Appeals court unappealing to 9/11 mastermind KSM's plea deal

On Friday, a panel of federal appeals court judges, in a 2-1 gut-punch ruling, obliterated a plea deal that would’ve let 9/11 mastermind and scumcrumpet Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators dodge the death penalty for guilty pleas. The agreement, hammered out over two grueling years, promised Mohammed and his crew life without parole, a cushy escape from the needle of eternity.

The military prosecution of Mohammed and his fellow plotters has been dragging on for over two decades, mired in endless preliminary hearings and defense lawyers screaming about evidence tainted by torture.

Back in July, the Biden administration’s Defense Department announced pretrial agreements with Mohammed and three other 9/11 orchestrators. But then-Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, in a power move, spiked the deal just two days later, declaring himself the sole gatekeeper of such agreements. 

A military appeals court in December slapped back at Austin’s play, reinstating the plea deal to sidestep execution. But on Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals D.C. Circuit said, “Not so fast,” torching the agreement and backing Austin’s authority to kill it.

Judges Patricia Millett and Neomi Rao didn’t mince words: “In light of the clear and indisputable errors committed by the military judge, which implicate issues of immense national importance, we conclude that issuance of the writs is appropriate under these circumstances.” Boom. Done.But Judge Robert Wilkins wasn’t having it. He came out swinging in his dissent, calling the majority’s move to overturn a military judge “stunning.” His words cut deep: “Our deference should be at its zenith when military courts follow persuasive military precedent in the construction of military rules. I am befuddled.” Ouch.

Mohammed, the alleged brain behind the deadliest attack on American soil, when hijacked planes slammed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and a field in Pennsylvania, still sits at the center of this legal storm. And it’s far from over.

SecDef Hegseth demands stricter orders on credentials to "protect national security"

Secretary of Defense, Peter Brian Hegseth, has issued orders Friday for journalists with access to the Pentagon, as the Trump administration is trying to plug the holes where sensitive information had been leaking like a used three-day-old baby diaper.

According to the new rules, credentialed reporters from most DoD headquarters in Arlington, VA, will not have access without official approval and escort, Hegseth's memorandum states.

The SecDef describes this move to protect classified national intelligence information and even sensitive unclassified information regarding operational security as "an unwavering imperative for the Department."

"While the Department remains committed to transparency, the Department is equally obligated to protect [Classified National Security Information] and sensitive information - the unauthorized disclosure of which could put the lives of U.S. Service members in danger," the secretary, a former US Army Major, said.

The new order will soon have members of the Pentagon press corps sing a form acknowledging their responsibility to protect national intelligence and sensitive information. [It's amazing this hasn't been standard operating procedure prior to Hegseth's appointment.] Journalists will also be issued new shiny badges that clearly identify them as members of the Pentagon press corps.

"We also anticipate a forthcoming announcement of additional security measures and enhanced scrutiny on the issuance of [credentials]," the memo said. "Failure by any member of the resident or visiting press to comply with these control measures will result in further restrictions and possibly revocation of press credentials."

The Pentagon Press Association (PPA), a membership organization representing the press corps covering the U.S. military, whined that the new rules seem to demonstrate a "direct attack on the freedom of the press." [What, is the PPA funded by China?]

"The decision is purportedly based on concerns about operational security," the group said in a statement. "But the Pentagon Press Corps has had access to non-secured, unclassified spaces in the Pentagon for decades, under Republican and Democratic administrations, including in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, without any concern about OP-SEC from DoD leadership."

Yes, and thus the leaks, you dolts. Just last month, the Pentagon fired three officials after announcing a leak investigation in March at the Department of Defense, so Hegseth is getting out ahead of the curve.

The Pentagon has also required legacy news outlets, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, Politico, NPR, CNN and NBC News, to vacate their office spaces in the building, and will have their offices fumigated from the stink. They plan to bring in more administration-friendly outlets like the New York Post, the Daily Caller, One America News Network, and Breitbart. 

The department said the rotation system aimed to allow other media outlets the opportunity to cover the Pentagon as resident members of the press corps.

Hopefully these outlets will report honestly and not simply be typists for the administration. Based on their track record, it's likely we will get a better, more honest perspective of government than we did in the past.

