him to operate the massive vehicles that demand the highest standards of training, responsibility, and oversight.

This was not merely an isolated traffic accident. It raises difficult questions about immigration policy, government accountability, and the consequences of expanding programs that place insufficient emphasis on enforcement and vetting.

For years, critics warned that temporary parole programs, originally intended for exceptional humanitarian circumstances, were being transformed into broad avenues for entry with inadequate safeguards. Defenders insisted the system was under control. Now a Pennsylvania state trooper is dead, and another grieving family is left to ask whether this loss might have been prevented.

Trooper Pahira dedicated his life to protecting the public. He did not choose the policies that shaped the circumstances surrounding his final moments. He simply answered the call of duty, as officers across America do every day, trusting that the institutions responsible for public safety had fulfilled their own obligations.

His death deserves more than condolences. It deserves accountability.

A nation that asks its police officers to stand between order and chaos owes them something in return. It owes them immigration policies that place the safety of its own citizens and those sworn to protect them above political expediency. When that obligation is neglected, the consequences are not abstract. They are measured in lives cut short, families shattered, and communities left to mourn.

John Fetterman has an opinion on PA Supreme Court's Justice who bailed on Democrats over their Jew-hatred

Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman is once again proving he's the only Democrat in Washington with even a faint pulse of sanity. After a longtime Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice ditched the Democratic Party because of its raging antisemitism issues, Fetterman stepped up with some refreshingly honest words.

"As I’ve affirmed, I’m not changing my party, but I fully understand David’s personal choice," Sen. John Fetterman (D-Believe it or Not) noted.

The justice in question is David Wecht, who dropped the bombshell that he's no longer registered with any political party. Wecht, who ran as a Democrat back in 2015, laid it out plainly in a statement obtained by Fox News Digital. The party he once helped lead has gone full downhill.

"From 1998 to 2001, years that preceded my judicial career, I served as Vice-Chair of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. In the quarter century that has passed since then, the Democratic Party has changed. Nazi tattoos, jihadist chants, intimidation and attacks at synagogues, and other hateful anti-Jewish invective and actions are minimized, ignored, and even coddled. Acquiescence to Jew-hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders and even many elected officials in the Democratic Party," he wrote.

Wecht didn't stop there.

"I can no longer abide this. So, I won’t. I am no longer registered within any political party," he declared. "It is my hope that Pennsylvanians, and Americans, of all viewpoints and backgrounds will oppose and resist the scourge of Jew-hatred before it undermines what our ancestors have built here."

This is the same guy who has been on the state's highest court since 2016 and was retained in the 2025 election. Now he's walking away from the modern Democratic clown show that treats antisemitism like just another quirky policy disagreement.

Fetterman, who has been out here calling out his own party's unhinged Trump Derangement Syndrome on Bill Maher's podcast and generally acting like a normal human being, responded on X like this:

"I know David and his legendary father, Cyril. As I’ve affirmed, I’m not changing my party, but I fully understand David’s personal choice."

Look, Fetterman isn't bolting the Democrats anytime soon, but the guy keeps dropping these common-sense takes that make the rest of his party look like the radicals they are. Joe Concha over at Fox News nailed it when he pointed out that Fetterman is basically an outlier in today's Democratic Party, which has mainstreamed hatred that would have been unthinkable not that long ago.

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party had no immediate comment when Fox News Digital came calling. Shocking, I know.

IDF captures Palestinian who murdered his son, burned his body, and infiltrated Israel

A Palestinian man suspected of murdering his 12-year-old son and burning his body was found in Israel after infiltrating the country, the IDF said on Sunday.

According to Palestinian sources that spoke with KAN News, the man had taken his son to the Palestinian village of Beit Ur, near Ramallah in the West Bank, and stabbed him near an agricultural area of the town.

He then burned the body, fled the scene, and infiltrated Israel near the Hashmo Bnaim checkpoint, evading the Palestinian Authority security forces in the process.

The PA contacted the IDF after being unable to locate the man. The military found him inside Israel near the checkpoint to leave the West Bank.

The IDF interrogated the suspect and then handed him over to the PA.

"IDF forces operating last night at the Hashmonaim checkpoint in the Central Command detained a Palestinian suspect for questioning. Initial questioning at the checkpoint revealed that the suspect murdered his son in the Ramallah area and fled the scene," the military statement read.

Last week, the military and the Israel Police announced that they had arrested and indicted seven members of the Hariri crime organization for extortion, threats, and the planting of explosive devices.

The filing of indictments and prosecutors’ statements followed a series of raids conducted in Arab villages and the West Bank on April 12, during which 11 suspects were arrested. Multiple vehicles and a large amount of cash were also seized during the raids.

The investigation and raids were the product of collaboration between multiple bodies, including the Israel Police, Border Police, dog squad units, and the IDF.

Secret Service Agent on Jill Biden Detail, Shoots Himself in the Leg

A Secret Service agent was injured Friday morning after negligently discharging his firearm and shooting himself in the leg while escorting former first lady Jill Biden through the Philadelphia International Airport, according to a report by The Daily Wire. 

The agent fired the weapon just after 8:30 a.m. while on a protective assignment. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. No one else was injured and the former First Lady, a doctor, was unable to render aid because she isn't that kind of doctor in spite of Joy Behar having suggested that she would make a fantastic Surgeon General at the time her husband was an “Autopen POTUS”.

“The Secret Service’s Office of Professional Responsibility will be reviewing the facts and circumstances of this incident. We are grateful for our law enforcement and public safety partners who provided medical assistance,” the Secret Service said. 

After the shooting, a large police presence was reported in Terminal C of the airport, according to CBS affiliate KYW-TV. A medic unit responded to the scene and then left the area, followed by a Philadelphia police car.

The Secret Service has faced intense scrutiny from the public and from Congress after the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt on President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, which was one of the agency’s most serious security failures in modern history. Many believe that had it not been for D.E.I., a taller agent would have been assigned to protect Trump's upper body. Unfortunately, a rather short woman was one agent with that assignment.