Finally, the administration has begun using lie detector tests to probe unauthorized leaks at federal agencies. Some Department of Homeland Security officials were told they could be fired for refusing polygraphs. It's like a cop asking you to take a breathalyzer test to see why you rear-ended a car parked in a driveway and you sound like Joe Biden when you speak but you refuse the test. You're going to jail and lose your driving privileges for a period of time.

The White House said President Trump will not tolerate leaks to the media and that federal employees who leak material should be held accountable.

Hegseth is ensuring it doesn't happen on his watch.

More Pentagon advisors 'placed on administrative leave' amid Dept. Defense leak probe

In a world where loyalty is as rare as finding a Netflix show that doesn't have an LGBTQ situation and where leaks flow like a breached dam, the Pentagon finds itself embroiled in a scandal that would make even the most seasoned cynic raise an eyebrow. 

Two more Defense Department deputy chiefs of staff, Darin Selnick and Colin Carroll, have been unceremoniously placed on administrative leave, joining Pete Hegseth’s trusted adviser, Dan Caldwell, who was frog-marched out of the Pentagon after being fingered in a leak. The scene is less John le Carré and more a bureaucratic purge, but the stakes are no less severe.

On Tuesday, Selnick, a retired Air Force officer with a storied career in veterans’ advocacy, was sidelined. His Pentagon bio, with a touch of bureaucratic grandiosity, declares, “Mr. Selnick leverages his extensive government and non-government experience advocating for veterans to position Service members for productive post-separation lives from the first day they put on a uniform.” 

Noble words, now overshadowed by suspicion. 

The very next day, Carroll, chief of staff to Deputy Defense Secretary Stephen Feinberg, followed him into the administrative abyss. Both men, alongside Caldwell, are now under the microscope for the same unauthorized disclosure—a breach that has the Pentagon’s corridors buzzing with intrigue.

Are these leaks prison-worthy? One can only hope.

Caldwell, we’re told by Reuters, was suspended for “an unauthorized disclosure,” a phrase that sounds clinical but carries the weight of betrayal. The details, as ever, are murky, but Politico whispers of a leak involving Panama Canal plans and a visit from the enigmatic Special Government Employee Elon Musk—whether past or forthcoming remains unclear, a detail lost in the fog of Washington’s rumor mill. 

This is not mere gossip; it’s a fissure in the heart of national security.

DOD Chief of Staff Joe Kasper, in a memo that reeks of grim resolve, wrote, “The use of polygraphs in the execution of this investigation will be Benton Smith bensmith@protonmail.com (mailto:bensmith@protonmail.com) in accordance with applicable law and policy. This investigation will commence immediately and culminate in a report to the Secretary of Defense.” 

Polygraphs—lie detectors, for the uninitiated—are now the order of the day, a stark reminder that trust is in short supply. Don't you wish Nancy Pelosi would have to take one regarding J6?

What binds these men, beyond their current disgrace? Selnick and Caldwell both cut their teeth at Concerned Veterans for America, a group once helmed by Hegseth himself. Coincidence? Perhaps. But in Washington, where every move is scrutinized and every alliance suspect, such connections invite speculation. 

Are we witnessing a targeted purge, a settling of scores, or simply the fallout of a careless whisper? The truth, as always, is elusive, but if the suspicions turn out to be correct, it really doesn't matter.

This is not just a story of bureaucratic missteps; it’s a snapshot of a system fraying at the edges, where leaks are weaponized, and loyalty is a liability. 

The Pentagon now resembles a house divided, its guardians ensnared in a web of their own making. And as the investigation tightens its grip, one wonders: who will be left standing when the dust settles?

SecDef Hegseth's adviser placed on administrative lead amid DoD leak probe

Okay guys, get ready for another episode of D.C.’s favorite soap opera: Leaks and Leave!

Dan Caldwell, a top adviser to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, just got the boot—well, a “placed on leave” boot—pending an investigation into some shady leaks at the Pentagon. [H/T The Daily Wire]

The Daily Wire's Mary Margaret Olohan dropped the bombshell on X:

“NEW: Defense Department official confirms to @realDailyWire that Dan Caldwell, a top advisor to Secretary Pete Hegseth, has been placed on leave related to an investigation into DOD leaks.”

Short, sweet, and dripping with intrigue.

Reuters chimed in, saying Caldwell was frog-marched out of the Pentagon over what some anonymous source called “an unauthorized disclosure.” What got spilled? Nobody’s saying—yet. Hegseth’s keeping his lips sealed, which is more than we can say for whoever’s leaking like a sieve.

This isn’t new for Team Trump. His first term was a leaky faucet of classified info, and the current crew’s had enough. They’re going full Law & Order on leakers. 

Over at Homeland Security, Secretary Kristi Noem’s breaking out the polygraphs like it’s a game show. Her PR gal, Tricia McLaughlin, told Fox News Digital, “Under Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS is unapologetic about its efforts to root out leakers that undermine national security. We are agnostic about your standing, tenure, political appointment or status as a career civil servant – we will track down leakers and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.” 

Translation: Lie detectors don’t care who you are; they’re coming for you.

Not to be outdone, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s swinging a big stick at the intel community’s loose lips. She fired off this zinger: “Politically motivated leaks undermine our national security and the trust of the American people and will not be tolerated. Unfortunately, such leaks have become commonplace with no investigation or accountability. That ends now. We know of and are aggressively pursuing recent leakers from within the Intelligence Community and will hold them accountable.” 

Oof. That’s the kind of talk that makes leakers leak through their suits.

So, here we are, folks—Washington’s playing whack-a-mole with leakers, and Caldwell’s the latest to get popped.

President Trump sends warning message to terrorists after ordering strike on ISIS

Muslim terrorists in Africa have been served with a warning by President Trump: FAFO. 

Trump said on Saturday that he ordered the strike on Islamic terrorists that killed "many" of the scumwafers.

“This morning I ordered precision Military air strikes on the Senior ISIS Attack Planner and other terrorists he recruited and led in Somalia,” the President said in a statement. “These killers, who we found hiding in caves, threatened the United States and our Allies.”

“The strikes destroyed the caves they live in, and killed many terrorists without, in any way, harming civilians,” Trump continued. “Our Military has targeted this ISIS Attack Planner for years, but Biden and his cronies wouldn’t act quickly enough to get the job done. I did!”

“The message to ISIS and all others who would attack Americans is that ‘WE WILL FIND YOU, AND WE WILL KILL YOU!'” Trump concluded, alluding to the notion that they would die like dogs.

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said in a statement that the strike was carried out in the Golis mountains in coordination with the Federal Government of Somalia.

“Our initial assessment is that multiple operatives were killed in the airstrikes and no civilians were harmed,” the statement said. “This action further degrades ISIS’s ability to plot and conduct terrorist attacks threatening U.S. citizens, our partners, and innocent civilians and sends a clear signal that the United States always stands ready to find and eliminate terrorists who threaten the United States and our allies, even as we conduct robust border-protection and many other operations under President Trump’s leadership.”

Biden's handler[s] releases 11 Yemeni terrorists with probable al Qaeda ties from Gitmo: 2 were bin Laden bodyguards

Everyone knows, whether they admit it or not, that Joe Biden is not and has not been running the White House for years. Some unelected leftist[s] is/are pulling the strings and Joe is too demented to fully appreciate what he's been signing. All the probably knows is that it's pissing off President-elect Trump and that's good enough for him.

On Monday, the Pentagon announced that it has set free 11 Yemeni prisoners with likely ties to al Qaeda from the Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp in Cuba.

The detainees, who have not been charged with any crime, will be resettled in Oman as the Biden administration works to close down operations at Gitmo.

"Although different processes, each of the 10 Yemeni detainees underwent a thorough, interagency review by career professionals who unanimously determined all detainees as transfer eligible consistent with the national security interests of the United States," the Department of Defense claimed.

It's not clear if Biden handler[s] plans to move more detainees [aka likely terrorists] out of Guantanamo Bay before President-elect Donald Trump takes office, but if it hurts America, it's a good bet the person[s] behind the curtain will go ahead with the plan.

The Pentagon announced that D.E.I. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin informed Congress in 2023 of his intent to send the 11 Yemeni detainees back to Oman.

"The United States appreciates the willingness of the Government of Oman and other partners to support ongoing U.S. efforts focused on responsibly reducing the detainee population and ultimately closing the Guantanamo Bay facility," the DoD said.

Moath Hamza Ahmed al-Alwi, thought to be an al Qaeda fighter and bodyguard for Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan, was among the 11 men released. He is known to not be a good guy.