Last year, more scandals hit the Secret Service after a uniformed division officer allegedly fell asleep while on duty at the United Nations General Assembly, and an armed individual bypassed security screening at Trump National Golf Club in Virginia. 

Despite those incidents, the Secret Service has also been praised for recent operations. In September, Secret Service personnel took down a network of electronic devices in New York that had been used to target senior federal officials with telecommunications threats.

In February, agents shot and killed an armed man who attempted to break into Mar-a-Lago with a shotgun.

So it's a 'hit-or-miss' situation, and unfortunately, in this current case, it was a hit right in the leg.

UPDATE: Man armed with shotgun and gas can killed at Mar-a-Lago IDENTIFIED

A man in his early 20s unlawfully entered Mar-a-Lago armed with a shotgun and a gas can at around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, U.S. Secret Service announced. 

UPDATE: The armed intruder has been identified after being reported missing by his family.

Austin Tucker Martin, who was reported missing by his family on Saturday, was identified as the man armed with a shotgun and a gas can attempting to breach Mar-a-Lago, law enforcement sources told the New York Post.

The FBI, Secret Service, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, are investigating the incident and potential motive, which seems somewhat obvious.

The individual was observed near the north gate carrying a shotgun and a fuel can and was ordered to put the items down by police. In response, he lowered the gas can to the ground and then aimed the shotgun at the officers who immediately shot him dead.

No Secret Service or PBSO personnel were injured, and no Secret Service protectees, including President Trump, were present at the location during the time of the incident, officials said.

The FBI, Secret Service and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office are investigating, including the man’s background, actions and potential motive, as well as the use of force.

This third incident of the same type, appears to be the results of a media-fed public hating the administration and attempting to assassinate the President of the United States. The first incident was in Butler, PA in which President Trump was shot in the ear. The second was at Trump's golf course where the person was confronted and eventually taken into custody and is now serving life in prison.

This should be reminder of the difficulty that exists protecting the President, particularly at Mar-a-Lago.

Jihadi terrorist KWTG: PA claims he was a 'young boy' delivering a package

The Palestinian Authority is at it again with their shameless double game on terrorism—glorifying killers when it suits them domestically, then airbrushing them into innocent victims to scam sympathy (and cash) from the West.

When a terrorist actually pulls off an attack on Jews, the PA can't wait to hail him as a hero, slapping his name on schools, streets, and town squares. But when one gets taken out mid-attempt, especially if he's young and the optics could rile up the international crowd, they magically transform him into a wide-eyed civilian with zero connection to violence. In fact, he's a victim.

Take the latest example: 16-year-old Islamic Jihad operative Muhammad Iyad Abahreh, KWTG [Killed While Throwing Grenades] after hurling the deadly objects at Israeli troops near Jenin.

Islamic Jihad's Al-Quds Brigades didn't hesitate to claim him loud and proud as one of their own, bragging about his "martyrdom" and vowing more of the same:

“The Al-Quds Brigades accompany to his wedding Martyr Muhammad Abahreh from Jenin”“The Al-Quds Brigades, the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine’s military wing, accompanied to his wedding [i.e., a Martyr’s funeral is considered his wedding to the 72 Virgins in Paradise in Islam] Martyr Muhammad Iyad Abahreh …

In a statement on Sunday, [Dec. 14, 2025,] the brigades said that Abahreh is one of the Jihad fighters of the Al-Yamun Brigade and that he ascended to Heaven as a Martyr after he managed to engage with the occupation [i.e., Israeli] soldiers and threw several hand grenades at them during an invasion of the town of Silat Al-Harithiya yesterday evening, Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025.The brigades emphasized that they will remain steadfast on the path of Jihad and resistance until liberation and return.”

Fast-forward 24 hours, and the PA's mouthpiece, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, rolls out the sanitized fairy tale: No more "Jihad fighter," no grenades, no Islamic Jihad mention. Suddenly, he's just a harmless "young boy" gunned down while "delivering a package" on his motorcycle. Complete with sob stories about his dreams of graduating high school and supporting his family.

“Al-Yamun and Silat Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin, were partners in grief two nights ago, Saturday, [Dec. 13, 2025]. The two neighboring towns mourned 16-year-old boy Muhammad Iyad Muhammad Abahreh, who ascended to Heaven in Silat Al-Harithiya, and the occupation seized his body…

"3,4,5, BOOM!"

Family sources told Al-Hayat Al-Jadida that young Abahreh is the eldest [child] in the family and that he was looking forward to finishing his experimental matriculation exams, but the occupation’s bullets changed the course of his dreams.

They noted that Muhammad was on his motorcycle on his way to deliver a package in nearby Silat Al-Harithiya, but the occupation soldiers shot him with six bullets and seized his body…Al-Yamun High School Principal Radwan Freihat described the loss experienced by the school with Muhammad’s death … who was loved, diligent, and a seeker of knowledge. He said that his death as a Martyr halted his aspirations to earn a high [school graduation] certificate to help his parents."

This isn't some one-off fluke, the PA pulls this rewrite stunt routinely to paint Israel as the big bad wolf for global audiences and keep those donor dollars flowing. They did the exact same thing just a month ago after Fatah terrorists murdered Aharon Cohen and wounded others. They still deny the October 7 massacre outright. And they have the gall to lecture world leaders about rejecting terrorism and antisemitism while bankrolling it at home.

Hypocrisy doesn't even begin to cover it.

Democrats in Pennsylvania Just Sneaked Through a Radical Abortion Amendment – And the Timing Couldn't Be More Tone-Deaf

If you're looking for peak Democrat hypocrisy and radicalism, look no further than Harrisburg, PA. Just days before Christmas, you know, that holiday where millions celebrate the birth of a child,  the Democrat-controlled Pennsylvania House barely squeaked through a constitutional amendment that would enshrine extinguishing the life of a child on demand right up to the moment of birth. We're talking one measly vote: 102-101. 