An unclassified 2016 US intelligence file on al-Alwi warns that as a GITMO detainee he "has made several statements since early 2016 that suggest he maintains an extremist mindset." 

The file also notes that al-Alwi has committed several disciplinary infractions while in detention that were "pardoned" as part of an "incentive for detainees to improve their conduct."

Suhayl Abdul Anam al Sharabi, another alleged bin Laden bodyguard, was also set free.

Al Sharabi's 2020 intelligence file notes that he "may have been associated with an aborted 9/11-style hijacking plot in Southwest Asia" as a member of al Qaeda. Al Sharabi was accused by the US government of being one of Osama Bin Laden's bodyguards in Afghanistan.

The nine others being released to Oman are: Uthman Abd al-Rahim Muhammad Uthman, Khalid Ahmed Qassim, Hani Saleh Rashid Abdullah, Tawfiq Nasir Awad Al-Bihani, Omar Mohammed Ali al-Rammah, Sanad Ali Yislam Al Kazimi, Hassan Muhammad Ali Bib Attash, Sharqawi Abdu Ali Al Hajj and Abd Al-Salam Al-Hilah.

The latest group of transfers comes after the Pentagon's December announcement that detainee Ridah Bin Saleh al-Yazidi had been resettled in Tunisia.

Fifteen detainees remain at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, of whom three are eligible for transfer and three are eligible to have their detention status reviewed, according to the Pentagon.

Another seven inmates are involved in the military commissions process, and two others have been convicted and sentenced by military commissions.

The Biden administration offered plea deals last year to alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and co-conspirators Walid Bin Attash and Mustafa al-Hawsawi. All three have been held at Guantanamo Bay since 2003.

The deals, criticized by 9/11 families, Republican lawmakers, and the defense secretary, will spare the alleged terrorists from the death penalty.

Tom Cotton ridicules 'partisans and obstructionists' in DOD who reportedly plan to block Trump's plans

U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) strongly criticized any individuals [aka obstructionists] within the Department of Defense who are attempting to protect specific norms or policies that they anticipate will be challenged by the incoming Trump administration.

"It appears that partisans and obstructionists inside the Department of Defense are laying groundwork to defy or circumvent President Trump’s plans for both military and civil-service reform," Cotton wrote in a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin in reference to reports of such strategizing among DOD employees.

"These actions undermine civilian control of the military and our constitutional structure of government."

There were "informal discussions" earlier in the month among Pentagon officials regarding what the department would do if President Trump, as Commander in Chief, ordered the military for a domestic purpose or even if he simply fired a substantial number of useless employees.

One anonymous defense official was quoted in the report telling CNN, "Troops are compelled by law to disobey unlawful orders." 

"But the question is what happens then – do we see resignations from senior military leaders? Or would they view that as abandoning their people?" they reportedly asked.

But the other question is, if illegal aliens are flooding into the country posing a threat to America as it's known that some are terrorists, murderers and otherwise criminals, isn't the military supposed to protect the people? 

Israel and Ukraine know the answer to that question.

Trump promised during his campaign to shake up the federal government, whether it be through staffing changes or reorganization. Some reports have indicated specific people, those who are as useless as a monkey wrench for a trout, are being looked at for termination once he enters office again. 

In fact, the majority of Americans, those who voted for President-elect Trump, want to see the government shrunk in size, and Vivek Ramaswamy, who was tapped by Trump along with Elon Musk to do the job, agrees with the American people.

Ramaswamy and Musk will lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in Trump's administration with the goal of reducing the size of our bloated government and cutting spending while increasing efficiency.

Senator Cotton criticized the progressive Defense Secretary in his letter for "promulgating false claims that the incoming administration plans to arbitrarily fire uniformed leaders."

He also slammed Lloyd for a message after the election that the military would specifically follow "lawful orders" from Trump. Cotton said this was "a thinly veiled and baseless insinuation that President Trump will issue unlawful orders."

Lloyd is that aforementioned monkey wrench, as he has made the military an experiment in woke ideology. He has supported gender dysphoric people in the military and has fully supported make-believe President Biden's directive allowing transgender people to serve openly. In fact there have been cases under Lloyd's tenure where the taxpayers footed the bill for several military members to have their members removed and dress as women soldiers and sailors.