And it wasn't even purely partisan. Two Democrats had the guts to vote no, while a couple of squishy Republicans crossed over to push this monstrosity forward. I say vote them out, Pennsylvanians--primary them.

This is House Bill 1957, a sweeping proposal that doesn't just expand abortion access; it blows the doors off every reasonable limit. It would wipe out parental consent, informed consent, waiting periods, the works. And yes, it would stick taxpayers with the bill for abortions, even as polls show most Americans want nothing to do with funding this since it isn't their business unless it's their baby in question.

Maria Gallagher, executive director for the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, nailed it when she called this out: "House Bill 1957 is a highly regressive form of legislation which would wipe out protections against taxpayer funding of abortion at a time when the vast majority of taxpayers do not want their hard-earned money to pay for abortion," she said.

"The vote was as tight as a submarine door at 1,000 feet: 102 to 101. Ironically, two Democrats, Frank Burns and Anita Kulik voted against the dangerous bill, while two Republicans, Joe Hogan and Kathleen Tomlinson, voted for it," she explained. "House Bill 1957 is an abortionist's dream. It would remove all limits on abortion. Parental consent, informed consent, and the 24 hour waiting period for abortion would all be wiped out. It would be the most radical law in the nation, permitting abortion for any reason throughout all nine months of pregnancy."

She's spot on. This thing would torpedo protections for late-term babies, currently shielded after viability except in rare cases – and open the floodgates to brutal abortions up until delivery. "This bad bill would also wipe out important protections, such as parental consent and informed consent, which are vital to the health and safety of women and girls," Gallagher said, adding, "[H]ouse Bill 1957 is bad; blatantly a disaster. It is a poorly-drafted bill which would have a disastrous effect on taxpayers, parents, and vulnerable women and girls. This bill is the wrong prescription for Pennsylvania." 

The cherry on top? The timing. As Gallagher put it to LifeNews: "The week before Christmas, when Christians throughout Pennsylvania celebrate the birth of our Savior, the Democrat-led House of Representatives passed a Constitutional Amendment which would allow abortion up to the moment of birth," she told LifeNews.

Unbelievable. 

While families are hanging stockings and singing about a babe in a manger, these folks are ramming through a bill that treats unborn children like disposable inconveniences.The good news? This heads to the Senate next, where Republicans hold the line. And even if it somehow passes there, it needs approval in the next legislative session and then a voter referendum. Pennsylvanians, if you're reading this, get on the phone to your state senator and tell them to kill HB 1957 dead. This radical agenda has no place in the Keystone State.

It's a matter of life and death.

FBI’s Bongino and Patel Go Nuclear on the Crooks Conspiracy Peddlers: ‘We Are Very Confident This Kid Acted Alone

Look, I get it, everybody is livid. A 20-year-old scumcrumpet almost blows President Trump's head off in broad daylight on live television, and we're supposed to believe it was just one depressed gamer with a drone and daddy's AR? The skepticism is healthy, but at some point, the "second shooter / deep-state / Antifa super-cell" crowd needs to take the 'L,' because the person who's now running the FBI just dropped a thermonuclear truth bomb on the entire grift.

"Many people make a lot of money on social media pushing conspiracy theories for clicks. That is a fact," FBI Director Kash Patel said, and he isn't wrong.

Deputy Director Dan Bongino  went on Fox and basically told the tinfoil brigade to pound sand.

"It is the FBI’s conclusion that Crooks acted alone," Bongino said flat-out.

They cracked every single one of Crooks' 35 accounts,  social media, banking, the works. Even the sketchy foreign email addresses out of Germany and Belgium? Fully accessed within days.

"The FBI has been able to access all of the accounts," a senior official told Fox. "There has been reporting to inappropriately and incorrectly state that there was encryption that the FBI was not able to get into, that is not true. We have been able to get into every single account."

"There is no foreign connection in this case," the official added. "There is no individual that is outside U.S. borders or inside U.S. borders that had any role in directing him, inspiring him or assisting him in any way, and that includes foreign governments."

They swept the shooter's house top to bottom. Every phone, every laptop, every thumb drive, all imaged, all cracked.

"Every device in the home was collected and accessed fully," Patel said. "Reports say that we didn't get into certain devices? That's false. We got into all of the devices."

That whole "Antifa super-soldier William Tepes" thing had the timeline in a frenzy. It turns out the Norwegian neo-Nazi just replied to one of Crooks' public YouTube comments. That's it. No secret Discord, no encrypted Signal chats, no "hey bro, here's the exfil plan."

"Crooks posted on YouTube. Tepes is a Norwegian, nordic resistance member. He simply responded to content Crooks posted," Patel explained, basically rolling his eyes through the television screen.

The investigation? Over 1,000 interviews, 2,000 tips, a dozen search warrants, 100+ subpoenas. No manifesto, no accomplices, no shadowy handlers.

And then Bongino went full "A Few Good Men" on the angry mob:

"No one is interested in guilt or innocence, they’re interested in someone to blame," Bongino said. "The public is pissed off. We get it. We sympathize with you. It couldn’t have just been this guy, it couldn't have just been this guy,  it is. There is no reason I would tell you otherwise." He even addressed the "why would you cover for the deep state" crowd directly:

"I would ask the public: What motivation would Kash Patel and Dan Bongino possibly have to hide from their personal friend, not just their boss, the president,  information about a crime where he was the victim?" Bongino asked. "I don’t understand what the motivation would be."

Exactly. The same Kash and Dan who’ve spent years torching the FBI for Russia-gate and Crossfire Hurricane are now the ones running the joint — and they’re telling you, on the record, there’s nothing there.

Yet the same accounts that cried "trust the plan" for four years ago are now calling these guys deep-state shills because the story doesn’t have enough James Bond villains in it.

"We are very confident in the outcomes of this investigation," Bongino said. "We have pulled on every threat. We are absolutely confident, and if information surfaces, please, immediately get it over to us for instant action."

In other words: Put up or shut up.

The only people making bank off this tragedy are the ones Patel called out — the professional conspiracy influencers who know a juicy "what really happened at Butler" thread gets more clicks than "FBI says lone nut, case closed."

"As to why people keep coming back to this on social media, the reality is, many people make a lot of money on social media pushing conspiracy theories for clicks," he said. "That is a fact." 

The truth might be boring, folks, but sometimes the 20-year-old incel with a rifle really is just a 20-year-old incel with a rifle. And no amount of Substack subscriptions is going to conjure a second shooter onto that roof.

Canadian PM Carney moves to give Hamas a win in the war against all Jews, starting with Israel

Prime Minister Mark Carney has declared that Canada now recognizes the State of Palestine, a move dressed up in the lofty rhetoric of "self-determination" and "human rights," as if such platitudes could paper over the blood-soaked realities of the Middle East. 

In a statement, which at best can be described as naive, released Sunday, Carney pledged Canada's support for building a "peaceful future" for both Palestine and Israel, invoking the United Nations Charter with the earnestness of a schoolboy reciting a civics lesson. Yet he admitted, with a rare flicker of candor, that this gesture is no magic bullet. 

"Recognising the State of Palestine, led by the Palestinian Authority, empowers those who seek peaceful coexistence and the end of Hamas. This in no way legitimizes terrorism, nor is it any reward for it," he insisted, as though words alone could exorcise the specter of Hamas's horrific barbarism.

Let's be clear: this is a decision steeped in the kind of moral confusion that thrives in the air-conditioned halls of Ottawa. Carney would have us believe that this recognition "in no way compromises Canada's steadfast support for the State of Israel," a state whose security, he concedes, hinges on a "comprehensive two-state solution," an offer refused by the Palestinian Authority and Hamas many times over.

But what is this two-state solution, endlessly invoked like a diplomatic mantra? For years, Canada maintained that recognition of Palestine would come only at the end of negotiations between Palestinian and Israeli leaders. Now, with Hamas's "pervasive threat of terrorism," [read: genocide] Israel's settlements in the West Bank, and what Carney calls "the Israeli government's contribution to the humanitarian disaster in Gaza," that possibility has been "steadily and gravely eroded." 

So, Canada’s response is to reward the Palestinian Authority, a body that has repeatedly shown itself incapable of governing without corruption or complicity in violence, with the laurel of statehood. You know the PA--they have a 'pay to slay' policy that rewards jihadis for killing Jews. If they die in the process, their families collect the blood money.

Carney frames this as part of a "co-ordinated international effort" to preserve the two-state dream, joined by the likes of the United Kingdom and Australia, with more expected to follow at the United Nations General Assembly’s 80th session in New York. One can almost hear the clinking of champagne glasses at this display of multilateral virtue. 

Yet the move has provoked predictable outrage. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio called it a boon to Hamas, the scumcrumpets responsible for the October 7, 2023, atrocities, arguing it complicates ceasefire talks and hostage releases. 

Jewish organizations in Canada were no less scathing. The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs correctly condemned the decision as "a reward for the October 7 terror attacks." The Association of Families of Canadian citizens murdered by Hamas spoke of "profound grief and outrage," declaring, "Over 700 days ago our loved ones were slaughtered by Hamas, an organization which still controls Gaza, still holds hostages, and still calls for the destruction of Israel. To reward this climate of terror with recognition is not just reckless; it is a betrayal, and kindizes (sic) the lives of hostages still being held in the tunnels of Gaza." B’nai Brith Canada went further, lamenting that Canada has abandoned its legacy of "standing up for what is principled and just." Richard Robertson, their Director of Research and Advocacy, put it bluntly: "The [Palestinian Authority] has shown, time and again, that it cannot be trusted."

And yet, there are those who applaud this diplomatic sleight of hand. The oxymoronically named Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East hailed it as a "real policy victory," though they predictably called for more. One wonders what more they could want; perhaps a ticker-tape parade for Mahmoud Abbas? 

Carney's July announcement promised recognition contingent on the Palestinian Authority meeting certain conditions, including an election in 2026 from which Hamas would be barred. Senior officials, hiding behind anonymity, claim the PA has "doubled down" on these commitments. But forgive the skepticism: the Palestinian Authority, led by the Fatah party, controls only parts of the West Bank, while Hamas rules Gaza with an iron fist, having violently expelled Fatah in 2007. Hamas's response to this diplomatic charade? A flat declaration that it "will not recognize Israel." How consistent and very reassuring.

The broader international context only deepens the absurdity. More than 145 countries already recognize Palestine, and France, Belgium, and Portugal are poised to join the chorus at the UN. This is symbolism masquerading as statecraft, a gesture that will likely provoke the Trump administration, which has already shown its displeasure. President Trump, responding to Carney's initial announcement in July, warned that Canada's move could jeopardize trade deals, promptly slapping 35 percent tariffs on Canadian goods (mercifully, those compliant with the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement are exempt). The U.S. also vetoed a UN Security Council resolution last week demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and hostage releases, citing its failure to sufficiently condemn Hamas. Meanwhile, after Rubio revoked visas for Abbas and 80 other Palestinian officials, the UN General Assembly allowed Abbas to address them by video—a fitting metaphor for a leadership that exists more in rhetoric than reality.

Carney's government insists it has been in "regular communication" with Israeli diplomats, though the Prime Minister has never spoken with Benjamin Netanyahu, whose government remains adamantly opposed to a two-state solution. 

Perhaps they couldn't find a time slot between Netanyahu's battles against Hamas and Hezbollah. The Conservative Party of Canada, sensing a political opening, dismissed Carney's move as a distraction from domestic woes, reaffirming their support for "Israel’s right to exist and defend itself, living next to a future demilitarized, terror-free, democratic and peaceful Palestinian State." A noble sentiment, but one wonders how such a state could emerge from the current morass.