"I have to observe that these actions and reports only prove the need for reform and fundamental change at the Department of Defense. And, of course, while inappropriate and annoying, these tactics are also useless because no action by the outgoing administration can limit the incoming president’s constitutional authority as commander-in-chief," Cotton wrote.

Cotton was elected to serve as chairman of the Senate Republican Conference in the new Congress. He is also expected to take Sen. Marco Rubio's (R-FL) place as the head of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

House Committee has the goods to prove Pentagon ignored Trump's J6 Nat'l Guard request

If it wasn't for Nancy Pelosi, the J6 [Leftist] Committee and sundry Democrats, there would be no allegations, disinformation, and lies about the events that took place on January 6, 2021. This may have been the longest-running hoax, specifically, that former President Trump knew there would be violence that day and did nothing to stop it--in fact, he may have been the catalyst,

Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) of the Committee on House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight has newly released transcripts to back it up. In a press release Friday, Loudermilk said the Pentagon mucky-mucks simply ignored Trump’s requests, saying:

“Pentagon leadership prioritized concerns of optics over their duty to protect lives. President Trump met with senior Pentagon leaders and directed them to make sure any events on January 6, 2021 were safe. It is very concerning that these Senior Pentagon officials ignored President Trump’s guidance AND misled Congressional Leaders to believe they were doing their job, when they were not. The DoD IG’s report is fundamentally flawed. It does not draw conclusions from the interviews they conducted, but pushes a narrative to keep their hands clean. We have many questions for them, and we will continue to dig until we are satisfied the American people know the truth."

President Trump directed senior DoD leaders to ensure events on J6 be safe but they ignored him and put optics over security in order to push a fake narrative in their IG report.

This comes as no surprise, but the transcripts are mind blowing, basically telling then-President Trump to take a hike:

🚨BREAKING: Transcripts obtained by the House Oversight Committee CONFIRM that President Trump DID INDEED ask for the National Guard on JANUARY 3, 2021 to make sure JANUARY 6 would be safe.

Gen. Milley, not the best buddy of President Trump, confirmed that he said this:

MILLEY: The President just said, "Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th. Make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event."

[POTUS said] “Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make it safe.”

Obviously, Milley couldn't give a rat's nether regions to listen to his boss and it all hit the proverbial fan.

Then-Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller’s comments are very shocking as he recalls Trump asking for troops but just assumed it was simply "presidential banter." He clearly made an ass of himself by ASSuming:

[On January 6, 2021] everyone was like, “Did you listen to the President’s speech?” I’m like “the guy speaks for 90 minutes like it’s Castro or something.’ I’ve got work to do."

Anyone who speaks that way about the commander-in-chief while serving under him is disgusting and should have been summarily fired or perhaps had some legal action taken against him. He clearly said that regardless of his orders, he was going to do whatever the hell he wanted to do:

“There was absolutely – there is absolutely no way I was putting U.S. military forces at the Capitol, period.”

That is pure disobedience and insubordination. It was the decision of his superior, the commander-in-chief, and he refused to comply.

And finally, the then-Chief Steven Sund of the Capitol Police said the Pentagon cared more about “optics” than keeping people safe. When he requested assistance, the Secretary of the Army's representative said,  “I don’t like the optics of the National Guard standing in a line with the Capitol in the background.”

No heads will roll, I suspect, and that is the most unfortunate part of all this, besides the probability that the legacy media will never expose what happened back then.

US hits Syrian weapons facility used by Iran

The U.S. military conducted an airstrike on Wednesday in Syria on a weapons storage dump in response to numerous recent attacks targeting American military personnel in Iraq and Syria.

A pair of F-15 Eagles targeted the Maysulun weapons storage facility in eastern Syria, according to the DOD. Video footage of the military operation shows initial strikes from the jet fighters followed by secondary explosions.

"The President has no higher priority than the safety of U.S. personnel, [obtaining ice cream] and he directed today's action to make clear that the United States will defend itself, its personnel, and its interests," Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said Wednesday.

U.S. and coalition forces in Iraq and Syria have been attacked about 46 times since Oct. 17.  Many of the attacks were from drone strikes, and of these attacks, 24 were in Iraq and 22 took place in Syria. They included a mix of "suicide drones" and rockets.

Most of the terrorist attacks were cut off by military forces and failed to do any damage. But one attack killed an American contractor and since Nov. 9th, there have been 56 injuries to U.S. troops, as per U.S. defense officials. 

According to Pentagon Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh, 25 of the injuries were traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) and all service members have returned to duty. These attacks stem from the hostilities between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamassholes. The rockets have targeted U.S. and coalition forces at air bases in Iraq and other sites.

The agency said the U.S., in spite of the President being unaware of what's going on, "is fully prepared to take further necessary measures to protect our people and our facilities." 

Last month, Austin called out Iran by name, blaming its leaders for the attacks and wagging an accusatory finger at the camera.

"The United States does not seek conflict and has no intention nor desire to engage in further hostilities, but these Iranian-backed attacks against U.S. forces are unacceptable and must stop," he said. "Iran wants to hide its hand and deny its role in these attacks against our forces. We will not let them. If attacks by Iran’s proxies against U.S. forces continue, we will not hesitate to take further necessary measures to protect our people."

Biden willing to have Americans die fighting for Ukraine: calls up reservists

Biden and his handler(s) are willing to put American military in harm's way in the Ukraine-Russia war after the barely sentient President issued an executive order that authorizes the Pentagon to call up reservists to active duty “for the effective conduct” of U.S. military support to Ukraine.

At the same time, the Pentagon designated the U.S. military support to Ukraine since 2014 under Operation Atlantic Resolve a “contingency operation.”

Biden, or more probably his handler, wrote in a message to Congress:

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 121 and 12304 of title 10, United States Code, I hereby determine that it is necessary to augment the active Armed Forces of the United States for the effective conduct of Operation Atlantic Resolve in and around the United States European Command’s area of responsibility.

The Operation Atlantic Resolve mission was created to bolster the U.S. military presence in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2014 and annexation of Crimea.

"Biden's" message stated that he authorized the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard, to order to active duty any units or individuals not assigned to a unit. He claimed the number of troops would not exceed 3.000 total members at any one time, and no more than 450 Individual Ready Reserve members.

Pentagon officials said no troops would be deployed for combat to Ukraine, but don't put money on it.

Army Lieutenant General D.A. Sims, the Joint Staff J3 director of operations, told reporters:

Based on the level of presence and operations in the U.S. [European Command] area of operations, DOD’s support requirements have grown, as well. These authorities will enable the department to better support and sustain its enhanced presence and level of operations in the U.S. EUCOM [area of responsibility].

He also said the moves reaffirm “the unwavering support and commitment to the defense of NATO’s eastern flank in wake of Russia’s illegal and unprovoked war on Ukraine.”

Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said declaring Operation Atlantic Resolve a contingency operation “unlocks capabilities and authorities that…enables us to provide better support and sustain our forces. So this includes things like increased contracting responsiveness, personnel-related entitlements that — that give activated reservists the same benefits as active component personnel.”

So if the proverbial crap hits the fan, don't go blaming conservatives, but blame the Democrats and RINOs.

Biden’s executive order comes just a day after he departed a NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, where NATO members pledged continued support for Ukraine in its war against Russia.

At the summit, Biden declared that the U.S. has “given more than any other nation combined in terms of assistance and cost.”

According to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, the U.S. has given more than $78 billion in government aid since January 24, 2022, including more than $43 billion in military aid.

Defense Dept. former teacher sentence to life in prison for sexually abusing kids as young as 6

An elementary school teacher who had previously worked for the Department of Defense Education Activity has been sentenced to life in prison for sexually abusing four students between the ages of 6 and 8-years-old.

The scumcrumpet, Stefan Zappey, 56, initially taught first through third grade at Patch Elementary School, on a U.S. military base near Stuggart, Germany. He was convicted by a federal jury in January of four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and four counts of abusive sexual contact, according to the Department of Justice. He was only sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday in spite of the death sentence being more appropriate.

“Zappey’s offenses are especially egregious because he was entrusted with teaching the children of our brave service members overseas,” said Kenneth Polite Jr., the assistant attorney general for the DOJ’s Criminal Division. “The courage of the victims and the perseverance of investigators and prosecutors ensured that Zappey’s offenses were exposed and will prevent him from abusing even more children.”

A former student of Zappey told Army investigators in 2020 that he fondled her under her clothing while she attended school from 2009 to 2010, and that he would frequently call her up to his desk during class and fondle her. The child was 8-years-old at the time of the abuse and did not report it then because she "didn't know it was wrong," according to court documents.