In the end, Carney's decision is a triumph of bull pucks over substance, a nod to the progressive pieties of the international community while ignoring the grim realities on the ground. It is the kind of move that feels good in the moment but risks emboldening those who thrive on chaos. As the families of Hamas's victims so poignantly said, "By recognizing a Palestinian state today, Prime Minister Carney emboldens Hamas, legitimizes their barbarism, and sends a devastating message to terror victims everywhere: that their suffering can be brushed aside for political theatre." 

One could not put it better. Canada, once a beacon of moral clarity, now seems content to play the fool in the theater of global diplomacy. It's a good thing that President Trump is keeping the tariff in place with Canada.

Appeals court unappealing to 9/11 mastermind KSM's plea deal

On Friday, a panel of federal appeals court judges, in a 2-1 gut-punch ruling, obliterated a plea deal that would’ve let 9/11 mastermind and scumcrumpet Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators dodge the death penalty for guilty pleas. The agreement, hammered out over two grueling years, promised Mohammed and his crew life without parole, a cushy escape from the needle of eternity.

The military prosecution of Mohammed and his fellow plotters has been dragging on for over two decades, mired in endless preliminary hearings and defense lawyers screaming about evidence tainted by torture.

Back in July, the Biden administration’s Defense Department announced pretrial agreements with Mohammed and three other 9/11 orchestrators. But then-Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, in a power move, spiked the deal just two days later, declaring himself the sole gatekeeper of such agreements. 

A military appeals court in December slapped back at Austin’s play, reinstating the plea deal to sidestep execution. But on Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals D.C. Circuit said, “Not so fast,” torching the agreement and backing Austin’s authority to kill it.

Judges Patricia Millett and Neomi Rao didn’t mince words: “In light of the clear and indisputable errors committed by the military judge, which implicate issues of immense national importance, we conclude that issuance of the writs is appropriate under these circumstances.” Boom. Done.But Judge Robert Wilkins wasn’t having it. He came out swinging in his dissent, calling the majority’s move to overturn a military judge “stunning.” His words cut deep: “Our deference should be at its zenith when military courts follow persuasive military precedent in the construction of military rules. I am befuddled.” Ouch.

Mohammed, the alleged brain behind the deadliest attack on American soil, when hijacked planes slammed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and a field in Pennsylvania, still sits at the center of this legal storm. And it’s far from over.

Heroic civilian stops terrorists forever in Gosh Etzion

Israeli authorities are calling it a cold-blooded, meticulously planned hit. One of the jihadis, trained for three months in Qatar, prowled the bustling Rami Levy parking lot in Gush Etzion for 40 minutes Thursday afternoon, as hia eyes scanned for the perfect moment to kill unarmed Israelis.

Earlier today, a savage stabbing and shooting attack at the supermarket claimed the life of 22-year-old Israeli security guard Shalev Zevuloni. The kid didn’t stand a chance.

The attackers were two Palestinian Authority police officers, Mahmoud Yosef Aabed, 23, from Halhul, and Maalek Ibrahim Salem, 23, from Tulkarem. 

They rolled up in a stolen ride with yellow plates, pure Jew hatred in their dirty hearts. At the store’s entrance, they pounced, stabbing Zevuloni multiple times, snatching his handgun, and pumping bullets into him before trying to storm the supermarket to slaughter civilians.

But they didn’t count on the Tekoa settlement’s civilian security chief (Ravshatz) and an IDF soldier being close enough to act. They weren't unarmed like the civilians that were targeted.

The duo dropped the attackers in their tracks, stopping a bloodbath. 

The security chief, still catching his breath, said, "By the grace of heaven, I was at the complex and neutralized the vile terrorists, preventing harm to more civilians." 

Damn right he did. Israeli officials say the scumcrumpets, one sharpened by three months of military training in Qatar, picked the chaotic Thursday afternoon rush for maximum carnage. They circled the lot for 40 minutes, blending in, plotting. Chilling doesn’t begin to cover it.

The IDF’s response was swift, sealing Hebron and Bethlehem, throwing up checkpoints in Hebron’s core, and locking down Halhul, where one of the attackers lived. They’re holding the bodies, and the Palestinian Authority’s on high alert, scrambling to sniff out any more rogue cops in their ranks. "We’ve raised our alert level dramatically to check for additional rogue elements and prevent similar copycat attacks," the PA said.

And the left calls Israel an apartheid state in spite of the Muslims who work there and even attend mosque there.

This marks the 19th deadly Palestinian attack in Judea and Samaria in 2025, riding the wave of tension since Hamas’s October 7, 2023, massacre that left 1,200 Israelis dead. The X platform’s buzzing with praise for the security chief’s courage, one user posting, "The Ravshatz saved countless lives, true courage under fire." 

With Gaza ceasefire talks stuck in the mud and PA-Israel security coordination fraying, this attack’s a gut punch. The PA’s US-funded training programs? Yeah, those are getting a hard side-eye now. The whole region’s a powder keg, as it historically always was, and this is just the latest spark.

Secret Service suspends 6 agents who failed at protecting President Trump last July

The Secret Service is in hot water, and they’re not skating by easy on this one. Six agents tasked with keeping President Donald Trump safe during that wild July 2024 assassination attempt in Pennsylvania have been suspended with no pay, no benefits, nada. We’re talking 10 to 42 days of eating ramen and staring at the wall, according to Secret Service Deputy Director Matt Quinn, who spilled the beans to CBS News. “We weren’t going to fire [our] way out of this,” Quinn said, but they’re “laser focused on fixing the root cause of the problem.” 

They screwed up, and they know it.

Those agents are back on duty, but they’ve been demoted to glorified desk jockeys with "restricted roles" and less responsibility. Quinn called it a "federally mandated process," which sounds like bureaucratic speak for "we followed the rulebook, now let’s move on."

Let’s rewind to July 13, 2024, in Butler, Pennsylvania. A gunman, Thomas Crooks, somehow got the drop on the Secret Service, climbing onto a nearby roof and unloading toward Trump’s rally stage. 