An investigation was launched and officials discovered that the scumbag sexually abused at least four of his students by touching them and placing his hands inside their underwear, touching their genitals.

Other children at the school along with some faculty members said they saw the POS hug students multiple times [Joe Biden style] and had them sit on his lap, while he touched their backs and stomachs under their clothes, as per a DOJ press release stated.

One faculty member said Zappey “would train students to become ‘touchy-feely,’” according to court documents. 

But sadly, no faculty member felt it imperative to come forward back then.

The FBI joined the Army Criminal Investigation Division in investigating the case. The case was a part of Project Safe Childhood, a DOJ initiative combating child sexual exploitation, which tends to overlook instances where children are being exposed to "Drag Queen Story Hour" and leftist lawmakers who, in California, for example, want to lessen the legal penalties for pedophilia.

DOD linguist charged with revealing intel to Hezbollah

A Department of Defense linguist was arrested last week on charges of providing top-secret information, including details on U.S. intelligence assets [aka spies], to a Lebanese individual with ties to Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed Lebanese terrorist group.

Mariam Taha Thompson, 61, had a top-secret security clearance. She was arrested Thursday for espionage at a U.S. military facility in Erbil, Iraq.

Taha Thompson accessed dozens of files that had the names and photos of intelligence sources, and the intel they provided to the U.S. government.

Officials noticed, back in December, a "notable shift" in her computer activity after a U.S. airstrike on Iranian-backed forces in Iraq. They searched her living quarters and found a note under her mattress that had names of intelligence sources along with information regarding DOD computer systems.

In her computer searches, she accessed information about eight intelligence sources, putting their lives in danger.

The traitor was returned to the U.S. and appeared in court. She's being held without bond until March 11 and will then appear for a bond hearing. Hopefully, a bond will not be granted as she is probably a flight-risk.

Prosecutor John Cummings, at the initial hearing said that Taha Thompson poses “a grave and imminent threat to U.S. assets in a military zone.”

She is charged with transmitting highly sensitive classified national defense information to a foreign national with apparent connections to Hezbollah and unlawfully possessing government information.

If found guilty of these charges, the traitor could face either life in prison or the death penalty. The chances that the latter penalty would be imposed, is probably low however. She has not yet entered a plea.

“If true, this conduct is a disgrace, especially for someone serving as a contractor with the United States military. This betrayal of country and colleagues will be punished,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers.

DOD officials say they are "taking all necessary precautions” to protect American forces and intelligence sources due to the security breach.

If any American is killed because of this intelligence breach, the death penalty should be imposed.

Creative News Network blasts military in Iraq for their MAGA hats for Trump to sign

There is absolutely nothing that President Trump can do that will ever be supported by the leftist media. It's almost funny if you don't allow it to bother you.

If Trump did not visit the troops overseas at Christmas they'd call him a heartless creature. But now that he did visit them they're not only going after him, they're even going after the troops!

On Wednesday, POTUS visited our troops at the al-Asad airbase in Iraq, much to the chagrin of many in entertainment who engaged their Twitter finger before engaging their brains, like Montel Williams and Alyssa Milano.

After they learned that he was in Iraq, the Creative News Network (CNN) took a shot at the troops who asked Trump to sign their "Make America Great Again" hats or their embroidered patches reading "Trump 2020.” 

The leftists at the network discussed whether the service members might have violated Department of Defense guidelines against partisan political activities, and later implied on its website that the troops had indeed violated the rules. 

But the liars at CNN left out a key part of the guidelines when they quoted the guidelines.

On CNN’s “The Situation Room,” [the room where they discuss every situation that Trump should have done differently] the network turned to a leftist military expert to determine whether the actions of the troops was inappropriate. Rather than selecting an unbiased military expert, CNN used Retired Rear Adm. John "Obama Boy" Kirby, an actual spokesperson for the Obama administration. 

You just knew he was going to be the voice of reason on this or any Trump-related issue.

Kirby theorized that the troops’ actions were indeed inappropriate, saying in that cute, teasing way he has, "It is in fact a campaign slogan, that is a campaign item, and it is completely inappropriate for the troops to do this.”

The segment began with CNN’s Chief Narcissist, Jim Acosta, asking the "Never Trump" Kirby, “And John, what would the concern be if something like that is going on, do you think? Or is this just a soldier’s there, he’s got a hat in his locker, and he runs over and says, “Hey, when am I gonna have another chance for the president to sign one of these things?”

Kirby answered, “Yeah, look; it kind of blurs the line, because Trump is his slogan; where is that line? But Barb’s right; it is, in fact, a campaign slogan that is a campaign item, and it is completely inappropriate for the troops to do this.”

CNN wrote on their website, “Video footage and the written report of Trump's visit with service members in Iraq showed the President signing "Make America Great Again" hats and an embroidered patch that read "Trump 2020." CNN then warned, “But troops' requests for the autographs could brush up against Department of Defense guidelines for political activities.”

They forgot to compliment Trump and Melania for going to a war zone to be with the troops around the holidays.

CNN noted that the Department of Defense guidelines state: 

“Active duty personnel may not engage in partisan political activities and all military personnel should avoid the inference that their political activities imply or appear to imply DoD sponsorship, approval, or endorsement of a political candidate, campaign, or cause.”

What CNN "forgot" to quote from the guidelines was:

 “Active duty members may, however, express their personal opinions on political candidates and issues, make monetary contributions to a political campaign or organization, and attend political events as a spectator when not in uniform.”

And let's not forget that President Trump is not only their president; he's their commander-in-chief. Supporting him the way they did, was both respectful and appropriate.

There is no doubt that President Trump has character flaws, but when the media continuously goes after him and those who support him, with the insatiable hatred they show, it only brings him more support--as it should.

Arizona troopers' union pull support from Dems opposing McSally in Senate race

Arizona -- A union representing state public safety employees withdrew its endorsement of U.S. Rep. Kyrsten Sinema this week. Members say the executive board voted on the endorsement without asking the members for their input.

Sinema, a bi-sexual, far-left, divorced, former social worker, Arizona-hating, Democrat [but I repeat myself] is in a close senate seat race against U.S. Rep. Martha McSally, a retired USAF colonel, one of the highest-ranking female pilots in Air Force history, who flew the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II, and was the first female commander of a USAF fighter squadron. They are vying for a seat being vacated by Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ).

McSally also successfully sued the DoD in McSally v. Rumsfeld, challenging the military policy mandating servicewomen stationed in Saudi Arabia wear an abaya, a cloth coffin pretending to be clothing, when traveling off base in the country.

But I digress.

After union members objected to the board's unilateral actions, the Arizona State Troopers Association polled its members via email Monday asking whether they wanted to endorse the far-left Sinema [who once described Arizona as the "meth lab of democracy" and called Arizona men "Neanderthals"], or stay neutral.

The poll indicated "the membership has indicated a preference to stay neutral."

It's possible the male troopers were influenced by their wives who may have taken issue with other statements Sinema made in the past.

Specifically, in 2006 Sinema described what she thought of women who stay at home to care for their children: "These women who act like staying at home, leeching off their husbands or boyfriends, and just cashing the checks is some sort of feminism because they're choosing to live that life. That's bulls**t. I mean, what the f**k are we really talking about here?"

So a woman's right to choose is only okay if the choice a woman makes agrees with Sinema's.

Hypocrisy. Sad!

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai will likely sign a security agreement with the U.S. tomorrow to leave American troops in their beleaguered country past the end of the year, according to Fox News.

A senior Defense Department spokesperson told Fox News that approximately 9802 give or take a dozen or so, will stay behind to protect the behinds of this junkyard country (my apologies to those Afghans who find that term offensive, and if they do, then perhaps they should return to their desert paradise).

John Podesta, a senior adviser to the president who refuses to take advice from his advisers, will be signing the deal. This was announced after Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai was sworn in on Monday. Ahmadzai (pronounced "Mohammed") took the country's camel reigns and replaced Hamid Karzai, by beating Abdullah Abdullah (whose mother had no imagination) in the recent election.

In Ahmadzai's first speech, he called upon the Taliban to put down their weapons, smile, join hands with the nice Afghans and sign Kumbayah. The Taliban responded by beheading a camel and singing the Allahu Akbar song. The head of the Taliban, whose name escapes Chuck Hagel, swore to Allah that he will rid the country of all "nicer people."