Absolute chaos. Trump’s ear got grazed, two other guys were hit, and Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-old firefighter, dad, and husband, was killed. Absolutely heartbreaking. A Secret Service sniper took Crooks out, but the damage was done. Quinn didn’t mince words: “Secret Service is totally accountable for Butler,” he told CBS. “Butler was an operational failure and we are focused today on ensuring that it never happens again.” 

Thank you, Sergeant Obvious.

The agency’s been under a microscope since, and deservedly so. They’re scrambling to fix what Quinn called the "root cause" of this disaster, rolling out fancy new toys like military-grade drones and mobile command posts to tighten up comms with local cops. But the hits kept coming.

Weeks later, another assassination attempt on Trump went down in West Palm Beach, Florida. It got stopped, thank God, but the heat was too much for then-Director Kimberly Cheatle, who bailed after the backlash. Congressional hearings and investigations piled on, and a bipartisan House task force dropped a 180-page bombshell in December, calling Butler "preventable." They ripped into the Secret Service for leadership screw-ups and training gaps that "created an environment" where this kind of failure could happen. Oh, and they didn’t exactly play nice with local law enforcement either. Shocker.

Meanwhile, Corey Comperatore’s widow, Helen, sat down with Fox News’ Alexis McAdams to talk about her loss. That’s the human cost is something the Secret Service can’t just drone their way out of.

Abbas cheers Oct. 7 massacre as precursor of pro-Palestinian summit

The Palestinian Authority’s chairman, Mahmoud Abbas, has once again revealed the moral rot at the heart of his organization, praising the barbaric October 7 Hamas attack as a triumph of “strategic impact.” 

In an interview published last Sunday by the PA’s official daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, and brought to light by the vigilant work of Palestinian Media Watch, Abbas crowed that the attack “shook the foundations of the Israeli entity… revealed its glaring failure.” This is not the language of a statesman seeking peace, but of a Jew-hating propagandist reveling in carnage.

Abbas’s words, originally spoken months ago but now conveniently repackaged in a series of articles teasing a forthcoming hagiography of his life, betray a chilling indifference to the human cost of Hamas’s savagery. “On October 7, 2023, Hamas launched a sudden attack... killed 1,200 Israelis, abducted 250 others, and took them as hostages,” he said, before gloating that it “exposed the [false] claims that... it has an invincible army” and laid bare “the glaring failure of this entity’s components, especially the army and the various security forces.” 

For Abbas, the slaughter of innocents and the kidnapping of families are mere footnotes in a narrative of Palestinian triumph. Israel’s failure “to discover what Hamas was planning and to block the attack and prevent heavy losses” is, in his warped estimation, a feather in the cap of the Palestinian cause. Abbas is what is known as a garbage individual.

His sole critique of the attack is not its moral depravity, but its fallout for Gaza’s residents. “As important as the goals that Hamas attempted to achieve through this attack may have been, they are not comparable to the damages and heavy losses that the Gaza Strip residents... have suffered,” Abbas lamented. 

Even here, his concern is not for the victims of Hamas’s terror but for the political and material costs to his own constituency. This is not remorse; it is calculation.

Adding fuel to this fire, Abbas’s senior adviser, Mahmoud Al-Habbash, recently declared the October 7 atrocities “legitimate resistance” in a March interview, repeating five times that “resistance is legitimate” and insisting that “what happened on October 7 is a legitimate thing.” Such rhetoric does not merely flirt with justifying terrorism; it embraces it with open arms. 

And since when is killing babies resistance?

This grotesque posturing comes as France and Saudi Arabia prepare to host a United Nations event on June 17 to push for international recognition of Palestinian statehood, a move Israeli officials rightly decry as a “prize for Hamas’s terrorism.” The timing of Abbas’s remarks, dripping with smug satisfaction, could not be more revealing. They expose the yawning chasm between the PA’s carefully curated image for Western audiences and the unfiltered venom it spews in Arabic to its own people.

Palestinian Media Watch, which unearthed this interview, argues that Abbas’s words confirm the PA’s unwavering support for terrorism, casting serious doubt on its fitness for statehood. Itamar Marcus, PMW’s founder, put it bluntly: “The interview shows that the PA unabashedly remains a terror-supporting entity.” 

Marcus goes further, urging Israel and the United States to block PA leaders from attending the UN event until Abbas retracts his and his adviser’s grotesque defense of October 7. “Israel must prevent Mahmoud Abbas or any PA leader from leaving for the UN,” he insists, while calling on the U.S. to deny visas to PA officials. He also demands that Israel inform France and Saudi Arabia, the event’s cosponsors, of “exactly what the PA stands for.”

Marcus’s warning is stark: “Mahmoud Abbas has reminded us once again that if the PA were to become a state, it would be a terror state.” This is not hyperbole; it is a sobering truth. The West, in its eagerness to advance a two-state solution, turns a blind eye to the PA’s glorification of violence, seduced by the fiction of a partner for peace. 

Abbas’s own words betray him. To celebrate the murder of 1,200 Israelis and the abduction of 250 more as a strategic victory is not the mark of a leader, but of a fanatic. The civilized world should take note and act accordingly.

Senior Hamas official blown to smithereens in his tent in Khan Younis

He was a good ole scumwafer, but he's dead and gone

When asked what did he want to be when he grew up, Salah al-Bardawil said to his proud father that he wanted to be a soldier for Allah and kill all the Israelis and cleanse the world of Jews.

Well, Bardawil became that soldier with Hamas and became a top Hamasshole official. The shekels were good and the power was intoxicating. . . . until it ended overnight between Saturday and Sunday in an Israeli airstrike.

Bardawil was in his tent in al-Mawasi, near Khan Younis when all of a sudden, without warning, an Israeli fighter jet fired upon his tent and killing him beyond recognition. All that was left of the area was a huge crater.

According to Qatar-based Al Jazeera, 23 Arabs were killed in Israeli strikes across Khan Younis and nearby Rafah since midnight.

IDF Arabic-language spokesperson Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee had issued an urgent evacuation warning to residents of the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah. “The IDF has begun operations targeting terrorist organizations. The area you are in is an active combat zone and extremely dangerous. Evacuate immediately,” he said in a statement. 

The question is: did Hamas allow non-combatants to leave or did they make them stay in order to enhance their propaganda machine? 

Al-Bardawil, was a member of Hamas’ political bureau. He was one of the few senior Jew-haters who chose to remain in the Gaza Strip along with his family since he had no regard for their safety either.

He was born in Khan Younis where he was known and loved by his fellow Khan men and often appeared in Arabic and international media where he promoted Israeli genocide--you know, Hamas' desire to end the Jews.

Al-Bardawil played a major role in the Palestinian Legislative Council that was elected into power in 2006 under the "Change and Reform" list. He was involved in several rounds of internal Palestinian negotiations, including talks between Hamas and rival faction Fatah.

According to Hamas, al-Bardawil was killed alongside his devoted to jihad wife and daughter during the overnight airstrikes on Khan Younis. 

In a statement, Hamas praised him as “an active figure who never abandoned jihad,” vowing revenge for his death. “The martyrs will fuel the battle. The more we lose, the fiercer the resistance will burn,” the Hamassholes said with smiles on their covered faces.

The now goat-involved Bardawil was once a strong opponent of security coordination between the Palestinian Authority and, you know, the Joooze of Israel. He thought of it as a betrayal of Allah's wish to eliminate all Israelis. 

During his political career, he participated in talks between the Palestinian factions, even as Hamas violently seized control of Gaza from Fatah, the movement led by Mahmoud Abbasshole.

As a bonus, the Hamas-affiliated Palestinian news outlet Quds Network reported that Muhammad Hassan al-Amour, an aide to Hamasshole leader Yahya Sinwar, was also blown into kibbles and bits in overnight Israeli strikes on Gaza.

Sources from Palestinian factions told the London-based Arabic newspaper Asharq al-Awsat that the IDF has recently killed Hamas field commanders involved in the group's military manufacturing operations, including rocket and explosive production. They said that some of the scumcrumpets who were destroyed were responsible for operating anti-tank missile squads and were directly involved in the planning and executing the October 7, 2023 attacks into Israel that killed 1,200 Israelis and kidnapped 251 others, many of whom were murdered in captivity.

Among those who had "gone to pieces" was Osama Tabesh, a top Hamasshole commander targeted in Khan Younis. Tabesh was previously implicated in exposing an elite Israeli special forces unit operating in Gaza in 2018, during an incident that resulted in the death of Lt. Col. Mahmoud Kheir al-Din. So, as Martha Stewart was famous for saying, "it's a good thing" these terrorists are gone.

This horrible war continues and insofar as any side can be considered a winner, Israel is winning. Hezbollah is but a husk of what it had been and Hamas only has hostages as bargaining chips. Hopefully they will be freed from their hateful captors and their captors be given the opportunity to meet al-Bardawil in hell.

Hamasshole shill allegedly pocketed $4 million he raised for Gaza hospital

A Gazan Arab who gained fame using his social media skills to promote the terrorist group Hamas ever since the October 7, 2023 in which they slaughtered, raped, mutilated, burned and beheaded 1,200 Israelis and kidnapped 251 others, now stands accused of embezzling $4,000,000 he claimed to be raising for a Gaza hospital.

Condemnation of Salah al-Jafarawi comes from Gazans and the Palestinian Authority (PA), in whose name he claimed to be fundraising.

Al-Jafarawi asked his online followers to send their Shekels towards the rebuilding of Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, saying that his appeal was being made “in coordination with the Palestinian health ministry in Ramallah and Gaza.”

He used the PA ministry’s logo, as well as that of a Kuwaiti charity, seemingly without the latter’s knowledge, to legitimize his apparently fraudulent claim of acting in some kind of official capacity.

The PA, which pays civil servants in Gaza, and terrorists who kill Jews, but has had no say in the running of any governmental functions there since Hamas overthrew it in 2007, denied having anything to do with that campaign or any other private fundraising attempts for Gaza.

Gazans were really pissed off and made it known online, demanding to know where all the Shekels have gone.

Blogger and activist Mustafa Ashfour wrote, “Salah used his journalistic work and exploited the suffering of our people in Gaza to steal donations…. It’s very easy for him to convince people he’s an angel and a journalist, and then plunder money.”

“The Health Ministry in Gaza, controlled by Hamas, backed this thief, not the Palestinian Authority. So, dear donors, your money is gone,” he added.

Some idiots defended him by saying that those who accused him are linked to Fatah, the movement behind the PA, which hates Hamas and fears its huge popularity in its territory in Judea and Samaria all while denying the Holocaust and the rights of Jews to not be slaughtered. 

Al-Jafarawi first got noticed when Israeli media juxtaposed a video clip of him celebrating like a pig in feces over the Hamas invasion on October 7, 2023 and the massacres of Israelis, and when the terrorists covered their invasion by firing thousands of missiles over the border. 

Days later, Al-Jafarawi was seen crying like a baby in fear during the start of the Israeli air force’s massive counter-attack because the Jews refused to allow Hamas' genocidal attempts to go without a fight and they kicked figurative butt.

The wimp thus earned the nickname “Mr. FAFO,” which stands for “F**k Around, Find Out.”

The twenty-five-year-old pussy cat has appeared in many Hamas propaganda videos since then, playing parts such as a father of an injured child, a hospital patient, a Hamas fighter and a displaced person.

Pay to Slay may be here to stay with PA

The Palestinian Authority promised to end 'pay to slay' for terrorism and the killing of Israelis. The Biden administration believed them but never heard about taqiyya and how jihadis will lie in order to promote Islam. And just like that, the PA is at it again as funds appear to be going out to the families of suicide bombers and others who have given their lives and limbs for the anti-Semitic cause.

The Palestinian Authority post office on Wednesday announced "the start of disbursement of financial allocations tomorrow morning … at main post offices and through ATMs." While Palestine Post and the authority’s other official channels did not specify that the monthly payments were for terrorism, it didn't take a genius to know the truth, and social media users were more honest about it.

"The payment of salaries to the families of the martyrs, wounded, and prisoners begins on Thursday morning," the administrator of a Telegram group for Palestinian Authority employees told his several thousand followers on Wednesday.

Martyrs are jihadi terrorists who are killed after killing Israelis, be they men, women, children or babies. 

Palestine Post’s announcement is the clearest sign yet that the Palestinian Authority does not intend to follow through on its announced reform of "pay for slay," as critics call the system of payments to security prisoners and the families of terrorists killed while carrying out attacks against Israelis.

"All the talk about them changing the system—we don’t see it happening," Itamar Marcus, the head of Palestine Media Watch, an Israeli watchdog group that first flagged the post office’s announcement, told the media outlet Washington Free Beacon. "They are still paying the same terror salaries."

Palestinian Authority president and Holocaust denier, Mahmoud Abbas, [aka Abbasshole] under growing financial pressure from Israel and the Trump administration, last month decreed a reform of the system of terrorism payments, which account for a large and ballooning share of the authority’s budget. Abbas indicated that terrorists and their families would no longer receive special treatment but instead be "subject to the same standards" as other welfare recipients, who are generally compensated much less generously.

But Abbas and other Arabs have since reaffirmed their support for mass murderers of Israelis in general and the terrorism payments in particular.

"We repeat and emphasize that we are proud of the sacrifice of the martyrs," Abbas said at a meeting of his Fatah political party’s parliamentary faction two weeks ago. "Even if we only have one cent left, it will go to the prisoners and martyrs. They must receive everything as in the past, for they are more precious than all of us put together."

And some scoff at the sight of Israelis carrying weapons in public places.

Abbasshole congratulates Hamasshole who killed Jews, including 9-month old

Palestinian Authority head Mahmoud Abbas, a Holocaust denier and avowed anti-Semite, made a congratulatory phone call Saturday to one of the terrorist scumbags freed by Israel as part of the garbage ceasefire deal with Hamas.

According to Israel's Kan News, which showed footage of the call, Abbas congratulated Yasser Abu Bakr after his release from prison. Abu Bakr was sentenced to 115 years in 2004 for his part in attacks that killed Israeli civilians, including a baby, and injured many others.

In the recording, Abbas can be heard saying, "Your imprisonment was for the sake of the Palestinian nation," indicating he thought the sentence was too harsh, according to a translation by Israel's Walla news site.

Abbas's comments led to criticism from Israeli officials, including Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who said, "His phone call tonight to a murderer of Jews is a wake-up call to those who still delude themselves about the P.A. being an alternative to Hamas in Gaza after the war. It won’t happen. Not in Gaza and not in Judea and Samaria. Mahmoud Abbas was and remains an enemy, a terror supporter, a promoter of terror, and the authority he heads was and remains a terrorist organization, and is not a 'partner.'"

On Saturday, Israel released 200 Palestinian prisoners as part of the second wave of a ceasefire deal. In return, four female Israeli soldiers, who were kidnapped during Hamas's attack on October 7, 2023, were freed.

Many of these released prisoners had been convicted of murder or attempted murder, with some serving life sentences. Of those released, 109 went back to Judea and Samaria, 21 to Gaza, and about 70 were sent to Egypt. These prisoners in Egypt are expected to move to other countries as per the agreement that started on January 19.

In Cairo, the freed prisoners were met by representatives from Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, backed by Iran. Some of them then traveled to Qatar, according to Sunday's reports.

On Sunday afternoon, the IDF reported an air strike in the Balata area of Nablus aimed at "dispersing a gathering of armed men." Kan News reported that the Israeli Air Force used an Elbit Hermes 450 drone to fire a warning shot at a terrorist parade during a funeral, choosing not to attack directly because of the presence of women and children.

Israel holds onto the $1.1 billion Palestinian funds to pay for the PA's electricity bill

Imagine providing electricity to your tenant but he hasn't paid you back for it in ten years. This is where Israel and the Palestinian Authority stand as the Jewish State has provided power to Gaza for a decade but has never gotten paid for it. 

Now Israel has recovered money that will pay the electricity debt of $1,100,000,000 racked up by the PA while diverting money from the Norwegian Fund where funds for PA was deposited since the start of the war, according to Israel HaYom.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich updated the Diplomatic-Security Cabinet on Sunday about collecting a debt that's been around for over ten years.

The Finance Ministry sent an order to the Norwegian Fund, where Israel had been depositing 275 million shekels each month from Palestinian Authority (PA) funds.

This money from the Norwegian Fund is now being used to cover the PA's old debts to Israel. Half of it will pay companies that supplied fuel to the PA, and the other half will go to Israel's electric company.

Last spring, following Norway's recognition of a Palestinian State, Smotrich stopped sending money to the Norwegian Fund and started holding it aside.

The money Israel was going to give to the PA after the war is now being used to settle the PA's debts to Israel. This process, coordinated with the US, is ensuring full payment of the debt, including all interest.

Last May, Smotrich also decided not to renew a waiver that would have allowed Israeli banks to work with Palestinian banks, pointing to their connections with terror groups.

Smotrich stated he had no intention of renewing this waiver, explaining, "The PA’s financial system is up to its neck in terror," and further emphasized on X, "They back and fund terror."

The Norwegian Fund was set up to transfer money between Israel and the Palestinian Authority without them dealing directly with Palestinian banks. But after Norway's unilateral declaration of a Palestinian State, Smotrich refused to send the funds.

Smotrich concluded, "There’s urgency for an immediate response that will impose a significant cost on the Palestinian Authority for its actions and deter it and other countries."
